Another great coupon ,just check your email for $3 off $15.

      • kelli

        I got a $4 off $20 in my email… my fiance didn’t get anything though. :(

      • Nick

I got 4/20 as well. Wish it was 3/15 as I don’t need or want to spend $20 this week.

      • Michelle

I shop at cvs every week and I have never received any emails with coupons for dollar amounts off a certain purchase like so many people have talked about. Do you have to be on some kind of special list or something?

        • Chrissy

Have you registered your card online? You have to do that to get emails.

        • Penny

I work at CVS in the pharmacy. You need to call 1-800 ShopCVS or go online and check your card number against what they have on file for you as far as your address and phone number. If it is different you can fix it and then you will get the emails and mailers. The pharmacy/store might show the correct information but corporate will not be the same. I get the coupons every week and it adds up. Bought $100 this week and spent 0 dollars out of pocket due to the combinations I got over the email etc. (:

          • Apryl

            PENNY,
Since you work in the CVS pharmacy, can you tell us what’s up with the coupon books? Do you or don’t you have to get a flu shot?

            • Rachel

I don’t work for CVS, but I DID get a flu shot coupon booklet WITHOUT getting the shot, so YMMV. HTH!

          • Cori

THANKS! I kept wondering why I was not getting these emails and knew I was registered on the site. I just checked and my email address was not in the system. I hate to think of all the coupons I missed out on . . .

          • Anda

            Penny:

Thanks for posting that tidbit of information. I receive emails from CVS but when I went online and looked at my account I did not have an email address entered and I did not have the box checked to receive special offers! Thanks so very much!!!!!

        • kim

I also shop every week and have never gotten one of these coupons by email and I have registered my card online. I do get emailed ads though, so I know they have correct email address.

          • Kelley

Kim – I have the same issue. My mom gets all the $ off of a $ coupons in her e-mail and I get nothing except sale ad coupons. Very frustrating!

            • Joanie

Same as me. I get the online e mails saying I can get %off if I shop online. Maybe we are missing something???

      • Tami

I am new to this and was wondering a few things: how many Sunday papers (coupon packs) do you buy each week and do you clip all the ones that you know you will use and then file the rest or just what you are using for the week? Also, what storage system do you find works the best? I love the website and all the info you give out. I have only been doing this for a few weeks so it seems really time consuming to me. How much time would you say you spend now on preparing for each trip to the store?

        Thanks so much
        Tami

        • Joanie

NOt to steal away from southernsavers, but savingwithshellie.com has an org system that I like a lot. You three hole punch the inserts and put them in a notebook, then you clip as you need. You can print off a list of what’s in the insert at sundaycouponpreview.com it varies but region, but has an alphabetical list which is helpful. I have found you need a 2 inch binder, as they fill up fast! It’s a lot faster than clipping all of them all week. also, I have been advised to never throw away anything. Even if you don’t use a product, you may be able to get it for free and get ECB’s that you can use towards things you do use.

          • Chrissy

            Joanie,

I have been doing this since last Oct. I find that cutting them all out and putting them in a binder is most efficient for me. It saves a lot of time in the store if you already have them clipped. It also depends on how much time you have to organize your coupons. Everyone has their own preferences and learns what is best for them. It also depends on how many coupons are in the inserts, I may spend between 6-8 hrs a week, but do not spend as much time in the store. If you would like to know more, you can e-mail me at texasgrl318@yahoo.com I would be happy to help you out and get you started on a system that will work the best for you.

    • amanda

Thank you Jenny so much for all you do!

    • Victoria

I got a $4 off of $20 coupon in my email from CVS, valid thru Sunday.

    • Mary Kaufman

      Thank you Jenny!!!!

    • Emily

I went to the pharmacy at my local CVS last week and asked about the coupon book. They gave me one with “Over $100” in coupons for different products. It is great, but there were no $XX off $XX coupons in it… Are there different books going around or is this an additional book?

    • Janice

In my adds for CVS every item that has a cash back say’s only 1 cash back per card. Is this standard and they ignore that or is it different everywhere?

      • Robin

Most of the ECB deals ARE limited to one per card but it’s also per item. In other words, you can do one of each extra care buck deal listed for different products. (one revlon, one tone soap, one colgate, etc.) Is that what you were asking?

        • Janice

Well not exactly. I read on the cvs site here how you can buy a ecb item and then take the receipt and buy another one and then take that receipt and get another and so on and so on. But if it’s only 1 per card then how are you able to continue getting it for free?

          • Rachel

You can get one ECB offer per card for some items, but you can ‘roll’ the ECBs into other transactions, thus lowering your out of pocket expense. Each item (or set of items) is a seperate offer. For example: Revlon, Dial, Colegate, Zantac, Nestle (etc, etc) are all seperate offers. You can take advantage of every ECB offer each week if you want to! HTH!

            • Janice

Oh ok so I read the CVS perks wrong. I was thinking I would be able to buy the same toothpaste one after the other. Thanks that makes much more sense, I was wondering how you all were doing that. lol

      • JessC

        I was wondering the same…..

        • Joanie

You can use more than one ECB reward at a time. I currently have $15 in ECB’s and I can use them all in one transaction. (1)6.99 (1)5.00 and (1)3.00. Maybe it vary’s by store.

    • JennyM

Did you have to buy anything or get the flu shot for the $100 coupon booklet?

      • kelli

I asked for the coupon book at my store and the woman said that I had to get a flu shot. I pointed out to her that it says “no purchase necessary” on the ad and she gave me one.

      • Robin

I did the same thing. Some pharmacies have such and attitude and then others will give you extra coupons with a smile!

      • Penny

I work at CVS. You do not have to buy anything or get the flu shot to get the booklet.

    • Jennifer

Do you have to get the flu shot to get the coupon booklet?

      • The CVS in Athens, AL said that you do. I didn’t push the issue.

Anyone from Athens had luck getting it without the flu shot?

        • Penny

I work at CVS (in the pharmacy). You do not have to buy anything or get the flu shot to get the booklet. If they try to tell you that you do, point out the signs, or circular or what ever you can get your hands on and just show them. They might not realize or have been told conflicting information. If they are still difficult call the regional manager (his picture should be on the wall with the others with his/her name and phone number. After calling him/her….I promise they will give it to you. Sorry they are being difficult.

          • Melissa

The only difference you should run into on the “Flu” coupon books will be if the store is having a Flu clinic. In those cases, the stores will have to wait until the Flu shot day to hand out the books, in order to have them available for the clinic.

    • Jennifer

Sorry, I hadn’t refreshed me page…didn’t see the question prior to mine..

    • Bonnie

Hi, unfortunately the Secret coupon in the Kmart book expires 10/3. So it won’t work at CVS on Sunday.

      • Jenny

Thanks for letting me know. You could shop saturday night and get it though.

        • Dani

Or if you have a Kmart near you they are doing double coupons this week and the secret is free there with that coupon!

    • kelli

there is also a $1 off any Dove shampoo or conditioner in the “Flu $100 Coupon Booklet”

      • kelli

I also forgot to say that there are some $1 off Dove shampoo/conditioner/mist that came with a free sample.

the coupons in the $100 coupon book are CVS coupons, right? that means that we could use $1 off CVS and $1 off manufacturer’s. Is this right? I’ve never tried stacking coupons at CVS but I think I’ve read that it works.

        • Jenny

You can use the Flu booklet coupons with other coupons. They are all store coupons :)

          • kelli

this is great! if only I could get my hands on more of the coupon books so that I could get $2 off per bottle.

        • kim

At CVS today I tried to use 3 manufacturers coupons plus 2 CVS coupons from the Flu booklet for the Boost deal ( buy 3 get $10 ECB) and they would not take more than 1 of the CVS coupons. Later I read the back of the coupon and it says limit one coupon per customer. I suppose I should have done seperate transactions to be able to use both.

          • Lynn

I had the same issue. I did two different transactions using the coupons from the flu book. The first one for the dove conditioner/shampoo and used the M&M and Dove Chocolates…total of four coupons from the book without an issue. The registered beeped, but the cashier overrode it. The second one was at a different store using the two Goodnights coupons stacked with manufacturer coupons and the register beeped and the cashier would not override it (he also rather rudely pointed out where it said one coupon per purchase). He did however take the $3/$15, so I was still pleased with my purchase.

    • Katherine

anyone had trouble printing the flu shot coupon?

      • kelli

I just printed 2 of them with no problem.

    • Lindsay

      Jenny,
In the clipfree coupon book on the back page is a coupon that says “save $40 with Card when you buy Bayer Breeze2 blood glucose monitoring system.” Would this make the Glucose monitor listed in the ad free? Not sure how this clipless things work.

      • Lindsay

Nevermind..just realized this booklet expired 9/30/09 thanks anyway. :)

    • Meredith

Anyone have any idea how much the B1G1 Schick razors retail for?

      • kelli

I think that the razors are $9.99 at CVS. The razor/trimmers are $12.99 (I think that the men’s ones are $11.99). The 4 packs of blades are $10.49-$10.99, the 8 packs are $20+. That’s all from memory, so I could be wrong but I’m pretty sure I’m at least close to right. :)

    • Stacey

Just in case anyone is doing the Viactiv deal, there is a $4 off Viactiv 60-90 count coupon in the Walgreens October coupon book. CVS regularly takes these as competitor coupons.

    • Becky

Quick question: I printed three separate $5 off $20 coupons and used them all last week. Can I print three more…I don’t remember what the bar codes were. Am I done until the next $5 coupon comes out? And the clipless coupon for Neosporin…how does that work…does it automatically come off at the register or do I present something to them?

      • I printed off the 1st one and tried to use it last week. It wouldn’t scan and the clerk couldn’t get it to accept it by typing in the numbers.

        • Cori

Mine was rejected stating I had used it already.

    • Elaine

The Revlon nail color says limit 6, do you get 3 ECBs with each bottle that you purchase?

      • kelli

yes, you get 3 ECBs per 1 bottle that your purchase. so, a total of $18 ECBs if you buy 6. I wouldn’t buy all 6 at once though, unless you know you’ll be able to spend an $18 ECB.

        • Cori

Yes and the manager at my store said the coupon that is linked here did not apply to the nail color, but he said he’d use it for me anyway.

          • mydeere5

Unfortunately it would not scan at my Florida store and she could not accept it because it was for a Revlon color cosmetic…not nail color. It was really good ecb deal anyway….just thankful for what I did save!

    • Alissabeth

Got 5/25 in my email with my quarterly ECB.

    • Elizabeth

With the lip therapy, how do they allow overage? Wouldn’t the coupon beep if you tried to use it? I haven’t done CVS in a while, though.

      • kelli

in my experience, they will not allow overage. they’ll usually adjust it down to the price you’re paying.

        • Elizabeth

          Okay, that’s what I thought.

          Thanks.

          • Stacey

I got the neo. lip therapy deal during lunch and they won’t allow an overage. I got (2)lip treatments and grabbed a reinventing beauty magazine thinking it would all be free with the (2) $3 Q’s but they adjusted down the second Q. Oh well- I still only spent a dollar and have more coupons from the magazine for next week!

            • Ann

I bought it this morning and my store allowed overage. The original price was $5.39 minus 2.50 clip-free coupon, used $3 coupons. It was an eleven cent money maker for me. Guess it depends on the sales associate.

      • Erica

I looked in the RP 9/27 for the $3 off of 2, but all I found was $1 off one. Doesn’t make it free that way…did I look in the wrong place, or do we have different coupons in Florida?

        • Amy

I’m in TX and we got the $1 off, too. I think the areas differ in coupons sometimes.

        • BRITTANY

It is always different here in Florida. Try to get the biggest paper you can, i.e. Tampa Tribune, Orlando Sentinel. They will have the best coupons because inserts do vary.

      • heather

I just did Jenny’s scenario and the lip therapy in-store coupon came off before I was able to use the 5/25 so I had to add an item to get my total up to 25.

    • Kerry

Tylenol, Benadryl, Pepcid and many more coupons:

Georgia shoppers – Has anyone found the Flu $100 Savings Booklet? I visited the CVS in Savannah Downtown on Bull. The pharmacy claimed Georgia stores did not participate because most do not have the minute clinics in their stores (except for some in Atlanta). I don’t think this would be true. Any luck in GA?

      • Laura K

The booklet is supposed to be for people getting the flu shot. The flu shot is only given at locations with Minute Clinics. So CVS stores without Minute Clinics probably do not receive the booklet.

      • Robin

we got the books in south georgia. Don’t actually know if they have the minute clinic or not?

      • BRITTANY

I don’t think it necessarily has to be a minute clinic location. They will give the flu shot in any pharmacy with chairs, so others should have them considering they all have pharmacy, but I’m not in georgia.

      • Amber

Got my flu shot (for free since they bill my insurance) and the coupon book, it was at a minute clinic though. I’m in Covington GA

        • Alissabeth

My AL CVS does not have a Minute Clinic, but offers the vaccine.

      • Mariah

The phamacist in Richmond Hill told me that the booklets would be available in our store the day they do the flu shots. (I beleive Oct 23)

    • LD

I have a question on the First deal [getting started] would you have to use your $5 off 25 before they scan your card ? If you get the clippless coupon for the neosporin taken off before the $5 off 25 would that put your total under ? My cvs wont scan the crard later always before they are a pain with that.

      • heather

my neosporin came off before so I had to add more stuff to get to 25

        • LD

Thanks Heather I was wondering about this and the shampoo. Our check out girls will not ring it and then do those coupons then scan card . Every thing else they are so good with [most of the time]. Did the buy 1 get 1 free shampoos work the same way ? and did they allow you to use 2 of the $2 off coupons in one order ? I was reading the fine print on these and it seems like that may be a sticking point also . Going to give it a try . I am putting these in a slightly diffrent order though and using a 4 off 20 and not all the items [minus the soap] and will add in a free candy bar .

    • Megan

Here’s my plan to get free Pull-Ups this week:
      Buy:
      Tone Soap
      Revlon Nail Color
      Colgate
      Garlic Powder ($.88)
      2 Neo Lip
      Pull-Ups
      gallon of milk ($2.99)
      Total: 26.70
      Use:
      $1/1 Tone
      $1/1 Revlon
      $1/1 Colgate
      2 $3/1 Neo Lip
      $2/1 Pull-Ups
      $1.50 Pull-Ups Upromise eCoupon
      $5/$25 CVS Coupon
      $10 ECB
      Total oop: $.70
Get 6ECB + $1.50 in my Upromise account, which I request a check for every quarter, so that will be back in my pocket in a few months.
Total loss on the deal is $3.20 + tax, which is basically just the cost of the gallon of milk.

    • Susan

When an item is B1G1 at CVS, can you use 2 coupons? They let you use a coupon on the free item?

      • Elizabeth

Yes, they will let you use 2 coupons w/ B1G1.

        • Angel in NC

The last time I tried to use 2 Q’s on a BOGO the register beeped. That was at a brand new CVS.

          • jennifer

I had the same problem, it beeped and would only allow me to use 1.

            • magical

use the coupons before you scan your card –

          • HSV mom

If they subtotal your purchases before taking off the coupons, it will beep. Ask them to take off your coupons before subtotaling. If they will not, look for a different CVS if possible.

    • Carly

Does anyone know if the month long deals are limited? Ex- Could I buy 4 neo lip therapy and still get 2.50 off ea.?

    • Kerry

Ok, I have to admit, at first I didn’t understand the reason behind making serveral purchases. My simple mind wants to buy everything at once. Last week I started “CVS-ing” and I have 15 ECB’s. Here’s my plan:

      #1
      Buy:
      Tone Soap
      Dial or Tone Bodywash
      Colgate Toothbrush
      Total: 8.86
      Use:
      $1/1 Tone
      $1/1 Dial or Tone
      $1/1 Colgate
      $5 ECB
      Total OOP: .86

      #2
      Buy:
      2 Tylenol
      Pepcid
      Total: 26.00
      Use:
      2 $1/1 Tylenol
      $2/1 Pepcid
$2.50/$10 in Pain Relievers RP (Can I use this with the $5/$25???????)
      $5/$25 CVS Coupon
      $14 ECB
      Total OOP: .50

End with 12 ECB for next week!

If I were to do one purchase I would end up paying 5.36.

Thanks for this awesome site; I have a new addiction… great.

      • Jenny

That looks like a great plan. You should be able to use the $2.50/$10 with the $5 off $25 without problems.

        it’s not a bad addiction…

        • Kerry

          Well, I made my purchases.

They wouldn’t let me use the 2.50 off $10 in pain relievers coupon with the 5/25. I don’t know why, but the computer wouldn’t let me. So I used my 2 ECB. I ended up paying 2.75 for the second purchase, including a Sunday paper for 1.75. Only 1.00 for 2 tylenol & 1 pepcid, not bad at all!

      • kelli

I agree, you should be able to use it. I know that I used a $4/$25 with a $2/$10 oral care with no problem at all.

        • kelli

I meant $4/$20 :) not that that makes much of a difference

      • Samantha

I used the $2.50/$10 pain reliever with a $5/$25, but I bought two sudafeds and one motrin. The computer did not beep.

    • Susan

The Neosporin instant savings…is that automatically applied? It is mentioned above that it is a “clipless coupon.”

      • Jenny

It is automatically applied with you scan your card.

        • Pam

The 3.00 lip therapy seems to be gone.
          Is there another site available?

    • Great scenarios, Jenny! You might also remind everyone to check their ECB account online as the Summer Spending ECBs are posted. You can log in (or register with your ECB card #) and actually PRINT your Summer Spending ECBs to use IN store instead of waiting for them to come out on your 1st purchase of the quarter. I was going to do the starter scenarios b/c I only had $3 ECB from last week, but now I have $6!

      • kelli

I only got 50 cents… is this based on what you’ve spent?

        • libby

how do I retrieve the ECB’s

          • You have to sign up on the CVS website and also register your ECB card.

        • Robin

yes, based on what you spent….which probably isn’t much unless you have prescriptions ;-)

        • kim

You get back 2% of what you spend.

    • Chantelle

when I go to the neo lip coupon it says I’ve already printed it…but I haven’t!!! anyone have any tips on this?

      • Micheal

It said the same thing for me, but I have not even printed it out? If someone knows how to get it to work, please let me know. Thanks.

        • Sarah

im having the same issue. im thinking that probably means the number of total coupons they were going to allow to print has been met.

          • Samantha White

It would have been nice if the message said something to the effect…”Sorry, this promotion is over.” Oh well

      • kelli

I got the same message… that usually means that print limit is reached for the coupon. too bad! :(

      • BRITTANY

Same for me, but they got all my info first. Hopefully instead of just sending junk mail they’ll send me a coupon since I missed out on this one.

        • Tam Tam

The same thing happened to me today on the internet. I clicked the back button and clicked on the print coupon button again and the coupon printed! KOOL

      • Alison V.

i filled out that whole form and clicked continue only for a message that said there were no coupons for this campaign…or something to that effect. the coupon is still listed on the front page of the website!

    • libby

Now I am mad the $3 off Neosporin Lip Health coupon says that I have printed the amount but I haven’t done any!

    • libby

In florida would it be zepherhills water instead of poland sping for $1?

      • BRITTANY

Yes it is zephyrhills. Plus there is a b2g1 coupon!!

      • Jennifer

        At mine it is ozarka

    • Anne Marie

I am so glad the Hershey’s candy went on sale. If you can shop on Saturday to get both weeks deals, I have a great scenario to snag a Christmas gift. This is especially sweet if you have the free chocolate coupons saved up.

      Buy
      8 Hershey’s Snack Size Bags, $2.50 ea.
6 Hershey’s Candy Bars about .88 ea(2 should be Reeses)

      use
      -$5/25
      (4)-$1/2
      (4) free Hershey’s single pack
      B1G1 free Reeses
      $5 ecbs
      Total Due: $7.60

Get Back $5 ecb and $15 coupon for Monsters Vs. Aliens ($19.99)
The only thing I am not sur about is the number of candy bars that I have to get. This week they are on sale, B2G1 free, so I may have to buy a few more to get my total up to $25. Almost free Halloween Candy and a great stocking stuffer for the kids! Woo hoo!

      • Anne Marie

I tried this tonight, though I had to do a little reworking since I didn’t have the right coupons, but the dvd deal didn’t work. I guess since their computers are already reset, it wouldn’t work. :(, but I can’t complain too much. This CVS bends over backwards to help me get the deals, including reminding me to scan my card in the machine and taking extra $/$$ coupons that it spits out. Plus I got loads of candy for Halloween!

    • Mandy

Can you get one item for 1/2 price on B1G1 at CVS?

      • Erin B

You have to buy two. They let me buy one for 1/2 price at Rite Aid once but only bc there was only one item left on the shelf.

    • k

as of now, this is my plan.

      Transaction 1:
      1 Colgate 360 toothbruth = $2.99
      3 Revlon nail polish = $3.99 each
      2 Dove shampoo/conditioner = $4.99 each
      – $5/$25
      – $1 off Colgate 360
      – (3) $1 off Revlon
      – (2) $1 off Dove manufactures
      – (2) $1 off Dove CVS
      – 12 ECBs (adjusted down to $11.94)
total oop: approximately $1.25 (all tax)
      get back 11 ECBs

      Transaction 2:
      3 Revlon nail polish = $3.99 each
      2 Dove shampoo/conditioner = $4.99 each
      1 tone bar = $1.88
1 bag of CVS candy (filler) = $1.50
      – $5/$25
      – (2) $1 off Dove manufactures
      – (2) $1 off Dove CVS
      – $1 off Tone
      – $15 ECBs
      total oop: $.33 + tax = approximately $1.60
      get back $20 ECBs

      • heather

Where is the Dove cvs coupon coming from?

    • Ann M.

Unfortunately, I think the $1/2 Hershey’s coupon is for Mars brand chocolates…I get the Atlanta paper, so perhaps the Hershey’s coupon is in the 9/27RP in smaller papers only? There are $1/1 on special dark Hershey’s in the 9/27SS, though!

      • Anne Marie

I just now nioticed that. I am not good at knowing which candies are from which companies. I also get the AJC and I got those $1/2 Mars candies too. I got $1/3 Hershey’s Reeses or Kit Kat Snack Size bags, I have a few .55/1 Reeses, $1/1 Hershey’s Kisses and $1/1 Special Dark. I will take all of them and see what I can work out . Hopefully it will work and I can get the coupon! Thanks for pointing that out.

    • rachel

can you use ECB’s from another card for a purchase with YOUR card? (sorry if that sounds confusing). they are my Mom’s ecb’s and she doesnt do the “CVSing”

      • libby

        I wish I knew…

      • Jennifer

You can only use the ECB’s with the card they printed with.

        • Amy

          good to know

          • Michelle

I shop with THREE CVS cards, mine, my husbands and a friends. :) I do most of her CVS shopping for her anyway so it works out great! So, just use your mom’s card and her ECB’s to get the stuff you want. Happy shopping.

    • mandie

is anyone else having trouble finding the Revlon Q? I have searched all of my 9/13’s and cannot find it? I have the AJC and Chatt. Free Press inserts??

      • Ruth

I did my CVSing tonight, and the register wouldn’t allow the Revlon Color Cosmetic for the nail products, it beeped and wouldn’t allow the cashier to put it through. $.99 is still a great price for it.

        • Alena

Yes, same thing happened to me, but everything else on my list went perfect! If Revlon is a month long sale, we may get some more coupons, hopefully =)

          • Meredith

            Same for me :(

        • Anne Marie

It beeped for me too, but the cashier did something to make it work anyway.

        • Donna

Mine beeped, but the cashier over rode it.

Bummed that I missed the Viactive coupon. And my Lip hydrator coupon was only for $1.00. But over all, the plan worked well for me.

          • Jennifer

The cashier over rode mine. But now I have $18.00 ecb. Oh well, might buy my daughter a Halloween costume with it.

        • rydergal

It beeped for me too, but my cashier pushed it through. The really great part was she was training a new cashier at the time, and the new girl asked why she was doing that, since I only bought nail polish. The cashier told her “it’s a cosmetic item, so it counts”. It warms my heart to think they are training them right at my favorite CVS :)

      • amm6300

Same here. I couldn’t find the Q in the Nasvhille paper either.

      • Alissabeth

No coupon in Montgomery Advertiser or Birmingham News for Revlon.

        • Robin

I also tried to use one and the register beeped so I couldn’t use it…99 cents is still good though :)

    • For the BOGO Blade products…theres also a COUPON in the CVS 99 cent magazine in the store find it in the beauty section of the store…$2/2 ANY BLADE product

      • Jenny

        Awesome! Thanks!

    • Angela

Can you use ECB’s on the same items that you have a Man. coupon for? I was told last week at Walgreens that I couldn’t use RR’s on an item that I have a coupon for. Just wondering if CVS is the same…thanks for your help!

      • Ashley

No. CVS is lovely in that the ECBs really work like cash. You don’t have to worry about what products you use them on or where you got them from to begin with (unlike WAGS). You can use as many manufacturer coupons as you want (legally) and as many ECBs together. I always ask how many I can use so that I don’t lose any portion. My store won’t let me pay tax with ECBs.

      • Amy TR

check a different store–mine will let you do both

    • Amy TR

I didn’t see the Welch’s juice in the ad scan. Did I miss it?

      • Jenny

It is not in there, it is in the month long clipless coupon booklet.

        • Amy TR

          Thanks!

        • Shannon

Does anyone know how much the Welch’s juice is?

          • Michelle

It was around 4.00 at my store in GA… way too expensive and you have to buy two to get the ECB’s… you can probably get it a lot cheaper at a grocery store…even without a coupon. ;)

          • rydergal

Welch’s is $4.99 at my store (NE Alabama)

    • kelli

I ran into my store quickly today and check on a few things. The cheapest Dove body wash that they had was $8.69. :( that throws off my whole plan.

      • They might go on sale if those are the prices listed in the flier. I would make a plan for both ways. I am going to do four hair and use 5 dollars in coupons (four man 1 cvs) and one degree protection 3 dollars in coupons (2 man 1 cvs) It will cost me six dollars but I am going to add the tone and use the 5 off and get it all for three. I just don’t use body wash and I love their shampoo. HTH!

        • kelli

I’ve never used the shampoo but I was planning on getting some of it too. I was going to make my fiance buy the body wash since he’s the one that loves Dove body wash anyway. :)

IF the shampoo doesn’t go on sale, I’m planning on buying 4 of them for $4.99 and hoping that the ECBs will print out. They usually print out when you’ve gotten that close. I know that the Neutrogena ECBs (spend $15, get $5) a few weeks ago printed off when you spent $14.97.

          • kelli

            obviously I meant $4.99 each. :)

      • Amy

        Ouch! Thanks for the info.

        • kelli

Like Ashley said, it might go on sale. I’m going tonight to try to get my shopping done early.

    • Oh, and there is a coupon in the Flu Shot book for the toothpaste. You will profit 1 dollar :)

      • kelli

wow, great tip! I was thinking about getting toothbrushes. I might get toothpaste now. Not sure. I have about 20 tubes of toothpaste in my linen closet. I need to figure out where I can donate it.

        • LD

Any homeless shelter or Battered woman shelter would be glad for these . If you have none of those around you can always go for the old folks home.

        • Tam Tam

They make great stocking stuffers at Christmas for everyone. Kids, neices, nephews and your kids friends. (I always make stockings for my kids BFF’s) Not very expensive and warms their little hearts to know they were thought of.

    • kkoon

My CVS is a 24hr CVS. Do the deals start earlier than midnight tonight?
      Thanks!

      • Most 24 hr CVS stores will only start the new week’s deals at midnight. Mine actually doesn’t put the ECB tags up until the wee hours of the morning (if yours does this you just need to be certain of what you’re looking for), and the registers will only print ECBs after midnight as well.

    • Alena

has anyone been able to print 2 Neosporin Lip Health coupons? t only printed me one and when I registered my husband for another one, it said its not available anymore! Any suggestions on how to print another one? Thanks

      • kelli

I’m pretty sure that print limit has been reached. I didn’t have any luck printing any of them.

    • kelli

I wrote earlier that the cheapest Dove body wash I could find was $8.69. I went by my store tonight to do my shopping early and they’re on sale for $6.50 each… making is so that buying 3 is 50 cents short of $20! :(

I also couldn’t do my shopping early because for some reason their registers weren’t ringing up sale prices. This is only the second week that I’ve tried to get my shopping done early. I’m pretty disappointed but I’ve gotta go out and get papers in the morning anyway. Just when I’ve gotten to the point there I feel like I really love CVS, they disappoint me again.

      • Michelle

Not every CVS loads the new weeks sale prices in the computer on Saturday night….. maybe that is why? idk…

        • kelli

Last week they told me that the sales started at 6 pm on saturday. I went in at about 6:30 to do the P&G deal because I knew that they had very limited supply of tide stain release and bounce dryer bars and that’s what I wanted to buy. The sale prices rang up perfectly and ECBs printed out with no problem. I even confirmed when I walked in that they started their sales at 6 but the stuff wasn’t ringing up on sale.

I’m only slightly annoyed. I was planning on going back today and doing another transaction. I have two $5/$25 coupons that I was planning on using and I thought that it was possible that they might give me a little bit of trouble. They don’t open until 10, hopefully all will go well.

    • Jennifer

I would like to know if anyone has found the .99 Reinventing Beauty Magazine in the Birmingham area and if so what CVS has them and where are they located in the store? Thanks in advance!

      • Meredith

Yes! On Rocky Ridge Road in Vestavia. When you walk in the door there is a rack to the right and they are on the very bottom. They have the last three months magazines and all of the coupons in the old ones are expired so make sure to just get the one with Sandra Bullock on the front.

      • Jennifer

Thanks! I was there earlier today and missed looking for one, however I found one at the Morgan Rd. CVS and bought the magazine and got 2 bottles of shampoo (frutopia & violage?) for only $1.07 oop! I was excited because we were running low on shampoo!

      • rydergal

The Irondale location (The Shops at Montevallo) puts out just the coupons (so you don’t have to buy the magazine). They are on the ad rack to the left of the door when you walk in.

    • Aymie

Anyone know how much the Schick quattro’s are each??

      • Tarrah R.

someone earlier said they thought around $9.99 for the razor and the price goes up from there for the refills. That sounds right to me. I was so hopeing for the razors to go on BOGO at Publix before now to use the manufacture and Target coupons for a major money maker; didn’t happen\. :-(

        • Aymie

Me too and since it expires TOMORROW I have no choice but to just get them at CVS… Oh well… I have 4 ECB’s hopefully I do not have to pay much out of pocket…

    • Momof2 (Greer, SC)

I think my plan this week is to buy:
      Tone soap @ $1.88
      Colgate toothbrush @ $2.99
      (2) Revlon nail colors @ $3.99 ea (7.98)
      Head & Shoulders shampoo @ $4.99
      Scott bath tissue @ $6.88
      piece of chocolate @ .33
      Total..$25.05
      less $5 off $25 CVS q, $1 tone soap q, $1 CVS colgate toothbrush q, $1 Colgate manu. q, (2) $1 off Revlon q, $1 off H&S CVS q,$1 H&S manu. q , and $1 Scott Q= $12.05, pay w/ $12 ecb, get $11 ecb back. Awesome week & not to mention adding to the tissue pile.

      • Momof2 (Greer, SC)

My plan didn’t go so well, for one thing the system would not accept my $1 off Revlon Cosmetics coupon. Clerk said it was not a cosmetic & the computer kept beeping so I could’t use that. Second I pick up the wrong 360 toothbrush & ecb’s didn’t print. When I asked clerk to refund toothbrush which rang up @ $3.99 so I could purchase ones for $2.99 she stated that the system would only refund me $1.63 instead of the full $3.99 b/c I had used ecb’s to pay for my original order. So instead she printed my $2 ecb for the toothbrush but I was out of the $1 difference that I paid. I was told today that if you pay with ecbs & try to refund something the ecbs will be deducted on the return.

        • CiCi

i went to the cvs on pelham/85 and got 6 things of nailpolish, all the revlon coupons scanned without a problem, i’d say try again!

    • Sabrina

Went to CVS tonight and they did not have the $3 ECB wyb Revlon Nail products at $3.99 marked. The cheapest nail polish I saw was $4.99. I decided to try it anyway because sometimes they just don’t have time to get all the sale stuff marked on Saturday night. I gave the cashier the -$1 off Revlon Color Cosmetic Product coupon and the register beeped and would not accept my coupon :-(. I did get the Tone soap, Huggies, Pantene, Colgate, and Renuzit crystals for $7.08 and got $5 ECB’s back. Not bad but I need to learn to do better!!!
Thanks for all you do Jenny. I check this site several times a day and I’ve told all of my friends about it.

    • Mandy

Can you just get one item at CVS for 1/2 price on B1G1, or do you have to get two items?

      • Aymie

You have to get two items… But you can use two coupons!

      • kelli

I’ve read some people say that if you buy just one, it’ll ring up half price… but that’s never been my experience. It’s possible that it’s store specific.

    • Tara

Hi Jenny! Just wanted to let you guys know that when I tried to print the 3.00 off Neosporin it said that there were no more printables for this campaign.

      • Jarrod

Really annoying too, I wish these companies would let you KNOW print Limits been reached BEFORE filling out everything…

CVS seems like something you’ve got to Wait for, and frankly I’m finding 0 of these Coupons..

    • Mel

You can also get Lumene coupons on cvs.com.

    • Tara

Okay. Need some help here. Just did

      A Big Plan
      #1
      Buy:
      (2) Dove Body Wash $7 ea
      (1) Degree Clinical Protection $6 ea
      (1) Neosporin Lip Therapy $4.99
      (1) Tone Bar Soap $1.88
      Use:

      -$2.50 instant savings on Neosporin
      (2) -$2 off Dove Body Wash
      -$2 off Degree
      -$3 off Neosporin printable
      -$1 off Tone printable
      Total Due: $9.37 (use ECB’s

I used my previous 10.00. But, I still had to pay 9.37 and did not get get a 10.00 in ECB bucks back. What did I do wrong?

      • LD

I have no idea why your RR did not print . sometimes if you are just a few cents off they wont. was the shampoo and the degree exactly price’s you listed if they were 6.99 and 5.99 that could have been the reason .

and if you still had to pay 9.37 after you used your $10 rr . I would go back and return everything as that makes no sense . Talk to the manager when you return and see about getting your RR reward on top of your cash back . Sounds like they did not do your coupons off your order or the RR you gave them . Check your receipt it will list it all on there . the 5 off 25 shows as a cvs MFR coupon .

      • HSV mom

Was your $10 ECB from a previous week or a prior purchase of the same items? There is a limit of one $10 ECB for purchasing these items per sale period.

        • Tara

It was from one of the same deal the day before. So, knowing that, that makes sense. Thanks!

    • LD

Just to let everyone know I did the shampoo deal on the Fruitopia or Viologie Hair products B1G1 at $3.49 and was able to use 2 $2 off coupons . I did one Furitopia and one Viologie in an order . I did take the second off as it rang it up . I was afraid to buy both of the same kind as it states one per person . So I then bought the matching ones on my next order. interested to know if someone bought 2 of the same kind at once and was able to use both $2 coupons in one order without it beeping.

      • MaineMoments

I used 2 $2 off on the Fruitopia and Viologie and it did beep, but she overrode it and let me use all four coupons. Also, in the 9/27 RP there is a B2G1 Poland Springs coupon good on 1 Gal or larger jugs that I confirmed to work with the Nestle deal today.

        • Dani

Today I actually got 1 Viologie shampoo and conditioner and also 1 Fruitopia shampoo and conditioner and I used 4 coupons and had no problems. She even gave me the overage which I was not expecting!

          • Susan

I took in 6 Fruitopia/Viologie coupons. They say 1 per person, but the cashier overrode it and accepted all 6, and entered them all as $2.00. :D

    • What great site, Im glad I found it! The CVS by my house in Cool Springs Tennessee always has great deals but this will definately make them easier to sift through.

    • jenny

      Ok 1 more question…brand new, sorry :-)
When the red line says (rp 2/100 like red plum 2/10 that was from a previous paper insert, right? There is no way to get that paper now is there?
      Thanks sooooo much!

      • Alissabeth

No, that’s assuming you bought or have access to that coupon. Even if you don’t use all the coupons in the paper, sometimes it’s good to save them anyway or trade for ones you need.

      • sometimes you can buy them on e-bay…

    • Chelsea Marie

      My Plan:

      Buy:
      (1)Tone Soap at $1.88
      (1) Colgate Advanced Toothpaste at $2.99
      (3)Benefiber at $4.99
      (1) Benefiber at $5.49

      Total: $25.83

      Use:
      (1) $5 off $25
      (4) -$2 off Benefiber
      (1)$1 off Tone Wash
      (1)$1 off Colgate total
      -$7 ECB

      Total Due: $3.83
      Get Back: $13 ECB

    • MaineMoments

In the 9/27 RP there is a B2G1 Poland Springs coupon good on 1 Gal or larger jugs that I confirmed to work with the Nestle deal today.

    • Great day today! The CVS I stopped at had everything, right prices and all. The Tone bar soap was not marked on the shelf but rang up no problem.

      Bought:
      (2) Dove Body Wash at $7.00
      (1) Degree Clinical Deodorant at $6
      (2) Neosporin Lip Therapy at $4.99 (rings at $2.89 instantly)
      (1) Tone Bar Soap pack at $1.88

Total $31.86 ($26.86 if you factor the instant savings on the Neosporin and are trying to plan around a $5/$25 coupon)

      Use:
      (1) $5 off $25
      (1) $1 off Tone
      (1) $3 off Neosporin Lip Therapy
      (1) $3 off Neosporin Lip therapy (adjusted DOWN to $2.89)
      (2) $2 off Dove Body Wash
      $6 ECB

      Total due $5.88 + tax
      Get back $11 ECB

      • kelli

The Tone bars were not marked on the shelf at my CVS either but they rang up $1.88 and I got back the $1 ECB.

    • Brook

Are the Flu Coupon Books only at locations that administer flu shots? The CVS on Sigman RD in Conyers, GA doesn’t have any nor knows what in the heck I’m talking about. Anyone in my area know where I can find one of these booklets?

    • Lori

On the $5 off $25 printable coupon… Is it necessary to have 3 different barcodes on the coupons or is it somehow tracked with your CVS card? Also, I used the same 3 different sites for the coupons last week. Is there gonna be a problem using the same ones this week? Just trying to avoid potential issues in advance… Thanks!

      • libby

each has to have a different bar code but it doesn’t matter how many are used per card

      • kelli

I’ve used probably 5-6 printed from the flu quiz. They all had different bar codes and I’ve never had any trouble with them.

      • Dianne

I was able to use 3 of the $5 off coupons, but when I tried 4th one, it came up that it had already been redeemed.

    • I am really new to extreme couponing but am trying to slowly catch up to it all. I saw the link through this weeks CVS deals for a printable coupon for Neosporin Lip Treatment. I took the quiz and gave the requested information and at the end it said there were no printable coupons for this event. The site said take the quiz and get the coupon but then said at the end there no printable one to be had. Help anyone?

    • Colleen

Wow, to go into CVS and have your pre-coupon total be over $60, but your final OOP only $2.11 is the GREATEST feeling!! It was worth the special trip this morning for more printer ink. Also, while the Shift Superviser rang up my sales, the HEAD GUY Store Manager was chatting with her, watching my sales, watching me hand over my coupons and ECB…and it was so satisfying to walk out with 3 full bags, knowing that I was playing by all the rules, doing nothing wrong, paying $2.11, with $12 new ECB!!

    • Carla

My CVS will not let me use two coupons on a B1G1 deal.:( Is this just my store???? Is there something that I should know??

      • HSV mom

Make sure they take your coupons off prior to subtotaling or the register will not allow you to use 2 coupons because it has already taken the free one off.

      • Tracie

There are few CVS stores around me that refuse to take 2 coupons on the BOGO items. They always say, you are getting one for free, we can’t deduct anything from that. To which I reply, the manufacturer is reimbursing you for the coupon, regardless of the purchase price. I had this happen to me today with the Schick razors that are BOGO this week. I had a CVS Manager ask me “How did you get so many coupons anyway”. I had 4 coupons for the Schick razors, doesn’t seem like alot to me. I walked out when they refused to use all of coupons and drove 3 miles up the street where they took them all. Now that manager can stop worrying about the quantity of my coupons and ask himself “How did I lose so many customers?”

      • Julie

It depends on the coupon and the scenario. For example, if cans of coffee are B1G1 on sale, I’ve been able to use 2 coupons for $2/1 each. However, if the COUPON was also a B1G1 deal, I could only use 1 b/c according to my CVS, the B1G1 coupon covers 2 items.

I’ve also never had luck doing scenarios where Jenny says to use a “Buy Item X, Get Item Z FREE” AND a “$1 off Item X”. Technically, yes, the BOGO coupon is really only applied to Item Z… but my CVS has told me those scenarios cover 3 items (an item X, the free item Z, and ANOTHER item X). Not 2.

    • tonya

has anyone tried to use the $3 off $15 printable that you print from page 31 of the magazine? It says on the coupon that they will not accept a copy…it must be the original.

      • Tracie

I used it today, it would not scan because it is so blurry, but they entered it manually, no problem.

      • Susan

I used it today. It would not scan, but he keyed it in.

    • Micha

I did my first round of CVSing today. I bought three packs of pull-ups and tube of Colgate toothpaste. I used two pull-up coupons, one of the 5/25 and a 1/1 Colgate. The total after coupons was $22.20 which was $19.90 less than it would have been without the coupons.

    • I did well not as good as I do at Walgreen’s but good. I had to ask the pharmacy for a coupon flu book and she was like oh we only have one back here but you can have it! I was very excited! The kleenex were B1G1 and I used the $1 off from the flu coupon booklet. I spent $21 and used my $5 off coupon and got back $4 in ECB’s! I bought some things not on the list.

    • kelli

I had a great day today. OOP was a little higher than planned because I miscalculated at the register and handed over $6 ECB when I should’ve done $7. boo! Still a great day though. :)

Is the $5 off coupon good for a purchase of $25 that is before tax or after taxes?

      • HSV mom

It is based on your pretax total.

      • kelli

yes, pretax but it will usually work if you’re within a few cents.

    • Elaine

great job and good for you that cvs took your coupons. The register did not take my revlon coupons.
The sales girl said that it was for the items shown in
the picture. I did not want to argue. However I will check
the meaning of cosmetic to see if nail polish applies.
Or do a reverse search. see How relvon company categories
nail polish. If it is a cosmetic, then I am returning the
nail polish and have them redo the transaction to include
the coupons. I am considering complaining to both cvs and revlon
        company
        does

        • Elaine

The Revlon coupons that had just expired had the nail ppolish in the picture!

    • Lynn

Has anyone in the Bham area seen any Pure and Natural Huggies at any CVS? I went to three different stores today and never found any. I have one last pure and natural coupon that has not expired and would love to use it while diapers are $8.99!! Thanks!

    • I was in CVS today and they had a flashing light on a price scanner near the front of the store with a yellow sign taped to it. Turns out, it not only will scan products to tell you the price, it also will scan your Extra Care card and print out any coupons (or ECB) your card has ready before you go to checkout. I scanned mine and got 2 coupons plus my ECBs for summer. This wasn’t my regular CVS so will have to see if they have it in my store when I’m there tomorrow!

    • Amy

My CVS wouldn’t accept the Revlon coupon.

      • erin

Mine wouldn’t either. She said it wasn’t considered a “cosmetic” item, so she wouldn’t ring it. She did tell me to hold on to it though, b/c they accept expired coupons. Don’t know if it is just that store, but good to know for the future..

        • Michelle in Martinez

mine wouldn’t take it, either…she said nail polish is not considered a cosmetic, but i got it anyway…i figured 99 cents for a nail polish is still a good deal after the $3 ECB!

          • mmscls04 in cola., sc

Mine wouldn’t either, they said the same thing. I just had my first CVS’ing trip. Been putting it off b/c of the “up front” spending, but this seemed like a good time to jump in as I needed a few things that I could get ECB for.

      • kelli

they beeped at my store but the cashier pushed them through.

      • CiCi

mine beeped but the cashier manually put all 6 in for me!

    • Leah

I have been couponing for a while now, but am just learning the CVS ECB system. I never wanted to shell out the extra money up front…but when I recently signed up for Charter cable services they sent me $125 in CVS gift cards as a “thank you”! Perfect opportunity for me to start learning without paying any of my own money and I am thrilled!!

Today was a CVS success for me:

      Bought:
      2 Dove Body Washes
      1 Degree Clinical Protection
      1 Colgate Total

      (+ 2.04 Tax)

      Spent 6.51
      Saved 35.76!

      ECB’s Received = $12.50

Also, the $6.51 spent just came off of a gift card, so technically I didn’t pay a dime! :)

I am using a $50 gift card right now and still have $15 left on it. So far I have stretched $35 to cover over $70 worth of merchandise, and there have only been two transactions…the first I had to pay a little more to get the ECB’s started! Can’t wait to see how long I can stretch out these gift card dollars!!!

Thanks for all of the hard work that is put into maintaining this site…it is so very helpful!

    • Do the BOGO items at CVS ring half price?

      • kelli

They do not ring up half price at my CVS. One rings up full price the other rings up free.

      • Lynn

No, there are not like Publix. You have to buy both to get the BOGO deal.

    • Colleen

I just did my first transaction for the week yesterday and it went better than expected, even though my CVS’ prices on the Neosporin lip therapy are higher than on our list. I did the Tylenol deal with the neo lip therapy. I bought 2 lip therapy and used 1 $3/1 and the B1G1 from the Publix advantage flier. She rang the coupon up for the FULL price off of $5.39 even though the items rang up for $2.89 for the sale price!
I have some really great cashiers at my closest CVS, I think.
Total for 2 lips, 1 Tylenol 8 hr, 2 Children’s Motrin and 2 newspapers was $3.89 plus $2 tax! I also used a $5/25 and had $7 ECBs. Got back 10 ECBs for my next deal.
Sadly, the machine where you scan your card for coupons never works at my store. Someday I will see what comes out of one of those!
I did get my quarterly ECBs from the register as well as an extra coupon for $1 off shaving stuff.

st elmo chattanooga cvs had zyrtec q’s near the rx drop off window! but the pharmacy people knew nothing about the $100 flu q book and the people up front didn’t know when they’d be getting them.

any other chatt stores have them yet?

    • Lynn

I have a coupon book that I got from the pharmacy a couple of weeks ago when they advertised letting the pharmacist check your prescriptions for any savings. No one ever talks about this book and I am wondering if it is the same on they are giving out as the flu coupon book. It is red and says “$100 coupon book…It is a smart way to save.” The first page is a little blurp from the pharmacy and the first coupons is for Excedrin. Is this the same book you guys have gotten for the flu book?

      • kelli

yes, that’s the flu shot coupon book.

        • Lynn

          thanks, Kelli!

        • margie

Did you have to get a flu shot there to get the booklet? I’ve already gotten my shot!

          • kelli

I did not have to get a flu shot. I asked for a book and the woman stated that they were only allowed to give them out when you get a flu shot. I nicely pointed out to her that the ad for the coupon book says “no purchase necessary” and she said “oh, I guess we can give you one then” and she handed one to me. I have read that some people aren’t having the same luck though.

    • The children’s 4 oz Tylenol is on recall.

    • Katie

Went to CVS last night. Broke it up into 2 transactions. In total I spent $17 and saved $74!!! Thanks for all your help!

    • margie

Spent $3.97, got $29 worth of stuff. Would have only spent $1.97 but couldn’t get my hands on two more hershey coupons. Thanks.
Does anyone know where to find the $5 off $25 or $25 gift card for transferring a prescription to CVS. I thought I saw something about this in an Ad in the last week or so, or on this site, but the store doesn’t seem to know anything about it. Someone please point me in the right direction, thanks.

      • Tina

cvs accepts rite aid Rx Qs. There were 2 in the rite aid add on Tuesday.

    • Kelley

I visited the Five Forks-Simpsonville, SC CVS tonight and was told by the shift supervisor that they no longer accept printed coupons except those that are CVS coupons. She was nice enough to take the one I had for the toothbrush.

    • stacy

Do you have to buy 2 items to get the BOGO or will it ring up 1/2 for one? Just wondering!

      • Steve

You have to buy 2 items. It doesn’t work like it does at Publix.

    • Sara

For the Purex If it is BOGO can I use $1.50 coupon off 2 AND $1 off one? Only buying 2 boxes (BOGO)

      • Susan

Yes, you can use 2 coupons. It is really smart of them to accept 2 coupons when they’re giving one for free, because they get reimbursed from the manufacturer for both coupons. At least they’re getting something back on the one they’re giving you for free.

        • Susan

Sorry, I didn’t catch that the first coupon was off of 2…you would not be able to use both coupons.

      • kelli

if the coupon says “$1.50 off 2” then you can only use one coupon when buying two items.

        • Sara

So I can’t use the $1 one as well?

    • Elizabeth

For these 3 $5 off $25 coupons from 3 different sites, does this mean you can use them simultaneously or those are for 3 separate trips?

      Thanks!

      • kelli

if you spend $75 on one transaction, you should be able to use all 3 at once. Otherwise, I don’t think that you can.

    • Marina

    • kelli

Great trip today. I got an email yesterday from CVS with a $3 off any purchase coupon in it as a birthday present. :) So, I was determined to get a great deal today. I had to go to both stores in my town because they didn’t have everything I wanted at the first. I spent a total of $2.07 ($1.23 tax) OOP and $22 ECBs and I got back $22 ECBs. Here’s the break down:

      Transaction 1:
      1 Dove body wash = $6.50
      1 Tone bar soap = $1.88
      1 Colgate 360 toothbrush = $2.99
      3 Revlon nail polish = $3.99 each
      1 bag of CVS candy = $1
      – $5/$25
      – $1.50 off Dove body wash
      – $1 off Tone
      – $1 off Colgage 360
      – $15 ECBs
Subtotal: $.84, Tax: $.46, Total OOP: $1.30, Total ECBs earned: $12, Total Saved: $31.60

      Transaction 3:
      3 Dove body wash = $6.50 each
5 boxes Wheat Thins (had a rain check) = $1 each
      1 bag of CVS candy = $1
      – $5/$25
      – $3 off any purchase (birthday present from CVS)
      – (2) $2 off Dove body wash
      – $1 off Dove body wash
      – (5) off Wheat Thins
      – $7 ECBs
Subtotal: $.00, Tax: $.77, Total OOP: $.77, Total ECBs earned: $10, Total Saved: $37.02

      Total OOP today: $2.07
      Total Saved: $68.62

Total OOP this week: $4.81 ($3.38 tax)
      Total saved this week: $126.53

      • kelli

I meant transaction 2, not 3. :) not that it really matters.

      • kelli

I know that this really doesn’t matter but I saw that I messed up when I was typing my second transaction and it bothered me. My computer likes to delete things as I’m typing. I’m not sure what the problem with it is but sometimes I just don’t notice it because I don’t read back over what I’ve typed. Here’s what it should’ve said. :)

        Transaction 2:
        3 Dove body wash = $6.50 each
5 boxes Wheat Thins (had a rain check) = $1 each
        1 bag of CVS candy = $1
        – $5/$25
        – $3 off any purchase (birthday present from CVS)
        – (2) $2 off Dove body wash
        – $1.50 off Dove body wash
        – (5) $1 off Wheat Thins
        – $7 ECBs
Subtotal: $.00, Tax: $.77, Total OOP: $.77, Total ECBs earned: $10, Total Saved: $37.02

    • I tried to use a 2nd 5 off 25 this week from the flu vidoe and it would not let me… It said only one per season per card.

      • Treva

You might want to try again. I was able to use all three in different transactions on different days. I did get confused about which one I had already printed off (the register would beep if I had already used that site’s coupon). I had already used two of the three coupons, but I couldn’t remember which one it was. So I printed off all three and had the cashier try each one until one of them worked. She didn’t have a problem with it.

    • HSV mom

Does anyone have a CVS that takes competitors coupons?

      • kelli

I don’t know the answer to this for sure but I’ve heard that all (or most) will accept competitors coupons for transfered prescriptions. I don’t think that most of them accept other competitors coupons, it depends on the store though. I would just give your store a call and ask.

    • Teresa

I am just starting with CVS. My husband uses the Quatro razor, the refills are B1G1, can I use 2 coupons since I will be gettting 2?

      • kelli

You should be able to use 2 coupons, I’ve done it many times. I’ve read of people having problems using a coupon on a free item though. The register accepts them so I would just hand them to coupons and see how it goes. Most of the time the cashiers at my store don’t really look at what I’ve handed them unless the register beeps.

      • Tarrah R.

YOu should be able to, though I read in an above comment to have them take off your coupon before subtotaling because one of the coupons may beep since the second rang as free. Hope that helps and Good Luck!

    • Deb-Clemson,SC

I found an online Viactiv Coupon. It’s only $1.00 off.

    • mydeere5

I found Nivea kiss of relief lip care 90% off!!! Normally 4.99 rang up for .49 cents…great for stocking stuffers.

    • Stephanie Wilson

I’m in Georgia and Clayton County said they could not give any books out until the 25th, and the Griffin area said not until the 15th. I guess it depends on location.

    • Stephanie Wilson

Also Rite-Aid and CVS said they would only take 1 coupon 5.00 off 20.00 or 5.00 off 25.00 for the month of october.

    • Stephanie Wilson

No you can not use a 1.50 off 0f 2/and a 1.00 off coupon on a BOGO. that is not right. Even if it is BOGO the coupon says off of 2. You would have to purchase another one to use another coupon.

    • Treva

I was unable to use more than one Viologe and Fruitopia coupon in my last transaction. If you are buying more than one magazine for that transaction, you may want to have the cashier try the coupons before you buy the Reinventing Beauty magazines. It does say at the bottom of the coupon–1 coupon per customer. Anyone else have this happen?

    • Amy

Thanks for all of your hard work, Jenny. My Goodnites coupon from SS 8/23 expired 9/27…maybe yours didn’t?!?!

    • catherine

Does anyone know if you can use a Upromise.com e-coupon with a paper coupon on 1 product? For example, could you load the $1.50 huggies coupon onto your CVS card and still use a $2 paper coupon on 1 package of diapers? Thanks for any help!

      • Jenny

You can use them together. The ecoupon will not come off in the store though, it will deposit that amount into your Upromise account, but you can use it with any coupons or sales.

        • catherine

Thanks Jenny! I appreciate your answer so quickly!

    • sarah

IS it possible that my store is not doing the $2.50 off neopsporin month long deal? I couldn’t find the add an the circular and I couldn’t find the product in my store.
