These deals start Sunday 1/16 at CVS. It’s not as fun of an ad as last week but we have the Pepsi deal returning so either get really stocked up on soda or head in towards the end of the week and grab a rain check. Remember CVS rain checks never expire and they will print the reward when you finally redeem it. So you can have a great soda deal during the middle of the summer when you actually want the deal!!

Do you have to have there card to get the Soda deal? … that sounds great to get ready for the super bowl. Thank you

      • momto2boys

Yes you must have an extra care card to get the deal, but you can get one in the store. It only takes a few minutes!

      • Jnn_horan

        Yes.

      • Lisa

When I signed up a year ago, my cashier just grabbed a card off the stack of unassigned cards and scanned it for me, so I could get the deals on that purchase. She told me I could fill in the info later and drop the paper off next time I'm at CVS. I thought this was great, because I didn't have to stand there and wait for her to enter all the info.

      • Danielle

You can also register online. I got my card in the store and registered it online.

    • Jnn_horan

on the end of the pepsi 12 packs last week were coupons for $1 off when you buy (2) 2-liter bottles of Sierra Mist or Pepsi Max.

    • Tara

So since the Pepsi deal is running again next week, if you did it this past week, can you do it again next week since it is a new sales ad?

      • Mommysauls

        thats what I was wondering??

        • ChrissyPunkin

Yes it is different. Jenny made a note at the bottom of the listed offer that it is a different offer number.

          • Gapfreak21

I did this deal last week. Can I use my $10 in ECB towards this news purchase and still receive the $10 ECB?

            • Morgan

              Yes.

      • Bamabobbie

Jenny said it's a new deal next week

      • yes. new deal.

    • Red

Hello, does anyone know the regular price on the Purex 3 in 1 laundry sheets?

      • Armywife74

The price varies by store, I have seen them for 6.99 at one store and 8.99 at another in my area. And all the stores in my area are in the same district so not sure why but whenever they have this sale they are bogo at whatever price the store normally sells them for.

      • Hrelrod

Close to $9 at CVS most of the time

      • WorkingMom

Red, Dont know if you have used these before, but you may want to Google Purex 3 in 1 problems or reviews. They've had some issues. I had stockpiled them at one time, so am using the ones I have for loads of towels until they are used up.

        • Sue

YES – Buyer Beware – problems range from spotted/ruined clothing to clogged drainpipes and flooded laundry rooms. Not worth the pennies saved IMHO

          Look it up!

          • Tvenitm

I was wondering where all those “oily” looking stains were coming from on my shirts, I was thinking to myself I know I have not dropped food or liquid on THAT many shirts!! Thats where its from.

            • Sandy

              Me too!!!!

            • That's happened to me too. There are spots all over all my technical/running shirts. I find they really work badly on those fabrics, cotton is usually okay. Not planning to buy them any more.

          • momto2boys

So that's where those stains came from!! I will not be buying these again…not a bargain if you have to go back and stain treat and rewash most of your clothes!

        • carrie

I'm doing the exact same thing with my stockpile of them except I am using them on sheets and towels but no clothes. Also, I don't plan on getting them again unless they are totally free – maybe only if I can profit since I would still have to pay 7% tax if “free”.

        • Joedee98

I had no idea either! I did buy them before but I only use them on towels and sheets. I absolutely love the smell!! I will be careful!

      • Debra

Hi, Red I bought these Purex sheets probably 2 or 3 months ago and I believe the price was $6.99 I think. It was a b1g1 deal then and I had coupons to use.

      • Smilesforlisa

my rain check for the last bogo is for 7.99.

    • Nikkibishopmy31

I think Target had a coupon for $1 Off Mt Dew…. so question is does CVS take comp coupons, and then if so… is it Pepsi PRODUCTS? or just pepsi? Thanks!
      Im new to couponing!

      • Liz

I am pretty sure CVS will take competitor coupons. I'm not sure if that's a store to store thing that the manager decides though. The soda deal is on all Pepsi products. I got Mt. Dew and Dr. Pepper last week.

        • Liz

None of the drugstores here take them. Maybe it's different where you live

        • Julie

Dr Pepper varies from area to area on who distributes it. In some areas it's Pepsi, in other areas it's 7-up.

    • daisysmom

they do NOT take comp coupons..wish they did!!
      sorry!!

    • Oxoheavensqtoxo

when will the orbit gum coupon be available printing? I clicked the link and it says there are no coupons for this campaign.

      • TammieJo17

There were no prints on the WalMart link, but the Smart Source link worked just fine for me.

    • beth

M&M's. Yesterday that CVS coupon machine was printingout $1 off valentine M&M's 9.9-12.6 oz! Now if I can get another, that will make bags of M&M's $.50 each! If I can't, $1 a bag is still good.

    • FreedomSpradley1

Not a very exciting ad. At least we have another week of the pepsi deal!

      • moneysaved4disney

I found that at my store there was very little selection of Pepsi products…esp in diet versions. :(

        • Rdflesherweb

Get a rain check – always get them for the future, they never expire.

    • Brittanymojica25

how do i get the P&G booklet?

      • Moma

It was a promo that P&G did where you had to buy $50 worth of P&G and they would send you a coupon book good for $100 off selected items. I believe it is over now… I keep an eye on the P&G circulars…they advertise promos there!! HTH

    • LuvPink

Where can the Procter and Gamble $110 booklet be found?

      • Diane

If it's the book I'm thinking about…It was a rebate booklet. Proctor and Gamble had a rebate from 9/1/10-12/31/10- if you spend $50 on p & g products you could send in your receipts for this booklet.

      • shaz

I have some coupons that i don’t use from the blook if someone is interested in trading.just email me at shicks64@gmail.com :)

    • April S.

There is a deal for buy 2 get 1 free on Hershey's singles. I have a coupon(not sure where I got it) for buy 1 Reese's cups, get 1 Hershey's, Kit Kat, or Reese's free. That would make it buy 1 get 2 free.

    • Tam

i have noticed some of the printables cannot be printed….the american greeting coupon expired in december…fyi

    • flower_mom

Why doesn't the pepsi deals ever include Dr. Pepper? It is a Pepsi product! :(

      • AshATL

Dr. Pepper is an independent company, Dr Pepper/Seven Up, Inc.

        • It was included though at the CVS in Lexington, SC too…Even though you are right, it is an independent company.

      • Marlenecu

I bought Dr. Pepper and Diet Dr. Pepper with this weeks Pepsi deal. They were included.

      • It is not a Pepsi Product…

      • Mommy2brynley

my cvs in batesburg sc had the dr pepper with the deal.. you might want to ask your store if they will include it..

      • Fullhouse

Dr. Pepper is independently owned, and is bottled by coke in the south. It depends on your location if it's included or not.

        • 21 YrOldCouponer

Pretty you are you are misinformed. 7up and Sunkist have been sold to Cadbury and as such have different sales… (Also different vendors.)

      • Ivajean

Where I shop the Dr. Pepper is included.

      • Makayla

Dr. Pepper was bought out with another company, so Ive been told by the Pepsi guy that comes into my CVS. But I work at CVS in GA and it should ring up with the sale items for the week whether its Pepsi or Coke products.

      • Danielle

Dr. Pepper rang up for us I bought 4 of them.

      • Guest

It depends on who bottles it. I used to travel and Coke bottled some Dr. Pepper products, Pepsi bottled others depending on the area. I think they even had another company bottling them too. It was weird to see the coke shaped Dr. Pepper bottle and a Pepsi shaped bottle depending on where I flew into for the week ;). They are independently owned but use different companies to bottle depending on who they are contracted with. At least, that is how it used to be a few years ago!

      • nichola2

I think it just depends on the CVS. The one in Irmo, SC rung it up as a Pepsi product. I also know someone that shops in Lexington and it rung up as one also there.

    • Joy

couldn't find the Blink coupon in SS??

      • ym

the blink coupon's in the 1/2 SS, the one with the women with glasses/Sears on the cover, bottom of the page, right side, across from the trident ad with the little boy as a super hero. It's about 8 pages from the back of the insert. Hope you can find it.

      • Lnash

My CVS has Blink bottles on an endcap with coupons on the bottle, can't remember how much they were for, but I'm thinking they were $3 or $4 q's which would make them free this week…hope you can find them too!

    • steph

hey i work at cvs and it does include dr. pepper…the sale next week does as well

    • Lisamarieonssi

I have got a $1.00 off any snickers (a few other varieties) and .50 off Dove everyday this week (twice on the days I stopped twice). Since the Snickers were .89 and you get .89 ecb (limit one) I have racked up. Even after the one .89 ecb back b/c they pay me .11 to buy a snickers (I get the dark). The Dove is .50 off .88 ! I'm a teacher so I need all the bribe candy I can get

      • Lisamarieonssi

oops – From the CVS ecb red machine!

Plus it had printed some. 2.00 off any Pantene shamp/cr. rinse last week and they have the naturals line on clearance for 1.79 ~

      • Anonymous

The Snickers coupon was for 17.5 oz and up or I would have used it on the deal last week. I will have to try the Dove bars though as I got one of those too.

    • Cyndi

Does anyone know what happened to the policy that CVS accepts competitor's Rx coupons? I went to pick up a prescription tonight and tried to use a target coupon for a new prescription and the pharmacy worker told me they no longer accept coupons from other pharmacies. When did that happen?!?!? What a bummer! Has this happened to anyone else?

      • TammieJo17

My CVS told me in December that as of Jan 2011, they would no longer be taking any competitor coupons. :-(

        • Lnash

I used one today from kroger for $25 in free groceries when you transfer a RX and got a $25 CVS gift card with no problem and the manager even did it b/c the cashier was new and didn't know how, so maybe this is an individual store policy not a corporate one?

      • Motcmom

Mine in Lexington, SC stopped taking them on December 1…..bummer, cause I used one ALL the time…..

    • Fallaya

I think I'll take advantage of the Pepsi deal: 10 2L bottles of Pepsi, a 4-pk of Starbucks Frapp's, a package of Aquafina and a jug of Lipton iced tea.

    • Musiclady0110

Has anyone found that the Dove chocolate bar with peanut butter rings up .79 and no extra bucks???? I have 3 cards….I applied for one and they mailed me 2 others…not sure why but it sure is fun to have…anyway…I bought the silky milk chocolate wtih 2 of them and got ECB but not with the choc w/ pb. :( Any ideas why??? I'm pretty sure it had a sign that said it was included in the deal or I would not have chosen it.

      • Peapodlissa

This happened to me today with the Starbursts~ they are “clearance” because they're .79 cents, and they don't print the ECB even though the shelf tag said they were .89 cents with an ECB. My manager just manually printed the ECB for me after I showed her my receipt. Maybe take your receipt in and ask about that?

    • Nysummer2010

quick question…on my receipt it's said I need to purchase $8.97 more to get the pepsi, spend $20 get EXB$10…should I offset this $8.97 this week before Sunday or Can I carry over this $8.97 to next week deal since Jenny mentioned the pepsi promotion codes are different …

      • 21 YrOldCouponer

Do it this week. May carry over, but very doubtful.

        • Nysummer2010

          tks…Sarah & 21YrOld :)

      • Sarah

It will not carry over. Next week is a new deal.

    • Patscoups

Can someone tell me how to get the P&G Have You Tried This Yet? booklet?

      • Mel

I was just going to ask the exact same question.

      • Jnn_horan

Log into the P&G site to request.

    • moneysaved4disney

anyone know how much the orbit gum is?

      • purwiggy

Usually around $1.29/pk if not on sale.

    • Alicia H.

The CVS here in Rincon & Pt. Wentworth GA would not give me a raincheck for any of last weeks sale items – the Scott, kleenex or pepsi products. They were wiped out of everything before Tuesday!

      • Jenn

Neither would the one on Wilmington Island – I was hoping to take my raincheck to a store that actually got the Kleenex 3-packs. Did you call corporate? I haven't yet but was going to do so if it was worth it….

        • Raynesmw

I'm in NC, but I was told when I asked for a rain check that the Scott Tissue paper was something they normally don't carry. They said they couldn't give me one. I told them I would just call cooperate. Then, something extraordinary occured 8). They substituted 4 packs that equaled the 2 of the big packs that were on sale. I was very grateful and commended the mgr for being a great customer-oriented person. So, see if they will substitute something else.

        • Hooks party of 6

You guys should be able to get rain check. My mom is always in the one in Rincon. Will have to ask her about this and any problems she has ran into there. She always likes a challenge!

      • Danielle

My CVS was out of the Scott toilet paper also so i asked for a substitute when they said they couldnt do a raincheck. The gave me 2 packs of northern (20% extra packs) for the Scott price.

      • Yhalman

My CVS gave me two Scott's 36 in replacement of the 48 since they were out. I was still able to use my Scott's coupons!! Great deal!!

      • Amanda

My CVS told me that some things they get in as a certain promotion. So basically, if they aren't going to get a replinishment of it, they can't raincheck it for you. But sometimes they'll replace it with something else in case you have coupons!

    • Abby 2

Does anyone know if you did both Pepsi deals last week can you do them again this week?

      • Danielle

Jenny listed under the deal that it is different from last week, so yes it seems that you can get the deal again. Jenny is really good about listing out details like that in her match ups.

      • Ivajean

Yes, You can. I just got mine this evening. The register was already programmed for tomorrow's deals and I got mine. (Did two pepsi deals for this week, and the third deal this evening goes on tomorrow's new week…it went thru.)

    • Danielle

Prilosec is on sale again and I did not get the last deal yet. My store still has not restocked this item. Wondering if they will stock the shelf today for the sale tomorrow. Anyone know? I was told the trucks normally deliver on Monday's. I am new to CVS shopping. How often do they normally do the Prilosec sales?

      • Muh_kay_luh

I work at CVS. Where do you live? In GA our trucks come Tuesday mornings. Trucks did not deliver this week due to the bad weather, so there should be some coming in on the next truck.

        • Danielle

I live in Douglasville. The CVS guy told me that the truck would deliver on Monday. I am just wondering if I should try for my Priolsec deal now or wait. I just want to get the ECB's and the rebate on it.

    • Nackle78

I didn't know that when I redeem a raincheck the reward will still print. good to know!

    • Nackle78

I didn't know that when I redeem a raincheck the reward will still print. good to know!

    • purwiggy

Usually around $1.29/pk if not on sale.

    • Motcmom

Mine in Lexington, SC stopped taking them on December 1…..bummer, cause I used one ALL the time…..

    • That's happened to me too. There are spots all over all my technical/running shirts. I find they really work badly on those fabrics, cotton is usually okay. Not planning to buy them any more.

    • Shopgirlmgr

i scanned my cvs card today and it printed off a coupon for 10.00 off physician makeup there make up is 75% off right now so i got 2 base makeups one powder and one bluch and after the cvs coupon i paid .92 cents for it .. not sure if there are other manufactors out there to stack on it or not but i still got a pretty great deal !!!

      • Dawn

Here I got a 3.00 one and it was already 7.00 off, so I thought I was doing great! Why does the magic coupon machine hate me so…

        • Klynn

Don't feel bad. All I get is $1 off candy. The same one three times last week.

          • jenn

Me too! But it did make for a delicious free+ Dove candy bar!!!

          • Carrie_C

I did too! I love scanning my card to see what might come out and each time the candy kept coming out and it was like an instant win game that said “sorry, maybe next time!”

        • Alissa

I got 3.00 off also. My CVS also ad the 7.00 off Q, too. I picked up a refill powder and it wrng up for 7.50 off, so all in all, I was paid .50 to purchase that makeup!

    • Ml

i cant find a cvs that sell in frapps in a four pack any ideas?
      in the athens ga area

      • Alisa

My store recieves them in the 4pk. However, they stock them as singles in the fridge case. Ask the manager if they have the 4pks in the back.

      • Amy J.

I'm in southeast GA and i asked the mgr at my favorite CVS if they carried the 4-pks (since i had searched diligently for them)…….she sold me 8 individuals (=two 4-pks) and instructed the cashier how to ring them up AND she also accepted my two $1 Q's for the 4-pks. :-)
        It never hurts to ask!
I'm so glad that the mgr is so “coupon-friendly”, as the other CVS store i go to seems to be becoming less and less coupon friendly (only one person is now, which, besides being closer to home, is the only reason i still shop there).

        Hope that helps (HTH)!!!

    • Kimboone123

I went yesterday and got a bunch of rainchecks since the ice prevented the trucks from delivering this week. However, I did score on clearanced Christmas M and M's bags on clearance for 75%off. That made them 99cents each. I had 3 coupons from the red machine from the week before. Each one was $1 off the M and M's so I got them all for free! (Except for tax, of course). Cool surprise for my kiddo's who have been stuck in the house without school for a week! Love me some CVS!

    • karen

My P&G “Have you Tried This Yet” booklet expired on 12-31…there must be another because it keeps being referred to…or is it an error? thanks to anyone…

      • Danyeln

Maybe it has to do with when you got it? I have all the Q's ((or did have) that keep being mentioned but mine don't exppire till 1/31

      • Glosmommy

My $110 book I got for the rebate is also called “Have you tried this yet?” so that may be the coupons being referred to.

      • Tventim

        mine expire 1/28/11)

    • Ryrysmom2009

the b1g1 orbit coupons r gone, will the other one make them both free?

      • lynn

I just printed some!1 It worked for me.

    • Julia

Can you use ECBs to pay for the Pepsi deal? I have $15 in ECBs and wanted to purchase a variety of the items listed in the Pepsi deal (3 12pks & 10 gatorades) using my ECBs. Want to make sure the new ones would print since I wouldn't actually pay out $20 before ECBs and Coupons.

      • wendy r

yes you can and more will still print

      • Crobertson1916

You sure can. I did it last week.

    • jlyn

Does anyone know if the Crest White Vivid toothpaste costs $2.99?

      • Paige

There was a tag for it at my store, but no toothpaste in that slot.

        • Kelleyzoo

when they are out of an item, always look around for an end cap, or for some hidden behind another nearby product… some people (and even store employees!) hide items til they can get the deal… this is worse at Wags because the limits are impossible to enforce.

    • lisamarieonssi

I really wish CVS would run their same deals again next week – due to the trucks not being able to deliver. They could keep the limits the same so only those of us who didn't get the deals could. I lost out on some good deals this week :(.
      Oh well.

      • Hailey77

i agree with you i wish that everyone who does do coupons will only get theres off 1 cvs card and not use a lot of cards at different stores to rack up but its like who ever gets there first

        • guest

I admit to being one of those people who had 2 CVS cards but sometimes there is good reason. They are supposed to be one card per household, at the time I got the second one I had 2 teen children (1 in college) as well as my husband and myself living in the house. I felt “justified” because if we'd not been married or if son had decided to live on campus we would be multiple households. When my younger child moved out , I gave her one of my cards, the older one got his own.

      • Amber in NC

Ask for a raincheck. They don't expire.

        • Lisamarieonssi

I normally as for rain checks but I was the CVS store that hates coupons, they are so rude, look at you like you;re scum. I pass 3 when I go to to work and try to shop at the “nice” store but this was Sat. and I was stuck with the “mean” store that is less than a mile from my house. :(

    • Bamabobbie

The Aussie, 33.8 oz., or Herbal Essence, 23.7 oz., Shampoo or Conditioner was marked down to $2.99 each tonight in my store in Gardendale, AL. To get ecb's when you buy $10. you would have to buy 4 at that price .Just for your info.

    • june

I haven't seen the nestle deal mentioned in the comments. There are $2/2 bags of kitten chow, as stated. Buy 6 bags at $4 =$24 -$6 in coupons =$18 -$5ecb =$13 for 24lbs of kitten chow. The 16lb bags average $12 here. I talked to our local manager and he is going to order the bags for me. With 3 orphaned barn kittens now 7 months old, this is a huge deal for me!

      • Veronica

June–I also take care of many cats. Cat chow/Kitten chow is 11.96 or 1.49 per bag @ publix this week using same coupons. Get rain checks also and order or trade some coupons.Veronica

    • Couponshandy

Question- for the pepsi deal, because the frapps are 4.99,it appears I will be a penny short of spending the full amount to get the ECB's. WIll it give them to me anyway?

      • Bamacat

I got the ECBs when I was a penny or two short.

        • Kelleyzoo

me too, it seems that wags will not give the RRs if you are 1 or 2 cents short, but CVS always has for me.

      • gbcarter

I wondered the same thing today. I got 3 12 packs of pepsi products, 2 frapps. Just in case I went ahead and got the 4 pack of Izze drinks even though SmartSource would not print a coupon for me. I need to know the answer for next time.

      • Madmoney

No, this is where they try to get you. Buy 1 sobe @ .99 and you will get your deal

      • Fullhouse

Sometimes the machine will print it, sometimes a cashier will force it to print-depends on your store/clerk, sometimes you will have to be over the amount. This is when it reallyhelps to know your store and cashiers!

      • Tracyplus3

I did the Frapps last week and didn't need any fillers. Just 4 packs and it printed out my 10 ECB..

    • wendyc33

Is the blink tears a visine product? anyone know. I got a visine cvs coupon from the kiosk, and was wondering. it was 2.00/1.

      • Jnn_horan

No. It's made by abbott lab. Visine is made by McNeil

    • busymom2

does anyone know if you buy clearance items will the ecbs not print?.Purchased over$10 worth of Loreal today, 1-foundation and 2- powders(they were clearanced to $3.39 each) and it did not print the $3 ecb, mgr said it does not print if you buy clearance items??

      • Courtney

on the revlon deal a few weeks ago I didn't get it because the 2 things I got was clearance

      • Nysummer2010

for those 50% & 75% clearance deal…there is a condition saying “can't be combined with any other offers” :((

      • Debra

        Hi, busymom2
I had the same experience several weeks ago with Revlon that was on clearance. I was told the same thing, no ecbs on clearance items, I never knew that until that experience. I'm sorry that it happened to you, but at least we both know now.

    • GREAT DEAL… If your CVS takes competitor coupons on the Walgreens site there is a $3/4 12pk pepsi so that would make an awesome deal… There is also a $1 off Pepsi 2lt. Coupon

    • Babygi2357

My CVS rainchecks do expire thay put a ex- date on them I ask about it and thay said thay can do that. Can someone tell me why?

      • Cwalkden

look at the back of your form, on the back of mine at the bottom, in bold, it says this raincheck does not expire.I would go by that.

      • Nysummer2010

i was confirmed by customer service once: those rainchecks NEVER expire :)

    • Sadaivey

I talked to a cashier at CVS last night (very nice guy). He told me one man, in Clinton,TN shows up and empties the sale items. He has 4 cards!!! I got rainchecks for everything in case. That makes all of look bad.

      • LeAnna

I must say that is a bit extreme-and it is up to CVS to decide if he can do that. If they can't link the cards to the same house..they can do nothing I don't think(the manager at Harris teeter said there is a lady like that who comes in to her store-but the cards are not registered to same address-so they cant do anything) But w/ that said….I use my card-and my adult childrens card.(my son, his gf and my daughter all roommate) B/c I was finding that I was giving those 'poor' kids all my freebies! So I said-give me your card-I will buy you things-and you pay me back! For us-that has worked well. But, by no means do I ever wipe the counters clear! I believe in karma….and if I could do two deals-but that would take both…I leave one til they get restocked. I also get out of line and back in line when I am doing more than one transaction…but that is just me!

    • Katie Spann

The $1/3 American Greetings card coupon expired on 12/31/10 :(

    • Laura

Is the Progresso soup for $1.00 a good deal or does it go cheaper? I am new to all this and trying to make sure I don't buy things just because they are on sale. We use a particular flavor of Progresso soup but I cannot remember if that is a good price or not. Also, does the Bounty go cheaper than 9.99 for the 12 pack?

      • Courtney

not sure about the bounty but I have gotten progresso soup for alot cheaper before.

      • kaseyshadow

I don't if the 12 pack of bounty goes cheaper but I know Rite Aid will do the 15 pack for like 10.99 with their up rewards. Depends on if you need it now.

      • KellyL

Ingles has some of the “vegetable classics” on sale this week 10/$10. My son loves the creamy mushroom, so I make sure to stock up when it is just $1.00. The regular price is about $2.16-$2.46 per can.

      • Anonymous

I won’t buy Progresso, Campbells (the ready to serve, not condensed), or Healthy Choice unless I can get it for under 80 cents. If they are on sale BOGO and you have the right coupons, you can get it for that price often enough to stock up.

    • Kristin

Proctor & Gamble $110 booklet, or P&G booklet – Where do I get these?

      • Carrie_C

Mail in program – it will come up again in the next month or two I imagine. You spend $50 before coupons on P&G items, mail in your receipts along with the “rebate” form and they send you the coupon book. Well worth the hassle!

        • LeAnna

which is a good reason to save reciepts….I now have a note book w/ inserts-I file all my reciepts by store. I won't get stuck again like I did last time. The thing that saved me was using up my FHS account money-and I bought prilosac!

    • Benjamin

Anyone tried the Pepsi deal more than once this week? I didn't get an “offer limit reached” today on my receipt.

      • Courtney

I did it twice last week, then again this morning and got offer limit reached. So I am thinking you can do it a total of 3 times.

      • I did it this morning and it said Limit Reached, I did twice last week too..

      • Sgayheart0009

it was twice for the week ending on the 15trh and once for the week of the 16th

    • Ethansaunt

Check the Blink Tears. I went to CVS today and they had several with peelies on them for $4 off. This makes it free after the ECB's!

    • KellyL

My receipt today showes that I have earned $19.95 toward the Pepsi, spend 20 get 10. I am right thinking that I only need $0.05 mote to get the ecb? The original items were purchased Saturday.

      • Courtney

did you get a $10 ecb on saturday? Cvs is pretty good at giving you ecbs if you are close to the amount. If you got one on saturday you will have to purchase 20 dollars to get another one.

        • KellyL

I did, but I purchased a combo of drinks & chips on Saturday. I will go back tomorrow & ask before I purchase any items. Thanks

    • JennaJ

FYI: the BOGO Herbal Essenses/Aussie coupons have a limit of $3.23. I checked today and all the stylers were at least $4.68 each. So be prepared to pay $1+ OOP if you use them for this week's deal.

      • Ivajean

This happened to meet at the register. I didn't pay attn. to the the $3.23 limit and the cashier couldn't take my coupons for the two free stylers ( bought two products), so I lost out on my free products. The cashier waited while I went back and looked, but there were no products for 3.23 or under.

    • Sue

Does the CVS store have to be out of a product in order to write a Raincheck? ..or can you simply ask for one? I'm really stocked up on the Pepsi products now, but would love to have a Raincheck to use later in the year?

      • Sgayheart0009

my cvs dosent allow us to write rain checks on pop and the store does have to be out of the item before we can

        • Kristy

Sometimes my store will substitute stuff. I hate it when they do this.

      • Faye

My CVS store was out of the Pepsi products I wanted, ie: Diet and they did write my a rain check. Later found out the special was for two weeks, so I was able to get what I wanted this week and still have a rain check to use later. :)

      • Susanizanurse

I always go by on a Fri after work to get my rainchecks because I absolutely KNOW our little town's store will be out of anything that's remotely a HOT deal! LOL … I wanted to do the Maalox MM deal last week but my q's were held up in a snowbank somewhere between south GA & northern OH & didn't arrive til Saturday, but I knew my store wouldn't have the Maalox anyway, so to my expectation, I found only 2 bottles of the Maalox tabs on the shelf & got my raincheck on my way out. I did the same with the Finish as I only had a couple of the 2.25 q's left (used them at Wags the week prior) & there were none on the shelf. My store won't give a RC unless they are out of the item but I am sure you can venture in at the end of the day towards the end of the week & find the Pepsi area about empty. My prob is they'll have a boatload of every kind of Pepsi product except the one I want – Diet Pepsi – so I'd ask for a RC if this were the case when I was there.

    • Peatra

Do any CVS stores accept competitors coupons?

      • Bamacat

Some do. You just need to ask at your store.

    • Sissypostell

For you ladies that are trying to save a few dollars and color your own hair, Garnier Herbashine Color Creme is on sale with your CVS card at $5.49 and my local CVS just happened to have a tearpad in the store with $2.00 any Garnier Herbashine kit. I got mine for $3.49 regular retail is $7.99 -$8.99. This is a pretty good deal. You might want to check your local store.

    • Jclovecats

I bought 2 of the Mucinex for $9.99 and got a $5 ECB for having purchased Delsym or Mucinex! I never saw any advertisment for this…but I'll take it!!

      • Kristy

i saw it a while back. Could it be an all month long deal?

      • june

Thank you for posting!!! I've been wracking my brain trhying to figure out when I bought Delsym. I know I didn't, but I did buy mucinex a couple of months ago. I've had something about a Delsym deal on the bottom of my receipt for months. Now I know why.

    • melnee12

I'm confused about the Purina dog food/coffee mate scenario. Spend $20 for $5 ECB. The total is $11.97 after coupons. If I do a deal like this at Rite Aid, I have to spend the $20 total BEFORE coupons to get the UP reward. Does CVS do this? What am I missing here?

      • Candace

You have to spend $20 BEFORE coupons at CVS.

    • Drseusnc

there are peeles for $4 off on the blink tears packages that are on sale! like a good deal, but LOVE free! =D

    • Christina

I'm sure this has been mentioned, but just in case…
The pepsi deal has a limit of 3. At least I was able to do it 3 times on my card, no problem.

      • june

3 times this week or 3 times in the last 2 sale weeks? I keep reading that people are getting the deal 3 times (postings from Sunday on) but at the bottom of my receipt it says I've done the deal once and I've reached the limit this week. From a lot of the posts that say people have done the deal 3 times it makes it sound like I can go back and get 2 more deals. And for those who just found the “shopping at cvs deals” it comes across as they can go this week and get 18 12pks instead of 6. Or can I really go back this week and get 12 more 12pks?

    • Towana Cox

cant bet cvs dulcolax 5.99 get 1.00xb take print coupon 4.00 off makes it 1.99 plus some have 8.00 tab on them 3.00 off and mail in rebate 5.00 back make good on this one never know when you might need or give

    • Jtorr14

Has anyone on here tried to use the B1G1 coupon with the orbit gum that is on sale for B1G1? If so, did you pay tax of 1 cent for both or .30 cents? The value on the coupon says up to $1.00 so just curious how this is working out for most people.

      • dculick

They took off only $1 on mine.

        • CVSgirl

It depends on the store whether or not you get them for free or not

      • Mamakabam4

They gave me mine for free so I got 4 packs for free

        • Susanizanurse

got mine free too … took off 1.29

    • Pscaroliner

has anyone tried to use last weeks Pepsi ECBs to buy the Pepsis this week?

      • Yes I did, no problem

      • Tara

        Yep. No problems!

      • tori729

CVS is not like Walgreens where you can't use the ECBs on the same deal – you can use the ECBs on anything in the store except gift cards probably.

    • dculick

I used my b1g1 choc. hershey bar coupon…got 3 dark choc. and 3 reg. choc. hershey bars for 30 cents each! I had 3 coupons. They are b2g1 at CVS this week.

    • Jen

Found peelies on the Pepsi! One free 12pk Mt Dew when you buy 3 Pepsi products and $1 off when you buy 3 12pks Dr Pepper. I got:

6 Dr Pepper (used 2 $1 off peelies) and 2 Mt Dew (free w/coupon) and paid $8 (after ECB) for 8 12 packs of soda! GREAT!!!

      • Brobranbaseball

are the peelies on the soda box in cvs?

    • Weharringtton08

where do you get have you tried this yet coupon booklet

    • Weharringtton08

where do you get the extra care bucks

      • Val

“Getting started guide” in the upper right hand side of this page will tell you what you need to know!

      • Myracash66

They print on your receipt when you buy the item,

    • Happy Feet

bought two Crest Toothpaste, 2 Gillete deoderants, used b1g1 free and a $3 coupon on the deoderants, one coupon for Crest, after $7 EB's all paid was tax. $.62. I also came home with two rainchecks. One for 6/$20 Pepsi Max and one for #2 Finish tabs. I am smiling waiting to use my $4.50 Coupons on the Finish and I still have $26 EB's. Hope next weeks sales are better. :o)

    • Brettscoupons

Sorry if someone already said this, but Target has a $1.50 off of GE reveal light bulb printable coupon right now which you could combine with the BOGO at CVS.

      • Jnn_horan

That depends on if cvs will let you use the target q. However, target sells the reveal 4pk for 2.44, so the target q combined with the 1.00 manu. q will get you them for free.

        • CVSgirl

As Long as it says Manufactures coupon then they can

          • msivory20

I've tried using a Walgreen's manu. q at CVS. The register beeped and they wouldn't let me. Is this not normal?

      • Kellib

This coupon prints as a Target Web coupon and has the Target logo on the coupon. CVS will not accept. Bummer!

    • Babroussard

Can you do the pepsi deal again this week if you did it last week?

      • Courtney

I think it depends on how many times you did it last week. I did it twice last week and was able to do it again this week. I think it may be a total of 3 times for last week and this week.

        • CVSmommy

Yes it is a total of 3 times for the two weeks. It will tell you at the bottom of your recipt how much more you can do.

    • Momof3baldwins

If I buy the toilet paper and get the $1 up, can I use it on the next roll of tp? And if I do, will it print another $1 up for that transaction?

      • ChurchvilleStore

Yes you can…it doesn't keep up with what reward you are using. Most things that you get an up reward on in Riteaid will let you purchase atleast 2.

    • Momof3baldwins

Sorry that is a Rite Aid deal this week, not CVS. But I would still like to know the policy for CVS! Thanks

    • Lauren_b_nix

    • Meg'sMom

      No more bogo orbit coupons?

      • Paula

I just printed two no problem.

    • Kathyc

The Maxwell House offers states that the RP 11/14 is $1 off. My papers only have 50 cents off coupons. Why?

      • coupon inserts are regional- meaning that they can be different depending on where you live. Sometimes mine is more than listed and other times it is less.

        • Kathyc

Thanks, I am new to this but getting very frustrated. My coupons are either not there at all or less.

          • Jnn_horan

No sense getting frustrated………if you're new to this, it takes 2-3 months to get to the point where you have all the coupons that are listed for the deals.

          • firstbrownie

I understand your frustration. My area (central Illinois) gets 1/4 of the coupons that are “supposed” to be in the paper. I still get some good deals, but not near as many as other regions. The reason we don't get good coupons is the clientele of the area is older people, so most of my inserts contain all those silly ads for knee braces, dolls, collector plates, bathrobes, etc. The plus side is because there are few couponers in my area, CVS and Wags are rarely out of stock of weekly sales.

    • Jnn_horan

the red box is printing 3.00/2 listerine … combined with (2) 2.00 q's makes 2 free with 1.42 profit.

      • Chuckandjennc

What is the red box? I am new to this.

        • Carolinagirl1988

when you go in look for the red machine that has a screen and scan your cvs extra care card there, looks like a atm machine near the front of the store

      • msivory20

Yeah I got that q from the red box as well! Bought 1 Tom's deodorant and 2 Listerines. Used (2) 1.00 q's and (1) 1.00 q for Tom's plus 3ECB from last week plus the redbox q. Bottom line: I made around $2.50 after tax! SO exciting :)

      • Althea_w

What is the red box? I am new to this…

        • Glosmommy

Red box is the red coupon machine inside of a CVS. It usually is located in the front of the store and acts as a price checker as well. Scan your CVS card and it prints out coupons for use inside the store.

    • momof3inATL

Good morning all! My CVS had Tom's and Colgate Toothpaste on clearance for 2.59. ECB tags underneath the clearance sign. I purchased three tubes for $5.77 (after two $1 qs) and received $7 in ECB.

    • Summs78

Not sure if anyone has posted about this recently, but I went into my local CVS this weekend to do my ECB shopping and the Christmas clearance was 90% off! I got 6 rolls of wrapping paper, 8 small gift bags, 6 treat bags, 2 pez dispensers with candy (for my son to play with now, of course) and a cute ornament. I got all of this for $5.36.

    • Teaguewoman

Anyone know how much the orbit gum is?

      • mommyq

        1.29

    • AuburnCouponMom

Just bought 5 of 4.4lb Purina dog chows and 1 nestle candy bar. Had $4 ECBs and five $2 off dog chow coupons. Paid $8.14 and got my $5 ECBs. So by the time I substract out the $5 ECBs I got, really paid $3.14. Whoo hoo thats a deal for 20+ pounds of dog food and a treat for me!

      • Candygirljen99

Is the Purina an advertised deal this week? I do not see it in my salespaper or the list above… :( And we REALLY need dog food!!! LoL

        • Candygirljen99

          OOPS…. nevermind… found it. *blush

    • Bvs4600

went to my local CVS and they had DOVE SHAMPOO for $1.19, if you have the 1.00 sampler mailer received o 6/30/10. So 0.19 cents for DOVE SHAMPOO IS A GR8 DEAL!!!

    • Jenndawgfan84

I just let my local CVS not only is the Pepsi deal on sale, but they also have Dr.Peppers with the same deal. So I proceed to check out thinking it was 2 different deals because the Dr. Pepper one isnt in the ad, however they said it was not you could mix and match them so instead of getting 20.00 ECB I only received 10.00 What a Bummer?

      • Jbowers06

I think Dr Pepper is a Pepsi product so it would count as the Pepsi deal? Not sure though.

    • LadySV

      Hi Jenny,
I was just wondering if I am already maxxed out on the pepsi deal, would CVS give me a rain check?

      • Guest

No. Rain checks are only if they do not have the sale item in the store.

      • beachgal

are you the same person who stuffed 20 s c johnson coupon booklets in your coupon notebook in publix the other morning?

        • Rty33

Someone actually did that??? I will keep my comments to myself…but boy am I fuming!!

          • beachgal

yes–she took almost half of the books that were on the display rack.

    • Disgruntledcustomer

Went into my local CVS in Batesburg a few days ago. A man had left one of his bags and the cashier said to the other cashier in front of me……”He left this bag……and he is one that actually pays for his stuff”….kinda ticked me off. I thought to myself, he may pay, but it's not like I'm stealing or anything!!

      • Tjmj9801

Please complain to the manager. That was uncalled for. CVS will be reimbursed by the manufacturer for the cost of the Q's and CVS chooses to offer the ECB's.

      • Tricia

That is why I shop there as early in the AM on Sunday I can because there is usually just the manager on. NO NASTY Cashiers

      • lisa

You need to call corporate and complain. People that use coupons should be treated like any other customer. We need to complain when this happens to put a stop to this mistreatment.

      • Fallaya

OMG!! What a jerk! I'd definitely be putting in a call to corporate! You are a couponer-not a thief! I'm sorry you had to experience that!

      • CVS is showing a healthy profit and doing great on the stock market. Better than a lot of stores. Their ECB program has been a stellar success for them.

    • Ivajean

Unless a manufacturer's coupon states otherwise, does CVS accept man. coupons on their trial/travel sizes?

      • They should, as long as it isn't specifically excluded.

    • Linz Cain

where is the Skinny Cow coupon?

      • Jnn_horan

        Jan. All You magazine.

    • egghead

The red machine printed a $3 off listerine or 2 Reach or floss products. I happened to have two $1 off Reach manuf coupons with me. Purchased two 99 cent Reach floss with $3 profit. Used the profit to pay for some Vicks cough med, Tom's of Maine deorderant and Crest! Lovin CVS….

    • Ambersweat

Awesome deal alert, redbox printed me $10 off any physicans formula face powder or foundation. At my store they had all of their powder marked down to 75% off. I got 3 powder/brondzer for Free!!!! Together it would havebeen 40 dollars of makeup. This was an awesome deal. 2 powders were 3.49 and 3.29 and another was 2.29. My total was just under 10 for the makup but they still took the entire 10 off my bill. In the same transaction I did the paper towels/charmin and puffs deal. I also got the free cough syrup and it rung up $5.00 and had a $1.00 peelie on it. I got my $5.00 bucks back no problem. :-D Great cvs trip today.

    • jwatt

I was wondering if I got the pepsi deal last week, can I do it again this week and use my ecb's I got last week and it will still print more?

      • momto2boys

        Yes!

    • Ivajean

Is there any type of Proctor and Gamble rebate available right now?

      • Dawn

There is a $20 one wyb $50 of Olay facial products, expires end of this month.

    • Irisicu

Do you know if Sobe drinks still count as 1 dollar each in the Pepsi deal of this week? It is not mentioned in the ad, neither is the Izzi drink. Please help

      • Jnn_horan

The sobe is mentioned in the ad, however the izzie is not.

        • momof3inATL

          My CVS did include the Izzies this week. There was a hang tag below both Izzie flavors.;

    • jrun

i noticed in my ad that it has photo books B1G1. Does anyone know if these are the same ones you can use the kodak B1G1 photo book free coupon for?

    • Althea_w

Can anyone tell me where the GE Reveal Light bulb $1 off coupon is in the SS 1/09? I have looked high and low can can't find it…

      • Some coupons are regional and so it might not have been included. Here is a list of regional papers we covered – http://www.southernsavers.com/…/ – with their coupons. I hope this helps!

    • Allison

Just got back from CVS..i loved it! I got two reach toothbrushes, 2 packets of reach floss, covergirl lash blast mascara, and a diet coke(my guitly pleasure was 1.69!) all for 4.10!! :) Not too shabby with sales and coupons! Actually our CVS takes all competitor coupons which is wild but helps out! Thanks Jenny! I am learning i don't have to go broke to get the things i need!

    • Trw79

Has anyone had any issue with the buy ANY Maybelline cosmetic(s) spend $15, get $5 ECB? I just spent $16.58 on Maybelline cosmetics, used a $3.00 off q, bringing my total oop to $13.58? But no ECB's printed off?? It is even tracking the deal at the bottom of my receipt? All the cosemetics I purchased were 50% off BUT typically (in the past) if a product is on clearance but participating in an ECB promo I've still received my ECB reward. Thoughts?

      • They should have printed off if you purchased the participating products. I would suggest going back with your receipt and the weekly ad. If all your products were included in the deal, then they should be more than willing to give them to you.

      • Lori

They had this problem last week, too. I bought $30 in L'Oreal cosmetics, and did not get my $10 ECB. I had read here that many people weren't getting the ECB after purchasing the stuff on discount, so I just called Customer Service and they are going to put it on the Red Box for me. No hassles at all, other than having to make a phone call.

    • niki

jenny can u pls help me on ds…i came to knw dat my cvs accpets walgs q…i would like to do pepsi & lays deal, but on wags q it says per per offer ..so does it mean dat they wnt accept 2 lays wags q in 1 transaction? plss help

      • FreedomSpradley1

You will probably just have to ask your CVS because I think taking competitor coupons is a store by store decision since most stores don't do this.

    • FreedomSpradley1

Dropped by CVS last night to get the toilet paper/paper towel deal and when I was waiting for my coupons at the red box I noticed that Aveeno hair styling products were 75% off. I had -$1.50 manf coupons so I got two Nourish+Style products for $0.57 ea.

      • SEM

If you buy three Aveeno products you can put that towards the Aveeno mail-in rebate for a free lotion too!

    • R.goodrich

Watch for the dates on the pepsi products, some of them expire as earily as next month.

    • Sheila

at the bottom of my receipt after a pepsi deal and 10.00 ecb it looks like i can do it again 19.95 left

    • tori729

Lots of good match ups with coupons from the red coupon printer – $4 and $1 off Dulcolax (mine expired but your store may take them anyway), .50 off Dove single bar and they are supposedly .88 each; $1 off M&Ms Valentine.

    • SEM

I've been meaning to comment on this since last Sunday… the only GE Reveal bulbs including in the B1G1 are flood lights. I was very surprised when I went in! ;-)

    • Heather

I visited my local CVS where they had many cosmetic items 50% and 75% off. I was able to pick up a few of the Revlon fingernail polish and mascara's for 75% off, plus there were $1 off coupons for Revlon in Sundays paper. Got the polish for 34 cents and the mascara for around $1.30, PLUS the retail cost was added to my Beauty Club total and I've already hit the $50.00 mark and received my $5 ECB

    • free2beme

I wasn’t sure where to add this comment to,but I found a great free sample site..startsampling.com also, thank you for all the information on here..I have just started couponing and am taking baby steps as to not get overwhelmed. I have turned my friends in texas on to this too! Great site!!!

    • Sherri

Went to CVS on East North Street in Greenville,S.C. today. I used a rain check for 7 power balls detergent. I used 5 qs for $2.25 off and a CVS q for $4 off 20.The cashier REFUSED to print my $10 ecb. She said it won't print because you used to many qs. I went to the car and thought I don't think so. I went back in ask for a manager and he said the cashier was wrong and he had a different lady to print my $10 ecb for me. I went to the CVS in Travelers Rest ,S.C. after that and bought 2 colgate toothpaste that were BIGI Free and the cashier their refused to let me use 2 qs for $1 each. She said we were already getting one free! Had to ask for a manager again; low and behold i'm right again! She thanked me for allowing her to call a manager to find out for sure. What is with people today?
