Hi! I've got a question I hope someone can help with. I just received via email a “get 20% off* *Excludes sale items” coupon from CVS. Does CVS consider a sale item something that has a discounted price? Or do they also include those items with a “buy $nn get a $n ECB back”? Thanks for any help, I'm still trying to understand all the options!

      • Caitlin

Anything that is on sale in the sales ad is considered “on sale” so the 20% off won't work for the deals. Hope for a $/$$ email, those can be used on anything! HTH

    • CCShad

Well…….I might run in to get the free nail polish. In several stores, I have seen a $1/1 Revlon Top Speed nail polish if that is included in the deal.

    • meme

We have a new grandchild due in June. I signed up for baby clubs, etc. and received a coupon for Good Starts formula for $11.25. Would this be a good time to use it? Thanks for help. Didn't know how long this stuff stays fresh and will certainly check out the value of the stroller.

      • Tarah

Most of the time when I buy formula it's good for at least 9 months, so you'd probably be safe buying it. Just check the expiration date on the bottom of the can before purchasing!

      • Dianne L

I would hesitate to buy formula before you know what kind the baby can tolerate-like soy might be what the baby might have to have.Congratulations, Grandma!

      • Gingiraffe

Congrats! I would 1st encourage breastfeeding – it's FREE! and great for baby. But I don't know the situation, so I would agree with the post below…a lot of babies can only tolerate 1 type of formula, so it might be a waste. The formula won't expire for a while, but it might not be a brand that works. Also an FYI for you and the mother (and anyone else that doesn't know) the “check” style coupons from Enfamil or Similac are not considered coupons at Publix and you can use a manufacturer coupon in addition to them. At least at the stores where I went in Huntsville. And finally, umbrella strollers can be…cheap..as in cheaply made and may not be worth the deal entirely. Check it out first before spending all that because you can usually find much better deals on baby stuff that a free umbrella stroller. Infact, you can sometimes get a free one at Babies-R-Us for just registering there. Again, congrats!!

        • meme

Yes, I agree about breastfeeding. I breastfed all seven of mine when it was not the popular or recommended thing to do. I had very healthy babies. And my nine grandchildren have also been breastfed at least for a short time, according to each family's situation.

In this situation, I think my daughter-in-law will give it a try. She wasn't able to breastfeed for long with her first so we will see if it will be successful this time. She is also going to have to go back to work so that may be a big determining factor.

I am astounded at the cost of this stuff! And then I read about all the ingredients they are adding to make it more like mother's milk.

          • meme

Oh, also thanks for the info about stacking the coupon. That is great to know.

      • Sandy

$20 is a decent price for formula, but I've definitely seen better deals out there. If you have the additional $3 CVS formula coupon (or a $4/20 coupon) I'd say go ahead and buy it; otherwise I'd wait (unless you really want an umbrella stroller). Do you have a Publix near you? This is where I buy my baby formula. I'll wait until they have an in-ad coupon and then combine this with my check and a competitors coupon (food lion usually has them) and it makes a great deal!

If your formula check doesn't expire for awhile I'd maybe wait until closer to your daughters due date that way you can return the formula should your grandbaby be more sensitive to certain types. Good luck and congratulations!

    • Tarah

If anyone is interested in the Benefiber, the printable coupons available a while back are valid until 1/31/12. I have a $3/1 and a $7/2 any Benefiber product.

      • Kristen

Tarah, I would love to get those! My e-mail is kristen@kosovich.com

        • Tarah

Sorry if I was confusing, I don't have a link or anything and I wasn't trying to get rid of them, I just wanted to remind everyone that those coupons could be used in the scenario. I printed them a couple weeks ago, so I have no idea if they are still available. So sorry for the confusion!!

        • Amy

Kristen, I sent you an email.

    • Ralisa30

Hey Jenny, i am not able to print South beach bars coupon. Can you please any other link if you have?

      • DeezNutz

The South Beach Diet Bars coupon site has been dead for a few months. I don't think they've reloaded it in quite a while.

    • Kimberly

Is this deal above “$4 ECB WYB (4) of these products at $3 each” (that includes the Glade oil candles and refills, etc) like the example in your CVS beginners video?

    • artlady

The other day I got a coupon out of the CVS red coupon center for $3 off a Revlon cosmetic purchase – this would be great to use on the Revlon ECB deals this week!

      • Val

Why does the red coupon center hate me???!! I always get $$ off crappy candy. Bleh.

        • Fallaya

Same here. I get really boring coupons. I wish they would give the same coupons to each customer.

        • t does track what you purchase. So, if you have never purchased make up, it will not give you make up Q's
Also, make sure you scan your card more than once. It usually has Q's at least 2 times, sometimes 3.

          • Chris

Our machine here in PA NEVER gives a second time to read the CVS card. It takes a full 24 hours to give out any more q's : (

          • Tishness

no the coupon center at cvs does not go off what you as a customer buy it goes off what the store is trying to promote that week!! it makes a record of what you buy in the system but it don't go off what you buy at all!!!

            • I have never bought Physicians Formula make up, although I have bought about every other brand. It did not give me the PF coupon during that promo. I get Dulcolax Q’s, while my hubby has never purchased it on his card and he has never got the first Dulcolax Q. It does give you Q’s based on your past purchases.

      • 3bettins

I got one printed on my receipt! yeah!

      • Tishness

yes it is i used that coupon today and got mine and made a profit of 3.01 by using the $1 off any revlon coupon and the $3 from the coupon center so i was supper happy!!

    • Amm6300

I've been waiting months for a good John Freida deal. I have 10 ECB left over from last week. This is going to be a great week for me at CVS.

    • Caitlin

Does anyone know….If I were to buy something that isn't on sale this week, but I have a raincheck (for a sale price), would I be able to use my 20% off coupon email?

      • jhoran

Depends on what the 20% coupon states……..if it excludes items on a sale, you won't be able to.

      • Tishness

no because the system takes it as the item is on sale because you have to price modify it and the 20% is only good for retail value items so no Clarence items no sale items and no price modified items will be discounted with that 20% off sorry!! if the item is on the spend 20 get 10 ecb like the nexxes was last week and the items are not on sale then yes the coupon will work but in this weeks ad you got the 12 get 4 ecb it will not work on cause all those items are on sale plus u get the 4 ecb so you got to watch that!!

    • Gamblesonsfarms

Am I the only one not getting $4 off $20 or $5 off $30 anymore????? I miss those!

      • Fallaya

I haven't received one in about a year.

      • Caity

Just a suggestion- I called the # on the back of my Extra Care Card & asked them about it b/c I haven't been getting them (or the thursday e-mails) in a while… they said they reset my e-mail address to be like a new sign-up. I got a 4/20 the first week, nothing the second, & a 25% of reg. price stuff this week. At least its better than the nothing I was getting!

      • Susanne

I wasn't getting them either. I finally went in and checked my account and saw my email addess was correct, but I decided to select the “edit” button and look at it from there. I saw that somehow the question beside my email address that asked if I wanted to receive valuable offers was check “NO” instead of “yes”. I changed it and will hopefully start getting these again. HOpe this helps.

        • Anna

          Same thing for me!!

        • FreedomSpradley1

I'm so glad you mentioned this. I checked my account and it was same thing. Hopefully we'll start getting the emails now. LOL

        • sarahcas

I did that probably six months ago thinking it would help but it didn't :( My mom gets them all the time though, I think because she spends way more oop there than I do.

    • Fallaya

All I plan to purchase is a box or two of Pampers wipes. With the two $1 coupons I have, I can get them for $1.50 each. Other than that, there's nothing else I need or want. Thank goodness for slow weeks!

      • Guest

If you have a bilo in your area they have pampers wipes B1G1 this week and I think the $1 off would have you paying about $0.84 OOP.

    • Ebonyannette

Im excited about the stroller deal, i need to buy diapers anyways and with my q's and left over ecb's and green dot card I should be able to get my OOP down

    • nanasap

Just found out my credit union offers a “Value Rewards” program. Pulled up my account and have already earned over 7500 points. Can get a $25 CVS gift card for 3500 points, so just cashed in for 2 of them. YIPEE !!! FYI in case your credit union does this and you weren't aware! ;-)

      • Couponlady

My credit union does the same thing – I've found that they offer $25 cash in my account for only 2500 points. Double check to make sure they don't charge more points for gift cards like mine does.

      • Tanya

RBC Bank does as well…and you can pool your debit card reward points with your RBC credit card points. (The last several gift card we have gotten have been to Home Depot, but I have already claimed the next one for Amazon :)

      • carolc23

I do the same with my credit card, it's lovely.

      • Brandy201045

how do u find out if ur credit union offers this?

    • Danyeln

I'm pretty excited about the Scrubbing Bubbles gel disks. I love those things but they NEVER seem to go on sale and I never see coupons for them anymore.

      • Couponmama

My sense and spray refills have $1 q's for the scrubbing bubbles toilet cleaning gel discs

    • Kcreviews

A word of caution: in the past I have not been able to use the Revlon color cosmetic coupon for nail polish. They say that nail polish is NOT a color cosmetic. So just a heads up that it may not work.

      • Katie

what about the scanner coupons last week for $3 off any revlon cosmetic? will they work?

        • Caroline

I was planning to try it because it would make my total 0. The mq has a picture of nail polish on it so there's no reason it shouldn't work!

      • Paige

Mine beeped but the cashier made it go through.

    • Lori

With the Old Spice deal….can you use the coupon for “Buy One Old Spice Deordorant get Body Wash Free” with $1 off Old Spice Doe. and $1 off Old Spice Body Wash? Not sure since the body wash would be free.

      • Clshealy23

        yes you can use both!

        • Herring

Actually it would be 3 coupons..but that will work?

          • FreedomSpradley1

The free bodywash coupon can not be combined with another bodywash coupon.

            • Tez in TX

I think it might work because the UPC code does not end in 14. If it did, I understand that the one coupon would apply to BOTH items. But since it does NOT end in 14, I think this coupon and the $1 off coupon could be used on the two products in the deal.

      • Wsult3

You can use the BOGO Q and the $1 off the deodorant.

    • Chrystal_presley

in the ad there is something called the entertainment coupon savings book…is this somthing you buy? what is this?

      • Lmleaman

Yes, this is something you can buy. The book has coupons for restaurants, grocery stores, retail stores, local activities in it and it's a pretty thick book and ends up being well worth the money spent if you like activities and do a lot of shopping. I have the Kids Book, which is similar and I have used it quite a bit so much so that it paid for itself. You can look at the book first to be sure it's something you will use, just ask to look at one. :)

    • TmeAde

I wonder if the dove men+care deodorant will be on sale for $2…

    • Karen

I think I'll do the GasX/Benefiber deal again. I gave out great gift boxes for xmas which included some of everything … ThermaCare heat wraps, toothpaste, Philips sonic brush, toothbrushes, floss, GasX, deodorant, … all the free stuff. So I'm gearing up for Mother's Day and Father's Day to do the same. I'll include this weeks Oral B brushes and replacement heads! Thanks Jenny!

      • Couponshandy

Just wondering how you worked out to get free phillips sonicare tooth brushes, those are always so expensive. Would like to get a few so wondering if you remember how you did it? thanks.

      • Pkevinkim

        How much was the Benefider?

    • Mnipper

Got $3 ECB in Weight Watchers monthly pass mailing. Yippee! Almost threw it away. There is an ad for Minute Clinic on one side and $3 ECB on the other side!

    • marissa

I recieved a 20% off entire order coupon in my email this week and used it yesterday but the register NEVER takes off the correct amount. My bill was >$40 b4 Q's and only 61 cents was deducted. This is the 3rd time this has occurred with this 20% off Q so I had them adjust it right away but it is such an inconvenience for everyone. Does anyone else have this problem with this Q?

      • Katie

those coupons are only for items not on sale. Nothing in the ad will qualify, only the items that are actually full price.

        • marissa

I never knew that. I wonder why no one at the store ever mentioned this. They always just handed me back $. I will stop getting so excited over this coupon now.

        • Rhiannon353

It also takes the 20% off after all manufacturer coupons have been taken off, but before ECBs, which I was very disappointed about. Those % off coupons aren't as good as $ off coupons.

      • Couponj

The coupon only takes 20% off non sale items. The $ off coupons are much better since couponers are usually buying sale items.

      • Kaymiller03

I just read that it doesn’t apply to any sale priced items. Are you getting any regular priced items for it to apply to? I’m going to use my first 25% off coupon tomorrow and I’m hoping it works and takes a lot of my total.

    • LT

Does someone know?…the milk coupon TG Lee Dairy-is that a specific brand of milk? Thanks! Don't know if mine carries that…

      • Sandy

Yes, it's a certain brand of milk

      • softballmom

My paper (Birmingham, AL) had a Barber's Milk coupon in it a couple of weeks ago. Not sure which insert but check the 2/6 insert to start with. HTH!

      • Tig

TG Lee Dairy products is quite common to almost all the CVS'….

    • Guest

Last time I tried to use a Revlon color cosmetic coupon for nail polish, it beeped. the cashier said color cosmetic was foundation. Does anyone know if that is true?

      • Sandy

I had the same issue once, but there was a picture of nail polish on the coupon so, the cashier accepted it. For this reason, I think that the nail polish would be included under the Revlon Color category. Unfortunately, this coupon doesn't have that picture so, I suppose it's under the cashiers discretion.

      • Paige

Mine beeped today, and the cashier tried it again and it still beeped but she made it go through anyway. I didn't say anything just talked with my daughter while she checked me out. Got some free nailpolish and 3 ECB's too!

      • kori

the guy wouldn't take my revlon coupon for the nail polish today. :(
i didn't buy it. probably should have anyway. $1 is not a bad deal.

      • Jacketfan24

The CVS I went to actually hada copy of the coupon taped to the display of nail polish with a note saying that it couldn't be used for this product! Luckily, just the day before I had a $3 coupon print for any Revlon item at the register so I was at least able to use that one!

    • Tracie

I have Huggies coupons that I am looking to trade for $4 Allegra. Check out SS Traders in interested.

      • Abc79teach

        • Carolyn Ingram

Now we're making ends meet on just my income and it's no easier! I will be happy to send any baby coupons…I am past the point of needing them. Send your address to my email Jacketfan24@yahoo.com if you want them. I'm in Greer, SC and no postage required!

    • Ebaybozeman

can anyone tell me how to get a Green Leaf card for CVS?

      • Kristen

they sell them buy the reusable bags. In my CVS, they are near the front of the store.

      • Melinda

They are for sale at the check out counter in front of the CVS store.

    • Sak21787

I can never get the printable coupons , anyone know why ?

      • Kristen

are you talking about the ones received in e-mails? If so, you have to register your e-mail on the CVS website here: https://www.cvs.com/CVSApp/user/signup.jsp

      • Kristen

register your e-mail with them cvs.com/e-mail to get special offer coupons.

      • Malissa

Try to DOUBLE CLICK on them.

    • Beth

Jenny says: Free Huggies wipes 72 ct max WYB wipes 300 ct +, SS 2/27. I'm assuming that's Smart Source that was in the Sunday paper on 2/27. I saved it, but I don't have that coupon. Am I looking in the right place?

      • Tara Pennington

Yes, but coupons are regional and our coupons vary from place to place.

For instance, I didn't have the Sargento coupons that was in the feb 6th smart source.

Sometimes you won't have everything posted.

      • Kenzbug

They were in my paper and I have several if you need them. (No babies) Email me at foxnettles at gmail dot com I'll be glad to send them to you.

    • MsFreeShopper

yaay! pretty stuff for free this week ;-)

    • Tara Pennington

Being a single woman who lives alone, this ad stinks! But, I'm excited for all you mommies out there! This has an awesome deal for you guys! I mean, even if you bought $20 in wipes – they're definitely a necessity -why not get a stroller out of it?!

      • Tig

Even those of us who don't have kids at home who need these items….they are a good charity idea. Just think, this is a great opportunity to help someone who is not as fortunate as we are….OR if you have a pregnancy center close by you can donate the items to them.

    • Becky

Just went to my first class today! I already have a question :( sorry! If I'm just starting and haven't saved the inserts from the newspaper – is there a way to still get ones from a few months ago? As I'm looking on the CVS deals – Jenny shows coupons that say ss 01/06 – would I have to have that in my file? Lord – that was a confusing question…

      • tygirl13

There are several website that will allow you to order whole coupon inserts or coupons that are already clipped. try thecouponclippers(dot)com or couponcarryout(dot)com. Hopefully you will get some more suggestions from more “seasoned” couponers. I have been doing coupons for about a year…I can't imagine ever not couponing. I don't care how rich I may get – I will never pay for toothpaste or bodywash again! haha HTH

        • nicole

for whole inserts…couponingfromchester(dot)com is really great!

      • Tracyjeans

You could put a post on freexycle asking if anyone has extras to get you started.

        • Tracyjeans

          correction…..freecycle…oops

      • Amelancon

I just started in January. It was frustrating to not have the coupons at first. I did order some from coupon clipping services. I mainly bought the items that my family consumed the most. After as little as 3 weeks of inserts, I felt like I was in the game LOL. After 8 weeks, I have now used over 300 dollars in coupons. That's a lot of savings. I'm hooked!

    • Amelancon

Can I use these? BOGO pledge get multiple surface product free with $1.00 off or $1.50 off pledge coupons. I have 4 of each to get the register rewards. I seem to go through pledge and it would be a good deal. If I can't I plan on use the $ off coupons. None of the bar codes end in14 like I have seen some people talk about on here.

      • Amelancon

        Multi surface

      • Sue

I used the BOGO on the multi surface today and it actually took off 4.99 so it was nice I got 4 bottles for 2 dollars then I got the 4 dollars cvs cash…so I made 2 bucks :)

    • Edie Teal

I found the Neutrogena Wave Sonic in the clearance bucket for $4 but even though tomorrow's flyer is offering free scrub pads with the purchase CVS did not have them. Teen working the counter wasn't much help so I am calling the manager tomorrow to get credit for them Was kind of nice tonight because they were offering last week sales and the ones to start tomorrow.
Bought $11 worth of Physician's Formula using a $3 off receipt coupon, then got back the $7 which I used to buy $10 worth of Maybelline and got $3 ecb. Bought a bottle of Revlon nail polish for $3.99 and got another $3 that I put in my pocket and took home. I think it was a successful shopping trip and my teenage make-up hounds are very happy. Happy Shopping!

    • Rachel1318

I don't shop much at CVS since I don't have one where I live, but I am wanting to get the free stroller when you spend $25 in select baby products. My question is, does my total have to be $25 before or after coupons? And is there a card or is it like Walgreens?

      • Robin

Total $25 before coupons. You need a CVS Card (they'll give you one at the register if you ask)

      • Guest

Before Coupons…I just went and got one…not to bad cuz I needed diapers and baby shampoo and body wash anyway…

    • Allyson

Men's Dove deodorant is free this week. Just got back from CVS. It is included in the 2/$4 promo. Use the $2 printable coupon that Jenny posted last week.

      • Missyscatchall

        thanks for posting this!

      • Caitlin

It wasn't on sale in south florida :(

    • Cookie

I tried to use the Ajax coupon ($1.00 off 2) on the Ajax dish detergent and the manager refuse it. ?????

      • Kristy

Really??? The picture shows laundry detergent but it states any ajax product. Wonder if he just looked at the picture??

    • mel

Just got back from CVS. They took my coupons!!! I got 4 regular pledge (used 2 $1.00 off 1 and $1.50 off 2) got 4 multi surface pledge (used BOGO pledge get multi surface free. I paid $8.50 and got $4.00 back in ECB's. The original price was $3.00 a can

      • SKMsMom

Where did you get your BOGO pledge coupons?

        • Jennifer

ss 2/13 – WHere did you get your $1 off coupons? or $1.50/2?

          • Amelancon

Ordered several weeks ago from coupondeedee.

      • Nysummer2010

        =================================================
        plus $4 off $20 coupon…oop= $5.89 plus tax & get $8 ECB back :)

    • Kimberly

I went to CVS and tried to do the 3.99 nail polish deal and they wouldn't accept the 1/1 Revlon MQ Jenny said to use because “the nail polish doesn't say color”!!! UGGH! Oh well, still .99! (Plus my CVS tried to trick me, they had the 3.99-3 ECB posted on ALL the nail polishes when only a select few actually ring up @ 3.99! I almost missed out on my 3 ECB, if I wasn't paying attention, they woulda got me!)

      • msivory20

I had a good cashier, and she pushed the q through when it beeped, no questions asked :)

      • Ctrinkle

The Revelon coupon that was in the paper today actually has the nail polish pictured on it so they should accept it.

        • Rhonda

I thought that too, but my cashier would not accept the coupon. It even has a picture of nail polish on the coupon. I brought this up as well as the fact that it says any color purchase. She said that it was only for lip gloss and would not use it.

          • artlady

Maybe there actually is a “Revlon Color” nail polish. I don't know, but if the coupon has nail polish on it and still beeped when you tried to buy some, it probably just wasn't the right variety of Revlon nail polish.

            • artlady

nevermind…. there IS no “Revlon Color” nail polish. I tried to use mine today as well, and it did indeed beep… but I had the exact type of nail polish that was pictured on the front, and my cashier must have manually put in the value because he didn’t give it back to me. That’s weird that Revlon would do that… makes it confusing for cashiers.

            • Gingiraffe

Also, the “coupons in most Sunday papers” little icon was on the ad next to the nail polish, implying that they knew about the coupon that you can use with it, so they should take it!

      • Guest

The ad says “ANY Revlon nail.”

    • R Dutka

Will CVS accept Walgreens and Rite Aid coupns?

      • artlady

It depends on your particular store – ask your manager. Every area is different.

    • cnv

I just bought $92.55 in product for $9.18 and walked away with $10 ECB for next time!!!! Thank you so much for teaching me how to CVS :o)

      • Gloria

can you post how you did this what did you purchase and what coupons did you use

    • cnv

There is a $2.00 coupon for Wisk in SS 3/6

      • Teressa

got my 2 bottles for 8 bucks (plus 2 $2 off coupons and 2 ECB back!)

    • Crtrdr1

The CVS in Tupelo, MS had a coupon print out of the red coupon center for $3 off ANY Revlon product!! I got the nail polish for 99 cents (didn't have the $1 off Q) and got $3 ECB's back! YAY!

      • Holly L.

        Mine printed 3 of those!!

        • Lolita Adam

lucky!!! so jealous :) did it print this week?

          • Amy J.

i got one of those….it printed out for me last week. I'm in southeast GA. (not sure about the previous folks that posted.)

    • Schthomas1

When an item states “limit 1”, how can we buy 3? Help!

      • Paige

The limit is just for the rewards you get back (the ECB's) you can buy as many as you want, you just won't get the ECB's back for any more than the limit.

    • guest

Not sure where to post this, but….in the P&G coupon booklet, there is a coupon that states “$1.00 off any one Olay PCC or body lotion”. What is PCC?

      • Vanessa

Personal Care and Cleansing … you can use it on soap, body wash, body lotion, etc

    • T Giles32

i did no see a deal witht he stroller you can get a stroller a box of diapers and 2 of johnson soaps for 22 dollars at least that swhat hip 2 save suggested

      • MRSJ

I was able to get a box of 80count of huggies 20.00 and it had a peel off Q for $1
I got 1 huggies wipes 2.50 and I got Pampers wipes 2.50 and .50 Q= subtotal 21.21 + the FREE Stroller (I had to ask for it b/c it wasn't out on the floor)

        • MRSJ

I also had (3.29)ECB's from last week ;)

    • Vanessa

ok my CVS in Houston recently only accept one coupon per purchase….for example, the deal was buy 2 of something (the same item) get back x amount of ECB…i can only use one coupon. this really suck. does this happen to anyone else? i called corporate and they said yes they changed the coupon policy.

      • Lolita Adam

that's crazy. I have never had that experience before! Maybe you should try another CVS because it's one coupon per item. If not, you can just buy the items separately and your ExtraCare Card will keep track of how many you buy, then do a second transaction and use the second coupon. Your ECBs should then print @ the end of your second transaction.

        • Vanessa

oh yeah, thanks for your reply. i think one time the manager told me i don't have to buy all the items at one time. i remember now. thanks so much.

    • Maggamooo

My add says that All Sally Hansen cosmetics are buy one get one 1/2 off….that will go great with my rain check for salon effects and my coupons!

    • Alex

My CVS had Air Wick Ultra Starter kit for $5.99. I used an internet coupon for $4 off plus some ECB to get it FREE! Reg. price is $12.99!!

    • Ctrinkle

Does anyone know if you returned something that had ECB's do they just cancel and are no longer valid?

      • Oakesmother

i was told you can not return items that you buy that have ECB's.

        • Ctrinkle

Well I returned the items, but they didn't ask for the ECB's back so I wasn't sure if the system just cancels it.

          • Syndilew

You can return them but they put the money back on a gift card instead of issuing you cash. HTH

      • Melissa

I returned something that I bought using ECB and the gave me a in store gift card for the amount I had used. So I didn't lose out on anything.

    • Happy Feet

Yea!!! I don't have to go to my rud and insulting CVS anymore… Our Wal Mart is the best and will now take coupons!!!!!!! I am hearing people having great results… :o) CVS your bad service,in my town, has lost my business!!!!!!!

    • Tiffanyyost

I have a $5.00 off 25.00 purchase….does my total have to be $25.00 after coupons or can it be before?

      • Sunshine

It is before coupons! :) Just make sure to give them this coupon first, before you start lowering your total cost with the coupons you are using! :) That is a great coupon! I love when I get one of those!

        • Tiffanyyost

Thanks! It printed out for me at the red box!

      • MJ

        It can be before

    • Pikchik

I live in Summerville, SC. Didn't get the Allegra coupon and really could use it. Willing to trade baby coupons, etc. if anyone could help me out. Thanks

      • Tanya7js

look on line – I was able to print a 4.00 coupon, I think it was on smartsource.com

      • Beth

All you Mamas out there…question for you: Is the Buy $25 worth of Johnson products to get the stroller a good deal if I have $1 off coupons? Just curious if I should hold on to them, or if this is a good deal :) Thanks so much!

      • Mary

I think it is a good deal if you need or use any of those products. I am getting the Gerber formula – $5.00 Mq, 2) huggies wipes, – 2) .75 Mq + 7% tax -10ecbs = 10.25 and a free stroller

      • Amysbrock

I did that deal today and it worked great for me!
I bought 3 of the different J&J shampoos/wash-used three $1 off coupons, 3 Pampers wipes-used two $1 off coupons, 1 Huggies wipes-used one $0.50 off coupon and 2 Desitin-used one $1.00 off coupon. I used $16.58 in ECBs from last week. So my out of pocket was $3.74 with tax. Great deal for me! And the stroller is pretty nice (Cosco brand). We have one already, but I have a few baby showers to go to soon. So it might be a gift! Hope that helps!

      • Jessicahurff

Not sure how old your little one is, but i am expecting and I did this deal buy purchasing one Gerber Good Start powder formula for $20 and used a $5.00 off coupon and bought two of the huggies wipes. I could not for the life of me put my hands on my huggies coupons (found them when i got in the car of course!!), but I used $5 in ECBs that I had from the Garnier moisturizer deal, so it ended up being a great deal for me. I spent $15 for formula and wipes, which is a good price, and got the stroller.

      • mom2boys

I have a hard time with my CVS in GA not having the sale items in stock when I go shopping on Sundays. By 1:00 PM they are almost out of items. This week they had 1 pack of diapers, no desitin, and no strollers! The cashier told me he had never seen strollers in the store and guessed they would be ordering some. I did buy my $25 worth, then used coupons, and ECB's, and had to get a raincheck for the stroller-although they weren't sure when they would be in. So frustrating!

        • Mommyof2girls

I had a similar problem here is Huntsville, AL. They had plenty of stock, but our manager said they also did not get any strollers in and dont usually stock them. I did the deal anyway and got a raincheck fir the stroller. Their truck arrives on Wednesday and I am going back to see if any came. He told me if they didnt then he would figure out something. I figure thats the best he can do since he doesnt have the product there to give out. Good luck.

          • wendy

from what I ready from other sites, the store/company will ship it to you. I am going to try today. I do have a question though… the $25..is that before coupons???

    • Amy J.

I was going to skip CVS this week, but once I looked at my coupons from the red kiosk, i had one for $3 off Revlon cosmetics…..thought if i did the nail polish deal it would cause the register to beep at the $1 manufacturer Q, so I decided to do the lipstick deal instead……..also did the Schick razor deal (hubby low on razors and shaving cream) and glad i did b/c the razor had a Q for free shaving cream on it :-)
had $9.29 in ecb from last week so my subtotal today was 99cents…..got back $9 ECB :-)
then afterwards went to Kroger and got my freebies (Tide Stain Release, Gillette BW, Old Spice Deo, Old Spice BW and Duracell batteries).
      Good day of couponing!

    • CB

If anyone isn't going to use the Schick coupon for the razor deal, I'd love to have it!

    • Melissa

Found some really nice headbands for 75% off tonight . Some were like 1.29!

    • Gingiraffe

Huntsville AL area shoppers– I just found out that the Downtown Rescue Mission is asking for donations of “Easter bags” for residents. These are gift bags packed with toiletries, snacks/water bottles, candy, socks, etc (A lot like the shoeboxes from Operation Christmas Child) and Christian literature. If you have some freebies this would be a great use for them! They ask that you contact them to let them know you are donating so they can get an estimated count and also to put age and gender on the outside of the bag (they need bags for men, women and children of all ages).

    • mom26boys

Has anyone had experience with using coupons after a purchase at CVS or returning items that are on ECBs so that you can use coupons that you forgot? I went to CVS tonight intending to purchase a wisk deal and use my $2 coupons for Wisk that we got in the paper today. I don't know what I was thinking but I only cut out 2 coupons ($2/1), so I was only intending to buy one wisk deal. Well while at the store I realized that the limit was 2 deals and wasn't even thinking that I needed 2 more $2/1 coupons, so I got the extra deal and when I got my total at the register, it seemed off. After I got in my car and figured it out, I realized that I needed the other 2 coupons that were at home! I know its only $4, but as an avid couponer I simply wouldn't have made the purchase without the coupons. How should I handle this since its an ECB deal? Can I just return to the store and ask them to take my coupons or will I need to return and repurchase? Do they take back your ECB's if you return something? Any help would be appreciated :)

      • Courtney s

I have heard other ppl on here say they went to the store and told them they forgot to use a coupon and they gave them cash back for the coupons. I even had a cashier offer to take a coupon that I had though I forgot on a purchase right after and give me cash back. you might want to check with the manager

      • Cluckie

I've done the same sort of thing and got cash back (the next day) when I took my receipt and coupon back to the store.

      • Rlynn103

The manager at my CVS has done this for me before too. They just gave me the cash back for the coupon.

      • mom26boys

Thanks everyone! I will try going in today and speaking to the manager :)

    • heaya

There's a $2 off q on any Almay cosmetic (exp 4/10/11) from the sunday paper.

    • Made a quick trip to CVS this morning for the milk ECB deal (I almost always buy my milk at CVS with ECBs anyway, so this one really excited me!) When I scanned my card at the kiosk the machine printed a $5 off Revlon Custom Color Eyeshadow, which just happens to be on sale for $7.49 ($3.49 after $4 ECBs), making it an easy moneymaker. There is also a $1 manufacturer's Q (that in my excitement I forgot to use) which would make it a $2.50 MM.

Anyway, it was a nice little trip. I also got some free nail polish and some Garnier moisturizer–in all spent $4.95 and saved just over $40. (Click the link on my name for detailed transaction/coupon info and photo.)

      • Zinniasgive

I got the same coupon and did a similar did with the mascara. I love that little red machine!!

      • Kristin

I did the same thing with some eyeshadow! :)

    • Jamie

Looooved the milk deal this week. Milk in our city is up to about $4 a gallon at most places, so I was thrilled at the deal! Yay! Got my free nail polish too.

    • Jennifer

FYI, I bought some of the glade fabric sweepers and inside the box there is a Q for $1 Fabric Sweeper and $1 Glade Fabric Odor Eliminator AND the don't expire until the end of the year!

    • Pkevinkim

Can I use both these q's together…B1 Gillette Deodorant, get 1 Gillette Bodywash free and a 2.00 dollar Gillette Bodywash coupon?

      • Nita Royal

If you get the bodywash free, I cannot imagine that you can also use the $2 off.

      • artlady

No, you would have to have a coupon for the Gillette Deodorant and use it with the B1 Deodorant, get Bodywash free. The B1G1 coupon if for the bodywash already.

      • grammy

I have done this before on other products such as B1 Glade starter kit, get free spray w/ a $4.00 coupon for the spray.

      • Pkevinkim

        Thanks for the help!!!!!

        • Ja

I used those coupons you are refering to at walgreens and they accepted them in that way…let me know if cvs will, as i have more of them

    • Teressa

Had a great CVSing trip today – 2 bottles of wisk (used 2 $2 off coupons), one bottle of revlon nail polish (1 off coupon), one fresh collection old spice plus one reg old spice (B1G1 reg old spice coupon) colgate toothpaste (.75 off coupon), Scotts paper towels (1.00 off) plus all my CVS coupons from that wonderful red box (5 off 25 purchase, 5 off Scotts paper towels, 3 off Revlon cosmetic) total spent before taxes 7.71 total saved 34.72 plus got 6 ECB – SCORE!

    • Lucentk

Can I use a buy one pledge get one multisurface pledge free and a .75 off multi pledge?

      • Sshield1

        Yes…I did it today

    • anneconover

I don't think Jenny mentioned the Dentyne Pure, Stride Shift, and Trident gums are 3/$3 and there's a BOGO from Sunday's paper for the Trident. Good deal if you chew a lot of gum! I did the deal today, just be careful, select varieties included only.

    • Fgavent

Does anyone know if the Physician's Formula makeup is still printing the $7 ECB when you buy $10 worth? The ECB printed last week but I did not purchase since I did not have the $3 red box coupon. I was being cheap! Thanks!

      • Amy T

I just looked at my acct online and it shows the end date for this one as 3/5. I'm bummed because I forgot about it. I used the $3 coupon to get a clearance item to put me over $50 for the beauty club and totally forgot to go back and pick up something for $7. (which would have been free)

    • Laura

Buy 2 individual Dove chocolate bars at 88 cents each, use the 75 cents off 2 individual bars (man coupon from a Sun paper–not sure date, sorry) AND 1 dollar off any two Dove chocolates (store coupon rite aid video values). Makes it a penny for both!

      • Nita Royal

did you mean to post this under CVS? Or does your store accept VVs?

        • Laura

I am so sorry. I meant to post this under rite aid.

    • Londondawn101

Can you use the (buy a Gillett deodorant and get a body wash) and the( -2.00 off the body wash) ? If so then what order?

      • Val

No, you can use a coupon for the gillette deodorant, but not on the body wash. That would be using 2 manufacturer coupons on one item.

    • Mamapinner

I'm just wondering why all I get in the red box is coupons for candy? Does anyone know the answer to this?? Thanks

      • Mcleodsc

No-but I also got a Kelloggs $1 off coupon from the redbox. There are individual cups of Kellogg's cereal for $1.

        • Tanya

Next week Kelloggs cereal is supposed to be $1.99 per box if any of your coupons are dated 3/13 or after.

          • Paige

Oh man, I have been using mine to get the little bowls of cereal. I may need to save a couple for next week. I hope I get the coupon again. Thanks for posting this!! My husband loves Corn Pops and there haven’t been any good sales for them at my stores lately.

    • Ema6763

Can you use 2 $3 off of $15 dollar purchase? Does it have to be over $30 or can it be over $20?

      • Val

You need to read the fine print of the coupon. More than likely you will only be able to use one coupon per transaction with each transaction over $15 (before coupons).

    • artlady

      My purchase today:

      1 Revlon Lipcolor – $7.49
      1 Revlon Nail Polish – $3.99
2 Dove Men+Care “Antiperspirant Deodorant” ( the regular “Deodorant variety of these did not price check as 2/$4….double check yours) – $4.00
1 Dove Easter Egg Milk Chocolates – $3.00
      Total: $18.48

      Used:
      (2) $1.00 off Revlon (my cashier took it for the polish)
$3 off Revlon CVS store Q from the red box
$1 off Dove easter candy – CVS store Q from the red box
      (2) $2 off Dove Men+Care printable
      $8.00 ECB
      Total coupons: $18.00

      Subtotal: $.48!!
      Got back: 7 ECB (4, 3)

AND – my receipt says that I can do the Revlon nail polish deal again! I love drugstore shopping!! Thanks Southern Savers :)

      • Beth

I'm inspired. What is store Q from red box?

        • Thiamaria

it's where you scan your loyalty card, and it spits out a couple of coupons for you.

        • artlady

Look for a red box/column in your CVS store. If you can't find it, ask someone who works there. It is usually labeled as a “price check” area or sometimes a “coupon center.” You can price check items here (like the nail polish… i checked a couple that were showing 4.99 instead of 3.99, so I could catch that before I hit the register). You should also scan your CVS card to give you store coupons! You can usually scan it about 2 times per day. You can stack these store coupons with manufacturer ones!

    • Pactice_peace

I tried using a $ off coupon for a clearance item today at the Laurens Rd., Greenville CVS. I was told that they don't accept manufactures coupons on clearance items because they had women who would only shop the clearance shelf and use coupons on every item. Has anyone ran into this? I love CVS, but this doesn't make sence to me. They would get reimbursed regardless of the clearance price.

      • Donna091960

Yes I have been told that same thing, in KY

      • Katie

i was told that in one of the 4 stores in our town. the manager there is not coupon friendly at all and most couponers have stoppped going there. However, there are about 4 other CVSs that i go to and have never had a problem. I think it is up to the manager

      • tori729

That's pretty dumb. I'd pick another store!

    • Caroline

The Revlon nail polish in my ad and at my store is $4.99. I thought CVS deals were nationwide? I'm in Harrisonburg, VA. I had the $3 q from the red kiosk plus $1 mq so it was only $1 which I used an ECB for but I was still surprised to see the price difference. The limit is two because my receipt shows I have one more.

      • Adivel99

I had a problem with the nail polish yesterday. The manager was very nice and refunded the extra dollar I paid and then had to print out the 3 ECB. I live in Savannah. It must be a corporate problem.

    • Julie

i bought the revlon nail polish tonight. it was 4.99 and no ECB's printed on my receipt. I was disappointed. It was the same as shown in the add and there were even yellow tags under it. I bought it with ECB's so they won't let me return it, but now i'm out the ECB's I used to buy it, and of course i would never pay full price for nail polish. Any suggestions what I can do about this?

      • Melissa

You should still be able to return it and they will give you a refund in the form of a gift card. I have had something similar happen and that was how they resolved it, but it could vary by store. There are great managers at the 2 stores I frequent and I never have any problems that they won't resolve.

      • BdaJda06

The same thing happened to me and I went right back into the store and showed the cashier my receipt. She gave me back the overcharge on the polish and also printed me out the $3.00 EB. Take your receipt in with the add where it says ALL Revlon Nail polish is on sale for $3.99 and they will fix it for you!!

      • Thiamaria

I would speak w/a manager, and let them know that they didn't print (I'm pretty sure they can print it then & there, as they have the EB code in the ad, and the ability to print @ the register.) Your receipt prints your EB balance for the week at the bottom, so I would think it wouldn't be too difficult for them to tell that it didn't work for you. I've also heard that calling customer service can help if you can't get it taken care of at the store level.

      • Klynn

Same thing happened to me. No ECB for nail polish, lip stick or cleaning supplies. My first problem was my $10 ecb from last trip would not go through. said it was not for my card. I only have one card. Then she had to manualy print my ecbs. None of my totals printed on the receipt so have no clue if I reached the limit or not.

      • Mamaberry

when you run into an issue with ECB's printing, address it right then and there. Show them the ad. It has a number under it. They can use that number to 'force' the ECB to print. If you remember after, like now, go back and tell them you noticed that it never printed. Show them the ad and they can fix it for you.

They are HUGE on customer service and great about accommodating the customer. hth!

    • Dtcox

    • Ahg172003

I clicked on a link to print a coupon and it takes me to targt website… Can i use these target coupons anywhere or just target? thanks….

      • Amelancon

Some of the target coupons print out as manufacturer q's. I haven't figured out how to tell which ones are before printing. For example the lucky charms and cocoa puffs should print as manufacturer coupons

        • Ahg172003

Thanks.. I am fairly new to couponing but I am trying because it seems to b very possible and who doesn't love saving money!!!

          • biskit0323

It is definitely very possible. I started couponing in August and I'm so addicted. I get excited when new ads come out. I have 4 kids – ages 8, 6, 2, and 2 months. If I can do it, I believe anyone can do it. My kids have come to realize that if I don't have a coupon and it's not on sale, we don't buy it. And having one in Pullups and one in Diapers, both using baby wipes…..Couponing saves me soooo much $$$. My husband says, why didn't you start this 10 years ago. LOL

            • lookin4abargain

no little ones mine are in college. I have several huggies and pampers coupons that I will not be using. I purchased some things for a shower that is not going to take place until August. I can send them to you if you like. I was excited I purchased the things at CVS to get the free stroller, my oop was $6.00, I had lots of ECB's so I can't wait to give her this shower gift. Last month I got all the J&J stuff at rite aid.

        • Amyb

if the bar code number starts with a 5 it should be usable anywhere. If it starts with a 9, you are out of luck, it's only good at that store. I have found the same to be true of coupons that say “do not double” on them – for example, my coupon's barcode starts with a 5, it says not to double – but if the people at Harris Teeter don't manually take off the doubling, it will. If it starts with a 9, it will not double.

    • ThePartridgeFamily

I went to CVS and tried to use the Revlon coupon for $1.00 off a cosmetic color product, and the cashier told me that nail polish isn't considered a cosmetic. So I was a little peeved at that. Has anyone run into this problem.

      • biskit0323

I haven't tried personally but I read all the comments on here last night and several stores wouldn't accept the coupon.

        • Teresa

i don't understand what is the problem with this coupon since even the CVS flyer tells you there's a coupon to clip for the nail polish in the sunday paper beside the ECB.

I just tried it and the cashier accepted it for nail polish, after looking at it for 2 minutes… I tried to get clear nail polish but since it said “color cosmetic” she made me get a color… lol.

      • TmeAde

I tried it at my local cvs and the cashier (who I have had problems with before) would not let me use it. No prob, I went to the cvs a town over and asked the cashier if my coupon would work on the nail polish, he looked at it and said “I dont see why not”, of course it beeped but he pushed it through for me!

      • Madhatter31

I had no problem at my CVS yesterday. Try a different cashier or CVS.

      • FreedomSpradley1

The register beeped at my coupon but nail polish was pictured on the coupon so the cashier pushed it through.

    • Eae1959

    • Letty391

I need help please. I am new to this. I am trying to find the coupon for the Revlon nail polish. I see where it is supposed to be on the SS insert that came in the 2/13 paper. I bought 4 papers that Sunday and it does not seem to be in there. I am in Spring Hill, TN. Would the inserts in the Sunday paper for my area be different from what is posted here? Please help. Thanks

      • Tarah

Some coupons are regional, it may be that your SS didn't have them. That's happened to me many times, sorry!

      • AmandaKaye918

I am also in Spring Hill, TN and I had that coupon in my SS 2/13.

      • SavvyRN

I had the Revlon Coupon in the SS 3/06. Might wanna look there…:)

    • Leticiag30

Today I went to CVS and bought Boost Plus 12 bottles a package, one was regular price and the second one half a price. I spent $us.28.00 Do I get ExtraCare Points. I used my card for the first time and then I went to CVS website to register my card but didn't see any points. Sorry, I'm new to this and I started using coupons just this week. I have a child with special needs that will need a lot of nutritional drinks for the rest of his life. Any advice is appreciated

      • I'm not looking at the ad, but was it advertised as having Extra Care bucks attached to it?

      • Bamasaver

Sorry, no Extra Care Bucks on Boost this week. Your card just gives you the “buy one, get one half-off” sale price this week. If you didn't have the card you would have to pay full price for both. No one in my family has a need for nutritional drinks, so I would be glad to send any coupons your way. If you'll leave me a post/reply with your e-mail address, I'll get in touch with you about how to send some to you.

        • Leticiag30

Thanks so much!! My e mail is leticiag30@yahoo.com

          • Danielle

I dont use mine either I would be more than happy to send any coupons that you might need for boost or similar products.

            • Syndilew

Rite Aid this week has the same deal but they have $2 off qs in their ad that you can stack with this deal. I bought quite a bit of these this week. HTH

          • Maria

Please let me know if you need more, i can send you mine too.

    • Mmelissam6

I just came home from CVS. I handed her 2 coupons for the 2 John Freida products and 4 BOGO coupons for 8 Trident Gums . The cashier rudely told me that I could only use 1 coupon for each of the products because the coupons said one coupon per purchase. I told her that I was only using 1 coupon per item but she argued with me and told me management said if the coupon said only 1 per purchase I could only use 1 coupon for the product even if I bought more than 1. Has anyone else run into this problem? I may start shopping at Walgreens.

      • Elaucht

I would try a different cvs store. I have never had any problems with our cvs

      • Sandy

You were purchasing 2 John Freidas therefore you can use 2 coupons. It does not say “limit one coupon per transaction.” She was misinformed. Definitely ask to speak to a manager next time and if that doesn't work call customer service this store needs to know how to use coupons.

    • Amyb

if the bar code number starts with a 5 it should be usable anywhere.

    • stef28

FYI, there's a free app for Android/iPhone users called Checkpoints that allows you to earn free CVS giftcards. When you sign up and use code stefanie28, you'll be halfway there toward your first $2 reward! You get points for checking in certain retailers and restaurants and more for scanning bar codes while you're in the store.

    • JLW

Does anyone know how many times you can get the Revlon nail polish for .99 after EC…it seems to be more than one
      thanks

      • wonky's mom

I have done it twice… I agree it looks like you can do it several times… i am going to try again.

    • Guest

If I have a B1G1 coupon and a B2G1 coupon for the same item, will I need to purchase 5? Or can I combine the two coupons to get only 3 of this item?

      • Nysummer2010

from what I understand…you will allow to stack these 2 coupons only when one of them is in-store coupon & the other is manufacture coupon. If this is the case, suggest to buy 6 (use 2*B2G1 coupons & 3*B1G1 coupons)…then you will only pay 1 for 6….

      • Bamabobbie

I would think you would have to get 5 and 2 of them would be free???

        • Wgtorrence

Thank you. That's what I thought but wanted to make sure.

    • Nysummer2010

FYI – found $2 off in-store coupon on any Lumene Product plus $5 off Lumene skin care coupon from red machine last week…you can score Lumene eye makeup remover ($6.79) for FREE + MM

    • Heather

the red box is printing $1 off Kellogs cereal, I used it to get one of the little travel bowels of cereal priced at $1 = FREE! :)

      • Paige

I have been getting that coupon every time I walk in. Great little cereal snack bowls, and only 2 cents for me with my tax!

    • Amber

I don't know if anyone else posted this, but CVS has Dove Men+Care deodorant on sale for $2 (just the women's is pictured in the ad). Use the $2 coupon from coupons.com (I think Jenny also did a post about this coupon.) and get it free! I got 2 tonight!

      • Emily Vaughan

The $2 coupon says redeem at Walmart… can it even be used at CVS?

        • Paige

As long as it is a manufacturer's coupon, you should be able to use it anywhere. It will have the address for the store to mail it to to be reimbursed. I still hear that it is up to stores though. I have never had a problem, but . . . you could still try it.

        • Malissa

Yes I've used it as long as it says MANUFACTURER'S coupon you can use it anywheres. I would argue if they say no. Saying to redeem it at let's say Walmart is ONLY a suggestion. Capice?

      • jennaj81

my CVS at 30233 in GA wouldn't let me use the $2 Q. the Dove men's was not on sale. it scanned at $4.99 and the ad stated the regular price of the sale items was $2.50. I tried to argue that the men's kind was not excluded from the sale per the ad. The manager wouldn't budge. however, she did say that the men's product will be on sale in the next week or so.

      • Free_Man

It's not the Dove Men + Care that is on sale, even on the flyer it does not say that. It is the regular Dove deoderant which is normally priced at $2.99. The Men + Care is regularly $4.99, in a totally different price category so there is no way they would be on the same special. I've been to two CVS's and verified this as fact. I just want to save people looking for the Men's version a wasted trip, it is definitely not on sale.

        • Phillips

It varies by store. This week I got 12 of the Men + Care deodorants free because they were ringing up at 2 for $4.00 and I used the $2.00 coupons. Different stores have different deals. Always scan your items at the Coupon Center machine to verify the price before you go to the cashier.

    • T Giles32

have you use this scerierino you buy hugies box 20 then use 3.50 off in paper then buy two johnsons printables you pay 22 dollars and get a stroller for 17.99 my cvs manager said there truck was t in but gave me a rain check and said if i still dont get one cvs will mail one i used the 3.50 coupon 2 1.00 coupons then used a 10.00 from pand g deal last week so i only pd like 13.00 dollars awsome i think

      • paullapba

when did you do this deal?

    • Wsult3

I have somehow been put on a “baby” list and get all kinds of mailers for various baby items. I received a “coupon” from Gerber yesterday for $16.95 towards the purchase of formula. I do not have a baby, but I know a local pregnancy center would happily use it. I bought the formula and two packs of wipes to qualify for the free stroller (which is pretty nice, by the way). My transaction was as follows:

      Gerber formula $20
      Pampers wipes 2/$5
      Used $16.95 coupon/check
      (2) $0.50 Q for wipes
      $7 ECB from last week
Total = $1.73 (basically just tax)

I was incredibly excited and thought I just had to share! Cannot wait to walk into donate the goodies!!

      • Malissa

If I get coupons for baby food I buy i.e. applesauce jars and take them to work. They're acutally yummy since school food is horrrrrrrrrible!

    • Allison

I had a crazy good day at CVS! I bought two bottles of chewable benefiber and one box of the kiwistrawbetty benefiber drink mix. I also bought a supercute revelon nail polish color! I got 13 ECB BACK! Our CVS accepts competitor coupons i used (3) $3 off target benefiber coupons, (3) $2 off walgreens benefiber coupons, I had a CVS coupons $5 off $25 purchase. Then i had (1) $1 off revelon target coupon, (1) $1 off manufactuer coupon! It came to $2.50 all together :) BUT it would have been 50 cents but for some reason one of my $2 off walgreens coupons would not work! :) I am a happy lady thanks JENNY!

      • lucas'smom

how often do you get the $5 off $25. I used to get them in emails but it seems like I never get them anymore!

        • Allison

I have only gotten two. One in my email and one printed out at the red box in CVS.

    • guest

Can anyone tell me if I can use a $10 off $50 purchase q and a 25% off purchase q in the same transaction?

      • Sb

Probably not. You need to read the bottom of the coupon for the terms and conditions. Also, pay attention to the 25% coupon. These usually apply to items that aren't on sale.

      • kpswagger

Yes, you can. The 25% will only be taken off of non-sale items.

        • guest

Thanks! Do you know if the huggies diapers would be considered 'on sale' in this weeks ad? They are in the stroller deal…but not sure if they would be considred on sale or not.

    • Lucas'smom

i scanned my card at the cvs red box coupon center and recieved at $5 off your purchase of revlon custom eyes…and i had $1 manufacturer coupon and so i made $3.50!

      • Griffingirl69

me too~and got the extra bucks:)

      • Mvtdeal

Yes, I did the same. Wasn't planning on getting mascara but if they pay me $3.50 in ECB to try it, I'm in!

    • Emily Vaughan

The $2 coupon says redeem at Walmart… can it even be used at CVS?

    • Griffingirl69

My cvs had a different selection on nice & easy hair color marked down to $1.99 I bought 2 and used the $2 off coupons that were in the paper last wk? or may have been the wk before?

    • Syndilew

I don't know if anyone else has noticed this but the last two transactions that I had I paid with a ECB that I would have lost a penny on so that I wouldn't have to pay OOP and the ECB took a penny off of my tax. I don't know when this started but it is pretty nice. HTH

    • Griffingirl69

just curious if anyone has had this happen? Yesterday I went and picked up a few things that I had coupons on it was the schick hydro razor, the revlon nail polish and the revlon eyeshadow..when I paid the only ecb that printed out was the $5 for the razor, the one for the polish & eyeshadow did not print..that's $7 ecb..I noticed it and they gave me the ecb for them but I noticed when I looked at my account online it was not showing up on there (my purchase) and the $ was not added to my beauty club spending amount!

      • tori729

They have to force ecbs when you use a raincheck so it may not show up in your account. As for the beauty club spending, as long as you used your card those should show up but may take a day or two to get put into the system.

        • Griffingirl69

thanks:) I called them lol because I had enough to make the $50 for my $5 extra (only need a couple more $) they said it takes about 48 hrs to show up…

    • guest

The new ad is up on the website..looks like it could be a good one!

    • BeachBabyMom

New to this blog, but I love it, thank you! You probably already know this but if you like CVS on FB they post next week's ad circular early on their wall. 3/13 – 3/16 went up this afternoon. Helps in planning if you want to use or roll over ecbs, etc.

    • guest

question…my husband just got back from CVS trying to qualify for the spend 25.00 and get a stroller deal…they had the diapers but were out of fwipes…now if i go in tomorrow and buy two of the wipes (which would have brought my total to 25.00) will it show up on my receipt and qualify me for the deal still? i have seen partial totals for smaller items add up on the bottom of my receipts before but didn't know if it would work with this one.

      • Klg0818

They should write you a raincheck so you can still get the discount advantage when the product is available. They did this for me at my local CVS when they ran out of Wisk detergent this week.

    • Couponcasa

Every week when I go to get the Dove deoderant coupon as you list it, it isn't there. Only soap
      Any insight…what am I missing?

    • guest

My goodness did I have trouble at my local CVS the other night. I went in there and picked up two boxes of Total from the shelf and had two $1 off coupons. The sign right in front of them said “$1.99” but when I brought them up they rang up $5.49 each so the guy at the register looks in the weekly ad and says, “These aren't Cheerios” like in the picture. I said, “It says *ALL* (in fact “all” was in caps in the ad) General Mills cereals were on sale for $1.99. Then he told me that I had the wrong size, but the ad says “10.6 – 14oz” and I had the 10.6 oz ones. I kept having to say over and over “it says 'ALL General Mills Cereals 10.6-14oz” to him and he still wasn't getting it. Finally the lady working the register next to him said “Just give it to her”. They made me feel like complete crap when they were not comprehending their own flyer (keep in mind the guy wouldn't leave the register to look at the aisle I was on and how it was marked). I was nice the entire time, but really felt like they were putting me down. The mark-up on cereal is so huge that there was no way I was going to pay $5.49 (plus I would've lost the coupons had I told them to forget it). Has anyone else had this experience? Did I miss something that said “Total isn't included” in the ad? My husband took a look at the boxes of cereal and the ad and told me I was in the right this time around. Granted, this is the first time this has happened at CVS and I hadn't been rung up by this guy before. Typically there isn't a problem there, and hopefully won't be again. Grrr… sorry for the rant, but I had to get it out! And if I was in the wrong, please point it out and I'll gladly take the cereal back to the store and tell them I was wrong (I'm not out to rip them off, but I am out for fairness). Happy Shopping everyone and have a great weekend! :)

    • beverly

I had a good trip to CVS this AM. Usually go earlier in the week, but had not been. I started out with a 10.00 ECB- I did 4 transactions Purchased 1 Revlon nail polish, 1- 12 hour eyeshadow, 1 gillette deodorant and one gillette bath wash ,2 hershey candy bars needed 50 cents for tax and I thought sign said .89 hershey buy1/1free so I grabbed 2, but on my receipt I was charged .89 for each, but had a good deal anyway.2nd transaction bought 1 pledge, 2 glad air and Fabric freshners, 1 gel toliet scrubbing bubbles, 4 packs of gum,4 bags of Nestle eggs, one 62 dose benefiber and one 36 ct. benefiber tablets. and a 4.99 magazine.I spent 17.01 oop including tax and have a 4.00ECB left for next week.!! I am a happy CVS CUSTOMER!!

    • Lilpumpkin

New to CVS shopping. I did Transaction #1 and the clerk wouldn't let me use my $3 ECB's for the Revlon Nail Color. After $1 coupon it made it $2.99 and she said it wouldn't let me do the $3 ECBs because it was only $2.99. She rang it up finally without coupon and I just used my ECBs. So I had to pay a dollar and some change instead of it being free. What went wrong? Would love any advice for CVS shopping! =)

      • Gracie

It normally comes down to the order that you use the coupons. You need to always use the manufact. coupons FIRST then the store coupon. So say you had $3.00 in ECB's from a prior purchase… The clerk rings up the nail color for $3.99.. you first hand her the $1.00 off coupon.. so you are now at $2.99. You then hand her the coupon/ECB for $3.00.. normally because it's a store coupon it will go ahead and take off the $2.99. and you would owe whatever the tax is. I didn't do this exact deal so I don't know for sure that it would work. What I would do to be sure is pick up a really cheap item and add it to bring your total above the $3.00 mark so there would not be a problem for sure. One other thing you cannot use the $3. ECB from a prior purchase of the nail color to pay for the nail color. For one we are only allowed one purchase per card on this deal. I hope this helps and is not more confussing!

    • Anne

I was just wondering if anyone got the $1 ECB back on milk?

      • couponmominflorida

Yes, and I am new to CVS!

      • Natalie559

A lot of times it doesn't print for the milk, you have to call their attention to that and they will print one for you. They told me since it was a regional deal and on regional brands that the computer usually isn't programmed properly to print the ecb

    • Kayla

It wasn't just the big Hershey's B2G1, it's also the individual ones. Like I got three Reese's two packs for free using this along with the Facebook coupon
