Went to this link and it said that I had printed this coupon …This is my first time to start couponing . I was very frustrated!!!!!

        • This message means that there are no more prints available for the coupon, sorry!

    • Misty

Could we use this coupon here: http://completecomfort.ca/certificate.php to make the contact solution a $2 moneymaker?

      • Sadly no, that coupon is for use in Canada only.

        • Misty

          Darn. lol ;-)

        • Ldurham7

it says Canada only? If so I don't see it??

      • Sarcasticangel_82

I have used it in the past….at least twice when they had this special.

    • If you have a Lowes foods, the Tide/Bounty/Charmin is cheaper there if you shop the 3 day sale this weekend. :)

    • Andre

      Math wrong on Metamucil?

      • The ECBs you earn are factored into the prices Jenny lists. Buy 2 bottles, use two $1 off coupons. That's $18. Subtract the $5 you will get back in ECBs and your total is $13. That divided by 2 is $6.5

    • Carmen S

first.. loving this week.. any week with a diaper deal is a good week.

        • LeAnn

          I just printed one!

          • Ralisa30

i am not able to print, can u please post the link?

      • Guest

Thanks – this link worked great.

    • Leonardestate

Have a question… What is CVS's policy with B1G1 coupons? Last week I was going to buy to 2 Clean n Care body washes. I was going to use one B1G1 coupon and also 1 $2 off coupon. The cashier then told me I couldn't use the additional $2 off coupon. I see this week there is another scenario like this. Would like to know what their actual coupon policy and where I can print it off. Any info would be greatly appreciated!

      • Mistie_blevins

You should have been able to use both coupons. You had 2 products at the counter. Your b1g1 gave you one for free and the 2.00 would have came off of the one you were purchasing.
B1G1 with new cashiers/or inexperienced ‘coupon cashiers’ always gets a little tricky. I just try and show them clearly by placing both items on the counter and a coupon in front of each item.
You can go to http://www.cvs.com and print their coupon policy off to keep with you. Something I do for all my stores just in case at times I even need to check for myself.

You are allowed to use the B1G1 AND the $2. The $2 off is used on the one you are purchasing. I always give the $ off Q first THEN the B1G1.

      • Mandy

You can use 2 coupons – You are correct – The B1G1 coupon attaches to one item, and the $2 off coupon attaches to the second item. At the top of the page under the CVS tab to the left, Jenny has posted the “almost official” coupon policy.

        • Mandy

Sorry, I mean top right of page after clicking CVS tab…

      • FreedomSpradley1

For some unknown reason some stores registers will beep when you use a B1G1 with a $ off coupon on two products. Once I told my cashier the CVS down the street always takes both and I would just go down their to use the coupon they push it right through.

    • Mommyof2sweetgirls

Just a reminder to check the coupon scanner before you shop! Yesterday I was able to print coupons twice- I always try and am never able to do so at any store I frequent. Anyway, also remember that ECBs from your winter spending should start printing tomorrow on the 1st!

    • Shortgalal

I got my $5 off on $25 this week also! So, I am really excited about the P&G offer and that coupon together! ;-)

    • Mlaurie406

Hmmm…..nothing I really want/need this week. Looks like I can save my ECB's and take a CVS break this week! Kind of excited about that, haha!

    • Glad to see the Right Guard body wash on sale. Missed the BOGO sale at Wags a few weeks ago to combine with the BOGO coupon. This sort of makes up for it.

      • Birgit Gilbert

        It's limit one

    • seporter818

Jenny: I have $1/1 Softsoap Boady Q's (12oz or more) in my 3/27SS (They are definitely regional though) that would work on the ECB deal. This is my favorite body wash, so I'm willing to pay the $1.50 for it!

    • Chicklet

Been wanting to try some Goldbond body wash. Yay! Love their lotions.

    • guest

      New to CVS shopping.
Question: If you buy one item from a 2/$ deal with card, will it ring up half price?
Example, If I buy 1 Always product with card at 2/$6, will it ring up $3?

      • CVSnut

Yes, it will ring up at $3

      • FreedomSpradley1

I'm not 100% sure on this but I got some bandaids last week that were 2/$6 and the first rang up $3.59 and the second $2.41 but when my receipt printed the price was show as 2/$6. You may have to purchase both to get the deal. Ask your cashier before you check out.

      • Angie8220

It depends at least that is what the clerk told me at the CVS I go to. Just do a price check at the magic coupon machine.

    • Caroline

Jenny..I can not find the Physicians Formula SS 3/20 or SS 2/27coupons (the 1$ or the 5$). They are not in my smart source booklets & i am from Lexington, sc so i am pretty sure we get the same booklets! this is so frustrating…someone please help.

      • Angie8220

I found some on eBay I think (1.50 for two) and scored 2 physicians formula for .81 cents plus $7 ecb

      • Val

Just because Jenny has a coupon on here, doesn't mean her specific newspaper received it. Click on the Sunday Ad Inserts link on the upper right hand side of this page to see what coupons your area got. :) Sounds like you weren't one of the lucky ones…. neither was I.

    • FreedomSpradley1

I received an email notice about quarterly ECB's being available starting tomorrow and it included a link for a $5 off $25 CVS coupon. The link was at the top of the email. Check your inbox!

      • Katigurl29

I didn't get an email from CVS with any coupons. Or even an email about my ECBs. :(

        • Liz

login to cvs.com. set up your account online if you haven’t already using your ECB number. you can print your quarterly ECB earnings straight from the website! that’s how i do it.

        • mom26boys

          I didn't either :(

        • Amy

Try checking your CVS account online. I wasn't getting emails either but when I checked my account, I discovered that I had not selected the box indicating that I wanted emails. Hope this helps :)

      • Thehagwoods

I got mine as well. I am so excited!

      • Marie

Went to my email after reading this…and I had one too! Thanks!

      • Kenzbug

Thanks, I got one for $4 off $20. The $20 is before coupons are applied right?

        • Caity

          Yup :)

        • Anna

          yes- wonderful CVS!

        • ChrissyPunkin

Yes! I got an awesome deal on Breathe Right strips today:

          I bought 2 packages at $10 each
          I used: $4 off $20
2-$2.50 off Breathe Right manu. coupons
2-Rite Aid video values $1 off Breathe Right strips (they take competitor coupons–yay!)
Paid $9 plus tax and got back $5 ECBs.

          • Prsol

I didn't know you could use your RiteAid video value coupons at CVS!!!!! :O

            • Anonymous

I don’t know if every store does. Just ask them. :)

      • ChrissyPunkin

I was thrilled to get mine today, because there were a lot of deals I wanted this week and I've been waiting for it. :)

      • Mel

Didn't get an email:( checked to see if I had checked off to receive emails on my account and I did so why didn't I get one?

      • Elizabeth M.

No matter how many times I give them my e-mail (and I've called once) I have never received my $4/$20! I'm bummed! And, no e-mail :(

      • DianaY19

I got the email but not a link for the 5/25 coupon…anyone else have this issue? The email told me I had $7 in ECB that will print at the redbox or on my next receipt but nothing with a link to a coupon. Want to make sure I'm not missing it.

    • Lunitari601

Can you stack CVS coupons and a manufacture coupon?

      • Bamacat

        Yes!

    • Migdalia M.

I just wanted to double check something.. If I separate the P&G deal into two transactions for less out of pocket the ECB will still print, right? So if I did $20 for the first transaction and then $10 in the second transaction the total is still $30. I'm pretty sure this should work but have never tried it. Any help would be appreciated. THANKS!

      • Bamacat

The ECB will print after your second transaction. I love that about CVS!

      • kpswagger

Correct. Your card will keep track.

      • Lorannclark

Thanks for asking – I learned something new. I did not know this!!

      • msivory20

love how that works :) I had to explain it to my cashier once because she was afraid that my ECB's wouldn't print. I was like ” No worries, I've got it all under control ;) “

    • cindy adams

I have never gotten a b1g1 at cvs. I was wondering do they do there s like bilo where they split the price and have 1 price for 2. I quess I was wondering if I did the b1g1 wisk if I could use 2 of the 2$ off 1. Or do I just use 1 coupon since bigi.
      TIA Cindy

      • tygirl13

It is a true BOGO. You have to buy one at full price and get the second one free. However, you can use one coupon on each item. HTH

    • savinmavin

Starting on 4/10 the Finish tabs will be on sale $3 this is part of the spend $20 get $10 ECB's. The $3 coupon has been reset on the manu. website print now before they go.

      • Tiggertodd2

Are you talking about the Quantumatic coupon or for the Finish tabs? If it's the tabs, where do we get the coupon?

      • tygirl13

Unfortunately, the 4/10 deal is for rinse aid and tabs – not the Quantumatic Dispenser System that the $3 coupon applies to.

        • Bauercandace

Just an FYI, my Publix has the Quantaumatic Dispenser on closeout for $4.25!!! You could score a great deal still with your $3 coupon :)

    • Raynesmw

Hi, everybody! I need some help with something. I went to CVS tonight to get the Clean and Clear body wash. I had 4 the last 4 left, third store I went to. I went up to the register, I had 2 BOGO coupons and 2 $2 Q. She didn't even ring me up, she looked at my coupons and said I couldn't use all of them. I have never had a problem before. On this site, the scenerios usually involve a BOGO and a $/1. I called another store, and they said this store was wrong. Where can I find this in writing? If this is against their policy, I will not do it. Please help so I know the right thing is this situation. Thank you so much.

      • Tiggertodd2

At the top of this page is the almost official coupon policy. Maybe you could print it and show it to them. Hope this helps.

      • ChrissyPunkin

If it's worth your time, you could buy them and then return them at the store who understands the policy and then buy them again with coupons. I was trying to get a deal one time and I needed 4 but could only find one or two at each store and a cashier suggested that idea to me.

      • Shanna79

You aren't doing anything against their policy…many cashiers just don't understand coupons and how they work. If you ever have a problem like that again, ask to speak to a manager. You are allowed to use one manufacturer's coupon per item, regardless of what value it is.

    • Newbie question: I thought the date after the coupon listed was the date of the paper the Smart Source was in…on this deal that is listed and I think I saw it earlier too the date is 12/12….so where would I find the coupon? $4 off Gas-X Prevention product, SS 12/12
      Thanks!

      • MomofKLA

You would find the coupon in the Smart Source from Dec. 12, 2010 (if you have it).

      • Thanks…a few minutes after typing this I realized it was December 12th…when I was looking at the date all I could thing was December 2012!

        • Kccoupon1

Don't feel bad, i have done that same thing too. :)

    • ChrissyPunkin

I was so disappointed that the Physician's Formula makeup I bought did not apply to my beauty bonus. Anyone know why?

      • guest

I believe it takes a few days for it to show up.

        • Kerry72nc

mine too. I thought I was going to get my $5 ECB from the beauty reward when I bought it but it printed the next visit and showed the total on my receipt then.

          • Hael80

My beauty reward printed out at the coupon kiosk, which was a nice suprise!

    • need some help

does anyone know where i can get a proctor and gamble 110 booklet?

      • Gatorginger

Go to the proctor and gamble web site you should be able to request one there

        • Danielle

Isnt the P & G booklet was one that you had to send in $50 worth of receipts to get.

    • Cherish

The 110 booklet was from facebook and you had to regiester to get it. Love it because it has great coupons that are high in value.

    • SusanColeen

You suggest using a $1off Dawn Hand Renewal w/ Olay Beauty from Organize In Style home mailer. I have that mailer, but my coupon is for$.25. What gives?

      • Amy

Different Organize in Style home mailers .. I have 2, one with a green background with coupons expiring 04/30/11 and a newer one with a red background with coupons expiring 10/31/11. The $1.00 off was in the green one.

        • Prsol

… and, of course, I only got the red one! … :-(
Sometimes you win, sometimes you still have fun! :-)

      • Aroberson854

My coupon from the in style organizer for dawn was .25 cents also..

      • msivory20

And also, if any of you are faithful in putting in your Gifts to Grow codes on the Pampers website, one of their “prizes” is a P&G coupon booklet. It was 700+ points, but I was thrilled to see the $1 off Dawn q that is so elusive :)

    • Djfields

It says no prints available for the gum flosser! ugh

    • Mlm82lmm04

Alright so I know i am no good at this CVS thing yet. My first time I only bought cereal on sale and used coupons. I was nowhere near worried about ECB's. Second time I spent 20$ oop. Got some good deals. Just got back and started with 7$ in ECB's Got 2 toothbrushes, 2- 6oz toothpaste, 2 bodywash, neosporin, bandaids, and shaving cream for less then 6$ oop. much improvement. I am excited. Now if only Jenny had an application online that took your ECB's to start, what you wanted to get, the coupons you had, and told you the best way to line up your transactions, I would be doing GREAT! lol! I stared at my papers trying to figure how to check out for a half an hour. My brain hurts! :) Thanks Jenny I like spending so much less!

      • savinmavin

That would take the fun out of it. I love to use Jenny as a starting point, we do not all buy the same items so I love to come up with my own scenerios and to read what others come up with. My advice is to start small, buy only the items that will give you ECB's first and then add other sales items in with other transactions, allowing your ECB's to pay for them. HTH.

    • Bets

There is a $2 off Complete Multipurpose Contact solution on their website. You just give them your name and email and you can print multiple times. Makes it a better deal.

      • Lilo

the one you are talkin about is a canadian site so it wont apply in the usa :)

        • Sarcasticangel_82

I have used it for past deals on this same product, may not work this time, but it never hurts to try. :)

          • Jenni P

Actually, it could potentially hurt the store, since an American store is not going to get reimbursed for a Canadian coupon.

    • For the Oral B Toothbrushes deal idea….can you use both of those coupons on the same 2 toothbrushs? I thought that when you used a coupon for BOGO that you could not use another coupon because the first one included them both? Still tryin to figure everything out…

      • Zarate06

the bogo coupon “attaches” to the second item, so there is no coupon “attached” to the first item and you can use a coupon with it

    • KT

I have a question about the Pamper's diapers coupon in the upcoming Ad. I have never seen a coupon like the description. I want to use it for this ad but since my baby is a size 4 in Pamper's…would I be able to use the coupon for the Pamper's cruisers diaper deal?
” -$3 off Pampers Cruiser, Swaddles size 3, Swaddlers Sensitive size 3-4 or Extra Protection diapers box, PG 4/03″
Thanks for any advice – the whole reason I would buy the papers this wknd is for the Pamper's deal.

      • DonnaChas

Oh no, please don't buy the paper just for the Pampers coupon. Where do you live? I would gladly send you my coupons that I get on Sunday.

        • Danielle

I will take/trade for the animal food ones. There are very few I use but I take the ones for great deals and buy the items to donate to the local animal shelter. I used all of my Pedigree coupons last week for the canned dog food at Kroger.

      • Kcwandu2

Yes please let me know, i have tons of diaper coupons i am just looking for sum1 to hand them off to. :) and animals food too.

        • msivory20

I too am always desperate for extra diaper/wipes coupons since I currently have two in diapers! My email is macouncil@tfc.edu
          Thanks!!!

      • Kcwandu2

U can email me ur address and anyone who want cat or dog food and diapers coupons. will be glad to get them out of my stack. My email is kccoupon1@hotmail.com

      • Amy

I know this isn't what you were asking, but I have found I can get Pampers a lot cheaper on Amazon. If you get any parenting magazines (like Parents, Parenting the Early Years, etc.), tear out the green Amazon Baby coupons that are in most issues. Sign up for Amazon Moms, and locate the big box of diapers you want (I buy 144 size 4 Cruisers) — click on the button to subscribe to receive them at a given interval, monthly, or every 2, 3, 6 months… That will chop 30% off the price. Then use the Amazon coupons you've saved — you can stack two coupons. I regularly get my box of 144 diapers for $10.89 with free 2-day shipping. And even better, your subscription gets you free 2-day prime shipping on most of the items Amazon sells, so you can use those benefits for books, toys, food, whatever. It has really helped us!

    • Ema6763

When you get rainchecks do you have to go back to specific CVS you got the raincheck at or can you go to another CVS and collect on the rain check?

      • Sandra

No, I got a few in Florida and have used them in Tennessee

      • guest

        Any CVS.

      • Hael80

My CVS just writes the “rainchecks' in a note book with your name and phone number. I don't get a slip of paper with the sale price on it that I can take to a different CVS. :/

    • Scsaver2010

Why does my cvs scanner only give me coupons for candy and nuts? I never get the great cosmetics coupons that other people seem to be getting. I live in the Greenwood SC area.

      • Donna-Lynne

I am in Las Vegas and the scanner usually only gives me the candy and nuts coupons, too. You are not alone! lol

        • Kenzbug

Same here. I asked the manager last week because I told him I was really wanting that PF coupon (hoping he could magically make it print), he said I was in luck because they didn't carry that product in his store, so there was no need to worry. lol I felt like a dummy.

          • Danielle

That is normally all I ever get also. I did get some $2 off Nature's Bounty which is what I made that trip for so it made it so much better.

    • Scsaver2010

      Also, what is beauty bonus?

      • savinmavin

You sign up for it online and for every $50 in beauty products you purchase you will receive $5 ECB's from the red box. Usually takes 24 hrs. to print once you have reached the $50 mark. I have received 2 $5 ECB's in the last 2 weeks with the cheap PH, so it adds up fast, because it counts before coupons. HTH.

        • Scsaver2010

          thanks savinmavin!

          • JuneSummer

There's also a tear pad in the store.

    • NorthALCouponer

I got my first $ off a purchase in an email today, $4 off of $20! Will have to take advantage of that this weekend since my transactions last week went wrong and I ended up with $20 ECB instead of just $10 for this week.

    • savinmavin

The Allegra is $18.83 with $5 ECB's there is a $4 off coupon. Is this a good deal? I bought the five pack a few weeks ago and my son loved it, so if it is a good deal will invest this week. Thanks for the help.

    • Twoofakind868

I remember going on a Saturday once and being able to get the deals from the last week AND the next week. Is there a “certain time” on Saturdays where that starts, or is is all day on Saturdays?

      • Donna-Lynne

I was told by the manager at the CVS I go to (a 24 hour store) that the time that it goes into effect on Saturday depends on the store. Call your store and find out what time they start the next ad in their system.

    • Jessicaovahere

On this ad shouldn't everything highlighted in yellow in the first 3 pages be considered as the buy 30 in p&g products to get 10 ecb's not just the first page? I hope so, if not could you let me know.

      • tina

no usually it is signified by a “box” or “below” statement. jenny is great about listing the qualifying products. sorry…;)

    • New2Coupons

I am completely new to coupons. I was wondering if Gillette Fusion ProGlide cartridges ever go on sale? I have a coupon and wondering if I should wait???

      • Christy

They were on sale last week. It's usually cheaper to just get a new razor than to get the cartiridges. I think they are on sale at Rite Aid this week–the razors.

        • new2coupons

I already got the razor deal at rite aid it started weds for me. I was just wondering about the carts…

          • faith

I buy them on ebay for around 2 dollars a blade.

      • JuneSummer

This is from the Walgreens coupon match:

4 RR WYB Gillette Fusion ProGlide Razor System at $9.99 ea.
-$4 off Gillette Fusion Proglide, RP 3/20
-$5 off Gillette Fusion ProGlide razor, booklet in February People Espanol magazine, March Ebony magazine or P&G home mailer
(use $5 off, makes it 99)

      • Anonymous

Cartridges hardly ever go on sale and if they do, they are still very expensive. It goes something like $2 off at WAgs, or $2 ecb at CVS and on. On ebay, you will probably get them for much less-just be in lookout for knock-offs.

(It is marketing tactics-they give you razors for free or almost free so that you come back and buy cartridges/refills and pay a premium so that they make up for those free razors)

    • Kenzbug

Got a question for the pros. I received my first ever email coupon for $4 off $20 purchase. Question is…is the $20 before or after coupons?

      • Daileyrj

        Before

      • Slgumm

When I use those I always make sure it is the first coupon in the stack. That way they will take it off before your other coupons.

    • Barbara

Ok….new here and totally don't get the ECB thing. I've bought a good bit at CVS lately and my account doesn't show and ECB credit online. Do they print when you check out or what?

      • guest

You should check out Jenny's cvs video. It's very helpful.

      • Prsol

Hi Barbara! The ExtraCareBucks (ECB) print at the bottom of your receipt on each eligible transaction. Use those ECBs as real money, learn to split your purchases in 2-3 parts so that you cover the expense of the next item with the points (ECBs) that you got on the previous transaction.

Start with items that require little or no money out of your pocket and use the ECBS that those purchases generated to buy some other things.

As *guest* indicated, you should refer to Jenny's videos. Go back to the top of this page, look on the right of the Welcome to Southern Savers banner and click on the “CVS Links” listed there. It's confusing at the beginning, but you will get to shop like a pro in a few weeks. ;-)

    • Heather

Got quite a nice surpise at CVS tonight! I scanned my EC card at the box and got my $2.50 winter spending ECB and my $5 beauty reward. That's great, BUT, when I completed my purchase, the register printed out another $2.50 winter scb and another $5 beauty ecb!! That's never happened before!

      • Heather

Ok, just checked my online CVS account and there was a $4.50 printable winter 2011 spending ECB!! Is this normal??? lol

        • guest

I think they're trying to tell you something. lol

    • Marlyn

I can't get the Listerine Coupon to print – any suggestions?

Can you explain when you do zip code changes as well, to get coupons to print – thank you!

    • Sarcasticangel_82

I am loving this weeks ad. Paired with my ECB's from my last trip, at 4.00 of cupon they emailed me, and any winter savings that might print…I am excited! I just hope that they have everything in stock! :)

    • Missroland

Whoo Hoo just printed my ECB Winter Spending… $6.00 !!!!

      • Mcleodsc

the red box was not working but my winter spending ecb printed out on the end of my rcpt.-$3.00!

      • What is the ECB spending amounts? I keep seeing them on my reciepts but I dont understand. Is it different then the ECB's?

        • Gingiraffe

You get 2% back from your spending every quarter. It will print as am ECB.

    • Mcleodsc

Not a CVS question but I am hoping someone will know. My hubby will only drink Coke. Does anyone know where they will be on sale this week? All I can find is Pepsi. Thanks!

      • Leah

If your city participates in the RecycleBank program, you can redeem your points online for coupons including $1 off any Coca-Cola Product.

      • harris teeter will have 12 pks B1G1 starting wed

      • Amber

Target has them 3 for $10 this week.

    • April

How do I sign up and get the CVS coupon for $4.00 off $20.00?

      • Sarah

You have to go to their website and create and account with your card, and then sign up to receive emails from them.

      • Head over here:

I just left my local CVS and I asked the cashier what time on Saturday evening they start honoring tomorrow's ad. She informed me that per corporate they no longer do this?? Has anyone heard the same? Btw this is not a 24 hour store.

      • Tishness

it depends on your region as to when they do it on saturdays but the ad will always overlap some time in the day on saturday!!! it is a corp. decision to make them overlap so she cant say they dont overlap she just didnt want to tell you when it started thats all cause some workers dont like to let you know it does this!!! usually no later than 7pm though hope this helps!! i know in my region it is 6pm

        • Sandra

Mine starts at 2 in East Tennessee on Saturday

        • Jennnyp

They have always done it, I was actually just making conversation with her.

        • heather

There was a discussion on this, I think in the comments of last weeks ad. Apperantly there has been a corporate decision to stop the overlapping weekly ads. From what I gathered it was supposed to be effective immediately with no exceptions. I do not know if its true as I do not have a non 24 hour store that did this to begin with. The overlapping weekly ads were supposed to be an employee benefit.

          • Jennnyp

I am an employee of CVS but do not work in the retail pharmacy so I will have to check. Thanks.

        • Tjbyrd36

          it is still mostly 4PM

      • Guest

It can vary store to stores. yes some stores have stopped doing it. :)

      • JamieL

My store, which is not a 24 hour store, has never overlapped. I've asked different people who work there and have gotten the same information from each of them.

    • Greg

Starting Sunday (April 3)CVS will offer a HOT P&G ECB Deal! If you buy $30 of Select P&G items you'll score a $10 ECB!

Here's what you can do if you have a bunch of BOGO Herbal Essence Coupons from the 3/13 SS.

      Herbal Essences, $2.75
      Buy $30 = $10 ECB
      Buy 12 Herbal Essences = $33.12
use 6 BOGO FREE Herbal Essences, 3/13 SS (will take off $16.56)
also use 3 $1/2 Herbal Essences, 4/3 PG (for the 6 you are paying for)
      Pay $13.56 get back a $10 ECB = $3.56 for 12 or $0.30 each!!

Thanks My Dallas Mommy: Cheap Herbal Essence at CVS Sunday!!! Here's How!

      • I thought that when you used a BOGO coupon that covered both items and you cant use another coupon. wow Ive been messing up! Ok so if I am using a BOGO coupon I can still use another coupon on the item that I am paying for? Which would be 2 coupons on two items….right??

        • ChrissyPunkin

The BOGO attaches to the free item and you can still use another for the one you are buying. So yes, one coupon per item.

      • Guest

Awesome! If you have the PG Everyday Savings Book, the Herbal Essence coupons are $1.00 each bottle (instead of $1/2) for even more savings

        • Brooke

Where do you get the PG Everyday Savings Book? I thought I signed up for it on their website, but I have never received anything. Is it just the PGe flyer that comes in the newspaper last month or something that says $110 in savings on the front?

      • I only have 5 BOGO coupons from 3/13 instead of the 6 you mention in this deal. But if I buy 11 bottles instead of 12 its still $30. so that would still work too right?

      • Are there any other deals that are good to combine with the Herbal Essenses in order to total the $30.?

      • Kimwilliams_99

Has anyone seen anyother insert that has Herbal Essences B1B1 my 3/13 ss doesn't have them in it?

        • Kenzbug

I went to the traders section of Southern Savers and found some.

      • Bonjour4paris

You are assuming we can get 6 inserts! How do you do that?

        • Sandra

          buy them on ebay

    • Kezell498

I'm just starting to use CVS and I was wondering if the limit on items is per transaction or per card? Example: Complete Multipurpose Solution has a limit of 1, so is that only one per transaction or only one per ECB card?

      • SusanStauffer

        One per card. :)

        • Kezell498

          Thanks!

      • DebTN

        One per card.

        • Kezell498

          Thanks!

    • nurseteri

Is anyone having trouble with coupons.com? When I log in there are NO coupons showing up. Never seen this before.

    • Sanran0116

I have a raincheck from last weeks Herbal Essence ECB deal…..I wonder if I buy Herbal with it…will it count towards mt $30.00 needed to get $10.00 ECB?

      • msivory20

I'm thinking yes, there's no reason it shouldn't work.

      • Anonymous

Yes, it will. As long as the item is actually scanned (and then price manually modified), then the price will and should show up as a part of the balance. You will actually benefit more by doing so. I can only attest to technicality how that works, but some on these boards may raise ethical issues. Simply present the raincheck and you dont know about any other deals with it (or not interested in the total)

Regardless, please, just dont make it a big deal or draw unneccesary attention to it at the store-They will simply get paranoid and will start giving problems for issuing/accepting rainchecks/ecbs to everybody.

    • Coupongal18

Ok – so went tonight to try and get the Flossers because I was told last week they start the double sales on Saturday morning—well, not until 9pm and I will just get htem tomorrow…..

But, I have a question – on the Oral B toothbrushes…Jenny only uses on B1G1 coupon – if you use two, wouldn't they both be free??????????

      • No, The only way they would both be free is if the sale was B1G1. If you use 2 B1G1 you need to buy 4..

        • Coupongal18

          Ok – yea – now that I think about it..that does make sense…thanks!!!!!! :)

    • I dont see the Oral B toothbrushs in my CVS weekly circular. Does that mean that I dont have them in my store sale??

    • Stacyannw

Just want to make sure before i go do this i can use a B1G1 Herbal Essence or Aussie q and a $off 1 Herbal or Aussie q (from the P&G $110 book) and get 2 products right??

      • DebTN

        Yes you can.

        • DebTN

But the b1g1 is a 'buy shampoo get a stylant free' coupon, right?

          • Just noticed that….your right it is. I wonder if it will still work that way.

      • Yep!

      • Kimwilliams_99

It works for me. not sure why she doesn't list it to use B1G1 and $1 off coupon. I went to cvs today bought oral b toothbrush 2.99 limit 2. I used B1G1 coupon and $2.00 off coupon cost .99 plus tax got back $1.98 ecb

    • Lisaallen9

Okay- this is off topic, but does anyone have tips for buying printer ink (regular old HP black) for cheaper than the $12-13 that I pay for it at Target?

      • Ashley

i buy it on Ebay–typically $5 a cartridge. If I am in a rush, Walgreens will sometimes do refills for 1/2 price (making it $6 for a refill.) Watch for an in-ad coupon.
Then wait until you can recycle them at Office Depot or Staples for $5 each! Normally it's just $2, but once or twice a year, it's $5.

      • Macs Mommy

also, if you join staples rewards, you get a large percentage of the purchase price of the ink back in rewards. If you look for the $5 recycling opportunities, paired with sale prices and increased rewards on ink, you can get your ink much cheaper than Wal-Mart. Good luck!

      • Carolff1212

I get my ink from ClickInk. Really cheap…

      • Kay

You can get your cartridge refilled on Earth Day at Walgreens for only a $1 (ONE DOLLAR)! I did this last year and was told they do it every year on Earth Day at this price.

      • Sarah R

I have been buying the Dell HP cartridges on ebay. They are refurbished but by Dell. My printer uses HP 95 and you can get them for around $6 with free shipping. I just ordered two I have tried other generics and they don't last as long. I also have had no luck with Walgreens refills. (The last one made it two weeks before it gave me an error message. ) The Dell cartridges have been wonderful for my budget. HTH!

      • Syndilew

Ink does randomly go on sale at the drug stores too but what I do to get ink is use my Staples Rewards towards it so that it makes either free or cheap ink. HTH

      • Anonymous

Till about a month ago I had a seriously antique HP Inkjet. (it finally died on me, I bought it in 1996). Ink for that thing was still running $65 when I had to replace both cartridges so I turned to Ebay. The last time I bought ink from there I found a deal for 2 Black and 1 color all for $23 (that includes shipping). Your other option would be to watch when Jenny posts the deals for rewards at the office supply stores. Good luck and Happy Printing!

    • Mccorryk

so for the aussie deal can you use the b1g1 coupon and the $1 coupon together? kind of like the deal above with the toothbrushes.

      • If you have this coupon:

-$1 off Herbal Essence or Aussie product, Proctor & Gamble $110 booklet

Then yes you could use it with the B1G1, but if you have the $1/2, then you'll need to purchase 3 bottles to use both the B1G1 and the $1/2.

    • Jones Gk

Help! I got a $5 off a $25 CVS coupon via e-mail. Usually it says not valid with any other offers/promotions or something to that effect where you can't use it on sale items. However, this one says “Save $5 on any purchase of $25 or more with your EC Card*”
The fine print says: * …This coupon cannot be combined with any other coupon that offers money off a certain purchase amount…”

So, can I use this coupon on sale items?…like the $10 ECB on $30 PG products deal????????? Thanks for the answers. Going to CVS tomorrow at lunch and would LOVE if I could use this!

      • msivory20

Yep, you should be good to go! It just means that you cannot combine that coupons with another CVS $ off $$ coupons. I have used the $5 off $25 and my ECB's printed off fine :)

      • Gingiraffe

You can use it with other coupons and with ECB sales. I get these all the time and got this one too. You just can't use it with another $ off $$ purchase coupon. Combined with my existing ECB, my Winter ECB and coupons, this will make cheap diapers! I'm excited about it too! I plan on buying the diapers and something else that gives ECB back to reach the total of $25 and then using those ECB to get the rest of the P&G deal so it is less oop.

    • I dont see the Oral B toothbrushs in my CVS weekly circular. Does that mean that I dont have them in my store sale??

      • Nevermind….I was looking at the wrong dang weeks circular…

        • msivory20

          lol :)

      • Kimwilliams_99

The oral b toothbrushes deal is in this sunday's paper 04/03. I just went after 3:00 to cvs today and got sunday's deal

    • I stopped into CVS yesterday and bought a couple things thinking I had $2. ECB left on my card. However when I checked out $2. didnt come off my total. I figured maybe I was wrong. When I got home I check my balance and sure enough I had $2. EBC still. Since it didnt come off do I need to tell them to take it off?? Also my total was only $1.75 so did I need to have atleast a $2. total for them to use it??

      • guest

ECB don't automatically come off. You have to give them the ECB from your receipt to get credit it for it.

        • Oh wow ok….so I need to take the reciept from when I earned the $2. ECB in with me in order to get it?

          • Ok glad you said that…I had always used my ECB's in store and didnt realize they were ripping it off the bottom of the receipt. Wow ok I found it, glad I didnt throw it away!

      • Gingiraffe

Looks like you figured out the ECB thing, but to answer your other question – You don't HAVE to have $2 worth to spend $ECB, but you will waste it if you don't. ECB cannot be used on tax, so any difference between your pre-tax total and your ECB amount will just be lost and you still pay taxes. It's best if you can get your total just above your ECB so that you pay as little oop without wasting the rest of what you've earned. Make sense?

        • Rlewiswv

I learned this the hard way. My $1 ECB only credited me .17 because of the tax. They *will* take it and it *will* work – but you are right – you will loose the remaining value. Sad thing is – I didn't even need to use it that day but thought I would try it since I see folks with really small OOP amounts. They must live in states with no or low sales tax.

    • malou

When CVS has a b1g1 free sale, can you use two coupons?

    • Yep :) Either you can use two coupons on the two items or if you have a b1g1 coupon for the same item then they would both be free :)

      • malou

Thank you for answering my question. I knew you could do that at Wags or RA but I wasn't sure about CVS.

    • Jones Gk

Has anyone been to CVS…does the Dawn sale include the Dawn Hand Renewal with Olay?

      • Miatd

hi, i havent been to cvs today however each time they do a dawn sale , the hand renewal w/ olay is always included in it as well…i have never seen a time where it wasnt..hope this helps..each time i buy the dawn i get the olay version as well..its great!

      • Isu2014

It was included in my store. I just bought three of them!

    • joan

Would someone who shops at CVS anwer this, please? I have a $3.00 off any Almay purchase that I got from the red machine. I also recieved by email a 7.50 ECB for my quarterly eanings. Can both of these be used at the same time? I plan on buying 4 or 5 different items. Thanks!!

      • Miatd

yes both can be used…dont you just love cvs!!!!

        • joan

          Thanks, Miatd. That's great!

      • Ldyalivad

Yes, they can both be used!

    • Kwoo1278

I cannot find the eye solution coupon in SS 4/3. Help!

      • Sam

I could find it in the page very next to loreal coupons, its along with blink ad in 1 full page.I am in houston.

      • Mistie_blevins

I'm in Knox, TN and we didn't have it in our paper. However it's still a good deal getting it for free, even if not a 1.00 profit.

      • Mandy67

I did not find it either!

    • Victoria

CVS retail price: $77, my price $30 – plus I got $14 ECB!! What a great week! I love Jenny!!! :)

    • Ldyalivad

Yesterday my CVS had the 22oz tub of Enfamily Gentle Ease Powder Infant Formula on the 75% off sale table! It scanned original price for $27.99, I got it for $7.16!! What a DEAL!! I am excited to be ale to give this formula to one of my BFF's who just had her 2 week old put on this formula! SCORE!!!

    • Kspeacher

Lucky me today! For the first time in ages, CVS had everything I went for in stock! I'm usually not able to make my trip until Monday afternoon and never fails they are out of at least one or two things I want – today, I got everything. I just did one transaction for everything – paid $30.21 for almost $70 in products and got ECB's totaling $24.99 – net out of pocket $5.22!!!!! Great trip!

    • anneconover

OK. Maybe I'm missing something but how can the OralB toothbrush be a deal when the coupon is off TWO manual toothbrushes, not ONE. Even the sale flyer says it's free…?They are 2.99 EACH, 1.98 back, 2.00 coupon, that's like paying 2.00 to get both. How is that a MM?

      • Maryljames31

I used a b1g1 coupon and the 2.00 Coupon and they gave me 1.98 back!

      • Mel

My coupon said one of a few listed and 2 of a few listed. I did it this morning. I bought 2 used BOGO and $2 off. I guess I paid $.99 for 2 and got $1.98 ECB back

        • anneconover

It is so confusing when they list different types of toothbrushes on the coupon (for me it's very hard to read that small print!), then you're trying to find them on the shelves to match them up! My CVS did not have any of these 'Pulsar' things. I dared to try the BOGO and the $2 off and magically it worked. I surely expected her to tell me I wasn't buying the right kind. Things would be so much easier if there were not so many varieties of things! lol…I bought the Advanced 3D White toothbrushes and it worked. End up making .99 profit, and I needed new toothbrushes!

          • Courtney s

one thing I love about cvs is that you can scan a product at the red box and it will tell you if it is on sale or what not.

            • anneconover

I always forget that – thanks for the reminder!

          • Michelle

I bought the same toothbrush and realized after I was already home that I did not get the .99 ECB or the sale price.

            • anneconover

Sorry Michelle. That is frustrating! That has happened to me so now I mention prices as things ring up. Depends on the cashier – but I know the ones who seem to be “on my side”. So I'll say something like “these toothbrushes should ring up 2.99.” And they very pleasantly check for me and confirm. And when she tears the receipt to hand it to me I'll say ” did I get the ECB's for the toothbrushes?” And they usually seem excited to let me know I got what I expected. I know the prices show up on the reader thing, but if I'm buying a lot it can be hard to watch prices, make sure coupons scan correctly, check for ECB's to print out, make sure and scan my bag tag, etc….and if there's pressure of a line behind you, I'm worried about hurrying along! I will check out in my car at that point and make sure before I drive away. I know now which cashiers I can talk to and which seem to act annoyed with my 'checking' so I'll do it in the car at that point.

          • guest

I got the advanced 3D also, after the cashier gave me my reciept I noticed my ecb's didn't print. I asked why and she said that they were included in the crest mouthwash and toothpaste deal. I tried to show her in the paper that it wasn't but she wouldn't change it. They also rang up for $3.49 a piece!! I had a BIG1 plus $2/2..:( so I got overcharged plus missed out on the ecb's!

    • Mel

I had a great trip to CVS today. I did 3 transactions. I did mess up by not grabbing an item out of my cart for the first transaction, but I am still pleased. I got
      2 wisks
1gum flosser(didn't grab that other one)
      2 cans of pringles
      1 complete saline solution
      2 toothbrushes
      1 gallon of milk
      1 dryer bar

      OOP $4.58

I didn't get the Complete coupon in our paper so I went to their website and they have a $2.00 off coupon if you sign up with them. However, it says 360ml or larger and the ad says 12oz so not sure if sized match up.

      • Amy J.

according to Google converter, 12 fl. oz. is 354.88 ml….but I wonder if the package would say 360 ml. ???
thanks for the heads up on the $2 coupon!

      • Mel

Jenny said the coupon only works in Canada. It has a Canadian address. Mycoupon from the Sunday paper has an El Paso Texas address.

        • Amy J.

Oh, I wasn't aware that Jenny said that. Thanks for the heads up!
In that case, since I order my coupons now, I'll just wait a day or two for the Q's to get here and use the one out of the insert.

      • Angela

I didn't get the Q in my paper either. I find this happens a lot. I live in NC, I know Jenny is out of SC, but it is so frustrating when I print my shopping list and I can not find the corresponding Q!! Then I end up spening so much time trying to find a Q that matches what should have been in the paper! I am sorta new to the coupon shopping, and I am about to embark on my first CVS trip, I am so excited to find some really great deals! :) Thanks for all you do Jenny and all of the posts everyone else puts up are very helpful.

      • guest

I printed the $2 coupon off earlier. I didn't read what the coupon said, but I had no problem using it.

    • Fallaya

Had a great trip today…did everything in one transaction:

      2 Pro-Health toothpaste
      2 Oral B toothbrushes
      2 GUM flossers
      1 Complete Contact Solution
      1 bag Starburst jelly beans
2 pks Peeps (for my boyfriend…I think those things are sooo nasty!!)

      -4/20
      -.75 GUM product x 2
-2.00 Crest Pro Health toothpaste x 2 (found in dentist office)
      -BOGO Oral B toothbrush
      -1 Oral B toothbrush
      -9.99 ECB
      -6.99 ECB

      Paid .91. Received about $22.50 in ECB's

      • Mandy67

man…where did you all get the GUM coupon?

        • Fallaya

          It's no longer available.

      • Anonymous

I don’t like peeps either. They are really just puffed sugar. *gag*

    • Cluckie

Really need to stock up on toilet paper at a good price. Any creative ideas how to get 6 of the $1 off charmin coupons? I'm willing to buy 6 to meet the P&G deal where you get $10 in ECB's.

      • msivory20

You might try the Coupon Traders blog that is one here…or maybe eBay?

      • Chele17rene

Ask on this board if anyone would like to trade with you!!!

    • Patty

Just and FYI – My CVS would not accept the $1/2 Mars Easter product, RP 3/20 on the Mars Easter Singles :(

      • wendyc33

the size in ounces might be wrong. i bought some at publix with it, and i think the sizes might not be right.

        • Danyeln

If you read the super fne print on that coupon, at least the one that was in the paper (I think there might have been a similar IP available too) it specifically lists the single eggs as products that the coupon applies to. HTH.

          • Tiff715

I bought two using 1 q the other day, and yesterday I bought 6 using 3 q's with no problem. It says at the end of the fine print that it allows those (thank god because I bought some off ebay, because I love those)

    • Susupurple

My CVS will not give you a B1G1 at half price. You have to buy 1 to get one free so the deals are not that good. Just wondering what other CVS's are doing.

      • shops2much

I was able to get only one of a b1g1 item, as it was the only one left…the associate was very accommodating.

    • joan

Does anyone know if, while making several purchases, I can use all 3 of the following in one transaction:
a 3.00 off any Almay from the red machine, a 7.50 quarterly reward printed at the bottom of my CVS receipt and a 5.00 off 25.00 sent to my email?

      Thanks!

      • Shelli

i have used all three before without a problem.

      • wendyc33

Scanned my card at the red box and got a $5 off coupon. Had a Maybeline coupon for $2 off. Bought Maybeline Mouse foundation for $2.50. Yes, yes, yes! I love that place! Will it print again? Does anyone know?

      • Jennifer

It should…I got duplicate coupons a week or so ago for $3 off Revlon product–I went 2 days in a row and scanned at the coupon center

    • Couponing Rocks!

      • Debig

How did you use 9 or 10 coupons when you only bought 7 items? I can't ever do this well.

        • Chele17rene

She used 6 man. coupons and 3 cvs coupons they were $5/25 puchase and $11 in ECB's. You can also stack coupons at cvs: if you have a man. coupon and a cvs store coupon for 1 product you can use both. Hope this helps!!!

    • msivory20

Did this in 2 transactions today….I was screaming for joy on the inside when I left!

      I got:
      1 Dawn
      2 Benefiber
      1 Box Pampers
      1 Box Wipes
      1 pack Flossers
      1 Crest
      4 Herbal Essence

      After store q's, manu. q's and ECB's: $11.00 OOP and received $10ECB's !!!!!

    • Kari

I had a wonderful CVS trip today and to my surprise, when I went to get the Right Guard Body Wash there was one with a dollar off peelie :) I used my B1G1 Q and the $1 off and turned it into an unexpected moneymaker. Yay! Thanks for what you do Jennie!

    • Blingbeads1

There is a $2 coupon on the Complete web page. Here is a link.
      http://completecomfort.ca/certificate.php

      • Heather

Do you know if we can print off 2 of these qs? I just did but the barcode is the same exact number. Does that mean anything?

        • Blingbeads1

Heather, I printed two and used them both with no problem.

      • guest

that is a canadian coupon. won't work

        • Blingbeads1

I just use both of mie with no questions. The clerk did tell me after I had finished checking out the the bar code had a number that was the same as the one that was in the paper. I didn't get the one in the paper so I don't know if she is right or not, all I know is I got my $4.

      • Marglenna

It worked for me. I just passed this off to be posted, myself.

      • shuchin

        Thank you. got it.

    • GAcoupongirlie

I am fairly new to couponing and I have finally almost mastered Rite-Aid and today I made my first venture into CVS with coupons. Here’s how it turned out:

      Trans #1:
2 Crest ProClinical Toothpaste ($3.49 each)
      -$1 (2) Crest Toothpaste MF
      OOP ($5.47 includes tax)
      Earned $5 ECB

      Trans #2:
2 John Frieda Root Awakening Shampoo ($5.oo each)
      GUM flossers ($2.00)
      -$2.00 (2) John Frieda
      -$5 EBC
      OOP = 3.84 (with tax)
      Earned $5 ECB ($3 JF, $2 GUM)

      Trans #3:
      3 Pringles 9 (1.33 each)
      2 Coke 2 liters (0.99 each)
      -$1/3 Pringles
      -$5 ECB
      OOP = .18

      TOTAL = $35.93
      OOP = $9.49
My savings were not as good as I normally get at Rite-Aid, but I have to get the hang of CVSing!

    • Wilto

      (2) Right Guard body wash at $3.88 each Buy 1 get 1 free coupon

Be on the lookout for the advantage toothbrush that comes with free crest travel size. I got two today, used the 2/1 and the BIGI and still got the 1.98 back.

    • Tlw_lookn2ryze

      Jenny,
Infusium 23 shampoo, conditioner, or leave in treatment on sale this week for $4.99.
      Nov. All You $5/2 , $2/1 SS 4/3.
Love this shampoo & conditioner!! Tames my dry, frizzy hair. Been waiting on a deal
like this. Terry in Summerville, SC

      • Terry

oops! I said Nov. All You above. Sorry, the $5/2 is in April, All You.HTH.

    • Hlbball34

did anyone do the herbal essence deal will they let you use the B1G1 coupon with the $1/2 coupon? i know some people say they wont take both bc certain b1g1 coupons apply to both items if they start or end with a certain number?

      • guest

I done this today. Had 5 B1G1 and 3 $1/2. So I used the $1/2 on the six I paid for. Got 5 for free. Got 11 bottles total. Used 11.99 in ecb's…paid $1.51+ tax :)

        • Hlbball34

did you get all shamppo and conditioner or did you get a hair product like hairspray?

          • guest

I paid for six shampoo's and got 5 free stylers

      • Sb

You can't use the b1g1 with a $1/2 coupon. The b1g1 will apply to the free item, but the $1/2 applies to both items. So, on one item you are stacking 2 coupons. If you have a $1 off one coupon you could use that with a b1g1 (b1g1 on the free item, $1 off the item you are buying).

        • guest

The b1g1 attaches to the free item. I was still paying for 6 bottles. So I was allowed to use(3) $1/2

        • Gatorginger

You could if your getting more than one bogo deal. I plan to get four deals so I can use it cause I’m actually purchasing four and getting four free so I could use two of those and it shouldn’t be a problem

    • do you have to do separate transactions or is this just done to use the ecb's that you earned?

      • courtney s

the separate translations are to make it as little money out of pocket as possible. I had alot of ecb's to use so I did it all in one transaction, paid 1.75 before taxes because of the ecbs. If I had not had them it would of been better to do the separate transactions.

        • Thanks…I'm still learning!

      • Gatorginger

You can make one big purchase your fist time and get all your ecbs and then on your next visit use your ecbs or make separate transactions using the ecbs as you earn them toward your next purchase. I find it either to just buy everything my first trip and then the next one use my ecbs cause I hate holding up the line lol

      • Gatorginger

    • where can I get the gum-eez thru flossers coupon?

    • Kmsreid

WooHoo!! Spent $5.66 on $76 worth of product and have $15 of ECB for next trip!!!

      • Alicia

WHOA!! Would be just awesome to see your list!

    • Ashley

I live in the Atlanta Area and did not get the P & G Insert with my papers yesterday. Did this happen to anyone else?!?!

      • Jennscaffeinated

Wasn't in the Chattanooga Free Press or some of the Knoxville News Sentinel either :(

        • Brooke

Yes I got two Chatt papers and I didnt have them either… ):

          • Couponing Rocks!

I bought an AJC at the Atlanta airport and then a Chattanooga paper at the Ooltewah Walgreens when I got home & they both had the P & G insert. The SS insert was better for Chattanooga then AJC.

        • Ashley

Ugh, I was so excited for it too! I feel like I am missing out when I don't get all my coupons :(

          • Maggie

No P&G inserts in my paper Sunday…I Called the newspaper. They said inserts were damaged and were returned (so almost none of the papers had any P&G inserts) :(… Went out to Buy different paper and finally got the Q

        • Tulip

I bought 2 chattanooga papers and 2 cleveland papers and 2 sets of coupons were in all 4.

          • Tulip

actually, I meant to say, 2 sets of coupons were in each, but in all 4 papers.

      • Skdoss76

It was in my Sunday AJC, right next to the SS insert. It's not out of the ordinary to have inserts missing from papers, though! I've had it happen before. :(

        • Ashley

I called around to my “coupon friends” in the area and some got the insert and some didn't. I guess I should peek in there before I buy my papers next time :)

    • Coupongal18

Ok….this may be a dumb question but how can I get better coupons to print for me in the store…..all I ever gt are 0.25 off candy……or something like that!!

      • msivory20

Same here, girl! I purchase beauty, diapers, meds all the time, and about 75% of the time my coupons from the Redbox are for candy or nuts or something. Makes no sense :)

    • I got a $4 off coupon on a $20 purchase in my email. I forgot how CVS calculates the “$20”. Does it use the original price, or the sales price? Example: Product regular price: $5, on sale for $4. How many items do I need to buy to use the coupon?

      • Your purchase will have to be $20 after sales but before coupons. Give them the $4/$20 coupon before any other coupon.

        • thanks for the tip!

        • Lrodriguez1

Does this offer have to be used on items that do not generate ecb?

          • Saven

no, $20 based on the sale price, but not price after ECBs. For example, the Oral B toothbrushes count as $2.99 each toward your total, even though you get 99 cents in ECB. Also, I believe that CVS's system will take the coupons in any order as long as you total was $20 at some point. At Rite Aid, you HAVE to give the $ off $$ q first, but not at CVS. I always give it first anyway, just to keep the habit at all the stores.

    • I tried to get the Oral-B deal this weekend, with the B1G1 coupon and the $2.00 off coupon to make the transaction $0.99 but the checkout lady said she wasn't supposed to use two coupons because the B1G1 counts for both items. Does anyone know if this is true?

      • msivory20

She's wrong. The B1G1 attaches to the “free” one and the $2 q attaches to the original one. Maybe the manager could help. And all the cashier has to do is scan them….they won't beep if they are allowable.

      • Cayoung_8

I read somewhere that if the barcode on the BOGO coupon ends in 14 then that coupon attaches to both products, but any other number and it just attaches to the free product. Don't know if this is accurate. Has anyone had experience with this?

    • Daiana0786

      **Deal Idea**
      Buy:
      (2) Oral-B Toothbrushes $2.99
      Use:
-B1G1 Oral-B Advantage or 3D White Vivid manual toothbrush, max $2.99, RP 3/13
-$2 off Oral-B Pulsar, CrossAction, or Advantage manual toothbrush, PG 4/03
      Total Due: 99¢
Get Back: $1.98 ECB, you make $1 profit

can i get 3 toothbrushes, use 1 b1g1 plus two $2 off and get $4 ecb???

      • Isu2014

The limit is two… so you can only get $1.98 back.

    • KarenC

My question is. I got a rain check for the Clean and Clear bodywash they had on sale last week becuse they went so fast so i gave the clerk a B1G1 free coupon and 2 save $1 off coupons. Can i use 2 $1 off coupons even though one was free? The clerk told me I couldnt get a discount on something that was already free. Please Help.

      • Shelleyschu

You should be able to use one of the $1 coupons. Unless I am wrong, their policy is one coupon per item. So you are using the B1G1 on one item, and the $1 off on the second item.

Ask for a manager. And carry a copy of the coupon policy with you from the CVS web site. :-) Good luck.

        • Shelleyschu

just to clarify — you can't use 2 $1 off coupons since you used the B1G1

          • DebTN

And you can't use a $ off 2 items coupon and a b1g1 coupon if you are purchasing 2 items. To use that you would have to buy 3 items. Hope that makes sense. I've typed it 3 different ways!

      • Rlynn103

I did that deal last week, and was allowed to use the B1G1 coupon plus the $1 off on the one that I actually did pay for.

      • steph

Today at my CVS, which is on Emory rd. in Knoxville TN, I tried to use a B1G1 and a $2q for the oral B toothbrushes and the cashier said that I could not use both together. I explained that I had 2 products with 2qs, one free and $2 off the one that I was paying for and she told me that mgt. said they could no longer accept both together. Has anyone else had trouble with this?

      • Cayoung_8

Okay if you want to do a scenario like that then you have to use 4 coupons and buy 4 products. They were 2.99 I can vaguely remember. So let's see.. it would work like this buy 4 of them at 3 each = 12 dollars total then use 4 BOGO coupons. that deducts 6 off so now we're at 6 dollars total then deduct 4 of the 1 dollar off coupons. That leaves your total at 2 dollars for 4 washes. hth you can't buy 2 products and use “essentially” 3 coupons. The bogo coupon covers one of the products and the $1 covers the other. So you have to buy in multiples of 2. HTH

        • Cayoung_8

I have to correct myself LOL… sorry
here's how it will go.. I'm so scattered. sometimes.
Buy 4 at 3 = 12 give 2… ONLY 2.. bogo coupons deducts 6 so we're at 6 then use 2… ONLY 2… of the dollar off coupons which deducts 2 dollars so now we're at 4 dollars for 4 washes… seems like I paid less than that…. HMMM… like I said brain is scrambled eggs sometimes… hopefully I didn't confuse you!!!! Now I have to go unconfuse myself LOL —- to anyone else reading this… if I screwed it up this time just ignore me…. LOL

      • Gatorginger

I have the same raincheck, you can use $1.00 off one and the bogocoupon together because the bogo is for one and the $1.00 is for the other. You cannot however use two $1.00 coupons unless your buying four using two bogo coupons and then using two $1.00 off coupons. You will pay 99 cents for two or $1.98 for four

        • Gatorginger

I mean you will pay $1.99 for two or $3.98 for four, I have a $2.00 off one coupon so mine is 99Cents for two but if you have $1.00 off one then it will be $1.99 for two

    • Marglenna

There is a $2.00 off mfr coupon for the Complete Solution on their website. Here's the link:

      http://www.completecomfort.ca/

    • all4memories

I'm new to “CVSing”, and I was so excited about using my coupons today and getting ECB's. I thought I did real well, but after reading everyone's scenarios, I'm not quite sure that I cam out as good as I thought I did.

      Transaction 1:
      Bouny paper towels
      Charmin toilet tissue
Duracell batteries (24 for the price of 20) x 2

      $4.00 off of $20
      -$1.50 Q
      -$1.00 Q x 3

      I paid $24.61 and received $10 ECB's

      Transaction 2:
      Crest Rinse
      Crest Glide floss

      -$1.00 Q
      -$.75 Q
      -$1.00 ECB
      -$4.00 ECB
I paid $.59 and received $5.50 ECB's (Because there was a mix up about the floss, my second $2.50 ecb didn't print. The cashier had to get the manager's help, and when they printed the ecb, I got a $3.00 one!!)

I paid $25.20 out of pocket total from both transactions but received $15.50 in ECB. So I guess if you look at it in that respect, it was like I paid $9.70 (all items) or about $1.62 for each item.

Maybe since I'll have a nice amount of ECB's over the next couple of weeks or so, I can do better about my out of pocket.

Is this considered pretty good for my first time and investing in ECB's?

      • Isu2014

Don't compare your savings to others. Think about how much you saved compared to your own normal shopping trips. Yes the ECBs will help lower your OOP cost in the future weeks. Maybe try to roll them by purchasing an item that prints ECB with your ECB.

      • DebTN

I think you did great and now you have some ECB's to start rolling into more good deals.

      • Tammie

I think you did a great job! Especially buying multiple items! I agree with the person below, don't compare your deals to someone else's. Look at how much you saved and you have ECB's for the future!

    • where can I get the gum-eez thru flossers coupon?

      • The coupon limit has been reached so try Ebay or a coupon clipping site.
They are still free, just not a money maker.

    • Nikki

On the Spend $30, get $10 EB P&G Deal, if I use a CVS “$5 off $25”, will I have to buy $35 to get the $10 EB, or does the $30 requirement include pre-coupon sale price (since this is a store coupon, not manufacturer)?

      • Serattcoupons

        It is before coupons.

      • Mysterious_Mentalist

You are good to go with $30 total and then use $5 off Q and the rest.

    • Jaimee

I have a friend who did the 10ecb wyb $30 in PG products and ran into a problem. Her total was over $30, used a CVS $/total q and manufacturer q's including bogos on the herbal essence. She did not receive her ecb's and was told that's because the manufacturer had set it up to be $30 AFTER q's, and not BEFORE… Now I know that's not usually how these things are set up… Is anyone else running into this issue? Any ideas as to what may have happened?

      • Tell your friend to hop on here, print out the CVS “coupon policy”, take everything back, get a refund, and redo the whole thing. Her cashier was/is
        clueless.

      • Sandra

Just got home from CVS did the 30 PG deal with ALL Aussie products. Used my 5$ off 25.00 then used (6) b1g1 q's along with (3) 1.00/2 q's 10$ ECB printed NO PROBLEM

      • guest

I only got Tide and diapers, was .02 short and still got the 10 ECB

      • Mysterious_Mentalist

If that were the case as your cashier told you, then the whole shopping sprees will collapse and stores would probably be empty hoping to find shoppers. There must have been something you bought that was not a part of the deal or some glitch. Otherwise, they should have printed one manually for you.

      • Gatorginger

she must have bought something that wasn't on the list, maybe it was the wrong size etc. You have to be really careful when making these purchases to make sure your getting the right stuff

      • Gatorginger

Also what she should have done was check her receipt before leaving the store and then go back to the cashier and asked why she didn't get the reward and they would have either printed her one up which I have had them do for me many times or they would have explained to her what happened

    • Valerie

What is the “Organize in Style home mailer” and how do I get it?

    • Leticiag30

My store doesn't have the greenbag. I can't find it anywhere on CVS website. Where can I find it?

      • Val

At my store it's not a bag. It's a little tag (i think it's shaped like a leaf) that you hang on a reusable bag you already own. I found the tags on a display right near the registers.

        • Leticiag30

          Thanks

Has anyone seen the Gold Bond Body wash?

      • DebTN

        I got one yesterday.

    • Bets

I have ECBs that expire today, but I've ended up on pregnancy bedrest and haven't been able to get to the store in time. Does anyone know what I could do to get an extending on them so I don't lose them. I know it shouldn't be a big deal, but I'm really stressing over it. Please help.

      • Isu2014

Call CVS… they are usually helpful! Maybe they can extend the expiration date for you. Or talk to your store, as they might accept expired ECB. I know that some stores do this.

      • Maggie

I had 9.00$ EB that I left in a purse when I switched for a season. I called the 800# months later and explained what happened. They told me best they could do was give me 5$EB next time I went to CVS they printed from the red Box..Thats why I love CVS. They are very people friendly and Coupon friendly.
        God Bless

      • Ckfourth

My CVS will honor the expired ECB's. They are very nice about it! I live in Alpharetta, GA. Where are you Bets?

    • New2Coupons

Okay this is my 2nd CVS try. I plan on doing this:
      Eye solution $8.99
      Puffs .87
Clear and Clean (rain check) 2@2.99 ea
      Loreal cleanser $4.99

      Total:20.83

      Plan on using
      $4.00 of 20.00
      2.50 ECB from last time
      1.00- for eye
      .50- for puffs
buy one get one and $2.00 off for Clean and Clear
      1.00- for Cleanser

CAN I DO THIS?? or will I have to buy filler items? Please someone help!

      • DebTN

Looks good to me! The only time you would ever need a filler at CVS would be to make your total qualify for the x$ off x$ purchased coupons (like your $4 off $20). Your total before coupons and ECBs is over $20 so you're okay there.

      • Slgumm

Just make sure to hand the cashier the $4/$20 coupon first.

      • Gatorginger

Filler items are only needed at walgreens

    • Nancy

To guest. Ask the clerk about the Gold Bond Body wash. It is in a tube and my CVS did not have a sale tag on the isle. I had it scaned and it was on sale.

    • Guest

When it says limit one per household with card, can you go the next day and get it again or is that the limit?

      • Mistydwn

You can only get one per add dates

      • Elizabeth M.

That is the limit….one per card for the week.

      • newtocoupons

It depends on if it isi an ECB item or just a sale item. For example the 2 liter cokes are on sale this week for 99 cents limit 4. The John Frieda hair products are 2 for $10 with 3 ECB back, limit 1 transaction. I bought 4 cokes and 2 hair products in one transaction. In the next transaction, I could by more cokes but not more hair products. Does that make sense?

      • Gatorginger

No if it says limit one per household then that is the limit and your card will show you have purchased it already, what you can do is get another card under your husband's name and you can use that card to do it again

    • Elizabeth M.

Okay! Deal Scenario help please! :)
      I plan on buying:

      1 Complete Eye solution $8.99
      2 Oral B Toothbrushes $2.99 each
      1 Crest Rinse $3.49
      1 Glide floss $3.49
      2 Dawn Hand Renewals $ .99 each
      1 Duracell batteries $9.99
      1 Pampers diapers $18.99

      Total $52.91

      I will use:
      $5/$40 CVS coupon
      $11 ECB's
      $2/1 Complete Eye solution coupon
      BOGO Oral B coupon
      $2/1 Oral B coupon
      $1/1 Crest Rinse coupon
      $1/1 Glide floss coupon
      (2) $1/1 Dawn coupons
      $1.50/1 Duracell coupon
      $3/1 Pampers coupon

This brings my Total oop to: $21.42 (plus tax) but I get back:

      $8.99 ECB, $ .99 ECB, $ .99 ECB, $2.50 ECB, $2.50 ECB, $10.00 ECB

So after all that I am making a $4.55 profit?? Is this right? Sounds too good…

      • FreedomSpradley1

I'm sure everyone calculates profits differently but no matter how you do it you are getting an AWESOME deal. To figure out how much I'm spending I take my OOP ($21.42) + ECB spent ($11) – ECB earned ($25.97) = $6.45. In essence you converted $14.97 ($25.97 ECB – $11 ECB) from US dollars to ECBs and paid $6.45 for all your goods.

    • DD

The only Gas-X prevention coupon I have is $1 off. =( It's from SS 12/12 (unless I have the wrong December SS and there is another with $4off) Please let me know if that's the case. I'm going to keep looking though.

      • DD

Nevermind…i must be looking at the January one. Shoot.

    • Anitakrutsinger

Someone just told me about your site. Thanks for all the info. Can't wait to read it all.

CVS P&G DEAL A TOTAL MESS

I WENT LAST NIGHT TO DO $30 P&G AND GET $10 EC BACK. I HAD $5/$25 CVS Q WHICH WAS EXPIRING 4/04 SO I WAS DESPERATE TO DEAL LAST NIGHT.

      6 HERBAL ESSENCE= $16.50 – 3 $1/2 MQ
      6 HERBAL ESSENCE STYLERS= $16.50- 6 B1G1 MQ
      1 CHARMIN TOILET PAPER= $5.49 – .25MQ
      2 CREST TOOTH PASTE =$7.00- 2 $1 MQ
      CANDY =.50 FILLER

      TOTAL $46.00+TX -$26.75IN MQ INCLUDING $5/$25 = $19.25
I ALSO GAVE $16 IN CVS EC BUCKS. TOTAL OOP =$ 3.25 +TX OOP

THE DEAL LOOKS GOOD RIGHT? SO WHY DIDN'T THIS DEAL WORK. I HAD SUCH A PROBLEM WITH P&G $1/2 MQ TO WORK. I PURCHASED 6 BOTTLES AND USED 3 MQ. I WAS TOLD I WAS DUPLICATING MY MQ. I DON'T SEE HOW. THE MANAGER WOULDN'T EVEN TRY THE 3 $1/2MQ AND SAID I WAS DUPLICATING SO HE IS NOT GOING EVEN SCAN 3 $1/2 MQ. I WAS SO UPSET. MY $5/25 WAS EXPIRING LAST NIGHT AT IT WAS ALREADY 11.30PM AND TOO LATE TO GO TO ANOTHER CVS. HE REFUSED TO GIVE THE DEAL TO ME. I TOLD HIM IF HE DIDN'T GIVE THIS DEAL I WILL HAVE TO CALL HIS STORE MANAGER TO COMPLAIN. I THINK HE GOT SCARED. SO HE SAID HE TRY ONE MORE TIME. STILL $1/2 AND B1G1 GAVE BEEPS AND HE DIDN'T WANT PUSH THEM THRU. INSTEAD HE SUGGESTED I USE 6 B1G1 ONLY AND FORGET ABOUT THE 3 $1/2 MQ. BUT I DIDN'T WANT TO PAY ADDITIONAL $3. MY HUBBY CONVINCED ME TO TAKE THE DEAL SO I LISTENED. MANAGER DID TRY 1 OF $1/2 MQ AND DID WORK. BUT SECOND ONE DIDN'T WANT TO TAKE. SO LONG STORY SHORT I PAYED $5.25+T OOP AND GOT BACK $15 IN EC BUCKS.

I NEVER HAD SO MUCH TROUBLE WITH B1G1 AND MQ BEFORE. PLEASE HELP. SORRY FOR THE LONG BLOG. I HAD 16 ITEMS AND 16 Q'S. MAY BE I NEEDED 2 MORE FILLERS?

      • kpswagger

Keep in mind that fillers don't count at CVS.

      • kristi

Ive noticed if they scan the $1/1 or $1/2 coupons first…then the B1G1..there is no register beeps..maybe try that next time

      • Sandra

SAME THING happened last night, my CVS pushed them through. Not sure why. I purchased 12 bottles used 6 B1G1 and 3 $1/2 beeped on the last 2 q's. My cashier who happens to coupon..said that should work and pushed them through….gotta love CVS!!!

        • karen

I am not sure why yours would beep because your transaction sounds right…
With the b1g1 you are covering 6, and 3 1/2 you are covering other 6 which is right.

      • karen

        I think I might know..
So you were buying 6 bottles, and used 3 mfr of b1g1 and 3 $1/2. When you are using $1/2 those coupons are basically using coupons for 6 bottles. In order to use all those coupons you needed 9 bottles.
The correct way was:3 b1g1 and 1 of 1/2. that will cover 5 bottles… that's why the computer beeped after the second and 3rd coupons.

        • Amy

Not true. If you buy 6 products you can use 6 coupons. The b1g1 apply to the 3 free products, and the other 3 apply to the ones you are having to buy. HTH

          • Amy

Wait, I just figured out that it was $1/2. You are right karen! My bad!

          • Blingbeads1

This is true if the three coupons are 1 off 1 but hers were 1 off 2.

        • Blingbeads1

Good job Karen. It took me forever to figure this one out. I have been trying to figure this Walgreens one out all day.

The Gilette body wash and deodrant is on sale BOGO 50%. I have 2 buy one deodrant and get a body wash free, 2 buy one body wash get one free and two $1 off deodrant.

What can I get with them and how much will I oop?

          • karen

            I would suggest the following:
use 2 buy one deodorant and get the the body wash for free.
            so, you will be getting:
2 Deodorant, and 2 body wash
In this case, the coupon is for the free item, so you can use the $1 off for the deodorant, so use those two.
For this transaction you will pay the full price of 2 deodorant-$2.00 for the 4 items, which should be a good price.
With the other coupons, B1G1 body wash, just buy 4 and use the two coupons. Most likely they will give you the cheaper ones for free.
I do not know how much you will pay oop because I do not know the price of the items.

    • Mgarcia67

I'm not understing these ECB! so frustrated :( i'm afraid to go to the store and try it and end up paying full price on everything!
When you receive ECB on anything can you use it at that moment or is ECB always for your next purchase?

      • kpswagger

ECB print out at the end of your receipt or ECB that print out the red machine you can use right then and there.

      • Sandra

Watch Jenny's videos on CVS they are great and very informative. ECB's can not be used on the transaction in which you earn them. They can be used on the NEXT transaction which can be moments later. HTH

    • Sdhirtz

Can you buy $60 worth ofp&g and get $20 back?

      • Sandra

I believe it is a limit 1 deal

    • msivory20

Has anyone been able to use the $2 Complete solution q successfully? The one I printed starts with a 6!

      • Mdac98

I just did. It would not scan but the cashier put it through. I had the Q from Sunday's paper with me just in case. The solution also counts toward the Beauty Rewards Program so I was happily surprised when I got back $13.99 ECB!

        • Gingiraffe

Mine didn't count towards my Beauty Rewards, nor did the 2 bottle of Aussie that I bought. I thought hair care was supposed to count. Wonder why it didn't for me but did for you???

          • ab

It takes a couple of days for it to show up on your receipt; it won't show for that transaction when you check out.

      • Emckenzie24

I was also able too. Mine would not scan either, but the manager was checking me out and just typed in the number. No problem!

      • Blingbeads1

I used mine and didn't have any problems.

      • guest

It doesn't scan because it is a Canadian coupon and CVS won't get reimbursed. Just because some are getting away with it doesn't make it right.

    • I just tried to do my first CVS trip and buy (2) Oral-B Manual Toothbrushes & Glide Clinical Protection Floss 38.2 yards – well, I apparently bought the Oral-B 3D White manual toothbrushes that rang up at 3.49 and I got the wrong floss somehow also that rang up at 7.49. Will CVS allow me to return these and get the right items with the coupons I already gave them? Please HELP!

      • Dianne L

You will be able to return the items. CVS will pay you full retail that you paid, so while you will not get your coupons back, you will have the money back for the coupons. Then when you purchase the correct items, you will be paying for all in cash. It will work out the same as if you were still using your coupons!

        • Thank you so much! I was so rushed because I was on my lunch break, at least now I know to pay attention!

    • Ydnew7598

Can someone help me. I am new to couponing. I went to CVS and brought the Right Guard Total I used a B1G1 coupon and payed with my 2.50 ECB. it left me with a small difference….It pritned me a 3.00 ECB…..on the next transaction I went to buy the same thing The Right Guard Total used a B1G1 coupon and my 3.00 ECB it left me with a small difference….But it did not print the 3.00 EBC….Why not? do anyone know….Please help I am not understanding..

      • Dparker43

Watch your limits. Right Guard said limit one for ECB.

        • Ydnew7598

          Thank you so much….

      • Guest

It was a limit of one. This is per CVS card not transaction.

        • Ydnew7598

Is that limit one for the week or that day…

          • Gatorginger

It is limit for that week, but if you have more than one cvs card you could make do it again, you know sign up for a card for you and your husband that way you can do a deal more than once

            • Leticiag30

I got another card for my husband and he opened a new online cvs account but he hasn't been able to attach his card to his online account. Could this be because I have an account with the same address. He called cvs but they said that they are having problems with cards starting with 476. He tried several times to attach his card but not luck.

        • Ydnew7598

          Thanks you so much…

    • Cayoung_8

If you buy a product that generates an ECB and you return the product to the store along with the ECB, but you might want to buy a different one, will it print you out another ECB (the sale is limit 1).

For example: I bought Almay foundation, but ended up getting it cheaper at Rite Aid so I want to return the foundation to CVS and surrender my ECB to get my cash back. I still have more coupons and saw that the CRT is printing Almay coupons for some people. So if I were lucky enough to get one of these, I would want to pair it with the MFG Q, the CRT, and the ECB deal….. will it give me my ECB since it is limit 1 and I DID surrender the original ECB???

      • Kathleen

There was one time a similar thing happened to me where I bought something, an ECB printed, but it turned out I didn't need the item I bough (for whatever reason… can't remember now it was over a year ago), so I returned it. I did try to return the ECB as well as I wasn't trying to be deceptive about it, but the clerk told me he can't return the ECB, and I could just keep it. So to answer your question, because the limit is 1 another one won't print. HTH!

    • Decent CVS trip today. Actually, I had the kind of trip were I was applauded in the store with the – How did you do that? Wow! I love those trips!

      Here is what I did:
1 transaction – to keep is simple.
      2 Dawn @ $.99 ( 2 $.50 Q's)
      1 Puff @ $.87 (1.00 Q)
      1 Febreeze Refresher – $5.00 ($1.00 q)
      1 Febreeze Air Effects – $3.00 ($1.00 q)
      1 Febreeze Set & Refresh – $3.00 ($1.00 q)
      1 Gold Bond Body Wash – $5.88 ($2.00 q)
      2 Glide Dental Floss – $3.49 ($1.00 q & $.75 q)
      1 Gum Flossers – $2.00
      1 Oral-B Manual Toothbrush – $2.99 ($2.00 q)
      1 Oral-B Battery Toothbrush – $5.99 ($3.00 q)

      – $17.00 ECB
      Total w/ Tax $40.67
      After coupons & ECB's – OOP = $10.06
      ECB's for next time – $13.00. I made almost $3.00! :)

      • Blingbeads1

Nothing better…….I had one of those days in Publix the other day. The cashier even asked me for my spreadsheet so she could do the same thing.

        • Barbara

Ok..how in the world do you do the spreadsheets? I'd love to start doing those.

2nd CVS trip and they were out of the contact solution. Last week they were out of the clean and clear. Ugh I had planned out my whole transaction and couldnt do it. I even had a back up plan and they were out of those items as well. Does anyone else have this problem or is it just my small town CVS?

      • Blingbeads1

I hate it when they mess me up like that. I spend way too much time making a spreadsheet so I can come out with the least OOP as possible and it completely blows all my work when the are out of one of the main ECB. One day I had a huge list and they were out of lots of stuff I want so I put the items they did have in a buggy and made a list of it and went back home and redid my spreadsheet. The cashier laughed until she saw I had only paid 2.30 for 80 dollars of products. From then on I carry my laptop with me just in case.lol

      • Hl_mckenney

I'm in San Antonio and have that problem

      • FreedomSpradley1

When I first started couponing I always had contingency plans in case something I really want is not in stock. Now I just make my “wish” list and I can spend about 10 minutes in the store planning my transactions once I know exactly what I'm purchasing that day. Save yourself some planning and try that next week.

      • couponlvr

You must live in a town like mine. I went into CVS today and they were out of almost everything I wanted to get so I just left. I was there Monday and they only had two of the Gold Bond Bodywash.

How many ECB would I get?
      Is this good or bad?

      • shuffman

I am fairly new to this myself, but I can give you a few tips. If you give the cashier the $5/40 coupon first your total only needs to be $40.00 before coupons. Your before coupon price here is $58.28. CVS often has $5/20 coupons that print out of the red coupon printer. If you split this into two transactions, and add another item you would be able to use both the $5/40 and the $5/20. or if you visit the coupon printer and had enough $5/20 coupons you could split it into 3 transactions and use 3 of them. Also you need to get up to $30 of the P&G products listed to get the $10 ECB for that deal. It's a good start, but splitting your transactions and rolling your ECB would get you more with less out of pocket.

For ECB you should get $3, $2.50, $2.50, $3, $2, If you get more of the P&G products you would get another $10 also.

    • Mel

I am new to cvs. I decided to use the pharmacy tonight. Do I need anything other than my cvs card? I know the beauty rewards has a separate thing. Just wondering if prescriptions did.

    • Britnee64

old spice body wash is on sale at my local cvs.. i have a bogo coupon and a $1 off 2 old spice products coupon.. is it possible to stack these and how do i do so?

      • CS

you would have to buy 3 to use the bogo and the $1 off 2. If you had $1 off 1 you could buy 2

        • wasthere0909

you only need to buy 2 … use the $1 off on the one you are paying for and the B1G1 coupon for the second one. I have done this a few times with B1G1 and $1 off coupons. CVS takes them like that and they make a great deal. This week I did it with the Oral B toothbrushes.

          • guest

But the $1 off coupon is on 2 items, not on one, so how is that possible?

            • Britnee64

okay im really confused now lol

            • reynoldsja

Britnee64, for 2 body wash, you can use a bogo OR the $1 off 2 q. If you had a bogo q and a $1 off 1 q, then you could use them both. With a bogo q, you are buying one and getting one for free. The $1 off 1 q is used for the one you are actually paying for. Now, if you want to use both the bogo and the $1 off 2 qs, you have to buy 3. Again, the bogo, you are buying one and getting one for free and the $1 off 2 q is used for the other 2 that you are paying for. Does this make sense? Hope this helps a little…

          • joanna00

Her coupon is for $1/2; therefore, she needs to buy 3 like CS said.

    • Kristin

Thanks everyone. I changed my list and spent $37 and got back $16.50 in ECB and saved $39. I did better then my original list.

    • Kimberly

I was soo excited with my CVS shopping trip yesterday… I spent a long time planning it LoL. Anyways, on my first transaction I got 2 Charmin toilet paper, 2 Bounty paper towels, 4 Aussie products, and a dawn dish soap. I one 1.00 off coupon for the Charmin, 1.00 off for the Bounty, 2 B1G1 coupons for the Aussie and 1.00 off of 2, and then a .25 off of dawn. I ended up spending 28.63 and got the 10.00 back. For my next transaction I got 2 bags of M&M's 2 bags of starburst jellybeans, 2 bags of Reese's eggs 2 Colgate Proclinical toothpaste and a 3 packs of stride gum… I ended up only paying 3.45 on that order!! I know I didn't come out spending nothing, but I was still very excited for everything I got!!!

I was so excited about my trip to CVS yesterday. So last week they had the Clean and Clear body wash on sale for 2.99 and they had a coupon in the paper for B1G1 and $1 off. ILuckily I had a rain check for 10 so I went to CVS bought 10 and ended up paying $4.95 for all 10 when they're $5.99 original price each. Here's exactly what i did.

My first transaction was the GUM dental floss and I recieved $2.50 in EB

My second transaction was 10 Clean and Clear soaps @ $2.99 each (with the rain check). Handed the cleark 5 B1G1 Free coupons, and 5 $1.00 off coupons and $5.00 in EB. The total was $4.95 which came out to $7.01 after the added 7% taxes.

So now I have enough soap to last me a while whick I'm very happy about, cuz its a necessity. Next task, is waiting on the Wisk $2.00 off coupons so I can stock up on laundry detergent. Hey they're B1G1 free this week so Ill end up paying $3.00 for each when they're originally $9.00. Talk about a savings…… its addictive.

i also got the deal for the Wisk but only had a coupon for $1.00 off but still very happy and used my $5.00 EB
        Love learning couponing

I got the 2 Oral B tooth brushes this week at CVS. I had the $1 off and the BOGO coupon. My cashier said I could not use both. Was she right?

      • K1987

she was wrong. You had the coupon for $1 off the original one you bought, not the free one (because it was already free). You can always ask for a manager. Or do what I did, asked the manager Before the purchase and see what they say. It seems like every CVS has a different policy, thats why I shop around (for CVS's) to see which one has more friendly staff.

Do you get $10 ECB back when you purchase $30 of any P&G products or just the ones pictured? Confused and still learning =]

      • Mamaberry

Only the ones listed in the ad… don't worry. I've done it for over 2 years and I'm still confused 1/2 the time ;-)

I just found a great deal at CVS. They had CVS Newborn diapers on clearance for $2.32 (reg. over $9). The redbox had given me a $3 off coupon for CVS diapers. . .so voila, I got paid $.68 for picking up something I can give away to a new mom!!

Any BJ's members out here that want to trade coupons from the April BJ's member coupon booklet? I'm in need of the BJ's Splenda $3 coupon that expires at the end of this month. I have pet coupons and diaper coupons that I can trade for Splenda!

      Thanks

the 2 liter sierra mists are 99 cent at my cvs and a $1 Q printed off when i scanned my extra care card.

I cannot understand why CVS managers do not understand the power of couponers in upping the sales of their stores. If I were in management, I would hire someone to analyze the coupon data base and future sales to determine how to stock my store – knowing I would be reimbursed by the manufacturer for any coupons used. Couponers should be “their new best friend”.

I totally agree. I had terrible times at the CVS in Sevierville TN so I go to the one in Pigeon Forge TN and have met a clerk who acts a little rough but is really nice and works with me on making sure I get everything I need, plus they are open to midnight where sevierville closes at 10 making for great after work shopping.

Can anyone tell me how many diapers would be in the cruisers box for a size 4? They were all sold out at my store, and I can't tell if it would be a good deal or not. They just had the 54 ct box and it was $23 — the only one not on sale — not a good deal. Thanks!

      • mamabelbel

I bought sz 4 earlier this week and already recycled the actual box but almost positive that it said 67. I remember thinking that it was about 2 1/2 jumbo packs worth if that makes sense. If it wasn't for the fact that I had ECBs and a great coupon, I probably would have passed on this deal. It was okay but not amazing.

Can the $1 off charmin mega rolls that came in the pg coupon book be used for this weeks charmin sale? The ad states the 9 ct packages and I think the mega roll packages are 6 ct. . .probably the same overall amount of tissue though. . .

Todays CVS trip went pretty well. I saved a total of $50.47. Heres what i bought.

5 Johnson and Johnson Baby lotion on sale for $2.99 plus a $1.00 off couponI had for each
6 Wisk 50z detergent on sale B1G1 Free plus a $2.00 off coupon for I had for each .

I also handed the lady $5.00 off cvs coupon broing my total to $28.51. So basically I bought each Baby Lotion for less than $1.99 and each detergent for less than $3.50 each. I'm very happy with my purchase, especially since I recieved another $5.00 off for my next trip to CVS.

Thats great! Publix has a Q in their ad for $3 off 2. Most of their products are $3.79 and there are a ton of $1 Qs making each item $1.29 (if my math is correct) I stocked up yesterday :) I am working on my CVS scenarios now…

        • KT

I did that yesterday! I plan on going back and getting more as I only bought 2….with 2 little ones we go through tons of J&J products – $1.29 is a great deal!

    • Kendrickcp

I do not get the Pantene deal???? I went and tried to do it and my total came to $5.50 roughly with two coupons, so I put them back. Can someone explain how to get them for 48 cents???

      • reynoldsja

        3.48+3.48=6.96-2.00 coupon-2.00 coupon=2.96-2.00 ecb=0.96 or .48 each

    • Christy

Not sure if anyone saw this…I didn’t get a Complete Multipurpose coupon in my SS 4/03 so I googled it and found a $2 off coupon online…Here’s the link http://www.completecomfort.ca/register.php Hope it works tomorrow!

    • Sarah

Can anyone tell me if the Prevacid deal is only for the 14ct? It ends up being much more expensive to buy than the 42ct. My husband uses it on a regular basis, so I was excited to use my coupons and get the $10 EBs.

      • Sarah

For anyone else wondering…It was not included :( Oh, well. I still saved more than I spent!

    • Mrsjsdugas

So I thought I would post my first big CVS savings. Last night I took advantage of this sales flyer and my coupons and spent $30.24 out of pocket on $61.73 worth of product AND have $19.49 in ECB's to spend today (my trip is already planned out!) Today I plan on spending less than $1 out of pocket for 13 items, and will have $13.73 left in ECB's to spend!!
