    • April

I never receive coupons on my receipt… Do they print and the cashier throws them away or do they not print all of the time?

      • Beth

They don't print all the time… I've gotten a couple and they print like the ECBs do. If your cashier was throwing them away, you'd know cause they'd have to tear them off your receipt. I've gone to CVS at least once a week for the past 2 months and have only gotten a coupon on my receipt once… Hope this helps!

      • CP

They don't always print. The first (and only) one I have ever gotten was two weeks ago for $5/$15.

      • DonnaTN

It comes out of the price scanner machine when you scan your card.

        • Riley

There are specific ones that print out on your receipt. When I get mine, it's after I have scanned at the Red Box and made my purchase.

      • Jordan

After you scan your card, your coupons will print from the electronic kiosk that also serves as a product price checker. This kiosk is usually located at the front of the store. You can scan your card anytime (without purchasing any product)

        • Jennifer

And you need to scan your card multiple times. Keep scanning it at the coupon machine until it says that there are no more coupons available. I get coupons on at least two scans, sometimes up to 4.

    • sonyapell

I've never gotten one either April. I think they just print randomly.

    • Jordan

Ooh! Thanks! I needed paper towels!

      • Brandi Sparks

I got -$2 off Bounty coupon last week and used it the same day however when it scanned it only took $1 off so double check it. Mine was easily fixed.

      • Msuweather

Same thing here! I didn't notice it until I got home, but it was a good deal anyway.

    • Samplesfun

hiee jenny….can you please suggest some site from were i can buy coupons online?

      • Lori

I use http://www.couponclippers.com and http://www.couponsthingsbydede.com They both ship really fast and sometimes have some coupons that are for different values than I normally get.

      • Amy J.

During her class I attended, she suggested couponclippers(dot)com but also other sites were fine too. HTH

        • nurseteri

I have purchased from couponclippers.com twice recently. The payment is made through paypal and the shipping is quick.

        • Samplesfun

          thanx amy :)

      • Sandra

I have purchased through couponclippers but just don’t have a problem with them because their customer service is severely lacking. They reply fast, but with no help. I purchased some coupons on saturday (wont ship till next business day) and got them nearly two weeks later – and yes most of the coupons were for sales the following week. Ughh. Yes sometimes the mail is slow but the person I was emailing did NOTHING just said next time try priority. Most places would have given a refund after so many days if they don’t put tracking on the package, which they don’t with 1st class at this place. so BE CAREFUL.

      • Guest

I have purchased several times from coupondede . com and have been totally satisfied. There was a problem one time, where I actually paid twice. I emailed them and got a timely reply and then a refund the next day. The problem with all of these sites is that there is usually a minimum order required. With Dede it is $3.

    • Ptogroup

Anyone know where I might be able to print the Keebler Sandies Cookie coupon, the above site only shows a coupon for Keebler wheatable crackers. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

      • wendyc33

I believe those coupons are history. They only lasted for a short time.

    • Donna

I'm new & have a few questions (i will post them separately)
      1) on Transaction #2 – I must be figuring something wrong as I keep coming up with total due of $2.97 out of my pocket. Am i missing something? I did not count the ECBs I would be getting back on transactions # 2 and I did not count the $10.00 rebate.

      2) Also IF we are not counting the $10.00 rebate off the out of pocket cost on Trans #2, would that mean in addition to the $94.34 worth of product for a Total spent out of pocket of $2.31 and the $10. ecb we should end up with- that we will also be making $10? I am just trying to figure it all out.

      • Sue

You are correct in your calculations for transaction #2. And yes, the rebate would be in addition to the total out of pocket. There is also a Schick Hydro rebate, if the form is still available. Check the CVS archives for it. So that would be 4.31 oop then get back 10.00 for Aveeno rebate and 8.99 for Schick. Huge money maker!

    • Sandra

mmm, I didn't get them. I usually don't get them on my receipts tho – although I do scan my card when I get in the store. No kodak one though…not I noticed.

    • ScottK

Man that'd be great to have that DVD coupon. CVS emailed me a free gift coupon tho, travel wipes or shaving cream…don't really ever use either, but I'll gladly do it for free!

Not many deals for me this week, disappointing since I am pretty loaded on ECBs.

Also, I don't know if anyone else knows ahead (or how far ahead) but if you do, is Gatorade 32 ounce going on sale anytime soon? Usually it's about every other week, but the past 3 weeks or so I don't think it's been on sale. I'm running low too :

      • Mom2teenagers

32 oz Gatorade and SoBe are on sale in 7/4 ad.

        • ScottK

great! thanks! I have some sobe coupons too, my dad loves those! YAY!

        • MaryT

Curious to find out how some of you guys know what's in FUTURE sales ads when the CVS (or other stores, too) website only displays the current ad??? I sure would love to have that access so I could save good coupons for future sales!!! Anybody willing to share that info?

          • Rach_momof4

You can check out i heart cvs. She has ads about 3 weeks to a month in advance. I use this site alot for my cvs shopping!

    • Donna

Questions #3) any suggestions for someone making their first purchases with out many ECBs. I know I can get $4.00 by registering my Card online and I have a 10% off a purchase coupon from a reciept I got this week.

      • ScottK

I invested about $30 the first time I did CVS. I got TONS of things because of coupons, but then in return I got $22 in ECBs…I hardly pay a penny out of pocket now…it doesn't hurt to spend your first time or two, just make sure you're spending on good deals and deals that will reward you.

        • katie.greenvillesaver

I agree. The very first time I went I spent probably around $25. Since then, I don't spend more than a few dollars each week. Invest the first trip and you'll be good!

I got the 10% off coupon, too, but the fine print says something about not being able to use it on any sale items. Well, everything I buy is on sale (in the weekly ad), so I was out of luck. Maybe your cashier will ring it through, though. I agree with Scott–you have to spend a little bit of money in the beginning, but then I rarely spend more than $5 per week out of pocket and I often get $40+ worth of stuff. Have fun!

      • pureromancebychriste

How did u get $4 , I registered it this week and it didn't give me that

    • Donna

      One last ? for now.
How long will my ECBs be good? If I purchase on Sunday one week and do not purchase again until the following Saturday would my ECBs still be valid or do I need to spread my purchases through out the week?

Jenny, I appreciate this site and all the work you put in to make this easy for everyone and the input and hints from everyone else .

      • ScottK

I think they last a month, it's much longer than walgreens or other places. It's atleast 3 weeks…plenty of time.

    • Jacquelyn

You are so great! Your plans are terrific!

    • Michelle J

On the 7UP, if you still happen to have the $1 off printable that was out a month or so ago, this would be the opportunity to use them! :D

    • Marlene

If you can do it quickly, and haven't already, there's the SC Johnston $5 rebate from 2009 which ends 6/30/10, postmark by 7/15/10. Might be good for some new couponers.
Buy 3 SC Johnston products get $5 back – you can submit 3 rebates per household – separately.
Just google “sc johnston rebate form” and you can find a copy of the form.
      Buy: (4) Products $2.50 ea
      Use: (4) -$1 off coupons
      Total Due: $6
Get Back: $5 ECB, makes it 25¢ ea
      Submit for $5 rebate = $4MM

      • Glosmommy

Ohhh…Thanks SO much!!! I am new to this and am quickly getting addicted.

      • I called them today and you can put them all in one envelope if your reciepts are tied to several rebates. For example, I had 2 receipts with 4 items and 1 receipt with one item. I spoke with Brenda at SC Johnson. Their number is on the rebate form.

Can you print the Aveeno $1.50 coupon 4 times?

      • You will need two computers.

      • Alli

Not sure how, but I got mine to print 3 times so I would give it a try. Then there is another $1.50 printable coupon for the Aveeno styling products (also $6.49) and I printed one of those

      • Rachel

I went to the AllYou website and it let me print out 2 more aveeno coupons! Which is great for those of us who only have 1 computer.

    • Beccaloc

Please notice that the Aveeno rebate EXCLUDES ageless vitality products, y'all. :)

      • Luv01maro

There's a separate rebate on the Aveeno website for $20.00 on the purchase of any Ageless Vitality product. Awesome!

    • Luv01maro

I notice the M&Ms singles are 89 cents and are B1G1. I have a B1G1 coupon, too…does that mean I can use it and get both free?

      • Wilkinson2k

        yes

        • Luv01maro

          Thank you! :)

      • Avsextras

hie…can you pls tel me those b1g1 coupons are from which newspaper and which date.?

      • Luv01maro

They were in our mailbox earlier this week, so I'm not sure. They were with our newspaper ads.

        • Luv01maro

They were in section with the weekly ads (Publix, Bi-Lo, etc.) on Wednesday.

      • Admartin98

Yes, both are free with B1G1 coupon

        • Sleepysam

AND I got a 50 cent off coupon that printed at the coupon machine “$0.50 off Any Size “M&M’s” Pretzel 1.14 – 15.4 oz”! 50 cent money maker for grabbing 2! :D

    • Lucy

The Betty Crocker Brownies that are on sale for $.88 are NOT the Supreme brownies so, unfortunately, the coupons listed are not appropriate to use for the item.

Glade Fabric and Air 22oz is included in the $2.50 sale price and $5ECB wyb $10 household cleaners. There's a $2 Target store coupon on the Target website — if your CVS accepts competitors coupons it's a great coupon to use. Otherwise, use your Glade Fabric & Air $1.00 manufacturer's coupons along with the Target store coupon at Target and do an ad match to CVS sale price of $2.50.

    • ChristyMy

Has anyone been able to print the $1.00 off Tums coupon?

      • Sue

I could not find it either. But I printed one from their website at tums . com.

        • ChristyMy

          Thank you!

      • Amydgriffin

        no.. i can't find it.

    • acpack

If I buy two products, can I use two $1/2 coupons?

      • Sue

        Yes.

        • Sue

I'm sorry. I misread your question. I thought you were asking if you could use 1 $2 off Q. wendyc33 is correct.

      • wendyc33

no $1/2 coupon is exactly what it says. off 2 products. it applies just to those 2 products. You will have buy 4 products to use 2 of those coupons.

    • Kellie Haller

What the best way to find out about rebates?

      • DonnaChas

This is one area I want to ask Jenny if it's possible to add here like she has the Catalina deals. I stumbled onto a site a few weeks ago that had a section of current rebates—awesome information on rebates that I had no idea about. However, my internet closed on me before I got to bookmark it :(

    • Amanda

Question on the clean & clear deal…. I printed the $2.00 of any and it says one coupon per perchase. Does any one know if the whole $15 has to be in a single transaction to get the ECB? Or can I do 3 transactions?

      • Sue

“One coupon per purchase” means one per item, not one per transaction. But to answer your question, you do not have to buy them all in the same transaction. As long as you buy them all before the deal period ends.

    • rosewood4

I am in the process of uploading pics to cvs for the dvd movie deal, has anyone figured out how to actually make one. I looked under the gifts section and did not see the Kodak Picture Movie as an option.

      • Afy1229

In recent past, you have to do the movie dvd in the store. Bring your photo card to the kodak movie maker inside the store. :)

      • DonnaTN

I did this deal when it was b1g1 and got 2 free. You first have to upload pictures at home on to a memory card (that's what I used and was pretty easy) or a cd. I think the max is 60 pictures. You then go to the kodak machines they have in the photo section at cvs… Then it'll walk you through it. It took a little while to get a hang of it but it came out really good. You pick out the song and can write a title in the beginning of the movie. If you are picky about your pictures it will take a while so go loaded with your best 60 pics :) HTH.

        • rosewood4

Thank you so much for your help, I just finished loading my pictures to a card. I can't wait to see how it turns out.

    • ashley

Anyone happen to know how much the Clean & Clear morning burst is?? The printable is $5 off so I am assuming its quite expensive…just curious?

      • rosewood4

I looked at my store yesterday and did not even see the product listed for the $5 MQ, they might not have it in yet

    • Shannon

Sundown won't let me print their stupid coupons. GGGRRR

    • Couponcrazy88

i have never seen the 4.00 off shcick hydro razors… i get the charleston post and they havent had it.
i also wonder.. on some of the products how in the world do you get 4 to 6 coupons to print out to get the great deals?

      • Riley

I use my home computer and my work computer. A lot of times high value coupons are regional in the Sunday papers, so you may not get them. I have been able to get coupons I am looking for through the coupon traders portion of SouthernSavers.

    • Nicole

Where is the $5 coupon for the picture DVD?

      • guest

Some people got it when they scanned their ECB card last week. When I scanned mine, the machine got a paper jam :(

    • Christie

Does anyone know if the Windex Multi-Surface cleaner is included in the sale? I absolutely love the stuff and want to stock up if it's included.

      • Amy

It was last time…the week before last I believe.

    • Brandy W

Does anyone know if there is a pharmacy with a coupon for a gift card with a NEW prescription this week. I'm about to take my baby to the doctor & I'm pretty sure we're going to get another prescription. Thanks!

      • dm

im pretty sure they will have a free 25 gc at rite aid again this week! HTH

Last Sundays paper had a Kmart $10 new presciption card. CVS will honor competitor pharmacy coupons, too! HTH

    • debra

I need to vent!. I went to my local Oneonta, Al. CVS today, I had coupons in hand. There was no Olay Total Effects 7 in 1 Body Wash on the shelf but they were stocking, so I walked around the store for a few minutes to give them time to restock. When I got back to the aisle there stand a woman with ALL 4 bottles in her buggy. I ask her if she just took all of them and she said YES…I told her i been was waiting on them to restock..and that it was WRONG of her to take them all. it did not matter 1 bit to her…she just kept on walking…..I WAS not happy!!!…Please dont take all of anything!!! Leave some for other people…

      • Momof3sc

$7 ECB wyb $27 Olay products pictured: Limit 1
Olay Total Effects Facial Care (excludes wet cloths) $20
Olay Total Effects Body Wash, 15.2 oz., $7
-$4 off Olay Total Effects Body Wash PG 6/06
NOT to start war war 3, But in her defense in order to do the deal you would have to buy 4 bottles to get your ECB's. Every store does rain ck's and alot of times you will find the item will be cheaper in the coming weeks without the ECB's, use your rain ck then and get it cheaper plus ECB's. Allways ask for a rain ck

        • Sue

I agree. I went to one store and they only had 2. I bought them. I then went to another store after their stock had come in and they had one, which I bought. So I “cleaned out” 2 stores. I then got a raincheck for the last one. If the first store had had 4, I would have bought them, since I was not interested in buying the $20 moisturizer and I had coupons for the body wash. I have to drive about 20 miles to get to a CVS. I can not just “run by” any time.

        • Kelley

I also needed to buy 4 to get this week's ECB deal and have been to 3 stores (5 seperate trips) with no luck. I was offered a raincheck and they included the ECB information so I can get the deal later.

          • Sue

In the past, when I have used an ecb that was force-printed, like they do when you use a raincheck, it has taken away from the taxable total, making oop lower by reducing tax.

      • Kris

Debra, This might help a bit. The rainchecks at our Hartselle/Decatur CVS's do not expire. As long as the coupon hasn't expired you can get your deal and ECB for weeks and weeks. You just have to get the raincheck b/4 the sale is over. I find I do that quite frequently. That way I'm not ever worrying or fretting when the shelf is bare (and it always is!).

        • Jessica

This is true for every CVS!! Rain checks will not expire!!! =)

      • happymom

I never post anything negative, but I have to comment here… buying 4 of a sale item is not criminal. I do it all the time. It's called stockpiling for a family of four. If she had taken 18 bottles I could see your point. But, honestly, it seems that you are the one that acted rudely. I certainly would be offended if someone got irritated with me for buying 4 bodywashes. Can we all just post helpful comments and focus on saving money and helping others. It just seems there have been a lot of negative posts lately!

        • Sandra

          AGREE AGREE!!!…agree.

        • debra

i plainly told her i had been in the store waiting on them to restock…dont ya think she could have offered me 1 of them…

          • Anonymous

Maybe it would help to put yourself in her shoes. If you went into CVS, grabbed 4 of whatever item is on your list, and someone comes around the corner, says they were waiting on CVS to restock and proceeds to lecture you on why you are wrong to take them off the shelf, how would you feel? Attacked, maybe?
She had no idea you were waiting on them to be put on the shelf.
Next time they’re restocking, just stand there and wait on them to finish or ask them to give you how many you need. Just a quick “excuse me, sir/ma’am, can I grab a few of those?”, will do the trick. I’ve done that many times and they don’t mind :-)

      • Niddi

She probably needed all 4 bottles to get to the $27 Olay total in order to do the deal for the $7 ecb's back. I did this also rather than get the facial moisturizer.
I think the real problem is not her taking all 4 bottles but them only getting 4 bottles in.
Sorry you were disapointed but I don't think that was her fault.

    • Allie101ola

debra the same exact thing happened to me last week at CVS with the Olay Total Effects Body wash. I will never take all of what is on the shelf because I know how aggravating it is to have the person right before you put 5-10 items in the buggy and leave none. I think that is so RUDE! I mean seriously people.

    • Charo

$5 ECB wyb $15 Clean & Clear…this deal did not work. I did not get back $5 ECB and my total b4 coupons was $17.37. I had $6 in coupons…do you think when that $6 came off if voided the $5 ECB???

      • guest

This is the ad for next week! You shopped to early. :) Return the stuff and go back on Sunday.

        • Charo

Lol…they got my coupons though. Live and learn. I will watch those dates better from now on. Thank you :)

          • Betty Pittman

I over heard the manager and a cashier giving someone a refund on diapers because she didn't realize that there was a limit of one for the ECB's AND they gave her back her money for her coupons that she used. She protested and said she wasn't expecting to get her coupons back but the manager said that that was their policy. Interesting…..I was also unsure about whether I'd get ECB's on both items that i was purchasing and ask if i didn't get them would the cashier mind backing the item off. She was very nice and said that she wouldn't mind doing that for me. I'll definitely pay more attention to the limits before buying multiples of anything.

    • Gettobobs

Could someone PLEASE help me, Im new to the CVS deals. For this current weeks ad, I want to do the Huggies diapers deal. I have 1 $3 off coupon. So I walk in and get a box for $19.99-$3.00=$16.99. I pay full price cause I have no ECBS. Then it will print me $10 ECBs.—-can I turn right back around and buy another box for $19.99- $10ECB that I just earned, or is that where the limit thing comes in, or does that mean it just would not print me an additional $10 ECB. I would happily pay $10 for a large box of huggies. Also- you you get your husbands involved to make for even better deals..can I have him sign up for a card as well and he could get the ECBs as well??? Sorry if this is confusing, tomorrow is the last day of the sale and I am antsey about going and trying this.

      • guest

You can use the $10 ECB to buy another box of diapers but don't expect another ECB in return. There is a limit of 1 ECB on the diapers this week.

I believe your husband can get a card as well, but it can get confusing. His rewards will only be linked to his account. So, let's just say he does the diaper deal and gets $10 ECBs. You won't be able to combine these ECBs together to purchase something.

Not sure if there is a Rite Aid near you but they have Mega packs on sale for half off (every brand: luvs, pampers, huggies, etc). You might want to check it out. I know diapers are expensive

        • Gettobobs

Thank you so much, that was not explained in the tutorial that ECBs are linked to your account. So on things that earn ECBs that do not have a limit, you can buy one with cash (if you are new like me) and keep buying and paying and buying and paying with ECBs?

          • Sue

There are always limits, usually 1 or 2. You can buy until the limit is reached.

          • Jessica

You are only supposed to have one CVS card per house…..I would NOT recommend getting a card for your husband.

            • VanessaCook

I live in SC and according to the sheet you sign up for a card on in my store, you are aloud “one card per person (over the age of 18) per household up to a limit of two cards per household”. This may be a YMMV kind of thing…I wouldn't think so, but maybe so.

            • Betty Pittman

              What does YMMV stand for?

            • VanessaCook

YMMV means “your mileage may vary” which means it may be different for some people at some locations.

          • The manager at my CVS said it was ok. Plus on the CVS site it has a spot to register more then one card.

    • Valerie

Just want to make sure I understand something correctly ………… I have the week, month etc the ECB deal is good for to purchase the product and will then get the ECB when I have reached the amount required in that specified time frame. For example, in the coming week if there are only 3 Windex for me to buy and I really want to buy Windex only for the $5 ECB for $10 cleaning, I could go back later in the week and buy one more bottle and then get my ECB at that time?

      • Kelley

Yes you can. Always check the bottom of your receipt to see the number of items needed to reach the deal.

        • Valerie

This is great to hear ……….. Thanks Kelley!

Quick Question: Are all the SC Johnson products 2.50 each?

    • Alli

anyone else having a hard time finding the betty crocker warm delight coupons??

      • ashley

yes…on the betty crocker site it says it is no longer available and I can’t find it on the coupons.com site. I tried several zip codes but it never came up. Does anyone know a zip code that works for the betty crocker warm delights?

        • Guest

It is on smartsouce . com using the zip 30013.

          • Alli

Thanks, found it with that zip- it's a .50 coupon, but works for me!!

          • Dbruner1979

can you use this is a different zip code, say in alabama, if it was not issued in my area?

can you use this is a different zip code, say in alabama, if it was not issued in my area?

    • Krystle

I'm new to the CVS thing, the way you guys talk about it makes it seem like there is a coupon machine in the store you can scan your card for coupons? Is this right or maybe i'm just getting confused. Earlier post were talking about a 5 dollar off Q on the kodak movie DVD that printed off a machine. Just wondering.

      • Sue

Yes, there is a kiosk in the store. Scan your card for coupons. It is also a price scanner to check the price of an item.

        • Krystle

Can't wait to try that out! Thanks Sue!

      • Anna2423

The kiosk where you would scan items for a price check is where you can scan your cvs card once a day and it will print coupons.

      • Momof3sc

some of the stores do have machines to scan your card and some don't. Most are located near the front of the store. You scan your card and it will print you off coupons to use in the store. Sometimes it's 3.00/15 4.00/20 , sometime $ off items in the store. It seems to learn what you buy, I had bought some tena pads for a elderly neighbor and now I will get coupons on them. I get 2-4 coupons each time and different ones at different stores. Sometimes it will let you scan twice in the same day and give different coupons. This last week it gave 2.00 off Bounty which they had on sell for 6.97-2.00 (store coupon) -1.00 PG coupon made for 3.97 for 8 rolls of Bounty. Great deal, worth scanning each time you go in!

        • Krystle

Very helpful, thanks so much for your detailed description!

    • Jbush27

Am I seeing this deal correctly?

Buy 2 scrubbing bubbles gels and 2 scrubbing bubbles brushes
Use: 2 free starter brushes wyb toilet cleaning gels coupons
2 $1 off scrubbing bubbles toilet cleaning item SS 6/13

      Making it $10 – $5( 2 free brushes) – $2 = $3 and then get back $5 ecbs

      Did I do this right?

      • Jbush27

Never mind, I think the brushes are not included in the deal.

        • Guest

If you do this deal as stated, you can actually submit for 2 SC Johnson rebates because you are buying 6 products. You are allowed 3 rebates per household.

    • Lindsay

I am so excited! I just got an e-mail from CVS asking me to take a survey and after qualifying and finishing the survery I got a coupon to print for $15 ECBs!!! I can't believe it, that was almost too good to be true. Everyone check your e-mail and spam folders for this awesome deal!

      • Did you have to sign up for anything besides the ECB's to get the survey to begin with??? I have heard of this before and would love to earn some extra bucks.

        • Mandy

Yes, search for CVS Pharmacy Advisory Panel in google…You have to sign up. I have received $30 EB in surveys so far….

          • Thanks Mandy!! :)

          • happymom

I had no idea this existed. Thank you so much!!!

        • Lindsay

I don't remember signing up for anything, but I must have and forgotten about it I guess.

        • Lucy2778

I got the same survey. You can't do anything special to have more chance of getting surveys. They just pick random people. Just make sure they have your email on file. I have only gotten 1 survey so far.

      • Callie

Thank you so much for your post, I found my survey in my spam folder. I probably would never have seen it! Because of you, I now have $15 in ECB's!

    • sarahinNC

For the Stayfree pads that are BIGI, does the BIGI coupon really make 2 packages free? I'm nervous to try this deal, but it sure would be great!

      • Jessica

It really does…CVS B1G1 deals ring up as one at full price one free. This wouldn't work at other stores (like Kroger) where a B1G1 deal rings up as 50% off both items.

        • jhoran

My kroger in Tx rings up the B1G1 deals as full price on the one and 0.00 on the free, so I think it would all depend on how the store registers are set up.

      • Sleepysam

BOGO sales are great because it takes the 2nd one off at the very, very, very end, meaning it will dip into your subtotal! So, you can use your ECB's and go a little over, and your receipt will show a negative subtotal, so it will be like it's paying some of your tax!

    • Melissa

Pretty good week it looks like to me! Thanks Jenny!

    • sabrina1980

Has anyone been able to find the $1 off Sundown or Marvel Vitamins coupon? Haven't been able to find it under the zip codes I normally use.

    • meme

I posted this question in another place but will repeat it here. I would like to know if I can buy two items, use a B1G1 coupon and a $4/2 coupon on the same items. I tried this at CVS today and the cashier told me I couldn't because one item was free. According to the recent post about CVS policy, they allow a B1G1 coupon and two $ manu. coupons on two items. So I don't see why the $4/2 wouldn't be allowed. I was hoping to get some off my other purchases and bring my total down.

I also want to know if the Zegerid rebate will be for the sale price. I noticed the “fine print” indicates the rebate price will be after all coupons and discount are applied. I did the transaction seperately and used the $4 coupon and ECB's to pay for the product, making my total OOP $0.00. Did I really mess up? Is there a way to fix the problem if I did mess up? Thanks for all your help.

      • to answer your question about the B1G1 and the $4/2 question, it can't work, not b/c one of them rung up free, but because the $4/2 coupon needs 2 items to be used, and the B1G1 needs 1 item to be used, and you can't use 2 coupons on 1 item. if you had a B1G1 and a $4/1 coupon, it would work, but with your coupons, you would need to buy 3 items to use both coupons.
to further confuse you (I hope I'm not), you could buy 4 items, use 2 B1G1 and the $4/2, get both items for free and have $4 overage. b/c each B1G1 goes with 1 item and the $4/2 goes with the other 2 items.

      • Vannacook

I think the B1G1 earlier posting is actually talking about a B1G1 sale price. In that case you would be able to use two coupons $off coupons.

      • Lucy2778

No, you can't use a B1G1 coupons and $4/2 coupon. The $4/2 coupon applies to both products, and if you try to use B1G1 also, it's like using 3 coupons for 2 items. The Zegerid rebate should work as long as you circle the price of the product.

    • Jrobbins519

I just sent off a SC Johnson rebate a few weeks ago. Does anyone know if you can do the same one again?

      • deniseCLT

you can do it 3 times, it says it in the fine print on the form

        • ssphillips271

Thanks for point that out! I just assumed it was 1 per household.

          • Couponnicki

It is 3 per house and it comes pretty quickly

    • kaseyshadow

Love CVS! Found out that the CVS on Emmanul Church Rd in WC,SC turns on it's Sunday deals on Saturday. The cashier (really sweet girl) said you can get both weeks all deal. Thanks Jenny for all your work on this site. I've saved so much money since I started following it.

    • Jen

anyone know what songs are on the kodak machine for the pics?

      • DonnaTN

not sure the exact titles but there are alot

    • bets

You can do the SC Johnson Rebate 3 times per household, but since it is over on Monday, can you use the deal idea mentioned above in three separate transactions so you can do the rebate three times?

      • guest

You can purchase the 4 items in separate transactions but you will only get the $5 ECB once (when the fourth item is purchased). The Rebate is for 3 SC Johnson items, so this scenario will only help you with one rebate.

        Maybe?
-Purchase 3 items (use receipt for rebate).
-Purchase 4th item and receive your $5 ECB. Purchase 2 additional items somewhere else or at CVS (although no more ECBs) and submit a 2nd rebate.

      • Amy

You can do it in 3 different transactions, but someone posted in the comments somewhere earlier that they spoke with someone about the rebate and it was stated that you can send the different rebate forms in together if you have more than 3 items on one receipt. So if you buy 4 items from CVS and 2 somewhere else, just put those 2 receipts in the envelope together with 2 rebate forms.

    • Valerie

Many thanks in advance for help with these questions I have just starting out at CVS!
      1. I have seen mention of overlap on Saturdays with the current weeks ad and the coming weeks ad. Is there a way for me to know this is the case at my store prior to checkout? Would I be able to tell from the price scanner?
      2. If a sale price is say 2 for $4 do I have to buy 2 or will one item be $2?
      3. I believe I read somewhere that the Proglide Razor ECB was a month long deal. Is that correct or should I save my coupon for next week?

      • guest

        1. Scanning the item will probably tell you (the sale price will show up), but it's probably best to just ask a cashier. You want to make sure you get ECBs from both weeks.
        2. No, generally one item is $2
        3. ???

        • Deshisk8chick

proglide razor is a month long deal.

    • Amyberta1

Is there any way to get this CVS coupon?? It didn't print on the back of my receipt!!

      • guest

No. Coupons differ from person to person. I'm pretty sure the more you use your card though, the better the deals.

    • Abigail

Just to let people know that the $10 ECB wyb $20 in schick products works even if you don't buy $20. My husband has been wanting to try the Schick 5 blade hydro razor and I had a $4 coupon for the Schick intuition. Both were $9.99 so before coupons it was $19.98 and the ECB still printed. Now I get to turn around and to the rebate offer too! =)

      • Avsextras

cool it printed even when the total wasn't exact $20…has it worked for anyone else too?

        • Mandy

I have found that this is always the case…As long as I am within pennies…

        • Amy J.

Yep, same here……mine was $19.98 and it still printed the $10 ECB…..sweet!

    • Jennifer

I can't seem to find the scrubbing bubbles free brush coupon to print, could someone please tell me what zip code to use? Thanks so much!!!

      • Deshisk8chick

i used 29607 and it came right up

    • deares

I have not been able to find the Scrubbing Bubbles Fresh Brush 2-in-1 starter kit or refills @ any CVS stores. Anybody else had any luck with this?

      • jhh

You can try Right@home. Their website is offering this coupon too.

      • Alli

I went to 2 stores and they only had 3 scrubbing bubbles products: Regular foaming shower cleaner, some advanced version, and toilet bowl cleaner… I really wanted a refill for the extend-a-clean!!

    • Rannkangas

can someone please explain how this works? B1G1 Stayfree Product, RP 6/27 (buy 2, makes both free)—I do have this coupon—so I get 2 and they are free????

      • Guest

That is correct. You only pay tax.

        • Samplesfun

i bought 2 packs of stayfree and gave 2 B1G1 coupons….but the manager said i can only use 1Q :(

          • Couponnicki

Well the manager was correct. Each B1G1 coupons covers 2 items. You would need to buy 4 to be able to use 2 B1G1 coupons.

      • Mandy

The Store deals are always separate from what the manuf coupons are offering. Therefore, you buy 2, CVS pays for one with their BIGI deal, and the coupon covers the other one.

      • Wmllewis

Most of us are used to stores that really charge half price on the products, instead of a true Buy One Get One system. CVS TRULY does BUY ONE GET ONE deals. So the register will automatically deduct the full price of one pack, and then the cashier will enter the full price of the other when they scan the coupon. CVS is “giving you” one, and the manufacturer is reimbursing them for the other. In essence, two free packs! :)

      • Kerri

I am very new to this, today was my first trip to CVS. I picked up 2 pkgs of the Stayfree and gave the B1G1 coupon to the cashier and it rang up where I got both pkgs free.

    • rosewood4

does anyone know the zip for the $3 mq for the Bengay massage, the one website is out and I can't find it on coupons dot com

    • Guest

Does anyone know if the Greenville News had the Stayfree coupon today. I am trying to decide which paper to buy. I go in one direction for The State and another direction for the Greenville News.

      • rosewood4

yes, I am so excited we got the stayfree b1g1 q and the m&m b1g1 pretzel q yipppeee

        • Guest

Thanks for the info and the quick reply. Now if I can just find a paper that has all of the inserts in it.

        • Guest

I had to go to 4 different locations before I found Greenville News with both of the inserts in them. Then I looked through all 6 papers that were on the rack and there was only one that had them both. I believe that the others were probably taken out by dishonest couponers. The clerk got me some papers from behind the counter. I looked through 3 in order to find two that had complete inserts in them. One of the papers had both inserts but the Red Plum was disheveled and the front/back cover was missing. This is where the m&m coupon is. So, for anyone buying the Greenville News in the Clinton, SC area, do not expect to get your Red Plum insert. That way, if you do get it, you will be pleasantly surprised.

          • rosewood4

I have had that happen to me before to , so now I check my papers. I am sorry you had a crappy start to your coupon week.

            • Guest

It really wasn't that bad. I ended up going to Walgreen's, where I bought the Pepsi deal and used the RR to pay for my papers and another item. It worked out great because the papers were only 88¢ each and a friend gives me $2 every week for his paper but lets me keep the coupons. So between that and the RR, I think I probably broke even on the gas. Just took a bit longer. If I had known that I was going to WAGS, I would have made a list and done more shopping.

          • Nightingale

Your experience backs up what I feel happens at our Publix and any store where they put the papers in a place that makes it convenient for “coupon fingerers”, as I call them, to steal coupon inserts without being caught. I actually went to the front desk and told the clerk that I thought they ought to put the papers closer to their desk so that they would not be so easily stolen. She thought I was crazy, perhaps, but I had just gone to buy my papers (that were behind the front desk) and there was a lady going through them and then walked away without a paper, as if she had other ideas, until I came up to buy mine and interferred by my presence. The clerk said that the paper has a disclaimer that some inserts may be missing, which I believe is pathetic. So I told the clerk that I would be returning my papers if any of the inserts were missing because I buy the paper in good faith that everything I pay for is there. The clerk said she would move them closer to the front, which was not a stretch for her because the papers are on a wheeled cart. She was very kind and gracious and I felt it beneficial to experss my concerns to the store management. I love these stores and the papers who make our lives less expensive by offering the coupons and services in selling them. Happy couponing!

            • Abcismyhrt

I have gotton home many times with coupons missing. I now look through the paper to make sure they are there. Maybe that is what the lady was doing.I would hate to think someone thought I was stealing something just because I was looking through a paper.. geesh.. I doubt someone would go up and just steal coupons

    • lowcountry shopper

Charleston RP doesnt have the stayfree coupon! I was so looking forward to using it! We seem to miss out on most of the good ones!! :(

    • abein

I just got back from CVS, and I am fuming. Why can't they train all of there stores to follow the same policy. Just to be sure I want to ask my fellow frugalistas about this.
I purchased 6 stayfree pads which are B1G1, I followed Jenny's plan and was going to use (3) B1G1 Coupons from todays RP and 3 $2.00 from (can't remember). Anyway the manager would not let me use the B1G1. She said I would have to buy another 3 in order to use it, can someone please tell me if this is against CVS policy? And the MGR went on to state something about federal law, I started laughing, for pete's sake it is coupons not me attempting to rob a bank!

      • Allie

I requested a copy of the coupon policy from CVS corporate and have it printed out to take with me. It states that you CAN use a bogo manufactor coupon with a bogo CVS sale. I've used bogo coupons on bogo sales before without a problem. But my store will NEVER let me use a coupon that takes the product total into the negative. They either adjust it down to 0 or deny the coupon, depending on cashier. I am thinking that she denied you because using 3 bogo coupons and 3 $2 off coupons would have put you with $6 in overage.

        • abein

Did you request that policy, or this a link where I can print one off ?

She would not take the B1G1, period. That is where she went into the whole “federal” law thing. She would only let me use the 3 $2.00 ones, trust me I iwill be calling corporate 1st thing in the morning.

          • Allie

I sent an email to CVS corporate requesting their coupon policy.

      • Jbush27

No, they were wrong. I just did this deal and made $6 from it. The manager was the one who rang me up and told me I did a great job.

      • Samantha

I think you can only use one or the other, either B1G1 or $2 off, not both. I saw an email from the customer relations department where they stated on two B1G1 sale items they would take either a B1G1 to make both essentially free, or 2 coupons for a dollar amount off. Seemed like it wasn't both. Nothing to do with federal law though…I hate irritating trips like that!

    • Nancy

I got a great coupon from the scanner for -7 off any $15 Revlon purchase. Is there any possible way to know if Revlon will be on sale for next week 07/04 to 07/11?

      • Mmikebel
      • Guest

While I hate to plug another blog, I think that ” iheartcvs . com” has the future deals.

    • Jad2u

there are also womens schick razor coupons in the most recent all you magazine…$4 and $2 off :-)

    • ashley

Just got back from CVS I think I did okay this week not as good as usual, but I can't complain since I did get something else besides toothpaste and shampoo this week. And I was about to run out of face wash so perfect timing. First off my store didn't have any of the Windex mutil-surface so I asked the store manager if I could use the $1 off coupon on the regular Windex and he let me. So this is what I did:

      1 Ziplock bag

      1 Windex
1 Glade Air and fabric spray
      1 Pledge
      2 Clean & Clear facewashes($4.99 each)
      1 Clean & Clear scrub ($5.49)
      1 Sunday newspaper

      Used:
      $4/20
      $14 ECB
      $1 off Pledge
      $1 off Windex
$1 off Glade air and fabric spray
      $.40 cents off Ziplock
      (3) $2.00 off Clean and Clear
      total due oop was $1.91
Got back $10 ECB for next time.

    • Karen

Can anyone tell me where to get the $25 gift card for a new prescription at CVS? I have heard about people doing it up to 3 times in a month, but I have no idea where to get the coupon and even the pharmicist at CVS cant tell me:(

      • happymom

If you have an existing Rx at CVS, they will honor a Rite Aid “$25 gift card with a transferred Rx” in order for you NOT to transfer it. The CVS on Forest Drive lets me do this every month with my Singulair Rx. HTH!

        • Germaine Jenkins

I got my gift card q's from the q machine in the store in May or early June.

      • Couponnicki

They were with either in the paper a few weeks ago or they got mailed to us. I got them and used them.

    • lindsey

If I get a CVS $5 off $30 purchase, and my total is $32, can I use the $5 off coupon first THEN hand them my other manufacturer coupons?

      • Amy

Yep, that's exactly what I do!

      • donna

yes and if you read the Cvs Tutorial and probably tutorials for other stores too, i believe it explains the best way to use coupons( the best order to hand them to cashier). It may be in the just getting started section. But it is on this web site in at least one of the articles that you get to from the black tabs at top of page. I have to reread often to remember as I am just getting started myself.

      • Kgby13

Yes. Always hand over the $/$$ first.

    • Happilin

If I buy 2 john freda items and the
coupons says “limit one per purchase on specified product”
Can I use both coupons for both items in that one transaction?
      IE: 2 John Fried Products
      2 coupons
      Thanks

      • ScottK

yes, one coupon per purchase means 1 coupon per item. So 2 items, 2 coupons :)

    • rosewood4

be careful with the bogo mq for stayfree, most of the packs are $6.49 and the mq only covers up to $4.49 so you will get 2 pks for $2.00 if you get the big pks, smaller pks are only $3.79 so the mq works fine on those.

      • Samplesfun

hiee …i tried to do stayfree transaction and somehow dint work…..i bought 2 and gave 2 B1G1 coupons and the cvs staff said i could use only one q? did i do my transaction wrong? or it could have been that bcos the prize was $6.49?

        • Sue

The maximum value of the coupon is 4.49 so you had the wrong size. I believe that it is the smaller size that is B1G1 and our coupons match them. If you were planning to use 2 B1G1 coupons, then you should have had 4 24-pks and they all would have been free. Some people have also been able to use $1 off coupons to make a profit, but not all stores will allow this.

      • Couponnicki

There are plenty of packs that are less than $4.49. I was able to buy 4 of the $3.79 packs and get them all free.

    • Jbush27

I think I had my best cvs trip yet. I bought 4 scrubbing bubbles, 1 power bar, 1 pack of bounty paper towels, and 6 packs of stay free pads. Here is my deals:

4 scrubbing bubbles for $6 after coupons
paper towels for $3.97 after coupons
      power bar free after ecb
6 packs of stay free, I gained $6 from coupons.
The $6 was used for the rest of the total and the total was $4.71. Gave $5 ecbs and got $6 back and just paid tax out of pocket.

    • Kgby13

Lots of comments but dont know if it was said….There was a $1 off any Xtra detergent in the 6/27 SS. Goes with the Xtra detergent on sale for 2/$3.

      • Shirley

Darn, my SS didn't have it.

    • belle3087

Okay, I'm still a newbie at this, so maybe this is an obvious answer. But, in order to get the $10 ECBs wyb $20 in Schick/Playtex products, do you have to buy either Schick OR Playtex products?

I assumed they were interchangeable and bought 2 Schick razor sets @ $7.69 each and 1 box of tampons @ $5.29, and used $5 in coupons and $3 in ECBs. But the $10 ECBs didn't print. Instead my receipt says I still need $4.62 to earn the reward. What's the deal?

      • Sue

According to their ad, it sounds as if they should be interchangeable. If I were you I would consult the manager. They should print the ECB for you. If they don't, then call the CS number on the back of your card.

        • belle3087

          Okay, I'll try that, thanks!

      • Beth

My CVS receipt did not give me my ECB yesterday for this deal. I drove back to the store right away and the manager agreed that it was due to me and took care of it for me. I wonder if the system has some issue with this sale. I suggest you take your receipt back to the store with the flyer.

    • ok so I admit to being really dumb about all this new technology. The Kodak picture movie – is that something I need to do online first by loading my digital pictures or something I buy and make myself at home? Just trying to figure it out before I hit the stores. Thanks anyone.

      • Sshoulders

I made a movie by taking a memory card to the store and using it at their kiosk. I don't think you can download anything; it should be either a storage device or actual photos you scan at the store. Hope this helps! :)

        • Sshoulders

My CVS even sold me the movie and then gave me a raincheck so I can make the movie at my convenience. I love my CVS!!

          • Coupons777

thank you for responses. Helps me greatly!

          • Coupons777

P.S. I am same person who asked – don't know how posted question with my name – no tech smarts LOL

    • Jody

Not sure if anyone already noted but both rebates (SC Johnson & Aveeno) require the orginal receipt so make sure to purchase in separate transactions.

    • ScottK

I just did the windex deal today. I loved it!

      4 x Windex = $10
      -$1 x 4
      -$5.97 in ECB

      Total: 63 cents
      Get back $5 ECB
Submit for $5 Johnson and Johnson rebate

$9.37 profit for stuff we use especially during the summer! WOO!

    • Pinkandblackcrazy

just got back from CVs and spent 1.26 OOP I got four packs of stayfree, 2 colegate toothpaste on sale for .89, and two Warm delights on sale for.88 – used 2 B1G1 free coupons, 2 .75 coupons on warm delights, and 2 .75 coupons on toothpaste

      • Bhflood

Did they let you use teh BOGO Q from this Sunday's paper on the Stayfree? I tried last night but they said I couldn't because the 2nd one was already free. I explained the Q was for the first one and that the store would still be reimbursed for the Q. The girl was new so she talked to the mgr on the phone who said no. I'm not too bummed because I don't use that brand but I was going to donate it to my church's food pantry. Any tips on what to say in this situation? I'm going to look at CVS's policy online and see if they say anything about it. Thanks!

        • Caroline34

I was able to use the Q with the B1G1 sale. The manager was actually the one working the register and he seemed just as excited as I was that I was getting great deals… I don't know what their online policy actually says.

        • Pinkandblackcrazy

I think the policy says you can do this situation to get both free I actually got them to donate to at christmas i make baskets of personal items and take them to different women's homes

    • Krystle

I went to CVS earlier today I spent $26 oop but that would have been $114 if not for ECB's and Q's! I also walked out being able to do the the $10 Aveeno rebate and with $18 ECB's for next time! I love this site!

      • Krystle

Only thing I didn't do smart is buy my SC Johnson stuff on a separate transaction so I could submit that for a rebate as well. I'll know better for next time though!

        • Cubsrock7

i totally forgot to do 2 transactions as well, i also forgot to use a coupon. i was wondering if i could use a copy. anyone know if it would work? i guess i wasnt on my a game

    • ASage

      • Bradjessmckay

Could you explain how you get all of that for .44 cents? Thanks

        • ASage

          Sure: 5 transactions (1 trip)

          1 skintimate gel – .75 coupon

          Used #4 $10ECB = $11.47 out and $8 ECB
Total spent $18.44 – used $10 rebate and received $8ECB for next week = next of $.44 WHEW!

          • havcoupon

And the guy at CVS tonight tried to tell me that it would be cheaper if I did it all in one transaction. He stated that if I were right – everyone would do it that way and they don’t. I just smiled and said “Yes, if I had done it all together I would have spend way more and left with $15 ECB – I’d rather use those ECB’s on my purchase and have less money out of my pocket.

But I am green – 1) the kiosks (yes, there are two in this store) both are out of paper and 2) I didn’t get any $3 off $15. :( Oh well. Still did good tonight.

      • talk2abbey

Me too!!! I want to know. What Qs did you use? How many trips or transactions did you do?

    • Fallaya

I forgot to use the $1/2 Ziplock bag coupon…wondering if it's worth going back to the store?

I did the SC Johnson deal, the Aveeno deal, and I picked up some Bounty paper towels. In addition to coupons, I used up $18 of my EBC stash and got back $15, so not bad! I'll also get $10 from the Aveeno MIR. I may go back to get the Tena pads…there's a MIB for those as well!

    • Jen

not sure where to post this… I've seen on other blogs ppl using the $3 ept coupon for a prego test at walmart that's approx $3.60 something. I haven't seen any in my area and was wondering where people are located that may have found a cheap ept product (what store and what location in the USA.. ) thanks in advance!

      • Heather

We just got a $5 Q on EPT here in the Sunday paper in VA. And Walmart did have them for that 3.60 or a little more.

    • Krystle

Just wanted to tell people also there is a lot of clearance makeup at my CVS, 50% and some 75% off! I got some L'oreal foundation originally 14.48 for 2 dollars and change after Q and some sally hensen lip inflation for $1 that was originally $7.99. Take your make up Q's and head to CVS ladies!

    • PTN96

This will be my first attempt at CVS. I will have to sign up for the card when I get there. Here is my shopping plan and I was hoping someone could tell me if I am thinking about it correctly.

I will start with Cleaning Products deal and use coupons to get them for $6.00 and a EBC of $5.00 will print. I will then make a Kodak Picture Movie and use the $5.00 EBC to purchase it. A $9.99 EBC will print and I can use to the do the Aveeno product. Seperate transactions will allow me to submit for rebates?

Also is the Windex Multi-surface Glass Cleaner included in the sale?
      Thanks.

      • Sue

Your scenario sounds good. Keep in mind that you always have to pay tax. Also, the dvd is 9.99 so you will have to pay 4.99 for it in addition to the $5 ECB plus tax. The multi-surface cleaner is not in the picture, but some stores are different.

      • Cubsrock7

my store did not have the multi-surface glass cleaner

    • Brenda

Has anyone had a problem getting the coupons to print on the Kelloggs website?? I waited like 10 minutes and they never would print. Just wondering if that happened to anyone else!!! Thanks

    • Glosmommy

Had to share and my husband is SO not impressed….

Wanted to share……I went to CVS today and bought 1 Scrubbing Bubbles shower cleaner, 1 scrubbing bubbles toilet cleaner, 1 windex multipurpose cleaner, one box of ziploc bags, a betty crocker warm delights, 2 power bars, a pepsi and a small bag of chips for $6.95. I got back $7.98 in Extra Care Bucks and just submi…tted ofr my $5 cleaner rebate. I think it was a GREAT day!!!

      • Guest

I'm impressed! Can you tell me where you are? My store does NOT carry the multipurpose Windex nor the toilet gel…. I don't want to use my coupons unless I know there are none in this area that carry them.

        • Glosmommy

I am in Columbia, TN and shop at both the CVS in Franklin and in Spring Hill. That transaction happend to be at the one in Franklin. They did not, however, have the pretzal M & M's.

          • Jdubb10

I’m in Columbia as well! I knew there had to be more SS users in the city!

      • Labrassard1

that is great….funny how the hubbies are unimpressed but they are impressed with the money not disappearing out of the checking acct! lol

    • Bymyshoes

My local CVS wouldn't let me use the $2q for the Bounty Basics – she said Bounty and Bounty Basic were different, she called someone on the phone to verify. Needless to say I let her keep her towels. Then she wouldn't let me use the Pantene q I had, she said it was for the new product not the older style packaging. Needless to say I will be using a different CVS from now on

      • Christy H.

Hmmm, my CVS in Bremen, GA let me use the $2 Bounty Q on the Basics with no problem. Hopefully you have another near by!!

      • Rachel797

I got the Bounty coupon and had a coupon for $1 off any 2 bounty from a Pampers package. The cashier had to force it through, but she took it. So I got my Bounty for $2.97 and did it on a $20 transaction I had a q for $4 off of $20!

    • Sangel2871

I am having a hard time getting the clean and clear 5 off coupon I go and register but dont see a place to print coupon

      • 3monkeysmom

They will email it to you ;-)

    • jhoran

There is a recall out for Kelloggs sugar cereals (corn pop, fruit loops, etc). This is for a shipment that was back in March. Something to do with some sort of chemical emitting from the bag. People who stockpile probably have some from that time.

      • Stephanie C.

Thanks for the heads up, I hadn't heard about this. I have 2 pkgs of Apple Jacks, but thankfully the dates don't match up so we're okay.

    • Amanda

I wanted to let everyone know that CVS will honor competitor's coupons. Double check your CVS just in case. I called and my CVS said they would! Here is the scenario that I am going to try tomorrow. Wish me luck. Also, does anyone know if it matters that I have more coupons than products? I know with Walgreen's they are picky about it.

      Transaction # 1:
-Buy (4) Windex Multipurpose Cleaners (hopefully my CVS has it) ($10)
-Buy (1) Huggies Little Swimmers ($7.99)
-Buy (2) Stayfree Pads ($3.79-B1G1 Deal at CVS)
      minus 4 $1/Windex
minus $2 CVS Coupon for Little Swimmers
minus $1.50 Man. coupon for Little Swimmers
      minus B1G1 Stayfree Pads
Total due: $5.49 and get back $5ECB

      Transaction # 2
-Buy (1) 19.99 Box of Huggies Diapers (Raincheck from last week)
      -Buy (1) 7.99 Huggies Wipes
minus $5 (coupon from Rite Aid $5 off of $25)
minus $3.50 Target coupon (off of any Huggies plus wipes)
minus $3 Huggies Diapers Manufacturers coupon
minus $0.50 Huggies Wipes Manufacturer's coupon
      minus $5 ECB from transaction # 1
Total due: $10.98 and get back $10 ECB

      Transaction # 3
-Buy (1) 19.99 box of Huggies diapers (if they will honor the price from last week–who knows?)
-Buy (2) Stayfree Pads at $3.79
minus $5 off of $20 (Rite Aid Coupon)
      minus $3 Manufacturer's Huggies coupon
minus $1.50 Target Huggies diapers coupon
      minus Stayfree B1G1
      minus $10 ECB from transaction # 2
      total due $.49

Total out of pocket=$16.96 plus tax

      • Alli

Called the CVS in Cary, NC (Tryon & Walnut) and they do NOT accept competitors coupons.. If anyone knows of a CVS that does in this area, please let me know!!

    • Beth

Does anyone know if CVS will allow you to create your own B1G1 with two coupons…and get both free?

      • Stef

Sometimes you have to talk your cashier into trying it…but I've done it before, and the computer scanned it through with no problem.

        • Stef

Sorry, misread your question….don't know about that??

      • mzperk

If the item is on sale for B1G1 and you have a B1G1 coupon they will both be free. You only need 1 coupon for them both to be free. I've done this at CVS with Life Water.

      • Mysterious_Mentalist

Not sure if I understand it correctly. If you mean to use two manuf. b1g1 Qs with two items only, then no, you can use only one b1g1 Q. However, you may use a second $ off Q for the same product if you have it.

    • Tlbmcguirecoupons

Went to CVS yesterday and got:
      Trans. #1
      1-SB Shower Cleaner
      1-SB BR Cleaner
      2-Ziploc Gallon Freezer Bags
      2-Snickers Candy Bars
      2-3 Musketeers Candy Bars
Used .55 coupon on each of the SB's, $1 of 2 Ziploc's and had $10 CVS Bucks from last week.
Out of pocket – $0.78 – Got $5 CVS Bucks back

      Trans. #2
      2- Boxes Brownie Mix – .88/ea
      2- Lays Potato Chips – B1G1
Used – .75 coupon on 2 Brownie mixes and $5 CVS Bucks from Trans. #1..
      Spent $0.18

Total out of pocket – $0.96
Total value of goods – $31.70

All in all a good day.

      • Tlbmcguirecoupons

Forgot to say that I am also mailing for $5 rebate on SB Johnson Products too0

      • Chrstyamyrs

Is the shower cleaner that's included the mega shower cleaner?? I have a $1 off q for the mega and the add doesn't say or show a picture.

    • Kgby13

The Betty Crcoker 75 cent printables are no longer available.

    • Avsextras

hie….i tried B1G1 stayfree at one of the CVS in greenville and they wouldnt let me use both coupons ….if it has worked free for anyone in greenville please let me know, i would go there and do the transaction…thank you so much in advance.

      • Amy

It has worked for me at CVS many times- with Sobe, this week's Stayfree, and other items. You only need one coupon to make both items free. The store sale makes one item free and your coupon makes the other item free. Get 4 packs of Stayfree for $3.79 each and get all 4 packs free with your 2 coupons! Yay for free stuff!

      • Valerie

I have done this at the store in Mauldin (Butler/Bethel Rd) as well as the store at Five Forks on Woodruff Road with no problems!

    • Southernsweet_heart

Im not sure if this question has all ready been posted or not but I was wondering for the SC rebate I want to buy 6 items at CVS to get two rebates can I buy all six in one transaction like I had planned or do I have to do 4 items for the CVS deal and another 3 seprately to get two SC rebates? I'm a little confused about what I should do?

      • Southernsweet_heart

I just called the 1800 for the rebate the nice lady I talked to said they would like to have two seprate recipts but that I can jus circle all six on one recipt and they would accept that too!

        • Margaret

I've also heard that you can ask the cashier to print you two receipts at the time of checkout instead of just one. This way you can still send in two separate ones.

    • darkenmind1326

anyone know if or when cvs will have that new hyrdoglide razor on sale with possible ECB or did i miss that deal already? i know Wags has it on sale this week with RR but i dont really understand the RRs all the well compared to ECBs thanks to all advice:)!

    • Amyzcakes

      This is my plan:
      4 bags of M&M's (with 2 B1G1 coupons makes all 4 free)
4 packages Stayfree pads (with 2 B1G1 make all 4 free)
1 Betty Crocker Warm Delights (with .75 off makes it .13)
Vaseline Lotion (with $1 off makes it $2.99)
      $3.12 plus tax total.

    • heathern86

I messed up on a deal yesterday, and am hoping it can be fixed. I hope someone can answer my question!

I wanted to do the deal where you buy 4 products that total $10 and get back $5 ECB. Well, I accidently bought 1 product that didn't qualify, so I only spent 7.50. My question is this: If I go back and buy another one of the qualifying products, will by $5 ECB still print? Or did it have to be all in one transaction?

      Thank you!

      • StephanieATL

It can be in separate transactions. Take the item that did not qualify and get your $ back (unless you wanted it).

      • Rachel797

I did that myself. The cashier kindly returned the nonqualifying item and rang in the new item on a different transaction. It printed my 5 ECB's after the new one was paid for. I had the same problem with a deodorant deal. I didn't have enough and paid for the extra separately and it still printed at the end of the last transaction.

    • Margaret

FYI: Today I got a coupon for $2 off a purchase of pantene products from the scanner. The coupon did not state that it excluded trial size, so I was able to use it on a package of travel sized pantene for $1.99. *It was not located next to all the travel products, though…it was at the entrance of my store on a display. It contains shampoo and conditioner, and states “Put it to the Test” at the top….advertising their new products and packaging, I suppose. Just in case anyone's interested!

    • Htkt

I NEVER seem to have the coupons in my Smart Source books that are listed on this site. I get the Columbia state paper coupons. Am I just getting the wrong paper? I’m so frustrated I’m about ready to give up on couponing. $4 off Schick Quatro in SS 6-27…not there!?! Please help. htkt@live.com
      Thanks

    • Got 3 refills packs for the shick intuition and 2 bags of skittle. Used 2 $4 off and 1 $2 for the razors and b1g1 free for skittles. Also used a $10 and $5 ECB. total due $13.83 Saved $26.78

      • Beth

Did you have a BOGO coupon for the Skittles? If so, where di you find it? My son LOVES Skittles!

    • Amy B.

My CVS flier shows Edge Shave Gel in the “Spend $20 get $10 ECB” Schick/Playtex deal. Has anyone been shopping for this yet? Do you know if the Edge gel is correct or a misprint?

      • Michelle00r00

my cvs had the edge as part of the deal not the schick shave gel. There was a coupon in an insert recently that had a 75 cents off coupon for the edge shave gel.

    • Melissa

I live in Murfreesboro and I went to CVS this morning and much to my delight, they had put pampers, huggies, cvs wipes, and kandoo wipes on clearance! 90% off! They only had 2 packs of pampers and one case of huggies, but luckily my son can wear two of the three so I got the third for a friend. They even let me use a coupon on the pampers which ended up being 3.00 for 46 diapers! I checked another CVS and they didn't have any from what I could see, but it may be worth looking into! Good luck on the hunt!

      • Melissa

I forgot to do a run down!

        1 case of huggies
        2 mega packs of pampers
        4 bottles of aveeno shampoo
        5 cvs wipe refills
        2 kandoo wipes refills
        4 kandoo wipes tubes
16 pakcs of plaskool wipes (travel size)
2 tubes of M&M's (Two year old was squirming in the buggy!)

I used coupons on the pampers and aveeno, plus 14 ECBs from last week…spent 25.06 out of pocket and left with 10 ECBS plus I will sumbit for the !0.00 MIR from aveeno!

        • Christinapage86

i live in murfreesboro as well and i never find good deals like that on diapers lol, which one do you got to? i usually go to the one on Franklin Rd (hwy 96) across from ASCEND bank.

    • Devin

Ok… ready to show my CVS trip today!

      I got…
      1 Pampers Swaddlers
      1 Little Swimmers
      4 Stayfree pads
      2 Oust sprays
      2 Scrubbing Bubbles toilet gels
      6 Xtra detergents
      2 Sundown Kids Vitamins
1 Bandaids (per my daughter's request)
      2 packs of M&Ms
      1 Suave Professional shampoo
      3 Johnson's Buddies soaps

      I spent $6.97 and saved $94.07!
I had $22 in ECBs that I used today… and I got $7 ECBs back!

    • Michelle00r00

I scanned my card today at the kiosk and a coupon for 2$ off Pantene printed. Towards the back of my store on an end isle there were bottles of pantene for 50% off. I paired that coupon with a 1$ off manufactured that was attached to the bottle and got the bottle for free with 50 cents overage.

Also, I just got back from cvs and saved 100% ($140).

      • guest

        Woo hoo!

    • Tlbmcguirecoupons

Does that mean if I use the $2 off one that I got in my parade book yesterday and the $2 CVS coupons on Pantene I got today that I have an over of $1.50?
If so then I can get a 2nd & 3rd product, use my other $2 off from parade book, spend $2.01 (w/ tax).
Would make all 3 $1 each.
Guess I'll go back to CVS.

      • Tlbmcguirecoupons

Actually they would be $0.67 each.

    • Doloresa8001

on this add you say “use 4 coupons” for example and theirs even a line saying 'printable” but i've only been able to print one coupons from your line and even on the coupon sites. So how do you get more printable coupons other then bothering your friends and family? am i missing something?

      • Mysterious_Mentalist

The scenarios present the best possible outcome for the most benefits. The suggestions do not take into account personal matters such as bothering someone or not. You will need multiple computers to print the same Qs multiple times.

      • Michelle00r00

you can hit the back button to print coupons twice but when it say 'use four coupons' you have to use multiple computers.

    • Doloresa8001

      ok thanks Michelle!

    • is almost all cvs coupon policy the same?
at my cvs i have to buy 3 of the stay free pads to get the b1g1 and use the coupon for b1g1!

      • Michelle00r00

CVS has a corporate coupon policy that states you can use a b1g1 coupon with a b1g1 sale and get both products free. some people have problems with their cashiers so it just depends on the store, cashier, and the cashiers mood. :)

      • Mysterious_Mentalist

You can use manuf. b1g1 Q on store b1g1 sales. If employees refuse, stay firm on the right thing and insist on using the Q as they are, be confident and they will learn. If they refuse to learn, throw some tantrum and call cvs immediatley from outside the store. The customer srvce should be able to call the store right away to correct them before you go again with your head held high to get your deal.

    • sg

I would like to do 1. Clean and Clear and 2. Avenno. Would someone please tell me which one I should do first? Having trouble. Thanks SG

      • Christinapage86

i did it today and i did the avenno first cause you get more ECBs back and i had 13 EBCs already so it worked for me. I guess it all depends on how many ECBs you already have and how much out of pocket you want to spend, but the best deal for me was the avenno first. HTH

    • Farmers5

Can someone please tell me where to find the stayfree coupons. I cannot find them anywhere in my inserts.

      • Amyzcakes

The Stayfree were in this Sunday's Redplum pack. I get Redplum in the mail on the previous Wednesdays so you may have 2 coupons if you do too.

      • 3monkeysmom

These apparently were regional….I couldn't find them in the B'ham News :-(

    • Curious…

Went to CVS for the Huggies deal with $10 ecb back…. none in stock, picked up a rain check. Went to another CVS store and they did have them in stock, picked up a box. Limit is one per card. What are the chances of my raincheck working and printing ecb back say if its used 6-8 months down the road… long after the advertised deal? Will my card still recognize that my limit was reached?

      • guest

Don't abuse the system. Be happy with the good deals CVS gives us.

      • Mysterious_Mentalist

No, the system is not sophisticated enough to keep track of everything “out of the ordinary.” Meaning, you may use the raincheck again in few weeks, good for CVS as you will be making a purchase, and CVs will be getting revenues/sale that they might otherwise not get

      • Amyzcakes

Yes, the system will know that you reached your limit. On the bottom of my reciepts it always shows what I've already reached the limit on and what I haven't.

    • Mini

Where can the Aveeno rebate form be found?

      • Jhurt

There is a link to the rebate form on the provided CVS shopping list.

        • Amydgriffin

There is a link for the $20 rebate.. what about the $10.. can't find it

    • Curious…

Not interested in abusing the system, just curious since rainchecks never expire? Purchasing for my nephew. Dont know why I did not think of this before but I could pass the raincheck on to my nephews mommie for her to use. Rain checks are in no way tied to your card and this should be fair and reasonable….

      • The last time I got a rain check, my store took meticulous notes and DID tie it to my card. I guess some have been abusing the system and getting rain checks when all are gone, then getting the deal more than the allowed times.

        • How did they manage that? Did they write your card number on the raincheck or something?

        • Mysterious_Mentalist

If you are saying, they wrote your card number on raincheck, it still makes no sense. the syatem does not keep count of items bought on rainchecks. Moreover, ECBs on rainchecks are issued manually, meaning the system has no way of stopping it. Unless, they come up with a sophisticated system that would simply pop up all the history and block any further ecb on items etc., I do not see how that can be implemented like that. On a side note, there is no such system upgrade in work, to my knowledge; this isn't a big issue if consumers come back for a repurchase of items-That is good for the business-Marketing 101.

    • Cyclingmomof4

I scanned my card today and got a $2 off Bounty paper towels. They are on sale this week – an 8 pack for 5.97 so with the coupon – it makes it 3.97 for 8

    • Couponmomma327

M&M's pretzel candies are part of the bogo mars candies this week. There is a bogo manf. cooupon in the Red Plum from this sunday. Can I get 2 bags of candy, use the coupon and get both for free?

      • NewSaver

        yep. :)

      • Kimboone123

The coupon will only let you get 79 cents for each bag. However, 10 cents for 2 bags of M&M's is still a GREAt deal! I got 6 bags today for my kids! It was a nice surprise.

        • 3monkeysmom

I caught that too…..but for some reason my cashier took of the whole 89 cents :-)

      • Amyzcakes

Yes you can. They were .89 at my CVS and I got them all for free. The coupon is good up to .89.

    • Lke212

Has anyone else had trouble with using the bogo stayfree coupon the store in Lebanon TN would not let me do it they always make you feel like you are stealing something from them I am so calling main office in morning they are so hard to deal with so therefore from now on I will go across the street to rite aid. Thanks

      • Mysterious_Mentalist

Assuming Q. were for the right items, I would blame myself if I did not insist on doing the right thing and if I did not teach them the right thing first politely, and then possibly with some hard talk and condescending attitude at their intelligence before I left and called the customer svce. The store/employees are doing a disservice to CVS and must be reported immediatley without any further delay.

      • Loveeveryone

Go to CVS. I just bought 6ks for 2.15.

      • Wmllewis

I'm so sorry to hear that you had a bad experience at your local store. Mine has always been so wonderful that I suppose I take it for granted.

I recently had a conversation with a clerk at my local store, as she was trying to exclude some of my acceptable coupons, in which I explained that the STORE actually comes out better accepting the coupon on an item, even if it makes it free, than refusing it. Many customers simply have them void the item off, and even if they complete the purchase, the store is actually LOSING money by not accepting it no matter which option the customer chooses! The store is reimbursed the face value of the coupon PLUS 8 cents! If they were only profiting 50 cents on an items, but accept a 75 cents off coupon, they're reimbursed 83 cents! It's a pretty sweet deal for the store AND the customer.

Good luck in straightening out your problem at your local store!

    • Hootiesoftball

I saw where someone had used 1 BIGI free M@M Q from Redplum this past weekend and go both bags free, I have 2 Q's so does that mean I get 4 bags free (sorry, new to this LOL)?

      • Amyzcakes

If you have 2 B1G1 coupons you get 4 free bags of M&Ms. I just did as well as 4 free Stayfree pads.

        • sadbrad

be careful – the coupon says “limit one per transaction” on both – and Rite Aid caught it, to my dismay :-(

      • Tlbmcguirecoupons

This week at CVS M&M's are b1g1 so if you use your b1g1 coupons you should get 4 packs for sales tax only (if applies).

    • Sonia

Just a head's up the Massaging Ben Gay –blue box– (I live in Georgia) is also at $5.99 at CVS and will get you the $2.00 ECB. There have been various coupons in June for this. But within the last two weeks 6/20 RP or SS ( I don't recall which one) there is also a REBATE! Not sure if regional or not. So take a look and see what you have

    • Loveeveryone

Wow! I just spent $2.10 at CVS for 6 pks (3.99 each)of Stayfree pads. Ok I know this seems crazy me saying this, but that is COOL! Heres how I did it. CVS right now has a sell going on buy one get one free. I had a few 1.00 off coupons from a while back ago and 1 $2.00 off coupon. Plus this week in the Sunday paper there was a buy one get one free coupon in it. So, I bought 6 pks and was only charged for 3 than I gave her the 3 of the 1.00 off coupons and the 2.00 off as well. Than I gave her 3 of the buy one get one that I had cut out of this weeks coupons and only paid $2.15. How cool is that. Any way just thought I would share this with you all. Hope it will come in use to you as well.

    • mzperk

I got 4 packs Stayfree pads, 4 bags M&M's, 1 tube 6.2 oz Colgate, 2 bottles of Vaseline lotion 24.7 oz and 1 Betty Crocker Warm Delights bowl for $1.53! I used my free $25 gift card that I got last week to pay for it so no money out of pocket.

    • Kat15

Also to mention, Aussie products are 2/5 this week, there is a q for $2 off any aussie styler when you buy a shampoo or cond. but it expires tomorrow… not bad $3 for a shampoo and a hair styler!! :)

    • Gettobobs

Can someone explain the logic on the BIG1 MMs and the use of B1G1 coupon? How does this equal out to be free. I have tried to rationalize this concept and cant figure it out. I have 2 B1G1 coupons as well, but wouldnt that mean I need to buy 2 and get two free??? How would the first two end up being free as well<????

      • Chrstyamyrs

CVS's coupon policy is that if they have something on sale that's BOGO, you can use a BOGO coupon. Somewhere on this site is a copy of the policy. I would print it out and take it with you because whenever I use BOGO coupons with a BOGO sale, they never go through and they always refuse to put it through until I show them the policy.

        • Gettobobs

I dont understand how that cancels out the price and makes them both free????

          • Mandy

CVS store sales are separate from manufacturer sales. Therefore, you buy 2. CVS's sale is B1G1. So you pay for one, and CVS gives you one free, right? Well, then your coupon covers the one that you paid for. CVS will get reimbursed from the manufacturer because you are technically purchasing 2 in the store. Just remember, the store sales are separate from what the manufacturer is offering/the coupon you have.

            • Gettobobs

Thanks guys, Hopefully my cashier will know all this. Maybe I should print their policy and also your guys knowledge to bring in with me incase there is a dispute, because I know I would lose!

            • guest

              Hope it goes well!

          • guest

One item is free thanks to CVS and the other is free thanks to the manufacturer. With CVS' sale you'd pay cash for one m&m and get the other one free. But instead of paying cash you use the manufacturer coupon.

CVS will be reimbursed by the manufacturer of the coupon (m&m will give CVS money). Which is why you get 2 free.

          • Tlbmcguirecoupons

I just the B1G1 on the Stayfree at CVS. They scanned my card, scanned all 4 packages (had 2 b1g1 q's) took off regular price on each q and then total due was $0.92 (sales tax).
When purchasing b1g1's at CVS the free one of a b1g1 purchase doesn't come off until the cashier hits total due key. They will take your coupons off first then hit total and then 2 more freebies will come off leaving you owing just the sales tax.
            Hope this make sense.

            • Mysterious_Mentalist

This is partly correct. If you scan your card the very first item before you scan anything, the register will start taking off b1g1 items 'right away”. On the other hand, if your card is not the first item scanned, meaning if you first scan any item you purchase and then scan the card ANYTIME after, the register somehow keeps showing regular price, not sale prices/deals until the very end by pressing the final enter key.

… This is not rocket science, more like third grade math…
            Our education system has failed.

            • Mohr4773

Kazzandra – this is one of the most asked questions about couponing, it is confusing, and is dependent on how the store handles the coupons – most of the comment on here are helpful and encouraging, yours just comes of as snotty

GREAT week at CVS. Used lots of B1G1 and coupons for free stuff. If you have not already done so, go to http://www.cvs.com/email and register your address. you will get an instant $4 off $20 coupon emailed to you. Must use within one week.

Went in CVS yesterday and scanned my CVS card and got $2 off q on Pantene.
        Had 2 – $2 mfr q's. on Pantene too.
Got a bottle of shampoo and 2 hairsprays that were marked 50% due to being old package design.
        Spent $1.99 for all 3.

    • Beth

I just went to my local CVS for the Stayfree deal. The manager walked up just as the cashier was about to start scanning my coupons and asked to see my coupons. She then proceeded to inspect every coupon as if I had just handed her counterfeit money! She then tells me that she will not accept the B1G1 coupons for the Stayfree because you have to actually BUY one to GET one. I explained to her that I was BUYING one. I was just using a coupon to do it. I also explained to her that the CVS coupon policy states that this is perfectly acceptable. She still refused. After getting her name I told her I would be contacting their corporate office and reporting not only her rude behavior but also the fact that she has apparently not been trained in all of their policies very well. She told me to go ahead but that they would tell me that this was a recent change to the policy. I will repost once I have spoken to them.

      • guest

What a bummer! Not only is it CVS' policy to accept BOGO coupon on store BOGO, but If you look at the CVS ad by the Stayfree it says “Coupon in Sunday's paper”!!!! They want you to use the coupon! Looking forward to CVS' response.

      • Sam

Thats what I am afraid of with these B1G1 deals. If the deal says Buy 1= Get 1, and the coupon says Buy 1 get 1, then the coupon valuse is only that of 1 price of product right? How can you buy 1 with a coupon that also says buy 1 and then get the product for free. Sounds too confusing to me, buying something with a coupon that also says Buy 1 to get 1.

        • Sandy

If you look at the Stayfree coupon it says: Retailer please fill in retail price: ______. The sales clerk will then write in $3.79. This coupon is then sent to the maker of the coupon, McNeil. McNeil sends CVS $3.79 plus 8 cents (for handling). McNeil purchased one pack of Stayfree pads for you, CVS is giving you the other.

It's not a coincidence that CVS has a BOGO sale at the same time there is a coupon. They get lots of product off the shelf and still make money.

      • Beth

I have found it helpful to go to the same CVS and develop a good relationship with the store staff. I chat a little as I check out and comment how wonderful CVS is and how much I shop there.

Yesterday I used the B1G1 q for four stayfree products. I ALSO used two other q's that were $2 off. I got all 4 free plus the extra $4 off. This was suggested in the SS scenario and I didn't believe it would work…but it did. The extra dollars off made the sale Bounty Papertowels free with a CVS coupon.

the point – find a CVS with helpful staff. it makes all the difference!

      • Melissa

I was treated like a criminal at CVS today for the first time ever. I was on a trip and stopped at the CVS in Tallahassee and they said they could only take one of the printed ziploc coupons because the other one was fake.Excuse me? They had different security codes and were in fact not copied. I would never do that. She eventually took it but I was so mad. She didn't apoligize and was so rude. I will be happy to get home and go to my regular store where everyone knows me and is nice.

      • Loveeveryone

That is not totally true I live in Springfield TN i was able to use my b1g1 and also use my 1.00 off and 2.00 off coupon. Sounds like you have cvs workers who hates to see someone save money. I am so sorry that this happen to you hope that it gets better.

      • Tleahale

I would shop around for a new CVS.

      • Svdbyhim

So I FINALLY heard back from CVS. Here is what they said………………..
        Dear ,

Thank you for contacting CVS/pharmacy. We appreciate the time you took to contact us with your inquiry.

In the case where a particular item is on sale for “buy one get one free” (BOGO), you are only allowed to use one manufacturer’s coupon. For instance, if Revlon lipstick is on sale for BOGO, you can use one manufacturer’s BOGO coupon. You would get both items free & pay any applicable tax. The Store Manager can limit quantities.

Again, thank you for contacting us. We value your business and look forward to serving you in the future.
        Sincerely,

        Jennifer

GREAT CVS trip today: Got 5 warm delights (used 4 75 cent coupons and 1 50 cent coupon), got 4 Stayfrees (used 2 B1G1 coupons), got 2 Airwick I-motions (used rain check from last week and $4 off coupons so only paid .99 each), got 2 M&M's (used B1G1 coupon), and 1 large Panteen that was marked 50% off (used a CVS $2 off coupon and a $1.50 manufactur coupon). Total out of pocket for all of this including tax was $4.87! The Panteen along regular price was $8 so I'm excited about today's purchases! Also, walked out with $1 ECB (4th green tag trip), ad some more CVS coupons including the $2 off Bounty coupon that I”ll use tomorrow when I go back and pair it with a Bounty manufactur coupon! YEAH!

      • 3monkeysmom

I'm glad somebody was able to find the Warm Delights :0) I went to 2 different stores and they were both sold out!! This was on Monday….hoping they've re-stocked by now :-)

        • rs

Make sure you get a raincheck. They don’t expire and you can get as many as you want (unless there’s a limit posted). Our stores got trucks today, so maybe yours did too! :)

          • Anonymous

            I just price-matched them at Wal-Mart…..I really hate admitting I went to Wal-Mart ;-)
But…I had to buy baking supplies for the 4th and I was able to score a ton of stuff on clearance for my daughter’s b’day party….so it was a blessed trip, even though it was one I didn’t want to take!!

    • Rachel797

Had to make an extra trip to CVS today, and thanks to all of the posts knew about the Pantene coupon. I found Christophe shampoo marked down to 1.99 and they had a $2 q on a tear pad!!!! Also got Pantene restoratives 2 for $2.79 with my BOGO q, $2 CVS q, and an additional $2 q!

    • Peyton

I found a great deal at CVS today. I had 2-B1G1 ziploc bag coupons from the back of Honey Nut Cheerios boxes. I bought 4 at 2.50 ea, got $5 off with coupons and got $5 ECB back. The deal would have been sweeter if I had ECBs from last week.

    • Mikeandmarcieblack

how do you make the picture dvd? i signed up with cvs photo online, but i can't figure out how to get started. i would prefer to do this from my home computer and then pick it up at the store.

    • Henryknox9

I got a “Sliders grill” for 3.12+tax that was left over from Christmas stuff at my CVS! thank you Jenny! I never would have gone to look for deals there had it not been for this site!

    • Valerie

Very grateful for any help here………..
      1. If something is a B1G1F and lets say the limit is 4. Does this mean I can buy a total of 4 of the item or 4 of the “deal” for a total of 8 of a given item?
      2. Are the limts per week? For example, if there is an ECB deal early in the month and two week later the same deal occurs, can I get the ECB again? I mean this in the context of weekly deals (and perhaps such deals would not ever occur in such close proximity). I understand some are monthly deals and presume I would be able to do that once (or whatever the limit) may be in a given month.

      Many thanks!!

      • Mysterious_Mentalist

        1. Limit is for “offers” meaning, you can get 4 b1g1 offers for a total of 8 individual items.

        2. Limits are almost always per week, with every new week resets to new deals. In few cases, deals are monthly, in which case you just have to keep looking at bottom of your receipt to see if limit is reached for the week/month. However, if limit is for the whole month, lets say 2 ecb offers per month, the weekly ad might still say “1 limit” which means they want you to buy 1 for this week and possibly there is another advertised sale week coming. Nevertheless, if your receipt doe snot state “limit reached” you may go ahead and finish your limit for the month in that one week.

    • Kazzandra

Dude, for the first time, I didn't have to raincheck. I got everything I wanted for 34.60 (tax included):
      1 Aveeno Shampoo
      1 Aveeno Conditioner
      1 32oz Aveeno Lotion
      1 Intensive Aveeno Lotion
      1 Schick Quatro for Women
      1 Playtex Sport 32 count
      2 Stayfree Packages
      1 8 pk Bounty Basics
      3 Gold Emblem Candies
      2 M&M Pretzel
4 Other Candy Bars (because my last transaction went negative and I needed a quick filler)

This is the first time I managed a really successful CVS trip. I'm so proud ;)

When I try to access the aveeno rebate on the aveeno site it takes me to a $20 rebate on any aveeno ageless vitality product rather than the $10 off a $25 purchase rebate that is listed here and advertized on the aveeno website….anyone have the actual $10 off $25 rebate form??

Rebate listed here bottom left: https://www.aveeno.com/
      takes you to: https://www.aveeno.com/sites/default/files/Aveeno_0614OnlineRebate.pdf

      • emtshopper

I printed out the rebate for Avenno when it was first posted and it was the $10 off $25. Its there somewhere unless there was a limit on them.

    • TinaO

Has anyone tried to look for the Aveeno $10 rebate form for $25 purchase? It's taking you to the wrong rebate form. I'm pretty sure that I saw the right form earlier in the week.

      • Laura Amye

i noticed that too… and i tried going to the aveeno website… its the wrong rebate form when you click the link… not sure what to do about this…

    • Linda

I need help finding the Aveeno $10 mail-in rebate when you spend $25. When I click onto the posting Jenny has it only gives me the $20. rebate Ageless Vitality.

      • Gamecockshan

I am getting the same thing.

        • Freedomspradley1

          Go Gamecocks!!

Heads up for CERA-V COUPON. … There is a $2.00 Cera-V coupon on Coupons.com. This is one of the only lotions that my daughter can use when her excema flares in the winter. It’s between $11 and $14 per bottle so every little bit helps!!! I’ve never seen this coupon ever except from the dermatologist. (Aveeno lotion (pink cap) works well for us in general but sometimes we have to buck up & use the expensive stuff to get it back under control :@)

      • Littleloveleigh

We use Cera-V also. What zip did you use? I couldn't find it. :(

        • Littleloveleigh

Okay, found it under “personal care” THANKS

    • kiki

Help! Where is the mail in rebate form for the $10 when you buy$25 in aveno products?! I can only find the $20 rebate for skin care!

    • helpme

Has anyone else experienced problems with the playtex items? The ad says ANY playtex items, but the store closest to me is not including the smaller boxes at 5.29. I visited another one and they are, but they were all out..

      Can anyone help?

      • 3monkeysmom

I didn't buy the Playtex but I was VERY confused by the Schick….like you said, the ad says *ANY*, and I got two different kinds of Schick razors but when I got to the shave gel, I didn't know what was going on. The only signs indictating the sale were on the Edge shave gels, the trial size Skintimate and the trial size Gillette!! Why is Gillette included in a Schick sale?? I made sure I was reading the sign correctly….it was the Shick/Playtex deal and it even said Gillette and the size! I was going to get the Schick Hydro b/c I had a coupon for that but I don't know if it was included….no sign and it was showing full-price on the scanner. So I just wound up buying the travel size Skintimate.
Didn't make much sense to me :-)

About the Aveeno Rebate $10 off $25
I called Aveeno today and they said they were having problems with internet site. They said promotion is still going on and should be resolved in the next two days!!
      I hope this helps =)

      • kiki

        thank you!

      • Padonie

Thanks! I was just about to post that I could only find the rebate form for a skin care product. I'll check back in a few days!

      • Jenni

I'm also trying to get that rebate form, so I'm glad to read it IS still going on…

        • Jenni

They still haven't fixed this, and it's going into a holiday weekend now… Seriously, how hard is it for a company that large to fix a link on their website?

    • Wpoovey

Where can I find CVS Coupon Policy?

    • Tleahale

CVS in Stockbridge GA has Basic Paper towels 8 count for 5.97. The coupon scanner in store is printing out $2 coupon. Makes it 3.97

      • Meredith1976

I got these the other night at CVS in Roswell and used the $2.00 coupon from the coupon printer at front of store. I also used a $.25 man. coupon. It made it $3.72 for 8 big rolls. GREAT deal. That comes to less than $.47/roll!

      • ireneY

DH got a $1/1 any Bounty coupon in the mail. He never gets coupon mailings, so I think it's from the free razor MIR mailing list I signed him up for. :) Keep an eye out for a postcard.

        • Kim

Next week Bounty is on sale and you get $1 ECB. There is a $2 CRT printing from the red box thing at the front of the store which you can combine with a manufacturers coupon to get $3 off Bounty and get $1 back.

        • Abigail

my DH got one too! $1 off ANY one Bounty Towels! How awesome!

    • Meredith1976

Just in case some of you are not aware, if you have a coupon that printed on your receipt (i.e. $4 off a purchase of $20 or more) use it FIRST, then use man. coupons. It makes sense when you think about it but I know sometimes we get rushed and just hand coupons to cashier. Just make sure you hand that over 1st so it is taken off of your total bill before coupons.

On another note, I went to CVS last week or the week before and got 6 rolls of paper towels, 6 Renuzit air freshners, 2 Old Spice body washes, 2 Right Guard, deoderants, a Cover Girl lip gloss and two packs of gum. I used my $4 off $20 1st then my other coupons and my total was $13.18 but I got $13.00 back in ECB which I then turn around and used for $1/each Softsoap hand soaps, 6 more rolls of paper towels and a case of water. So, I got all that (about $60 worth of stuff) for $.18! I love couponing.

      • Avasmommy

How do you know for sure with items will give you back ECB?

        • ToddDu

Look above for list with ECB or tag on merchandise will be prominently displayed

    • Freedomspradley1

I made my first trip to CVS couponing. I got $75 worth products, saved $45 between sale prices and coupons, paid $30, earned $13 ECB, and a $5 mail in rebate. In summary it only cost me $12 bucks to get $75 dollars worth products. This is awesome!!

    • Hootiesoftball

I am new to the couponing still on the B1G1 Free deals, could you tell me if I go to CVS and use 3 B1G1 Q's for the Stayfree, will all 6 packs be free (I know I'll have to pay the tax)?

Also, I'm planning on using my $10 off $50 purchase this weekend, I have other items to purchase but on the Stayfree, they will ring them all in at atleast $3.79 (x 6 = $22.74), so all I will need to purchase is another $27.26, is this correct? Also, they will take all 6 $3.79 B1G1 Q's of mine off of this total also, correct?

      • guest

Yes, you will get all 6 packs free at CVS with the combination of the store sale and coupons. I'm not 100% sure about this but I think your total is going to be $11.37 (before your coupons) because when your CVS card is scanned, half of the Stayfrees will be free. Does this make sense to you??

        • Hootiesoftball

Ok so $11.37 before my 3 Q's for $3.79 which will balance out the total to $0 (I know I will have to pay tax on them though). So as far as the $10 off of $50 though, I will only have $11.37 (for 3 pks) towards my $50 purchase right so I will need the difference in other merchandise?

          • ToddDu

I would get enough to cover the $50 but I have read from others that you would want to give your card after you use the $10 of $50…

    • Hootiesoftball

      Sorry, I mistyped, I have 3 B1G1 Stayfree Q's, not 6.

    • kristie

Lexington CVS has Pantene 50% off on end cap smaller bottles are $2.49 each and larger bottles are $3.99 each(they have a bunch). If you have the B1G1 Pantene coupon from the Parade and the $2 off any Pantene styler, also from the Parade, then this makes a great deal. What makes it even better is most of the items have $1 peelies on them and when I swiped my card when I went in I got a $2 off any Pantene, so I was able to get 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 hairspray for $.77 including tax. (I used the B1G1, $2 off styler, 1 – $1 peelie, and the $2 CVS coupon) Not a bad deal at all for Pantene!

      • Karen

My CVS (Athens, TN, Decatur Pike store) had the Pantene on clearance, too, but there was a hand-made sign on the shelf saying you could not use “other offers” with them. I asked the clerk and she said it meant no coupons. I was in a hurry and decided not to debate the issue, but I wonder why they stipulated that. :P

    • Punkindoodl

Printed the $5 SC Johnson Rebate and noticed that it's if you purchase the items between 10/1/09 and 6/30/10. I wish I would have known this yesterday. I am going to CVS today…1 day late. I think I'm going to mail it in anyways..it's worth a shot.

      • Arielles

I hadn't noticed the purchase date either! I was planning to go in the morning! Oh well! Thanks for the headsup!

hiee can anyone please tell me how do i print quarterly 2% cash back online…in the rewards tab i see it but theres no option i can print it….can anyone please help?

      • Kim

Are you talking about printing your Extra Care Bucks from the website?

        • Samplesfun

ya…when i sign into my account and click on extracare rewards i don't see any tab for printing it?

          • Kim

Does it tell you if you have any rewards? Mine says how many ECBs I have and then under it has a red button that says print rewards. Your rewards will print at the store, too. I also got an email telling me I had rewards.

            • Samplesfun

i don't see any red button ….looks liek will have to go to cvs itself…thanx anywys :)

            • Samplesfun

i went to cvs and scanned my card…but still it dint print….this was the first time i was trying………when i click on rewards it shwows 2% towards spending….:(

            • Kim

If you have rewards, it will have the amount in red and you can actually click on the dollar amount you have in rewards. Everyone earns 2% of their purchases towards ECBs each quarter. How long have you had your EC card?

            • Samplesfun

              approx 2 months….

      • I just learned yesterday that if you scan your CVS card into the machine they have in the store it will print those for you.

    • Lauramocha5

I live in Tampa. Does anyone know if there are Xtra coupons in the SS 6/16 ? Not finding them.

      • Smurphy

The list says 6/06, but I dont see them in mine and actually they arent on the master list of coupons for 6/06. Does anyone know if there are any and if so where. Thanks

      • Angela

Hi Lauramocha5- not sure about the coupons in the paper but if you have Dollar General where you are you might check them for blinkies. Our DG's have them in most of their stores here in South Alabama. $1/1 MQ's.

    • Heather

Has anyone tried the Bananana Boat deal with the After Sun product. It is not marked as such at my CVS and didn't want to change it. Just wondering if anyone had any luck?

    • Cherry

      I spanked CVS yesterday.
      $111.66 before CVS card
      $-25.04 in sales savings
      $-31.55 in coupons
      $23. in Extra Buck Rewards
      $15 mail in rebates

      That's $17.07 – thanks Jenny

    • Susangoff

I can't find the $10 Aveeno rebate when you spend $25. The link keeps taking me to the Aveeno Ageless Vitality $20 rebate but that's not what I purchased. Can anyone help?

      • Apparently the rebate offer has changed because I can't find anything exept the $20 for ageless vitality either.

        • Jenni

We all need to contact Aveeno about this and get them to answer/fix their website. The rebate is advertised on their front page. They have to stick with that.

$7 off Prevacid 42ct in Parade in the 6-27 AJC Sunday paper. Parade has a few coupons each week usually.

Had a good trip to CVS this week. Spent just under $5 and saved $22. I got 3 BC Warm Delights ($.88 each) and used 3 – $.75/1 Q … making each $.13 each. I also got 4 BC Brownie mixes ($.88 each) and used 2- $1/2 Q … making them just under $.50 each. With the new Pantene style out, the old style bottles are 1/2 off at our CVS. I got 2 at 1/2 off and used $2 CVS q and a $1/2 Q … making them $1 each. Loved that my DH was so wrong when I made him guess how much I spent. He swore it had to be over $10 at the least. I'm making him a believer.

Had a birthday last week, CVS sent me $3.00 to use, no purchase needed!! Now that is nice!

Does anyone have a copy of the $10 Aveeno MIR they could email to me? The website is still showing me the $20 MIR for Ageless Vitality. I need the $10 MIR for any Aveeno products. Thank you. jillsdahl @ yahoo . com

      • Jenni

I contacted them online about that. Haven't heard back yet. I can't get to it either. And their search function does not even work.

    • Kay Brown

I too would like to have a copy of the $10 Aveeno MIR. I find the $20 for Ageless Vitality but not the one for hair care. I have never done this before so if someone has one I would greatly appreciate it. Kay

      • kidsallgone

The rebate form is in PDF. Just save it to your computer/documents to print out later :)
        Thanks for the heads-up.
        Now…where are all the coupons???

    • Gingiraffe

MY CVS had select Cover Girl B1G1 1/2 price. And they had suncare included in the Aveeno deal. Too bad there is a limit of 1!

    • Rosie from FL

Well I did not have a good experience in the CVS down from my office. They did not take my competitors coupons. I had rain check and the cashier forgot to key in my extra bucks. Where I had to go back. Got home and realize that the competitors coupons that she did take actually where charge as items. She charge an extra Glade. Went back this morning to get it all straight and I did get all that was owed to me back. However the Assitant Manager has such a nasty attitude. I would not go back and purchase anything there. I am actually returning a couple of other items that I bought. This store is in New Tampa. Corner of Bruce B Downs and HWY 56. Nasty, Nasty People to couponeers..(get it coupons and pioneers)

I am new to ECB. I noticed in your example transactions that you didn't use any ECB toward your purchases. Is there a reason for that?

      • Angel_in_Charleston

She used ECBs in each of the scenarios listed. Look carefully and you will see.

    • Hed041303

In your ideal buy is where I didn't see your ECB being used.

Scanned my card, got my ECBs and a $2 off Pantene CVS cpn. Some Pantene is on clearance – 50% off – so $2.49 for the 12 oz and $4 for the 25 oz. Combined wit the $1 Pantene MFG cp makes it $1 for the large size.
