can not find the 3/2 right guard. only 1.00 coupon. anyone have any better luck

      • Carla

I think that will be issued on Sunday 8/15

        • regina

          no, it says printable

      • MaryT

I used 90210 zip and also only saw the $1; however, I'd printed 3 of the 3/2 at some point in the past. But wouldn't you rather use the B1G1 from RP 7/25 anyway? If the sale is B1G1 and the coupon is, too, wouldn't that make both FREE?

        • regina

believe I used that one already

    • Enoughsaid

I have a crt for” $4 off any $10 purchase of Revlon Color Cosmetics”. The mascara does come in shades of black and brown.

      • LB514

OOH I have that one! That will make it .49 each (for the $7.49 items). I wonder what the 7.49 item is?

    • Anonymous

FYI…there is a recall on Kellogg’s Cereal. You may want to scan items UPC code & exp date before buying.
      http://consumeralert.kelloggs.com/consumeralert.aspx?id=3870

      • Jessica

All the recalled ones should be expired by now, so as long as you make sure the boxes you get are in date, you should be safe.

        • Katf

Not according to that link above, they don't expire until 2011. Thanks for the link, had no idea, going to check the pantry now!

      • Nona

OMG!! my Harris Teeter just had Kelloggs 50% off last week…I bet thats why! I bought 40 boxes of cereal! this makes me sick!

    • ScottK

Fantastic! I have a $4 off $20 coupon which rocks when they have deals like this. I can get the eyewash, fusion, zegerid, cereal and more and get paid again!

    • Kb

this is a great week for me! lots of things I would truly need and use! and good on groceries too!

    • MaryT

Don't see the $4 Zegerid Q in the August “All You” mag. Am I missing it somehow?

      • Pg. 66 ;-)

        • MaryT

MAJOR THANKS!! Wonder why it's not listed in the index? Are not all the Qs listed in each issue? This is only my second copy, so I'm learning as I go!

      • Dwebb

I have seen on this site that the coupons in the All You that comes by subscription are different from the ones that are sold in Walmart. Maybe this is the case?

        • MaryT

Nope, it's there — on p.66 just as Holly wrote below! Just not listed in the index for some reason??

          • MaryT

I should clarify, I guess, that I have a “subscription” copy, not the one from Walmart.

          • Jenni

I am so glad to have the SouthernSavers forum! When I first checked the index and didn't see it, I immediately checked the comments, KNOWING that SOMEone will have answered where it could be found!

            • Supermombeaufort

I've been doing this since the beginning of the year and just learned through reading this that there is an index in All You! I'e been flipping through the entire magazine looking – ha ha!

    • Luce

When I go to the link for the Sobe B1G1 coupon it's not there. Any suggestions?

      • Robin

Go to http://headsortails.sobe.com/ and click on Play Now (without a code). You can play once a day and it will let you print off 2 BOGO coupons (unless you win something better). I play every morning and print out my coupons.

      • carrie

I was wondering the same thing

      • MaryT

You play the “flip” game to get the coupons. Go to sobe(dot)com and look at the bottom of the screen to find the block with the game link. When the next screen comes up, click “no” if you don't have one of the special black lids. Then choose a person and help them unscrew the lid so they can flip it. If you win, you can print 2 by registering through the sobe site and can also go back and print 2 more by logging into facebook from that screen. I've played it off and on as I remember it (can play daily) and have accrued about 30 of these coupons (4 per day), half with 31 Aug date and half with 30 Sep date. Can you tell I love SoBe?! I wait for B1G1 sales and get 6 each time for FREE, using 3 coupons!!

      • Shel_bel1985

When I play the game I can't never find my coupon. Help??

    • Did anyone else get a 20% off your purchase q in the mail? it's good for only 8/14 and 8/15, and doesn't include sale items or ECBs.

      • Yes, I got one and was wondering about it since it did say doesnt include sale or ECBs.

      • Xraychik512

Yeah I got it too, well actually my mom got and gave it to me. Can I still use it if it isn't mine? And can I use it with other coupons and ECB deals? I'm confused :)

        • Honeysmith

I don't think you can use others' coupons because they are linked to their card.

      • Mine did say that you couldn't use it on sale items or with any cvs coupons, which I assume means ECBs.

        • moneysaved4disney

geesh! I didn't read all the small print. Thats a bummer!

    • Downs1418

      Here's my scenario.
      Head & Shoulders $4.99 2 ECB
      -1.00 RP 8/15
      Purex 3-n-1 $5.99 2 ECB
      -3.00 RP 8/15
      Pilot Easy Touch Pens $1
      -1.00 printable
      Sobe B1G1
      -B1G1 printable
Gilette ProGlide Razor $9.99 5 ECB
      -4.00 PG 8/1
      Total: $25.47 plus tax
      -12.50 coupons
      -$4/$20
      -9 ECB
      Total OOP: Nothing but tax
      Receive 9 ECB

      • Freedomspradley1

You can also use the B1G1 Head & Shoulders SS 7/11 q w/ the -$1 RP 8/15 and get a 2nd bottle of shampoo free. The ECB is only good for 1 bottle though.

        • Down1418

I've already used those up. Otherwise, I would be all over that.

    • Rebman

If I spend $9.50 before tax (over $10 after tax) and I use a $9.99 ECB will the full $9.99 be used or only $9.50 of it?

      • amy

        9.50

      • ECB's can't be used to pay for tax, so only the value of the products you buy will come off. Remember they won't give you the change back either so grab something worth 50 cents so you aren't throwing away money.

        • Emily

I have found that if I pay with an ECB worth more than my pretax total, the tax dissapears.

          Example:
          Pretax Total: $9.50
          Tax: $0.57
          Total: $10.07
–Pay with $9.99 ECB which cashier will manually enter for $9.50 to avoid having it cover the tax–
          Total magically– $0.00

However, if I add a $0.50 filler and bring my total to $10 even, then pay with $9.99, making my pretax, after ECB, total $0.01, I will then have to pay the $0.57 tax plus the tax on the filler item.

So, I always try to get just under the value of my extra care bucks. I technically loose some change on each of them, but to me I'm not loosing anything because it is keeping me from coming out of pocket. If i'm willing to loose $0.50 on my ECB, then I avoid paying the tax in cash. Make sense?!? :)

      • BrenLuk

yes. ECB's will not cover tax. You need to get a small filler item.

    • Angela

Just got a coupon for $5.00 off your next purchase of $30.00 or more in my e-mail from CVS. Valid through Sunday 08/15/10.

      • MaryT

So did I! I've been getting them pretty regularly — no sure why? Last week there was none, but before that I had 3 in a row, and now this week again! No complaints!! :o)

        • Glosmommy

I got a $4 off $20 for three weeks in a row and I just got another one today. YIPEE!!!! Very glad to see ECBs earned with Purex 3 in 1. I love those things.

          • Alexis

I was getting tons of them pretty regularly for a while, then they just stopped… it's been several weeks since I've gotten one!

        • NSBsaver

Same here! So happy to see one this week!!!!! WhooHoo!!!!!!!!

      • Freedomspradley1

I've probably got 8 -$5/25 CVS q's in the last 3 weeks. They are printing from the kiosk or on the end of my receipts. Woohoo!

        • RobinB78

          Color me jealous!!! ;-)

      • Angel_in_Charleston

Wish we could figure out the secret for getting these coupons … I haven't received one in many months.

        • kim

I have never gotten a coupon in my email and never on my register receipt either! I tried to go in a make changes to my Extra Care Card and it won't let me. Anyone know the secret to getting the email coupons?

      • Margie

I used to get these on register receipts all the time before I started couponing. But within a few weeks of starting couponing (which was about 6 months ago), I stopped getting them and haven't gotten one since. And I've never gotten one in my email. Am I doing something wrong?

        • Jbush27

That happened to me too. I got them every week for a couple of months when I first figured out how to shop at CVS and then I never got another one. I think the more you shop there the less they give you.

    • Alli

I'm excited for this week! Here's my plan:

$7.99 Blink Tears Eye Drops (7.99 ECB)
      -1.50 printable
      $5.99 Purex 3 in 1 (2 ECB)
      -3 RP 8/15
      (2) 2.99 Right Guard Total Defense
      -B1G1 Right Guard

      Total: ~20.00 plus tax
      -$4/20
      -10.50 coupons
      -$5 ECB from last week

      OOP: .50! $10 ECB!

      • Teaguewoman

remember the deoderant is B1G1 so one of the $2.99 will not count towards the $20. hope you see this before you go. you could buy 4 sobes and use 2 B1G1 coupons and still come out close to the same :)

        • Jewel74

At our store, the B1G1 never come off until they hit total at the very end of the transaction. I only know this because I was confused one day when I was doing the Sobe's & it was still like $10 before they hit the total button, then all the free stuff comes off. Not sure if it's like that everywhere, but it is at ours.

I got a Minute Clinic postcard mailer in the mail a couple of days ago. You take the mailer to your local Minute Clinic and they give you a $5/$15 CVS coupon.

    • Verabelle

Is the razor deal limit one for the month or for the week, because i just got one last week. Can I get another again and still get my ECBs??? Thanks!

      • Freedomspradley1

I think last week was a Schick razor ( I didn't have q) and this week is Gillette so you should be good to go!

        • Verabelle

Thanks for your help. I actually got the Gillette last week, and I got the Schick this week, and I was wondering if I can get the Gillette deal again next week when its on sale again.

    • Laray

I have a $5 off gillette fusion razor, will that work for the proglide deal, or are they different?

      • marinewife

It should; On the Proglide's package it says, “Gillette Fusion Proglide” razor.

      • Freedomspradley1

The ProGlide is a Gillette Fusion razor so you are good to go!

      • sarahinNC

Where did you find this $5 one? Thanks!

    • Fishnfools97

A register coupon printed last week for $3 off Cottonelle 18 rolls. Couldnt find an 18 roll pack in the store. Hope they have it this week since that is on sale!

    • Pinkandblackcrazy

if it is an ECB deal with a limit of 2 will can you do both in one transaction like the glide floss

      • Angel_in_Charleston

You can do both in same transaction but it will print one $5 ECB for both instead of two ECB for $2.50 each if you purchase separately.

    • JL

Has anyone ever used CVS batteries?? We go through them like crazy and did not know id the B1G1 would be worth it.

      • happymom

I bought them B1G1 a few months ago- we used them in our kid's monitors. They did not last long at all. I'm all for store brand stuff, but batteries aren't always created equal. If you have kids and go through batteries quickly, it may be worth it to buy rechargables. You pay a little OOP at first (but you can still find good deals) and eventually they've paid for themselves.

      • NSBsaver

Me too!!! I just purchased the CVS Rechargeable BOGO. I have only used each set once so far. Hoping they last a while!

      • law

We use them and they work just as well as others. They are fueling my infant son's swing right now =) I went in to CVS to buy some name brand ones, but theirs were BOGO so I picked them up. Great find!

    • JenniferR

Is anyone else having trouble getting the Blink coupon to print?

      • carrie

        Yes!!

        • JenniferR

Bummer! I just keep getting a “printer error.”

          • Alexis

I did too, then it finally printed!

            • JenniferR

Man, I've tried on 3 different computers, and it hasn't worked ONCE. I'll have to try again later when I'm not feeling murderous rage toward my printer. ;)

            • Kristin

I had that problem, and I uninstalled coupon printer from my computer and reinstalled it and it worked. HTH

      • Jenni

I was just able to get it to print. Had no problems.

    • Ahutchins9

wow cant wait for this week. I will be getting 98.00 for 15.00 oop getting 44.00 eb back!

      • lili

please post how you are going to do this

      • Brittanynajarian

YES, please post how you are going to do this!!!!

      • WynetteC

My motto the ECB's is Save and Roll. They add up little by little each week and as long as there are good ECB sales, this is possible and eliminates mulitple transactions. It can be done! :)

    • marinewife

Just so you know, the Blink Tear Drops coupon prints at the BOTTOM of the page! (for those of you who like to maximize the use of paper :) )

    • Pinkandblackcrazy

will the crest rinse coupon from8/01 not work on the ECB sale

      • LB514

That coupon is for the 1 liter size, the ECB sale is for the smaller size :(

    • Will CVS have a problem with my Sobe Q's if they are black and white?

      • Richfolk5too

I've never had a problem. I always print my coupons in black & white.

        • Okay, thanks! yay

          • Side note- I would highly suggest putting your printer preview on as well. Sometimes coupons have big ads underneath them or they print at the end of the page.

Save yourself some ink and hit the cancel button after your coupon prints so it doesn't print the ad! :)

            • WynetteC

You've got a good printer. Mine does not cancel immediately but prints away happily regardless the cancel job flashing on the screen. I have just conceded to losing the “wasted ink” battle and I flip my paper over for that second print. :)

            • Siasdaviscoupons

Good idea! Mine won’t stop printing if I hit “cancel” on the computer, but it stops immediately if I hit “cancel” on the printer itself. Don’t know if that’s the case with yours, but it might help someone out there!

        • artlady

On a side note, how do you get your coupons to print in B&W, or fast draft? Whenever printing coupons I never get a choice to choose before I print. Is there a default setting that I should have set when downloading the coupon printer?

          • Lrb610

go to devices and printers right click on your printer choose printer preferences the color tab and you can choose black and white on my hp printer i also had to change the drop down box to black ink only this will make the printer only print black and white all the time you will have to change it back to print any color

            • artlady

Thanks for the info….I have an iMac, though….so i think the settings are a bit different? I think I may know one thing I could do…have to try it out next coupon I print. Even if it doesn’t work, I know I’m still saving tons of money thanks to those coupons and Southern Savers! :)

          • cblakefl

On your printer default settings in “printers and faxes”, or File/Print… in your browser. Mine is set to black and white. I never print coupons in color.

    • Chewie

      I cannot find this rebate.
Free Elle Mirror wyb CoverGirl LashBlast product, Mail in Rebate
The link says not found. Has anyone been able to print the rebate form?

    • Chewie

I also did not see the Pop-Tart coupon. I was able to view the other Kellogg coupons but did not see one for Pop-Tarts. Did I miss something?

      -$1/2 Kellogg’s Pop-Tarts, 8 ct +, Kroger Home Mailer, RP 7/11 or printable (makes it $1.16)

    • momof3inATL

I went into the CVS in ATL near Toco Hills this am. The store had changed all of its sale tags and the new prices reflected next week's sale items (week of 8/15). The store clerk asked me if I needed help (Obviously! I was perplexed why my coupons were not cooresponding with their prices). I referred to the sale magazine in the store and there is a typo on their sales add. Next week's sales add has this week's sales date. I brought it to the store manager's attention and everyone is confused. hmm….

    • cb

I think the Pilot pen coupons are all gone. I got the msg. that I'd already printed, but have not.

      • Allibugsmom

The same thing happened to me.

      • I had that problem too. I switched to IE and was then able to have the link forwarded to my email then I was able to print it.

    • Megan

Does a Buy One Get One free special at CVS mixed with a Buy One Get One free coupon make the 2 items free?

      • ScottK

        Yes :)

      • Siasdaviscoupons

Usually! That’s CVS policy, but some stores choose not to follow it (which is up to them, per CVS corporate; I checked). Check with your CVS to see if they’ll do it. Mine won’t. :(

    • kcreviews

My Glide Floss q from the PG 8/1 was only for .75 not $1.

      • Jewel74

I have a $2 off the Crest Rinse. It's in ml, so I'm hoping it is for the same size.

    • Katkoupon

“-$1 off Glide Floss, 35 m +, PG 8/01”. Mine was 75c off (1). Just wondering if the P&G coupons vary by region also?

      • RobinB78

Yes, they do vary by region. Mine was also for 75c. Still a decent deal though. :-)

        • Katkoupon

          Indeed! Thanks!

    • sarahinNC

When I clicked on the SOBE coupon link, it brought me to a page that said “buy one get one free” but it didn't look at all like a coupon, and there was a big blank space underneath where I think the coupon was supposed to be? How to find this coupon?

      • RobinB78

There's a game you have to play, the SoBe heads or tails game. You should “win” a BOGO coupon every day you play (assuming you don't win one of the bigger prizes!) You'll be prompted to print after you “win” Be sure to click the back button after the first print, you'll be able to get a second one!

        • sarahinNC

          Thank you, will try that!

        • Margie

Maybe you have to be on Internet Explorer? I have tried it in Safari and Firefox and get the blank box instead of the game on both.

    • HaydensMom

My Good Housekeeping magazine had a Tide coupon for 2.00

    • Gillian

At my local Walgreens I found peelies for $4 off any “Blink Tears” or “Blink GelTears” Lubricating Eye Drops (no size specified) that expire 12/31/2011.

      • surely you did not take those same peelies when you did not purchase that item…….

        • Mysterious_Mentalist

Sorry to chime in here! There may be people out there who would complain about those (all here) using coupons and washing away shelves when those same people are ready to pay full price, without coupons and sales and cant find the items on shelves. Not to counter what you are conveying-I totally agree with you in principle; but something real life to think about

          • what in the heck are you trying to” convey”? I'm lost. I simply said don't take peelies off of items that you are not purchasing. What are you saying?

        • wendyc33

she might just go to jail… lol. I do that when i normally purchase that product. its not a crime ok.

          • taking a peelie off of the item you purchased is how it is intended to be. Taking several extra for future use is pretty much the same as stealing. It comes down to ethics and your moral code. Jenny tries to promote an ethical site, but somehow we have acquired quite a few questionable characters on here. There are lots of other less upright blogs to join that promote what seems to be your gray area/looking fo rthe loophole/ non-ethical way of couponing.

      • Gillian

Whoa – didn't mean to start anything here! I was just spreading the news. I'm assuming everyone will act according to their own moral coupon code :)

      • Fiverollr

If youre going to cheat the manufacturer and stores by stealing the coupons, why not just go all the way and steal the product out right. That way you dont even have to buy Sunday papers.

        • wendyc33

That is your opinion ok. I dont see a problem taking a couple of them off the product you buy. That is why there on the product in the first place. You people take this stuff to the extreme ok. If you dont like it thats ok, but dont be ugly to people who comment on this forum about doing that. Talk about the coupon police. I think if you called the cops on me taking a peelie off a product they would not arrest me. If i stole the product off the shelf that is a different story.. Gosh plz chill out.

          • Fiverollr

If you took a $4 coupon off a product intended for the person who actually buys it, then the person who buys it loses the coupon. That's not being ugly, its being realistic. Rationalize your actions how you want, you basically took $4 that belonged to someone else. No the police aren't coming to get you, but it is thieving none the less. Not a huge deal, just another example of people's disregard for others.

          • guest

But it is not fair to the person who actually buys the product(now minus the coupon).

      • esturm1

        Chill, ladies! Geez . . .

    • Thanks Jenny!

    • jessi

Does anyone see the zegerid coupon in the all you? I am missing it, i looke in mine and one at the store

      • Smartblonde

pg 66. It's not listed in the index for some reason

        • Jessi

          thanks!

          • Jody

On page 6 of the Aug All You is a list of the coupons in the magazine and the page number it's on. I just found this out and it was very helpful.

        • Jefloyd7

Thank you so much. I had that same question!

        • Bev

Thanks, too! I was just looking for it and couldn't find it. I KNEW someone on Southern Savers would have the answer! :-) Love this community!

        • LindaB

Shoot…I should have looked here before leaving this morning! I looked in the All You index and didn't see it either. Next time I'lll check the messages first!

    • Nancy

Don't forget about the Zegerid OTC Mail-in Rebate! If you don't have the rebate slip you can get it from the coupon clipping services out there.

      • Smartblonde

Didn't it expire July 31st? Or is there another one out there?

        • Nancy

          I think you're right…it probably did expire on July 31st. I thought it was August 31st. Sorry…my bad! :)

          • Dianne

You had to buy it by July 31. The rebate form has to be postmarked by August 31. Thanks for this comment as I needed the reminder to get that in the mail!

    • law

What time do your CVS allow shopping of Sunday sales to start?

      • DonnaTN

Store vary so you could ask your store. Usually the day before around 4 or 6 pm.

    • mandy

Everytime I play the SOBE game it asks for my address so that something can be mailed. It doesn't give me a print promt. Am I doing something wrong? I'd like to print the B1G1.

      • Jane

It means you won a free sobe water as opposed to a BOGO coupon. That happened to me once too. You can try creating another account with sobe if you are in need of a coupon right away.

      • Beth

your free sobe coupon should arrive in 6-8 weeks. I'm waiting on ALOT of them.

    • Jane

I bought the ProGlide razor either last week or the week before. I made a CVS trip yesterday and it's not showing up on the bottom of the receipt. Does this mean I can buy another and get the ECBs back?

      • Zarate06

Yes, this is not a monthly deal but rather a weekly deal that is repeating! Yeah for more cheap razors!

    • Ghmoore1

I have a $2/2 for the Right Gaurd that is b1g1. I also have a b1g1 MQ. How can I combine these?

      • tarabj

        You can buy three.

      • Mysterious_Mentalist

Buy 3, use these two Qs. You will end up with 99 cents for three payable

    • macboy

Has anyone tried the shop this week's and last week's sale after 6pm on Saturday in non-24 hour stores in Orlando? Is this still valid?

      • Beth

I tried to shop at 8pm in Brunswick, GA last Saturday and they would not let me get the Sunday deals.

      • maconmoney

I got the deals at 3 o'clock yesterday afternoon at my CVS.

    • Elizabeth

Anyone know if CVS will allow a $ off coupon along with a B1G1 free coupon?

I'd like to buy 6 Right Guard Total Defense 5 deodorants and use (3) $1 off 1 printable coupons along with (3) B1G1 free coupons. Since they're already B1G1 free that should make for a $3 moneymaker. I know to hand over the $ off coupons first.

I've never done a $ off coupon, a B1G1 free coupon, and a B1G1 free sale at CVS. I'm just wondering if they allow this.

      • Mysterious_Mentalist

Normally speaking, you could not use any other coupon on thos etwo items that you intend to use b1g1 Q. I do not believe CVs register takes overage. What that means is, if you use 3 $3 Qs first, that will leave balance of about $6 on all 6 items. So, the cashier will enter first b1g1 Q and the value 2.99 will go thru; but now the total balance on all 6 product would be 2.96 (because you already have 3 pennies overage from $3 Qs), and two Qs to go. For second, the cashier will have to push 2.96 bringing the balance to 0 for all 6 items and you wont be able to use the 3rd b1g1. I am pretty sure this is how it works; but someone can chime in if they know something different.

On a side note;- If the b1g1 sale is with the card, then you may wanna try not to use the card first; use all Qs first; and thus tricking the register to accept Q for all original price. After the card scan and total enter, store sale price will be discounted and then you may have a luck in overage. Anyone let me know if there is more to this technique

      • Elizabeth

I just returned from CVS and I was not able to use my $1 off 1 coupon along with my B1G1 free coupon, but it was not because of the buy 1 get 1 free sale. The cashier did not understand the concept of using the $1 off 1 on the item I'm not getting for free. She was an elderly lady and I tried to explain it to her, but she just told me that it's against the law to use 2 coupons on 1 item. So, I just didn't use the $1 off 1 coupon. I believe if I would have had my normal cashier she would have allowed it.

    • sarahinNC

Newbie here….I have a buy one get one free Right Guard coupon, and I have a $1.00/1 Right Guard coupon. Can I buy 2 Right Guards and use these two coupons to get a great deal?

      • happymom

Yes! The B1G1 attaches to your “free” one and the $1/1 attaches to the one you paid for. My question would be, do you have to buy three and pay $1.99 or will CVS let you buy 2 and with your coupons have overage?

        • Ghmoore1

I have a $2 off 2 mq and a b1g1 mq. Will this work to buy 3 (buy one and get 2 free, and still take $2 off)? Thanks

          • tarabj

Yes, you can buy three and use these 2 coupons. You cannot however buy two and make it work.

    • lotsaspirit718

When I look at the CVS weekly deals for both 8/8-8/14 and 8/15-8/21, there is a link to a printable coupon for “-3.50 off Huggies Diapers and, 184+ ct, wipes”. When I click on the the blue “printable” link, I end up on Target's printable coupon website. CVS doesn't accept competitor's coupons. What am I doing wrong? Is anyone else running into this? Where can I find this coupon other than Target?

      • Elizabeth

Target's printable coupon website prints both manufacture coupons and target coupons. You won't know if it's a Target or a manufacture coupon till you print it. However, since Jenny has it listed here it's been verified that it is a manufacture coupon.

      • shellito1012

ARe you sure your CVS doesn't accept competitor coupons? Just make sure you ask if you haven't already. In my area, they take ANY coupon….

      • Dlodwick

I live in South Florida, and non of my stores accept Target manufacturers coupons. I can't use them anywhere but Target. It really stinks.

      • macboy

If the coupons says “Manufacturer's Coupon”, it supposedly can be used anywhere, even if there is a store logo on it. The store logo is only an example of where that item can be purchased.

    • Deb_paul

Can anyone tell me what the timeframe is on the limit? For example, above the limit on the Pro-glide Razor is one. Does this mean if i bought one a few weeks ago that I can't buy another one?? I know that CVS keeps up with the limits on some items on the ECB card but I don't if the limits are weekly or what?
      Thanks

      • AndysGirl

The limit is just for the week (the length of the ad), so you should be good to get another one.

    • Elizabeth

Oh, for those of you who have the $1 off 2 Caliber stationery item coupons printing from the magic coupon machine there's a great deal to be had this week.

Caliber 1 subject notebooks are on sale 2 for $1. Use your coupon and get 2 for FREE!

      • WynetteC

Nice!!! Thanks for that heads up! :) I am needing these actually and that will be perfect since I have a couple of those coupons.

      • Sarah

Thanks for the heads up! I had one that expired last Sunday, and I asked if they would accept it and they said yes! :)

    • Mamarea47

I bought the Gillette ProGlide razor $9.99 at CVS 8/14 about 8:15 p.m. but did not get the $5 ECB — should I have gotten the $5 ECB even though sale starts 8/15 and can I take my receipt back to the store? Nor did they have advertised on the shelf the B1G1 Right Guard Total Defense but I had a B1G1 coupon. Still saved over $50 on what I bought.

      • Donna

Was it a 24 hour CVS? If it was, I don't think their ad changes at 6:00 like others do. If not, I would take it back and rebuy it tomorrow! You should have gotten tomorrow's price.

        • kcreviews

My CVS is a 24-hour store and they told me they have the new ad stuff available after 6pm. I think for some stores it is midnight.

      • Mcoupons

Definitely take the razor back and re-buy it today. I just bought the razor today and it printed my $5 ECB.

      • Nita Royal

Prices may change on Saturday evening, but the EB's don't start printing until Sunday.

    • miatd

for anyone who has been to cvs already and done this deal…….does anyone know the price of the toothpaste on this deal……

      • I bought this one. Price was $5.99 2 pack

$2 ECB wyb Colgate Total Whitening Toothpaste, 2-4 pk. Limit 2

    • Coupacoupon

Are there any Huggies printable coupons left? Under any zipcode? Been pulling my hair out searching for them, nada. I am I just too late?

      • AH

Target is out of Huggies coupons. For the others you can use zip code 10011.

    • kim

i was looking at the sobe b1g1 deal/with coupon… how can BOTH be free? will the computer let it go thru? or does it do like bilo and some of the other stores and ring it up 1/2 for one item and 1/2 for the other? its late, i may be too sleepy to “get ” it… :) Happy Sunday everyone!!

      • Mysterious_Mentalist

It rings full price for one, and 0.00 for every second item after. Thus, b1g1 free Q has the value “full price”; thus leaving you 0.00 for every two combined.

      • momof3inATL

It doesn't seem to make logical sense but it works! That's good enough for me.

      • Andy'sGirl

I'll give you an example from my shopping trip today: Right Guard is $4.49. It's B1G1 this week, so when the cashier rang them up, one was $4.49 and one was $0.00. When she scanned my B1G1 coupon, it prompted her to enter the amount to take off. She entered $4.49, so it subtracted this amount from my order. Therefore, I paid nothing for both.

        • Dianne

          Good, clear explanation!

        • kcreviews

Yes, she's right, kim. You are not scamming the store. They are giving you a sale with the first free one and then the manufacturer is reimbursing them for the amount of the coupon, so they get the money back for the 2nd one. Using a B1G1 q is like paying them for one, only the coupon is paying, not you. Does that make sense?

    • $ in My Pocket!

      For any skeptics out there……………..

This guy at work told me about how his wife is getting all this stuff free at CVS using some website called Southern Savers……… Totally thought he was full of it until I checked you guys out last night.
I was so impressed with the methodology of the system, I went out at 11:30 on Sat night, bought a Sunday paper and a All You mag, registered online at CVS, and went to CVS with a stack of coupons and proceded to buy $36.00 dollars worth of stuff for $3.40!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Plus got 22.00 back in ECB!!!!!!!!! If it got any better then this, they would have to make it illegal!
      Thank you Southern Savers!
      I'm now a SS Addict!

      • Nancy

I agree. I checked out all of the couponing sites and I have to say that Jenny is the BEST. You rock girlfriend!

      • Jamie R.

I wonder if this was my husband that shared the information with you. He came home and told me last week that he shared some information with his co-workers and they were a bit amazed.

It is a great site and has helped us save a bunch of money :)

      • Kimboone123

Thanks for putting a smile on my face with your story! I love it when new people discover this wonderful site that Jenny provides for us! If she ever comes near where you live you should really go to one of her workshops! They are WONDERFUL!!! congrats on a WONDERFUL first trip! You’ll now be addicted like the rest of us!

    • texassaver

So just to be clear, if you use the B1G1 coupon with the Right Guard deodorant, do you get both of them free?

      • Yes, both will be free.

    • Amy J.

I really got lucky w/ the Blink Tears at CVS this morning……there was ONE package that was polywrapped & contained 2 boxes of the Blink Tears and it said on the package b1g1 free, so i bought that one, used my $1.50 Q and got the $7.99 ECB……i got 2 of them for free plus overage….awesome!

    • Havcoupon

I didn't get my emailed $4/$20 this week but got something better in the mail – 20% off my entire purchase today. Down side is that it says it excludes sale merchandise. Oh well, I have $12 ECB that expire today as well. Guess I'll get my sale stuff and new ECB's and then combine all and get something good for my 20% off and all my ECB's.

    • Jennifer_00_

I cannot find the coupon for Head and Shoulders, supposdely in the RP coupons 8/15. I am new to this and not very good at it yet. Can anyone tell me where to look?

Also I have a Q about the ECBs. When you get ECBs from your purchases can you then use them to buy anything you want in CVS?

      • macboy

Different regions may have different coupons. There have been coupons on here listed as $1.00 that were $0.75 off for me. They usually post what appeared in specific newspapers in the middle of the week.

      • Proudlyamom

Inserts are different in different areas. You may notice her list the same insert for the same date with two different coupons. That is b/c there is a variation in the insert that week for different areas not that you will have both. I had a little trouble with this at the beginning too. Sometimes you have the coupon, sometimes you don't.

      • Coupons vary by region. I got it in The State from Columbia, SC. It is a full-page ad with the coupon at the bottom. Ecbs can be used for anything except prescriptions, alcohol, tobacco, money orders, lottery, gift cards, stamps, or prepaid cards.

      • Susanizanurse

Often times there's BIG variations from region to region regarding coupons. A classic example is today's RP insert that has the Purex Complete 3-in 1 laundry sheets & the Emerald nuts coupons. These coupons are not in the RP I received with my paper today (Macon Telegraph). It's annoying since I went to CVS this AM wanting both deals, but I'll go back later in the week when the inserts I order online arrive since they'll have these coupons in them (coming from Nashville area papers).
Speaking of variations, my CVS didn't have the darn Crest Clinical Protection floss, and the cashier told me they don't carry it! argh!!!

      • kim

as far as i know you can buy anything with the ecbs…

    • I'm not new to couponing, but I am new to this site, as well as printing my own coupons. I am having a problem with the coupon printer… I have tried to download it and my computer has stopped a trojan virus both times from this download. Has this happened to anyone else?

      • Dianne

I have never had any virus issues when downloading anything to do with couponing.

        • Anonymous

Me neither. Are you using only the sites that Jenny promotes? (RedPlum.com, Coupons.com and SmartSource.com)

    • julies

i didn't have the B1G1 Right Guard coupon but instead had a $3 off 2 coupon. They were priced at $4.49, so i still paid $1.49 plus tax for 2 of them….is this a crappy deal? i am new to this and would rather get it for free, but all our prices in our area are much higher than those listed. This was the cheapest they had because I had to by the RG defense 5 because of my coupon. Considering taking them back since everyone seems to be getting better deals. I guess i need a better lesson LOL

      • macboy

$0.75 a piece for name-brand deodorant is great!

        • I totally agree!

        • AndysGirl

I think it's a great buy, considering the original price is more than $4 each. I had a B1G1 so I got both for free. I'm donating them to the local men's shelter.

      • Elizabeth

For me anything over .50 is too much, but it also depends on your area.
If it were me, I would return them unless you need them. I have 19 men's deodorants and 16 women's and they all cost only tax or were moneymakers.

      • Hebertinacoupons

Julies, do the best deal you can if you need them, if not then wait for a great deal with the right coupons and you will be getting them for free. I have a dozen or more free deodorants, body washes, shampoos, shavers, etc. Buy as many as you can when its a great deal. Always buy newspapers in multiples of 2. (2, 4, 6) This way whenever there is a BOGO, even if you don't have a BOGO from the manufacturer, you can use two of the manufacturers coupons to make it next to free. The key is to get to a place where you never buy when you need it, but buy it when it's a really great deal!

        • kcreviews

Julie, when I started couponing I did the same thing. But like Hebertinacoupons said, if you just wait for the right deals, you will be getting deodorant, body wash, shampoo, conditioner for free.

    • Mharwell01

Has anyone checked the price on the Nivea body wash. Its $1 off all Nivea body wash in the ad. I still have some $3 off 2 if the price is right. thanks.

      • Brooke

Last time I bout some reg. price is $4.99

    • Nolasmom04

Is anyone else having trouble with the Sobe link…it says buy one get one free at the top and the rest is blank…hmmmm

      • scooby

        same result here

      • Alisarobinson86

        same here

      • Alexis

I had the same problem too. Go to the sobe website and click Enter Code (even though you don't have one). It will take you to the game and the rest should be clear from there.

    • Tabitha

Just got back from cvs best trip yet got 20 Sobe Life Waters, 2 packs Pilot pens,1 Crest mouthwash,2 Purex 3in1,2 Dry Ideas, 4 Starbucks energy/coffee drinks 2 Head and Shoulders. I spent 7.02 got 6.50 ecbs and saved 75.49. Great day

      • Laneka

        WOW Tabitha!! That's awesome!

      • Queennana0725

Sounds great Tabitha but wasn't the Purex deal a limit of 1?
I have several coupons and would like to get several.

        • Limit of one means that you will only get ECB's for one..You can buy as many as you want you just won't get ecb's for all of them.

      • Angela

I did great today also. Got 1 purex, 4 right guard, 1 gilette fusion, 6 sobe's, 1 glide floss, 2 folgers decaf, 1 cvs hand 2oz sanitizer and zegrid. I spent $4.10 out of pocket and saved $79.62. Came out with another $16.50 in ECB's. Put me in a great mood for the day :)

        • Tabitha

It does, just makes ya feel as if you could take on the world

      • kcreviews

Wow, I was under the impression that CVS limited the number of internet q's you could use on one item. But you used 10 B1G1's? I wish I could do that.

        • Tabitha

I keep reading how some cvs's wont let you use coupons on a b1g1 or will limit you on how many drinks. I guess my cvs just rocks. The manager is great he looks at it like it is less stock i have to carry and really the more i buy, the more he sells and really isn't that point for the store to make money they get paid back for my coupons so as long as the coupons are ligit and he is making his he lets me get what i want or if someone else has come in before me i get a rain check.

    • Alcwindsor

Is anyone else having trouble with the Pilot pens coupon? I signed up and they sent me an email. When I go to the link to print it acts like it's printing, but…nothing.

    • Dawn

I experienced a non-coupon friendly cashier at CVS today – I've dealt with her before and she won't back down. But I'm still wondering if she is correct on something. I bought 2 Head and Shoulders Shampoos and had 2 coupons, 1 was BOGO and 1 was $1 off. She told me I could only use 1 since I had to buy 2 items to use the BOGO therefore I could not use the $1. I know at Publix I could use both, but she was admimant and would not back down (she is an assistant manager too, so it's difficult to argue away from her stance). Anyone else experience this different rule at CVS?

      • julie

I did the same thing in my store and the Store Manager is the one who rung me up!

        • Nita Royal

To be legitimate, the BOGO is the only one you should use with that deal. Since it is”attached” to the one you buy, using another $1 off would be like using 2 mfg coupons on the same item.

          • nichole

No it is not. The B1G1 coupon is for the FREE product. Using the $1 off is for the product you are buying. It is like buying a B1G1 product in store, you are allowed to use two coupons then so why not with the B1G1 coupon? I have never had this problem at CVS. You may want to try another one :]

            • Quilterwoman1974

              i am confused

            • Rachel

Who are you people that are saying you can't do this? Jenny lists to do this every week in her scenarios!!! Stop confusing everybody. And for all the confused people, just do what Jenny shows you to do.

            • tygirl13

This issue comes up a lot on the cvs comments. I had a similiar issue when I first start and e-mailed corporate about it. This is the response that I received…
“When you are purchasing two items, you may use both a buy one get one free coupon in conjunction with a manufacturer’s coupon (for a dollar amount off). Also, two manufacturer coupons can be used on a buy one get one free purchase as long as two items are scanned at the register. The system logic sees two items scanned and will allow two coupons.”
So, according to CVS corporate, it is totally legit to use a $off and a B1G1 on two items. I have this email printed out and in my coupon binder just in case I have problems with a cashier. Hope this clears it up :-)

            • Mharwell01

Nita Royal and the CVS cashier are correct. B1G1 coupons attach to both items. It would be like using a coupon for $1 off 2 items and then trying to use another coupon.

      • Lindsey

I had something just like that happen 2 weeks ago at our CVS (I was dealing with the manager) when I tried to do the same type thing with Pamper's diapers… I'm still new to the whole CVS thing, so I don't know if that's an across the board rule or what?

      • Brooke82

I would simply tell her to scan the coupon and if it didn't work, she would be right (which we know it would scan therefore making you right!). If she refused I would just take my business to another CVS.

      • Palazesi

I had a CVS tell me they couldn’t take the sobe b1g1 when they were on sale for b1g1. I simply asked for the store biz card to get the store # and I emailed cvs. The district manager corrected them and now I have no troubles there..

    • Monica

It seems like more people in my area are playing the CVS game. By the time I leave church on Sunday and make my run (11am), the shelves are ALWAYS wiped on nearly everything that makes for a good deal. I am getting increasingly frustrated. I love CVS and have enjoyed great savings there in the past, but I pretty much know going in these days that they will not have what I want. However, I have never asked for a raincheck. If an item is out, will they issue a raincheck, and will they still give you the ECBs when the item is back in stock? Thanks!!

      • Nita Royal

yes, if you get a raincheck, they should mark the slip showing the ECB's for that deal and you can get them when they have stock.

      • kcreviews

I know what you mean. It's like that where I live too. If your CVS is a 24 hour store, try going in after 6pm on Saturday (or after midnight if your store does it that way) and get the deals early!

      • toni

Yes, they give rainchecks, and they never expire. When I get a raincheck, I cut out the item in the weekly ad and staple them together. Just helps me to remember what I was going to buy and then I paperclip my coupons for that item to that so whenever I see it in stock again, I'm ready to go! When you use a raincheck, the ECB's don't print automatically, so your cashier has to force it through at the end of the transaction, so make sure they do that before you leave.

      • kim

yes they will, and one of my cvs folks actually CUT out the ad and clipped it to my raincheck so that they would have the ecb code to print out when i bought my product.. thought that was GREAT and will do that from now on if i am owed ecb's for a raincheck purchase!!

      • Palazesi

I have run in to the same thing on Sunday. So…ask your store when their truck comes. Mine comes on Tues. I can go on Tues evening with no crowd and fully stocked shelves.

    • Kristi

Just got done with my CVS trip (in the pouring down rain with my 16 month old). It wasn't too bad believe it or not! I got 3 Kellogg's cereal, Tylenol heat pads (forgot the name), 3 Pepsi 12 packs (plus Free Doritos), Gallon of Milk (had Kellogg's coupon $1/1 Gallon wyb 2 cereals), H&S Shampoo, Pampers Easy Ups, Gilette Fusion, Crest TP, Crest Floss, Dawn, 3 Renuzit, Purex, Blink Tears, and 2 Right Guard Deo……all totaled it was $27.54 OOP…..total savings of 78% of retail!! I even have $8 ECB's left over. I only went in with $3 from last week. The only thing I didn't get was the Zegrid because they were out. It kind of messed up my scenarios, but I did some rearranging in the aisle. I went from four transactions to three so I maybe could have saved a little more. Oh, I did get a coupon from my first transaction for $5/$15 which I used on the new scenario 2 transaction I had to put together! This is only my third CVS trip and I'm so excited! I have all my goodies sitting out on my stove to show my husband when he gets home. Woohoo….thanks Jenny for putting this site together for us!

      • Nancy

You are VERY brave for taking your 16 month old with you! When I take my kids with me they always throw off my concentration and then beg me to buy them $80 worth of candy! :) It's like they work undercover for CVS or something. LOL
Congrats on your loot! Great Job!

    • Alisarobinson86

I can't find that huggies coupon for -$3.50 off wipes and diapers. Help

      • AH

that coupon is no longer available. sorry.

    • Dean Kacey

Anyone having problems with SOBE B1G1 link?

      • NCEMT

I am having trouble with this link also ! =(

    • kcreviews

There's something I don't understand about the scenarios…my CVS will not let me use an ECB to buy one product when I've already used a manu q for it. But Jenny is putting up scenarios in which you can do this (been couponing since April and don't know why I just realized this). What's the deal? I know for a fact that Walgreens won't let you use RRs for the same reason. Am I wrong?

      • tarheelbaby1

My store doesn't have any restrictions like this. I regularly use manufacturer coupons and then pay for my balance using ECBs. Most of the deals people discuss involve doing this. It sounds like your CVS isn't following the corporate policy if they restrict you from using mfg coupons and then paying with your ECBs.

        • kcreviews

Okay. Maybe I am just remembering wrong (could be–I've slept since then, lol). I will make sure tomorrow when I do my run.

          • tarheelbaby1

Definitely try again. After you've received all your store discounts (e.g., BOGOs), used any store coupons (like a $5/$20) and then used any manufacturer's coupons, the ECBs should work like cash to pay down the remainder of the balance.

      • Couponmom

at CVS you can use your manu q and your ECB's at the same time. However at Walgreens the RR's are like a manu q, so you can only use 1 manu q per item you buy. Example: If you are buying a diapers…you can use a manu q for the diaper but then the RR wont scan, so you will need a filler item. When you add you filler item (something really cheap!!!!) then you can use your manu q and RR's at the same time. I always try to make my filler item a travel $.50 of D.O. that I can donate. Hope this helps

In the Augusta area…I don't see the Purex Complete $3 coupon in RP 8/15? Anyone else experiencing this problem?

      • Smartblonde

I live in Savannah, we don't seem to have it either.

      • Tamil

I am in the Augusta/Martinez area. I didn't see one in the ad from The Chronicle, but I have 4 AJC papers. If I find one I will glad give one to you! You can email me at mrscouponchick at gmail dot com. I am also looking for a coupon buddy. I am new at the coupon game and I am hoked…just needing some guidance. If interested let me know.

        • Mitchellkramb

I got about 20 of them in the free inserts I get. I also get upcoming Sunday inserts a few days early (Thursdays). Its great! If u need any let me know and I can mail you some.

          Mitchellkramb@yahoo.com

        • 1stTimeSAHM

What is the AJC? I am new at this also! Thanks for offering, but I don't “NEED” it…just thinking it would be a good price to try it out :) Thanks!

          • Danielle

The AJC is the Atlanta Journal Constitution. It has almost all the coupons every week. I drive 20 minutes away to get these on good coupon weeks.

    • Glosmommy

I am very excited about my CVS trip today. I bought two newspapers only to find out that I only got one coupon packet in each paper. Of course it was the one WITHOUT the coupons I was going to use at CVS today (purex) but I went ahead with my plan as scheduled. I got:

      4 Right Guard Deoderants
      8 Sobe Lifewater
      1 Blink eyedrops
      3 Dawn dish soap
      1 Purex 3 in 1 sheets

Paid $7.60 OOP and got back $11 ECB

      • bamagatrs

        Do you mind sharing how you did it? I am new at this. I went last night to my CVS and got 2 Right Guards (coupon $1.50 off); 1 Head&Shoulders ($1 off coupon); 1 Purex 3 ($3 off coupon); 2 covergirl make-ups items=$19.00 ($2 off coupon);
3 Airwicks (.55 cent coupon); 2 Sobe waters Bogo (no coupons); Bar of Soap @ $2.99. My total came to $33.56 OOP and got back $9 ECB. Not sure that I did well at all.

        • Palazesi

I think you did fine! Go to sobe.com and you can play the game once per day. When you win a b1g1 coupon, you can hit the back button and print it one more time. Use a coupon on the b1g1 sale and they end up both FREE. So you could get 4 sobes each day of the sale for free. Also, always look for the deals that make you money. You could get the eye drops this week and use the 1.50 off printable coupon–then you get the full price of 7.99 back in ecb, so you get eye drops and MAKE 1.50. Adding the sobe coupons and the eye drop deal to your order would have lowered your oop and raised your ecb, while getting you eye drops and 2 more sobes.

          • Bamagatrs

Thank you so much for your help! I’m catching on! :)

    • ScottK

I usually go to 2 CVS each sunday. I am always nervous in one because they're only mildly friendly people to start off, but the manager is always watching me like a hawk. Even tho the gatorade is not limited, he saw me going down the isle with a hand basket full *ONLY 12 TOTAL because I am reasonable and don't want to wipe them out* and by time I reached the counter he was coming up signaling to the cashier to limit me down, but she (thank GOD) pointed over to TWO other endcaps full of gatorade and said “we have plenty.” I'd have understood if I had 20 or even more, but 12 gatorades…come on!

Thankfully tho, my 2nd CVS is like HEAVEN. Nick is always happy, never bugged by having to ring up all my coupons, always patient, HELPFUL, he went out of his way to get me zegerid today instead of writing me a raincheck. The whole store is very nice, they're always in stock and it's just what I wish EVERYONE could have for a CVS. I've written in to praise them so many times, and after today, I'm definitely writing in again. It's one thing to have good service, but it's another when you have such good service that it brightens your whole day.

      • Erin

Wow, service to brighten your whole day… I wish I ran in to that more often. I wonder if these companies know just how horrible their customer service can be, and that yes, it actually and mostly definitely does turn business away. Do they know that their employees often leave their customers sad, mad, and frustrated on a weekly basis(if said customer continues shopping there that is)? It's a shame.

        • ScottK

Truth! If it wasn't for the deals I was getting, I wouldn't go to that other CVS. However, I just got a prescription for the first time, I'm 23 so hopefully not needing any too often and I immediately took it to my favorite CVS. I was actually happy to have an excuse to go there. I usually never write in to complain unless it's just HORRIBLE, but I always make sure to speak up when I get amazing service. I need to restrain myself tho because every time I go to this great CVS I want to write in and that's probably becoming annoying.

    • Ameeperrin

is Crest Complete Rinse the same as Crest Mouthwash? The “rinse” is on sale, and I have a $2 coup for the mouthwash.

      • wendy

I think that the size for the $2 (if is is the one from pg on 8/1) is larger than the one on sale

      • Wanda Carlton66

my cvs allowed me to use the $2 coupon, making it a money maker.

    • Carolyn

Folgers coffee is on BOGO at CVS for about $7 and change. Total amount was about $30.00 before the half was taken off for the BOGO to about $15.00. I had a $5/$25 purchase. Does anyone know why they wouldn't accept the $5/$25 purchase? The way the cashier explained it was they could only take the $5 off if the final price was $25 or greater. Since it was on BOGO the final price was about $15.00 and he wouldn't accept it. Was I handed a line or is this true? Didn't have time to check with the manager, but will go back if he was wrong. Thx for your help.

      • You cashier was correct. Your total has to be at least $25 after sale prices have applied. It may have worked if they would take your coupon before scanning your ExtraCare card, but most of them will tell you that they have to scan the card first.

      • FLZephyr

Our local CVS (FL) has started splitting the actual cost of the BOGO between the two items to prevent using $5/25 type Q's. For instance, a few weeks ago, 20-roll Cottonelle bath tissue was BOGO for $16/ea. The manager rang up the order so each package was $8. The final amount due was correct, but it prevented me from being able to use my $5/$25 Q.

        • Carolyn

Good grief, it's getting so you can't get anything free anymore :) – seriously though, how does anyone keep up with all the rules since they change every other day. It's Monday, the rules are . . . Also, why bother putting out the $5/$25 coupon if you have to purchase extra stuff (if you use coupons it could be lots of extra stuff) – can you tell i haven't gotten the whole CVS deal yet? Thank you FLZEPHYR and SUEMH for responding.

      • artlady

I think if CVS has a sale on B1G1, ex: Right Guard deodorant, B1G1 @ $4.49, then you can expect the cash register to ring up the total for 2 of these deodorants as 4.49, rather than 8.98. If I got 4 of these deodorants, then Full price I would have paid before CVS' sale is 17.96 (4.49×4). BUT – on sale in CVS' ad for B1G1, the register recognizes that the deodorants are part of this week's sale….so instead it rings up 8.98 (4.49×2) because it knows to make 2 of the 4 free. So if I had gone into the store to buy this deodorant with a $5/$15 coupon, even though normally these 4 deodorants would cost 17.96 regular price, that is not the current price according to the sales ad. That is probably why you could not use your $ off coupon.

Now lets say the Folgers coffee you were buying above in the store is NOT on sale for B1G1 next week, but still priced at 7.00. And, hypothetically, you have 2 B1G1 Folgers coffee coupons in your coupon stash. You could buy 4 Folgers coffee, the cashier would ring them up, and the total is 28.00. At this point you could hand the cashier your $5/$25 coupon…bringing the total to 23.00. Then you could hand over your 2 B1G1 coupons, making your total come to 9.00.

I hope all of this makes sense… and I'm not even sure if that's really what you were asking or not…but maybe it will help! Sometimes the coupon game can get confusing. Hope you have better luck on your next purchase! :)

how do you get the printable blink coupon??

When I go to the sobe website, it shows a lizard and numbers keep spinning around to like 4 gazillion. It keeps spinning forever. Is that the game? Do I wait forever for something to happen? What's up with that? Thanks for any info….????

          • No, it sounds like the game is not loading right. Close it out and try again.

      • Alslaughter2

It gives you the Sobe login and FB login. I can print 2 from each side if I go back in to play the game a second time. I do this with all the e-mails in my house. I get 8-12 a day that way.

      • Palazesi

Also, when you buy them, choose the ones with the black game tops. You’ll win codes that you enter and print more coupons! I have won a pair of flip flops and an uncountable # of sobes. Remember you can play once a day!

    • Mamaraley

Is the sobe printable working anymore??? b/c I am not getting q's?

      • Smartblonde

No, it works. Go to sobe's website and click on the heads and tails promotion

    • Lisa

Does anybody NOT have the Zegerid coupon in their August All You?

      • Julie Brooks1002

I didn't think that I did but then I saw someone had posted that it wasn't in the index but was on p.66. I was then able to find it. Hope this helps.

        • Lauren

Thanks so much Julie! Like Lisa, I couldn't find the q either, but you pointed me right to it. You rock!

          • Julie Brooks1002

            Glad to help :)

        • Anonymous

Omg, I’ll have to look again! I didn’t see it in the index, so I just ASSumed it wasn’t there. Thanks for saving me 2 more bucks!

    • Esyke623

I went to the Sobe website to print a B1G1 coupon, and I won an iPod nano! I couldn't believe it!

      • Tabitha

        Thats awsome congrads

      • wendy robbins

        Congratulations!!!!

      • Alslaughter2

You are the second person I have heard of winning an iPod from Sobe! I am so happy some people are actually winning!! WooHoo!

    • Tara98

I am a newbie at couponing. I think I did okay but I sure didnt save as much as most of you! Any tips?
      1 head and shoulders
      1 crest prohealth complete rinse
      1 glide prohealth
      1 gillette fusion proglide
1 dawn hand renewal dishwashing liquid
Total 7.83 OOP $2 ECB left

      • dharvn

        awesome!

    • Jennifer_00_

I am getting ready to give all of this a try for the first time. I have my coupons printed and everything planned out. I have one last question. In order to get some of the deals you must buy a certain dollar amount. For mine I am buying $15 worth of Veet/Clearasil products to get the $5 ECB. I have a coupon for $3.00 off Veet product. The Clearasil product I want is $8.99 and the Veet product is $6.69 which totals $15.48 and qualifies for the ECBs. If I use my $3.00 Veet coupon, the total is not enough to get the ECB. My ? is, do you get the ECB based on the total BEFORE coupon? If I use my coupon can I still get the $5 ECB?

Thank you all for being so helpful!!

      • ScottK

Yes it's total before coupons, so you're set to get the deal!

      • Cinde

Make sure you use your $5 ECB FIRST, then give them the other coupons and you'll be ok.
        Cinde

      • dharvn

yes, you get the ECB based on the total BEFORE coupons. have fun! the ECB will print out with your receipt, so be sure to guard it like money, honey.

    • Scanned my card last night when I got there and got a Q for $4 off Boost. I had an man. coupon I printed for $3 off so I got a 6pk of Boost for $1.49. Nice bonus.

    • wendy robbins

Had a great day at cvs only spent 4.88 out of pocket and purchased over 100.00 worth of stuff. (Now I did have ecb from last week and some still on a gift card that i had from a prescription…but still a great week for me)

    • SamanthaFL

Just got back from a quick trip to CVS – Score!
I scanned by card at the scanner at the front of the store and it printed a coupon for $4 off any package of huggies jeans diapers which are on sale for $8.99. I also needed 2 gallons of milk and CVS has the best price in town (2.19/gallon). Used my left over ECB's and only had to spend $2.09 and received $2.00 ECB…YAY!

      • SamanthaVL

A correction – the price on the milk is $3.19/gallon but then you get $1/gallon so its like 2.19…

    • Jane

I got a $4/$20 that expired on Sunday, so I went Saturday night and got a ton of stuff for about $4 dollars. (Some of it I didn't get EBCs back, but I needed the item like toilet paper and paper towels). I did get $2 ECB back for something, and just today I got an e-mail for $5/$25 so I'm going to get $20 dollars worth of Sobe's (end up getting them for free) and $5 worth of something that gives ECBs back! Yay!

I'm thinking the Soft & Beautiful kit, Just For Me Texture Softener or Relaxer Kit for Children. Has anyone ever bought that?

      • dharvn

the relaxers are for afr/am hair, i've used it for myself and my daughter. i plan to get one this week.

      • Nikki

everybody keeps getting emails from CVS. I never get emails or coupons in the emails :(

    • scooby

Oh well, I did okay, but was expecting better. I used the zegrid and purex qs. then I had one more q for each. I only received the ECBs for the first transaction. I now am assuming this to be correct since it says limit one? Still good deals but I could have $9 ecb.

    • Queennana0725

Went during lunch today. List made and coupons ready to go. Starting off there were no Blink eye drops, then none of the Crest toothpaste or floss. They didn't have the Zegerid either!I was about to give up but I hung in there for a few more items and I did better than ever! They didn't even send me a $5 off $40! Got 6 Sobe waters, 3 boxes Pop Tarts, Fusion Power Razor, Head and Shoulders shampoo, 2 big bags Reese's Pieces, 2 Purex 3 in 1's, 6 Right Guard Deodorants and 2 Dry Idea deodorants. After coupons and $10 ecb's from last week my total was $9.78! AND I got $9 in ecbs! In essence I got all this for 78 cents! Thank you CVS and thank you Jenny!

    • Sg

CVS on Forest Drive, Columbia, has Right Guard unscented for $3.29 and on Two Notch Road the CVS by Food Lion has Right Guard unscented for $3.69.

I got the Crest toothpaste and received my ECBs. Can I use the Crest toothpaste ECBs to get another toothpaste? Thanks for the information, S

      • Yes.

      • dharvn

        omg.

      • Freedomspradley1

The CVS on Knox Abbot in Cayce had Right Guard B1G1 for $4.49. I guess each store gets to set their prices. No matter how much they cost they end up being free when used with the B1G1 manufacturer coupon.

    • G. Moore

Went to CVS yesterday and gave them a $4 off $20 coupon. The cashier saw that I had several of these and offered to try to scan them. It took 2 of them, so I got $8 off $20!

    • nancy

Maybe someone could answer this question for me please,if an item is priced buy one get one half off and you have a b1g1 coupon, how does this work?

      • They will take off the one that rang up half-price.

    • Sg

Would someone explain to me how you can keep up with your expenses.
I am trying to make a spread sheet and I have columns labeled, total q, total store sales, paid, total before savings so how do I get the percentage that was saved? Does anyone know? Thanks sg

      • On the right side of this page near the top there is a searc box. Type in “2010 tracker”. It will bring up a post where Jenny posted a spreadsheet at the first of the year. That is what I use, with a few modifications. You should be able to use it.

      • If you want to use your own, your percentage would be determined by dividing how much you saved by the total value. For instance, if I pay 25.00 for something that originally cost 100.00, I would do 75.00 divided by 100.00 = .75 or 75% saved.

      • Hesperides

Percentage saved is savings divided by total value. So taking the senario, Total Value = $34.44. Spent = $3.46. Saved = $30.98. 30.98/34.44=0.8995, or 90% saved. Hope that makes sense!

    • I had an awesome trip to CVS today. My husband and I each have a card so I did 2 transactions. I bought:
      2 Sobe
      1 Gillette Fusion Razor
      1 Zegerid
      1 Blink Eye Drops
      2 Pilot Pens
      2 Spiral Notebooks
      4 Right Guards
      2 Dry Idea
      1 Purex 3-in-1
      2 Head & Shoulders

      I used 24.99 ECBs.
      OOP was 16¢ plus tax = 3.74
I got back 24.99 ECBs (1.00 ECB was for green tag)
      I LOVE CVS!!

    • AndysGirl

Had an interesting e-mail from CVS in my in-box today. After no money-off coupons for a while, I received my 2nd one in a week. I used a $5/$30 on Sunday and had a $5/$25 waiting for me today. The interesting part is that, in the same e-mail, I also had 3 “bonus” coupons – $1 off Bounty Basic, $1 off CVS vitamins and $1 off 1 Kelloggs Cereal — all on sale this week. I've never received these types of coupons before through e-mail — just from the store kiosk. I like them better on e-mail because it allows me to plan my trip before I get to the store. Hope these coupons continue.

      • Dianne

I had the exact thing happen to me, plus I got a $3 ECB because I just had a birthday!

    • Caritob40

Question, My husband and I have separate cards, can I redeem some of his ECB using my card?…or the ECB have to be used with the same card they were obtain with/

      • They have to be used with the card with which they were obtained; you must use his card to redeem his ECBs.

      • Guest

Please do not post here if you feel you need 2 cards. Many people here will not like that. Many CVS will also take your other card.

        • Nancy

I don't see anything wrong with her husband having his own card. You don't know each family's situation. Maybe he travels alot and while he's out of town he needs toiletries at CVS and just ended up getting his own card to save some money.

I think it's rude to ask someone not to post here. We are all here to learn and be nice to each other. Caritob40, you are definitely welcome here.

        • Jt

I have two cards and my CVS KNOWS it and they are happy that I shop there. I will do one transaction with my card, and one with my husband's in the same trip – one right after the other. They have no problems with it. I don't understand how anyone (OTHER THAN JENNY) has the right to tell another person not to post here??? Come on, folks. In response to Caritob40… I think you have to use your same card – the ECBs are linked to your card. But you can always ask a cashier or manager what their policy is :).

          • guest

But I watch people all the time use more than 1 card. It is so vastly unfair b/c half the time I have to get rain checks and I shop on Sunday.

            • Freedomspradley1

I don't think you are being forced to get rain checks because of people with 2 Extra Care Cards. Rarely do you see more than 10 of each particular product on sale on the rack at once no matter when you go shopping. If 2 couponers hit the sales before you along with the average shoppers the shelf is likely to be clean. Inconvenient I know. You can ask your cashiers what day they get shipments in to restock and try to go back them. The stores I frequent re-stock on Thursdays so I go back then to try to catch everything in stock.

            • cvsshopper

Try asking when your store gets their shipment in… I used to think I had to run out on Sunday…but just found out our store doesn't get their truck in until Monday!! So now I wait and have a better chance of getting the deals without rainchecks!

            • Brooke

I don’t find it unfair at all and would feel like the most annoying person if I did. I am just thankful that CVS offers rainchecks with ECB’s included, unlike Wags or possibly even RiteAid(I’m not sure how they work UP’s yet). I get the deal no matter what so it doesn’t hinder a thing.

        • pat

Take her other card! They are the ones that gave it to them in the first place.I know there are a lot of great deals to be had, but be assured that CVS makes money on all of us . They would not have these deals if they didn't. I don't have a problem with 2 cards and I will just speak for myself.

        • M_bruere

it was an employee at my cvs who told me to get a second card for my hubby. they said everyone in the house could have one if i wanted but i thought 2 was plenty… my hubby does also work in a different state so its great for him to have his own card anyway so he can get deals when he needs it… you never know each persons situation and what they were told by the cvs they shop at. you may find it unfair but if their cvs is ok with it then to each his own. I use my hubbys card for diaper deals and money makers. and yeah i have to get rainchecks a lot too. my store will only give me the raincheck for one card so its fair.

      • BluStarMom

My local CVS cashier told me when I first signed up and started using my card about a month ago that CVS allows you to have 5 cards per household, and to me this would allow all family members to carry one!!!

      • MDevlin01

no the ECB have to be used with the card it was printed on but that’s a plus bc you can get 2ice the amount of deals bc most stuff has limits. on the coupon it has the 4 last numbers of the card it prints from, it will tell the cashier that it’s the wrong card.

    • Renasaves

Just an FYI…the Purex 3-in-1 is actually 7.99, 5.99 after the $2 ECB. Also, at my CVS…they were running Vitamin Waters & Fuse drinks @ 4/$5 and then if you buy $10 worth, you get $5 ECB. So I bought 8 of each drink, and got $10 in ECB…it was like getting 16 for $10 or 63 cents each! I don't buy them often, they are like a “treat” at my house…but was pretty psyched to get them so cheap!!!

      • Deshisk8chick

no the purex is on sale for 5.99 and 3.99 after ECB. you cvs must be running a different special

      • momof3inATL

The CVS @ Toco Hills in ATL has the Purex for 5.99. In regards to the Fuze, Smart Water/ Powerade deal, if you go to the cooler section where these items are you can find a $1.00 off 3 smart waters and 75 cents off of two powerades. Seeing as though you can mix and match, this makes your total OOP $8.25 plus tax with $5 ECBs. There is no limit on this deal. Enjoy!

      • rattymatazz

In Honea Path, CVS has Purex 3-in-1 for 5.99, but only in “Pure” and “Spring” scents. The “Tropical” was not on sale at all. ;-)

    • Kay

on sale for 5.99, then you get an ECB $2. Im looking at my receipt

    • Brenda-richardson

Can someone explain the green tags again. I have forgotten about it.

      • Purchase the tag for 99¢. Have it scanned each time you shop at CVS (once per day). After 4 scans you get $1 ECB, Every 4th scan you get $1.

      • Nancy

Sure, when you use your own earth-friendly shopping bag they scan your green leaf tag. When you have scanned it 4 times you get an ECB.

    • I went to CVS and swiped my card twice at the little machine. Two $5/$25 coupons printed off. I didn't scan any more times than that, but I'll be going again tomorrow since the store I went to was out of the Zegerid.

      • Freedomspradley1

I don't know what makes CVS give you -$5/25 q's but I've been getting them like crazy! They are printing on my receipts and at the kiosk. I saw where someone said the cashier can scan 2 on one transaction so I'm going to try that this Sunday. Never hurts to try.

        • MDevlin01

          only if u reach $50

      • guest

does every CVS have a machine that you can swipe your card at?

        • Nancy

          Yes.

          • Vijtai01

where? What part of the store. I have never seen it.

            • It is near the front of the store. It is also a price checker/scanner.

            • MDevlin01

every store has them in diff locations just ask the cashier when u walk in

      • Brooke82

        Lucky you!

      • Nikki

every time is can my card more than once it tells me I already got my coupons for the day :(

        • KGLikesFreeinTN

If you scan your card one time right after another it will usually tell you no more coupons today. But if you shop for a few minutes, then go back, it will usually print out more. I've noticed that the more I buy, and the more I frequent CVS, the more coupons I get. Almost like a loyalty thing.

    • April

I am new to CVSing and just getting started….I looked on my account and I have 8 dollars in ECB…I know my husband did not save the receipts. My question can I still use it if I do not have the printout??? Thanks in advance…I am sure I will have lots more questions for you guys later!!

      • carrie

Call CVS and ask them if you can get them printed again. Hopefully, they'll do that for you, if not, then tell hubby “hand's off CVS receipts”!! Non-couponers in the family just don't understand the importance of these things.

        • MDevlin01

1-800-SHOP CVS they will resend it to your card and it will print out again

    • DD

Can I use two Q's on a BOGO item at CVS??

    • abbey

OK, somebody help. When I go to the sobe site and try to create an account, I'm able to fill in all info and when it asks for the captcha there is nothing there to copy. What am I to do?

      • dharvn

i couldn't get it to work either, so i log in with my facebook account.

    • Freedomspradley1

I made a quick run by CVS at lunch to burn a -$5/15 CVS q I got on Sunday because it's been burning a whole in my pocket :-). I already purchased most of the ECB deals Sunday so I had to think hard of how I was going to get the best deal using the -$5/15. I ended up getting 1 jumbo pk Pampers $8.88 and a box of Pampers wipes $3.49 and 5 Caliber notebooks $1/2. I used the -$5/15 CVS q, -$1.50 pampers manf q, b1 pampers g1 wipe -$3.49 manf q, and 2 -$1/2 Caliber CVS q, and $2 ECB. It ended up being $0.98 OOP. I was a little disappointed that they wouldn't take my 3rd -$1/2 Caliber q b/c it exp 8/11/10 but it still made for a very successful trip.

      • Ss310279

ok. So you're saying I can use the 1.50 off mfr q for pampers (any) AND the buy any pampers get the wipes free when I just buy one pampers and one wipes??

        • Nikki

I did exactly that……twice! and why not? You have 2 coupons and 2 products!

        • Freedomspradley

The -$1.50 is on the Pampers Diapers and the Free Wipes is on the Wipes so you can use both at the same time.

    • dharvn

      gotta love CVS!

      my shopping trip today$46+, i paid $4.50 & got back $6 ECB.
1 just for me relaxer kit
      1 purex 3in1
      2 pantene clearance items
      8 sobe lifewaters
      2 right guard deod
      1 cvs green bag
      1 cvs green tag

    • Raynesmw

I am not getting any of the 5/25 or 5/20 or 4/20 coupons at all. Since I started couponing at CVS (May), I think I have only gotten like 3 of them. Any suggestions? I do my card at the machine everytime I visit, but I usually get a really lame coupon and the second time I do it, it says no more coupons for the day. I get emails but it always just online deals…Perplexed! Great deal on the Emerald Nuts this week btw w/ BOGO, I was excited about this deal.

      • Freedomspradley1

How much are the Emerald Nuts?

        • Raynesmw

I got the glazed pecans, they had different kinds. They were BOGO for 2.99, my coupon was 1.50 off, so 2 packages for 1.50.

      • artlady

After reading so many comments on this and previous CVS posts, I really don't think there is much of a secret…just luck. Some people say they get them when they stop shopping at CVS so it seems as if CVS sends them to lure them back….but some people get them when they consistently shop at CVS every week, and sometimes get more than 1 in a week's time. I am like you…always getting online only e-mails, never in-store coupons. And I have registered my card on the CVS site, so that's not it either… But, regardless of whether or not I get the $/$$ coupons, I know I'm still saving WAY more than I was before southern savers….so I have officially decided to accept that my CVS coupon luck is not very good, and that's ok with me! :)

    • BluStarMom

If you got the P&G coupon book with the $1 off any size Dawn w/ Olay you can use this with the $.97 Dawn and it is free plus profit…..

      • MDevlin01

no the cashier will have to punch it in for 97 cents it will not allow that any more

    • JessR2

Loreal makeup is B1G1 50% off… anybody know where I can get a coupon for the Primer?

      • Valerie

If you are referring to the Magic Perfecting Base there were coupons in the RP 7/25 and 6/20. I also had one in either my July or August Allure magazine.

    • Ebunnie63

help!! brain quit.. lol.. the b1g1 free right gaurd at cvs, how to get it to zero out, buy 2, used 1 b1g1 free coupon?? what about buying 4, useing 2- b1g1 free coupons, and 2- 1.00 off coupons? help please.. i have managed to totally confuse myself..

      • Phillips4658

I am going tonight and will let you know!

      • Brooke82

It will be free just using the b1g1 q's. I did this last night and got all four free.

        • Debharden

Question – I went to CVS earlier and attempted to use the b1g1 coupon for the right guard. The cashier would not honor the coupon because she said I was already getting one free based on the in store sale – so therefore what I was trying to do wasn't above board. She said why should the store give it to me entirely free when I was already getting 1 of the 2 items free to begin with. I was confused and told her to void the entire sale and I left. I plan to go to another CVS tomorrow and make a second attempt at this. Have any of you ever run into this – and if so what is the proper protocol in this situation?
          Thanks a bunch.

          • tygirl13

You are still paying for the “free” Right Guard. You are just paying for it with a coupon. The print on the coupon states that CVS will be reimbursed the value of the product (up to 4.49) plus $.08 for handling. I specifically emailed CVS about this issue once and they sent me a response with the basic run down of their coupon policies in specific situations (this situation included). You might want to email CVS and print their response to keep with you. It is totally legit.

          • maconmoney

I have done the right guard deal about ten times already this week. Never had a problem. I also did the BOGO sobe waters. Got six waters for ten cents today.

          • beck

I wrote a letter to CVS asking for their corporate coupon policy in writing and they did send a letter to me, and it did state that you are allowed to use a B1G1 coupon with a B1G1 deal to get both products free. CVS will get paid for one of the deodorants from the customer, or from the manufacturer when they send in the coupon. It shouldn't matter to them who gives them the money for it. You just ran across a cashier who is ignorant of both the corporate coupon policy as well as how coupons actually work. If you go back, ask to speak to a manager. If they are any good at all, they will know the corporate policy.

          • CVS has even tweeted about it on twitter a couple of times. I will try to add the link if Jenny doesn’t mind. Maybe you can print it and take it with you next time you shop.

            http://twitter.com/rdubya31/favorites

          • MDevlin01

This is a common one alot of customers try this situation but unfortunately you would have to get 3 deoderents then u could also use the coupon for $2 off 2. So you will be getting 3 for the price of one and then some

          • BROOKE

I would suggest studying up on these types of things so that you can stand up for yourself and be confident, otherwise you will get the run around more often than is acceptable, and waste all kinds of precious running around all over town to different CVS's. Carry around the coupon policy with you. If you forget to have the policy on hand, firmly have them or yourself call corporate.

My 8/01 P&G Brandsaver had instead of .75 q's instead of the 1.00q's listed for crest toothpaste and glide floss. Anyone else notice this difference or am I missing something?

      • andrea

        oops! sorry for the typo

      • Brooke82

I also got the .75 q. It's different depending on where you live.

    • macboy

I know there has been some questions about combining the BOGO Free Head & Shoulders coupon with the $1 off coupon. I was able to do this at Walgreens today with no problem. I got two shampoos, two Right Guard Deodorants (with the BOGO coupon), and a dozen eggs (which my store always has for $0.79) for $4.57. That does not include the $2 in RRs for the shampoo.

      • Nikki

oooooooo, those are cheap eggs, I'm gonna have to check that out. I bought H&S S&C and used the Bogo Q and the $1 off Q. Why not, you're buying 2 items and using 2 coupons!

    • Brooke82

Can I use a $1 off q for the Pampers wipes if I am also using a q to get them for free with the purchase of Pampers diapers?

      • Val

No you can't. Only one mft coupon per item.

      • Nikki

You could use $1 off the diapers and the Q for the free wipes, but not $1 off the wipes, those are already free.

        • MDevlin01

yes you can use one for the diapers and one for the wipes

          • MDevlin01

By the way i work at cvs and i've already had my coupon customers use those coupons

    • Coupacoupon1

I signed up for the CVS advisor thingy about 4 months ago, and have yet to receive one of those surveys where you get ECB for taking. What did I do wrong?

      • Chance1968

How and where do you sign up?

        • artlady

          www(dot)cvsadvisor(dot)com

      • Valerie

Probably nothing. You could always double check and make sure you are signed up, but they probably haven't needed you for any surveys. Ive been signed up since May and I have only done one survey.

    • I hardly ever have the correct coupon from the All You magazine…anyone else notice a discrepancy?

      • Val

I've read that the ones at Walmart and the subscription copies delivered to your house often have different coupons. If you are referring to the Zegerid coupon though, it's on page 66. For some reason it was left out of the index.

        • Mmeans

Thanks Val, I was just look at the index wondering…..

        • thank you!!

        • YOU are AWESOME

      • The edition sold in Wal Mart sometimes has more coupons in it than the subscription edition.

        • oh that sucks! I wish i did not subscribe to ALL YOU then

          • I always check the Wal Mart edition. If they have the extra coupons, I will buy a second copy. They are normally in the middle on a card stock insert.

      • V_bates50

I have the same problem. At least half the time I don't have the coupons Jennie references. They are usually the $1.00 off ones too. I got the subscription which I think Jennie gets also, so I don't know why they are not the same. Oh well.

    • Rmhill1978

Can someone tell me the name of the CVS magazine that you can get for a $1 & it sometimes have coupons in it & where it might be located at that Jennie lists. I looked at my local CVS but didn't see anything by the other magazines. I've seen it posted before but have forgot the name.

      • Nancy

I think it's called Reinventing Beauty…or something like that. You have to ask for it because sometimes they don't have it where the other magazines are located.

      • Valeriems1

Yes, it is called Reinventing Beauty, my store has them in the beauty section, some stores also have them up front by the registers.

      • Sshoulders

This last issue I've seen has Cameron Diaz on the front.

    • MASmom

I'm such a huge fan of CVS! This week I got a ton of great deals, split over 4 transactions, for less than $8 OOP including tax which was about $6.55 by itself. I started with $10 ECB, 2 -$5/25, 1 -$5/15, and lots of CVS and manf q's. I came home with:
      1 – Blink Eye Drops (-$1.50 Manf Q)
      1 – ProGlide Razor (-$4 Manf Q)
      1 – Zegerid (-$3 Manf Q)
      2 – Glide Floss (-$0.75 Manf Q x 2)
      1 – Purex 3-n-1 Laundry Sheets (-$3 Manf Q)
      2 – Head & Shoulders (B1G1 Manf Q, -$1 Manf Q)
      1 – Tylenol Precise Heath Patch (-$3 CVS Q, -$2 Manf Q)
      4 – Right Guard Total Defence (B1G1 Manf Q x 2)
      1 – Huggies Jean Diapers (-$3 CVS Q, -$2 Manf Q)
      1 – Pampers Diapers Jumbo Pk (-$1.50 Manf Q)
1 – Pampers Wipes (Free Wipes wyb Pampers Manf Q)
      2 – Dawn Dish Soap (-$0.25 Manf Q x 2)
      5 – Caliber 1 Subject Notebooks (-$1/2 CVS Q x 2)
……..and still have $12 ECB for next week.

    • Newlyweds0209

did everyone one know that some cvs stores take walgreens coupons from their coupon booklet. Only cvs store that are right next to a walgreens… Thought that everyone would be interested to know that.

    • Emily

In the grocery section of CVS there are a bunch of 10 for $10 deals, one of which is Emerald Dry Roasted Peanuts 4.5 oz– Use your RP 8/15 $1.00 coupon to make it FREE!

      • KGLikesFreeinTN

My RP didn't have Emerald q. Anyone know if this is printable using a specific zip code?

        • Jj Layport

not sure..my Emerald Peanut Q says $1.50 off of two (3.5oz)..which is still a great deal.

      • mama2boyz

my redplum doesnt have this coupon :( i have noticed that alot of coupons listed here arent in the papers that i get in ga :(

        • Keliland19

you must get the Macon Telegraph… most of the coupons are not in there!!

    • kris

Does anyone know which CVS is the best to shop at in Roanoke, Va and Richmond, VA.

      • Valerie

I live in the Roanoke area and I prefer the stores in Salem.

    • Smile4char

      does CVS accept competitors' coupons?

      • Dianne

Mine does not. Others here have reported that theirs do. You'll just have to ask at your store.

    • Kat.Danette

I'm totally new to this. What does ECB mean? and what does wyb mean?

      • Lakent

ecb = extra care bucks from cvs…… wyb = when you buy….
check out her couponing 101.. it gives you all the lingo! Good luck and happy saving! lol

    • Christine

Today, the coupon kiosk printed $5 off $15 purchase.

      • Palazesi

I got one today too! Yahoo!

    • Jj Layport

question about the ECB… do you have them do many different transactions to get the best deal?

      • Ginger

Many people do, the reason being that you can take the ECBs from the first transaction and use them to pay for the second transaction, and so on. This allows you to spend the least OOP (out of pocket.) When you're on a tight budget, sometimes that's the only way to go.
Other people will buy everything in one big transaction, and leave the store with 20 bucks in ECBs to use for the next week. The drawback to this method is that sometimes there may be a few weeks where they don't have great sales, and you have to use the ECBs before they expire. (Except that many CVS will still take the ECBs after they expire, so it may not be an issue, depending on your store.)

    • Ginger

Need help, fellow couponers! Now that my regular coupon-clipping service is going out of business, I need a new one. I know of The Coupon Clippers, but don't love them. I've heard there's another good one out there, but can't remember the lady's name/website. Wanna say it's something like “coupons by Debbi,” but that's not coming up in searches, so clearly I'm mistaken. Anyone know?

      • Nancy

Try typing in Danielle's and see what you get.

        • Ginger

          Thank you. :)

          • $4 off Gillette Fusion was in P&G 8/8

i have aquestion i purchased an item that gave back extra bucks and it's only one per card!! but they only had one and i got a rain check if i use that same card will they give me the extra bucks again??

      • Nancy

No. If the limit is one per card then it won't print out more ECB. Your raincheck should be good for another card, though. Hope I answered correctly…it's late and I'm exhausted! :)

    • Tiya

I am so happy today. I spent $0.06 today. I got 16 Sobes, Dawn dish detergent, 2 Right Guard deodorants, 2 Snickers, 1 Starburst, 1 Nivea Happy Sensation Lotion, and 2 Nivea Lip Care. I got something for everyone. The Nivea products for me, Sobes for my fiance, and candies for my son. We are a happy family tonight:-)

      • Smile4char

wow! good job! how did u do it? i have trouble matching up transactions in order to come out ahead of the game…

        • Tiya

I used 8 B1G1 Sobe q's printable, $1 off Dawn w/ Olay from a mailer, B1G1 Right Guard q, $0.50/2 Snickers from CVS machine (the candy is B2G1 and are $0.89 each so Starburst was free), $3 off Nivea Happy Sensation, $4/2 Nivea Body products printable and $1 off when you use Extra Care Card on all Nivea Products. This made the lotion $6.99 and lip care $1.99 so got both free. I also used a $5 off $15 from the CVS machine and $1 ecb. My total before tax was -$0.75 and tax was $0.81. HTH!

    • ireneY

Did anyone see this at their store, or am I imagining deals? I could swear there was a gigantic sign for Vitaminwater 4/$5. And when you buy $10, get $5 back. My Publix had $1/2 tearpads. If my math is correct, that works out to $1 MM.

    • ireneY

If you think your store is out of an advertised item, check the endcaps or freestanding bins. The Crest toothpaste from front page of ad was completely wiped out on the shelves. A clerk pointed me to an endcap on the other side of the store that was stacked to the top. He was grinning from ear to ear because I thanked him profusely for making my day! :)

      • Jess E.

That was a great suggestion. My store was out of the floss…or so I thought, but I remembered your suggestion and scoured the end caps and found some.

    • ireneY

There's a satisfaction guarantee rebate form for Zegerid that's floating around. I googled “zegerid rebate form” and found a printable PDF version. HTH!

    • Dpsallthisandmore4u

does CVS accept competitors coupons (like Targer)??

    • AKA

Can I use a Rite aid Coupon for $5 off a $25 purchase at CVS?

    • Angrcooking

CVS was good to me this week.
I got a 5 off 15 from the koisk last week (mine expired today)
      I found a buy 10 get 5 free powerade on a tear pad @ Harvey's.
Combine that with the purchase 10 powerade @ $1 each this week, I paid 5.30 oop, got back $5 in ECB!! I have guys working out in this heat, I love that they will stay well hydrated!
