    • Mina

Thanks. Now that I’ve dried off and read that, I no longer feel guilty about running out in the storm before midnight to *blow* my $24 in expiring ECB’s on diapers, TP, and granola bars. I didn’t have time to shop or even to check to see if anything I have rainchecs for was in; so, I just grabbed useful items instead of letting them expire. Now, I just have one little ole $2 ECB left, and don’t feel like I’ll be missing anything next week. Plus, we have the little bottoms covered for a little longer.

    • Nina

Lately Wags has been kicking CVS’s butt in deals! But even with that said, I am going to do the cover girl/Olay deal. I received a $5.00/$30.00 coupon via email which should help this deal plus if you buy 2 olay regenerist items before Oct 11th there is a rebate for an Olay eye roller…so hopefully another regenerist deal will come along before then so that I will have 2 items!

    • Honey

Yikes, you’re right! I might not even go…And is it just me or does anyone else not like the new way of doing the ad? Instead of putting the final price at the bottom, they only put the price, then the ecb’s (kind of tricky if you’re used to seeing the final price in that spot). Thanks for the info!

    • Val

I agree nothing worth running out for… I already have enough toothpaste, deodorant and toothbrushes. I will wait and see what is in the ad for next week.

    • Seeker

When printing the Sally Hansen from RP, it’s actually 50 cents off a nail treatment. Is this included in the B1G1? If not, I’ll just wait til Sunday for the paper.

    • monica

There was a $1 off coupon on any 65-280 ct Kleenex Facial Tissues in the $100 coupon book. Can this be used to buy the 96 cents box? Still new and trying to figure all of this out :)

    • Jenny

      Seeker,

I think it is just nail color that is B1G1. The other coupon was in last Sunday’s paper though so you might have it. Sorry I couldn’t remember last night what exactly the printable coupon was for.

    • Michelle

It will be nice to relax Sunday afternoon instead of rushing out to CVS to get things before they are all gone. The long expiration date on the ECB’s make weeks like this easier.

    • rachel

wouldnt you still owe $2 after the ECBs? AFter coupons it would be $5 for the Zantac and $2 for the toothpaste? also I just got an email last night for $4/20 – not sure if everyone is getting that coupon as well?

    • lynn

as i am going through a divorce right now i let my ecbs back up so i guess i will be out shopping for practical things just so i dont lose my ecbs alltogether will have nice free stuff anyways thanks a million jenny for all this work this week realy seems to have kept you busy

    • Not very exciting at all, and I’m frankly stocked on toothpastes, deodorants, and nail polish. I think I’ll go use my $8 ecb for the Pepsis though. With the coupons, $3 out of pocket (nothing after I get $3 back) for 4 packs of Pepsi is a good deal, but nothing I need to race over there on Sat night for.

    • I can’t figure out your CVS deal and the way you figured the money. If you buy the Crest toothpaste and the zantac….wouldn’t you owe $7 with the coupons. What am I doing wrong? Just checking?

    • candace

the sally hansen is in which insert? what was on the cover? Thanks

    • Definetely doing the sally, i have coupons for $1 off 1

    • Shannon in ATL

DALLAS METRO- TEXAS…where did the $1 coupon come from? Thanks!

    • Karen

I can’t get the CVS ad to come up when I click the click here to see full ad. I am looking for Tylenol adult cold/flu products to go on sale, maybe Walgreens will have them on sale this week.

    • lynn

she is using 5.00 off zantac 1.00 off crst 1/2 two xs plus 5.00 in ecbs so she ows no cash maybe just tax if you dont have ecbs the your total would be diffrent or if you dont have the coupons hope that helps

    • Angela

can you really use 4 coupons for the pepsi 12 packs at one time? on the same purchase?

    • Angela

also, it will only let you print this coupon twice!

    • Angela #18/19 – The sale is for 4 fridge-packs of Pepsi for $12; that’s 4 items, so you CAN use 1 coupon per fridge-pack.

Most of the Bricks coupons have a 2-print limit per any computer. You’ll have to find another computer to print the extra from.

    • Kathy

Jenny do you ever take a vacation from this! You must get exhausted! Thanks so much for everything you do!!

      • Jenny

        Kathy,

If I took a vacation I fear I better find a freebie deal for anxiety medications for some :) I am trying to work my schedule out to be able to take one day off a week though.

    • lynn

angela yes you can use those coupons so long as you have eueal number of item as you do manf coupons also incase you didnt know you can as combine with store coupons and / or use ecb with the coupons you use your ecbs like cash almost hope this info helps

    • Freedom Ellis

I have $1 off any Sally Hansen Nail color as well. They are the Kmart coupon book.

    • Diana

I went to wags yesterday for vitamins, B1G1, had 2 $4.00 ip’s for what I wanted and both worked. Even tho 1 scanned at $0. The cashier told me they are doing whatever it takes to keep the customer happy. (Upstate SC) They also have started really! good sales. Not listed in the flyers, you have to walk the aisles and check out the orange tickets on the shelves. Got 32 oz of All Small and Mighty for $1.20 cents. 4No limit. Saved 34.74on detergent alone.

    • lynn

Jenny i am also thinking you need a vaction a well earned one … but yes please send the freebie anxiety medication deal first lol…. i dont think i could walk a day in your shoes or go this coupon deal match up by myself i personal would need a 12 step program to help me through dont think they make coupon anonomouse you are truely one of a kind as i have looked into9 other site and NONE are as good as yours if i dont say it enough THAK YOU THANK YOU FOR all you daily for us some of us could not do so well in our daily lifes without yuour gracouse help please excuse the mi types god bless you and yours

    • chels

i cant find the sally Q for the nail polish?!?!? any help? i got charlotte observer! it should be in there right?

    • LOVE the new printable shopping list option! Thanks!!

    • Missie

I found Sally Hansen coupons $1 off nail color in the 8/02 rp.

    • Abigail

I signed up my ecare card on line over 2 months ago and I still haven’t gotten e-mail or any coupons. Does anyone know why this might be happening?? The $4/$20 would really help in other weeks when they’ve got good deals.

    • Those of you looking for Sally Hansen nail color coupons, they are in the August 2 Red Plum ($1/1), and the September 13 Red Plum ($1/2 or .50/1 depending on your area).

I have 5 of the $1/1 so I will use those 5, and add a .50/1 to make 6 coupons for 6 nail colors. If I can find the 99 cent ones, that will be a cost of $2.97 for the nail color, for which I will use $5.50 in coupons. That makes the deal a $2.53 money maker.

    • chels

      Thanks 4 the help!

    • RM

      Jenny,
Sally coupons not printing and Pepsi coupons say no prints available.
any help would be appreciated. Thanks

    • Courtney Carpenter

I’m in the Greenville area and there are no Sally coupons in either 9/13 or 8/2. Am I missing it?

    • Kimberly

Just wanted to let everyone know, the Olay Regenerist Wipes are not part of the Extra Bucks deal at my CVS. The cheapest Regenerist item was $21.99.

    • No more prints available for Pepsi of Sally :( But THANKS I found the coupon for Salyy in 8/2 RP!!

    • Sheila

It makes me kind of sad to see the deals this week. I have been CVSing for about a year now and this is the worse week I have saw. i hope things pick up because we don’t have any Walgreens close by. Let hope the Thanksgiving sales are as good as last year.

    • Valerie

I didn’t get the Sally Hansen coupon in the paper. I can’t get the full screen view from the link, so I can’t get the printable from there, AND the RedPlum website only has a Sally Hansen coupon for lip products. I guess I’m just out of luck all the way around.

    • I went to 2 CVS’ and no luck finding 99cent Sally polish :(

    • Amy

FYI – the CVS stores are most likely out of all the 99 cent Sally Hansen nail polish. Don’t waste your time. It was from an earlier promotional, probably limited edition item. …not really fair to advertise that price.

    • lynn

the cheapest sally item was 2.99 at the cvs store i shop is any one having any luck the same with regenerest item here also wipes not part of the deal cheapest is 21.00 not so good of a sale if there are any hiddsen sales to be had please let me know thank you

    • Victoria

In Marietta, GA the cheapest Sally Hanson polish was 2.99 (B1G1), so I could not do that deal.

    • beverly

I found Colgate toothbrushes in the travel section for 0.99 and .99ECB back which makes it free, limit one. And while I was looking at the toothbrushes I found crest white strips (8 count) there as well for 5.99 and you may have a coupon for 5 off which makes them 0.99 each. It always pays to look around if you have a little time.

    • kelli

I don’t have any sally coupons in my 8/2 or 9/13 rps. :( I was hoping to get some cheap/free nail polish… I’ve got 6 ecbs that I’ve gotta use before tuesday. Hopefully I’ll be able to figure out a good deal or them. Maybe I’ll just go treat myself to something that I don’t need and that isn’t a good deal. That would be a lot better than losing $6 ECBs. :)

    • Carrie

The Pepsi coupon is not working for me. Website goes to print and then posts “There are no prints available for this campaign.”

But I do like the FYI from Amy #38. With that in mind I will just hold on to my extra care bucks for next week which I am sure there will be much more to splurge on. I can’t expect every week to be fabulous deals!

    • Michelle

In Tucker, GA the cheapest Sally nail polish was $2.49, no free nail polish today! If you still have any of the dry idea printable coupons left from a few months back $2 off 1, then the roll on dry idea will be free after extra bucks!

    • Dee Dee

I only bought the nail polish, since I have to have my toes painted at all times, I really wanted more variety in colors. To my surprise, I got $2 ECB and a $5 off when you purchase $30 dollars of merchandise, and a $2 dollars off when you spend $10 on stomach medicine (although i won’t be using this one, the others were a nice unexpected gift).

    • I went in just for the Pepsi; quick in/out trip! Spent $8 ECB and used 2 of the Pepsi coupons (I misplaced my other 2 and no more prints are available so I think that one is gone), and got 4 packs for $4. Count the $3 ECB it spit back and that’s $1.00 for them all!

Oh, and last night I caught what might be a decent deal on Hip2Save’s site for the ROC products. Essentially it looks like you spend $11 or so, and get $10ecb back. http://hip2save.blogspot.com/

    • Ann

The cheapest Salley Hensen polish at my CVS in Atlanta was $2.49. The manager said she’s not sure where they got the .99 from since she has never seen any for that price. I did get a great deal on Snyder’s Halloween snacks for my sons class though. $2.99 for a bag of 24, had a $1.00/2 coupon plus 4.00/20. The same pretzels are $3.99 a bag at Target.

    • kelli

I did pretty good today. I wasn’t going to go shopping this week but then I realized that I had $6 ECBs that were expiring on Tuesday. I got a $5/$25 coupon in my email that expired today, so I decided to make a last minute run, I really didn’t want to waste the $5/$25 if I had to spend money this week.
      I bought:
      2 boxes of Zantac 150
1 bottle of CVS anti-dandruff shampoo (for my fiance)
      used:
      $5/$25
      (2) $5 off Zantac
      $10 ECBs
total was $.27 and I got back $6

    • tonya

I have had a great year at CVS. It takes a lot of thinking, but it sure is worth it. I have spent less that $100 and have over $540 worth of stuff in my closet. Half of that is probably soda products, meaning I have a ton of free stuff. I don’t think I’ll ever have to buy toothpaste, toothbrushes, razors, deodarant, shampoo, and body wash ever again. Yeah! If I could…I’d give you a hug Jenny! You have helped my family save hundreds of dollars.

    • lynn

I have been “CVSing” about a month now. Have a question….before I started this, I constantly got coupons on the bottom of my receipts when i shopped. Since I started this, I have not gotten any coupons on my receipt. I get my ECBs, of course, but never anything additional. Is this normal?

    • Becky

No .99 nail polishes at any of the area CVS’s that I tried. Cheapest I found was 2.79 BOGO so I used 2 $1/2 coupons…. and got the limit of four with a coupon for each. Still a good deal to get two high-quality nail polishes for .79 plus I paid for them with ECB’s. Also found small boxes of Wheat Thins on sale for $1/each…used $1 printable Wheat Thins coupons for that (so they were FREE)… and got several travel size packs of Schick razors @ $1.29 each with $1 coupons on each one. They had the 6 oz. boxes of Nabisco cookies and crackers for $1/each & I used the $1/2 coupons from the Nabisco coupon book I registered for online and it was mailed to me. That made it like BOGO.

    • Becky

Also, FYI…Target generated coupons on Hot Coupon World offered $2 off Purina ONE dog or cat food coupons. Last week’s paper had $3 coupons for the same. Stack them and get a bag of a dog or cat food for under a $1 (and this is premium pet food). Also, Target has Loreal Ever Pure sets on clearance so it’s a great time to pull out all those $2 coupon. Also, Rite Aid has Tag Spray this week BOGO half off…this is a good time to get a GREAT deal. Use your own BOGO coupons from previous papers + the $2 off coupon. This makes them all FREE any way you figure it. While you’re there, grab a coupon for $1 and carton of Haagen-Dazs Ice Cream from the tear pad on the front of the freezer. Enjoy!

    • Becky

Sorry that should have read $1 off any carton of Haagen-Dazs. I get a couple each trip in and will save them for a deal on ice cream. Happy couponing friends!

    • I found $1.00 off one Sally Hanson. Someone may have already mentioned this but if not it is in a coupon book at the front desk of kmart called “Total Savings $62!”. There are some great coupons here including $1.00 off 3 vo5 which would work for the Rite Aid deal. Free nail polish-Yea.

    • Erin b

Woohoo! My husband needed Fusion razor blades. But I got busted with an expired q. I’ve always been able to use exp qs at CVS. The cashier wouldn’t even scan it. She just looked at the date and said she’s not supposed to take it. Oh well still got a free shave gel.

    • I love this new shopping list feature!!!! Thank you!!

    • kelly y

CVS sent me two coupons for a $25 gift card if I would fill a new Rx or transfer one from a non-CVS pharmacy. My son had his wisomd teeth removed last week and he had two prescriptions, one for antibiotics and one for pain medicine. I now have a $50 gift card for CVS…YEAH ME!!!

Can’t wait to use it wisely…with your help!

    • Jamey

Has anyone had trouble using the B1G1 coupon for the Covergirl/olay deal? My CVS wouldn’t take it, said it was not included for the foundation that is on sale (the one with the $10ECB). I was trying to get 2 of the simply ageless foundations, I’m not sure what the problem is, but I’ve found my CVS mgmt to be not at all helpful in situations like this, they couldn’t explain why, just wouldn’t take it. The CPN says “any CG foundation”. Anyone had any luck with this deal? I found the regenerist cleanser for 7.99 that Jenny suggested, but put it back. Maybe I’ll try the other CVS in town in I have time.

    • kelli

Jamey – I had luck at my CVS. I have two CVSs in my town and I went to the one that I knew was more likely to take it. I bought one liquid foundation for $4.99 and got one simply ageless for free. I also got to use the $1 off covergirl with it and I used a $4/$20 too. So, I got everything for just the tax, plus I got $2 in ECBs back.

    • Some of our packages of Lipton Green Tea had an additional $1 off coupon on them.

    • ang

No Sally for .99 at Bellevue, Tn CVS either, but I picked up the 2.00 off Nailpolish pens and used them at Walgreens where they were 40% off and when you buy 2 you get $3 RR for Sally on a future purchase. This made the pens basically 1.5 a piece and I can get some more polish later for about .25 a bottle with my RR.

CVS was having a great sale 75% off many school supplies and furniture. I got a shelf for my son’s room for 10.00, made a profit off some Huggies wipes and used my CG coupons for the free face product before they expire. By the end after all coupons I got foundation for .19 plus the free product.

    • the cvs in Maine has the johnny cat cat litter 10 pound bag for 99 cents and if you go to this site http://www.jonnycat.com/clubjonny.php you can get a dollar off so it would be free. limit of 2

    • GG

I found the .99 Sally Hanson at my CVS up front in a round bin display with other products like NYC makeup and La Cross. It is up front in the middle of the isle near the register. Too late for B1G1 but you can get the polish for .50 off with the coupon.

      • jennifer

I found it there also. I used the $-1.00 from walgreens and didn’t have any beeps. So I got it free!

    • kelli

I just can’t stay away from CVS. I went with my fiance, we each did a transaction.

      Transaction 1:
      2 Neutragena Triple Reneral Shampoo – $4.99
1 Neutrogena Triple Moisture conditioners – $4.99 each
      1 Colgate toothbrush – $.99
3 boxes of Wheat Thins – $1 each
      1 Schick Quatro Titanium razor – $4.99 (I had a raincheck)
      1 Locker mirror and magnet set – 75% off – $.75
      1 pack of Extra Fruit Sensations Gum – 75% off – $.32
      used:
      $5/$25
      (3) $1 off any Neutrogena haircare
      (3) $1 off any Wheat Thins
      (1) $4 off Schick Quatro Titanium
      10 ECBs
Total OOP: $.96 ($.94 of that was tax)
and I got back $9 ECBs

      Transaction 2:
2 Neutrogena Triple Moisture conditioners – $4.99 each
      1 Neutragena Triple Reneral Shampoo – $4.99
12 Johnson & Johnson First Aid To Go Kits – $.99 each
3 Bubble Yum sets (I don’t know where these came from, I never saw them in the store until today when they were in the 75% off bin) – $1.25 each
      used:
      $5/$25
      (3) $1 off any Neutrogena haircare
      (12) $1 off J&J item (the last one was adjusted down to $.88)
      $10 ECBs
Total OOP: $1.54 ($.72 of that was tax)
and I got back $5 ECBs

I totally forgot to pick up 2 colgate toothbrushes for some reason, so I didn’t get one… oops.
I did get a raincheck for wheat thins though.

I think I(we) did pretty good. Total OOP was $2.50 and we saved a total of $96.46 and only spent $6 in ECBs that we didn’t get back! wooo! sometimes I REALLY love CVS!

since I didn’t see this mentioned above, I thought I’d mention it here… You can get a pretty good deal on Neutrogena shampoo/conditioner.

      There’s a $1 off any Neutrogena haircare here: http://coupons.redplum.com/SouthernSavers/
(this works with my zip code, 24060)

If you buy 3 of the Triple Renewal shampoo/Triple Moisture conditioner for $4.99 each (they’re regularly priced $6.99) and use (3) $1 off coupons, that makes it $11.97. The ECBs will print out, even through it’s 3 cents off of the $15. After the $5 ECBs, it’s $6.97, which is 2 cents less then 1 at full price at CVS. I have to be honest, I have no idea how much these are anywhere else, but 3 for $6.97 seems like a great deal, even if you don’t have anything else to buy.

    • You guys are awesome I totally want to learn how to do this but don’t know where to start….I have $5 ECB…How do I use them?

I’ve never seen so little comments on CVS just two days before ad ends! I guess it was a slow week for everyone!

I don’t think that I’ve seen so few comments on cvs either. I had a great week! I’m thinking about making one more trip, like I need more stuff in my apartment. :)
