This is one of the best prices we’ve seen on Family Fun!!  Mamapedia (another daily deal site) has a 2 year subscription on sale today for $5.  Then if you are new to Mamapedia, use code HOLIDAY3 to get $3 off!!

That makes it $2!

(Limit one per household.  It says for new subscriptions only, but should work fine to use your same name and address and renew your current subscription)

(thanks Money Saving Mom!)

Note: You can get 1 year on Tanga.com for $2.99 today using code FUN.

    • $5 is for one year. $10 is for two. Still a great deal though. Thanks for the coupon code!

    • Melanielynn77

      That's what I thought too…I was a little confused at first..haha…
      Still good deal though..

    • Pam K

When I went to this site, a 2 year subscription was $10, but the one year was $5, minus the HOLIDAY3 code made 1 year for $2, still a great deal!

    • Lashleyy

You can actually get 2 years for $2 because it gives you a $5 credit for making a purchase. You can purchase the first year for $2, then go back in after the credit is added and purchase another year for free.

    • Gettobobs

I got mine, 1 year for $2. Cool

    • Debra

I don't get how it works – what do I do with the voucher that expires 12/17???
Do I have to do something else to start the subscription?

    • Autball

It worked for one year for me! A great housewarming gift for my best Mom friend!

    • Kelley D

And this is good for at least 3 more days. 2 years for $7. Not bad.

    • Laurie

ok – I know I am stressing, but could someone confirm that you don't have to do anything else with the voucher to start the subscription – I just got an email saying that the voucher is going to expire in 14 days but I can't find anything else to do with the voucher… thanks.

Bought this deal because I do like the magazine, but I'm confused by the expiration date… Do I need to do anything other than buying the deal? Thanks!

SweetDeals 1 hour ago in reply to lp
Hi there, thanks for your question. No, once you have purchased the deal you have nothing else to do. We will provide Disney with the mailing address you gave us upon check out and you should receive your first issue in about 4-6 weeks! -Sweet Deals Team.

I copied/pasted this from their discussion section about the deal.

    • Melanielynn77

How do you sign out of your account…it's doing something weird

    • pamperedKate

they're also offering a $5 credit for signing up if you're new — the magazine winds up being free!

    • Kim

I was wondering the same thing about the voucher….it says the magazine should arrive in 4-6 weeks, so why do we need a voucher?? Maybe it is just a receipt. Do we need to do something further??

    • Susan

I had a subscription through Amazon and I cancelled before it renewed at the end of this week, so I don't know if they will allow me to get the subscription or not. Have my fingers crossed that I don't lose my money.

I was super excited about this, and then just noticed it said for new subscriptions only. What happens if I buy this as a gift for someone who already has a subscription?

SweetDeals 0 minutes ago in reply to Kendra
Hi Kendra, thanks for your question. Unfortunately it is for new subscriptions only. If you purchase it anyways Disney will reject the subscription and unfortunately you would be out the money that you paid for the deal. -Sweet Deals Team

      • Susan

By the way, I copied the Kendra/Sweet deals conversation from their discussion section.

    • Rebecca

I just did this deal, the 2 year script with new registration. The coupon code and $5 credit were applied at checkout, and my total was $2 in my cart when I hit submit. Then I got an order confirmation saying I was charged $10, and my checking account has been drafted $10, not $2. I’ve sent an e-mail to mamapedia, but no response yet. If you do this, check to see that you are charged properly!!

    • Missy

It would not allow me to use the $5 credit with another coupon code so I used the coupon code couponcab4 for a $4 discount to get the one-year subscription for $1.
I read another earlier comment about going back in and getting another year for free but am not sure how to make that work since this is for new subscriptions only.

      • Missy

The coupon code couponcab4 is for new customers only.

      • Heather M

Thanks so much for this coupon code…the other one that Jenny gave us said it was expired…I got a one year subscription for $1..wish it would have also let me use my credit towards this too, but who can beat $1. THANK YOU AGAIN!!

    • Amyreese2010

      sold out

      • Laura

No its not, I was just able to do the deal.

        • Melissa blaylock

it says sold out for me too

      • Weezie2211

I just did it and used couponcab4 code and got 2 years for $6. You need to wait a few hours to get your $5 credit for being a new customer. Not sure if you can use that also because I processed order quickly after signing up.

    • Pbconner

Didn't work for me. I ended up paying $7 for 2 years which is still a good price but not what they promised. Ii replied to their confirmation email my dissatisfaction.

    • Gettobobs

I got 1 year for $2- worked perfectly (I did it about 2 hours ago before it was sold out). Then I went back to the site later to look around and saw I had a $5 credit. It would have been nice if the credit had shown up when I was making my purchase. I inquired about canceling my first order and getting 2 years for $10 minus my credit + the coupon code would have made it $2 for 2 years…like Jenny originally said. I have not gotten a response. If they are indeed sold out, I guess that is why.

    • Watkinsl

I got 1 year for free because it let me use my $5 credit. I tried to use the coupon code for the 2 yr subscription but it would not let me use both the code and the credit together.

    • Holly

I just did this deal too. The link in Jenny's post didn't work for me, but I went to the site directly and did it that way. I love the Gymboree coupons that come in these magazines!

    • Michelle

      This coupon has expired?

    • Kyladyslipper

I purchased two years for $6. The Holiday3 coupon has expired but couponcab4 (for new users) worked to get $4 off. I have been waiting for a cool deal to get this magazine subscription for the family.

      • Lori

Thank you so much for the coupon code couponcab4! Holiday3 was expired so I used this one and saved $4!!!

    • Califixation

Just got 1 year sub. for $1!! AWESOME! Thanks for posting the coupon code!! I love this magazine and so does my 6 year old crafter! What a deal!!! Happy Holidays!

    • Flomom

go thru ebates and get 4%. also, on ebates tells you about code december 3 which takes off $3.00 (used that instead of holiday3 which was expired)

    • MTF

I just did this at about 11pm Tonight (Tues). Got the 2 yrs, used my $5 credit and couponcab4 (thank you poster) for $4 off and got 2 yrs for $1 !!!

      • Deedeescoupons

I just tried to put in the coupon and use my credit and it would not let me use both

    • Nsimmons

I had a friend purchase through my link but was given no credit of $10. Did anyone else have this problem?
