salt dough

Have you ever made anything with salt dough?  Ornaments are just one thing on the long list of salt dough to-do projects I have.  I love this tutorial from A Kitschy Kitchen using cookie cutters and Christmas tree imprints.

Supplies:

1 cup regular table salt
2 cups white flour
1 cup luke warm water.
Christmas tree branch
cookie cutter

Basically, you make the salt dough recipe, roll it out, put a few tree imprints in the dough, then cut out the ornaments.  Put a hole through the top so you can string it onto the tree.
