I love that Earthfare always has these offers but I really struggle to find anything there that is $5 or $10 andworth the free item. Usually one item (A box of cereal, peanut butter etc;) is at least $5 which is crazy to me when I normally spend $1.00 on a box of cereal. Any suggestions on inexpensive items at Earthfare?

I visited an EarthFare in Johnson City, TN that had a $5 lunch deal (1/2 sandwich & cup of soup) at the deli counter. I don’t know if other stores do that, but it would work.
