There is a great coupon out for eggs.  Looking on the companies site it appears they are sold in stores across the South so if you find them let us know how much they are regularly.  This would be great at stores that double up this high!

I checked HT's website, and found that they (well, my HT anyway) sell them for $3.69 (currently on sale for vic holders at $3.19). With the doubled Q, that would make it $1.69 on sale/$2.19 regular price.

Pasteurized eggs? Ummm, no thanks. I don't think so. Thanks for finding though. Sure would like some good eggs.

I have to agree with Judith. My mom uses these eggs since she takes medication that suppresses her immune system. But one day she thought she'd buy some eggs from the Amish at the farmer's market because she thought they would taste so much better. They didn't. We'll stick with the Davidson's eggs! Thanks for the heads up on the coupon!

Pasteurized shell eggs are useful for recipes that require eggs, but that aren't cooked sufficiently to destroy egg-borne pathogens. Examples: eggs served over-easy, egg nog, caesar dressing, etc. Follow the link below for more info:

I LOVE these eggs! For anyone who has tried them, they taste and look as good as the eggs I bought at the farmer's market last week. The yolks were dark and set up high and they had good rich taste.
