Does anyone know what grocery store coupons are actually in this book?

I bought the Piedmont Triad version and we had $5/$25’s for Lowes Foods and Just Save. Also had a number of coupons for CVS and Walgreens.

I used my $5/$25’s at HT, which takes them as competitor coupons. It was definitely worth buying for that alone but there were also some good coupons for local restaurants that I’ve been using.
