family dollar rebateFamily Dollar has a rebate for a $5 prepaid Visa card wyb $25 in participating Procter & Gamble Products.

The details:

– Purchase your products all in (1) transaction by May 31st
– Send in your completed Rebate Form, receipt, and product UPCs
– Get your $5 prepaid card by mail

Before you head out check the Weekly Ad and Coupon Matchups for Family Dollar for any deals you’d like to pick up and any coupons you’d like to use.

Be sure to send in your form by 7/06.
