I am having trouble finding the RP printable $1 off coupon. Is it no longer available? I searched under household and still no luck.

      • amyw83

Hey, I tried searching under household and couldn’t find it either. Then I clicked show all coupons and it was on page 2 or 3. good luck!

      • The $1 off printable coupon is actually on facebook once you take an allergen test.

    • Barbara

Is the store coupon limited to one per person?

      • Dannie

My store let me do several transactions earlier this week.

      • Shantiadra

It’s really, really, really super nice to leave some for other people though :)

    • Regina

I did this deal this morning! They ended up being $0.08! I did more than 1 transaction and it worked fine.

    • Julia

My store has not let me use ANY mobile coupons. They say that they can’t get them to go through. Has anyone else had this problem? I have emailed FD but nothing yet… I am missing out on some good deals here. Purvis, MS location…

      • Dannie

They have to type the code in by hand after they ring it up. Must go in order of phone code then paper coupon or the total won’t be free.

    • kristen

i printed the 2.50 off coupon fine but when i finished the allergy tracker on fb and clicked on coupon to print i just got a blank page. anyone else having trouble with the fb coupon?

      • Regina

I got that as well…takes a few seconds to come up.

    • amyw83

Where is the $1/1 coupon on the facebook page located? I can’t find it!!!

      • kimba

Take the Allergen Test on the page, tkaes a few seconds, but worked for me

    • Tamara Jones

My store couldn’t get the both discounts to go through. Ended up just using the the store discount ONLY, paying $1.14.

    • Jill

Boo no deal for me, completely sold out. Store said people were lined up at 7:30 a.m. (really)

    • Amy

Have them run the MQ through as .98 and it works. (they have to key it manually)

      • Rhonda Mealer Parsons

The store I went to would not key in .98 because the coupon is for 1.00. They said it is against their policy to do so.

        • Toni Woodbury

It is not against their PRINTED coupon policy. Google for it. It is online, and you can print it out. If they follow their official coupon policy, they HAVE to manually reduce any manufacturer’s coupon that exceeds the price of the item so that there won’t be overage. They also HAVE to accept one store and one manufacturer’s coupon used on the same item.

        • jb

The store I went to changed their store q to $2.48 and I only paid .07 a bottle

    • Britta

Here is what I found. There is also a $.75 Rp coupon. Not sure of the date. Exp 10/20. The $2.50 works on the 60 oz bonus bottles, but not mighty pacs.. I got one for free and one for $.25. Inside tip. Tomorrow’s super coupon is $3 off $15 purchase.

      • Britta

I also grabbed the herbal essence shamp and cond. 2/$5 and used $3 off two. Made them $1 each.

My store had trouble getting both to go through but finally did something manual to make it happen (after just staring at the screen for 3 minutes and when they were checking someone with both out as I had walked in the door). The two cashiers were so annoyed I heard them say they were going to go back and pull any left off the shelf so they didn’t have to worry about it anymore.

    • Kelly

My store would let me do it! :( Looking back on it, if they would have changed one the coupons manually to be 2 cent lower I think it would have gone through. Oh well.

    • Rhonda Mealer Parsons

The FD I went to in Knoxville, TN said they can only use one coupon when both coupons combined equal more than the price. I read some other comments that said the stores keyed in .98 instead of the 1.00 coupon. It was still a great deal. I got the detergent for 1.32 including tax. I had to get the mighty packs because they were out of the liquid. There was a lady that had 7 or 8 of the liquids in her buggy behind me. Oh well, glad I got what I did!

My Family Dollar wouldn’t take the $1 coupon either, just the $2.50 coupon. The cashier embarrassed me and was so loud and mean that I just walked out without buying them. (even though I should have just bought them wih the $2.50 coupons) I’ve just started couponing in the last 2 weeks- and EVERY single transaction has been an issue, coupons not going through, cashier doesn’t know what a coupon is.. yada yada.. they treat me like I’m a thief!!!!

      • Sara C

I applaud you just walking out! I also do that when I am faced with rude clerks, bad customer service, and just bad business.

      • Toni Woodbury

I am sorry. That is embarrassing and difficult to endure especially when you are a newbie couponer. Just remember that many stores do not train their employees very well, and the cashiers and even managers are often ignorant of their own store’s coupon policy. Some stores have coupon policies online that you can print and take to the store to gently with a bright spirit present to cashiers and managers asking them to please follow their own coupon policy so that you won’t have wasted a trip and wasted ink in printing their coupon. Here’s a sample script: “Oh, so you haven’t been taught your store coupon policy yet. Here, would you like to have my copy? I just printed it off your store’s website. It says that one manufacturer’s coupon plus one store coupon can be used on the same item. See? Right here. And it says that you are supposed to manually reduce the amount of the manufacturer’s coupon if it is for more than the cost of the item. See it? It’s right here. Maybe your manager can help me.” Be kind and gentle but persistent, at least to the point of getting them to hear you out, if you can. If you feel comfortable with that. It is what I do. It pays its dividends eventually, because usually in time a store will actually read their coupon policy and begin following it, and you at least have a better chance of not having wasted your gas, travel time, research time, and printer paper and ink. Plus if you are VERY nice you avoid embarrassment in front of other shoppers because you are shown to be following the store’s coupon policy while the store doesn’t even know their own policy. Rarely but sometimes a store will be persistently adamant about not following their coupon policy, so don’t shop there or shop at your own risk. Family Dollar, Walgreens, and Walmart used to not honor their own coupons/coupon policies in my area, and a few of their stores still don’t, but most now do.

My store in Durha,NC had ALOT of trouble was but finallywas able to letme do 3 seperate tranactions and I only paid $0.07 for town of them and they actually gave me $2.67 back for one of them. I told them that this wasn’t right, but they assured me that it was!! Oh well!! :-)

    • Audrey Goodwin

The closest store to me with any in stock is in Georgia which is over 40 miles away and they only have a couple. Guess I’ll have to pass.

    • Tracy

Maybe it is my lucky day but I went to get the All deal and they were all out so I ask the lady working did they have any in the back and she said no but corporate told them to substitute a 50oz bottle of Gain in its place. Which is on sale for $4.88 and still accept the All coupons. I got two bottles of Gain for $1.34 each. :)

      • tinab

You got lucky. I went to my local store at noon…they were sold out. I asked if I could substitute the All pods (same price) and use the All coupon…they said no. I asked for a rain check…they said no. :(

    • Jennifer Roberts

My store would not let me use both coupons either. I explained that one was a Family Dollar coupon and one manufacturer coupon but she said it was because it was on sale.

      • Toni Woodbury

The manager at my store allowed the coupons to be used because he ought to (there is nothing in the coupon policy that says a coupon cannot be used on an item that is on sale), but he said that it was all a big mistake from corporate and that the coupon ought not to have been issued along with a sale. He said that it would probably never happen again. He said the All was sold out, but he would sell me a bottle of Gain and let me use the store coupon on it. Nice of him.

    • Sara C

Family Dollar is a joke. Every time there is anything on sale – they are always sold out. I understand the concept of limited quantities and demand for a product – but I have tried multiple times to take advantage of a sale only to be told that they were out and would not be getting more in. When I recently asked about a specific product, the clerk told me that they had received less than 20 of them and that was it. I WILL never shop there again.

    • Chloe12

I have to agree with everyone….the FD that I went to wouldn’t let me use both coupons and weren’t very nice. I’m sure their corporate office would not like hearing how employees are treating customers and how they are losing some great business.

      • Toni Woodbury

Print out their official coupon policy before you go. (Google for it.) I do, and bring it in with me because even WITH the printed coupon policy in hand, I sometimes have difficulty from a cashier/assistant manager that is very confused. But at least I have a CHANCE of it not being a wasted trip.
