Here is the link for the FL printable coupons http://www.foodlion.com/InStore/BabyCare/BabyCoupons
      ENJOY!

    • LaBreeska

Finally! I've been watching for this to post so I could make my shopping list for tomorrow! :-D

    • Sarah

Is the Food Lion Kyosk a new thing and is it in the store?

      • Laura

Some stores have them. Unfortunately none in the Charleston, SC area have them and according to corporate don't plan on having them soon. :(

        • Squirrellyec

well, poo on them. I want a kiosk. :(

    • Carrie

Question: When doing the Food Lion and Harris Teeter meal deals, why does she add coupons to the free items? Does it take money off the items you are paying for?

      • kittie

I depends on your store. My Food Lion will take off free items (or give overage)

      • Shannonw1983

from what i seen at food lion when ring up the meal deal it says the reg price for everything and that u can use coupons for it, but at ht they ring up zero so i dont see how u can coupons

        • Cattyjenny

at food lion, when they do the meal deal, you can still use coupons for the items that will be free. As the cashier scans the items, it gets tallied and then when the cashier clicks the final total, THEN the free items prices get subtracted.

      • Squirrellyec

They still ring up those items. Even though you are technically getting those for free the system accepts the coupon for them, so it will come off of your total.

      • Mrsswinehart

It's sort of like using a “store coupon” and a manufacture coupon together except you are using your MVP card instead of a coupon. It's a store sale, so you can still use a manufacturer coupon with it. Make sense? I did it with the last store deal with no problems.

      • Audley79

my food lion lets me use coupons for the free items, but my harris teeter does not. Guess each store has thier own policy, just check with them first.

      • Prettyblueyez

Ive not done it myself but have read it that they ring all the items up and the register charges you full price for all items you then give them manuf coupons and then you mvp card. Hth

      • Crispywoodle

Yes Carrie you will get more $ off your order. For example: Buy Tyson chicken breasts and get 5 items free. If you have a coupon for Tyson, and a coupon for each of the “free” items they will decrease the total amount paid for the “meal deal” by however much your total coupons are. So if the deal costs $8.99 and you have $3 worth of coupons then you pay $5.99 instead. This is bc they scan each item even though it is “free” so when the coupon for that item is scanned, it takes it off the total.

        • Jnsanske

I am going to try to use that this week at food lion but HT wouldnt lt me last week

          • Sherri

same thing happened to me. the cashier said they changed their policy and HT no longer takes coupons on the free stuff but FL does!

      • Jnsanske

I tried to use coupons at Harris teeter last week for the free stuff on the meal deal and they wouldnt let me.. The register beeped and she said because the item is already free, you cant use the coupon

    • Sheilaryanx1

Someone, anyone, please reply. What are the ecoupons at Food Lion?

      • Kristin S.

the ecoupons are through savingstar.com and you can link up all kinds of store cards to them. You use them along with paper coupons, but they don’t come off the total. You get back the money every time you reach $5 worth of ecoupons. I can’t wait to see the money start coming in. HTH

      • Salvato08

think they are coupons you load to your food lion card. and i think you can stack them.

      • KT

ecoupons are a new program started by the same company that does upromise. basically, you register at the savingstar site and then load the ecoupons onto your food lion card. when you buy the item, it will then activate the ecoupon (it may take a few days/ weeks) and create a rebate. once you reach a certain amount of money on the rebate, you will then be able to cash it out with paypal or amazon, etc.

        • ljbtrfly

the store also offer ecoupons you can load onto your MVP card from their website. they can be used with mfg qs.

    • Asmith

I don't know exactly how it works but in Chester VA I have done in past and the coupons has come off the total even thought the items ring up 0

    • Squirrellyec

Do the eCoupons not count as manufacturers coupons? Jenny stacked an eCoupon with another huggies coupon, so was confused.

      • the savingstar eCoupons are different they do not come off at the register but are put into an online savings account that you can get back as cash. Yes, they can be used with paper coupons and discounts in the store.

        • Squirrellyec

          Thanks for the clarification!

    • Littlemommyshannon

Does anyknow how much the tyson family packs are and what they are?

      • Littlemommyshannon

I think they are 5.99 each

    • Salvato08

are ecoupons store coupon? so you can stack them with manufacture?

      • Lydia B

The ecoupon are store coupons, you can load them onto your mvp card from http://www.foodlion.com i think its under promotions. You can use them with regular q’s you get from the paper or print.

    • Blondeandbald04

are all genral mills cerals on sale or just the ones you listed?

    • Enscott

Most of this stuff is the same in that ad that I am viewing online, but I am not seeing the “mean deal” or the “3 day sale” Has food lion changed their ad wording, or is it just not going on in my area?

      • Jkbbtmekay

some of the food lions have changed and have a slightly different ad, with no meal deal and no three day sale. i know it has changed in wilson nc

        • M Reid

i'm in smithfield nc, and i couldn't find the meal deal listed either :(

      • sigaduro

I am in the Raleigh, NC area and we don't have the 3 day sale listed either, but in looking at the ad, 3 of the four things listed for it are week long sale prices in our ad. the only exception is the Huggies diapers are 8.99 all week instead of 7.99 fri-sun. hth

        • Enscott

I thought thinks were looking about the same, just not having those specific deals. Thanks for your help!

    • KellyAnn

A little confused on their coupon policy…Can you stack a manufacturer and a store coupon?

    • CJ

Can't we also stack the Food Lion store coupons with the diaper deal?? There is a $3 off Huggies or Pull Ups FLIP. That would make for an awesome deal!

      • Tisha

I think the $3 Huggies Q is for the big box of diapers, not the jumbo pack. I got excited at first, too. :-)

        • frugalfairye

I have used the $3 huggies coupon from the FL site, printed it off and stacked with a manufac. coupon…..small pack was on sale for 9.99, had no problem with them both being used in the transaction….can only print one per computer, but with access to other computer, it gave us several transactions for diapers at a really great price!

          • sigaduro

When i comes to printing FL coupons from their website, when the print page comes up with all of the print options, you can put in however many copies you want to print. It will only allow you to print once, but you can print as many copies you want during that one time. Make sense? The diapers are free if you use the $3 FL printable (it says it is good on any Huggies, pull ups or goodnights), the $3 facebook coupon and the $2 instasave coupon. Great deal on Huggies!!

            • couponnewbie

I am new to FL – I just looked at their store coupons and didn't see the Huggies coupon, just the Pampers. I called customer service and they couldn't see the Huggies coupon either :( While I was on the phone, she told me FL's coupon policy is only one coupon per item, so does that mean I cannot stack a manu with a store coupon? Thank you.

            • heather

up until a few weeks ago, they allowed us to use manufacturer paper coupons with FL printed coupons. Starting a few weeks ago, they changed their policy and no longer allow both. Some stores still have not updated to the new policy, so occasionally you may be able to still stack, but as a general rule don't expect it to work.

            • Jnsanske

The $3 coupon I printed off the food lion site for the diapers says no other coupon may be used with this coupon… So does that means we cant stack with the facebook coupon?? And what is the $2 instasave coupon??

            • Ggirl3188

I cant find the fl printable can you direct me?

            • @ Sigaduro. if you are telling folks that you can make multiple copies of one internet coupon by changing the amount of prints to copy through the properties than you are mislead. yes you can do this but its illegal. if you notice each internet coupon that you print comes out with its own series of numbers on the upper corner (usually where they have a mini barcode or barcode picture for the company to use). i'm actually suprised that the computer doesnt spit them out b/c of the same use of numbers. if this is what your talking about i wouldnt suggest doing this. its the same thing as taking a copy of a manufacture coupon. it clearly states you cannot do this. (this is how they combat coupon fraud. they have a lot of smart folks out there that spend hours altering existing coupons with out dated internet printables because of the barcode being work able.

            • mel

@facebook-1569937662:disqus. Not so fast, I believe sigaduro was talking about FOOD LION STORE COUPONS. If so she/he is right you can print more or those because they are STORE COUPONS and have the same number unlike MANUFACTURER COUPONS,which as you say do have different numbers/codes. With that being said, that is why FOOD LION STORE COUPONS would NOT beep if you use 1 PER DAY. FYI

    • Shirley W

A cashier at my FL recently refused to accept a manufacture q because it had a kroger logo on it. Another employee backed her up even though I showed them it clearly states 'manufacture coupon'. Not to be defeated, I phoned customer service, the rep said they won't take a coupon with a logo from another store on it. I looked their policy up online, doesn't say that so I asked the rep to have someone else call me about it.I don't know how long I am going to be willing to fight the battle but we shall see how this goes.

      • Thiscouponinmama

Next time it happens you should nicely say..”well would you please just scan it and see what happens and if it doesn't scan then that's fine.” The cashier will be happy because you're not putting up a fight and you will be happy because it will scan!

      • Teecee

With my Kroger coupons, the logo is usually at the bottom so I just cut it off…

      • Amy

I learned that the Catalina machines have a special agreement with the store that the logo is on. If you redeem it at a different store, the non logo store will NOT be reimbursed for the coupon. So if you use a Kroger catelina coupon at FL they don't get there money. Samething using register rewards not at Walgreens.

    • Pagina

I cannot find the Cheerios ecoupons with the printable link. I looked for both the Cinnamon burst and honey Nut. Can anyone tell me where they found them?

      • Pagina

        Or the Totino's coupons.

        • Anne

          I'm not finding them either.

        • http://www.totinos.com/ Go to “save now” and you can print Q for .50/1

          • Stephanie

Thanks for that tip!  Still printing $.50 off 1!!

    • $avin'some$

FYI: the totinos Q is actually printing out .50 off 1 instead of off 2. :o)

    • Sbusby

Can you add a function to send list to iPhone ?

    • I thought I heard that you can not stack the store coupons with the manufacture coupons anymore? Or does that not include the ecoupons?

      • Divinebrandy83

My husband works there and says it is all up to the computer and how it takes it. If it is a coupon put on a package it can be used in combination with a manufacturer coupon. As always remember to read the fine print on the package coupon!

My store still takes man. q's with store q's.  (NC)

        • Ladymoon0121

Where in NC are you? None of my local food lion stores allow stacking. I so wish they did but they never have.

    • Eric

Where is teh coupon from that you refrence for
      Pasta or Rice-A-Roni, 4.7-7.2 oz, $1

    • Shelley

Can I buy to packs of diapers and use both ecoupons and two manufactures for maximum savings?

    • Staceyf

My store near Greenville, NC has had the Bic Soleil razors for $3.99 for weeks, makes it $.99 for 4 razors after $3 coupon. Got the meal deal today and the grill tyson coupons do not apply. My store had chicken nuggets, chicken strips and patties in the deal only. Still a great deal, $11 for the meal deal.

    • Mej0310

I found an un-advertised deal last @ my FL. The new Emerald Breakfast on the go is on sale for 2/$4. I used my $1/1 coupon & got the for $1 a box. Thank you for all you do!

      • Beth

Thanks for pointing this one out for me- I had two q's and did the same deal. When I got home, I found a great coupon printed inside the box that was not mentioned on the outside of the box. So I went back to get more! Yay!

    • Mej0310

I'm on my phone sorry for all the typos.

    • Mormonjess

FL also sent out $5 coupon off purchase of $25 in the mail and in the flyer it said you could print one off at the kiosk if you did not get on in the mail. I got one in the mail so I have not tried the kiosk. But, that is what my flyer said.

    • bcw77

The Atlanta area FL's have Ball Park Beef Franks on sale for 2/$6. This beats Publix price and coupons double here up to .60. There are lots of coupons out there for these!

    • bcw77

The $5 off $25 Q did not print at the kiosk for me at store in Conyers, GA. Don't know if that was only for last week's ad, but I tried it on Tues (last day of ad) and didn't not get one. Is it regional?

      • Jovialjax

It was only on Mother's Day — how misleading is that?! :(

    • frugalfairye

went for huggies deal this AM.  was 7.99 as stated above, then I had a store q for 3.00 off and a MQ for 2.00 off……so it took both of those off, BUT, did not take off the savingstar ecoupon and I HAVE registered…..what did I do wrong?

      • guest

savingstar coupons go into an account like upromise, they do not come off the total, go to your account on savingstar and if not today then in a few days you will see a balance and then once you get to a certain amount you can request your balance in several different ways…

At my Food Lion in Oakboro NC they had their ivory bar soap 3 pack on sale for $1.00 and I used my $1 off 1 coupon for when you buy either the soap, body wash, or the hand soap, so it was FREE!

    • Kathryn

I have a Food Lion coupon that was sent to me through the mail, and it is Buy Two Coffee-Mate creamers, Get One Free (16 oz). Can I use two .55 off manufacturers with this coupon for the two creamers I am purchasing?  Thanks!

    • christa

They had the Fruitables 8 pk. juice boxes for $2.  There are some coupons for $1 off making them just $1!  Harris Teeter had them on sale for $3.50 so Food Lion is a great deal!

    • ck

      *Question: “Meal Deals”-
Jenny post Qs for the items that are “free” when you purchase the main item(s) in the meal deal.
Why does she post Qs- when it is already Free.
**Example: Free Sister Schubert rolls… then there is a Q for the rolls.
Do you get it free plus an extra .50 cents off?

      • JaybeckTA

YES! :) They send the manufacturer's Q in and get the 50 cents back anyway.

      • The way I understand it, all items ring up for full retail price at first. Hence, you could then use coupons even on the items that will eventually be free.  During your transaction-maybe at the end-the computer notices you bought the Tyson's and then proceeds to deduct the money amount for the free items.  Your 50 cent coupon even though it might be for the bread  will be ddeucted from your order as well because the computer sees you did ring up the item. Your order is only for the Tysons really so the 50 cents actually comes off that as far as what the customer sees.

This to me is a loop hole in the coupon world but it is legitimate.  Everytime we use a coupon from the manufacturer it is then turned into that company by the store.  The store is given credit for the coupon.

Now how does Food Lion broker such a deal with Tysons that you could get all of these other tems free?  I don't know.  Maybe Tyson's owns a part of the partcipating companies?  Maybe Food Lion is giving up some of its “take” on the price of the items.  And then maybe it is a new marketing strategy that someone else on here could explain.

I hope this helps a little.  There are many of us out here who want to be on the up and up with how we use our coupons.  I believe it is a transaction that is just find to do.  Any other opinions?

    • Jamiedebrah

Learned that the Meal Deals are only for certain store locations only after I had gotten to the register! Real Bummer! Also this weeks post of sales looks exactly the same as last weeks?!

    • Carolinagirl0003

So I heard a rumor that Food Lion was no longer accepting a manuf. and a store coupon per item.  I called my local store to find out and they confirmed this. Has anyone else heard of this change?

      • Riverratcjm

My Food Lion never did. They are horrible at accepting coupons & won't even accept some that I print myself. The cashiers use “their own discretion”. :(

        • Brittany0604

My Food Lion (Douglasville, GA) still accepts both for an item but it can only accept one competitor coupon per customer per day.

    • Julie

With the SavingStar eCoupon (Huggies), are you limited to only one, or is it good for as many as you buy?

      • Julie

NM, I see now that it says only one.

    • Julie

NM, I see now that it says only one.

    • jsanderson0508

I'm not sure if this is just regional or not, but my Food Lion in Rocky Mount, NC has Tombstone pizzas for $1.99 (limit of 4)

      • tvgphillips

Food Lion in Trenton, GA does too!

    • Ardnasfu82

I didn't see this anywhere, so I thought I should share. The bags of 22 assorted Frito Lay chips are on sale for $5.49. Buy two and use your $2 off 2 from two weeks ago, makes it $4.49 a bag. This is one of the things I normally spluge on, and they are normally around $6.00 each.

    • Tarheelbailey

I am not sure if anyone else has posted this, but my Food Lion has their Chinet products on closeout for 1.88 per pack. Regular price, 3.49. There ar e$1 coupons on the chinet website! Yay!

    • AmandaG

Does anyone know if I can use a $1 off 2 coupon for a BOGOFree item? If I would be able to use a manufacturer coupon for each one, then I would be able to do this as well. I looked at their coupon policy but it didn't discuss the BOGO's and coupons.

    • 1porras

does anyone know how long it takes the saving star coups to post?  I did the deal at food lion of friday for huggies, but has not posted yet.  From what I am reading, maybe food lion does not allow this anymore??

    • shaynaNC

At our store (NC) I found right guard deodorant on sale for 99 cents, originally $1.99. I had a BOGO coupon (not sure what insert sorry) and when it took the coupon off it took off the original price $1.99 so both were free!

    • Marines2009
