Here are the deals at Food Lion starting today. It is very slow this week! If you see anything I missed let me know! Check out the current printables before shopping.

**I am really curious to see how many of you are Food Lion shoppers. This is one list that I never use as the deals aren’t that great and their coupon policies are not wonderful either. I’m saying that the list is going, just trying to see. I will always keep a running list of printables no matter what (don’t worry).**

Remember:
1. You must buy 2 items with B1G1 deals to get the sale price.
2. Most Food Lion stores do not double coupons.
3. If you do a B1G1 deal, use 2 coupons if they will let you.
4. You can stack a FL printable or other store coupon with manufacturers coupons.

I definitely use it :-) I live in a rather small town and it’s one of the only options close to my house. As a working mom, you save me a ton of time by matching the coupons with the MVP specials. Thank you!

    • I rely on your list every week as Food Lion is essentially the only store I can shop at without having to drive 30 minutes to town. Please keep it going … it’s been a lifesaver AND A MONEYSAVER!

    • Julieann

I use it every week. Food Lion is really the most convenient and cheapest option for me. Kroger is just so expensive that even with double coupons it ends up costing more than Food Lion. Thanks for all the work you do….I really appreciate it.

    • Jen

Please don’t eliminate it. It’s the only good grocery store in town and I wait for your list before I go. :)

    • Lynn

I love all the stores u post and would hate to see this one as well as any of them go.

    • Rachel

I am fortunate to live within a 2 mile radius of FL, Publix, and Bi-lo. Sometimes I go to all three depending on what is on sale, and what coupon match ups you’ve come up with. Thanks!

    • Mary

I use your Food Lion deals every week. I would hate to see them go…

    • paige

I know what you mean as food lion is not my first choice but it is my closest, and their are some good deals to be found at times.
all in all I’d hate to see it go.

    • Well, I check your list every week. Food Lion is really not that cheap for me — I tend to use Piggly Wiggly. But, I can score some great deals every once in a while, and I am not sure if PW takes IP coupons. But, I appreciate your work on this list and really do check it to see if there are any good deals for that week. Thanks for all of your hard work with all of these lists!

    • Blair

Since I live almost right across the street from a FL I go if there are good deals. So I check your site and if I can get a deal for free or close to it, I’ll swing by on my way in or out to pick up the items. Been buying eggs there lately with the printable…. My favorite grocery store is Publix when I can use coupons on B1G1 items, but it’s a longer trip so it has to be worth the drive!

    • I use and appreciate the food lion list! I go every couple of weeks for marked down meats, so I check for the best coupon deals too.
Thank you for all your hard work on these posts!

I found this just this morning (thanks to swaggrabber) and printed out
the deli $2/$5 to combine with the BOGO on ham. Please keep it going –
it looks like a great time/money saver for us in the Virginia / North Carolina area.

    • Alison

I just found your blog a few months ago and I am so grateful. Your site is the only one I’ve found that has Food Lion and Bi-Lo (the only grocery stores that are close by). Please keep it going!!!

    • Yvonne

I’m both a Food Lion and Bi-Lo Shopper. I do use your website for Food Lion Match ups. I agree that lately the sales have been less than thrilling, but my Food Lion’s BOGO policy differs. I actually get the 1 item at half price so I do look forward to great BOGO coupon match ups. Thanks for all your hard work Jenny!!

    • I love your forum!
You help me with my Publix match ups, my CVS, and Food Lion. I like your style best! I wish you could do Harris Teeter and Winn Dixie too !!! I am tempted to do Walgreens only because you feature it as well. I am in Fernandina Beach , FL (OK so the wealthy tend to refer to it as AMELIA ISLAND- say with no is air and nasal tone for accurancy- hehe … and it is like a small tourist town, so prices are high!

    • OOPS~ “say with nose in air…” I can’t laugh and type or proof read while laughing (apparently)

    • Lynn

I just wanted to let everyone know that my Food Lion has honey ham on sale for $1.99lb so you can buy 3lbs for $5.97 and if you use the $2 off $5 deli coupon it’s about the same price as the b1g1f meat on sale plus you get that extra pound of meat. I plan on freezing mine. I hope this will help someone out.

    • Teresa

PLEASE keep it. Food Lion is usually where I shop. Don’t have Publix, Bi-lo or Bloom.

    • Food Lion is only 2 minutes from my house and every other grocery store is about 20 minutes. I try to go to Publix or BiLo instead, but Food Lion is just so convenient! I check your list when I have to go to Food Lion, just to make sure I get the deals while I’m there.
Thanks for all of your lists! You have an incredibly helpful blog.

    • Kelly

i use it each week too, thanks!

    • cheryl d

what is the all you mag???? thanks

    • Jenny

All You is a magazine put out by Walmart. You can actually get a great deal right here on Southern Savers now, by clicking on the “Southern Savers Store” button at the top of the page (use code Thrifty for the next few days to bring it to $18.50 before tax). I haven’t actually started advertising on my site, but am running a deal for another site with that code.

    • momto4kids

I love your Food Lion area because I can print the web qs from here, I don’t think anyone else will let us do that.

    • Shelly

I use the Food Lion. If you have a MVP card, you can get their specials emailed to you and you can print coupons!

    • I use the Food Lion list, but rarely. I have a BI-LO and they usually have the better deals. I at least always look at the Food Lion list. Thanks for all the work you do!!!

    • I use your site for all my shopping! Food Lion, Winn Dixie, Harris Teeter, Publix, CVS, and Target! (Even though you don’t directly cover all of these places-there is always hope! You have the best system, and set up, and explanations!
