I’m always looking for inexpensive ways to add exercise into my routine. My best success working out has been to have a group of women who meet together to workout and call each other when someone doesn’t show up.
There is an Android App that I’ve heard lots of folks talk about (but have never tried out myself) called Couch to 5K Pro available FREE on the Amazon App store today only! Normally it’s $1.99 and the idea is that if you follow the training schedule you’ll go from not running to being able to do 3 miles in about 9 weeks.
I’m thinking that having a training schedule mapped out might make it easier to stick with! Have any of you tried Couch to 5K and had good results?
