If you’ve been following Southern Savers for a while now, you know that I post this every Spring because I love getting Free Bowling for my children.  Here’s the breakdown:

One of my FAVORITE ways to keep my kids occupied and entertained is through the free bowling offered by many bowling alleys across the nation. We’ve participated at the alley near our house for the last few years and loved it.

The deal is that you get 2 Free Bowling Games per kid each day all summer! You can also grab a pass for up to 4 adults to play all summer for $24.99.

The only catch is that you still have to pay to rent shoes, which can be upwards of $4. I recommend actually purchasing bowling shoes; you can find them pretty cheap if you keep your eyes open (think ebay).

Even if you only go bowling 3 or 4 times this summer, you will get great savings and be entertained too!  Also remember that bumpers and a little ramp make it where most any age can play.

Get the details concerning dates and age limits depend on your bowling alley and find a participating bowling alley here.
