I added an extra store to my routine this week as soon as I got an email about a bunch of unadvertised freebies at Rite Aid!  I also grabbed produce and some frozen entrees at Publix.  If you haven’t tried the Bistro Salad bowls, they are BOGO this week and we love them!  I grabbed at least 8 of them and a sweet old lady decided I must be a spokesperson for them so we stood discussing which were best for at least 10 minutes.  They really are great, though I’m not a spokesperson…

Publix Totals:

Total Purchase Value: $114.79
Total Spent: $48.10
Total Saved: $66.69 or 58%

That was really all of our budget but I decided to go for the rite aid deals too since I would get all the money back and can use it towards gas.  It was a lot in one purchase and I could have come back another day for the rest, but it was about saving time and saving money

Rite Aid Totals:

Total Purchase Value: $130
Total Spent: $112.19
Rewards Back: $118

Plenti points from Rite Aid work at any Exxon or Mobile station, and this is where we will use them all.  At least I got a lot of free pain meds and creams with the gas!
