I made it out to two stores this week, Publix and CVS.  I had a fun moment at Publix when the cashier asked me if I was a coupon student of someones (sorry I can’t remember the name).  I nicely said no, and said that I ran a website and taught my own classes.  She asked what site, so I told her.  At which point she yelled “You run Southern Savers!”  I have only run into one person in all my shopping that was a reader so it made me smile to meet a second person.

**I’m excited to have a new feature.  We are a test site for Cellfire’s new interactive banner.  You can select and load your e coupons from Southern Savers.  This is just a test program so if you have any problems or questions let me know. **

I apologize for no picture again this week.  After unloading groceries in the rain I just had no energy to line it all up.  I’m pondering getting a small camera to keep in my purse and to take a picture of the overflowing buggy.

That’s so neat! What an encouragement! I know I’ll probably never run into you in the store, because I’m rarely in SC.

    • Jenny (also)

Just wanted to let you know that even though some of us will never run into you, we GREATLY appreciate what you do! Finding this site was an answer to prayer for me. I have lowered my grocery bill from $130 a week to about $50, and are using better brands than before! Thank you so much!!!

    • Yes, I definitely want to say THANK YOU for doing all this work and sharing with all of us. CVS says I’ve already saved $92 in the last few weeks and that’s all thanks to you!

This deal has nothing to do with groceries, but was so good I had to pass it on!
Walt Disney World is releasing a special on Monday providing a FREE meal plan with a booked package. My sister and I both booked a trip, 6 days park passes, 5 nights at one of their value resorts (of course), and a meal plan for all 4 of us. Grand total with taxes and fees $1300! That is with all our meals!
If I understand correctly, each resort has only a certain number of rooms alotted for this special, and it fills quickly. I am a Disney newbie, so someone else may have more info.

I have to say even though I have been doing this for only a few weeks you have been a blessing. Oh Yeah and my husband THANKS you, too. I let him attend one of shopping trips and i think my pay out that trip was like 93 cents for about $40 worth of groceries I thought he was going to pass out.

Hey Jenny! The Cashier’s name was Brie and she was asking if you were one of my students! I attended one of your classes though and I talk about you all the time. I also teach couponing and refer everyone to your site. Thanks for all of your hard work. It has cut my work down by half!

    • Jenny I apologize I was tired when I decided to add my link and forgot my giveaway link was still cached. I just hit enter and then of course I couldn’t take it back once I did it.

      Very sorry!
