We had a fun week this week.  It still involved lots of painting, and trips to the dump, but it was more calm and normal.  As for shopping we hit Publix and CVS.  I really didn’t need to go to CVS for anything, but when you have a little one in diapers it is best to not skip diaper deals ever.  So we went and grabbed some size 3 diapers, that’s what I’m currently stockpiling as we have all the size 1 and 2’s we should need).

CVS:
Total before sales and coupons: $24.50
Total Spent: $13.89
Total Saved: $10.61
ECB Remaining: $5

In the end it’s like I paid $5.61 for two packs of diapers and a box of always pads!  Can’t beat that price for Pampers anywhere!

Publix was painful, I knew it would be.  We needed a lot… 3 gallons of milk 3 loaves of bread, produce and then all the sale items.  In the end we got very close to our 50% saved goal, just a tad shy.

Publix:
Total before sales and coupons: $185.62
Total Spent: $102.10
Total Saved: $83.52 or 45%
