I did two little trips to the store this week.  We grabbed a few items at Kroger and a couple of the great deals at Walgreens.  Other than that we didn’t need much.

Kroger:
Total before sales and coupons: $41.77
Total Spent: $20.52
Total Saved: $21.25 or 50.8%

Walgreens:
Total before sales and coupons: $12.89
Total Spent: $6.06
Total Saved: $6.83
RR Remaining: $5

I have to confess this has been a really long week.  I’m running on 13 hours of sleep in the last 72 hours, and am ready for some R&R.  Thankfully I’m typing this as my family travels to the beach!  Don’t worry there really isn’t a vacation for a blogger, everything will be pretty much as usual next week.  But for me, blogging beach side sounds awesome right now!

If you have been struggling to piece all this grocery savings together, I encourage you to visit everyday next week.  I’ve some awesome posts covering the basics and big questions ready for each day, I think you’ll really enjoy it!  (For those of you that have been at this for ages, a refresher never hurts either.)
