This has been Florida week for me, having workshops in Jacksonville, Gainesville and Clearwater.  Needless to say, no grocery shopping was done.  We travel with anything that we need grocery wise, to eat for the week since it is much easier to plan what we want from a stockpile then from possibly catching a sale.

This is our last week of our produce box, so I decided to finally take a picture and show you guys what it looks like.  We are very sad that it is over for the season and are already looking into options for a fall season box.

Our week wasn’t completely shopping free thanks to my husband getting a case of poison ivy after we left home.

For those of you that don’t CVS maybe this will help you see what you are missing.

Transaction #1
Bought:
(1) Complete Contact Solution $7.99
Total Due: $8.54 (after tax)
Got Back: $7.99 ECB

Transaction #2
Bought:
(1) Aveeno Oatmeal Anti-Itch Cream $3.89
(1) Benedryl Cream, $4.19
Used:
-$7.99 ECB
Total Due: 65¢ after tax.

I didn’t have any ECB, but they have a free after ECB bottle of contact solution this week that you might as well grab if you are already in the store for something that you need.  I could have gone in and grabbed just what I needed and spent $8.65, instead I grabbed the free contact solution first.  I still ended up spending $9.19 total, or 54¢ more after tax than I would have,  but now I have a bottle of contact solution (reg. $7.99)!
