We took another week off from the store except for little trips for the basics like Milk & Bread.  It is a joy to have basically anything you need to make most of your favorite meals.   My favorite this week was a Sunday roast that was so large for our family that we turned it into 3 other different meals.  First a roast, then Sandwiches and then BBQ.  There is still a ton left over, so if you want to drop in let me know and we’ll have a bbq sandwich ready for you.

Publix:
Total before sales and coupons: $33.71
Total Spent: $21.20
Total Saved: $12.51

This was a couple trips put together all for little items, and then a trip today to make a basket for a friends hotel room.  Even if you don’t use coupons on everything it is still wonderful to have room in your budget for fun surprises for others. (Yes I could have made it with everything from things at home… that was the plan, but I went out and left it and wasn’t going to burn two hours of my day to run home and then go back out).
