This week I spent all of my grocery budget and then some on a diaper deal on Cyber Monday.  I saw one comment on the deal that said who has this much money to spend on diapers… I kinda agree on the painful side of spending it all at the same time.  But… we spent $250 to buy around 10 months worth of diapers and got back $110 in gift cards.  My plan is to the gift cards to then buy groceries for the next two weeks.  In the end we will have the groceries we would have already paid for and spent $140 on diapers for the next 10 months (or basically $14 a month).

In case you are wondering the deal is still running but the 20% off code isn’t good anymore.  You’ll still get all the gift cards though!

Because we spent so much we decided to make a quick milk run and that was it for food.  We actually had some great meals just using what was in the freezer and pantry!  Chicken Pot Pie, Beef Stroganoff, Spaghetti…
