My savings went national this week with NBC following me around Bi-Lo this morning. I kept the trip small since there was no need to recreate a TV show that I won’t name… but I did want to show just how much you can save with sales and coupons. The focus of the segment is mobile apps. So most all the deals had app coupons.  If you want to watch, it will air Monday night during the 6:30 NBC national news.

Bi-Lo Totals:
Total Value Purchased: $47.25
Total Spent: $17.25
Mobile Apps Saving: $6.95
Total Saved (with apps): $36.95 or 78%

The week started with a great trip to Rite Aid too. I hope you’ve gotten your diapers already with this deal, but if not then you have one more day. You’ll never get diapers this cheap again… seriously.

Total Spent After Apps: $14.23
Rewards Back: $30

Yep, you read that right. I got paid to buy diapers!

I could have used the $10 off coupon from the Huggies at Rite Aid to pay at Bi-Lo but didn’t want the whole world to lose their minds that it was all free. So I’ll save it and use it next week!
