frugal date friday $5 spending challengeThis Frugal Date Friday we are heading to the mall, flea market, or any other store. Both of you get $5 to spend and the challenge is to get the best deal with your money.

The catch: you cannot go to a grocery store. That’s just not as much fun! You can use a coupon though if you have one.

If you don’t want to actually spend $5, you can take a picture of the item and price tag. Feel free to make up whatever rules you want to suit your location.

Have a dispute on what’s the best deal? Post it to Facebook. Your Facebook fans will no doubt love to chime in their opinions.

What is the best deal you ever got for $5?
