This black bean chili is made in a slow cooker (making it super easy to prepare) and it's packed with flavors and heartiness.

We like hearty meals around here. And when those hearty meals are easy, that makes them even better. This black bean chili is vegetarian, but it’s packed with flavors and the beans provide a good source of protein.

This meal also freezes well, so throw your leftovers in a plastic freezer bag and you’ll have dinner ready for another time.

Great recipe! For my meat loving husband, I’ve found if I add just a small amount of cooked ground beef to these types of recipes, he is very satisfied with the taste. A beef bouillon cube also helps.
