gifts for the couponer

If you have a couponer to buy for, I’m going to give you the inside scoop!  Not only is it about making life easier for the couponer, but tools that you need once you find the great deals at the store.

Whether you’re shopping for a newbie experience couponer, be sure to check out the list for all the essentials!

Gift Ideas For The Couponer

coupon folder

13-Pocket Expanding File, Coupon Size

If you’re buying for a new couponer, how about giving them a “Getting Started Kit.” Go ahead and print a buy-price list for them, plus print them some of the top printed Coupons.com coupons, and a coupon folder!

brother printer deal

Brother HL-2240 Printer

At the top of every couponer’s list should be a good printer.  My favorite printer for coupons has always been the Brother HL-2240.  Be on the lookout for a deal on Black Friday or Cyber Monday it will be $49 at a number of stores!

paper cutter

Scotch Paper Cutter or Gift Wrap Cutter

The last thing a couponer wants is to take tons of time cutting coupons.  This gift wrap cutter helps you zip through pages.  It may seem a little silly to use a gift wrap cutter for your coupons, but it can be a life saver.

All You Magazine Subscription

Not only is All You a great read with recipes, tips for the home and more, but it’s also filled with coupons! They often have specials on this magazine, and it’s just another great resource to find coupons on some popular items.  Tip: Look for a crazy good deal starting on Thanksgiving online…

crock pot

Crock-Pot Slow Cooker

Another way for a couponer to save money is cooking with a crock pot.  Plus, crock pots save you a lot of time and stress and you can cook ahead and use ingredients that are on sale.

foodsaver system

FoodSaver Vacuum Sealing System

One of my favorite tools for saving money is my FoodSaver vacuum sealer. I use my FoodSaver every time our family grabs the Zaycon food deal. What good is a meat deal if the meat spoils?

chest freezer

Just like with the FoodSaver Vacuum Sealer, couponing doesn’t do much good if it goes bad before you use it!  When you get a deal on meat, you may need some extra space to store it.  That’s where the chest freezer comes in.

file box

Snap & Lock File Box

In my opinion, the most efficient method for storing your coupons is the accordion file method.  You store your whole coupon inserts in an accordion file or a file box.

Can Rack Organizer

Sometimes you can’t find cash back for everything on your list.  Another great tool at the top of my list for couponers is a Cansolidator. It’s a Organizer/Rotater/Dispenser to help make sure to cycle through your cans and to help with pantry space too!

five dinner mom
$5 Dinner Mom Cookbook – This Frugal cookbook has 200 recipes that are all easy on the budget and easy to make!

do you know of any deals on 2270 wireless version of the printer?

    • Britta

All You magazine is not a good coupon magazine anymore. Over the past year, every month there are less coupons. December’s issue had a whopping $4 in coupons. I will not order it again. Even at the $5 rate it is still not worth it in my opinion. Some are only Wal-mart products and most are DND. It is a cheap gift idea though.

Does the FoodSaver work well with wet foods like chili?

    • Reise

I have that printer and I love it. If you check newegg.com you can get toner super cheap for it, less than $20 if im not mistaken

I agree all you magazine is a waste of money, I will not renew my subscription this year. There are very few coupons in the magazine.
