Many of you have emailed for the last few weeks about Harris Teeter adding something new, and I finally was able to get access today!!  Harris Teeter is adding eCoupons that you load straight to your e-Vic card and use in the store.

The most awesome part…  directly from their FAQ page:

Can I use a paperless coupon and a paper coupon for the same item?
Yes, you can combine paper and electronic coupons.

The fact that you can combine them is just awesome!!!  Remember eCoupons do not double and only apply to one item (in other word if you buy 5 it’s only coming off once).

To get these:
Sadly right now the only way to get them, is to get the email invite from the e-Vic system (that’s why I had to wait a few weeks to share I could never get into the system). Go here for more information and FAQ. (If you find a direct link to the coupons let me know.)

One quick deal I see already::

Progresso Panko Bread Crumbs
-.50/1 Progresso Panko Crispy bread crumbs, SS 11/7
-$1 off Progresso Panko Crumbs Harris Teeter eCoupon

(use the paper and the eCoupon, makes it FREE)

    • Awesome, awesome, awesome! I am so glad to hear they can be stacked, as most people originally thought they couldn't. Now I just have to wait to see if I get an invite. :)

      • Decided to go check my email, and there it was. I'm so excited!

      • Sparklecat2009

I think initially the FAQ section regarding electronic coupons indicated that paper coupons and e-coupons could not be combined but it appears that they have changed the rule…..which is awesome! Hope it goes smoothly when we all hit the checkout lane!!! :)

    • Another great deal is Maybelline NY foundation for $3.39! Using a man q and the e-vic!

    • Xraychik512

This is great! Now I can't find them? How do I get to them now?

      • Xraychik512

Let me be more specific…I got the email last week but thought they couldn't be stacked so I deleted it, now I can't figure it out on the website.

        • Click on the FAQ link above and it has some steps for getting them from your eVic account. So if you've already gotten the invite email following the steps should work.

Same here – tried the FAQs, but didn't see any help there. Started to email them, but got the warning that the traffic is high, so I'll just hope that they send the invite again!

The bread crumbs are not on my evic coupon list. Here is a direct link to the coupons that came up for me.

I was bummed when I got the email about a week ago that you can't print them. I was hoping to take them to publix. HT is so frustrating…every time I go to check out stuff beeps. Then I have to wait for an override. People behind me get annoyed. The worst part is that I match everything up meticulously. There is nothing I can do to prevent it.

I just tried them out and they worked great! The only thing that I would suggest is not loading them right before you walk out the door. :) I loaded one extra one right before I left the house and it hadn't shown up yet on my card when I was checking out. On the FAQ it says that they are usually available in a few minutes, but can take up to an hour in some cases, and I found that to be true.

While I was there I got the free breadcrumbs, Betty Crocker cookie mix for $.30 (paired e-Vic coupon with $.40 q from 11/14 GM insert ) and Betty Crocker cake mix & icing for $.44 for both (paired e-VIC and $.75 off when you buy both mix and icing from 11/14 GM insert). No problems, no beeps! I was quite pleased. But to be fair, I have a love affair with my HT. It's one of the best that I've been to. :)

They must have changed that policy … I deleted the invitation when I read in the FAQ that you couldn't combine them with paper coupons and they wouldn't double … given that they were no better than paper coupons (e.g. 40 cents off 6 yoplait), they seemed pointless. Fortunately the invite was still in the trash.

This is the link for the Harris Teeter Ecoupons. They are great I have already used them to get free items.

    • Madpaulmom

Great news! This will make for some very inexpensive stuff! But my coupons did not include the Progresso Crumbs. I am wondering if they are all different like how they do the e-vic specials.

    • Colleen Neel

I also initially ignored my invite due to the stacking policy but have now signed up but I didn't get the Panko evic q and I'm disappointed about that. That was the best one on there. I guess they aren't all the same?

    • Donna

Yay, they changed the rule about not combining them with paper coupons! I was initially excited, but then bummed when I read that, so I'm glad they're allowing it now! :)

Thanks for posting the update, Jenny!

    • Far_away

I used the new evic coupon for Betty Crocker potatoes .50 off 2. My receipt shows that the e-coupon DOUBLED!! I also used paper coupons for the same product that DOUBLED!!

    • Suzanne

Did anyone load the $5 off $30 coupon on Friday? Just wondering if anyone had used it and if it's $30 before or after coupons.

      • anna15nc

It's after coupons and discounts. I read the very small print.

    • proudlyamom

So excited to use the $5 off $30 today!!
