      Did List #2 get posted?

      • mama02

        yeah yesterday

    • Angelascoupons1

I wish the lists were better!  This does not seem like a typical Super Doubles week.  Is anyone else feeling this way?

      • Jen

smallest number of items for a super doubles for me…i totally agree with you.

        • Srgordon

I have a huge list but compiled my list by going through my whole binder

      • Merry

I have a feeling it has something to do with two weeks of no inserts in the past month. That makes coupon pickings MUCH slimmer… so not as much to match up. Still, every little bit helps!

      • Zehrazaidi75

yes, i was thinking the same thing.  nothing exciting for me.  i usually go at 6 am to get the good deals, but it looks like i’ll be getting some beauty sleep tomorrow morning!

      • Kerr

I agree!  But honestly I don’t mind, that means I won’t be getting up at 5:30a to go before work!

      • CCShad

Yes, feel the same way.  I probably will make only one trip, and it is for odds and ends mostly.

      • Guest

There were no coupon inserts for 2 weeks before this past Sunday, there just is not as much to work with.

      • Lori

I was thinking the exact same thing. Was thinking of not even going. I also was thinking maybe it was because of no inserts for two weeks. Don’t remember this last year though. I do remember the focus around Christmas being on deals for toys and such. Let’s all hope it gets better.

      • I thought that at first, but I still saved about 75%.  I even got 4 Smart Balance milks, 2 Coke Zeros, and 2 Motts for Tots Apple Juice for free.  Had I not bought so much meat this week, my savings would’ve been closer to 90%.  I’ll take it.

      • I found it to be great for me! free nivea, free milk, almost free butter, and more.  I may not go all 7 days- but with the coupons coming out this weekend I think Sun-Tuesday will be great.

      • ArmyWifeMom3

i am loving Gortons fish, soy milk and almond milk:) for this healthy eater, and the fruits on sale:) I also like the snacks and juices for the kids lunchboxes:)

    • Cnewt7080

Thanks Jenny for all you do! Not an exciting super doubles, was hoping triples would be this month.

    • @readers:disqus  my best friend’s mother-in-law makes $95 every hour on the internet. last month her pay was $8370 just working on the internet for a few hours.Follow the instructions at Online Income solution and set up your account.. http://goo.gl/XLH8T

    • I always find Supers and Triples to not be so great going into it.  I only find the deals as the week goes on an new coupons come out.  Same with this Supers I can already tell that lots of good stuff will be coming out ;)

    • Mojojess3

      I can’t find the Lea&Perrins coupon?

      • Ashlee

        I can’t either!

        • Brookewhite73

I tried everything!  No luck! :(

    • Guest

Will there be a list #4?

      • Kerr

No, usually there are 3 lists – regular priced deals, sale ad deals, and non-advertised sale items

    • Audioskill

Does anyone have a zip for the bumble bee tuna?

      • Audioskill

        The recycle bank coupon.

    • Jenizapor

Does anyone know if I do express lane order and they don’t have an item (I know they will replace with comparable for same price), but are they going to take my coupon for the original item I wanted?

      • Stylemaven

They donot accept your coupons on the first order, but they will give you a credit for any future order.  Crazy but that is the store policy

    • Proudlyamom

I’m not even going to look at this list.  These are never on sale when I go to the store each week.

      • Guest

If your store has online/express lane shopping, you can check to see if it is on sale in your store that way.  Most of the time they are not marked in the store, but when I take them to customer service to verify they will show the sale price.  That was the deal with the Bob Evans Sausage and Temptations cat treats last week.  HTH.

      • Yes, don’t go by the prices in the store, especially if you go early.  They don’t always have everything marked yet.  If you have the online shopping in your area, check before you go.  You can check the prices on your whole list in less than 10 mins. so you know exactly how much you should be paying.  It’s an extra step, but worth it.  I usually notice 1 or 2 items that aren’t on sale at my store, but the rest of the list is usually correct.

    • Cfoster1212

Anyone know the secret to the Go Go Squeez Coupon

      • Vicky

I heard you need to be a member before you print the coupon.

    • Srgordon

      • Joy

        • Srgordon

      • Hlcampbell80

can anyone still find this coupon.  everytime it redirects me but no coupon

      • Hlcampbell80

can anyone still find this coupon.  everytime it redirects me but no coupon

    • jenr

I am disappointed in the number of Facebook coupons.  I use my page to stay connected with friends and things I enjoy.  I don’t like to fight others for a coupon.

      • CJ_Mom

I created a separate Facebook account solely for coupons.  I agree.  I dislike having all these posts from the companies appear on my personal FB page.

        • Guest

You can hide the posts by companies or unlike them after you get the coupon.

    • Heather

It is 20 coupons/day per customer or per household at Harris Teeter?

      • Guest

Per household and per day. It’s tracked by your card in the system.

      • Jamellr

It’s actually 20 coupons DOUBLED per day.  If you have coupons that are a high value (in this case, $2 and up), they don’t count toward your total.  The coupon policy also states only 3 like coupons per day.

    • Kouponkeri

Is it 20 total that double at all or just 20 that Super double?! I have quite a few that are <.75 so they double everyday… are they counted in the 20?! I know to put the over.75 ones first to make sure they do super double but it's late and i just wanted to double check !

      • That double all together, so the $.75 will count towards the 20.

      • CouponAce

It’s 20 coupons doubled per day per household, doesn’t matter the value, so I save my under $1 ones for later trips, unless it’s a freebie you want bad… good luck

    • Dmchez

There is a $1 off coupon on the Facebook page for kiss nails. It would double and make the french nails $1.99 instead of $3.99.

      • Goodkristen

that link is no longer valid for the kiss nails

    • MomOf4

In the weekly email that just came out, there is a deal at the top with the Special K products, buy 3 get $3 off coffee.  This makes 3 boxes of Special K and a bag of coffee only $8.  Not free, but a good deal for Dunkin Donuts coffee :)   Use $1/3 for cereal/bars, $1 DD coffee, $3 off for deal.

      • Kerry72nc

I did this today and It worked fine. All have to be in the same transaction even the coffee and it’s taken off instantly. Good deal :)

      • MomOf4

I did it with the DD coffee, but it seems like you can get the deal for 50 cents cheaper if you use the HT Traders brand.

      • Elizabeth Laney

How does the $3 off look on your receipt? I am not sure they took it off on mine.

    • Evita

I just wanted to let everyone know that my e-vic Qs didn’t come off this morning at HT, so be careful!

      • Mtmkjr

The whole system is down it seems.

    • Guest

My husband went to HT early this AM and used the Kashi printable coupon…..the cashier said the HT policy is that they no longer accept printable coupons that have to be manually entered (something about the shape of the barcode being “L” vs. a longer looking type, which don’t scan 9 times out of 10). The cashier DID accept this one as a favor……but said to note that they no longer will next time. Anyhow, this policy was new to us. She said the printable policy (new) is up at Customer Service desk. So, just FYI……if the printable won’t scan the store won’t accept them (or they are not supposed to). Most of you may have already known this, but we didn’t so I thought I would share.

      • Jhftc

James Island worked fine with that

      • Bridget

See my reply to a post above…the new style barcodes like on the Kashi should scan if they use the hand scanner instead of swiping them. hth

    • Angelascoupons1

Good shopping trip today….no major crowds and plenty of MILK, thank goodness!  I spent $20 and saved $52…about 72% savings.  For a relatively ho-hum SD week, I think that was good.  I don’t believe I got any free items, but I had many things that were under a dollar.  I’m anxious to try the Bear Creek soup mixes!

      • Tippv2j

The bear soup are delicious!!!! Hope you enjoy them!

        • Dsmith41098

I agree! The Bear Soup is Great! It is also fast when I want soup without a can!! :)

    • Bowslayer2

a great super double morning to all!!!. i got $95.89 for $21.58. over 77% savings. It definitely pays to go through those high dollar coupons

    • savinmavin

Bob Evans not on sale in Monroe, NC :(  other than that great day at HT

      • Mykidsrock

Several of the items listed here were not on sale at my store yesterday :(

    • Hctavares

Anyone else have trouble with the SmartBalance milk coupons?  Our HT said they had to manually enter them so they wouldn’t double because it says in tiny print on them “do not double”.  If they just scan them, they double since they start with a “5”, but they were “mean” and manually entered them so they wouldn’t double…anyone else have that happen today?

      • Guest

Had the same problem with the Kashi printable coupon. Cashier said the policy is to not even accept printables anymore that won’t scan. So, she made a small exception for us, but they WILL NOT accept coupons that have to manually entered from now on. Bummer.

        • tryn2sav

Wow! when my printable coupon won’t scan, they call the manager and then they over ride it.

        • Bridget

Some of the coupons now have a different type of barcode (including those from Kellogg’s, which owns Kashi). If they do not scan when they swipe them, they usually work with the hand scanner. The stores should have updated their registers to scan the new barcodes by now, but not all have. At my store, they do scan with the hand scanner in any of the aisles, but not at the uscan self checkout.

      • tryn2sav

They just scanned mines an it doubled. I didn’t even know that it said that on the coupon.

      • Snowdogmom

I had 2 $.75 Smart Balance Coupons. 1 scanned fine and doubled. The other the manager had to come over and enter it but it doubled also.

      • Anonymous

They didn’t have any problems at my HT, they were all sold out :(

      • Girl631

i went to ht near my house before work and got milk. after work i went to the ht near my job and was going to get the smart balance butter. they called the manager over when they got to that one and the manager entered it for $1. i said, “that one doesnt double?” she said no, it says not to. in very small print on the smart balance coupons it says do not double! i had never seen it before.

      • Srgordon

People at my store were sending it back but $1.50 for milk is cheap

    • Kerry72nc

The 8th Continental printables no longer available :(

    • Kerry72nc

I have $2 BIC printables from a while ago and will be a great deal if the $2.97 price is correct at my store. Also, there was $1 printables for Honey Bunches of Oats a few weeks ago on the Walmart site I believe.

    • Jhftc

heads up…the James Island HT moved everything around…orders from corporate….usually in and out in 20 minutes on first day of super coupons and it took over a hour….the workers didn’t know where things were cause they did it last night after 11…also the sings above each aisle  still had what used to be on that aisle…

    • Unfortunately, that Newman’s Own coupon is only for pizza. I was hoping for cheap salsa!

      • AmyQ

I love Newman’s Own products, but the last time I got their salsa, I swore it would be the last. It’s not good, in my opinion. =)

        • Guest

I love the Newman’s Own mango salsa!  It’s my absolute favorite, but I can’t afford it very often, and I haven’t had any coupons in a while.  Was so excited when I thought it would be a great price this week – then bummed when the coupon wasn’t there.  Oh well.

    • Couponjerri66

Dumb question – are all 3 of the posted lists all good for pricing/discounts? or just the last one posted. Thanks!  Lucky those who get to shop in the AM on double days!

      • Chele17rene

        all are for this week

    • tryn2sav

Had a really good trip at Harris Teeter today. Got all sale items.. my total after Vic card was $97.30 and after coupons was 13.14 cents Yay!!

    • Tippv2j

Coffee-mate is not on sale for 1.75.  It is the regular price of 2.39.  The nice manager at my HT changed the price for me

    • Tippv2j

    • Snowdogmom

Well thought it was a slow Super Double week but went this morning and ended up saving $137.39, $6.75 of that ZVR ecoupons, $76.64 vic savings and used my $10 off $50 recycle bank coupon. Amount paid $53.79.

Heads up on sales I don’t think are in Jenny’s lists and coupons that came out when I checked out:

Campbell’s Slow Kettle Style Soup not on sale but price is $3.39 each, there are $1 off 1 coupons out on the normal internet sites, Savingstar has $1 off 2 (expires today 1/4!) then when you checkout your get the following $ off your next shopping trip, Buy (2) get $1, Buy(3) get $1.50, Buy (4) or more get $2.
      So I purchased
      4 at 3.39 = $13.56 – $8 – $1 – $2 = $2.56 for 4 or $.64 each if you don’t use savings star it’s $.89 each
      – 4 $1 off coupons doubled
      – $1 you get back from Savingstar
      – $2 coupon you get for next shopping trip on checkout

Nivea Lip Balm 2/$3, used $3 off 2 coupon from RP 1/1 so it’s free
Also had a $1 off 1 coupon from one of the newspaper flyers so I got a third one free

Crest Pro Health Rinse 1L (33.8oz. large bottle) sale $4.49, $1 off coupon I think from P&G booklet, $.75 HT ecoupon, paid $1.74

Oral-B Floss $2.99, $1 coupon (not sure from where from as I had it cut out already, its not an internet coupon), $1 HT ecoupon, so it’s free.

Nature Made vitamins BOGO Jenny has listed with various coupons $1 off 1 etc. but there is also a HT ecoupon for $5 off 2 so it’s a good deal with BOGO, 2 $1 off plus the $5 off 2 ecoupon.

There is also a promotion that printed at checkout that says buy any Campbell’s microwavable bowls or Soup at Hand excluding Healthy RequestBuy(4) get $1.25, Buy(5) get $1.50, Buy(6) or more get $2 coupon off next shopping order. I also got a coupon at checkout for $.75 off 3 campbell’s Chunky Soups and $10 off Philips Sonicare Rechargeable Toothbrush.

      • Snowdogmom

One more thing. Check your ZVR ecoupons on your receipt. I think they are having issues. 2 of mine came off fine but the $5 off 2 Nature Made didn’t. I had to go to Customer Service and she gave me my $5 that didn’t come off at the register.

    • CJ_Mom

Hubby went to Harris Teeter earlier.  The Lunchables with Fruit were not B1G1.

      • Wilsonsj

The coupon still works for the ones that are $1

        • Jessie

Sadly- that is coupon fraud and will result in lower value coupons and more restrictions at the store.

      • Brooke

At my store, I got lucky and some of the ones with fruit had one of those yellow 2.00 off coupons (Store things) because they expire in like 8 days.. I got 3 of them for .69 each with the man. coupon so keep your eyes out for things like that!!

    • Bowslayer2

Aquafresh, one of there new kind, can’t remember the name is $2.49. $1/off 1 in last sundays paper makes this a great deal at .49c for a 5.8 oz tube

    • JPBMC

Discouraged.  I get excited about these sales…..then my bubble ends up getting popped.  Have trouble getting around, so I usually have to wait til someone can go with me or for me – by the time that happened today at noon everything was gone that was a good price after Qs.  Managed to get just 1 soy sauce……that was it!

    • Rhynedeals

A few more deals I found today:

International Delight Liquid Creamer $2.19 – $1/1 printable from earlier (no longer available) = 19 cents

      Lenders Bagels B1G1 $1.99 ($2) – Kroger home mailer $1/2 = FREE

      Tampax Pearl 18ct. $3.99 – $2/1-evic coupon, $2/1-manu PG 1/1 = FREE

      Pantene Shampoo $3.50 – $3/2 SHAMPOOS-evic coupon, $3/2-M PG 1/1 = 50 cents each

      Crest Complete Toothpaste $2.99 – 75/1-evic, 75/1-M PG 1/1 = 74 cents

    • Heather

My SS didn’t have the $1 coupon for Gorton’s, only the .50 one. Anyone else’s like that?

      • JPBMC

I had the .50 Qs also.

      • Onethriftydiva

        Yeeeeppppppp!

      • Cheryl

Mine was .50 so I’m holding out for the triples, hoping anyway!

      • Theresa

        Me too, very disappointed.

      • Heather

Well, now I don’t feel so alone. :)

    • Sincerenc78

Has anybody had any luck on the BOGO Bob Evans Sausages? Which ones is on sale. Went to four different stores none had Bob Evans on sale.

      • Ginamity

I’m going to print out the Bob Evans sale price/upc from the online shopping and take it to the store.  There was no sale tag on the shelf, but the online shopping showed it on sale. I’m betting it is.

      • Lauram7

I spoke with the butcher, and he said the 8 oz packs were discontinued, and they won’t be getting any more in, so bummer on that.

      • Guest

I bought 4 boxes of the pre-cooked Bob Evans sausage (both links & patties) last week and 4 this week.  They weren’t marked B1G1, but I asked customer service to scan them before checking out & they rang up half price.  There were still plenty left too.

    • Sincerenc78

Has anybody had any luck on the BOGO Bob Evans Sausages? Which ones is on sale. Went to four different stores none had Bob Evans on sale.

    • Allison

At Harris Teeter in Leland, NC, the Bob Evans sausage was NOT BOGO, neither were the Kahiki chicken nuggets or the Gorton’s Grilled Tilapia. This was my worst Super Doubles trip since I’ve been couponing, but I’m still thankful they do it!

      • Bwfutrell

I went to HT in Porters Neck,  all the Gortons Grilled fish (2 pk) was BOGO…HTH so the coupon could be used on any of the flavors…

    • Sunflower97

I found a great deal on Starkist Albacore Tuna pouches, they were 1.75. I had a coupon for .50 off any Starkist tuna, it doubles to 1.00, so you get a pack of tuna for .75 cents! I love when I get healthy food for cheap!

      • Brooke

My store had one variety for 1.00 making them FREE!

    • Ginamity

      Herbal Essence coupon in P&G 1/1/12 – $1/1   — makes them $.99
This is a stock-up price for V8 v-fusion.  There is a coupon available for $1/2 which makes them $.94/ea.  And there’s a coupon for the V8 smoothie $1/1, which makes them FREE.

      • Ginamity

Also, there is a new GoGo Squeez facebook coupon today, $.75/1 which makes them $.50/ea… same as last week, but a new coupon to use!

      • Theresa

What is the price on the V-8 Smoothies and where is the coupon for $1/1, please?

        • Srgordon

B1G1 like the V8 Fusion so $1.94 just check your express lane sometimes the sale prices are regional

      • Marycansave

        I thought those coupons expired!

    • EB

The Entertainment Type books that a lot of schools sell (esp in Raleigh) for fundraisers has $ off coupons for Kroger. My HT said they would accept those.

    • Cheryl

Great shopping trip today. Spent less than $27 and got a lot of good healthy stuff. Used 19 coupons. I also had a .50 evic on CoffeeMate and had a .75 coupon so I got that for free. And I had a $1 evic on the Oral B floss and a $1 M coupon, so got that for free too. The chicken noodle and tomato soups are a great deal @ .27 p/can. I got some of the other soups that I had coupons on and other things. My total was about $70 before the sale prices and coupons, so I did good. Thanks Jenny!!

    • Cheryl

The Barilla pasta sauce is $2.89, making it .89 after the coupons.

    • jenny

I just want to say thank you. WOW, this was my first time doing super doubles at HT. I spent $37.15 and saved $50.41. I was so excited, I am rather new at using coupons and your lists and everybody’s input has been so helpful. The chicken listed as B1G1 HT chicken tricked me in their ad, it says 3.99 per pound above it, well that is for MBA Smart Veg Fed chicken. HT boneless chicken is 4.99/lb. No problem though, can you tell I’m new to this. hehe. Thanks again for the help. The savings was much appreciated and needed. I noticed the cereal and the tampons went fast at my local HT.

      • Mtmkjr

Just a tip – the boneless, skinless chicken is alwys 1.99/lb in the fresh meat case.

      • Lori

The boneless chicken breast at my HT has a big sign that says $1.66.

    • jenny

This may sound silly. Could someone please explain the coupon term “stacking” or stack? I’m new to this and not sure what that means. Thanks in advance for your help.

      • Jamellr

Stacking means that you are able to use a manufacturors coupon in addition to an electronic or store coupon.  Example: $1 off e-coupon + $1 manu coupon = $3 off during super doubles ($2 during regular week).

    • Jamellr

I found Nivea womens body wash on clearance for 1.99… $1 off Q made it free.  Also, found the Nivea lip products 2/$3… free with $3 off 2.  Great unexpected scores!!!

    • Tcecil0573

Note to self…never send your husband shopping with your coupon book even if you sent him with a list and everything was in order!!!

      • Anonymous

I agree.  I may have one up on you though.  Never let your 12 y.o. daughter help cut coupons, as she might think it wise to stack 20 red plums and cut 20 coupons out at once . . . NEVERMIND the expirations and partial bar codes are cut off.   lol

      • Bowslayer2

please change the husband to spouse. i am the husband and i wouldn’t think of letting my book out of site because i am the couponer/dumpster diver

      • Mama2two

        “Super” Like!!
That is when you loose the couponing edge :)!

      • Mrshanerock

I am a husband, and I seriously ROCK at couponing.

    • Mskathy1961

I was wondering when you use your evic card on the pepsi 12 pack and it says limit 10, is that mean you can only get 10 a day or for the week?

      • AmyQ

Per transaction, but it’s up to your cashier and manager. Mine let me scan through twice with 20 packs. But I would definitely ask before you do anything.

      • Heidihill72

        week

When I went tonight, my HT was out of the Nivea and Tuna deals.  Does anyone know if there are scheduled shipment days for HT or should I just keep checking every day?  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
       :)

      • DianaY19

Call the store and ask.  My store gets a truck on Saturday and Tuesday night.  Each store has it’s own days…the manager should be able to tell you.

      • MomOf4

I found medicated Nivea lib balm near a stand alone display with other brands and cough drops.

      • Abruce4u

Each store does have days for receiving dairy and other shipments.  I check with mine when they are out.  If there are several in that county…each store can have different shipment days than another.  Ask. They told me that receive it one day and spend the night stocking before the next morning.

    • Geneva_arness

landofrost wrap kits were not b1g1 at my HT. I had trouble not finding other deals as well. Disappointed. I think I may give up on shopping HT. THere prices are just way too high.

      • DianaY19

The biggest tip I’ve learned is to double check the “express lane” on HT website before you go.  As I’m going through Jenny’s list, I have another window open to the HT website and check the things I want to buy to be sure they are on sale at my local store.  My store doesn’t do express lane but the one just a mile away does so I juse that one.

    • Kseniyaortino

same thing with bob evans sausages in  HT  hilton head carolina and we  did not get the  nivea coupons in island packett

    • Kseniyaortino

or   neither was  pace salsa or  picante sause on sale

    • Lauram7

Well remember, a ton of new coups are coming out Sunday, which will give us opportunities for more deals. I thought it was a disappointing ad myself, although I did get free Smart Balance milk, free tuna, free Nivea, Honey Bunches of Oats for 50 cents, and pasta for 50 cents. Also, there is a Minute Made $1 coup out there and the pink lemonade coolers are on sale for $2.79, which makes the case of drinks only 79 cents. I really appreciate Jenny doing all of this work for us because I wouldn’t have the time to do this kind of research myself!

      • Bowslayer2

that’s a good point, new coupons this coming week will change the game completely.

    • Angela

There are new e-vic coupons this morning for Campbell’s soup if you are planning to buy.   Also, the Armour meatballs are still on sale for $2.47, and there is a $1 coupon off 2.

    • Angi

Does anyone freeze their smart balance milk? How does it do? Does it expand and bust the carton?
      Thanks “)

      • Germaine Jenkins

        Angi,

I freeze it all the time with no problems.

        • Abruce4u

I too freeze mine as they are and I haven’t had a problem.

      • Yazpistachio

I freeze mine all the time too, but it does expand, so you need to remove a half cup or so from the top.

      • tryn2sav

I froze 4 of mines. Only one had burst.

    • Tabicat37

Not sure if anyone already posted this, but FREE TAMPONS! HT has the Tampax Pearl 18 ct tampons for $3.99, use this with the $2 coup in Sunday’s paper and the $2 evic coupon and it’s free!

    • MomOf4

Great Day 2 –  FREE Bounty napkins, V8 Fusion Smoothies, Nivea lip balm, tampons and brownie mix (from a raincheck)!  Also, last night a catalina printed out for FREE Breathe Right strips (up to $7.49).  I almost thought it was an ad and threw it away…so check your catalinas!

    • Theresa in Va

Watch the deal on the special K plus coffee purchase.  The $3 off  did not come off automatically at the register but luckily I caught it before leaving the store.  If you buy 3 of the cereals, plus the HT coffee it’s $8.07 total.  Also, I had an issue with the evic coupons that you load onto your card.  I used them to get the Tampax pearl for free yesterday and when I chkd this morning, the evic coupon was still loaded onto my card.  I tried it again but it did not work.  I guess they are a one time deal.  Anyone else have experience with how the evic coupons work?

      • Abruce4u

I don’t understand how they work.  I’ll go on there and check that I want them and when I got to shop…there are never any of them coming off my bill or showing that I have any. What am I doing wrong?  Thanks for the help.

You should be able to check online when your signed in to your account what evic coupons you have saved. They were having issues at the stores yesterday I know as 2 of my saved evic coupons credited when I checked out and one didn’t. I went to customer service and they are able to look up what saved evic coupons I had by my evic number. They saw the one coupon that didn’t credit on checkout and they gave me the cash for the coupons value since I showed them my receipt that I purchased the item and the coupon should have credited. At my store at least customer service is always willing to help.

I did the Special K/coffee deal twice and it worked both times.  It showed -$3 on the checkout screen but the reciept doesn’t show it that same way.  If you add the prices it works out, it just took an amount off of each product.

      • Snowdogmom

The evic coupons are usually only good for use once on one item. Sometimes they “reappear” and if they do you can save them to your account again. If it shows on your account you should be able to use it. They were having problems yesterday with the evic coupons coming off at checkout. If you have a evic coupon saved to your account and it doesn’t come off at checkout go to customer service they can give you the coupon value and have the ability to check your account to see that you have the coupon saved. I had to do this yesterday when my $5 off Nature Maid Vitamins didn’t credit automatically at checkout. Hope this helps.

For the Evic Tampons, it’s a one time use. I got mines today.

My HT had Nice ‘n Easy Foam on sale for $6.99. I have a $3 coupon, and a $3 eVic coupon, makes it .99 cents!!

    • Ginadeniserogers

I have been very disappointed with the Super Doubles this time.  The stock is low and the not that many good deals as the last time.  I will probably only go one more time…after this weekend. Even the store manager agreed that they were out of a lot of things already.  He was going to go shop at a competitor just to get some stock…seems crazy.

    • Jweg

My HT would not double the 1.00 off one for the Post Honey Bunches of Oats b/c it had Walmart on the top corner….GGGGRRRRRR. Any suggestions?

      • Dpbarney

I had the same problem.  I said, “It’s not a Wal-Mart coupon, it’s a Manufacturer’s coupon.  It isn’t REQUIRED to be used at Wal-Mart, that’s just a suggestion.”  I told the cashier (nicely) that I’d rather either take it off my order if the coupon won’t double, or she could call the manager.  She called the manager, and when he came over I repeated what I said above.  He agreed and said it can be used and doubled.  HTH!

They are just ignorant to the rules. they can send this back into the manufacturer and get reimbursed just the same. My HT and foodlion and CVS have no problem taking them

I Just want to give a shout out to the New Bern, NC store. Always good service, and they make an effort to know all of the items to be on sale and keep a great inventory! Its rare for me that an item to be paired for a great coupon deal is out of stock. And If the item I’m looking for is out, the staff is quick to allow a different size, or even brand sometimes to be honored at discount AND me still to use the original coupon. This kind of customer service keeps me from shopping anywhere else in town! Thanks Harris Teeter New Bern!

      • Jenniferpapuga

Thanks for the laugh! They suck. The early morning ladies are are crabby, and they are soooo not stocked.

    • Didi K.

I went today and got $56 worth of stuff for 3.65 – THANK YOU!!!! :-) I got – Tampons, 4 Nivea Lip Balm, 2 Herbal Essences Twisted Hair Gel *it worked even though it was technically trial size*, Muir Glen Tomato Paste, 4 Kotex Pantyliners, 2 BC Potatoes, 1 Floss, Vicks VapoInhaler, 2 Vitamin D, 1 Magnesium, and my only find not on here was Bayer Aspirin was on sale for 1.99 a box for the low doses and chewable :)

    • Didi K.

Oh and I got the honey bunches of oat- I just ripped off the walmart part so they wouldn’t be silly about it :)

    • Blake

Day 2 was pretty good! I went to the HT in Cary, NC at Kildaire/Tryon and most items were in stock – except for Bayer and Nivea, which is ok bc I already have TONS of both.  They were also out of Unstoppables, which I really wanted.  Will try this weekend.  I spent $40 and total without q’s was about $122 – here’s what I got:

The Always, Always Infinitiy, Tampax, and Tampax Pearl deals,
      Creat Pro Health Rinse,
      Old Spice Body Wash,
       Gillette Body Wash,
2 Pantene Shampoos (make sure u get shamp not cond for ZVR),
HE Mousse was 2.99, I got for .99 – didnt realize trial size would have worked, 4 boxes of barilla whole grain pasta,
      AF Extreme Clean,
      Crest Toothpaste,
      Kikkoman Soy Sauce,
      2 Goya Coconut Milks,
      POM juice
      2 natures made vitamins,
      2 natures bounty vitamins,
      dawn hand renewal,
      SOHO paper plates
      2 lysol toilet bowl cleaners
8-pack of bounty paper towel  which we REALLY needed – even though it was $$$

I forgot to ask about the $10 off $40 at Customer Service – and by the time I thought about it I was too far to turn around.  Oh well, maybe this weekend.

Had a good day really, yesterday I spent 100 and total w/o q was 220 – not fab but i needed to buy meats, fruit and veg too – so that threw things off.  I am still a newbie but this site and all the comments and helped me SO MUCH! Let me know if you have any questions about what I got!

      • Blake

I also got the catalina form for free USB from Proctor and Gamble both days!

Made my first big coupon trip tonight at HT.  Spent $150; saved $160.
Not bad for a newbie!  Only 2 health & beauty items-the rest food.
It took me 4 hours.   : )  FOR THOSE OF YOU WHO HAVE ENTERTAINMENT BOOKS, USE YOUR 10% OFF BI-LO COUPON!!!!!!!  Thank you Jenny!  May the seeds you’re planting come back to you a million fold!!!

      • Damdoom1975

we can use it at harris teeter? thank you

        • Anonymous

Yes, HT official coupon policy says:
“We also redeem circular or direct-mail coupons for money off of the total order.”  If you have the entertainment book, there are 4 Bi-Lo coupons in the front for various time periods.  You can also print more Bi-Lo coupons online at the entertainment book website.  Beware if you print the coupons, as they expire quickly once printed.  Only print as necessary.

          • Anonymous

This language is under competitor’s coupons they accept.

I used a $5 off $30 coupon from Food Lion yesterday as well.  I happened to run in to Food Lion yesterday afternoon to grab something for a class.  The coupon machine at the front of the store printed the coupon when I swiped my MVP.  Used it last night at Harris Teeter.  Just ask a manager if the cashier isn’t sure.

      • Anonymous

Checked my receipt last night:  $91.00 in coupons, doubles, e-vics and 10% off.  YESSS!

    • Jenniferfrangella

Has anyone seen the 10 off 50 coupon from recyclebank and if so at what zip?

      • carmen

i got one a couple of days ago with zip 22192 under food.

        • Mama2two

What is the usual expiry window on it. I just ordered mine and it says it should take sometime to show up in the mail. I guess, it wil be well past this doubles.

          • Snowdogmom

There is tab (Terms and Conditions) when you bring up the reward to add it to your cart on the recycle bank site that tells you the expiration date. The current reward expires 1/31/12. It usually takes more than a week perhaps 2 weeks to get the reward in the mail. You definitely won’t get it in time to use it for Super Doubles this week. I’ve ordered several of these over the last few months and they never came quickly.

            • Mama2two

              Thanks Alissa & Snowdogmom!

          • Alissa Overholt

It usually takes me about a week to get them in the mail – I’ve already got three this month and a 4th on the way!  They’re usually pretty quick!

Can someone tell me about the special k and coffee deal someone mentioned? Is this a evic coupon?

      • Angela

If you buy 3 Special K products and a Dunkin Donuts coffee, Starbucks coffee or HT Naturals coffee in the same transaction, you get $3 off your bill.  At the top of the Wednesday morning e-mail, there is a banner that you can click on to get all of the details.

      • Theresa in Va

The promotion is on the HT website under promotions.  I think you buy 3 special k items (I bought the cereals plus a coffee- HT brand or Duncan Donuts (starbucks might also be included).  The cereals are 2.50 each).  There is a $1 off of 3 cereals coupon.  I just bought the HT coffee which is on sale for 5.57.  So the 3 cereals, plus the coffee, $1 off coupon which doubles to $2, gets you an additional $3 off your total.  The total for my 3 cereals and the coffee was 8.07!

    • Daydaywxw

Aquafresh toothpast is on sale  for 2.45 wit a 1.00 make it .45c I didnt see it unadvertised deals.wanted to share!!!!

    • Snowdogmom

Second trip for super doubles after seeing the evic specials email today. I got free Honey Bunches of Oats Cereal, evic price was $1.97  $1 coupon so it was free, Windex $1.97 with $1 coupon free. Grape tomatoes $1.77 pt. I also picked up some more Gorton’s Grilled Tilapia B1G1 with $1 off 2. This is turning out to be a better Super Doubles week than I originally thought.

      • MomOf4

I got  the free windex, as well.  It was a nice midweek surprise!

        • Brodie_kathy

where did you get a Windex coupon? can’t find one.

          • Snowdogmom

The Windex coupon was not an internet coupon. I clip all the coupons for products I know I buy so I had it in my folder. I think it might have been from the October Better Homes and Gardens magazine. It was $1 off Windex Mutli Surface. Sorry I can’t point you to exactly where I got it.

    • Sarah

I always thought Harris Teeter prices are “jacked up” so unless its a real sale item (say 2 for $5 stuff) and on double days, its not a great deal. I shop at Shoppers Food in northern VA and seems their prices on most of the stuff are lower, even when it is not on sale.

      • Theresa in Va

I’m in NVa and I actually think Shoppers is high.  I have 3 boys that eat me out of house and home.  I do Costco for milk, bulk cheese, dog food, dishwasher detergent, some fresh stuff.  But I then shop most of the sales at Safeway and coupon shop whenever there are deals.  And Wegmans for a meat run and some other items.  HT can be high but they can have some good sales.

    • Kristy

can you use both evic coupons and man coupons on the same item? even though they are the same values?

      • Theresa in Va

Yes, totally.  I just did it for the first time.  I couldn’t believe it especially b/c some of the evic coupons were the same exact coupons as the paper manufacturer coupons esp. on the P & G items.  I couldn’t believe it when it took $6 off of the Pantene shampoo making it a $1 for 2.  I even did a test run of 2 items to see if it worked b/c I just couldn’t believe it.  The cashier even confirmed it for me.  Thanks to all the folks on Southern Savers.  I was able to look at the lists and read the comments to find some pretty good deals.

        • lizeth1643

Last time I did a transaction for super doubles i got over $50 in grocerys for flat out $1 even. I had so much overage it paid for most of my groceries. a couple days later i went to do a transaction and i was going to count on overage to help me pay for things and we realized it wasnt doing the overage. If this right? I dont know what their reason was but they said they were not giving us overage….

      • Yes and you can get overage- example the Starkist tuna pouches are $1 there is a printable AND an insert coupon for .50.  There is an evic for .50/1.  Use the man.Q + the evic= MAKE 50 cents to pay for something else in your basket.  Their policy is quite clear- you can combine them- for now.

I couldn’t find any Bumble Bee tuna for .99 cents in my store. I even had the cashier scan one of the 5 oz cans to make sure, but it came up $1.19.

      • Lisabluedevil

I think Starkist is supposed to be on sale starting today for 1.00 for the pouches and there are plenty of coupons floating around for these.

        • Theresa

Thanks, I already got some of those. But was hoping to also use my Recyclebank coupons for Bumblebee before they expire…

    • Soldiersgirl6588

I shopped today in Hickory, NC and the HT maple bacon was NOT BOGO. it was still $3.77…

      • hebandgene

I was just going to post a question wondering why several items I planned to buy today were not on sale like the site says they are.  The cashier said all HTs have the same sales but it would seem not based on what I saw today.  Does anyone know?  Thanks!

        • tryn2sav

That’s not true at all. The cashier that I talked to said that Harris Teeter has different prices. And when you go online to Harris teeter express lane. I seen for myself that two different HT in my area has different prices.

    • Cheryl

Recyclebank has a $2/2 Earthbound organic salad coupon. They are on sale at Bi-Lo 2/$5. Also an ecoupon for $1 makes them 2/$3. I got two today and one had a $2 “off now” and that made 2 free, so if you have that coupon you might want to head over there if you like the salad. I love it!!

    • new2coupons

My trip looked like this, we love the split chicken breast which was marked down to .99/lb (normal special for HT) I spent $13 on chicken, I also bought the B2G3 Pepsi products, (these 2 items were the bulk of my spending).. I bought 2 Garnier Mousse, 2 Tampax pads, 2 Gortons Tilapia, 2 Pantene Shampoos, 1 Herbal Essence Shampoo, 1 Glad trash bags (38 count), 4 Glory Collard Greens, my total savings was $81.23 and I spend $42.34.  For me this was good!  Im still learning :)

      • My store had it even cheaper- the tags said .99 lb but when I got to the register it took an additional 50% off the chicken breast!

    • Cclary1984

I got a bunch of stuff from HT. It came up to be 83.95 and I only pay 34.53. I could believed when I pay only $5.00 for 4 bottles of Pantene, that was a good deal.

    • CouponLover

I found a $1/2 sticky on the Cheerwine 12 packs, which are part of the Pepsi buy 2 get 3 sale this week.  Came out to $2.16 each twelve pack.  This was at the HT in Chapel Hill at University Mall.

      • Walkingonwebs

cheerwine is not a pepsi product.  are you sure about this?

        • guest

They only had a .75 coupon on mine.  and yes, they were part of the b2g3.

        • Anonymous

I used to work for Coca-Cola, and the independent products (7-up, Dr. Pepper, Cheerwine, Sundrop) will typically run sales or even be produced by whoever the largest distibutor is in the area.  So In Charlotte for example, Dr. Pepper is produced by Coca-Cola and runsa sales with them.

          • Anonymous

And that could be the case in your area.

      • Bethanykeown

I believe I found that same coupon but I thought it expired 12/31/11

    • Flipn3d

When you have a BOGO deal, do you have to buy 2 to get that price or is it like publix where the price is in half? Trying to make a shopping trip and not sure about this one, never been to HT

      • Snowdogmom

Price is half. You don’t have to buy 2 on BOGO.

    • Snowdogmom

Heads up for those who bought Post Honey Bunches of Oats. Printed inside the box is a coupon for $1 off 2 doesn’t expire until September. Can’t beat it when I got the cereal for free and then there is a coupon in the box!

      • Theresa

Is the $1.97 price limited to two period per Vic card holder, or two per day?

        • Snowdogmom

Two per Vic card not 2 per day.

    • Ctrinkle

Are we sure that the new coupons with the different bar code are doubling.  I had a couple of coupons not double on my last shopping trip and I am not sure exactly which ones but I susupect the nivea lip balm since two did not double and it has the new barcode.  Anyone else having this problem?

      • Theresa

Some do and some don’t – very frustrating, since you cannot look at the coupon and know in advance if it will double or not.

      • There is no way to tell BUT if it DOES NOT say DND it doesn’t matter they can override it to make it double.  That’s why it is important to know your total before you hit the register- you can tell immediately! Their policy isn’t “a 5 coupon doubles” it is ANY coupon so long as it does not say DND

      • CouponingBML

Nivea lip balm will not double because it was $3/2

    • tryn2sav

My Ester C printable did not even double. :-(

    • Snowdogmom

If you haven’t gone to HT yet or are going again for Super Doubles there are new evic coupons today. Aquafresh Toothpaste, Sensodyne Toothpaste, Starkist Tuna Pouches, Rotel Tomatoes, Biotene, Hefty Trash and OneZip bags, Lactaid yogurts, etc..  Some of these are also available on Bi-Lo’s site as ecoupons also.

      • bkeown

I could not find the Hefty Trash bags…any suggestions? I looked on the e-Vic website.

        • Snowdogmom

That’s where they should be. The section where you save the evic coupons to your VIC card. I have 2 Hefty evic coupons one for 2 One-Zip bags expires 2-29-12 the other for Hefty waste bags expires 3-31-12. I didn’t think the evic coupons varied by customer but perhaps they do. I know the weekly Friday evic specials do vary by customer. They have 15 variations and what you get in your weekly Friday email is based on your buying history.

          • Deanna

My e-vic ecoupons always make me laugh.  I have Polident & Pampers coupons to choose from, neither of which I’ve bought anything similar to in the past.  Guess they’re trying to figure out my age, lol.

    • The new .50/1 Starkist tuna is a money maker when combined with the printable or insert coupon!

      • Ibdqt34

How can it be a money maker? HT doesn’t give overages.

        • Cschelb

HT does give overage when you use a evic (ZVR) and a man coupon.

        • Cschelb

HT does give overage when you use a evic (ZVR) and a man coupon.

      • Anonymous

They didn’t double mine, they just used the coupon once and the ZVR once.

    • Losingit

Has anyone seen the HT coupon on recyclebank today?  I tried the zips listed below but I can’t find one.  Wonder if they took it off?

      • Snowdogmom

I had emailed recyclebank about the HT coupon and when/if the expiration date would change since it had been 1/31/12 since early December and I didn’t want to get one since they take awhile to arrive and I probable wouldn’t be able to use it by the end of the month. Their response yesterday 1/6 was that the expiration date is controlled by HT and the said  “The Harris Teeter coupon will be removed today and we are waiting for the new expiration date to post within the next 2 weeks. Please check the rewards list next week to see if you can order your reward.” So it is not currently on the site but it should come back.

        • Losingit

Thank you so mch Snowdogmom!!!!!  I appreciate the info!!!!

        • Faith76

what zip code are you using?

    • Amy

I didn’t get an email Friday with the additional e-vics.  Does anyone know if there is somewhere on the HT website to find them?  This seems to be happening often on Fridays.  I know customer service can pull it up for me, but I am not planning on going back until the next ad unless there is something good on there :-)

    • MomOf4

In today’s paper, $1 off any Bic stationery – HT has 10packs of Bic pens for $1.97.  Also, $1 off Planters Nut-Trition makes them $.50.

    • tryn2sav

Can someone look at their Bic pen coupon from SS 1/08 and tell
me if it says Do not double. I just came form HT and both of my pens didn’t double. Thanks for looking.

      • Snowdogmom

It does say “not subject to doubling” in the fine print under Consumer section. Easy to miss because it’s not at the top near the expiration date like it for most other coupons that do not double.

        • tryn2sav

Thanks so much! I was just about to go to customer service to get my money back. You saved me a trip, they really are getting pretty sneaky with where they are putting the do not double words.

          • Snowdogmom

Your welcome. I agree about them getting sneaky and you need a magnifier to read the fine print.

    • Lynn

Oh my gosh, I just got back from HT and they were well stocked! This never happens so I am happy.

    • luv2save

HT in Cary at Crescent Commons is still passing out the $10/$40 coupons at customer service – its a sheet of 4 10/40 q’s and one is valid each week of january.

Also with the axe body wash, dont forget to use the BOGO and the $1/1 – to make it 2.29 for two.  Crescent Commons also has the Wet Ones packets back in the travel section in stock again!!

    • Courtsmom97

The Smart Balance Milk coupon $1.50 may not double, even though it doesn’t say do not double. The manager at the Hendersonville NC store told me that they won’t double it.

      • tryn2sav

I checked my receipt, Mines doubled.

        • Mtmkjr

It WILL automatically double, but if you are shopping in a store where they interpret the policy that states “Coupons that state “do not double” SHOULD NOT be doubled or tripled”  as “WILL NOT”

          • Mtmkjr

oops… meant “unless” you are shopping…not “if” you are shopping.

      • Snowdogmom

Mine doubled. I used 2. I’d complain to HT corporate.

I was in the Hendersonville store, Sunday night.  The cashier read every coupon in full and would not double the smart balance or bic coupons.  It did say do not double, about half way in the paragraph on the coupons.  I didn’t even see it.  Kinda of bad, though, since I shop there at least twice a week.

I must have been in the store RIGHT after you because I was in the Hendersonville store Sunday night to and saw a guy putting back 3 SB milks and 2 packs of bic pens.. The lady who rang me up to checked each coupon.. I like to go around 6ish when the young high school boys are working… they could care less.. Look for the one with glasses.. hes a sweetie.

Not sure if anyone else has commented about this, but I thought it was a good deal.  One of my eVic specials was “Buy one American Greetings card (99cents or more) and get one free.  There is also a $1 off 3 AG cards coupons.  Print two of the coupons (they will each double) and buy 6 of the $1.99 cards and your total will be $2.  Not bad for $12 worth of valentines!

Several Neutrogena freebies available with the $1.50 Q – various soaps, lip products, etc.  My store had the facial cleanser sheets on clearance, making them only 73 cents.

Just left the Harris Teeter in Mount Pleasant, SC; retail close to $400.00…out of pocket with $10.00 coupons, approximately $65.00.  This shopping experience was one of the best one! One more day for super doubles! Make sure you check your receipt for correct discounts.  My daughter and I stocked up on the J & J products (7 products for 0.99).  She also picked up the BIC products with the $1.00 doubling to $2.00.  The Smart balance milk was free (4 of those).  The HT in Mt. Pleasant Fruity Pebbles chocolate was reduced to $2.00 (each box was 0.50…5 of those).  Multiple coupons were used on the Campbells Soup Line (appx 15-20 of those). Picked up 12 bottles of the Ken’s Salad Dressing; also had a coupon for Hot Sauce…Free (4 of those).  Picked up the skinless chicken breast (Buy 1 Get 2 Free).  Tyson frozen meat ($6.99 with $2.00 off).  We had four different transactions with approximately 80 coupons.  I have a home daycare and send food home on Fridays with the kids (twice a month,,,,Toddlers Back Pack Program). HT offers a variety/selection of items I can try with my daycare children! Smart Balance butter and Milk here we come!

good for you on the Bic pens and the Smart Balance Milk. There is a line in the body of those coupons that say they are not subject to doubling (not in the usual place beside the exp.date). My store in Gastonia would not double them :(

        • :( My store doesn’t have the time (and at their manager’s direction they don’t) to pull each DND.  I cannot imagine how the CSM would be running here and there for overrides!

I need help. For some reason  my computer has stopped printing any of the “bricks” coupons. I’ve been printing them for over a year now with no problem. It’s not giving me the option to re-install. I have a MAC and am running Safari. When I tell it to print it shows the the pic of the computer and printer with the little dotted lines as though it is printing but it never prints.

      • Sarahoconnor

Have you tried Firefox yet?  I used to print Bricks coupons on Safari and then couldn’t anymore.  I never have trouble when I use Firefox. Good luck!

One last deal….Eat Smart products are 2.50, there’s a $1 q in last week’s SS, making them 50 cents.  They are located in the chip aisle.
