There is a pretty strong rumor that Harris Teeter will be running Super Doubles the week of 6/20 (not this coming Wednesday, but the next)!

This means that each store will double coupons $1.98 off or under, with a limit of 20 coupons per day.  You are welcome to use more than 20 coupons, the others just won’t double.

I know this is an early heads up, but get a head start on printing your high value coupons to get the best deals when Super Doubles rolls around!

Great list!  Is there a link for the Dial For Men Speed Foam?  This one isn’t working.  Thanks so much!!!!

    • JPBMC

I could not get the I Can’t Believe Its Not Butter Coupon…did anyone else?

    • Bowslayer2

      Thanks Jenny!!!

    • Momsdword1

Wow….gotta get to printing and clipping!!  Thanks for the early info!!

    • Both of the Harris Teeters are closing in our area. We are so upset. The only other stores we have are BiLo, Food Lion, Aldi and Lowes. In Place of the 2 HT’s they are opening 2 new Lowes.. Which makes 3 in our area. Very disapointed. Lowes and Bi-lo are high. We need a Publix! :-)

      • I know what you mean..HT is closing this week in our area..it was in the Rich part of town but lots of couponers..so Lowe’s Food is coming in yet again..We will have 4 Lowe’s Food within 5 miles of each other..ridiculous!! I am gonna miss super doubles and triple coupons..but what can we do..nothing..

        • Jamie Taylor

You must be in Hickory!!! I too hate it and agree with Alecia, we need a Publix!!!

Of course they will …they are moving to the uppity neighborhoods who don’t use coupons and this is when they will be reopening their stores. VERY dissapointed in HARRIS TETTER!! :(

    • Mywolfcubs3

They are closing closing mine a few days before!:(

    • Mywolfcubs3

We will be getting a lowes food. How are their prices and do they do super doubles?

      • Bigamsjunk

lowes are trying to get more upscale like harris teeters. Some of their more rural stores are not upscale but the morurban stores and newer ones have the harder to find items FL and wally don’t carry. They do doubles like HT and only rarely (once recently) trips. Pricing tends to be bit higher like HT, but they do have good deals every so often.

        • Lauram7

Lowes Foods with their Super Doubles is like a boyfriend who can’t commit. They get you all excited there will be something to look forward to, then nothing. For me, Lowes Foods shouldn’t even bother dong SD as they have been doing.. Harris Teeter needs to take them to school and teach them how to do it up right.

      • Littletinkerbell

        HT just bought Lowes food!

    • Helen B

There was a sign up for a long time here in Goose Creek that a HT was being built – I have since learned that the plan was scrapped – BOO!  Now I have to drive 45 mins to go to HT, but I make it worth it with those super double and triple weeks!

Is there a store in the Atlanta area?

    • Evelynserrano22

if I have a Coupon from Target web can I use it at HT. I have never done this so I don’t know. We only have 1 HT, 1 Aldi and tons of Food Lions

      • Bowslayer

if it has manufacturers coupon written on it you can

    • nocouponsnoworry

Aldi in Wake Forest is always packed with people . No coupons, no frills, they are kicking Harris T ‘ behind with low prices . Ex. pineapple .99 while it is 4.29 at HT ,strawberries 1.29 ,  3.00 at HT ,and so on.
The big stores have not gotten it yet ,but they will soon.

      • Tracy Miller

but they don’t take coupons. if i can get stuff for free at HT with coupons, why would I go to aldi, where I can’t?

        • nocouponsnoworry

Because where i live there are people at Aldi and Ht is a ghost town, overall prices are lower across the board ,even with coupons at HT .

          • savingmom5472

you must work there because free is always best!!!!!!!!!!

            • Changost

I wish my HT was a Ghost Town like for nocoupons – My HT is always jumping and I agree with savingmom – I too get huge3-5 bag of bananas at HT for just a $1 -$1.50 depends  on what is on off price

        • Mof3

Because you never get coupons for fresh pineapple and fresh produce hardly ever. Unless you do not eat any of that..

          • Amy

I have pineapple that I got for free downstairs…in terms of fresh produce…I typically save around 85%. Which would mean I would do better not shopping at Aldi’s. (After a few trips, I realized I do better with couponing the big stores)

(typically I stack the coupon machine with stock up and save catelinas + use coupons at FL. Sunday I got 3 bunches of bananas, 2 bags salad, and a bag of apples for $3)

      • Chowder

I have been shopping Aldi for years.  Produce, junk food snacks & nuts are usually a great deal.  HT & LF get the rest of our business.

    • Kristin

      Harris Teeter’s customer
service is awesome!! I noticed a ZVR didn’t go through on my receipt,
so I called them hoping that I’d get some compensation (it was only an error of $0.65 after print coupons). Maybe I got lucky on a Friday afternoon, but within two minutes they gave me $5 towards my next purchase. He just asked for my account. Love it!

    • Hjemerson2

Thanks for the up date But so sad I miss the great deal I usely could go to HT and get 75.00 with my coupon cut it to 20-25 but prices have gone up so much in the past year to 6 months It almost not wroth it,I been at this 8 yr and it really getting tight to get good deal, Company have cut back so much Mainly due to The TLC show, Hope all get a few deals .As to Free is good I shop Aldi/HT/FL I bless for all 3 to be with in 1 mile of my house ! Get the best of both ,Have to watch the price the week before HT specail The do raise then, I also price match with WM on almost all the saturday specail I print off and take with me !! I have a closet of the Past  months deal !!

    • Sareana

At my Harris Teeter the Gud hand soap is on sale for 3.39 and the Gold Bond Body wash (a favorite of mine!) is one sale for 4.99.  Both sales continue through 7/03.  There is (or there WAS) a (1.00/1)Q for a Gud product on Facebook plus a 1.00 evic Q which would make the hand soap 0.39.  I also have some (1.00/1) Gold Bond peelies that would make them 2.99 each, an OK price for that brand.  I think there was also a coupon for the Gold Bond in one of the inserts if you don’t have the peelies… Yay for HT!

    • Jb7404

Has anybody confirmed SD yet? My manager at the store I go to told me it wouldn’t be til after July 4th week. I hope he is wrong!

    • C.B.

      • Findsum10

        • Brjb579

      • Mywolfcubs3

        • ks

      • Tfwsaver

    • Faith76

Okay, I am a new shopper to HT. So this will be my first super doubles shopping experience… Does it mean that they will double up to $1.98 off and under? like 1.50 would be 3 dollars off?

      • Dgarner

        Yes thats it.

Lowes is buying out my HT ): does anyone if lowes super doubles

      • Keyboardhound2

My lowe’s in Mount Airy had a super double earlier this year. Most of the time if they have one, then HT has one a week or so after. I’ve been couponing for a while and I have to say that Lowe’s here have been really good about letting me use coupons. Most of the cashiers are great but occasionally you will get one that will use a magnifying glass on your coupons, but as long as the coupons match the product, and you don’t go over their 20 double limit, you are good. I just used the .55 off two muellers pasta and lowes had it b1g1 so I ended up paying about .35 a box. pretty good deal. I used four coupons, like their policy states on like items, but got 8 boxes of pasta in one trip. I asked the cashier about the policy and she told me to count my coupons and not to go over twenty, and to use 4 coupons but since the pasta was b1g1, I didn’t break the four item limit rule. I guess it depends on the cashier you get.

      • Guest

Lowes does superdoubles every now and then, but not quite as frequently as HT>

    • Jenn

Lowes does super double sometimes too. I noticed they usually run the super doubles around the time HT does.

    • Becky

has anyone been able to find the harris teeter recyclebank coupon lately? I cannot find it.

    • Jubaye1

I have a question, I am really confuse about HT e-vic coupon. Does that mean that the e-vic coupon is applied to the item on top of whatever coupon I have? Also, for the B1G1 – since you don’t actually get the 2nd one free but at a half off, does that mean you can use 2 coupon for a B1G1 (one fore each)? I’ve always wonder about this.

      • Sonny

Yes the e-vic coupon comes off automatically when you purchase that item, so it is applied in addition to whatever coupon you have and yes you can use two coupons for the B1G1.

        • Jubaye1

Wow!! I been missing so great savings then. I’m still new to the coupon world and just thought about this. Thank you for responding.

      • Collinsrn3

Yes, any coupon applies to the evic coupon as well, and harris teeter here recently updated their coupon policy so that you can use 2 coupons with buy one get one free deals.

Hi! I was skimming the comments and didn’t see confirmation posted, so I apologize if someone did and I missed it. I ran into HT this afternoon to pick up a few staples we needed and was able to get confirmation on the SD event from one of my fave employees so I wanted to share. :)

I have been told that HT is changing the value they will super double next week to $2 instead of $1.98!

    • Annashops3

HT will be doubling up to and including $2
