Going Nuts? I can help you understand coupon terms and abbreviations

It’s just a normal week at Harris Teeter this week.  This ad starts Wednesday 10/28 in all stores.  There is no word about super doubles or triples anytime soon, some rumors but nothing official.  There are some good meat deals this week as well as B1G1 deals with coupon matches.  Remember though you can only use one coupon on a B1G1 deal so break up your transactions if needed so you can use more.

shoppinglist1

Remember:
1. You do not have to buy 2 of the B1G1 items, each item will ring up half price.
2. Coupons are doubled that are .99¢ or less.
3. They will double 20 coupons per day/transaction.
4. You must have a VIC card to get sale prices and for your coupons to double.
5. Most stores only allow one coupon per B1G1 deal, so only buy one per transaction if possible

    • Jennifer

The links for the printable coupons are not working.

      • Jenny

Is it all of them, or a specific one?

    • Abby

Does HT not double coupons on any regular day? I thought they always did, but I cant be sure. My closest one is 30 min away so I only go when its a REALLY good ad for me. You just threw me off with your comment about no word on doubles and triples.

      • Jenny

sorry I meant super doubles or triples. They do double up to 99 cents everyday.

    • Stephanie

Where do you get the Kroger My Magazine?

    • Stephanie

      For the Muellers pasta – Here’s a $.55/1 coupon (unlimited quantity) – http://www.muellershealth.com/ – makes it free!

      • Jackson

I found it too. The whole wheat pastas were not on sale in Fayetteville, NC.

        • Stephanie

The coupon can be used with all Mueller’s pastas. However, each of my HT stores limits these to 3 per transaction – although they do allow more when I do a big trip!!!

      • Krista

Huh, has the coupon changed?? I printed the coupon a couple weeks ago and it says good on any NEW whole wheat or ribbons pasta. My HT doesn’t have either of those varieties. People on another board were complaining the Qs were beeping at the register- it’s because they aren’t coded and aren’t meant to be used on the regular Mueller pasta.

    • ANN

Just so you know Publix has stopped taking internet coupons in our area – Metro Atlanta (apparently people are photo copying and reusing), Please comment if this is happening in any other areas. Thanks!

    • Sharon

      Jenny,
Tuna Medallions are $3.99/lb. in Middle TN, not $4.99 as listed. This is a fabulous price! It is sashimi grade tuna that can be eaten raw and is delicious! We coat it with sea salt and sesame seeds and sear it in a little oil in a pan-FABULOUS! 1 lb. will feed 3 people easily, not bad for $3.99! It does freeze well, but once frozen don’t eat it raw.

      • susan

where in middle tn are you? my brentwood ht flyer has it for 4.99.

      • Kristy

I was able to print multiple times, but I noticed that they barcodes are all the same. So are those really able to be used? I thought the barcode had to be different on each one.

        • Kristy

Oops, wrong spot. This is regarding the pasta coupons from the response above.

    • Crystal

I have a RP coupon insert from 10/25, but no Arnold coupon. Is that right?

      • Shannon

        I didn’t get one either.

        • Stephanie

I didn’t find one either in the Raleigh N&O.

    • dave

Can any one find the Purina $2 off coupon?

      • Abby

Im looking for it too! I wanted to get a bag or 2 for our shelter!
        :(

    • Bee

      Help me understand this posting…..

Healthy Balance Juice, at $2.99 ($1.49)
-$1 off Old Orchard Healthy Balance Juice, SS 9/13
-$1/2 Old Orchard Healthy Balance Juice, SS 9/13 or printable (makes it 49¢)

In the second senario, how can it be .49 cents since you have to buy two to make the coupon work? Thanks for clarifying for me….BEE

      • Kellie

I don’t think it could be .49 either, but maybe I am missing something.

      • Rebecca

I think the -$1 off Old Orchard Healthy Balance Juice, SS 9/13 line should have (makes it 49¢) after it, not the other line. :D

    • Jason

The Hillshire Farms 0.55/1 is a DND. I don’t know about anyone else, but my HT has gotten VERY strict about pulling out all the DNDs to manually enter and informing you about ever single one that’s not going to double.

      • Crista

WOW! My HT’s are not like that…and if they did start doing that, they would lose my business. To me that is just trying to be nit picky and if you want the extra business from making great coupon offers, you better not sit there and make the transaction longer than necessary and try to be rude! LOL

    • April

Does anyone know what zip code to use for the Arm & Hammer Laundry Detergent? I can’t find this one!

      • Go to the Arm & Hammer Website

        http://www.armandhammer.com/

and click on coupons for lots of coupons

        • April

I did that, and there are lots of coupons, but none for laundry detergent. I thought maybe I just needed to use the right zip code. Thanks for the response!

    • Amanda Y

      Awesome printable list feature!!

    • Elizabeth

Just to share, I was at Harris Teeter the other day, and two of the girls who were working as cashiers mentioned that triple coupons would be next week. So hopefully they were correct!

    • Lorrie

When shopping last night, I was told by the store manager that triples will start on Wednesday! YEAH!!
