Coupon Policy:

1. You do not have to buy 2 of the B1G1 items, each item will ring up half price.
2. Coupons are doubled that are 99¢ or less.

What zip is everyone using for the 75/1 Newmans’ Own? I remember seeing it on coupons.com recently, but I don’t see it now. I’m using zip 90210. TIA

      • TheChapleigh

        27376 works too

    • DOFNM

I can’t find the Bertolli sauce coupon on tablespoon.com. Anybody else?

      • Colleen

Hmmm, me thinks that web site is foul-it stopped up my brand new computer. When I first clicked on it, I got coupons.com. I went in again and had to reboot because I couldn’t even quit safari(on a mac). That NEVER happens.

      • Amy

        No luck here either.

      • Rdaug

I couldn't find it either or the Paul Newman's salsa coupon.

    • Crawford86575

It's been awhile since soup was on sale, yeah for chunky soup :)

Wal-Mart charges close to $2 a can, so HT wins again!

      • bscott16

Our Walmart will price-match any item in a competitor's ad as long as you take the printed ad with you to the store…

        • Lara Sue

But I have yet to find a Walmart that will double coupons.

    • Mommysauls

Where is the .75/1 Newman’s Own Salsa printable (makes it FREE) Q I clicked the link , didnt see it anywhere, Maybe I need to put in a diffrent zip code mine is 27804. Also , I am new to all this and have a ? … If I get for example
Bertolli Pasta Sauce 24 fl. oz. at $3.15 ($1.57) B1G1
-$1/2 Bertolli Pasta Sauces, 15 oz + printable (makes it $1.07)
and use the Q does that mean I will only pay 1.07 for 2 since they are b1g1 Correct? THANKS!

      • 2Cor12_9

02356 just saw it on another site!! Also, the $1/2 take .50 off each effectively so the math she has is correct. You do not have to buy 2 to get the sale price. Just rings up half price…HTH

      • TheChapleigh

Just be aware that it's not technically legit, per their coupon policy Jenny lists above, and is what I ran into last week when wanting to use my $1.50 Q off 2 Ziploc items that were B1G1… cashier pulled the Q & told me I could only use a Q for $ off ONE item, as they are techincally buy ONE item get the SECOND for free, EVEN THO you are paying half price for each… the policy is still the policy… now, you may run into a cashier who won't pull the Q's and you'll find you won't have a problem as the Q will still scan… this is why I was so confused as I'd never had a problem with this in the past until this one particular cashier handled my order. Your best bet is to buy one of the B1G1 items per trip into the store and use a Q for $ off ONE. Just means that, in order to get the number of items you want at the bargain price with Q's, you'll have to make more trips into the store… however today I got two of the same B1G1 items and put a Q on each of them without even thinking about it, and it went through just fine… I forget when in the throws of Q shopping with 4 kids under 6 in tow!! Hope this is helpful :)

        • Jalonzo

That is not really true- it says that they will only take 1 COUPON for a B1G1. I had a cashier tell me the same thing and the manager heard her and put her on the right track really quickly. Also I have spoken about the coupon policy at length with customer service mangers and they agree- 1 coupon per B1G1 does not mean you cannot use a $/2 – but you simply cannot use 2 coupons.

        • BrandyK

Yes, in Nashville stores, you have to buy FOUR of the BOGO items to use one $x/2 coupon. (That way the two your coupon applies to are not the “free” ones) It's very silly, and one reason I gave up on HT.

    • Raynesmw

Does anybody have a zip for the rice a roni? On the Newman's try 28138.

      • Amy

        Thanks for the Newman's zip!

      • christa

The roni coupon came out a couple of weeks ago and then disappeared within a day or two..

    • Prattm

Not finding the ricearoni / pasta roni coupon either

    • Shawna

Did anyone find the q for the Bertolli pasta sauce? I can't seem to locate it. Thanks!

    • Elizabeth

I live in Virginia and have been searching desperately to find an early preview of Farm Fresh Supermarket's ad early. Does anyone know where I could find one?? My husband is taking over shoping duties as he recently was laid off and I'm trying to get him prepared each Wed for the HT/FF trips. Any help would be great!!

      • Jennifer

        Elizabeth,
Try http://www.moneysavingmom.com. I think she covers this store, or has a link to someone who does. Not sure how early she posts, but you can try. Hope this helps. Good luck.

      • emtshopper

I also live in Virginia and love FarmFresh…right now they double $1 coupons every wednesday…if you find somewhere let me know thanks…

    • Alpetrat

The other day I was at HT in Hilton Head,SC buying a buy one get one free product….so that makes each item half price right? I had two coupons for the 2 products, and the cashier said I can't use both coupons because one item is free. I tried to tell him the items are half price each but he still wouldn't let me use both coupons. So I only bought one…used the coupon…got another one and went back on line and got the other one with the coupon. Now why did I have to do that…..can someone please tell this store the correct policy.

      • heather

Yes that is correct. It is the strangest thing, but it is their policy, I do believe. You might get the cashier that doesn't check, but if they spot it, they are not supposed to take it. I actually had the manager of my store ring me up one day and she told me to pull one of the items out and ring it up seperatly so I would be able to use both coupons, because she wouldn't take both in the same transaction. Seems crazy, but it is their thing. hth

        • Kate

Yes, Heather is correct. I did self checkout 12 times last week b/c of the BOGO / Internet Printiable policy. It was time consuming, but I'm there so often I don't want to get the reputation of the couponer that is always causing problems.

      • Guest

If you read their written policy (both in-store and online), it actually does state that for B1G1 sales they only accept 1 coupon. It's even stated at the top of this page – point #5 under 'Coupon Policy' before you get to the deals. It is very annoying since the items do ring up at half-price, but unfortunately since it is their official policy, there's not really anything you can do about it if they wish to enforce it. Some stores do allow customers to use 1 coupon on each item since it does ring up half-price, as long as the coupon scans into the register, but many do enforce the written rule.

      • BrandyK

As the others said, it is their policy. In addition, at the Nashville stores, the coupon policy is glued up all over the registers and handwritten in at the top is “We WILL NOT do separate transactions for BOGO items”

    • Jan

There was a .45/3 Hunt's Tomatoes (11 oz. or larger) coupon in the Charlotte Observer recently. Makes it $2.10 for 3 14.5 oz. cans.

      • jorgeandtracysave

It was in the Raleigh paper too, SS 8/1

    • Dink

Still can't find the Bertolli sauce coupon…,..Any ideas?

      • Aviennamom

there is a coupon on target, you can use it at HT

        • Dink

I tried to use a different target coupon at HT, and the self checkout person wouldn't accept it. Hmmm….

    • Karen

Skippy peanut butter .99 pretty sure there was a coupon 2-3 weeks ago in paper.

      • tarheelbaby1

I think it was $0.40/1, which would make these $0.19. Unfortunately, I'm pretty stocked up on peanut butter after the recent sales.

    • MyKidsMom3232

Does anyone know how many printable coupons Harris Teeter will take per transaction for any one product?

      • Lcwhite07

        only 2

      • It's only two, like Lcwhite07 said, but it's per manufacturer, not per product. Makes it even more difficult.

      • tarheelpat

For doubling, two printable and three regular coupons on the same item. I don't know if that limit holds when the coupon is under $1 and thus not doubled.

      • Linda

I use 4 printables today on Paul Newmans salsa. My HT has never refused any coupons. I also don't go in there to buy 20 of one item either!

      • S

        Three

    • tmw

is the “meal deal' on the HT website? I didn't see it on there for my area? We usually eat pizza Sunday after church, so it is something I would buy anyways, do you guys think it adds up to a good deal??

      • tarheelbaby1

I had two $0.75/1 Red Baron coupons, so $9.98 – $3 in coupons for the deal. I think that's a great deal for 2 pizzas (that we would have probably bought anyway), a 2 ltr of Coke, Pure Fruit Bars (which my daughter loves) and an appetizer. We won't eat them together as a “meal,” but we'll definitely use it all. :-)

        • Xraychik512

Do you happen to know where you got those coupons for the pizza?

    • tarheelpat

I don't usually do the “meal deal” since I try to cook from scratch, but it's hot, I'm tired and this week's looks like stuff we would eat. I assume I can use Red Baron coupons, but does anyone know whether I can also use them for the “free” items?

      • Dink

I think you can…. worth a shot anyway.

      • Guest

Coupons for the free items will beep, so it will depend on your store whether they will put it through…

        • Germaine Jenkins

I wrote to EarthBound Farm with a UPC code from a container of salad and along with the $1 off one and $1 off 2 q's, I found a couple in the mix for FREE SALAD!!! I used 2 $1 off 1 and the 2 free q's during the last double coupon promotion and the register beeped. A manager had to come over and do an override but it went through. I guess I must've reached some discount limit bcz I was only able to use 16 q's. They said the 2 free q's put me over some limit (I was at $40 saved at that point).

    • Crawford86575

The 75 cents off coupon for Edward's Pie Singles states it does not double

However, when the cashier scanned my 2 coupons they both doubled to $1.50,

so I got both slices of pie for 50 cents each!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

      • Brianmiag

If a coupon starts with a 9. It often won't double(the last minute type you get at the store). Those starting with a 5 seem to double most of the time. Good Luck

    • Stephanie

Pepsi PRODUCTS not produce ya'll!! Bless your heart Jenny.. you are truly dedicated hun! Thanks for all you do hun!

    • Shawna

Cannot get the Edwards singles printable to come up. Once I click it and then click on the savings link, it keeps saying an error occurred. Can anyone else get it?

      • Mommysauls

        Same for me =(

    • scooby

the hot pocket side shot q says I have reached my limit and I have not printed any. Any tips on this?

      • Jackieandchristin

Same for me. However, thecouponconsultant had a link for the side shot Q in her Farm Fresh matchups this morning–it was from Facebook. I got that one to work.

        • Shawna

Thanks for sharing this info! I just printed my coupons.

      • Rward0377

go to facebook and like it then it will let youprint one

      • Amber

Here is the link to the FB page where you can get one. http://www.facebook.com/hotpockets?v=app_104676

      • scooby

thanks for the help , got em

    • Rdaug

I used a printable coupon (don't know where I got it) for Buy One Get One Free on the Laughing Cow cheese. Made each only cost $1.25 each. Now if I could just figure out where I got it.

      • Kristy

I have one too, and if I remember correctly, I got it off of their website.

    • Pflanagan27

you can print a red baron “pan” pizza coupon for $1.00 off and use it on the meal deal. Also Pepsi Max b1g1 coupons are available (see last week).. and at my Harris Teeter .. Whiskas cat food 3.99 on sale and you can go to Whiskas site or in the paper $1.50 off. making it only 2.49 for a big bag of cat food. Renuizit Air Freshners 3/$2.. .55 off coupon for 2. So you can get 2 for .57 also Whiskas cat food gourmet singles.. b1g1 coupon in paper and on their site. On sale for .60 each so you get 2 for .60

    • tiredmom

I got a few great deals today. I got Nature's own specialty bread very cheap with the printable 75c coupon. I also got Lance cookies snack packs which were prices 2.00, used 0.55 coupon which doubled. The coupon says crackers but pictures of crackers and cookies are on the coupon.

Large Cans of muir glen tomatoes coupons 2.00, the 75 cent printable coupon (which says DND) did double.

I have learned through experience, the cashier at self checkout just scan the coupons, to see if they will double, but the cashier at the regular checkouts cherry pick the coupons and inspect all my groceries. Just to save time and picking thru my bags I always use the self checkout.

    • scooby

Hey , is there any problem using multiple newman's salsa q's for free salsa in the same transaction?

      • bunchofpants

Since it's a B1G1 deal you probably would have a problem.

The Cinnabon frozen pancakes were B1G1 at my store $3.15, so that was $1.57 each. I used the $1.00 Q so that brough it down to .57 cents each. I got the pancakes in regular cinnabon flavor and caramel. The kids can't wait to try them for breakfast.

Oh and yes you can't use two coupons on a B1G1 so as someone stated earlier I just went to the self checkout and gave my coupons to the cashier there. It's true they are less likely to turn away your second coupon on a B1G1 purchase. If for some reason they do you can always remove one of the items since they ring up half price anyway and still get the great deal on one instead of two.

It really does depend on your cashier and store. My cashiers let me do it all the time, they only check exp. dates on my q's.

The Harris Teeter in Wakefield, Raleigh NC on John Rex Rd is adding $20 to your VIC card with each new rx you bring into pharmacy. I got $100 on my VIC Card.

I just received 4 HT store coupons in the mail. One of them is for $1 off 12oz Kraft Singles. Can I use a mfg coupon and a store coupon at HT?

      • nancycrom

Yes you can stack a mfr q and a store q for each item.

My HT in Mt. Pleasant had Ball Park hot dogs at 2/$5 and Facebook has a coupon for $2 off. My kids love hot dogs so 50 cents a package is a pretty good deal in my book.

    • Check out what I made with my 2.99 lobster tails from HT this week!

So Harris Teeter runs sales on some things for longer than a week. It may just be on store brands, I'm not 100% sure. I buy the Harris Teeter brand frozen organic veggies, and they've been on sale for several weeks now (we use an insane amount of frozen veggies). Their natural ground beef has been on sale for several weeks as well. Is there anywhere that those longer sale items get posted? I don't recall seeing it here or with my weekly e-mails from them.

They just like other stores have month long sales on items and most of them are name brand. Walgreens, CVS, Food Lion, Lowes Foods even have month long sales on items.. For instance Lowes has Colgate Toothpaste 1.50 and it runs through 09/07 and has already ran for 3 weeks.

My inserts have the date printed very small along the spine. When I get behind, i check their and then write it big on the cover so it is easy to spot. HOpe that helps.
