For the P&G deal do you have to spend $30 before or after coupons?

      • Marlene

I don't think so, it should be after VIC/sale prices but not count coupons. Not a bad idea to check the flyer though to be sure. You could ask customer service but they probably won't know for sure

    • Marlene

Check your EVIC coupons – there are a lot of e-coupons that seem to match coupons in the 5/01 PG. Example $4 evic on Gillette Profusion Razor. You can use paper coupon and evic coupon to get $8 off. There are others that could actually make for some pretty good deals.

    • Marlene

I don't think so, it should be after VIC/sale prices but not count coupons. Not a bad idea to check the flyer though to be sure. You could ask customer service but they probably won't know for sure

    • Time4mom2

Thanks for the GREAT List! I think the All You Magazine coupon for Formula 409 is $2.00 off 2, so it wouldn't be free.

      • Time4mom2

Sorry, I think I may have read the coupon wrong.

    • MomOf4

There's a manufact coupon for 0.75 off Oscar Meyer Bacon when you buy eggs. Pair it with the eggs coupons, pretty good meal deal!

      • luv2shop

        Where is that Q?

        • MomOf4

          It's an online catalina q

    • guest

I did anyone get the 2.50 off pampers in the P&G ? i live in Fayetteville

      • Nope.. we got the $1.50.
They must not like us :)

      • Guest

I *think* that only a very few papers in areas with a high population of Hispanic people got that coupon. Some companies are trying harder to try to get Hispanic people to use coupons because a lot of Hispanic people have a negative opinion of coupons, so they have to work harder to make it more appealing.

    • Wait…. are e-vic coupons Manufacturer's coupons or store coupons???
      I think I may be confused :)

      • Laura

        Store coupons

      • Marlene

They're a bit funky – they are manufacturer coupons but according to HT evic coupon policy you can use an evic coupon together with a manufacturer's paper coupon so in that sense they work like a store coupon. These ones mirror the ones in the PG insert so it's like doubling and pretty cool.

        • Thanks!
Where did you see this? I would like to print it out for reference.

          • Marlene R.

Gretchen, on the page where you add your evic coupons there is a link in the right column to “Frequently asked Questions” it will take you to a help page and one of the questions is
“Can I use a paperless coupon and a paper coupon for the same item?”
–> Yes, you can combine paper and electronic coupons.

        • Anne

The best part is that they give you overage (which isn't normally allowed at HT). So if you have a coupon for a free item that also has an e-vic coupon, the e-vic amount is taken off of your total order! Just be careful to buy additional things so you don't end up with a negative balance…they don't like that.

    • MrsEllis

Do we know if the P&G deal can be done more than once?

      • Marlene

Yes but in a separate transaction.

    • luv2shop

Heads up to anyone using the Secret Clinical Q… you will need a manager override. I think that this one flags because it is $4. Worth the hassle because the deal is sooo good if you use this kind.

Also, some of the Lipton Teas have $1 off peelies on them. I found 2 tonight and since it was still SDs I got 2 for $2.99 each!

      • Felicia

That is because if you read really closely they want you to buy one gillette to get the $4 off secret clinical. Took me a minute to figure it out, very deceiving coupon !

        • Tkburns

Wow! The manager and I kept looking at this coupon and couldn't figure out why it was beeping. Can tell it was the last day of supers, I think we both must have had tired eyes!

    • Couponworld

thanks for the list but not worth the headache dealing with Harris Teeter. Very bad treament from cashier and manager this week.

      • Vkostyal

yes had the same problem and they changed their policy!!!! Now I wanna go in and give them a hard time on purpose!!

      • TK

I had a bad Experience at HT in Morrisville, NC off of Davis Drive. Manager stood there and watched every single coupon I had and read them and seemed pissed that I was using coupons. I only go to HT for super double coupons. Otherwise I go to Lowes foods. They are always really nice and professional!

    • Littlemommyshannon

Someone said that HT lets say tou have a .50/2 campbells soup coupon and the soup is on sale for .75 that the coupon will only double up to .75 now instead of 1.00 has anyone else heard this?

      • Couponworld

who knows what is up with them. might only be on b1g1. they no longer let you use $$$/2 on b1g1.

        • Christin

you now have to buy 3 when you get a b1g1 item and use a coupon for $/2. It really stinks since the items are ringing up at half price, so technically you are “buying” 2…

      • Yep, happened to me yesterday! My $1.00 Q doubled to $1.19 instead of $1.00. Terrible!! And this was the Flavored Deer Park water, not a bogo or even a sale item!

      • heather

Yes, the way their registers are programmed switched yesterday~ any coupon for $x/# will only be honored up to the price of one item~ so if you have a $.75/2, and the cost is $1 each, you will only get $1 off, not the $1.50. Watch your receipts! they claim is has been their policy all along and WE have been taking advantage of it if you contact corporate!

        • Rogers_tamra

I live near Raliegh, NC, and our HT has been doubling coupons up to the value of the actual price for a great while. I was always wondering when people talked about “making money” off the coupons.

          • Cynthia

But what they're saying is that if you have coupon that requires a purchase of 2 items, that they'll only double up to the price of 1, so we would still pay full price for the 2nd item! Not cool, in my opinion. I can totally understand them not wanting to give overage when the doubling is coming out of their pocket (do grocery stores have pockets??), but this doesn't seem fair. You'd never have the full advantage of coupons that require more than one item purchased.

            • LULU911

I AGREE with Cynthia. What's the point then? I don't want to pay FULL price for the 2nd item. I guess I will save those coupons for when they have B1G1 sales…b/c then it would be worth it, right?

      • kelly

That's what happened to me at my HT also, I may get things for free but no overage.

    • Jillmaek

theres 0 acorns on actual grocery items :-( whats going on?

    • singlewoman26

I have coupons up on Ebay if anyone needs any. I have 100% positive feedback and I ship ASAP. I have some repeat customers (quite a few from NC and KY). If you need something not listed inbox me and I will let you know if I have them. I have lots of PG coupons and this past week coupons. My user name on Ebay is singlewoman26!

    • Couponsue123

For the meal deal, do they allow coupons on the free items? I was told no.

      • My HT let me use coupons. I'm in Cary, NC.

      • cheryl

Mine doesn't let me, in Va Beach (when I was living in Greensboro, NC they didn't let me either.)

        • Alexis

Im in Greensboro and haven't had an issue…yet…..

        • elizabeth

Have you tried the one at Brennaman Farms? Theyre are so much nicer about coupons than the one on the BLVD near the Sam's. That one is 2 seconds from my house (seriously I could walk) but I take the time to go to the BF one because theyre SO much nicer!

      • Anne

I did last week and they went through.

    • Stacy5060

Do you have the $2 off formula 409 coupons from all you magazine? I have ordered from you recently and you has great fast shipment!

    • Head's up- my Express Lane doesn't have the Greek yogurt included in the Dannon sale, so the .50/2 won't work.

      • The Q Girl

I just bought two of the regular Dannon that is on sale and used the .50/2 coupon for the greek yogurt and it went through without any beeps!

        • cs

if you knew the coupon was for the greek yogurt and did that anyway that is considered coupon fraud

        • elizabeth

I really wouldn't be proud of this if I were you. Just because something doesn't beep doesn't mean its okay to do. You end up basically stealing money from the store each time you do it, since they don't get reimbursed for coupons that were used without following the restrictions. And, on top of that, you make a difference in what store coupon policies will be in the future. Think of it as stealing a dollar each time you shop… eventually the store will go out of business and you ruined the opportunity to save for our children. Think twice and follow the rules. You still get awesome deals!

          • LeAnna

not that I don't agree w/ you. But the store still will get it's money. They carry that item. They don't know that the person did not buy the greek yogurt.

          • haley

You must be a cashier. :) I love your post. You are completely right!

    • This question may have already been asked…but there isn't a Harris Teeter close to me (at all), but do you think Wal-Mart would price match Harris Teeter? I'm in Lexington, SC. Just wanted to see what everyone thought. I may try it out either way.

      • Sbrown1137

Also Matthew, if you have a Lowes Foods close to you, and you participate in the Recycle.com, Lowes will honor the $10 off $50 coupon for Harris Teeter.

      • Sbrown1137

Walmart is currently rolling out their new “LOW PRICE – MATCH PRICE GUARANTEE”. No questions asked. Just tell them about the price and they will match it. I read about it on their website, and then started seeing commercials about it. Good Luck!

        • Awesome! Thanks for the tip. I'll try it out and let you know.

          • Sbrown1137

If you have a Lowes Foods close to you, they will honor the $10 off $50 Harris Teeter coupon, that you may opt for on Recycle.com.

          • Nicole

Walmart will price match but they wll not double or super double coupons like harrs teeter

    • Tasha010986

Can someone explain about the express lane..I know nothing about it!

      • LeAnna

If you go to the harris teeter web site and click on shopping. You will see an option for 'express lane'. You will enter your state and pick your store. Then you can type in the item you want to buy-and it(and sometimes other) items will come up-w/ prices. I use this a lot when I have q's I want to use-and want to find out how much I will actually pay for the item. I ussally then write in pencil on my q-how much I should be paying for the item! Hope that helps

    • Littlefish419

i signed up for e-vic coupons and you can use paper coupons along with them. does this mean that if you use the $10 off e-vic coupon AND the $10 off paper coupon for the crest whitestrips you can get them for $9.99???

      • KK

Yes just make sure the e-vic is specified for the type that is on sale. And watch carefully, today I had to point out to them that it did not take the evic off. The manager had to override it and take the evic off manually. To make sure it should say ZVR and then -10.00 off for the product. Hope that helps!

    • Staceyf

I got the Tide this morning and the Crest Rinse, but was charged full price for the Crest. After my experience last week with the CSM, I decided to not go back and get my $2.50 back. I don't like feeling like a cheap person over $2.50. Watch your receipts!

    • Rhonda Norwood

I notice you show some of the deals above using individual Publix coupons. None of the HT's in our area allow that. I am in Charleston, SC. They only let you use the $5 off $30, but none for individual products.

    • Hesssc

Where do you find the booklets? Like kraft food and family etc?

    • Kate

Has anyone done the Febreze Noticeables Warmer and Refill deal? My Harris Teeter is doing Buy any One Febreze Noticeables Refill for $8.99 and get the Warmer for Free ($3.29 value). The coupon that is mentioned above to go with this also states Buy One Febreze Noticeables Refill and Get the Warmer Free. And, the Rebate is for the Warmer (which is free). I am not sure how this deal works where I am getting the Refill for Free using the coupon and the rebate.

    • kelly

Last week during super doubles I had coupons for Eight O'Clock coffee, $1 off 2 bags. I went in on two separate days and got two bags of coffee each time and used the coupons, but the third time I went in they said that it was against policy. Since the coffee was B1G1, they consider that as only buying one bag, and that I would have to get 4 bags to use the coupon. I asked why it worked before and she said that it had because there was a 5 before the numbers printed on the coupon. Has anyone else run into this problem?

      • Boxerpupmom1127

That doesn't make any sense. I'm in Wilmington, NC and I did the same as you. I even had a store manager verify that even though it is a B1G1 the regular price of each is reduced by half, so you could still only buy one bag and pay the reduced price (even though it wouldn't benefit you since you had the coupon for 2). But your store makes it seem like each bag was still full price unless you bought 2. Maybe I misunderstood, but that's not how it was explained to me.

        • Katherine

I'm in Wilmington too…and while I have no idea of HT has changed their policy or not (I haven't had any problems), their website still reflects their “old” way of doing coupons. So everyone having trouble should just print that and take it with you if you think you'll encounter problems. I think the people that work on our HTs here are SO nice. I feel sure if we disagreed and I showed them their own website policy statement that they would comply.

          • mamabelbel

I am also in Wilmington. Had this issue one time with a cashier at the store off Eastwood but never again. I normally shop at Mayfaire and have never had an issue. As a matter of routine now I choose two different varieties of the item cause I hate hate hate getting to the register and finding out it is all wrong! I have to say that is general, Harris Teeter is the best store in the area by a long shot and their customer service is in another galaxy compared to the Lowes and Food Lions near me!

            • rvpmomof3

I am in Wilmington, too. The store on Gordon has given me problems like this. The manager hovers when a couponer is there, too. I use the Porters Neck store without issues! The people are great there. Very helpful.

            • Chloe's mom

gosh what a bunch of haters…lol sometimes i get girls that don't wanna check me out because they see my giant binder…but i think they are just jealous that i do so well….lol

            • I’m also in Wilmington, NC I usually shop @ the Long Leaf location -but one day after work decided to go into the one across from the mall, and a young girl made a rude comment about me using coupons. I was offended and reported it to corporate, I received a call from the store manager and he personally delivered me 3- $5 Harris Teeter gift cards at my job!

            • amyf

to all you Wilmy shoppers, we need to get together! This town is small enough! :) I have found that Gordon Rd is only good for “straight” couponing, Mayfaire rocks & will go above & beyond, College Rd by UNCW is ok, but a bit unfriendly, the one by Wrightsville Beach is nice, but like College rd., the one in Pine Valley -asst mgr actually followed a friend of mine & berated her for couponing! ck us out @wilmingtoncouponistas on face book.

    • DeDeBug88

Is the P&G promo before or after coupons?

    • Melissa T

How do you get the Visa card? It says “mailed”. Does it print out something or do you have to fill out something and mail it in?

    • Crystal

FYI the HT in Hendersonville, NC is doing Super Doubles again this week : )

    • Jkc0426

At the top of the ad there is a E-Vic $5 of your $50 purchase. Does this come off automatically or do I need to load or print a coupon?

    • Amanda

New York Texas Toast Croutons on sale $10/10. $0.50/1 coupon in All You-May mag. = free.

      • Melissa

        Thanks

    • Boisky3

I'm relatively new to couponing and still trying to get the hang of it. Can someone tell me how to take advantage of the P&G deal? I did buy $30 worth of merchandise at HT today, but don't see how to take advantage of that deal. Is it through HT or P&G?? Thanks!

      • Kristin S.

I called the 800 number in the P & G section of the ad and they said to send your original receipt with the PG products circled to “Saving for Someone Special” PO Box 49112 Strongsville, OH 44149-0112 Also send a 3×5 card with your name and mailing address on it. HTH

        • Boisky3

          Great!! Thank you!!!

        • KK

Do you know if this applies before of after coupons? Thank you for taking the time to call and find out!

          • Kristin S.

The evic coupons are very obvious on the bottom of the receipt, so I'm not sure how P&G will handle that. All my other coupons are just listed at the bottom as a coupon, so there is no way for P&G to figure out what coupons I used. I just made sure to purchase other things so my total didn't look like it was under $30. HTH

    • Sbrown1137

      PLEASE someone help me…
Where are you seeing the $$$ off of $50 coupons?
I cannot seem to find them anywhere..
Email…Online…Facebook???? I've got them all, but no coupon anywhere.
Thanks to who ever can answer..

      • anonymous

http://www.recyclebank.com – get rewards, zip 20136, food and beverage, page 2

      • Mikismoney

Recyclebank.com. Earn points and buy the coupon with your points. They send it to you in the mail and it takes 7-10 business days to get it. Awesome deal!

      • Michele

It's loaded on your e-vic card, so if you're signed up for the e-vic e-mails the $5 should automatically come off your $50 or more total.

        • Sbrown1137

Thank you for clarifing that for me, Michele. I couldn't find out about it, for the life of me.

    • Kplemmons07

I recently went to my local store and ran into a few small problems and im wondering if this is normal or did i get taken advantage of. the clorox toilet cleaner was b1g1 and with the coupon was free, however the cashier said in order for me to get the deal I had to buy a 3rd of the item, she had me do the same thing with the 8oclock coffee. im not sure but i feel like i should have went ahead and got a 4th of each of these products instead of just 3, im new at this any help would be great

      • Kbnheggers4

I think if you bought three then you would have had to pay for one but gotten 2 free. Not sure and DO NOT QUOTE ME ON THAT! =-) Thats the only reason I can think of why they would tell you to get 3.

      • Nathansmommy7

They did the same to me. Pretty sure I got cheated. You are technically paying 1/2 price for each. So, to me, I should pay the half price for one, and the other should be free

      • Couponworld

They have changed thier policy you can no longer use $$/2 q's anymore on B1G1. They changed it right befor super dbls. They changed it but told no one and it is not in thier coupon policy.

      • Couponworld

Just an FYI the eight o'clock coffee is b1g1 at Publix this week and they will gladly except the coupon. I wrote HT corparate office about the unbelievably rude service i recieved from manager and cashier TWICE in a week. They emailed back and said a manager will be contacting me. Can't wait. I don't want to get anyone in trouble but being treated like a criminal was not on my to do list.

        • LeAnna

I complained once about the seafood/meat guy. He had been rude to me twice-and I was furious(whatever did I do to him???) Well-I was amazed at the calls I got. They bordered on TOO much customer service. First the meat manager-he told me his store manager would be calling too. Then the store manager. I was working and she left message after message! I finally ended up talking to her. Then the district manager….OMG! I was beginning to think I should invite the managers to dinner at my house! LOL. They even sent me a $25 gift card. I was impressed!

          • Staceyf

I just had a problem at mine last week and was also called a million times. I honestly had not had a chance to return their calls, I was busy shopping at other stores and taking care of kids. They said they would leave “something” at the Customer Service desk for me. I have been back 3 times but the tyrant I had trouble with is always there, being a tyrant. I am starting to wonder if I should just stick to Lowes and Food Lion. HT ran our Kroger out of town and we don't have a Publix.

            • LeAnna

Stacey-I would march right back up to that tyrant who has been mean to you-head held high! Tell him that the manager left something for you. I would also tell him/her to relay that you will try to return their phone calls-but you have been busy! Don't let that person get away w/ this!!! Really! I think the guy at the seafood counter is not there any longer-but after I complained(he knew it was me) I could tell he could not stand me. I really don't care if you don't like me! Haha-but do your friggen job and don't lie to me(amoung other things-he had told me they were out of something…I knew in my gut he was lying-and it was confirmed). I do love HT…and ours is great. And for that-they know I am loyal. But-lets face it-shopping is not my favorite chore-so I won't tolerate anyone making it more miserable!!!

          • kayla

The meat guy shouldn't have been rude, but the follow up customer service sounded great. Thanks HT. :)

      • kayla

If you have a coupon that you want to use that is off any two items, and it's on an item that is buy one get one free you have to buy three items. Why? Because your basically only buying one item. The second item is free and you're not technically purchasing it. The free item is basically a gift.

        • Jenna

I have not experienced this problem at any of the 2 HT's I go to. I use a q that is off 2 on b1g1's all the time.

    • Karen

where on earth are the vitamin water coupons?

    • Nita Royal

Has anyone figured out a way to print a list of the evic coupons? TIA

      • LeAnna

I always print out my saved ones and keep them in my purse. Just hit your print button. It shows them like they are-in boxes….but it is well worth it!

        • guest

I just pull up the email on my phone when I am at the store.

      • savingtime/money

If you talking about the evice specail you can get a cashier to print one when you get to the story I o nd each time just to make sure I did not miss any thing ,

    • Lunchables w/ Fruit are 75cents each!

      Here's how to do it…
Buy 2 Lunchables with Fruit at $3.49 each
Use E-VIC coupon to make the BOGO Free.
I got some that had $1/2 peelies on them.
And you get $1 CAT WYB2.

      Makes it $1.49 for 2!!
The E-VIC coupon only works once, so its best to buy 2 then reload the coupon and go the next day if you want more. If you buy more than 2… the price goes up per Lunchable.

      With all coupons:
      2 are 75cents each
      3 are $1.33 each
      4 are $1.37 each

      HTH!!

      • I just realized the deal was even better! They were on sale 2/$5!!

      • Merrijg24

I didnt know the ecoupons were stackable… hmm

        • I didnt know that either! I only found out yesterday and I've been doing this awhile.
You learn something new everyday! :)

    • Chloe's mom

sometimes harris teeter and cvs make me wanna stop couponing. today i thought i was going to get a score on the degree since thats all we wear around here but noooooo none on the shelf @ 9 this morning…and its not that sombody beat me to it…there wasn't even a spot for them…this happens to me all the time at cvs too so getting a raincheck is pointless……why do they continually advertise something and not even have it? having said that…have they just stopped making single reach toothbrushes? every store i've gone to this month just doesn't have them..?

      • Couponworld

Kroger has them them on sale 10/10 so a $1.00 each. I still have the $2/2 so free. Had the same problem with CVS. I am not sure I will ever be back to Harris Teeter

      • Nita Royal

Degree was .99 at my HT this past week, and with dbl q's, we got 4 free. They were not on the shelf, but were in a wire barrel in the aisle.

        • luv2shop

Same here. I kept passing that wire basket of Degree knowing that I must have a Q somewhere. I don't use it, but there sure was a ton of it in my store waiting to be purchased.

      • Howellclan5

i was atHT at 7am and there ws not even a spot for the degree…the stocker knew nothing about the sale and said it wasn't in her paper

      • Kayla

Get there earlier. I used to work in a grocery store and people jump on deals fast. As soon as it's on the shelf, it's gone.

      • ginny

I work at HT and yes my store no longer carries reach toothbrushes they dicontinued them about two months ago!

    • savingtime/money

      • Goern Blansten

        What?

    • Laughpraylove

my HT cashier had no idea what I was talking about when I told her about the P&G promo. Anyone know where I can find something to print out about this promo???

      • Cindypschmidt

I can't find anything either. Please help!

      • Mkbedewi

        It's in the ad.

        • Cindypschmidt

So does something print on the receipt?

      • Anmullen06

It was in my HT's weekly ad. Maybe not every store is participating?

    • LeAnna

If you go to the harris teeter web site and click on shopping. You will see an option for 'express lane'. You will enter your state and pick your store. Then you can type in the item you want to buy-and it(and sometimes other) items will come up-w/ prices. Hope that helps

    • LeAnna

not that I don't agree w/ you. But the store still will get it's money. They carry that item. They don't know that the person did not buy the greek yogurt.

    • Sbrown1137

Thank you for clarifing that for me, Michele. I couldn't find out about it, for the life of me.

    • Ashleyjackson9781

the degree coupon i have from SS 4/17 is either for 2 deoderants or 1 degree premium men or womens. is the premium something different? has anyone used it?

      • mamabelbel

Actually the 99 cent deodorant is not the premium and not the adrenaline mens. So those coupons don't apply. I used several of the $1 off any degree coupons but had to have the manager key it in because the coupon was more than the price of the item. I did not attempt the premium or adrenaline coupons but since the manager had to come over for even the regular coupon, I would think there is the possibility that they would not take it if you have a manager that actually pulls the item to compare. I did not try it personally because I really try to get the correct product. HTH

        • Ashleyjackson9781

thankyou for the reply, i agree, i will not be using it.

    • Ashlee

Anyone having trouble printing the Driscoll coupon off the link that is emailed to you?

    • KK

There are 2 coupons from last week p&g for the gillette disposable mens razors one b1g1 and one for 4.00 off. There is also an evic for 3.00 off. The three packs are on sale for 6.99 so 2 free packs of razors after all coupons. Just watch and make sure the evic comes off because mine didn't and the manager had to manually pit it in!

      • Kbnheggers4

I am not seeing these e-vic qs anywhere. Is there a bigger list of them somewhere?

        • luiza

Firstly, you need to be signed up with e-vic. Then go to HT website click on e-vic coupons, choose the ones you want by clicking on them. They are stored on your card. When you go shopping for those items, they will automatically work to give you that discount. In addition, e-vic coupons stack with manufacturers', and this is the only situation in which HT will allow coupon stacking. By the way, if you have the Hunt's tomatoes e-vic, it will make 3 small cans of sauce free this week, added to the $1 manuf coupon found right above the cans in the store.

      • Kbnheggers4

I'm a little confused. I found the coupons but I am trying to figure out how exactly they were free.

        Buy 2 at $6.99 each
I have the b1g1 coupon from last weeks ad and see the $3 evic coupon. Is there a $4 coupon in last weeks ad too or are you talking about the one in the recent ad?

        • KK

I believe it was in last weeks ad it is 4.00 off two disposable gillette razors

    • JL

I can't find the lean cuisine coupon for -1.50/3 can anyone help me?

    • Godsgirl0505

I had not really used the evic coupons until this week–what a savings. I actually used the harris teeter printable shopping list to help me remember which ones I saved. Pantene (BIG bottles) is 2/$10. I used a $3 evic coupon AND the $3 off 2 coupon from this weekend and scored big! Similar for Natural Instincts hair dye (cover those grays!).

      • Odie3129

Do the e-vic coupons come off of each one you buy or are they a one time use?

        • Marlene

They are a one-time use only, but check your evic coupons after you've used one because sometimes you can save another coupon to your card (for the next transaction) if they're still available.

      • Sundaydrive00

There never seems to be any evic coupons for products I buy. I signed up early on in the ecoupon program and have only used one .75 cent coupon… I keep them all loaded on my card though just in case there's a good deal to use one.

    • Kim

Am I crazy? I have looked through my April All You 5 times and I can't find the $1 off Hebrew National coupon. Has anyone else found it? Can you help me?

      • Debnva

@Kim This coupon was a card insert coupon attached to several other coupons. It wasn't on a magazine page. These coupons were the thick card stock paper with perforations for tearing the coupons apart. I bought my April All You at Walmart. Is yours a subscription because the subscription copy doesn't have as many coupons in it.

    • Shannon

I went to Harris Teeter yesterday and they did not have the degree on sale for 99 cents :'( (fort mill, sc)

      • mamabelbel

Most varieties are not but it seems like some stores aren't carrying the one that is .99. I did find them (in Wilmington, NC) but they seem small and are not the premium or adrenaline varieties.

      • Annashops3

the 99 cents degree was available at my HT; it was in a dump bin at the end of the aisle.

    • is there a triple coupons next week? I heard it might be

      • EB

I would doubt it, except for a few specific stores in really competitive markets that do triples often, the rest of us have not seen triples in over a year.

        • Ro

@Shalonda – As I was shopping this week a gentle told me that my store (Ashburn, VA) is doing triples the week before Memorial Day.

    • Mlndm1

Will Wal-mart match Harris Teeter ads,and if so could you still use a coupon on the item.

      • 2of9

WalMart usually will match any advertised PRICE in a flyer, but will not do buy 1 get 1 or any % off. I don't know about the coupon, but our WalMart is pretty good about coupons in Charleston.

      • Sundaydrive00

You'd be better off just going to HT though if its a product you want to use a coupon on. Walmart won't double the coupon, but since HT will it will still end up cheaper at HT even with a price match.

    • SusanHG

What is the Proctor and Gamble $110 booklet? Is that different from the P&G on 5/1? Where is the $1.00 Bounty coupon? Thanks!!

      • luiza

The $110 booklet is one which came out a few months ago and had to be requested on Facebook and sent by mail. Many were able to get theirs at that time, sorry you missed it. PG does send similar booklets out from time to time, hope you get one soon.

    • Mhaubrey

I just talked to a lady at the p&g promotion…1-877-869-6599, she told me that the $30 visa card is before tax and AFTER coupons…not sure how they will enforce this. I might sit this one out.

      • mightymousemom

I went yesterday and spent $35.44 in P & G products and used $5.25 in coupons for a total of $30.19 before tax, after coupons, and the Rebate/Catalina still didn't print, what a hassle. I had to stand there for about 30 minutes while the store manager (who was nice) called to figure the problem out…with no conclusions….except we will get back with you and try and make it right. What a hassle….I am now saving my receipt to make a return of the items.

        • mightymousemom

you are wise to sit this out……

        • luv2shop

I find the folks in HT to be super. Well done!

      • Dani

I did the deal today and my total was $27 AFTER coupons and that was with about $5 worth of non P & G stuff and mine printed out.

      • mamabelbel

I am thinking I might go ahead and send my receipt and see what happens because I got some crazy prices on PG products that made it worth it anyway. The $10 would be bonus. By combining evic coupons and manufacturer coupons I got a proglide razor, oral b advantage toothbrush, and a crest prohealth toothpaste for FREE and even got 51 cent overage on the toothbrush. Also got 5.88 pampers and 5.49 Easy ups with evic and manufacturer coupons. So really only paid like $11 for more than $30 worth of stuff. Would have bought it all for this price anyway, but it would rock to get it all for $1! :) Just saying there are some really good PG deals and freebies that might make it worth a try just in case. I never had issues in the past with PG rebates, so I plan to give it a shot.

      • Mary

I did the deal today. I used evic coupons and P&G coupons, and the catalina rebate printed! I bought Tide ($8.77?), Dawn ($0.68), Cascade ($2.74), Gilette Proglide Razor ($1), Crest (free), Oral B Advantage Toothbrush (free), and Pantene Shampoo and Conditioner ($1 each). My whole HT transaction was less than $30, so you can definitely use coupons!

    • Kbnheggers4

Oral-B Advantage toothbrush is on sale for $2.49. There is a coupon for $1.50 off in the 5/1 PG and an e-vic for $1.50 off. Will they accept both since it exceeds the value of the item?

      • MomOf4

I did this transaction and it worked, with the 51 cent overage!

      • luv2shop

Yes, this should work just fine.

    • Angelascoupons1

I did not find the Degree deodorant in the store that was $.99 (not the clinical). Did anyone else? Was it on clearance? I even looked with the cashier…no luck.

      • mlndm1

I found it were they keep all the deodorant at. They had the men and womans, it was actually like week when they had the coupon special.

        • mlndm1

          I'm in Charleston.SC

      • mamabelbel

I've been to 2 stores and one didn't seem to carry it and the other one had a large bin of them. They were not on the regular shelf. I am sure you looked around but I would just make sure that they aren't in a bin or on a display somewhere rather than in the regular spot with the other degree deodorants.

        • luv2shop

Only 1 store in my area (Cary, NC) had the 99 ct ones in a basket in the deoderant section in the HT at the corner of Maynard and Harrison. The legit Q to use is $1 off any 2 which makes it 50 cents.

          • mamabelbel

I had $1 off any 1 degree deodorant that did not specify premium or adrenaline or a specific size/variety. It was a legit Q to use. Must be one of those coupon variations out there. They were free for me but required a manager since the coupon was more than the price.

    • Nikkinash08

I have a coupon that says free beef with purchase of 1 Mrs dash seasoning. What does that mean?Any beef product?

      • 2of9

Yes. I have used it on steak, hamburger, whatever beef is on sale, usually. =)

        • Kim N.

Best coupon I ever found was a winetag coupon for $1 off any beef or chicken (or grocery purchase). Used during Super Doubles, they yielded some very nice deals on produce. That said, when you get something that says off of beef/chicken/seafood, you really don't have limits unless it says fresh beed/chicken/seafood. I've used $1 off seafood coupons to get a large can of tuna for free. I've used $2 off ham or turkey coupons to get super cheap lunch meat. They might sometimes need an override, but you can even use a $$ off chicken coupon to buy a rotisserie version.

    • Twellwoman

Have a question about multiple coupons… if I have one for cereal, save $1.00 on 3, can I also use individual coupons for 50 cents off ONE item?

      • Tlwefuqua

No. But,if you have 3 fifty cents off coupons use those because you will save $3.00 if your store doubles.

        • luv2shop

Also, check your eVic Qs because you will save more that way as well.

      • Jillmaek

no. ONE coupon per item. if the coupon covers 3 items then thats it. no more.

    • Jane

Just a heads up to all my fellow couponers. I did my last super double Tuesday afternoon and it rang up a little more than I expected. Since I was in a hurry, I decided to look over the receipt when things were a little calmer. I was amazed to see that I was credited with 2 exta coupons which were scanned and multiplied BUT they were not subtracted from my total BUT added to it making me $4 out of pocket. I took it back today and after careful scrunity, the manager told me he had not seen this happen before. He, of course, refunded my $4. You may want to double check your receipts. I have seen several errors.

    • Luvjeffbates

Question about the breakfast deal. If the items are free (like the Maxwell house coffee)….can we still use a coupon on them?

      • Nikki

I'm not sure if this is true at all HT stores, but I found out last shopping trip that ours will NOT allow you to use coupons on the free items. I was just about to make a comment about this, I would call your store to find out their individual coupon policy.

    • MomOf4

I use a 75 cent coupon (from the paper a few weeks ago) on the YoCrunch yogurt packs, making them 50 cents a pavck.

    • Charity Hand

Is the Oscar Meyer bacon always over $7 or just when they're doing the meal deal? It was still worth it, but I did find find it a little inflated. …or are we having a bacon shortage? LOL

      • mamabelbel

I agree. Not sure if 7.49 is the normal price but I decided to pass on this meal deal since the bacon and eggs are really the things I wanted the most. The rest we don't normally use anyway but would have used if free. I am just going to wait for a stock up price on bacon. At first glance it looked good but not with 7.49 bacon. I think it is only a good deal if you had planned to buy that all that stuff anyway.

      • Nita Royal

There is a corn shortage. . . . isn't that what they feed to pigs ;-)

      • luv2shop

That bacon reg price is always high. But luckily some store always has it on sale in my area so u never pay reg price unless u are not paying attention.

    • Lpn2004

I was told by my Harris Teeter that when I buy the meal deals that I cannot use coupons on the free items. any advice here?

      • Kayla

Yeah, you can't use a coupon on the free items because you are technically purchasing them. You're getting them for free with the purchase of the eggs and whatever else was on sale.

        • Kayla

I mean, you aren't technically purchasing them.

          • Jillmaek

then why does she list the coupons in the matchup?

    • Crystal

The Morningstar Farms frozen stuff is on sale is on sale 3/$10 there's a printable or $1/1 on display in some stores makes it 2.33 each (or if you're store is doing Super Doubles it could be 1.33 each) also

Yo Crunch yougurt is on sale 2/$4 use the $75/1 coupon making it .50 each

    • New Coupon Lady

      I was wondering that if i buy (2) toaster strudel at $2.99, can I use (1) .60/2 and (2) .5/1???

      • New Coupon Lady

Also, can I do this at Harris Teeter?

        • luv2shop

@7ecb8936d26a06d835c2be0849f54689:disqus No, you can use either/
          or.

      • Jillmaek

no. and one question mark would suffice.

    • Fourisit

The Land O Lakes half and half is on sale – on pint for 1.89. With the coupon for .50/1 you can get a pint for $ 0.89.

      • luv2shop

        Which Q?

    • Annashops3

did anybody find the 75 cents off Palmolive in the 5/01 SS? the only one I found was $1 off, but no 75 cents. please let me know

    • Cgreene1

Can you use cvs bucks at ht?

      • luv2shop

It will depend on the HT location. One in my area has a RiteAid in the same parking lot. Since that is close enough to be considered a competitor, they will accept the RA $$ off, but I still have to get a manager override every time because it is a manager judgement call. It is still worth it to use those $$s on fruit, meat, milk… you know the drill.

      • mamabelbel

Mine will not take ECBs although they did take a $4 off $20 purchase CVS coupon I had once. There is a store in town that literally has a CVS, Rite Aid, and Walgreens that can be seen from the HT parking lot and that store will take RR and +Ups. Not sure about the ECBs though. Unfortunately that store is smaller and the manager is not very coupon friendly or I would always shop there. I think there is a big variation among HTs who they consider a competitor and how they interpret their own policy.

    • Rgoldbloom

i am a newbe and I was wondering how often does HT double coupons

      • mamabelbel

doubles every day for coupons under $1 face value. So a 75 cent coupon is 1.50 every day. Super doubles is roughly every 6 weeks but I've noticed it varys a little. During super doubles they will double coupons with a face value under 1.98. So $1 qs are $2 and $1.50 qs are $3 etc..

    • css03

Found the 10ct Mission Tortillas on sale for $1.49 paired with the 75c Mission coupon from FB or coupons.com makes it free

    • Kim

I am new to couponing and to this site. I have a question. on the above list of harris teeter products some of them have a price then another price in parentheses for example $2.39 (1.64) What does that mean?

      • EB

That is a listing for a Buy One Get One and the larger value would be the original price and the smaller price in parentheses is half that and is what you would pay for only one, since it rings up as half price if you purchase only one.

    • Karen

Has anyone found any .75 vitamin water coupons if so where are they?

    • I went in to do the $30 Proctor and Gamble deal today – Is something supposed to print after I'm done? How do I know if I qualified for the $10 Visa Card? Please help! I used my VIC card which had some EVIC Coupons loaded on to it for certain P&G products plus coupons. But I know my total before those was over $30.

    • karen

Thanks again for all you do!

    • Mrs Lewis05

So I have a few questions for you guys about HT. One where can I find and print out their coupon rules? I am asking this because when I went there during ther double coupon thing last week the guy said I could only use three coupons per type of item. which threw me way off because I had more then that in my cart so I had to put things back and it just messed me up. THe coupon said limit of four so why are they only saying three? Please help.

      • Marlene

There is a link to the HT coupon policy on this page – right hand column underneath the blue box marked “Harris Teeter Links” – the 3 coupon limit (2 for IPs has been their policy for years)

        • Mrs Lewis05

Thank you. I had no clue that was the rule I am so glad I do now.

    • Sewobsessed

If you have a savingsstar coupon and an evic coupon for the same item can you use both? I thought you probably could since the savingstar aren't instanteous….

      • Shannonw1983

        yes u can

      • Kdestinyb

Do the savingstar really give you the coupon value on your card? I don't know much about them. Wasn't sure if they would give the coupon value later or not.

    • Mrs Lewis05

Just found a coupon for tide for .75 so I can get the evic tide for 8.27 :D

    • Mrs Lewis05

I know I ask a lot of questions but i am still new and trying to figure this out. Can some one help me with the cereal coupons and how you guys get them cheap. TY.

      • Marlene

If you can find cereal at Buy One Get One free that's usually going to be best price. In this case Kelloggs Raisin Bran is $1.94 – if you can print a coupon for $0.701 it will double to $1.40 and that makes the cereal 54 cents. It's not quite as good a deal with $1/3 but still if you need cereal at $1.44/box isn't too bad. Another way to save is to check your evic coupons – you may be able to combine an electronic coupon stored on your card with a paper coupon scanned at the register. Hope that helps.

    • Merrijg24

So I realized I had the 1.50 coupons for the crest toothpaste (5/1 pg saver) and 1.50 evic coupon -free
1.50 coupon for twin pack of magic erasers and 1.50 evic coupo -free
I was sad to see I could not reload the coupon the next day but hey that was a good deal!

    • Karen P

Rumor has it, Harris Teeter will have super doubles (maybe triples) next week – May 18th!!! Are you ready?? I never shopped triples before, how does that work $1 q up to $3?

      • Mrs Lewis05

i would like to know this to

      • heather

Triples means they will triple a coupon with a face value up to .99. So a coupon for .75/1 will be worth 2.25, .50/1 will be worth 1.50 and so on…..

      • That would be great! It would be really close in timing to their last SD though….

    • ButterflyNC

Hi, is there anyone in charlotte, nc that had the .99 degree in their store. I am not having any luck?

    • Chloe's mom

ok any idea why when i add some of these awsome evic coupons to my list they dont show up on my “list” when i click the email to me option? i wanna stack up some of the evics with the pg coupons i got but i'm afraid im gonna go in there for a bunch of great deals and they not be on my card the ones 'im concerned about definately say saved when i visit the evic section online? like the pantene 3/2 evic and paper…thats 6 bucks off….wow

      • embutterfly75

        I'm having the same issue.

    • Electric_mustang99

I printed the coupon for lunchables with fruit. When it printed it said use at Publix, but I thought oh well the coupon starts with a 5 so it is a manufacturers coupon and harris teeter will have to accept it. Wrong. Cashier and manager both refused to accept it because it said Publix on it. They did have peelies with 1.00 off two, so not as great a bargain, but I used that one. BTW the Driscolls strawnerries I got for .99 were awesome! Very sweet!

    • MomOf4

HT had the Athenos Greek yogut on sale today for 5/$5, so I got 4 for a quarter each with the 75/2 coupon :)

      • Cmroberts 0304

What HT is that ? I am stopping by mine in Charleston tonight on the way home.

    • Cmroberts 0304

Does anyone know if there is a limit to the number of items you can buy using the evic coupons loaded on your card ? I have coupons to be able to get three razor for my husband but I was not sure if I can get all three in one transaction ?

      • The evic coupons are only good on one item. Sometimes, I've noticed if I check evic right when I get home from using a coupon, you can load another! Unfortunately you won't be able to buy all 3 in one transaction, the discount would only be applied to one.

        • Cmroberts 0304

Thanks for the info. I may just buy one then and see if I can reload the coupon tonight.

    • Singalwayz

How do you get the $10 Visa gift card for P & G?
