I was at Bloom's this morning. The cashier told me that they are NOT taking ANY internet coupons anymore. :( I think this will pretty much end my Bloom days, unless something is free with newspaper coupons.

Same thing happened to me at Harvey's. They said they wouldn't take any printable coupons. I called the manager and he said they wouldn't take them because they thought they were fake. (Even from Harvey's website) I emailed their corporate office and let them know I would never shop at Harvey's again. Someone from Harvey's has been leaving messages on my phone commenting concern about them not taking my coupons. But once bitten, twice shy. I can't waste my time going back in there to be refused again.

Wow! I'd like to know what store you went in. That was really rude; they could have went online themselves to their website to check. Stores really should know what coupons/info are on their company websites. Especially the managers.

It was Harveys in Macon, GA. It's only been open about a year. I say a lot of times I won't go back in a store when I receive bad service or have to deal with somebody rude, but I usually do. But I would have to say, I don't think I will ever go back in there. I even found myself talking to a lady in Walgreens last night who had recently moved down from Virginia and she was asking me about which store was better to shop at, Harveys or Kroger, they are both within a mile of each other. I let her know about my bad experience at Harveys and recommended Kroger. (She is a couponer, thats how we got to talking). So Harveys not only lost my business, but probably another potential customer as well. It always pays to be nice to your customers. I wasn't upset with Harveys because they wouldn't take the printables, it's the way they handled it, making accusations about them being fake and how much money they lose over fake coupons. It was very embarrassing for me in there, with a store full of customers behind me.
