My CVS will not issue ECBs when you spend less than the required amount even if it’s just a penny short.

    • Jenn Smith

You have to spend $30 on huggies to get the ecb’s so this post is incorrect. You would have to buy 4 pks to surpass the $30 requirement.

    • Nina Greene Price

Jenny, mine are only showing $2 ea and not $3??

    • Caroyl

I have done this deal at CVS several times with no problem. The $10 ecb is automatic with the 97% rule. My cashier would have to tear the $10 ecb off my receipt in order to keep the ecb and I can’t imagine a cashier doing that.

Mine only has $1.50 off. I guess the more you buy their product and use coupons the less they want you to save.

    • natalia

I dont see any $3 huggies coupons :(
