Has anyone had trouble using 2 coupons on B1G1 items (such as the Perdue Chicken or Luigi’s Italian Ice from last week’s ad? My local customer service manager and store manager were very rude to me today when I asked them why I couldn’t use both of my coupons since I bought two items. They said that one of the items were free, so I could only use one coupon. This hasn’t been a problem in the past. When I asked them if this was a change in their coupon policy, they just said that no Ingles takes 2 coupons on B1G1 items. They were very rude especially since I wasn’t being argumentative or rude about tthe matter. I have emailed Ingles customer service site to try to get an explanation.

      • Ummguilty

I used two coupons on the  purdue bogo this week. no problem

        • Sillysnicks

same here, I bought 2 purdue chicken packs and used 2 coupons, no trouble

          • Michelledalton36

I used 2 coups on Perdue and Luigi’s with no probem.I shop Ingles reguarly and always am able to use two on BOGO.You should def talk to someone about that.

      • does your store do a true BOGO where one item is full price and the other is free? if so that may be the issue. My store does has both scan at half price so I can use 2 coupons.

        • Susan

No, they do the half price. The manager said that technically you are still getting one free so that’s why I could only use two coupons. This is the first time this has happened to me. It wouldn’t let me use two coupons on the Luigi’s Italian Ice either. The manager and customer service manager were both  very rude about it. When I tried to explain that I paid for two items (yes, at a reduced cost), that I should still be able to use both coupons. I sent a letter to corporate. Maybe I’ll hear back from them.

          • Susan

I meant to say that’s why I could only use one coupon.

      • Beth L.

I’ve never had a problem using 2 coupons on a B1G1. There’s nothing in the Ingles policy that says you can’t. If they give you trouble again, you might consider calling corporate while you’re at the store. That way they can clear up the issue with the manager, since they don’t seem to be familiar with the corporate policy.

      • Emyalf_mk

It is good that you e-mailed customer service.  I used both my Luigi’s coupons without incident.  It does ring up at half price.  If you are in Florida or another area where it rings up one full price and the other free, then your mileage may vary.  I don’t see the issue because your receipt shows you paid something for each item.

    • Jonseymellie

What batteries? I looked at all the batteries in Ingles and NONE were for just $1.00! I printed off my coupons and went there just for the batteries only to be disappointed! Did anybody see these? :(

      • Anonymous

        The sale starts tomorrow!!

        • Jonseymellie

          Thank you!!!

          • Acdeb5

      • Sillysnicks

maybe try again tomorrow–this list is for the ad that starts on Sunday

I’m not sure why, but after I logged on to the savingstar website, the mccain coupon vanished.  It was on there before I logged on, gone after.  Frustrating!

      • Anonymous

Is it loaded onto your Upromise acct? Savingstar and Upromise have the same coupons and you can only load each one under one or the other – not both.

    • auntie_t

Does anybody know when Ingles will do the Triple coupon week again?

      • Lisser73

I work there and we only do it twice a year. I think the next one is in October.

    • Annesue83

I’m not sure if this post will be a repeat or not, so if it is, sorry about that, but I went to my local ingles today and tried to get the rayovac batteries with the coupons from the link that was on facebook, and it was refused. Apparently Ingles has stopped accepting any rayovac coupons except for the ones from the coupon inserts in the paper, because someone has decided to make counterfeit coupons. Has anyone else had this happen to them??? Thanks! :)

      • Lcstone19

I posted on here weeks ago that my Ingle’s in Spartanburg SC tells me that they do not accept ANY printed internet coupons.  They were my ‘go to’ store, but not now.

Has anyone tried to use Paseo coupons for the Ingles Advantage Mail special for this week.  I tried and it was denied.  The cashier said the special can’t be used along with coupons.  I have 3 previous sales papers and they DO say ” Cannot be combined with any other offers OR manufacturers coupons”, on their Advantage Mail special.  The Paseo ad for this week says ” Cannot be combined with any other offers”…. no mention of manufacturers coupons.  The four packs I wanted to buy at $3.48 per, should have been approx. $15.00.  By the time the little girl rang them up, scanned my coupons, then added back the difference in the sale price and the regular price it was almost $25.00!!!!  Needless to say, I had that transaction reversed and my coupons returned!!!!
