So what was my solution??
I realized that there was one time that I could get a workout without children. Before everyone else in the house gets up! I had a friend join me at 6:30 am three days a week at local park. This wasn’t easy to start with, but by the end of a week or two I started to naturally wake up at that time even on non workout days. We would do all kinds exercises at the park for about 45 minutes and then I was home before anyone missed me! On the day’s we workout I rarely feel tired but instead feel like my day has been more productive.
