If you’ve got a child in grades 4 through 7, here’s a fun opportunity for you! King Arthur Flour offers a FREE program called Bake for Good, which teaches students the math, science, reading, and know-how to bake bread from scratch.

They’ll come to the school with everything needed for the presentation. The students then take the ingredients home, bake two loaves (one to keep and one to donate). The program teaches cooking and math skills as well as generosity.
