Tomorrow, 10/31, Kmart will double coupons up to $2!  This has a few stipulations with it so be ready:

  • (5) $2 or less coupons will double
  • Must buy $25 or more in Food or Health & Beauty
  • Scan your Shop Your Way Rewards Card (free to join)

If there were some items you needed this could be a deal, but with the purchase requirement I kind of doubt it.  (see more details)

To help gather your coupons I’ve made a list of every $2 off coupon that is out.  It’s a long list!!

Here are a few of my favorites:

-$2 off 4C Grated Cheese SS 10/10
-$2 off Advil PM Product printable
-$2 off Advil PM, 32 ct +, RP 10/31
-$2 off Always Pad, Clean or Feminine Cleansing Cloths, PG 9/26 (exp 10/31)
-$2 off Biore Skincare product printable
-$2 off Boogie Wipes product, 30 ct (exp 11/01) printable

      • JennJ

Thanks for sharing. I was just looking for this!!

      • gardengirl

Thanks for the link….I don't have a store near me so I don't need to go there!

    • Kristy

I guess the real question is.. Is the 25$ that you have to spend before or after coupons? If it was before then I think it would be a pretty good deal especially with diapers and wipes but if it is after.. No thank you..lol

      • Kami

Unfortunately, I don't think they consider diapers and wipes health & beauty items. They are baby items in my store. :-(

        • Kristy

yeah I have that feeling! Guess why that is why Kmart doesn't get much of my business that and the store by us is just nasty!

          • Slvarvel

I have yet to find a KMART that isn't nasty……plus every time I tried to go use coupons it was a hassle. Def not worth it, and doubtful we will see Kmart around much longer.

            • Nona

our Kmart is SO GROSSS!! I swear I want to take a shower everytime I leave!

      • bunchofpants

This is the sort of important question that a) you probably won't find an answer to before going to Kmart and b) no one in the store will know an answer to because most of them won't even have any idea that there is a doubles event going on. Kmart is famous for not informing their employees of these things (or really even training them to begin with) and for changing the rules on their promotions and coupons. So maybe right now it's $25 before coupons, but then halfway through the day corporate will realize that people are getting $25 worth of stuff for $5 and they will announce that, due to “fraudulent use” of the doubles they are suspending it … or something like that. Kmart is really good at this sort of nonsense.

        • Jeri

Ditto here to all your thoughts. When they had this back in the spring, the first day was great but then the second and third days were horrible. The managers were so rude and the clerks weren’t sure what to do. My store even held up the line for 10 minutes to have security go to verifi.com to confirm each coupon was valid before allowing them to be used. It was a mess. I wrote corporate about it and they sent me a $10 off $50 coupon to use on my next purchase. I have never even been back in the store because it was NOT worth the hassle!

    • Kathyjb819

I'm wondering the same thing Kristy is!

    • Jalonzo

There is a 5 coupon limit- so the LEAST you could walk of there paying is $15 (that is if the $25 is before coupons.) Kmart Supercenters are also excluded.

      • WynetteC

If we have a $2 coupon, then it should double to $4 off. And 5 coupons at $4 off value each, should be $20 off your bill. Making out of pocket expense $5 + tax. That's at least how I see it.

        • Jalonzo

Yes, my brain wasn't working well this morning!

    • WynetteC

      ohhhhhh… QQ

This looks like it could be fun!I have several I could use and I am sure would qualify for food/health/beauty, but does the cheer coupon you listed count for those categories? or is it considered a household product?

Thanks so much for this heads up on Kmart Jenny. This will be a treat tomorrow if I can just squeeze it in!! :)

      • WynetteC

I posted too soon without thinking this through. I bet you meant the $25 must be met with food/health/beauty products to get the (5) $2 or under coupons to double. I get it!
But even with the coupons doubling, do they choose which 5 coupons we can use to double?
Are only 5 coupons accepted or can we use more beyond that (anything after the first 5 won't be doubled)?
I can't remember the last time I went into Kmart but I want to make sure this is worth the trip. Thanks in advance for any tips!

    • Carrie_C

I'm trying to find next week's circular to see what grocery & HBA deals there may be to make this worthwhile.

    • Sam in Miami

I wonder how this will work with the $10 coupon back for buying $35 worth of P&G products… I can imagine some scenarios that would make that worthwhile but it sounds like YMMV.

    • Guest

Way too complicated to be worth my time, unfortunately.

    • Shannabryant08

If Advil is considered H&B, and the $25 minimum is before the coupons, this woud be a great time to stock up! I called 2 of my local Kmarts and neither had any idea if they were participating. I am going to call in the am and keep my fingers crossed I can get 4 bottles of advil for next to nothing! :-)

    • Nona

      I have a few questions:

      1. is the $25 before coupons?

      2. Health, Beauty, and Grocery are broad terms…. does anyone have insight on any specifics?

      3. What do we do if our coupons do not double, our cashier has no clue it is super doubles, and we are following the guidelines?

      • Tnkc101

Add states Grocery and Drugstore – my KMart in FL told me that it was only for “items you could eat” and “medicine”. I could not get ANYTHING from health and beauty. :( Had to void my order and wasted 1 hour – with my 3 yr old! Arg…

    • Hasfam

last time K-Mart had Super Doubles, it was select stores in select areas. None of ours in the north nashville area participated. Can run a google search on it to find out.

    • Kelleyharold

Last time I tried to use a x$ off a $25 in health and beauty coupon, they did NOT count diapers as health and beauty items or consumables. They could not even tell me WHAT category they were considered. I suspect they would always exclude diapers from promos.

    • Christieanthum

I'm in Augusta, I noticed the North Augusta Kmart wasn't on the list you provided but when I called they stated they were a participating store. :o)

    • Kdc7703

Does anyone know if you were suppose to get a P&G insert in today's sunday paper because there wasn't one in mine.

      • momto2boys

Unless you get Sunday's paper early….today is Saturday :)

      • Sangurkie

My Washington Post had a P&G insert along with a SS and RP. Just so no one gets confused, those of us in major metro areas (Philly/DC) get our Sunday inserts on Saturday and just the paper on Sunday.

        • Amy

Lucky you! Would love to get coupons on Saturday!

The $1.50 Campbell's coupon said it excludes “great for cooking soups” anyone else has that on theirs ? That's the one on the web site

    • gardengirl

I haven't read the notes below this morning but there is a website link below for which stores are doing the sale and none of the stores in my area where listed. However, in the paper this morning, their ad says that my stores are included. I guess K-mart thought they would give us a suprise this morning.

    • Chiefsangeleyes

My store's ad (savannah ga) says you have to buy $35. And cannot use on ANY B1G1 items, no more than 4 of each item, and a long list of stuff you can't get. (toothbrushes, etc)
      Not worth the hassle.

    • Patty

Call your Kmart store before heading out for super doubles!! My Kmart is not on the list- Two Notch Road, Columbia, SC but just called and talked to Customer Service and YES they are participating!!! Hooray!!!

    • tibbs

I scored great deals on Cheer detergent, Always sanitary napkins and Crest mouthwash today! I wish their wasn't a transaction limit to this.

    • Sean

We go to Walgreens and CVS for less. I know here in Florida, we don't get double anything. So, this is it for us. With 3 P&G inserts in circulation, a $10 catalina wyb $35, and super doubles, I think we can come up with some good scenarios.

    • Yakinhix

Good luck to anyone who tries this so called deal. I decided to give kmart 1 more try so I took my lunch hour today & picked up my items. Had 8 items total all grocery & drug store items. Total before tax & coupons was $25.97 so with my 5 $2.00 coupons doubled to $4.00 my total should have been $5.97 + tax. After the cashier took my coupons off & stuck them in her drawer she told me my total was $20.74. I said that's not right, they r supposed to be doubled and I had $10 worth. They didn't even take off the face value which confused me even more. She called the manager who wouldn't come down there, just told her over the phone that because I had 2 shampoo coupons it wouldn't work even though I had 2 shampoos. They said I would have to do another transaction with another $25 minimum to use it. I said forget it, just give me my coupons back and void the whole thing. Then I had to wait for her to get my coupons back out of her locked drawer. I'm definitely done with them!

    • WynetteC

Yay!! It worked, thanks Jenny! :D

I asked the cashier's about this deal, none of them knew about the event, and they told me no. I had to ask the manager, and when I did, that's when they informed all the cashiers of the special coupon event.

      I bought:
      (2)Cheer 40 oz @ $5.49each (this was a need item)
      (2) Kotex U brand pads 18 count @ $3.99 each
      (1) Motrin PM 20 count @ $3.99
      (1) Carress Soap @ $2.99 (this was a filler item even though I only needed $2.05 more to meet the $25 requirement)

      Used:
      – (2) $2 off Cheer
      – (2) $2 off Kotex U brand
      – (1) $2 Motrin PM

Total Due $7.09 (this included tax)
This made each item's value $1.16 each and I am tickled at that! :D

      • WynetteC

On a really cool note, I just noticed Kmart generated a digital copy of my actual receipt in their store today and sent it to my email address that's registered with the shop your way rewards card.

    • Kristy

I tried this earlier & was very happy. I got 2 cheer 1 motrin pm 1 always 1 tide stain release. I used $2 coupons on each & all were doubled. I had the big sizes for cheer & tide & my total was $19. Then since there is a spend $35 get $10 with p & g products I got $10 coupon. Not too bad!

    • Allison

the Kmart in Decatur, AL will only double coupons LESS than $2. Coupons for $2 are not doubled. Needless to say, I cancelled my order. No more shopping at Kmart for me. They're too sketchy with their coupon policies and are a total waste of my time.

    • Brittany

Worked great for me and my Mom! Thanks for the heads up!

    • tygirl13

Thanks for the heads up on this!! I got 3 1L Crest Rinse, 3 .5L Crest Rinse, & 2 Olay Facial Cloths for $15. The items also qualified for the $10 wyb $35 PG deal, so I got a coupon for $10 off next purchase (only good 11/7 – 11/13 so that kinda stinks). We were late getting home from Trunk or Treat so I wasn't able to do a lot of searching for a senario with different items…

    • Caritob40

BAD!!!!…such a bad experience today at k-mart…I had a total of $32 and change, i used my 5($2) coupons BUT, one of them was a mq(start with a #5). with the Kroger logo…the cashier and the 2 ladies at customer service kept telling me that it was NOT. so they did not double it >:( After 20 minutes going at it they finally refund me the $$ from the coupon and told me that if it says Kroger they would not take it..even though I explain the whole bar code thing…whatever…never again…i have to stick to the usual, wag, ra and cvs.

    • Kathleen

They wouldn't take my printed coupons….which was all of them!
