    • Mel Jolley

Wow, lame. Cat wait for the Publix ad!!!!

    • Kristan

Hmmm…only saw 4 items I was even interested in :(  I'll be price matching them at Walmart, looks like.
Thanks Jenny, again for all you do :-)

    • sarahcas

Has anybody else had issues with savingstar? I've redeemed three coupons (one of them was over two weeks ago) and they still haven't showed up in my account.

      • Wardamneagle6907

I'm not seeing one that I used on there either and it's been almost two weeks since I used it, I think.

      • I used mine on 5/18 and it still hasn't shown up yet.

      • Same here. I've redeemed two, and nothing has been credited yet. :(

      • Britnee64

im probably wrong but i was under the impression that savingstar coups dont work at kroger?

        • sarahcas

They have a place on the savingstar website to put in your card number for Kroger and Jenny has it listed, so it should work. It just… Doesn't. I haven't tried it at any other store yet, but who knows.

      • Rachel N

I purchased an item this week and haven't seen it hit my savingstar account yet – wasn't sure what the turn around time was though

        • sarahcas

I think Jenny said up to a week, so it might still show up but based on my (and other people too, it looks like) experience, it may not.

        • Mel

I read on their FAQ page that in “rare cases” it could take up to 30 days.  Guess I'll save my receipts.  Great, one more thing to keep track of…

          • Mel

I do want to say, though, that I've gotten $4.50 so far… just none of them from Kroger.

        • G8rLeslie

Still waiting on my $, too. I redeemed at Kroger and CVS two weeks ago.

          • Griffingirl69

I purchased items on the 14th of last month and they still haven’t shown up in my account, but I think it can possibly take that long?

      • Alisondick20

Same thing happened to me….I just gave up on it

      • Mary

I used some of the coupons on the 9th and they still haven't shown up in my account yet.  :(

      • vtthomas

I have had issues with an item I purchased at Kroger being credited, but an item from CVS credited in a few days. Not sure why the long wait (3 weeks now) and no credit yet from Kroger.

        • sarahcas

Hm, maybe it's just Kroger having issues? It'll be worth a shot at other stores, I guess.

      • Steve

It took around 3 weeks for mine to show up from Harris Teeter

        • sarahcas

Thanks for the heads up! Maybe it's the same thing at Kroger.

      • Couponlisa78

I wonder if it has anything to do with how Kroger's receipts work….like, I just looked back at one from a couple of weeks ago where I bought 1 pack of little movers and 1 pack of snug and dry diapers, but neither one has specific product information – they just say “Huggies Diapers.”  The savingstar coupons specified a specific product in this case, so I wonder if the system will be able to verfy the purchase, KWIM?

      • Msemejuru

Mine from Kroger and Harris Teeter from a couple of weeks ago still are not showing up.  Still waiting…

    • stephanie

the Michelina's printables are no longer available.

      • Swhitton

        They are up now… :)

    • Wow so uninspiring this week.

    • devgwen

3rd borning ad in a row….makes you wonder if they are avoiding matchups on purpose??  Unfortunately, no Publix around here =(

      • ireneY

I think they've caught onto the coupling thing. They're obviously throwing all their efforts into the gas discount program. The attendant at the gas station was hanging out flyers about it. I bought over $5 of frivolous stuff just to save $2.40 worth of gas today. If you stop to think, it's not such a great bargain!

        • jhoran

Yeah, think cvs 10.00 gas cards promotion.

          • mommyof1

cvs is so not worth it for us.. even with coupons and ecbs.. cause its only when you buy those certain items and its mainly junk food..

            • jhoran

I guess it would depend on how you look at it…I got 10 dryers icecream for the 30.00..had a 5/25.00, so in reality I paid only 15.00 for the icecream and 10.00 for gas card ….now I'm all stocked up for the summer on icecream which I noticed was 4.50 at kroger and there's no coupons for Dryers right now.

    • Mel

Jenny, do you know the SavingStar coupons for June ahead of time?  Is it a list you could publish if you do?  (Kind of like letting us know what coupons are coming out in each Sunday's paper.)  I'm just curious if there are any that I'd want to use later in the week rather than doing my shopping at the beginning of the week.  Thanks!

    • Ktbecca

Our Kroger does not allow stacking an ecoupon and a newspaper coupon. We are stuck with Kroger or Food Lion for our groceries.

    • Bee

Thanks Jenny for giving us the info. Luckily I probably won't even need to set foot in Kroger this week.

    • Alisondick20

*Sigh* Kroger ads have been so boring!  Although my store still allows you to stack ecoupons with manufacture coupons

    • Wendy

Are gas cards included in the promotion of quadruple points when you buy gift cards?

      • Joannahummer

Yes. I bought a Shell card and got the points.

      • Tellerhoo

Are Kroger gift cards included in the quadruple points also?

        • Allkindsa

The Kroger Family of stores gift cards are not included in the quadruple points.

      • Mechlingfamily

Yes. Any gift card other than Kroger's.

    • CouponNERD

Looks like a meat and produce kinda week for me at Kroger…

    • MargieKwd

Quilted Northern Ecoupon did not come up on the list of available q'z on your link, and I dont already have it saved!  I wonder why?

      • MargieKwd

ignore that post, I just read, available sunday!  sorry, it's HOT here

    • Jngo

my krogers had the coppertone products with a dollar off coupon on each one…this might save someone from trying to find it

    • Guest

Kroger's ads are just getting worse and worse.  I use to be able to shop there all the time, but now I just can afford their prices!  Especially with the holiday weekend, I thought it would be better!!

    • Kendra Brown

Can't find the $1 Kashi Q. I'd use it on the CVS gas deal!

    • Diane

What zipcode works for the Q's for I Can't Believe …Butter?  Thanks

    • Mel Jolley

Need opinions…. I drive a big truck and any money saved on gas is…. AWESOME!!! If I buy $50 worth of shell cards on the 1st and 15th of this month, would it be worth it to save on gas…. I dont shop at Kroger otherwise….

      • Mechlingfamily

The Shell cards would boost your points quite a bit, but the catch is, at Shell, the highest discount amount is $0.10. You have to go to a Kroger station to receive the larger discount amounts, and they do not take Shell gift cards.

        • Sandra

NOT in Tennessee.  You can get up to 1.00 off at Shell

        • Shell in TN does go up to the $1.00 … I got 40 cents off last week

        • mommyof1

im confused by this. the only type of kroger station we have here is shell.. so why would they not accept the larger cents off?

      • jhoran

Mel, You would be better off spending 30.00 at cvs and getting a 10.00 gas card (exxon/mobil) Keep in mind that the total spent is before coupons. So say your coupons total 10.00, you would actually only be paying 20.00 for groceries and a 10.00 gas card. You would need to spend 1000.00 to get 1.00 off a gal of gas with the kroger points. This promotion with cvs runs from now until sometime in aug.

    • Cori C.

FYI  the Kroger e-coupon for the Brawny paper towels is no longer available.

      • Tdurham

I didn't think it was available until tomorrow?

        • Ambra

It's available-  posted this morning. :-)

          • Cori C.

Sorry I thought since it said no longer available it was out

    • Guest

Just left my Kroger.  I normally hate shopping there, but had an awesome experience.  I bought 2 1/2 gals of Horizon milk that had a tag for $2.99. I had a coupon and was super excited to get it for $1.99 each.  When I went to check out they rang up $4.19.  I told the cashier and she asked the CSR that happened to be standing behind me.  The CSR told the cashier that they were on sale LAST week but she had told the Dairy manager 6 times to change the tag.  Since they didn't she told the cashier to give them to me for $2.99.  I asked if they still do the 'Right Scan' promise.  The CSR said yes, but she couldn't re-change the price again on the register, the new system wouldn't allow it.  She said that if I would go to Customer Service she'd give me a $10 gift card FOR EACH OF THEM FOR MY TROUBLES.  I told her she didn't have to do that, but she said that after all of the problems I was having (I had to get 15 rainchecks b/c the were out of EVERYTHING) that was the least she could do.  So….after purchasing over $200 worth of groceries, using my coupons and paying $15.00, I got a $20 gift card back.  They paid me $5 to take over $200 worth of groceries home!  I am a happy camper!!

    • melisssa

Do Kroger ecoupons double or is it a regional thing?

      • maggie12*

        good question

    • Dhhall1964

Could someone please explain the fuel points for me and how you link it with shell gift cards to get more for your money,  How do I get the points to use towards fuel?

      • Mel

Each dollar you spend at Kroger = 1 fuel point.  100 fuel points ($100) = $.10/gallon savings.  There are some exceptions where you get double or quadruple fuel points, but I don't know the details on those… anybody else?

    • Katkoupon

      No acorns? Bummer.

    • Evelynandchris

      Wal-Mart has strawberries $1.55/ 16oz. Score!

      • Abbielou02

I was REALLY excited when I saw that price in the store! HOWEVER…. I looked through THREE displays and couldn't find ONE pint that was worth $1.55! Very aggravating….

    • erin

Thanks Jenny for getting this up!
I have shopped mostly at Kroger for the last 13 years (about 90% of my grocery purchasing).  My husband is absolutely convinced that Kroger is cheaper than Publix but I'm going to have to start doing some serious comparing.  It seems like the deals at Kroger continue to decrease while I see more enticing Publix ads.

    • Ftk

Is Proctor & Gamble going to offer a similar $110 coupon booklet for periods after the current booklet expires at the end of June?  Thanks for your help.

    • Lorri

There's a BOGO for the Suave body wash in RP 5/22.  There's also a .50/1 Kroger ecoupon.  I'm wondering if I can buy 2 and use both or will they only allow the .50/1 if I load it. I tried to use a BOGO and $/off coupon on 2 items before and they wouldn't allow both (both were paper).  I thought the cashier was wrong but I didn't want to hold up the line.  Thanks.

      • Frances

As Sandysaves said above, the B1G1 body wash is scanning in most stores as $3 off.  You should be able to use the e-coupon on one and the B1G1 free coupon.

    • Eggplant for 1.00 each is pretty sweet – it's running 2.98 at Walmart right now.  That's really good as eggplant parmesan.  Even my teens love it.

      • Bee

That is a great deal. Eggplant is delicious served many ways, including grilled.

    • Sandysaves

I used a B1G1 coupon on the Suave Body wash. When the coupon scanned it took off $3 leaving me with .34 for BOTH washes. :-)

    • ctyankee

If you have a Discover card and you used your cash back bonus points to purchase the shell gift cards they were offering yesterday (spend $20 get a $40 GC) and you combine this with the kroger discount at shell, you could really save money at the pump.

      • Melissa

We have a Discover card.  Can we still get this deal??

        • Frances

Yes, it is available for a limited time. Hurry! Look under partner rewards (see all) A-Z.  Search for Shell (in alphabetical order) $20 rewards for $40 value.

          • Mel

No longer available.  Wow–that was a great offer!  I'm sorry I missed it!

    • Bnthawk

My Kroger did not have the Tyson Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast for $1.79 lb.
They still have the Amick Farms at $1.99 lb.
      White House, TN

      • Angelas001

I was going to ask if any of the Nashville stores carry the Tyson chicken. The stores near me at Nolensville/Old Hickory only carry Amich Farms too- which we've found we don't care for because they're tougher.

Anyone know of a Nashville store that carries Tyson?

        • Amanda

I live in Murfreesboro and all we get is Amick farms and Butterball. I don't like amick farms either and unfortunately it is the one always on sale…… Maybe because it's not very good?

    • would this work suave on sale 1.67 use b1g1 coupon  could u use the .50 on the other suave if so that would make both botlle .67 if that deal would work

    • P Kosolapoff

I guess I won't have this problem after Tuesday. I have 100 fuel points left for May and 600 points for June. When I went today to get gas I was only offered the 60 cent discount. I asked the cashier what about the 10 cent discount for May that expires on Tuesday. She said they have no control over what is offered. The computer only offers the best offer regardless of the expiration date. She said I have to go to Shell to use the 10 cent discount which means I lose the 5 cent discount for my Kroger 1-2-3 card.

      • You can't combine months. May points are redeemed totally separate from June points.

      • maggie#12

shell will give you your 10 cents off plus 4 cents if you pay in cast.= 14 cents isn't to bad–i just go to my bank and get the cash

    • Grumpy991

      what is star savings??

      • Kristan

If you mean savingstar, you can go to savingstar.com and load all their ecoupons to all your store cards and it doesn't actually come off at the register, but it goes into an account and when you get $5 you can pick a payoff, for instance what I do is get an amazon card.  This is my understanding.  Hope this helps :-)

    • mommyof1

glad we dont really need much..

might get some produce and the detergent.. otherwise, its pretty boring for us

    • mary e

Need help with Kashi coupon!!! Cannot figure out how to get it!!!

      • Scrappincat

At Recycle bank you have to click on various things to earn points. Then you can redeem your points for coupons. Not instant grativfication, but you'll learn some good stuuf as you add up points.

      • Strrystrrynite

I'm not sure which one you mean.  I'm trying to get the “participate in the discussion” $1 off q… I participated in all three boards and the poll… is it an email?

    • Agdgrl76

I heard that you can start using the digital and the manufacture again

      • Karaleanne723

I heard the same thing! Does anyone know if this is true?

      • Alisondick20

I just used a manufacture coupon and digital one yesterday and had no problem.  Nothing beeped.  I live in Southeastern Indiana

    • kimzilla

The Garden of Eatin' printable coupons are no longer available to print.  :(

    • Mgnydegger

Is ther any way to print out Kroger coupons to use as competitor coupons at Publix?

      • Sandy

No and Kroger doesn't really have true “store” coupons. They do for their store brand items, but most of the other coupons (including ecoupons) are manufacturer qs. You can use them at Publix but not as a competitor coupon.

    • Hildawins

Can he Kroger website be down?  Think they would have a ginormous server!

    • Khjbcoupns

thank you krogers for not advertising cigarettes in your sales paper this week…

      • Purplehead2019

The name of the store is Kroger- not Krogers

    • Kristin

Went to Kroger today and when the two men behind me saw I was using coupons they loudly stated they were moving to another line because I'd take too long.  I knew I wouldn't and was done checking out before they even got to start.  And I saved 86%. Ka-ching!  My cashier was so sweet.  And impressed by the savings.

    • jandjmomBeth

This week at my Kroger they had ther Pepperidge Farm cookies on sale for 1.99 and I had 1.00 off and ordered more. I was wondering if anyone else had run into this deal?

      • Dcollier42

Yes.  I purchased at least 10 of these at $.99 after applying the $1.00 coupon.  Great deal!!

    • Liselle1

Can you apply a Ritz Cracker coupon to the Coca-cola deal?  Has anyone tried?  I wondered if the crackers ring up at $0, then you wouldn't be able to use a coupon…?

      • Ssteasley04

I was wondering the same thing. Wanted to see if it worked before I tried it :)

        • Henryknox9

any other time I have tried to use a off a free product coupon it has worked, I'm going to try and get it tonight. :)

    • Lisaw003

      What is the SavingsStar coupons?

    • Ssteasley04

I went today and got suave deoderant for $0.06 ($1.06 minus $0.50 doubled coupon) and got the Curad bandages free!! ($0.99 closeout minus $0.50 doubled coupon) Alot of great deals throughout whole store not in add. Spent $64 with tax and saved $58

      • Minpinfin

Use your $1. Nexcare pdf Q for LOTS of free bandages at WM!
        We've gotten a good 40 boxes so far…

        • I so wish I could do that – I bought some with coupons (free) and donated them, but nexcare bandaids give me such a rash I have to get a script for antibiotic cream to repair the burns from the adhesive! I don't have any other allergies to anything (ok I am a celiac…) so it's really strange for me!! Glad to see someone else taking advantage of the coupons and using the bandaids!!! :)

        • Jaidon1

You are so RUDE! I have that same coupon and have checked 5 Walmarts and every store has been wiped out by hoarders like you!

        • Kilburn7

Exactly, RUDE!! I have five kids that are always needing bandages, but can't seem to find these due to hoarders.

I have loaded my kroger card to my savingstar account and have some coupons on there, one of which is the wisk $1 coupon.  I bought the wisk today, used my kroger card, and I don't see anything on my ss account.  Am I doing something wrong?  I'm monitoring it to figure out if it's working…

      • Crameybrock

I had bought some stuff and it didn't go off my savingstar card.  I emailed them, the response was it might take several days or up to 30 days.  It is just when the grocery chain sends them the information.

      • Susan

It takes 7 to 30 days for it to post on your account!

I went to my Kroger in Decatur, AL yesterday and went to check out and had a few hiccups. I was buying 10 of the Ronzoni Garden Delight pasta with 10 coupons, 5 $1 off 1 and 5 $1 off 2. She said she would only be able to use 2 of the $1 off 2 coupons because in combination with the $1 off 1 coupons, that totals 9 products. I told her that isn't how it works, I'm purchasing 10 products with 10 coupons, and my $1 off 2 applies towards 5 of the 10 boxes and my $1 off 1 applies towards the other 5. Interesting enough, when I gave her my coupons for the 20 Boulder Canyon chips (I had a raincheck from a couple weeks ago) she didn't say anything. It was the same situation, I handed her 10 $1 off 1 and 10 $1 off 2, and they all went through just fine. Funny thing is, I checkout with this girl every time and she has never raised a fuss before. I asked her if anything in their coupon policy has changed and she said no they've always been like this.
My total was a lot more than I expected so I went to customer service to figure it out, and I was overcharged $12 (the $10 I was supposed to receive off of the Boulder Canyon chips was never taken off) and 4 of my $0.50 off coupons didn't double. After everything was fixed, I was happy. $12.81 + tax for 20 bags of chips, 20 koolaid packets, 10 pasta boxes, 8 lean pockets boxes, 4 eggplants and a gallon of milk!
Has anyone elses Kroger said anything about using a coupon on a product along with a coupon off 2 products?

      • w120jmk

If you were buying 10 Ronzoni Pastas, you should have only been able to use (5) $1.00/1 and (2) $1.00/2. This is because the $1.00/2 coupons attaches to 2 of the boxes of pasta. And the (20) bags of Boulder chips, you should have been able to use (10) $1.00/1 and (5) $1.00/2. That would account for all 20 bags of chips. Sorry to tell you but your cashier was right. =(

        • Val

W120jmk is exactly right. $1/2 coupon applies to two items. It has nothing to do with the number of coupons used but the terms that are listed on the coupon.

        • Gillyp3864

In agreement here…we get fabulous deals as it is.
Be happy you did as well as you did.

      • I may not understand you correctly… I have never been allowed to buy two products, and use a $ off 2 AND $ off 1 coupons. The $ off 2 uses the two products, leaving no more products for the $ off 1 to use on. Same goes for bogo coupons – if you have a bogo coupon and get two items you can't use another coupon on the second item, technically the store won't get reimbursed for using two coupons on the same item! It has always been that way around us, CVS, Rite Aid, Publix, Kroger, doesn't matter! I once used a $/2 and $/1 for the same products by mistake and was instantly labeled a cheater. Hated that!

        • Stina

On the BOGO you can use one coupon for the one buying and another for the one free.  It is one coupon per item.

      • Brenda

You cannot apply more than 1 coupon toward an item.  You'd have had to buy 15 pastas, 5 for the 5, $1 off 1 and 10 more for the 5, $1 off 2. You should have purchased 30 chips for the coupon scenario you've explained but you are just lucky that the register let the coupons scan.  Should have been 10 chips with the $1 off 1 and 20 for the $1 off 2.  those are the quantanties you should have purchased based on your coupons.  Your customer service person probably didn't want to deal with it and just gave you asked for which technically was not correct..

    • Debann0520

Does anybody use the ecoupons?  How does it work?

    • kris

I found 75% lean ground beef for $7.81 a package, which made the ground beef $1.55/lb!

    • Amay0810

So how do i use the coupons??? Does that make sense…. I wanna use them at kroger…. Like the bath tissue one… do I need to print out an actual coupon or what…. I am new to this and a little confused…

      • Amie

If you're referring to the ecoupon, click on thr blue link. You will need to sign up your Kroger card and then you can select ecoupons.

    • eelrod

I was told last night that I could only use 2 like coupons, I was buying 3 Finese Shampoos with 3 $1 off.  This must be new because I have  used 4 $1 0ff on toothpaste in the past. Can anyone confirm this my Kroger is in North GA.

Plus this is the 2nd time my ecoup. did not work – not happy about that either!

    • Elroy6977

    • Rachel N

does anyone know if the Garden of Eatin' tortilla chips are included in the Garden of Eatin' $2 sale?

      • ireneY

        Yes! Good stuff!

    • AngelaKY

I finally got my first savings star credit today so it does work at Kroger.

    • taffy

I am really irritated with how Kroger picks and chooses how it will apply coupons.  Today I had a Buy 3, Get 1 on whole grain Chef-Boy-Ar-dee.  It should have taken off $1 but the cashier only gave me .95. I asked why and she said I would be getting the item for free.  Then I used a B1G1 on the Suave bodywash (1.67each) and it rang up as $3.00 and she didn't do anything on that one.  I just wished they would be consistent.

    • Jodi Mcdan
