How do u get the kroger home mailer with coupons.I  made an account on kroger.com,but still do not recieve coupon booklet?

      • Anonymous

If you have a really old card then you need to throw that one away and register for a new card. After you first purchase, you can register it online and should start getting mailers within a couple months. HTH

How do I get a Kraft Food & Family booklet?

      Thanks!

      • Tyedyemomma

I had to google it and sign up.  I just got my first issue last week.  It took about 2 or 3 weeks to get.  But it was totally worth it for the coupon book and they sent a recipe book too which I have used twice already!!!

        • Guest

Did you have to pay for the book? Thanks

          • charlene704

Yes. It’s $13.98 a year. You get 4 magazines. It’s mailed out quarterly. You can join by going to Kraftfoods.com/join or kraftfoods.com/share

          • Jane

Beginning in January they started charging for it.  You have to pay a subscription now to get it.

            • Trish

I’m waiting until my kids have their annual magazine drive to support our school or girl scouts.  I plan to subscribe then when the cost may be a bit lower and still benefit the fund raiser.  Good time to get the “all you ” Walmart magazine as well.

          • Tyedyemomma

You had to get a subscription for a year, it was 14.00 plus they send you cook books :)

The Nestle Crunch ecoupon is Buy 2, get 1 free, not $1.18/2.

      • Hasims

Mine said $1.18/2.  maybe there are different ones?

        • Hasims

Nope, you are right.  I just went back and read it carefully and it IS ? B2G1 up to $1.19.  Thank you for the heads up!  Now I wonder if it will work in combination with the .50 off 2 paper q?  A few weeks back I had a B2G1 and a .35 off q and they worked in combination with each other….

          • momof3

You are NOT supposed to do that…even if it does “work”, it is fraud. That is stacking coupons on the same items and not okay.

            • Kathy

Using a $$ off with a B1G1 or B2G1 is NOT fraud as long as you are using the $$ off on the ones you bought, not the free one.  Some stores register systems allow it and some don't, but  it isn't fraud.  I am totally in agreement that you shouldn't do something just because it “works”, but this example is not wrong.

            • Hasims

Exactly!  I asked before I did it at Walgreens and they said it was okay because the B2G1 was actually a coupon on the FREE one.  The .35 was off one of the other ones that I was paying full price for already.  I also used the q that was for a free Olay lotion when I bought Venus refills AND a $2 off the Venus refills q.  Not fraud because the free q was on the lotion and not the refills.  THey were just a requirement to be able to use the q on the lotion.  The only reason I questioned whether or not it would work was because Kroger is so inconsistent.  Not because I wasn’t sure of the rules.

I don’t regard it as fraud but Target specifically disallows it in their policy. CVS, Rite Aid and Walgreen’s all seem to think it’s fine, although Rite Aid has put some restrictions on BOGO deals.

It’s a real finicky area, certainly YMMV.

Target always tells me if the computer takes it then they don’t care.  But my experience has been the B1G1 applies to the one item (that you are getting for free with that Q) and the $$off Q applies to the one you’re paying for.  I think that’s where some cashiers get confused and if a manager is called over I tend to not have trouble.  Publix seems to be the most lenient about this and tends to think the same way (especially since they get all of their money back for the Qs anyways – at least that’s the way they explained it to me).

            • Efranks41

And I totally agree with you, Kathy. You can use the $$ off on the one you buy…just not the “free” one. Jenny and other Extreme Couponing blogs explain it this way. It is definately not fraud.

      • Bryant6_t

Actually, there are both ecoupons available.  I have a B2G1 ecoupon and a $1.19/2.  I am hoping that I will be able to use both at the same time and get 3 candy bars free.

    • Mikayla

do i have to buy more than one of the pringles to get them for 89 cents?

      • Shenna

You just have to buy 10 of the qualifying items that they have listed as their “Mega Deals”. They take .50 off of each of the 10 items when you buy 10 of any which equals $5 savings

      • Frances

Mix and Match any 10 items qualifying items for the $5 off Mega sale.  Look at your headings above and see what are Mega sale items.   You can do multiples of 10 in one transaction.  I like to use separate bags to put each of my 10 items in.  If you are short one item of the 10, you will not get your $5 off so watch for the Mega sale item tags.

        • Bee

The best bet is to pick up the pre-printed list as you go in the store. It is a complete list of every mega event item. I've found that some mega event items are not clearly marked on the shelf or not at all, especially if they are some of the more obscure, lower-stocked items.

    • Jcasto304

this mega sale kind of sucks…

    • Mikayla

oh in that case i need 8 more of the pringles coupons   :(

    • Blkqn06

I went to kroger today and saw alot of the clairol perfection 10 on clearence (mngrs special) for  3.50. I tried to use my coupons for 3 dollars off and they told me NO. you cannot use a coupon on a already discounted item. I told them I did it before, they said whoever did it was wrong they should not have accepted your coupon. is that true?

      • the same thing happened to me yesterday…. ;(

        • bingmom

          Me too! :(

      • Sisaver

No it's not true. They are discounting the item and then you are using a MANUFACTURERS coupon so they get their money back plus handling. It shouldn't have been a problem. Next time ask for a manager! I get tired of the checkers who obviously haven't been trained correctly and figure a manager setting them straight saves a fellow couponer the same hassle down the road so if I have the time I always ask for a manager to clear up the confusion!

      • Bee

I believe this is in their coupon policy, although each store will honor it differently. They say they do not accept a coupon for more than 75% off the item's value, in this case would be about $2.62.

        • Hasims

The 75% should be off of the REGULAR selling price if you read carefully.  Kroger coupon policy seems to vary according to the cashier and manager on duty at the time.  Try to pick a lane with a teenager working it.  They don't care enough to get nit-picky and give you trouble.  I am not saying this so you can pull something over on them, they just seem to be more easy going about it and they don't try to dissect your coupons/their policy and come up with the WRONG conclusions about what they can and can't accept.

          • Bee

I don’t know about reading carefully but I took the wording verbatim from the policy. As I said, each store honors this wording differently. As couponers we don’t set the policies.

      • ireneY

The issue may be the markdown stickers for manager specials. They have different UPCs that the system won't match up to your Q. Be persistent. Or get it reimbursed at the CS desk.

      • Las2v

I've had the same problem recently.  The cashier told me I was not allowed to use coupons on manager specials.  I told her I had done it before and wondered when the policy had changed?  She said that had always been the policy and they just couldn't do it because it was “too close to the price” of the product.  So my experience was good for a laugh.  Who has ever heard that it is just too close to the price that makes absolutely no sense.

        • Dubsluv69

Actually, in Krogers coupon policy it states that if a coupon is 75%or more of the price of the product they may not take it. It's up to the store manager.

    • Butterfinger_5568

I just printed the coupon for international delight creamer and it is for wrong size.Coupon says 16 0z(pint) size and the sale is for 1 qt. size creamer $1.99.I have had this happen several times on listings of coupons for sale items..Just wanted to give heads up because coupon will not work..

    • Emily

There was a .50 cent off tide laundry detergent in the PG 7/03, making it a $1.00 off if your Kroger doubles it's coupons, which mine does :)

    • Amanda

I am excited about this Mega Event. The event from the last two week's was pitiful and I am glad I skipped it. I have my coupons all ready to shop tomorrow. I picked up a few Kraft coupon booklets in January (had barbequeing with the Neely's or something) and there were several coupons that match up with this sale and that were not listed in the matchups above. Yay! My mother-in-law also picked up a few booklets for me so I can get several items. Best yet the coupon booklet had an expiration date for all coupons as December 31, 2011. So, I have been waiting for the best sales. I am crossing my fingers Kraft cheese shreds are part of this Mega Event as they were in last year's Mega Event in July. I picked up several bags over last year and got the most through that event. My stock pile has since dwindled and I am on my last bag. The booklet had $1/2 Kraft shreds or Philly Cream Cheese, $1/2 off Kraft Singles and Deli Deluxe Singles and $1/2 off Kraft Mac & Cheese Dinners (any variety). There were other good coupons for $1/2 Oscar Mayer Hot Dogs & Cold Cuts (I stocked up during several B1G1 for OM Beef Hot Dog sales at Food Lion), $1 off any size Maxwell House Coffee (got some good deals on 11-12oz cans at CVS in past weeks) and a handful of other good coupons. I am so glad I stumbled upon those coupon booklets and am excited about all of the matchups for this Mega Event.

      • Bee

I think each Mega Event has its merits and while some I will shop more heavily than others, I have never completely skipped one. I did get Banquet Meals for .19, ChefBoyardee for .19 and Tornados for .69. These may not be foods everyone eats, but I firmly believe each mega event has something for everyone.

        • Hasims

Now that most Krogers will only accept 3 printables per trip, its getting harder and harder for me to get good deals on the mega events.  I have been going to Wal Mart and having them price match Kroger on everything I have a coupon for that is over .55.  I don't have time to mess with the mega events with a 2 year old in the cart! I still will shop for what I can get the best price on, but this week is going to necessitate SIX trips due to the 3 printables rule.  Bad move, Kroger.

          • Margoren

Mine only accepts 2 printables and 3 paper like coupons + they are always so incosistent about their coupon rules. They change them all the time. I always have to ask before I shop.

          • charlene704

I don't know if they have the self check out where you live, but we have that here in Louisiana, so that's what we do. Several transactions in 1 trip and you don't have to answer to anyone about your coupons.

      • Bee

I just checked the full list on another site and the shreds are not included.

      • Mistya729

Where do u get the kraft booklet?

        • Efranks41

          Try their website.

    • Sarah

when i printed the $1 off for the whiskas, it printed a dollar off 2 even though she said that it was just 1 dollar off. just letting everyone know.

      • Hasims

I got the same thing.  Kinda bummed me out since we were 'adopted' by a stray kitty this week and he is soooo skinny I wanted to get a bunch of those to help fatten him up.  Oh well, .49 is still a good price!!!  :-)

    • Rebecca

School Supplies:  Office Works eraser caps 15 ct. packages are .50 ea.  My 3rd grader goes through those like water.  Woo hoo!

    • Melissa

Is the Kroger home mailer the one that you get about once a month in the mail that are coupons based on what you buy? In that case, not everyone gets the coupons that Jenny lists. Is there some other coupon booklet she is talking about?

      • JrCouponator

I've wondered that too.  I asked at Customer Svc and that's the only mailer she knew of.  You're right – that particular mailer seems to be based on past buying habits.  I've not yet had a single coupon.

        • amy1112

There are mailers with coupons geared for individuals and mailers that Jenny is talking about. I get both but I am not sure how. They just started arriving in the mail about a year ago.

    • Sha08

Are the prices listed after the mega sale discount?

      • Margoren

        I believe so.

      • Efranks41

        Yes, they are.

    • Baileyt1

For the sweetbay silk coupon, how do you get it I put  my zip in and it wouldn't work!

      • Margoren

It is just for those that have that grocery store in their area.
I printed the coupon and it says in fine print the states where it can be used. I do not have that grocery stores and therefore the coupon does not list my state. If a cashier does not pay attention to the fine print they may take it but to me that is coupon fraud. I am sure they can also trace it to the computer and to the person who did not follow the rules. I won't be using mine…

    • Sha08

Does anyone have any Aunt Jemima coupons that they do not plan to use?

      • Tammy

You can get coupons on Facebook.

    • Bryant6177

Attention Kroger is not accepting both their coupon and manufactor,s coupon,s in Macon,Ga . The manager said that it is called stacking and they would no longer be doing it.

      • Kathy

@ Bryant, The cpns Kroger mails out are manuf cpn (unless they are on a Kroger brand item), so you were never allowed to use 2 manuf cpns.   Kroger doesn't have “store” cpns.

        • Rrbarr

Yes, Kroger does have store Q's; some in their mail outs are manufacturer's and some are Kroger store Q's.

          • Sisaver

Aren't the store Q's just for their brands though? I'm pretty sure they are.

            • Kathy

That's what I thought too. On rare occasions they send me a freebie like Nature Valley granola bars free which is a store cpn, but can't apply another cpn w/ a freebie.

            • Kayla

They do have store Qs. It says on there “STORE COUPON”… Used to be able to use with MFR also but my store in VA has changed this also.

            • Ibdqt34

I think Bryan is talking about the Kroger ecoupon. You cannot use an ecoupon and another coupon. :-( My store has been doing that for several months now.

            • Kathy

Thanks for clarifying, I didn’t realize Bryant was talking about e-cpns.  We haven’t been able to combine them for a long time.  It would be nice, but…

        • Paula

the eCoupons that load to your card are considered store Q's.  I was able to use both up until their last triple Q days!

          • Kathy

We’re told they are manuf cpns and that is why we can’t combine them, so I didn’t realize she was talking about those.  Would be nice, but…

    • Chris

So went to Kroger today and used my rain check on the Lipton bottled tea.  Bought 120 units (8 flats), used all of my Lipton Qs (free bottles and BOGO).  Paid $0.24/ea – saved 85% over the regular price of $1.49!!!  WooHoo!

      • Chris

Sadly I see they will be on sale starting tomorrow so I may have to go back and have my receipt adjusted on the BOGO ones (from $1.49 to 0.49 – will save $7 more).

        • Margoren

Where did you get so many coupons?
My Kroger allows only 2 like printed coupons and 3 like paper coupons…

          • Chris

If you ask in advance I've not had trouble.  Only one store, on Atlanta Rd in Smyrna GA, has ever given me trouble about using more than one or two like Qs in the same transaction.  All the others have been great.  And this was a special order that I made arrangements for ahead of time – including asking about my Qs to make sure it was not going to be an issue before ordering all of them and then having trouble.

          • Kathy

In my area, we are allowed to use unlimited like cpns.  The stores reserve the right to limit it if stock is an issue, which I'm fine with because I'm sick of bare shelves and they wil spec order if you ask. . I rarely have over 4 like cpns anyway, so…

        • Paula

you must have one spectacular Krogers! They only allow you to use 3 like Qs in my area.  They don't allow you to use your eCoupons and manufacture Qs together anymore either… I've about decided to find somewhere else to shop!

          • Chris

Actually I had to drive WAAAAAY outside the city to get to this particular store.  The one closest to me is pretty good but really small and a little too tragic.  The next closest store has nothing but buttheads working there – they are completely rude and don't care about anything (as if they would prefer to not have to do any work and have no customers ever).  So I drive all the way to Acworth from Smyrna (those of you in this neck of the woods know it's a schlep) if I need to do a big deal and they have yet to give me trouble.

      • ireneY

        You must really like tea!

      • Purduejennifer

Chris, maybe you can answer this.  I have a rain check for an item.  The store didn't get the item until AFTER the coupon expired for the item (expired on 7/9.)  Any idea if the store would honor the expired coupon?  It wouldn't have been expired if they had the item, you know?

        • Chris

Depends on the store.  Some look at it as you got the rain check prior to the Q expiring so they will take the Q.  Others just tell you you're pretty much SOL.  Publix tends to do a lot better about it but Kroger is really hit or miss.  In fact, when you place a special order at Publix they will not only honor the price it was on sale for at the time the order was placed (no matter how long it takes to get the item in) but they will also accept the Qs if expired – personal experience with a specific store at least.

I would say to ask at Customer Service and explain.  If you don't like the answer I would ask to speak to a manager about it.  Good Luck!

    • Tammy

There is a coupon for the Trop50 juice in RP 6/19

      • Hijones60

That was a coupon for Trop50 Lemonade or Raspberry Lemonade and excludes Orange Juice beverages.

        • Efranks41

Yes, and I wish they would stop excluding the orange juice!! Don’t know about everyone else, but I’m not too interested in their Lemonade! Need some orange juice for breakfast!! :)

    • Raecharles

The 25c Sunny D Savings Star e-coupon is sold out.

    • Hijones60

There was also a coupon for $ 1.00 off Kettle Brand Potato Chips 5 oz. or larger (exp. 08/06/11) in RedPlum, but I forgot the date…

Does Kroger price adjust for sale items…the new sale on the oscar mayer lunchmeat is better than the last week sale.?

      • shops2much

you could return the item.. But really, grocery stores have new sales each week,,,”adjustments” are not practical.

    • Natashadelancey

Can anyone explain why they say B1G1..and use two coupons?  Arent you still buying 2 and just getting 2 free/

      • Rgbarron01

At some Kroger stores (like the Louisville area) the B1G1 products ring up as 1/2 price so you don't really need to buy both.  Example:  If an item is priced at $5 and is on sale for B1G1, it will ring up as $2.50 regardless of how many you buy.  Hope this answered your question!

        • Katies1

The Knoxville region no longer gives 1/2 price to get one item of a B1G1 products.  They have really tightened on their rules for coupons.  No longer can you use a paper coupon if you have a ecoupoun loaded onto your card.

          • Efranks41

Kroger in Tupelo, MS has not been permitting a paper and ecoupon to be used together for several months now. Customer Service said that policy was changed after the Extreme Couponing show. But that was all that was changed in their policy…thankful for that!

      • Kathy

Kroger permits you to use 2 cpns on their  B1G1 sales.  They can still get the money from the manuf for 2 cpns even though they are giving you one.  BTW, not all stores allow this, but Kroger does.

    • kakia

Just went to Kroger to get some spices I needed and thought I would grab a couple school supplies. All the crayons and .15 binders were all gone. Don't know why I am surprised, but I am. Did get one pack of pens, a composition notebook, and a pack of filler paper. Good enough for now.

      • Evelynandchris

Same thing here in Augusta, GA.  I even asked an employee and she yelled across the store to someone else.  The lady replied, “There’s plenty in the back, but I won’t get to ’em until tomorrow or the next day”.  UGH!

        • Chris

Note that Staples is having a big Back-to-School sale right now.  They usually take competitor Qs as well and in today’s paper OfficeMax had a $5/25 Q.  Couple that with their Rewards, ink recycling, some rebates they have right now, etc and you could end up with pretty decent deals in the end.

    • Ashlee Powell

I have my Mega List put together but I'm hoping the Murrells Inlet, SC Kroger doesn't give me problems this time. Last time I went they tried to tell me I couldn't use hardly any of my coupons because once they doubled, some of my items were free. Hoping for a good experience tomorrow!

    • Tyedyemomma

I am confused about the pringles…..the 50/1 is just the snack stack and the stix, so that wouldn't work because you are not buying the tubes, which are on sale.

    • Ana1235

I paid $32.67 for a XBOX 360 and my mom got a 17 inch Toshiba laptop for $94.83 being delivered to our house tomorrow by FedEX. I will never again pay expensive retail prices at stores. I even sold a 46 inch HDTV to my boss for $650 and it only cost me $52.78 to get. Here is the website we using to get all this stuff, GrabPenny.com

    • Evelynandchris

On the pringles, only the regular pringles are on sale. It does not include the light or the stix, so you can only use the $1/3 Q.

      • Tyedyemomma

Thank you.  I was pretty sure the 50/1 coupon wasnt even an option for those.

    • Evelynandchris

Also, the blueberries, blackberries are 2/$5 not $2 here in Aug, GA (Southeast).

    • Mom_of_Trips

I am new to couponing a sales and have been utilizing the bogo and coupons at publix extensively the past month and half but never tried Kroger Mega deals. Can someone explain if the “10 items” needs to be bought in increments of 10 or if all items in the deals deduct after you accumulate 10? Thanks

      • Cheryl

All items after you hit 10.

        • Leaz

actually, the last time I was there only 10 of my items rang up as the mega price and the CSM told me that I had to purchase in multiples of ten. You may want to check with your store!

          • Cheryl

I am in Va Beach, VA and my store is all items after reaching 10.

      • LB

They must be in increment of 10.

      • Teecee

I would try calling your store. My store used to be increments of 10 but then started giving the discount on everything over 10. Other stores may be doing it differently.

      • Cdrichley

in my store it's increments of 10 so check before you shop

      • Mahrobertson763

I am in Atl. GA. and all the Krogers in this area need to have exactly 10. If you buy say 39 items, you only get 15.00 off. Make sure you count your items!!!

    • Paula

if you have a Kmart grocery store in your area you may wish to try shopping there.  They double everything .99 and under no limit! Usually Kmart prices are cheaper!  I usually have to drive about 35 miles to go to an actual Kmart Grocery store as opposed to just a regular Kmart, but the drive is worth it and to boot the kroger's right down the street from Kmart doubles everything .99 and under too!  I just plan ahead and hit both places however the bulk of mine is done at Kmart they will price match walmart and you still get double savings  because  Kmart doubles where Walmart doesn't!

      • jennyfrances

I did not know this. I'll have to call my K-Mart and see what their policy is. TY

        • Teecee

I think you have to have one of their new cards to get the double coupons…

The reason I rarely go to the Kmart here is that they built it on a sinkhole and one day it is going in…

      • Robin

WOW!! What state are you in Paula??

    • jennyfrances

If you use coupons on the mega event items do you still get the $5.00 off?

      • Teecee

        Yes.

    • Khjbcoupons

high 5 to krogers for not having cigarettes advertised in their ad this week…..

Does anyone know if the Kraft Big Slices are on sale with the mega event?

      • Nan

They are in Georgia.  I just picked up 4 packs for 99 cents each!

        • Chris

What was the price b4 Qs?  I know there's a $1/1 manuf Q out and Target has a $1/2 Q.  If it's a better deal then I may snag it but I may try to price match at Publix where I could use both of these Qs and pay less.

          • Val

            Your Publix price matches?

            • Chris

              Yup.

            • Sandy

              Jealous!

            • Sandy

I have (2) $1 off any Kraft Big Slice. Fingers crossed they are on sale in my area.

            • Chris

You have to ask and you have to have proof of the price.  If they have Kroger as a competitor for that store and Kroger has something on sale they will totally match the price for me.  If I can show proof then I could price match then use my manuf Qs and Target Qs and get the cheese for a really good price.  I’ll worry about it later though – I’m hoping Publix just buts them on BOGO soon and then they’ll be free.

    • Lisharr

On the pringles the 50/1 coupon is for the snacks or the sticks can u still use it on the can pringles?

      • Tyedyemomma

        No you cannot

    • LeAnn

The 6 pack Coke products are $2.88 in North Alabama, not $1.69.

    • Sblmholloway

I just bought my newspapers today. On this list above it shows that I can find a $.50/1 coupon for colgate toothpaste in today's paper in smart source. I'm not finding it in my SS booklet. Any ideas??? I was really counting on this one!

      • Shenna

Sheesh I thought I was the only one.. I believe the excuse it “because coupons are regoinal”…. i received ONE..count it ONE FOOD coupon in my Smart Source insert this week, and I couldnt find the colgate coupon either ;(

        • Chris

Oh even within the same region some papers have certain Qs while others don't.  I get both the MDJ and AJC in Smyrna, GA and the inserts from each are completely different.  Glad I didn't buy any papers this week – very disappointed with the available Qs.  Hope next week is better!

          • Shenna

Interesting, I always get the AJC, however I didnt think any others around here would have differnt coupons… do you know if there is ever a difference with the coupons in the early edition of AJC versus final edition on Sundays?

            • Chris

Week before last there were BIG differences.  I bought 5 papers on Sat and 1 of the 5 had the full insert while the other 4 had some sort of slim version that was missing all of the good Qs.  So when I was at Kroger later I grabbed 4 replacements and stood there and checked to confirm they all had the Qs that were missing from my earlier copies.  From what I've heard this is not uncommon so you may find the same issue near you.  Just be watchful and mindful when you pick them up on Sat – no need to waste money.

            • Shenna

              Awesome thank you!

      • Hasims

Here in southern Illinois, we didn't get the Colgate q, the Chex Mix or Bugles q, or the Bic Soleil q, all which would have given me freebies at the stores around here.  I was looking forward to deals with all 3 and was very dissappointed to not get them.  I called my mom in St. Louis and she is grabbing several papers for me.  Hope they are in the Post Dispatch!

    • Salovescb

I had the $1.19 off 2 Crunch bars on my Kroger card (put it on there 24 hours ago). Purchased the candy bars and a couple others things and the ecoupon did not come up. So I ended up paying for the candy bars. I emailed Kroger. Has anyone ever had this happen and what did you do? Thank you!

      • Zenia

I always print out a list of my ecoupons from Kroger and when it doesn't show up, I bring my receipt and list to the customer service desk. I explained what happened and they usually refund me the money right there.

        • Salovescb

That's a great idea! I really appreciate your help.

      • Triplettk

The e-coupon is not actually 1.19/2 as listed in this post.  It is Buy 2 Get 1 free (up to $1.19 value).  So, if you only bought 2 candy bars, that's why it didn't come off.  You didn't get your 3rd one free.

    • Peyton-Leigh

Thanks for the heads up on the Colgate coupons and the Pringles thing.  I kinda wondered if that would be the case with the Pringles sale–too good to be true!

Reading through some of these posts on how Kroger is really changing and tightening up on coupon usage is making me even more excited to get a Publix in Knoxville!!  Once they're open it'll be c-ya Kroger!

    • DanaMoore

Kudos, kudos, and MEGA kudos to the Griffin, Georgia Kroger.  Two items rung up higher than marked and were not included on the mega total item count (2.24 x 2), which shorted me $5.00 on my total.  Linda at Customer Service happily refunded the difference on the items AND refunded the $5.00.  No hassle, no problem.  I love our Kroger in Griffin.

      • shops2much

That is great and how it should be at any Kroger.

    • shops2much

I am happy about the fact that Kroger gives you your fuel points on the price of the item BEFORE coupons…so I used lots of coupons,,,saved over 63.00 dollars in coupons and still got the gas points on that savings. Which added to my prescription fuel points,  gift card fuel points saved us  .80 cents a gallon yesterday on our fill up!!!

      • Chris

Yeah only bad thing is the points expire!  Lost over 600 points from last month because I didn't realize that (since I've never tried to use them before).  But good for you!!  Combine that with the Publix gas card deal and that's some real savings!!

        • Chris, its nice to see a gentleman, doing coupons!! Good for you!! I notice you live in Smyrna. I live in Acworth!!

          • Chris

Thanks!  Yeah us guys couponing are few and far between.  I think we're going to have to start a man's couponing club.  ;-)

I just noticed that I have 194 from last month. 6.00 away from an extra .10 off a gallon. GRRR =+)

          • Chris

I think they can be redeemed across months in increments of 100 but not sure.  Guess I'll find out next time I go to fill up.  If you find out I'm sure everyone would appreciate knowing.

            • itismedia

Unfortunately not. What is in June is stuck in June and will expire the end of July.

You can use the month before in the current month, but they will not combine with new points collected. =+)

That would be awesome though! Maybe one day.

            • Chris

Well that bites.  Nice little caveat there – seems like Kroger is employing more “tricks” and half-truths lately to get shoppers into their stores while Publix continues to just run their regular commercials and specials.

            • Efranks41

Chris, As far as points not carrying over and combining with next month points, that is the way it has been with Kroger as long as I can remember…not a “trick” at all. This is specifically explained on each receipt. I haven't been too impressed with Kroger's sales lately. Hopefully, they will get better soon since we don't have too many choices in Tupelo, MS. I get what deals I can at Walgreens and CVS, then it's Walmart or Kroger! Take your pick!! Be thankful you have a Publix! We will probably never get one.

            • Chris

Wouldn't be so sure.  When I first moved to GA there was no such thing as Publix (in Atlanta) – and I was highly disappointed coming from S FL where they are the only grocery (at least then they were).  17 years later they are the dominate grocery chain here and put other stores out of business quickly.  They moved into TN, SC, NC, and AL not that long ago even.  I'm betting they'll expand again in the near future – but if you write to Publix Corporate and maybe even get your friends to write (or call) they might consider opening a store there sooner if they see demand.  Being one of the largest private grocery chains in the US doesn't mean they'll stop growing – they have to go somewhere from here.  Hope you get one close to you!

    • Couponcrazy99

Kroger in LaGrange, GA has yet another addition to their “coupon policy”…they are not limiting the number of “same” coupons to 5 per transaction.  So if you have 6 coupons for the same item now you will have to do 2 transactions.  This is really going to be more trouble to try to match up with the mega events…ugh!  Kroger is not making me happy these days!

      • Chris

Yeah the one store closest to me does that – they limit to 6 like coupons for 6 like items.  Strangely you could buy more than 6 items just you can't use Qs.  I asked what the deal was and why they would limit like that when the sale is on 10 items and was told, rudely and in no uncertain terms, that that was just how it was and they have the right to limit quantity.  When I questioned it again because I could buy as many as I wanted just not use coupons and wasn't that just stupid I was told, again, that was just how it was.  I left my cart with 60 bottles of tea in it right there and walked away – and have not yet set foot in that store again.

Seems to me that Kroger is either expecting people to buy the items without Qs anyways OR they are attempting to drive couponers away to their competition believing they are A) more trouble than they are worth and/or B) that accepting coupons is more hassle than it's worth.  In either case they are merely giving up ground to their competition – and in GA they can hardly afford that (Publix continues to put Kroger locations out of business at every turn).

        • Trish

I agree with you Chris!  I find it much more simple to shop at Publix than Kroger.  I have recently just begun to shop at Publix because of their great B1G1 deals and I am converted.  Publix is the only store that still values customer service, at least in my area and with my experience.  To me that speaks leaps and bounds coupled with their awesome sales!  I always leave frustrated at Kroger and usually spend more than intended trying to get to the (10 participating items) limits.

          • Chris

Totally.  And their 10 for 10 sale is not really a deal but more of a “perceived” deal – if you watch what they put on those kinds of sales you'll see that Publix (not to mention other stores) does way better deals with their BOGO.  Kroger is just headed downhill.

            • vs1999

I wish we had a Publiz here in VA.  It's impossible to keep up with all the rules at Kroger.  They should just put a banner in front of their store “Coupons Not Allowed”

        • Peg938

Really? 60 bottles of tea?!?! So did you have 60 coupons?! If so I've gotta say that I applaud Kroger, Publix, etc for limiting quantities.

          • Chris

Yes I had coupons – they were running the B10G5 free deal.  But I also waited until the last day of the sale at 10P that night (Saturday) and had been to 7 Krogers looking for that item and no one had it in stock (was trying to not have to order).  So I went ahead and special ordered it at another store.  Limiting quantities is one thing but that's not what they were doing if you read my post – they told me I could buy all 60 but could only use 6 Qs total (even though the sale was on 10 and even if I split my purchase up).  And it was the last day within 2 hours of the end of the sale – give me a break.

            • Kathy

I’m with you!  First off all, when you run a buy 10 get 5 free sale, you are supposed to buy at least 15, and since the sale was almost over…  I am for limits, because of all the bare shhelves, but NOT in this case.

        • Kathy

We don’t have Publix in my area.  However, our Kroger do seem to be better run. They do reserve the right to limit qty sold, but if they do so, you are not allowed to  buy more even without a cpn.  I’m fine with that, because I’ve been seeing too many bare shelves.  I imagine you are okay with that too, since you can special order.  I’d be upset at your experience too.

    • ireneY

This mega is looking quite promising! Found lots of unadvertised participating items. Not sure if there's any good match ups, but it sure would be handy to get a full list.

      • Christipie

Could you list some of the items you found?

        • ireneY

Libman dustpan, cloths, brushes for $1.49. There's an IP in the database for $.50. Various O-Cello sponges starting at $1.49. Frozen dinners… can't remember brand since I don't usually buy them. Bandaids for $1.99. Don't remember seeing much down the food aisles, though.

          • Christipie

            Thanks!!!

    • Hasims

Did not find Oral B crossaction OR the Whiskas cat treats on sale at my Kroger.  :-(  There were a few varieties of the cat treats on clearance, but someone had wiped out every row of them.

    • Olemissmoss

I see some posts that Mega Event items listed by Jenny are not participating items in their store…Usually there is a display with cards the customer can take that lists all the participating items (there was this last time). I noticed that many many items listed on the card did not have a mega event item tag in my store. If I had not had the card I would have thought the items were not a part of the Mega Event. I spoke with Customer Service…they fixed the tag issue.  Always check the list. You may be surprised to see that the item IS actually a part of the Mega Event.  I guess my store had some lazy taggers the night before.

    • Mcmc06

Has anyone had any luck finding the tearpad coupons for the Vitamin Water or the Smart Water at any of the gas stations?  If so, which gas station did you find it at?  I have looked in several and had no luck.  Thank for any info you might have.

      • itismedia

I could have been there weeks ago. =+(

      • LeAnn

I've never seen them and have been following this web site for almost 4 weeks. I am guessing that people take lots of them when they find them, or maybe it's only in bigger gas stations than the ones I visit.

      • tammy

I am in se Georgia, I have found them on fridge doors at parker jiffy stores. Near Brunswick Ga.

    • Jessicaf844

I just went to Kroger , bought 2 Oral B toothbrushes tried to use the B1G1 q and a 2 dollar off q and they said i couldn't use both!!!! does anyone know if this is correct?

      • itismedia

I had this problem and she almost turned it away, but then she reversed the order she deducted them and it worked. WEIRD!

        • Brandylewis01

I have been reading post of using 1 bogo and 1 cents off for the 2 products. I have never done it because I thought the bogo q is tied to the 2 items you are buying?? So there for you can only use one coupon for the 2 items..

          • itismedia

You are right. You can NOT use a BOGO coupon and a $$/2 coupon to purchase 2 items. The BOGO coupon is already tied to one of the products. You would have to buy 3 to use them. I am sure someone will say, “well, my store took them”… Just because there is a computer glitch does not make it right.

In the above scenario we are talking about a BOGO coupon and a coupon that was 2.00 off ONE. In this case you can use the coupons together because they are each tied to one of the items.

            =+)

          • Olemissmoss

Actually, if you looki on P&G coupons stating BOGO you will notice that it says something like “one coupon for quantities stated.” Notice “quantities” is plural. If it says BOGO, then the quantity is 2. So I think it is only ethical to use one coupon. However, I will say that I have only noticed this wording on the P&G coupons. I know Jenny lists to use them both, But get out a P&G coupon for BOGO and let me know what it says. Let me know if I am incorrect.

        • EB

I usually do not have any trouble with using both is I give the $/1 first and then the BOGO

      • GWebb71

this is always correct, cant use 2 coupons for 1 item, the free item doesnt count because you are getting it free if you use the b1g1

        • Jessicaf844

well in the scenario above , Jenny says to use both coupons and it makes each one 49 cents. Jenny if you read this can you please help. ty

      • itismedia

Jessica, see my reply to Brandylewis01. It explains why it should have worked for you. I have been couponing over ten years and this has always been the rule. I hope it helps.

    • Kdgqueen

Some of the prices Jenny listed in this post are wrong.  I went to Kroger (Lawrenceville, GA) today and the Kraft singles were not 1.94, they were actually 2.09 and the Chips Ahoy were not 1.68 they were acutally 2.09.  Those were the only ones I noticed because they were on my list to buy.  Did anyone else notice price differences on anything else?

      • Tryn2sav

I live in Raleigh and the prices were $1.49 for the kraft singles and $1.68 for the chips ahoy. You have to remember every area is different. You can get online and check your store circular before you head out the door. She is doing us a favor.

      • Sarcasticangel_82

Sometimes they vary by 20 or 30 cents depending on  your region/store.

      • itismedia

I live in Savannah, GA and sometimes they all match and sometimes they are a little more or a little less. I make my list here and then compare with the ad in my Sunday paper. I love that this list has the coupon match ups. Everything is regional, even prices.

      • Asmith

Jenny also mentions in the opening of the post that there are differences by region on price. I always check my ad for exact price

      • Chris

Keep in mind that not only are prices diff region to region but they could even be diff from store to store.  Stores charge more if they know they can (for example, a store ITP will tend to be more expensive item to item than a store OTP).  I've noticed that at the store on Atlanta Rd – sometimes their prices are a little higher than the store on Cobb Pkwy in Acworth.  Target and Publix have the same discrepancies – so if you know a particular store tends to be a little cheaper in general it may be worth the trip to go out of your way (although with gas headed to $4/gal again it may not).

      • Carrie

I went to Kroger in Lawrenceville (off of Braselton Hwy) and they increased the prices for that very purpose because there are so many couponers out there that will clear the shelves regardless leaving nothing behind for non couponers.  Sometimes we have to pay a little bit more than others…. so sad :(

    • Christipie

Does anyone know if the silk soymilk (plain and vanilla) are included in the sale or is it just the coconut and almond?  Thanks!!  Thats all my son can drink and I noticed a coupon in this weeks paper!!

    • Monica

I live in Augusta,Ga. I love shopping at Kroger, but the cashier would not let me use any of my on-line printable coupons,I asked why and she because of fraud. What am I to do…..

      • Jackie

I've never had a problem at the one by the mall, hopefully that was just the one cashier and not a new change in the area…

      • Vee

You might take the coupons to customer service with your receipt and ask the manager to comp them.

      • Frances

Which store did you have trouble with?  I usually go to Washington Road and they have never questioned my coupons or limited them.

    • Sha08

Just FYI, in my Kroger in Atlanta Metro area, had the colgate toothpaste 1.49 after mega sale so they would be .50 instead of free. They did have a closeout on Colgate Sparkling Mint Zing 4.6 oz for 1.00 so I used my coupon on 3 of those and they were all free…Also they had Ecotrin 45 tablets closeout sale of 1.49 and I used my 2.00 off coupons. They had lots of closeouts:)

    • char

The Kroger canned tomatoes are $.99 in northern WV, smart balance is $1.99.

    • Heather

$2/1 Wisk coupon is for 45oz or larger
$1 OYSO cat from Classico Pasta Sauce printed, I purchased 4 jars, not sure of min quantity.

    • Sisaver

I had two of the $5/5 Kelloggs printable coupons and got the Kelloggs cereal for $.99/box. My total was $10.10 and then I used 8 of the Cars 2 codes form the boxes to get $10 back in concession cash (could have also used it for $10 in Visa gift cards) making each box of cereal only $.1/each!!

    • Gypsymclanahan

I found the disney platex cups BOGO and used the $2 off one platex coupon and scored 2 free cups. I don't know if it going on in the south but it is in the midatlantic area krogers ( or at least the Richmond Va area stores.)

      • farmnfruits

where did you get the $2.00 off coupon? Thanks :)

        • Christipie

Playtex website.  You have to register and it takes a day or two for them to email it to you.  Then you can print two.

      • Marlamae

I live in cumming, ga and they have theirs on sale too!  I went ahead and bought them without the coupon b.c it's still a great deal. I just signed up for the email, so i'll either buy 2 more or return the ones i got and use the coupon. Hope i get the coupon soon!

      • Ajawee83

I got these in the Nashville TN area, too

    • My Kroger in Knoxville didn't have the Colgate on sale. I was disappointed when I walked down the aisle and they were all almost $3.00

      • Mom2boys

        I found some on close-out for 1.30.

      • Dsquared9895

I live in Oak Ridge, and at first i thought the same, but on the bottom of the tag was a little 10 Mega Sale logo on the 6.4 oz and 8.(something) oz.

        • Penguinfan157

I found the same at my Kroger too in Ky and it was also parked at the wrong price but the fixed it at the register so I got them for free!!!

      • Nashville

At my store in Nashville they didn't have it on sale on the shelf, instead there was a very small display on the top shelf of an end cap (only like 12 tubes on the display.) It did ring up at the 99 cent price too.

    • Misseliza123

I printed the International Delight .50/1 coupon, and I'm really confused by the “PC” — it says “.50 off any (1) International Delight PCs any size.”  What on earth does the PC stand for?  The picture is of a box of the singles, so I was worried it might beep for the quart, but when I look online they just called the singles “convenient creamer singles,” so that doesn't seem to account for the “PC” either.  Help!  Does anybody know what it stands for?  Has anybody used the .50/1 coupon yet?  Does it work ok on the quart?

      • Misseliza123

“portable creamer” is the best I can come up with lol.  Maybe?

      • Greggodsey1972

        pc stands for portion control

    • Babette711

My Wisk was $3.25, got 9 Wisk for $1.25.
2 Multigrain Pringles .85, $1/2 (in duracell Package), made them .35
      4 Rice a Roni, .49
2 Classico pasta sauce $1.79, $1/2 peelie, made them $1.29.  Not great, but I love the sauce.
3 large Kroger brand Dice Tomato cans .59
Everything for $20, and some change.

I'm going back later in the week, this is the best sale I've seen at Kroger in weeks.

    • Jean1

The Pringles stax or stix were 2.99 at my store so the .50/1 would not make them free as they are not included in the mega

    • Thetaylortidbits

      $1 off Q for Kettle Brand chips= $.99 (6/19)

    • guest

I can't find the kroger ecoupon for pringles.  Has anyone found it?

    • sunshine

Does anyone have the unadvertised deals yet?

    • Dani

I went yesterday to Kroger and got some good deals but only AFTER spending a half an hour with customer service fixing my order – turns out that the tags on the shelves at Kroger are very confusing. Always check your receipt before you leave!

      • Shelly

also happened to me, after i went home, cked rcpt, had to go back to store, got my $9.00 back!

    • Luckycharm_085

As a frequent shopper at kroger if people wouldnt be in such a hurry and read the tags that they are confussed about, then it wouldn't be a problem.  besides their great deals in groceries, I Just saved a $1 off per gallon how awesome!!!!

      • Val

Sometimes it has nothing to do about being in a hurry. Store associates often mark the wrong product or nothing is marked at all!

        • Chris

Agreed – Kroger's signage is awful most of the time.

    • jackie

The horizon milk coupons I was able to get are .75 on 3 or more single serve boxes. Will it work for a three pack?

      • Trace2827

Yes, I used the .75 coupon on a three pack.  I bought 2 since I had 2 coupons.  The register took one but not the other.  The cashier was able to override the second one so I was able to use both.

    • mabell4tn

I was shopping at Kroger yesterday and they would only take 3 of my internet coupons.  They were all on diferrent products, but they would still only take 3.  They said they were reworking their coupon policies and that they will only take 3 internet coupons period.  They said that the extreme couponers are making them rework all their coupon policies.  I even spoke to the Customer Service Manager and she said the same thing as the cashier.  Have any of you run into this problem?

      • Jmamcaldwell

Same for my kroger as well. Only 3 internet q's. I have started price matching alot more at wal-mart. It is only hurting kroger with their limits.

    • Gmom

Can I use Savingstar and manufacturer's coupon together or will one override the other?

      • Katkoupon

No. You can still use a coupon on that item, but the savingstar will not come off at checkout, it is more like a rebate that is later credited to your account in up to 30 days.

      • Jcwiakala_44

Yes, the savingstar discount is added to your savingstar account and is not actually deducted at the register.

      • Kristan

You can use Savingstar with a paper coupon, but the savingstar will not come off your total, it goes into your savingstar account, but you can no longer use other ecoupons with paper :(  Hope this helps

    • Diana

Unadvertised close-out deal at my Kroger in Jefferson, GA: 1.5L Listerine ZERO mouthwash for $1.84.  I only had one coupon for this so I picked one up, thinking I would get that bottle for $.84.  Well, when I checked the receipt, it actually rang up at HALF of that ($.92), plus I used my $1.00 coupon which made it free.  Bonus!  :)

Mega event: Used the $1/3 Pringles coupons toward the buy 10 get $5 deal.  Which made the Pringles cans only $.52 each (not free).  I had to explain this to the family since they wanted to know why we needed 6 cans.  HA HA

    • Amy C.

Herdez salsa's got a $1 Q in the Coke booklet that came out at Publix awhile back.  It was all manufacturer Q's – and pairs nicely with the sale.  Makes it 49cents/16 jar salsa.

    • The Lunch Lady

There are $2 off any size or scent q's inside some of the Tide 40 load boxes.  Makes them $2.99 with the sale!!  Woo hoo!!

    • Natalie

There was a Whiskas $1 coupon in this week's paper. Are these good prices on Whiskas or Friskies cat food, with coupons?

    • dkc

I got back 2-$1.00 off my next grocry order for buying the classico pasta sauce. So it was 8.32 for 8 jars not too bad
I also got 15 cans of pringles for $7.75 my 8 year old said that's great now we have a fifteen day supply! Lol he is probably right with 5 people in the house
Got 12 free 3 muskateers they will be gone fast that's one of my favs
The toothpaste was not 99 cents but I got the larger tube for .49 cents each
I did notice on some of my coupons they only doubled to .99 cents? Anyone else notice this?

      • Jcwiakala_44

Those were probably for items that only cost .99.  Most Krogers don't do overages anymore.

      • I am in KY and I noticed when I went to get the toothpaste it was marked as 1.49 but it did ring up as .99 so I got it for free, so I am not sure if it's because your in a different state

        • dkc

I looked at my reciept again and the colgate did ring up .99 so that was why my coupon only doubled to .99 so I did get it for free:-)

    • ivegotcutekids

My son love Pillsbury Toaster Scrambles.  I haven't seen them on sale for months.  Anyone else notice this?

      • mommyof1

my son likes the reg. version of the pillsbury toaster things.. i have some coupons from a while back.. they used to go on sale at publix bogo all the time.. now i havent seen them on bogo for months.  =(

    • Lalakelley

The Pringles Snack Stax and Stix are not on sale anymore so the .50/1 does not work. Unless there is something I am missing?!?! I was so excited about getting my first free deal :( If they are on sale at a Kroger in GA will someone let me know please. Thanks

      • Katie C

the snack stax are not on sale in my ga store… but i did use my 1 off 3 ccans of regular pringles. they were 85cent (wyb 10 items) and so with the coupons it made them about 50 cent a can… really good deal i think bc my husband carrys a can to work every night. so we got 12 cans for only 6 dollars.

    • Jessmender

Don't know if anyone has said this, but there is a coupon for $1/1 1/2 gallon of Silk in the 7/10 SS.

    • Samantha White

My local Kroger no longer accepts more than 2 coupons printed from the internet.  Has anyone else had this problem?  Has corporate issued an official new coupon policy?

      • Sandy

Did you check with the manager? If so, I'd also check with the District Manager to make sure this is correct. I know in my area our policy is no more than “2 LIKE coupons per order”, but that doesn't mean just 2 coupons.

      • melissa

My kroger in Middlesboro Ky only allow 3 internet q's. It really has hurt me with my deals. I usually just price match at wal-mart the ones that are internet q's. In my opinion kroger is only hurting theirselves.

        • Sam

I hope that one day Walmart will double coupons they would get most of the business from Krogers. I Love that they have started matching all printed ads.

      • Laura

Seems they set their own rules at each store. The kroger west of me won't take ANY internet coupon that is over .50 and has had that policy for over a year. The store equal distance to my east had never had a money limit on a internet coupon.

Do you mean they limit 2 internet coupons total, or limit 2 of each coupon for the same product?

      • Naomi

I actually work at Kroger and the cashiers have just gone through a rigorous retraining on coupons.  Manufacturer's coupons cannot be combined on one item, you can however combine a manufacturer coupon and a store coupon on a single item, but read the coupons carefully, just because Kroger sent it out does not mean it is a store coupon.  And yes, only two of the same printed coupon can be used in a single transaction.  At our store the rule is only two printed coupons can be used in a day by the same person, but managers might have final say.

        • Chris

Hence the reason I avoid Kroger like bubonic plague – not at all friendly to couponers as evidenced by this information.  Thanks though – at least we, as couponers, know where we stand with that company.

here is why i hate shopping at krogers and especially when there is a mega event… i went today with shopping list carefully mapped out .. 10 mega items.. matched coupons.. making the items free or nearly free…was extremely cautious to put my ten items in the same place in the buggy.. counted them again before i hit the check out…  got home.. reviewed my receipt.. .the guy charged me twice for one item that was a mega item.. that threw the rest of the count off.. THEN..once i got back to the store in the blazing georgia heat…  customer service pointed out that i had 16 participating items not 10.. and i had paid the “full” sale price for the other 6… aint no way… finally i got my refund for the double charge and they refunded me some for the other items… once i got home for the second time i realized that they had not refunded me the amount that they owed me…. it is way to confusing and way to difficult to keep up with this mega crap. i will bet ya that there is some marketing guy sitting at corporate office getting paid a lot of money to figure out how to keep the customers confused… i really dont like dealing with people when i feel like they are trying to outwitting me out of my money… gonna be a long time before i go back to krogers…….

      • Kayla Smith

Next time, try paying in two separate transactions with just enough in the Mega event transaction to actually get your full $10 off.

        • Chris

Yeah but it's almost like they are making it intentionally confusing.  Couple that with inept cashiers who ring stuff twice even when you only have one and it makes it doubly bad.  I agree with KHJB – Kroger sucks.

          • dkc

I think it depends on the store the one I go to is great!! Lithia springs Ga

            • Chris

Yeah but why can't they make their sales easy and simple – like Publix does?  Why does it have to be buy 10 get $$ off or buy 10 of this get 5 free?  Even most of their 10 for 10 deals aren't really all that great since you can usually find those items at better prices, or with better deals, elsewhere.  And top it all off with these weird Q limits that vary day to day and person to person even at the same store and it just creates confusion.  I should be able to trust that the transaction is being completed accurately and not have to watch the screen like a hawk, keep a sheet with all of the prices on it, then double-check my receipt before I leave the store – just a lot of unnecessary hassle.  :-/

            • Sandy

I know it! I told my husband that I needed him to go shopping at Kroger tomorrow because there is a big Mega Sale going on and his exact words, “Ugh. Please pack me a pen.”

            • Bee

I don't usually take my husband, but I always take him to the Mega events. Usually things go okay, but it does seem like Kroger is setting us up to fail. I worked for years in accounting, so number games seem fun to me, but the Mega events seem like too much work just to save a little $. Of course, I do a lot of shopping at once and usually check out with at least 70 mega items.

            • Khjbcoupons

when i take my husband he put several things in the buggy that are not on the list and dont have coupons..i admire a man who understands and practices the art of couponing…

            • Littlemcknz

Thats awesome! My kroger only allows 3 sets of mega items I usually go a couple of times during the sale

            • Khjbcoupons

in the event that i shop at krogers again… i will not do anything other than watch the monitor to see that everything rings up correctly from the first to last item after every coupon is scanned…. like the other web site says… choose another checkout lane honey… if krogers wants to make it so confusing then i am going to make sure i dont have to make a second trip in this hot georgia summer heat… in fact i am considering making that my standard practice when checking out anywhere.. i dont mind paying someone their due amount.. and the flip side of that is.. i am not going to pay more than i should…

            • mommyof1

watching the screen like a hawk when i am alone with my 6 year old son is hard! lol.. he is a good kid, but since we are at the front of the store near the doors, i am ever vigilant in making him stay by the register.. plus couple that with the candy items he is looking at and asking for.. the cashier ringing up things.. trying to look at the sale price while still putting things from the cart on the belt.. then after all that trying to hand her my coupons and make sure everything doubles.. and wait.. why is the $5 not coming off at the end? haha..  its like so nerve racking.. =)  i like it when hubby comes, cause at least he can put things on the belt while i am scanning the screen..

            • Ferrugiae

I hear ya…but in my case, I have 4 kids! Impossible to watch things getting scanned for me! :(

          • Khjbcoupons

chris you hit the nail on the head.. the more confusing it is the easier it is for us to make mistakes and krogers comes out on the good end of the deal… same with mail in rebates… there are soooo many different opportunities for you to not get everything together and mailed in on time…

          • mommyof1

i know cashiers make mistakes in ringing up items.. i was a cashier in my younger- pre mommy days =)  but some cashiers dont pay attention and then hold the item right over the scanner as they are trying to punch in their “code” to void it off!! then it rings again.. and they void that one.. and by the time they re-ring and void off my item a half a dozen times, i cant tell what is going on..

            • Chris

Oh the one that bugs me too is when you have XX number of something so they ring it up as a quantity when they scan one and then drag the others over close enough so more of them get read by the scanner and they have to go back and remove them.  That can be tough to keep track of – very thankful for the <beep> so I know when something scans or not and when Qs actually scan (if I have more than one of something).</beep>

      • TaraD

I shopped at the mega event last week when it was $3/10.  I bought 20 mega event items but one of the items didn't ring up as a mega event.  However, I still got the original $3 off the first ten and $2.70 off the second 9 which means I still got the deal.  I don't know if all Krogers work this way or if it was a fluke but I just wanted to let you know that maybe after buying the first 10, you don't have to buy 10 more to get the deal – you just get a proportionate deal according to the number of additional items you buy.

        • Littlemcknz

Last wk when I shopped the mega event opn the 3/10 my counts were off and everything still rang up for the mega sale price.. yay for me but I need to be careful doubt that will happen again.

      • Bkny63

I agree it is rather confusing.  Not all items are properly marked.  I shop at the Kroger on Moreland.  I usually do the self check out.  The cashier's have told me when I'm scanning that any item with a plus sign is part of the mega.  I scan all my mega items first and do a subtotal to make sure my $5 comes off and then I scan the rest of my non-mega items.  I did that with my 20 mega items and everything worked out great.

        • Khjbcoupons

thanks for the suggestions.. i dont really want to do the self check out. but i will start putting my mega items all together so i can watch them being scanned… and i love the idea of subtotals…

    • Kayla Smith

FYI- Kleenex Facial Tissue: Target has a printable MANUFACTURER'S coupon to save $.60 on 3.  If this works on the Kleenex deal above, they'll be $.79 EACH.

      • Rettarae

Is that a good deal on facial tissue?

      • Sofia

I was going to ask if I could use the Target Manuf Q on these. Will try it.

    • Brittoneal_19

question– do these prices listed work at all Krogers? Because I just went to one here in Kentucky and it was not that price. AND does anyone else have a hard time reading and understanding the Kroger receipt?? I need a code breaker to figure this out

      • Sandy

I know in some areas Kroger's ad runs Wed-Tues. Could this be the case? Check your ad online to see.

      • Ipreferpublix

most ky stores are in the Louisville region (like Nashville/middle TN) and will have different prices.

ALL Kroger stores and sale prices are done by REGION. Prices here are for Southern Region.

      • Littlemcknz

I'm in Paris tn in west tn and our ads start on weds and end on tuesday

        • Littlemcknz

Oh and I  agree with you on those receipts I actually took a calculator to it because it was so confusing…lol

      • guest11

What do you need to figure out on the receipt? I can explain the coding on your receipt, lol I had to do that for a customer service manager a few times when they didn't scan all my coupons properly..

    • Mstarfish

REGIONAL DIFFERENCES: I got a big reminder on checking my local ad today. I printed up my list from Southern Savers, and gathered my coupons. Somehow, 90% of what I planned to buy was not on sale in our Houston, TX Kroger.

Bummer…Save yourself a little gas and a lot of annoyance and check the list against your local store (I am preaching to myself here). :(

    • Joanna21

a few weeks ago someone said that you could not use coupons for mega event items–they said the cashier told them if they use a coupon it would no longer count toward their 10 mega event items.  Is that true?

      • Frances

I used coupons for the mega sale a few weeks ago and had no problems. Although, I did not get an overage on one item.  The Country Time Lemonade was .29 after coupon and for that sale it was buy 10 items get $3 off.  The .30 did not come off but the item was included in my 10 items and I received the .30 off on the other 9 items.

      • Ashlee Powell

I used coupons for every item I bought during the Mega sale and it went through fine :) The cashiers were very friendly and I ended up paying 3.00 for two bags of stuff! Good luck :)

      • Kathy

You absolutely can  use cpns on mega sale items and they still count. Good luck

    • Cheryl

My Kroger in Franklin, TN had DeMets Turtles on sale for $1.50 for the box. There is a $1 online coupon. Got them for $.50 each (bought two). Would have been $7 original price for both. They also had fun size bags of Snickers for $1!!!

    • Jo

I've always shop at Publix so I need some clarification on the mega event.  It says ANY participating 10 items, so I can mix and match and still get 50 cents off of each item I buy regardless of its original price? For example, if I wanted to buy 5 bottles of vitaminwater and 5 kraft easy macs, I would be getting the vitaminwaters for 75 cents each and 49 cents each for kraft easy mac? I don't have to buy 10 vitaminwaters to get the 75 cents? Thanks so much!

      • Amy

You got it!  You can buy any combination of ten and get 50 cents off each item as long as it is participating.  You might check your ad or with your store to see if they limit the number of multiples of ten you can do in one transaction.

      • Sam

        Yes

    • cassie

Does anyone know if the Chips Ahoy Gooey is included in the mega sale?

      • Kathy

        Yes, they are.

    • Cori C.

I have a question. I went to Kroger today and they had some of the mega items that I wanted in stock, but not others.Like the Wisk, I only wanted two, but the whole shelf was wiped out. If I get a rain check for the items not in stock, will they write it for the mega price, even if I don't buy 10?  I hate it when the shelves are cleared less than 24 hours after the sale starts. What are people doing, camping out in the parking lot? Geez.

      • amo

the sale will go on for two weeks.  hold on to the coupons, and check back.  its frustrating!

        • Khjbcoupons

my complaint… shopping should not be this complicated or frustrating… grrrrrrrr

      • Derrick6

you could always price match the mega deal at walmart and ge the lowest price too… thats what im doing today to get my Wisk. The Kroger add actually lists the mega event prices after the mega deal savings so it will price match… HTH

        • guest

does walmart match it, becuz it is 5$ off when u purchase 10. Isn't that considered a gimmic deal at walmart.

      • Littlemcknz

I would go back and check on friday thewill restock at least mine does. a freind of mine does all her shopping on Sunday and always gets what she wants but our sale runs wed thru tuesday.

    • Candice

I don't know if anyone will see this, but I'll try anyway.  My store is a Smiths(west coast) and our sales run from Wednesday to Tuesday, so I'm compiling my list now.  Anyway, I have the coupon mentioned for the Crayola crayons from the Walgreens calendar.  Has this actually been tested, will they accept it?  Huge at the top of the coupon it's printed “Redeemable Exclusively at Walgreens”!  The coupon however looks just like a Mfr. Q! It has the remit info. for the Retailer and has the 2 regular bar codes.  No where does it say Mfr. coupon though.  Just wanted to know if someone has actually tried it and did the store(Smiths/Kroger) take it.  Thanks

      • Kathy

In my area, Kroger will take these as long as there is it is truly a manuf cpn and there is a P.O Box listed on it, so they get reimbursed.  Having said that, though, I've had cashiers refuse them, thinking they are “store” cpns.

    • Jovialjax

Does every Kroger Mega Event last two weeks?

    • Erin22

Can the Coupons printed at the register be combined with paper coupons??
      Thanks in advance :-)

      • Kathy

What type cpns?  If they are manuf cpns for specific products, no.  If they are “catalinas” that say $3 off your next order, you can!

      • Erin22

Thank you.. The 3 that printed out last night are all for a certain item….

    • Mmiller0320

I live in West TN and they are not offering these right now. They said they should do it again soon

      • Littlemcknz

I'm not sure where u r at in west tn but I am in paris and the ads that the site has starting on sunday actually starts on wednesday and ends on tuesday for us. The ads are pretty much the same with only a few differences. It actual works great for me because it gives me a few days to know whats gonna be on sale and get all my qs and list ready.

        • Efranks41

It works the same here in northeast MS. I like it, too!

    • Sam

Word to the wise. My Krogers is now limiting the number of the same item so that the shelves will still have the items for other customers. I thank them.

      • Bee

I absolutely don't have a problem with this, but if Kroger runs a Mega event with a stipulation of purchasing 10 items, they should prepare accordingly. Some people will naturally want 6 of one and 4 of another or 10 of one item. I believe a shopper should be entitled to get 10 of one item in a sale that encourages stock-up buying.

        • Chris

Agreed – but also don't tell me I can buy 10 of something but only use Qs on 3 or 5 or 6 of them.  What's the point then?

      • guest

Do u mean like items to purchase or same like 'coupons' per order

        • Sam

Like items.  They have done this because they had complaints about the sale products being wiped clean. Good luck.

    • Sofia

So is this “3 printable coupons per trip” fact or fiction?? I'm planning a trip to Kroger this week but if they only take 3 (different) coupons per transaction I'll skip it.

      • Kathy

Sounds like it depends on your store/area.  We have no rule like that here, but from the comments, some do.  Where are you located, maybe someone from that area could answer.

        • Sofia

Atlanta, I go to the Buckhead Kroger to be specific. Thanks!

      • guest

In mid ohio it is 3 like coupons. ANY (printable or inserts) totally sucks. To bad walmart doesn't double. They would get all the business up here.

        • guest

Our kroger has started accepting only 2 coupons.  Just like with bricks they will only allow 2 to print.  Even on P&G coupons that state 4 is the limit.  You have to wait and come back THE NEXT DAY in order for them to be accepted and/or doubled by my understanding because it is hooked to your shopping card.  And our Walmart has a doubling plan in the works!

      • Christmsaliz2002

This is not true. I have the coupon policy from the corporate office thanks to a relative who works there. She said print it out and take it with you! When you present the policy it will be the first time many cashiers and managers have even laid eyes on it. I had the same problem in Duluth, Ga after this I dont have the problem anymore.

        Hope this helps!

        Kroger Print-at-Home Coupon Acceptance Policy
Effective November 2007, all Kroger divisions accept industry-standard, secure print-at-home coupons. We recently partnered with Coupons Inc., the industry leader in print-at-home coupons, to offer print-at-home coupons on Kroger.com and all of our store banner websites. You may also find coupons on brand websites and legitimate coupon websites like Coupons.com. Help us make your shopping experience a pleasant one by keeping in mind these simple rules for using Print-At-Home coupons. We can only accept print-at-home coupons if they scan properly at checkout. Legitimate printable coupons are delivered using special software designed to print a properly rendered barcode on the coupon and limit the number of coupons printed. We will generally not accept “FREE product” (no purchase required) print-at-home coupons. It is currently an industry practice not to produce print-at-home manufacturer's coupons for free product. Buy-one-get-one-free coupons and other values that have a purchase requirement are acceptable. We will usually not accept coupons for more than about 75% of a product's value. For example, a $2 off coupon will be acceptable for a product that normally sells for $5 or more, but a $2 off printable coupon for a product that sells for $2.25 is unlikely to be legitimate. If there are exceptions, we are usually provided advance notice by the manufacturer.Coupons will be rejected if they appear distorted or blurry, altered in any way, or are obvious duplicates. You should always print the coupon yourself directly from the website or email that is offering it. Only then can you ensure you are printing a legitimate coupon. The coupon will never appear on your computer screen. A legitimate coupon is never sent as a graphic or PDF or sent in a Word document. Print-at-home coupons should never be copied, sold, or traded. They should not be photocopied or scanned and distributed to others. They have unique serial numbers printed on them and follow an industry-standard format. Coupons are never sold and you should not pay for someone's “time to clip” or other service fee.For more information about using print-at-home coupons and to check coupons for validity please visit the Coupon Resource Center online at http://www.printcoupons.com.

    • Audrey

My Kroger was picked totally clean. I had to get a whole bunch of rainchecks, at least they gave me rainchecks for some of the deals that weren't in the flyer, that was nice of them!

      • Sam

One of the Kroger associates told us that most of the mage deals will run again next week so if picked clean this week check back at the end of the week.  :)

      • Steph

Mine in Knoxvile TN was the same way.  I went back the next day because they said that they would be getting a truck in, and still very picked over, or completely out of items.

      • Christmsaliz2002

I ran into the same problem. My store is usually wiped out by one person on things like Wisk this week. Thankfully they have always given me a raincheck.

    • Allforthe4leggers

Hey guys.. this is my first time posting here although I absolultely love this site. I went for my first Kroger Mega event. This is what I got. I live in North GA.

      Sunny D x 10 Mega Event price .99
      Pepsi     x 20 Mega Event price .89
Pasta Roni x 10 Mega Event price ..99
Kraft Easy Mac x 10 Mega event price .49
      Wisk x 5     3.75 (didn't have enough coupons to get 10)
Whiskas Tempations x 10 Mega Event price .99

I had 5 $2 off coupons for the wisk so they were only $1.75
I had 2 $1 off coupons for the Whiskas.
I also used a rebate gift card for $5

My total was $64.92  I think I completely figured up what I would be paying wrong. The $5 off when you buy 10 is configured into the sale price right? Cuz I seriously thought (newbie mistake) that every ten I bought $5 would come off. I walked into the store thinking off that bat that $35 (7 x $5 mega event off deals) would come off that total. I think I just figured out what I was expecting was wrong. Any thoughts on this? Did I do everything right and am I correct in the thinking that the sale price takes them off for the $5?  Sorry if I've confused everybody. Thanks.

      • Allforthe4leggers

Forgot to add $9.98 for a roll of hamburger meat.. oops :)

        • nackle78

The prices that SouthernSavers lists is AFTER the $5 discount. So just total up your list as you make it in the future. I make my list and put little slashes next to the # of that Item I need w/ a total under it.

          • Allforthe4leggers

Yeah thats what I was thinking :) So imagine me completely happy that I was going to spend like $23 for all that.. Newbie mistake like I said. I still think I did ok  with all the stuff I got. Thanks guys.

            • Rettarae

You could have also bought 10 items in any combination. This is something I didn't know when I was new to Kroger. So you could buy 2 of one item and 3 of another 1 of another and 4 of another and still get the sale price, as long as it is in 10s. Hope that was more helpful than confusing.

        • Sam

Meat really makes the grocery price go up.

      • Kathy

The prices listed are after the $5.00 is already taken off, so you wouldn't get $5 more for ea 10.  Is that what you were thinking? Each site lists differently, so it is easy to get confused.  Hang in there, though, you can save a lot once you learn the ropes!

      • Learn22read

There are 2 tags.. the second tag that is listed is the price that you will pay if you have 10 of the participating items.. Then you use your coupons and get the additional discounts.. Ex:  The pringles were $.85/each.. The coupon is $1/3.. each would cost $.52.. The popcorn was $.85/each,, The coupon is $.50/2.. My Kroger doubles coupons so it would cost you $.35 each

    • Dtcox

love jenny and kroger and their megas got today 117.63 for 38.07   was a great trip to stock up on thank  you jenny   you cant be beat\\\\\\\\\\\ god bless all you do

    • Thewizardessofoz3

Went to Kroger tonight! Noxema Razors on sale for $2.79 for the four pack but many of the packs they had were bonus packs with 6 razors. Used the $2 off coupon making them $0.79! Also got Soliel razors on sale for $3.99 and used the $3.00 off coupon!

    • Sam

I also  shopped North Georgia last night. We tallyed up our bill before coupons and it came up to around $300.00 we spent $83.00 total. For food only $60.00. But we did have a bump in the process you really have to watch the computer even though everyone thinks the computer is better than anything. The $.50 coupons did not double my daughter noticed this. Then once the cashier also so this he called the supervisor right away she came looked and then added up the savings called the store manager and told them of the issue and stated that they needed to look into this.

So everyone watch the computer like a hawk if you do not see bonus coupon after the regular coupon it is not doubling.

      • Maureen

I have had problems before with coupons not doubling. They told me it was because we had not scanned our Kroger card before we started scanning items. They fixed the issue for us, but it just seemed like another hoop to jump through to get our savings.

        • Efranks41

No, it has always been a requirement to scan your Kroger card in order to get the coupons to double. After all, the doubling is a Kroger incentive. The coupons don't double at ALL stores! I appreciate the Kroger program, so I don't mind scanning their card to get the perks!!

    • kris

the loreal kids shampoo is also apart of the mega item event, plus the .75 cents off coupon!

      • kris

so it was 2.79, -.50 for mega item, -.75 coupon. =1.50

    • Michelle

Does anyone know if this Mega Event will carry over into next week? I know sometimes they run them for two weeks.

      • Kristinamf09

        The add says 7/10/11 – 7/23/11.

    • Kristy

My Kroger would not allow me to use the mfc cpns from the Smart Savings books on the command hooks. I tried to explain to the cashier that even though the cpns read 'redeemable at Publix' that they were still mfc cpns & they could be used anywhere. She was very rude & told me I was wrong. Instead of holding up the line I bought the command hooks but promptly returned them at the service desk. Even though I have decided not to shop at Kroger any more I was wondering if I should have been able to use those cpns?

      • Sandy

If the coupon started with a 5 or 9 and had directions to “retailers” about reimbursement then yes you should have been able to use it there. In my experience, coupons with other store logos are always a YMMV situation.

      • LeAnn

I have been carrying a publix coupon with me so they will know the difference between a publix coupon and a mfc coupon. It must say redeemable only at publix. I had the same problem with at publix with a coupon that had dollar general on it. They swore up and down that it was only to be used at dollar general and it was a mcf coupon.

    • Blue98zx2

      I. W was in the fuquay varina kroger tonight. I saw a lady with about t kids. Each kid hada car. Carts were slam off of mega deals items. She had wipe out all of the pringles. Bascially she was hoarding all the mega deals. According to staff she was in there last night doing the same thing. As coupon shboppers we need to be considerate of others. This is practice is rude.

      • Blue98zx2

        She had 5 kids

        • Guest

do you know how much 5 kids eat!?!? I have three boys and they eat a TON!

      • Mlbam6

I understand that people feel that others who wipe out the shelves are being rude, but I am one of the few apparently who just does not care.  I like a good deal too, but not enough to consider myself just as important as everyone else and everyone should be fair to me to make sure I get the deal too.  I also think it is disappointing that grown adults are saying rude things about someone they do not know and gossiping about them with employees in a store they frequent.  I think your bickering practice is RUDE!

Rude or not, the stores don't care for it because the practice alienates more customers than it brings in.

MOST people are not looking to clear the shelf, so the store gravitates toward pleasing more people in the interest of getting more foot traffic.

Hence, the reason limits on deals are being enforced all over.

Just another example of people's inability to practice any sort of restraint whatsoever.

          • Chris

And not only that – it's one thing to do it one night because you have 5 kids thus a family to feed and so you're getting all of the deals you can.  It's entirely another issue when you're doing it night after night (in this example two nights in a row???).  I agree with the more power to you mentality if the store is allowing it but this example was something completely different – 6 full carts of nothing but mega deals two days in a row is ridiculous.  Especially when the mega deal sale runs for 2 WEEKS.

            • Bee

I have three kids who eat a lot and a husband who eats a lot and lots of visiting neighborhood kids. I don't come anywhere near needing to do anything like this.

And I don't have the time or resources to shop more than once every 2 weeks.

Found some “peelies” on Ortega taco shells for $1/1 Gorton Frozen Fish products tonight. Just thought Id share.

    • aria

if you buy 34 items on the 10 items mega event deal, do you still get promotional price for remaining 4 items? or does it have to be even, like10/20/30/40? thanks in A.

      • Betsy

        it has to be even

      • Stacey

I bought 51 items yesterday (by accident) and the one item did not ge tthe discount.  Good thing it was only .99.

      • Efranks41

must buy in increments of 10

    • Mitchandpaula

this maybe posted somewhere, but the e-coupon for the nestle candy is buy 2 and get 1 free, not 1.19 off 2.

      • Guest

thanks for pointing that out! i was about to use that one!

    • Abby

I cannot figure out where to find the Nestle drumstick 4+ coupon.  I click on the link provided and it takes me to a party planning site, but I don't see the coupon anywhere.  What am I missing?

    • Firgodes7

Just to let you guys know. The BIC razors were 3.99 at my Kroger (McDonough Ga). The 3.00 coupon is still good. So it make them .99 each! Also the Alexia frozen Crispy fries were at closeout for 1.49. With the 1.00 it made it .49.Thought I would throw that out to you guys.

      • Anne_1337

The BIC razors I bought at this price also had a $2 coupon in them!

    • Allison

Are the prices listed here for anyone or are they only if you have a Kroger Plus card?  We will be vacationing @ N. Myrtle Beach & I would like to do my grocery shopping @ Kroger, but the savings wouldn't be worth it if I have to get a Kroger Plus card since we don't have one in our hometown.

      • Cami

It is required to have a Kroger Plus Card for the savings.  Why would it not be worth it?  The Kroger Plus cards are FREE.

    • Abby

Just found a great deal at my Kroger here in Auburn, AL that wasn't listed in the ads.  The diced tomatoes with green chilies (i.e. store brand Rotel) are included in the mega event.  After the discount, the cans are only 19 cents a piece!   Not too shabby, especially if you like Mexican food as much as we do!

    • Glory girl

What about this:Purchased 13 “Mega Deals” but only 10 were discounted. Shouldn't all of them be discounted? especially since the price stickers on the shelf shows the discounted ( Mega Deal) price.

      • Coleman19972000

You have to buy 10 items.  You have to buy them in sets of ten in order to get the deal.  So you would have needed 20.

      • Efranks41

No, that's not how it works. In order to get the extra “Mega Deal” you have to buy 10 items, mix or match, but all part of the Mega Deal. If you are going back soon, take your receipt to Customer Service along with 7 more Mega items and they might give you the discount on the 1st three plus the other 7.

FYI I think the Conagra  Childhungerendshere site reset.  I was able to print out more Qs for Chefboyardee, Banquet frozen meals and Healthy Choice soups.

      • Barb

Where did you print them from the site?  I have never found a coupon there. Thank you.

        • guest

Go to any of the coupon databases and they should have it listed under the before mentioned products (use code 63829897).

    • Mom2seth1026

Is there a limit on how many groupos of 10 you can get?

      • Jcwiakala_44

        No.

      • Saving in NE GA

My receipt from today only applied the Mega Event Price to 10 of the 20 eligible items. I am not sure what that is about. Didn't notice til I got home. I was wondering if they have changed something and you would need to do a seperate transaction??

        • Learn22read

I just purchased 20 items and it discounted all 20 on the same ticket

        • Jenn

Usually  if you go to customer service, they had you a $5.00 bill to correct it.  :)

      • Learn22read

        nope

I'm in Houston, TX. I went to Kroger Wednesday to try to purchase the Colgate total as shown on the store circular. The manager told me “The corporate has messed up the ad. $1.49 is for regular Colgate only; if you buy 10 of those, it will be $0.99. Colgate total 6.0oz is $2.49; if you buy 10, it will be $1.99. Colgate total 4.0oz is not participating mega 10 event.” There has neither sign showing price error has occurred nor sign showing correct product. It sounds like solely manager discretion to me

      • Tim

It's probably just a misprint.  The fine print in the ad will probably say that they are not responsible for print errors.

    • couponqueen

I bought 4 packs of Colgate wisps (closeout 1.19) this week for 40 cents each after coupon. Afterwards I got 2- 1.50 off my next purchase Catalina's. Talk about making a profit! I live in the Atlanta area.

    • Lexdssmsw

Went to Kroger (Irmo) tonight and did pretty well on the Mega event, however was told that I could not use $5 worth of my coupons because they did not scan.  I came home and checked the coupon policy and it does say that, but is anyone else having problems with their coupons not scanning?  I print them on an inkjet color printer, but it seems lately a lot of mine will not scan…

      • Amy T

Mine wouldn't scan the other day and the cashier waited until he had scanned all of the others and tried again a few times. He finally got them to scan after about the 5th try. He said they have trouble with the printables scanning but can usually get them with a few tries. How hard did your cashier try to get them to scan? I know they're not obligated to, but if you get a good cashier they might try harder for you.

        • Lexdssmsw

He tried once and then very quickly stated, “sorry, if it won't scan, we can't take them”.  Personally, I don't think he tried very hard….it's just frustrating that every time I go to that Kroger, they have different rules depending on who checks you out….

    • Learn22read

Wasn't sure where to post this but if you shop at Walmart, you can use your $1 off Cascade coupon to get the trial pack for $.97.. It's in P&G

    • Hael80

My Kroger reciept looked different this time.  Instead of $5 coming off at the end, $0.50 came off with each item.

    • J Medley25

I live in Tennessee and I was wondering if this sale last until next Saturday?

      • Bb

On Saturday’s Kroger.com posts the up coming weeks ad. Next weeks ad is already up and the mega event (not the other regular sale items) continue into next week.

    • Tim

I tried to load the ecoupon for Pringles (from Kroger) and it's not listed on the e-coupon selection.  How does that happen?
