just a little heads up:  Late last night I stopped in Kroger when i got off work and on the display for the Mac n Cheese cups they had put up tear pads of coupons for an additional $1 off every 5 kraft or velveeta cups you bought, making them .29 each and also they had a tear pad of q’s and each page contained a q for $1/2 nabisco brand cookies (not sure yet if these will work on the cups that are on sale for .49 with the mega event), $1/2 capri sun, making them .99 a box, and also $1/2 velveeta shells n cheese.  GREAT FIND!!

      • I didn’t see the tear pad in our store!! wish they would have had one..either way I stocked up!! .49 by it self is a good deal!!!

        • Hasims

Michelle, it is still a great deal without the coupons!!!  One of our Krogers had the tear pad and one didn’t.  But if you do find them, they do work on the cookies that are on sale for .49 AND the cups of Velveeta shells n cheese making them all FREE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    • April

I have 3 of the Simply Juice Lemonade printable coupons. They weren’t on sale at my Kroger, email me if you want them … sawyeram at ya hoo :)

I have no more coupons, they have been mailed.

    • Amy

how do you get the Kroger home mailer?  Can’t find a place to register on the Kroger website

      • I think that it gets mailed to you the more you shop at Kroger. I get one every couple of weeks (Got one in today’s mail) and I never signed up for anything.

    • Mom4

Kroger has STOPPED doubling and tripling coupons this week in all Dallas stores – this is a MAJOR downer!!

    • Mistylh_3

There is a Kroger ecoupon for the Mio water enhancer. It is $1.00 off. If you like Mio it is a pretty good deal!

      • cg85

I found a ton of Mio in the closeout section of my Kroger for only 55 cents each!

        • What does that stuff taste like? Is it like liquid KoolAid or Crystal Light or what?

          • Bee

It’s good but the flavor becomes off after about a month, so as long as you use it up far before then. I had to throw out 2 that had been opened and had not been used in that time frame. They did not taste good.

Savannah hush puppies are in meat dept frozen by fish sticks.

      • Randall Steadman

Ours, here in Savannah GA, are with the frozen bread/biscuits.

    • Tabie

Our Kroger has had the Jose Ole taquitos on sale for $2.99 a box, there is a blinkie in front of them for $1 and there’s also $1 off e coupon. You can use one or the other to make it $1.99 a box and they are normally $4.99! Great deal, more than half off.

      • CG85

Most Kroger stores no longer allow combining of ecoupons and paper coupons. Mine did for the longest time, and then 2 days ago they finally put an end to it. I thought I was one of the lucky ones since most stopped allowing it 3 or 4 months ago. Oh well!

        • Kathy

If I read it correctly, I don’t think Tabie was saying you could use both….but that you could “use one or the other”.

    • When can you get kroger ad prices for 24 hour kroger?

      • Laura

Each week the sale paper says prices good Sun 7am until Sat midnight.

But I checked out at 11:55 Sat night and I did not get any of the sale prices. Since cust service closes at 10 pm I have to take everything back on Sun, hope it’s all going to be free because of scan right guarantee.

        • LOL! That would be awesome! Let us know how it goes.

          • let us know if they did or not

          • Laura

Kicking myself that I didn’t buy more stuff :P
Yes I did get free groceries from scan right!
The cust rep looked at the checkout time on my receipt and said hmm, that’s odd, the prices should have been good for another 5 minutes. Oh well, here’s your refund. She’s been there for years and said that was the first time she’d ever seen that happen.

So even on mega sales that always last 2 weeks she said everything still goes back to full price from Sat midnight to Sun 7am.

I always shop late on Sat and I have been screwed out of great deals 3 different times because they weren’t in the paper, only had a sale shelf tag and the tag said it was the last day. I’d go for refunds on Sun and they’d say there’s no shelf tag now, so you have no proof. So I’ve always had to return the stuff and lose the deal. This time all of the items were in the paper so I hoped there would be no problem getting refunds. And there wasn’t…YaY

            • Anonymous

That’s great. My Kroger does not honor the Scan Right. They only refund the difference. We have two here and they are both the same.

    • Mom2boys

Is anyone finding the Kraft salad dressing ecoupon?  I have the Kroger ap on my phone and don’t see it?

      • Lex

It’s in the SS insert from 9-11-11. (If not, it’s in the RP) I cut that coupon out today.

    • Becca

I just called the Kroger on Nathan Dean Blvd in Dallas, Ga and the cashier they are still doubling coupons up to .50 cents.

      • CG85

I think the poster below meant Dallas, TX, not Dallas, GA.

        • Efranks41

Not necessarily…there is a Dallas, GA  you know!

    • Becca

Sorry. I meant to type the cashier “said” they are still doubling coupons up to .50 cents.

    • Mom4

      Sorry!  I meant Dallas, TEXAS!

    • Rebatessr

hi where are the Brut coupons? not in ss 8/14

    • J. Jenkins

If you have an e-coupon loaded to your Kroger card and buy that item, but the coupon doesn’t come off your total, how do you get that rectified?  This has happened to me 2 weeks in a row now.  Not only that, but the e-coupon came off my card, even though I didn’t get the money off my transaction.

      • Vee

You have to contact them via the website.  It’s a huge pain as they need a lot of info including a scan of the receipt.

        • Laura

I called their e coupon specific number 1-888-553-3003. The wait message says have your kroger card # ready but they never asked for it. I only had to say my email addr and which ec was the problem. They said they could see all of my ec’s and all of my receipts. The hold time was long, but once I got a rep they quickly fixed the ec.

They are only open Mon-Fri 8-8 est

      • Powell5

When this happened to me, I had a printout of my e-coupons that I showed the service person and they credited me with that amount.

    • Vee

1 jar of the Planters peanut butter generated a $1 Catalina at my Kroger in Midlothian VA.

      • Nan

I am in GA and didn’t receive a catalina for my Planters peanut butter.  I wonder why not?

    • Kelly

Thank goodness Kroger has their ad on the internet n I get to see the deals through your page as well to help w/ my matchups because they didn’t have a flyer in our Sunday paper, n it wasn’t a fluke I bought two?

    • Anonymous

      ,.. awesomee .

I just got a $827.89 îPad2 for only $103.37 and my mom got a $1499.99 HTV for only $251.92, they are both coming tomorrow. I would be an idiot to ever pay full retail prîces at places like Walmart or Bestbuy. I sold a 37″ HTV to my boss for $600 that I only paid $78.24 for.

What do you have to trade?  I have several.. Do you have $1/3 General Mills coupon or $.50/1 mahatma rice?

        • Neair21

          Yes I have both

          • Learn22read

What do we do next?  I’ve never traded before.. I live in the Atlanta Metropolitan area?  Are you in GA?  How many coupons did you need?

    • Don’t know if anyone else had this, but my Kroger in Irmo, SC had Carnation evaporated milk as part of their Mega Event for .69.  Pair that with the printable coupon for .50 off of two found on the Nestle website and its .19 a can after doubling.  Made me happy.  :)

    • Frances

Kroger Mega Event – Kraft BBQ sauce.  In Knoxville, TN area the BBQ sauce has $1.00 off Kraft salad dressings, which are on the mega event for 1.49. I picked up several 16 oz bottles of dressing for 49 cents. I have rec’d so many great tips on this sight and i hope this helps someone else!

    • Jaximus10

Just went to Kroger and got 7 12 oz orange juice for free along with cat treats and a gallon of milk for free. I was planning on buying the deoderant for free but they were out on the first day of the sale.

    • Missy

Just got back from my Kroger in Warner Robins, GA… clearance box has Schick Razors for 4.49 (1/2 retail), also Axe Body Washes 2.19 (reg price 4.59).  Found Campbells Chunky soup on clearance .89 cents a can… and Qs to match both.  Bummed out that Kroger is no longer doubling Qs.

      • Rainbozbra

Which Kroger are you using in Warner Robins? Im in WR also. Kroger on Russell is still doubling Qs. I just had a great trip. Saved 67%.  They were out of the Brut deo so I asked for a rain check and the lady at CS told me they only do rain checks on items that are in the ad. Never heard that one before. Anyone else been told that?

        • Missy

The one on Russell Pwy.  There were NO Bonus coupon (double of 50 cents or less) on my receipt… and in  the center aisle I saw a sign that only 1 q would be doubled on multiple q of 1 product.  None of mine doubled.  I think I will drop by customer service in the AM if you are sure we are at same store AND you got the bonus Qs on ur receipt..  I emailed for a policy.

          • Rainbozbra

Missy all of my 50 cent Qs doubled last night and I had multiple of the same coupon. Kroger on Russell and close to Moody Rd.  I didnt see that sign either.

        • Mrscori2006

Yes. My Kroger in McDonough will only give rain checks for items in the ad.

        • Shopaholic4life525

yep the Kroger in Tucker and Lithonia would not give rain checks unless the item is listed in the paper ..that SUCKS!!

      • Mrscori2006

Warner Robins is about an hour 1/2 from me…the Krogers here in McDonough haven’t stopped doubling…I hope it doesn’t work it’s way up here!

      • Liznewbauer08

Our Kroger in CLarksville, TN still doubles coupons up to and including $0.50. It is done by region as to if the stores double them or not. I got worried when I heard that they were not doubleing them but the manager of this store told me no that they were still doing it

      • Missy

update.  i went to customer service monday and found out that warner robins ga kroger on russell pkwy still doubles coupons.  my coupons 50 cents and under did not double because the cashier rang my groceries and coupons before scanning my kroger card.l  be aware to scan your kroger card before your coupons are scanned.

        • Missy

by the way…. customer service gave me the cash difference.  my kroger is excellent.

    • Rachel

I was shopping at my Kroger in Waycross, GA on 9/15 and TLC was there filming an episode of Extreme Couponing! It was pretty awesome to witness and the girl they were filming seemed to be having a lot of fun and a great personality! Did anyone else see them?

      • Godsprincess91

no but I wish!! SO COOL!!!

      • Diane

I am surprised that Kroger would participate in that show considering their recent attitude toward couponing. I wonder how many coupon rules were broken just to make it look good for both the show and Kroger. They don’t fool me.

        • DLM

I was actually there with my friend, who was the girl being filmed, and no coupon rules were broken for her or the show. She confirmed the store’s coupon policy before we went that morning (just to make sure it hadn’t changed) and thankfully it did not. Luckily that particular Kroger doesn’t limit the amount of double coupons. Additionally, she pre-ordered a few items (to avoid shelf clearing) & the store was happy to do so. I think her show, and others to come this season, will help reduce the skepticism surrounding this show. We can’t wait to see it and hope everyone enjoys it!!

          • Sarahh569

the show needs to end, its already had so many coupon policies change for the worse, and it will end bc its the same thing over and over.

        • Chris

I wonder more how many poor newbie couponers are going to be duped by that show and Kroger in general, show up in Kroger to try the same things, only to be told they can’t do this or that or use these or those Qs and end up paying FULL PRICE out of embarrassment because they won’t leave their stuff there and not say to take the items off.  Anyone notice they have yet to shoot an episode in a Publix?  A coincidence – I think not.

          • Keely

Unfortunately, Publix won’t allow filming. I’m sure it’s better for everyone in the long run since they have such awesome sales and coupon policy! So the people who are on the show have to shop at stores that are not their top choice for getting the best deals, or shopping experience for that matter!

            • Chris

Oh don’t misunderstand – I say KUDOS to Publix for not allowing them to come into their stores for that show.  Continues to show that Publix is more interested in customer service, integrity, and a usually pleasant shopping experience vs 15 minutes of fame.

            • Jennifer Cook

              I LOVE PUBLIX!

            • Chris

Me2 – my closest store is remodeling and I can’t wait.  They’ll be bigger with more products and will then be a hybrid store (they’re also going green).  The managers there are so AWESOME and that’s why they will always have my loyalty.  :-)

          • Tryingtohelp

I don’t understand what all the negativity about Kroger is about…I love my College Station, Texas Kroger’s.  They are always friendly and I don’t ever have trouble with them.  I usually walk out of the store with a minimum of 70% savings.  Is there something they are doing poorly that I should expect to come soon?

            • Chris

In Atlanta they’re AWFUL.  The people don’t care and the managers are just as bad.  And they keep changing the rules depending on where the store is located and who the manager is on duty.  The store closest to me is really small and somewhat tragic so I don’t go there too often.  The next closest store never limited Qs then all of a sudden it was 6 like Qs and ever since it keeps changing.  If I want a really good Kroger experience I have to go 30 minutes north way outside of the city to get nice people and a nice store.  Just sad when Publix is kicking their butt here.

            • Ladieb1114

Chris, I love my Kroger in Richmond, VA….I got 43 bottles of the wisk when it was on sale……and before you guys criticize me for clearing the shelf. I didn’t clear the shelf. Actually it was toward the end of the sale week and they had loads of wisk left and I asked the manager how many am I allowed to get because I had 43 coupons and he said “load up”.

            • Phonicblue

It’s always nice to talk to a manager first! I think managers are nicer in general to customers who come in and don’t “expect” that they have the right or the privilege at the register. The fine print on all of this coupon business is that it REALLY is at the manager’s discretion.  Hence the term “quantity rights reserved” on the actual sale price labels on the shelves themselves.

            • Chris

To a point I agree but that shouldn’t have to be the case – you shouldn’t HAVE to talk to a manager to get anything done.  I can walk into almost any Publix and almost everyone there is really nice and helpful – and if they can’t do something I’m asking for/about then THEY go get a manager for approval instead of making me do it.  That’s my big problem with Kroger – if they would change their philosophy to be more customer-centric then maybe they would get more business.  Even though Publix’s prices are higher I not only get my special deals there, with Qs of course, but I’ll go ahead and get meat, produce, deli, etc without Qs there too to show loyalty.  I dread going in a Kroger and only make a special trip – get in and get out only for exactly what I was after with my Qs.

I know this is a Kroger thread so please forgive me.  I just wish Kroger would, in my area, be nicer and I would shop there more.

            • Jennifer Cook

agree agree agree! They dont double and the people are sooo unfriendly… We are metro atl.

            • Phonicblue

I’m below the airport, and yes they are friendlier outside the perimeter.

            • Chris

I live in downtown Smyrna (still OTP) but drive to Acworth to the big Kroger up there.  Those folks are AWESOME – they special order stuff without a problem, they’ll double coupons that aren’t supposed to double, etc.  They go out of their way for their customers whereas the closest stores act like they just can’t be bothered (like one Ghetto Betty who told me at the closest store that they only write rainchecks on Fridays because she didn’t want to write one – when I called her out on it she got in trouble with the manager on duty and then she was pissed off at me the whole time, made me wait while she walked to the back of the store to not only check the shelf but make sure they had no backstock, then wrote it wrong so I had to make her correct it. As I left the store I told her that’s why she would always be minimum wage).

            • carrol70

Ghetto Betty, what does this mean?

            • Tilloa

I feel ya… Our Kroger bought out Scnnucks over here to keep Publix out. The closest one is 100 miles away :( Today at their new store, they were the rudest they had ever been and wouldn’t take my coupons… I’m hoping this isn’t a trend with the rest of their stores close to me.

            • Crysta_pina

I LOVE kroger in college station! The one on southwest pkwy is the BEST. they give overage!

            • I live in DFW Texas and last Wednesday they changed coupon policy to no Doubling coupons…We  had missed the first round of changes over doubling…expect it in A&M area soon!

    • Missy

Kroger WR GA totally out of 1.09 Mahatma rice.

      • In louisville KY my kroger had it for 1.79 not 1.09 for a heads up to everyone

        • Tryingtohelp

I’m frustrated with Kroger, and thought I’d give a heads-up for other folks. I went yesterday to snag a deal on Cheerios. I had a .50/1 q and a 1.00/2 q, and three boxes of Original Cheerios. My store card had a digital q loaded for *Honey Nut* Cheerios. When I went to ring up, the assistant manager handed my two coupons back and said the system wouldn’t accept them because I already had a digital q for the items.
      1. I looked at the receipt, and the digital q wasn’t applied (as I knew it wouldn’t, because it was a different product).2. If I /did/ have a valid digital q, shouldn’t it only apply to one of the three items purchased? Shouldn’t I have been able to use paper coupons for the other two?3. Even if my digital q was for the item I was purchasing, I don’t have the option to choose whether to use the digital vs. a paper coupon.
I know that there’s usually a transition process whenever a store changes or starts enforcing its policies, but this is a bit ridiculous. My goal today is to figure out whether I can remove all the digital coupons from my store card. If I can’t, I guess I’ll just not shop at Kroger until my digital loads expire!

I am able to remove my digitals from kroger. And I have for that very reason.

scan your kroger plus card after your items then give the paper coupons before handing the card so it will take both paper and e coupon. you have to be smarter than the computer. I had the same problem until someone wrote that on this website and it has worked ever since, Happy shopping!!!

        • Michelle

This actually ISN’T being smarter than the computer.  If you wait to scan your card after you give paper coupons, your coupons will not double/triple.  I would highly suggest you not doing this, unless your store doesn’t double/triple coupons.  And yes, you can remove ecoupons from your account.  Just log in, go to the list of coupons you previously activated and just delete them all.  Good luck!

          • Tilloa

I’m in the delta region and they REFUSE to let you scan your card after your coupons.

      • Tina M Wallin

I don’t put any ecoupons on my card that aren’t $.75 or higher. That way I get the full use of my card and paper coupons. Our Kroger doubles up to $.60.

At least your Krogers still doubles … here in Brownwood TX they have stopped doubling & tripling.  I am only shopping them for things like meat & veggie deals that are hard to price-match at Walmart, store brand specials or things that they are the only ones in town to carry.  I would say that since they’ve stopped doubling & tripling, my shopping has gone from 75% Krogers, 10% Brookshires and 15% Walmart to 70% Walmart, 20%Brookshires and 10% Krogers.  Unfortunately I doubt they will miss me much since most of my purchases there were done with coupons so my changing stores probably hasn’t hurt their bottom line that much :(  Just more of a principle thing than anything else, I guess.

heads up here in VA the yoplait 32oz and the capri sun are not ringing as part of the mega even though they are listed as such and instead of full refund to fix as kroger policy states they are only offering the 50 cents you would have gotten if it had gone proper grrrr already over this stores head trying to fix this

    • Theres a $2 coupon available for the DiGiorno pizza on their FB page.. Just sign up for the sweepstakes :)

Does anyone know how much the Carolina pride sausages are FOR the B1G1? ??

      • guest

The Polish Sausage were all BOGO at 3.98.  With the 50 cent coupon, they ended up being 99 cents each.  My store didn’t carry the ground sausage, so I am not sure on those.  After coupons, the bacon came out to be a 1.14 per pack.  This was at a Kroger store in Huntsville, AL.  Good time to stock up…

    • Anybody know when the new Kroger Home Mailers will be coming out?  My coupons expire 10/6 so I figured they would be coming out soon.

I have alot of makeup, health, cleaning, coffee/tea, and some cat/dog food, Pampers, colgat/other toothpaste and toobrush coupons that I am not going to use.  I would like to trade these for gain detergent, mahatma rice, Pert/Pantene shampoo, pizza rolls.. or possibly some Purina ONE.. although I know that coupon expires on the 30th so gotta be quick.  If you are interested in possibly trading.. or in need of any coupons I listed as excess (we can work out a future trade – please e-mail me before Tuesday so I can put them in the mail to you.. the pile has gotta go somewhere and I prefer not the trash
