Kroger Logo

It’s time for a new Mega Event at Kroger! Remember the Kroger ad never lists all the products so check back tomorrow for the full list of participating items and for the mid atlantic regional items.

If you see any other deals or coupons leave a comment below.

Tip: If I were you, I would go shopping on or before 6/30. Many of your coupons will expire that day. Even though the mega event will continue next week you won’t have any new coupons to use since we are only getting a Procter & Gamble insert 7/3.

yes! and it seems this way at all stores. had to explain to my hubby why I've had to spend more than usual. he's like “aren't you couponing?”, and I said “yes dear, but there haven't been many good sales or coupons in the past few weeks” thank goodness were stocked on several things!

        • peanutsmommy

Lol! they just dont understand.. thats like my kroger trip today.. spent 38 and saved 28.. sometimes you have to get the stuff you NEED! But its ok, I did still use some coupons, and as always enjoyed my shopping trip.

        • vs1999

I've also noticed the newer coupons require you to buy 2 of the product to get $1 off.  This week I see a coupon for 75 cent off when you buy 2.  Like I've said before, thanks Extreme Couponing Show, you've ruined it for all of us.

      • jhoran

Just wait until they stop the doubling and tripling in your state ….. it will give the word boring a new meaning!!! Since they started this in april, I have pretty much stopped going to Kroger.

    • Grayhawg

can someone please explain to me why ad runs from Sunday to Saturday?  In AR the sales run from Wed. to Tues., new ad always comes out on Wed.

      • AM

It's regional. In some places the sales run Sun-Sat.

      • gardengirl

I don't know how Kroger decides which stores start their sale on Sun and which start their sale on Wed.  Publix does the same thing, some stores start their sale on Wed and others on Thursday.  I got the Atlanta paper one weekend and the Publix ad showed that some stores in the Atlanta area start their new ad on Wed and other store in the Atlanta area start their new ad on Thurs.

      • jhoran

It goes by region. This ad is for the southeast region and you are in the southwest region. Its actually better for you as you will have a 3 day heads up on the sale.

      • ozzishep

I live in AR also and we have a great advantage seeing the upcoming sale items days before our sale ad starts.  I actually shop on Tuesday evening and I can get sale items that are ending that night along with the sale items starting on Wednesday.

    • Leticiag30

Anyone know where to find the single can Seattle's Best Iced Latte?  We have coupons for a free can but haven't been able to find single cans. Thanks

      • jennaj81

        publix

      • Kristin

I get them at CVS in the cold case. I'm in the Atlanta area.

      • Erinruoff

I found mine in the cooler at CVS.

      • Taniaerazo

        target

      • Beccaandtommy

        Kmart has them!

      • Amy

        Rite Aid

      • Amber

I went to CVS, Target, Kroger, etc…basically everywhere….and finally found them at Ingles.

      • Derrick6

When I asked for them at Bi-Lo they did not have them but the manager said hey let me try something. he opened a four pack and checked to see if one of the can would scan an ring up as a single can… and it did. he then broke apart mare 4 packs for me to get all of my free cans with my coupons. Over 3 trips i got 18 cans. I LOVE MY BI-LO! they are always so helpful and coupon friendly!

      • Teri

I found it at CVS. Never even heard of it until I got the free coupon. I am an avid iced coffee, canned coffee etc. THIS STUFF WAS SO GROSS! I took three sips and threw it out. I am so glad it was free and I didn't pay for it. In my opinion, you shouldn't go out of your way to find it.

    • Christipie

On the Mega event is it any 10 of those items or doesnt it have to be from the same catagory?

      • Olemissmoss

any item from the mega event will count. it does not matter the category.

        • shelly

does anyone still have purchase code for chef boy; r dee?

          • Beth

            Try 23385389

    • Megan

Thank you so much for listing Louisville region! In Cookeville, TN. :)

    • Jam5az

Kroger just can't compete with Harris Teeter lately!  They need some good sales!!

    • Bee

Thanks so much! I see a lot of stuff that I need to buy.:)

    • Jean

Ho-hum – gonna skip this week for sure.  Not only is the Mega event lousy, but the prices on everything are up, even after sales and coupons.  Kroger – you are losing this customer!

      • vs1999

I agree Jean, the cheap skates only offer $3 Mega instead of the usual $5. Shame on Krogers.  I wish I lived near a Harris Teeter.

        • Bee

They have had $3 Mega events before and then followed rather closely by a $5 event.

As a regular customer, Kroger treats me extremely well. Sometimes I get 2 mailings a week from them and the coupons are much better than what I get in the inserts. Not to mention the fistfuls of coupons that print after I pay for my order.

I did enjoy stacking the e-coupons but I suppose it is just a little unrealistic to expect free all the time.

          • Sandysaves26

I agree. Kroger's has treated me very well. I love the fact that quarterly they will send you coupons for TOTALLY free items along with other cents off coupons and the free items are always on the items I buy frequently. Can't beat that.

          • I can eather shop at kroger or walmart and i have to say kroger is alot better they double coupons unlike walmart and if i need help they are there

    • Katkoupon

What's a stock-up price for hot dogs? Is $0.99 the best deal before July 4th?

      • Shenna

I would say that is a great price for name brand hot dogs.. I got Oscar Mayer All Beef hotdogs (normally 4.99 each) at Publix this week for $1.50 each with publix q $1/2 and oscar mayer q for $1/2 which = $3 for 2 packs.

      • Ndidlake

Depends on what brand you like. .99 seems to be the best price I've seen for Oscar Mayer, etc. Bar-S had a coupon a few weeks ago for $1/2…you can get those at Walmart for .88 per pack, which with coupon, would make them .38 per pack!!!! (Look up the Bar-S Q in Jenny's coupon database.)

Bar-S does just fine for my kids…especially at that price!

      • Katkoupon

        Thanks, y’all!

      • Teresa

Don't know where you are located, but if you have a Food City close by, they have the Oscar Mayer hot dogs b1g1f. price is 2.48 so 1.24 each and with coupon they are .74 each

    • LaLa5232

I decided to try Kroger for the first time tonight, ( I usually just do Publix). I called earlier today to ask when the sale starts for my store since they are open 24 hours.  I was told it started at midnight. So I got my coupons together, a game plan and got myself over there 30 mins after midnight.  I rounded up all of the items I was looking for, got very excited to be doing so well, and at the only open self checkout realized the sales prices were not coming up. :( After asking several associates that just happened to be walking by(nobody near the self checkout to help customers) when their new sales ad started they didn't know.  Finally finding someone down an aisle I was told that their sales ad may not start until 7, it just depends on when they are done setting it. When I told her that I was told incorrectly this afternoon when their sales started, and told her the exact time I called. Her snyde response was that narrows it down to about 12 people, we'll address the problem…………nope, Kroger is not for me. I'll stick to my customer oriented Publix.

      • Ant0288

this would be a problem at all major stores which are open 24 hours a day. its a lot harder to switch over in 24 hr stores, because you cant put up the new advertised prices before the sale starts and then it takes time for the computer to swap over. plus no store has many people working at midnight. they don't get very much traffic at night so they can't have a lot of workers there. it just wouldnt make sense. i would advise against taking a lot of coupons anywhere when there is probably only 2-3 people working. Don't let this one bad experience stop you from trying it again (i would suggest going during the day the first couple times so more sales associates are available)

        • Bee

I tend to agree. It does take some amount of database changes to switch a sale week over.

I am sure they are accommodating the majority of the shoppers and that's basically what they are concerned with. Although it seems at times that everyone uses lots of coupons, most people do not chase the sales in an aggressive manner and redeem a limited amount of coupons. Grocery stores survive on volume since their profit margins are almost ridiculously low. Pleasing the mainstream has to be their mode of operation.

It pays to have just a little patience with the whole process.

          • Tyedyemomma

I went after midnight last week and was told some sale items have codes that have to be manually put into the system.  I took my receipt up there on Tuesday and they gave me cash back for all the sales that did not go through when I went at 12:30.  So it isn't a loss, just make a trip to CS and they will fix it all for you.

            • LaLa5232

My issue was not that the sale wasn't started but was the fact that I called ahead of time and was told incorrect information. Wasted gas is wasted gas, and instead of an assurance that the problem would be taken care of (associates being told when their sales start so they can relay correct information to customers) I got a rude reply from an associate. I complained to Kroger via email but still haven't gotten a response.

      • Gail

I almost always have a problem at Kroger…Unless the deal is awesome, I go to
        publix.

        • Bryarsmom

I hit Kroger for double papers on Sunday.
I don;t go in their stores unless items are FREE. Period.

          • Seaya367

What do u mean double papers?

            • LouisvilleShopper

Yes, what do you mean 'double papers'???  And I am about 3 hours from a Publix, so I've never been to one. From everything I read here I'm VERY sad that we don't have one!!!

      • CouponShopper

Having worked in retail for 10 years, but never at a 24 hour store, I actually understand why it would be nearly impossible to start the new ad exactly at midnight. Unless they have people going around at, say, 11pm taking down all of the old sale stickers/signs, then at midnight start putting up the new sale stickers/signs, it would be a BIG issue at the checkout! Shoppers would say 'There was a sign that said this is $xx.xx'…maybe they have been in there for a half hour, it DID say it was on sale, but now it's 12:01 and sorry, not on sale anymore… BTW, I worked at Target, and on Saturday nights we would spend at least an hour or more changing over the sales signs, and that's with about 3 people working in each department. If Kroger has less than 10 people in the store at midnight, it's gonna take a while.

        • Teri

My daughter has worked at Kroger for five yrs. Each store has only ONE person assigned to change sale prices in a 24-hr store and also in regular stores. Even with the employee discount that we get I do most of my shopping at Harris Teeter and Publix. I just tend to get better deals. Publix has the most lenient coupon policy and Kroger has the most stringent. As far as the person who posted about “getting around” not stacking e-coupons and mfct. coupons…..YOU ARE THE KIND OF PERSON WHO HURTS THE REST OF US. That is part of Kroger's new coupon policy. If you choose to shop at Kroger you should abide by their policies. If you don't like it you can shop elsewhere like I do. You're only hurting all of us in the long run. It's dishonest. Don't think they don't know that you're doing it. A lot of people are trying it lately and they are currently working on the system so that it will catch people like you and not allow it. Please just be honest.

    • Mel

Anybody know how BOGO things ring up at Kroger?  Is one truly free or do they ring up half price?

      • Aking3

        It truly is BOGO

      • Holly

Any BOGO items I've ever purchased at Kroger have rung up half price.  Same with Kroger's 10 for $10 deals…you can purchase just one and it will ring up as $1.  I was assuming that was the way it worked at all Krogers but Aking3 said “truly BOGO” so maybe it's a store preference?

        • Bee

I think it depends on the state you live in. Ours have always been 1/2 price.

        • Aking3

Wow, I didnt know that some stores do half price. At all 6 of my local stores its “truly BOGO”….lol wish mine did half price!

        • Aking3

Wow, I didnt know that some stores do half price. At all 6 of my local stores its “truly BOGO”….lol wish mine did half price!

      • Rgbarron01

Greater Louisville, KY area = rings up 1/2 price

      • Jen

        1/2 price in savannah, ga

      • Dtcox

watch this some stores will give half price on second one only i know food city does its policy . but cvs dont and so far kroger dont watch your ticket please

      • jhoran

1 rings up full price and the other zero at my kroger.

    • Mel

I redeemed my first SavingStar payout the other day for an Amazon gift card.  But does anybody know… is this supposed to be mailed to me?  I was under the impression that I was going to get an email with an e-gift card code, but I haven't gotten it yet.  I contacted them but haven't heard anything back yet… I thought it might be faster to get an answer from you'all!

    • Khjbcoupns

almost missed the ad this week for the cigarettes..didnt find it until i went back over the ad to make my shopping list… darn… but then there doesnt seem like a lot at kr0ogers that i need from them this week.. and i spent over 100.00 at publix this week.. saved 102.00.. so i guess i am set for a while.. till krogers decideds not to advertise cigs.. or until krogers gets some better deals… i am really learning to like publix…

      • Cori C.

[sarcasm] You know, I'm a recovering alcoholic. So until Kroger stops advertising beer and wine I'm not going to shop there anymore. Oh wait, Publix, too. Guess I can't shop there either. That also eliminates Wal-Mart, Target, CVS, WalGreens, Rite Aid, and Ingles. Looks like I'm SOL until I open their ads and don't see alcohol advertised. How dare they put something in their ad that might offend me.

    • Angie

Does any one know how this week's buy 10 items get $3 off promotion work? Like can I buy 20 and get $6, or 30 and get $9 off, etc. I tried to post the question on Kroger's facebook page but it seems Kroger deleted it. I guess only Kroger can post on their own wall or something.

      • Spiffy3000

Angie, Yep thats correct. You can buy multiples and the mega money off multiplies.

        • Angie

          Thank you!!

      • carolyn

yes.  it is like that : )

      • LouisvilleShopper

That's just how it works, but be careful. If you miscount and get, say, 29 items, you only get the $3 of the 20. Has to be exact multiples of 10.  :)

      • Couponmack

But if you miss count just get 1 more item to complete the 10 items needed  to the customer service desk and they can scan it and along with your reciept and they will make the adjustment..

      • Dtcox

in va you can buy no limits . but that is the price  after discount 3.00 off 10.00 im getting 40 tomorow

    • LeAnn

Does Kroger accept Target coupons? I wasn't sure where to look for the answer to this. Thanks!

      • Deforhire

        nope

      • does Target take Kroger coupons…and what about for “kroger Produtcs” coupons. Does it have to be a “target” product in place of it?

    • Olivia

Just wondering: why do some Kroger stores have a senior citizen discount day while others do not. Anyone know?

      • Couponmack

Kroger Senior Day is the first wednesday of every month.. I don't know of a Krogers tat does not have it..you have to register your Kroger plus card to get the discount.

        • How much is that senior discount? Do you have to show ID proof of age or does it come off automatically based on your Kroger card info?

          • Kdwe64

It is 5%.  You have to tell them that you are 60 or shopping for someone who is 60 (like your mom, grandmother).  Also, Krogers in the Knoxville, Tn and surrounding areas has senior discount every Wednesday.

      • Nancy

Here in VA, senior discount day is every Tuesday and it's a 5% discount.  The discount comes off automatically with your Kroger card info.

      • Dtcox

in v a its tuesday 5 percent off total  but most the time all shelves are cleaned out on that day .i try on mondays but a truck  comes again on fridays so its gone for me

    • vtthomas

I went to Kroger this morning, and the Dove/Degree deoderants are a part of the Mega sale.  At the store here in GA, it would be 1.70 each with the 30 cents off!  Good deal, but I really didn't even buy much at Kroger today.  I finally decided that I prefer Publix, and will NOT be shopping Kroger anymore unless they start having better deals.

      • Couponmack

Well you may not want to Shop at Kroger for deals but I got 5 packs of Huggies wipes for free on there Mini mega Cars sales. I like Publix but you can't bet the mega sales.

      • Dtcox

not in v a no mega but a reg sale 2.00

      • jhoran

5 dove deodorant for 2.00 at cvs. 3 (6pk) dove men's bar soap free at walgreens. 4 dove men's body wash free or 4 for .50 at walgreens and 2 dove men's bodywash and 1 dove body wash for .25 at cvs. Now tell me why I would want shop kroger since they stopped the doubling and tripling of coupons in texas.

    • At my Kroger they had boxes of Dove icecream bars for 1.99 and toaster strudel for 1.19 each.

    • kristen

I you add ECoupons and have paper coupons, will they both work?  Thank you!

      • K8

No, not anymore and ecoupons do not double.  So, if you have a paper coupon use that since it doubles and remove the ecoupon from your card.  The register will always use the ecoupon, so when you give the cashier your paper coupon it will be rejected. Hope that helps!

        • kristen

          thank you!

          • sarahcas

You can use the savingstar ecoupons with a paper coupon because the savingstar ones don't come off when you check out, they get deposited into your savingstar account and after you get so much money deposited ($5, I think) you can exchange it for gift cards.

        • Joscelyne

found a way around it see if this works for u……………

have cashier ring up all items without using kroger plus card
have cashier take off manufactured coupons
then give cashier your kroger plus card………………
now u can use manufactured and e coupons

but….manufactured coupons will be FACE VALUE only they wont double

          hope this helps :)

          • Mandabud

FYI: this may work but there are some promotions that require you to scan your card first or you don't get the reward. I had this problem about a month again with the buy so many Huggies & get $3 coupon.

          • Bee

            :(

        • They don't double my coupons all the time.  I even had one young lady tell me that they don't double anymore..lol what am I missing here…and I know that it's up to .50 cents so what do I need to do?

      • Dtcox

sorry no longer in v a as of april 1 i miss this  bad but still good deals

    • Christy_Matlock

Is the digital coupons for one item or mutliple? For example, if I but 2 of one item and the digital coupon is for $.55 will the .55 only go to the first item or will it take off .55 off the 2nd one too.

      • AshleyD

No, just one digital coupon per item.

    • Deforhire

does the $1.00 off hotpocket snackers work for the hot pockets

      • Nancy

Hot Pocket Snackers are not part of the mega.  :(

      • Kellyhouse

that coupon should not be used for a regular hot pocket.  however, Tammy posted that these were part of the mega event at her store.  so, maybe take your coupon with you just in case they are at your store.

    • Chandal_ruth

Here in Texas they have quit doubling coupons at Kroger, since I have not shopped there, but heard that they will take ecoupons and paper coupons, but I wanted to check before I made a trip. Let me if anyone else has heard this.

      • Lorraineguyton

hi what part of texas do you live

        • Chandal_ruth

I live in lake jackson tx it's an hr south of houston

        • jhoran

Hi, I'm in League City, Tx.

      • Jenn

My Kroger in Houston doesn't let you use ecoupons and paper coupons anymore. No more stacking.

      • Htc35

e coupons, internet coupons, are limited to ONE per and have seen no doubleing or tripple at Krogers here 75460 area.  They are very strick, I have found I can actually to better with some my internet coupons at Walmart, CVS, and Walgreen. Miss the double, tripple coupons.

      • Dtcox

in v a still can double but no more stacking as of april 1

      • Stacy775

I'm in Fort Worth, TX and mine still doubles coupons.

    • SJ

Where do I find the “Get More From Your Pharmacy” booklet?  Are they located in every Kroger pharmacy?

      • Erin

Nope. I've only found the in one.

      • I found mine outside of the Kroger Gas station.

    • need2save

Could anyone please tell me where to get the get more from your pharmacy booklet and the 125 days of summer booklet??

    • Lisa

    • Seanmart

I was trying to get the Banquet coupons but it prompted me for a code. Is anyone else having this problem?

      • Guest

        you can use code 29749454

        • Cindy

          Thanks :)

        • Aliedy

that code didn't work for me

          • Teresa

did you copy and paste? I tried that and it didn't work, so tried typing the code in and it accepted it. hth

      • Nancy

        Try this code:  63829897

    • Mailslinger3434

just fyi the countrytime lemonade that jenny lists as free with the e-coupon and the mega event(.30) discount will not come out as free.  Kroger only allows one or the other.  It still counts as one of the 10 mega event items.  So it costs .29 instead of free.  Still a good deal but not free, fwiw.

      • Kellyhouse

In my area (central VA) and Jenny's (SC) it does come out free.  The after-discount-from-mega-event price for lemonade in my ad is 99 cents.  Apply the $1 eCoupon, and it's free.  We love our frozen lemonades, so we'll be stocking up this time around because 99 cents is an awesome price for the canisters of Country Time.

    • Kpdeavers

Just got back from Kroger- (North Georgia).Degree Deodorant is included in the mega event items. It is on sale for $2.00 and with mega event savings, only $1.70. It also took off .50 e-coupon on one and I had a $1.00 off register coupon for the other- that was nice. Tostino party pizza's are also on mega event– I believe the final sale price on those was .89. If you buy coke 12 packs- there may be a tear pad with $1.50 off  1 box nabisco crackers with each 12 pack- triscuits and wheat thins are $1.99 this week (with coupon, .49 cents/box).

    • Myauntbear

I have noticed a lot of the coupons you list are from the following booklets:
      Breakfast Savings on product booklet
125 Years of Summer Fun booklet
      Proctor & Gamble $110 booklet
Get More From Your Pharmacy booklet
      Kraft Food & Family booklet
Kellogg’s $5 in Breakfast Savings on product booklet
      ConAgra Rediscover Family home mailer
Can you tell me how to get these for the future coupon deals?

      • sarahcas

I think the P&G booklet was either a facebook offer from a few months back or one of the things you had to send in receipts from P&G purchases for. Several of them look like they've been on products at various times (possibly quite a while back; those coupons usually last a while). Sometimes booklets are only at certain grocery stores (Publix seems to have a lot) so if you don't have one in your area, you might miss out.

      • Efranks41

Get More From Your Pharmacy was a Kroger booklet offered back in February. Might check with their pharmacy or customer service for that. The 125 Years of Summer Fun came out in early May and has lots of Coke Q's and other things. Was talked about on this website as being found at Publix, but said should be able to find in other stores. (I Googled to find this.) I would probably Google each one and maybe you can find info that way.

      • Jasmine

I have seen someone else on here put out the suggestion to Jenny to add the source to the title in the coupon database [ex. Kroger – Get More From Your Pharmacy booklet].  I think it is a great idea and I wish Jenny would implement it.  It would save the newbies from having to ask all the time.

      • Jasmine

I have seen someone else on here put out the suggestion to Jenny to add the source to the title in the coupon database [ex. Kroger – Get More From Your Pharmacy booklet].  I think it is a great idea and I wish Jenny would implement it.  It would save the newbies from having to ask all the time.

    • alicia

can someone please explain to me how i'm suppose to obtain the coupons for the chef boyardee or banquet?  this is far from the first time the purchase code question has kept me from obtaining coupons needed for good coupons and i really needed those two coupons.

      • Erin

Buy the product, of course. Then you'll have a code.

        • Dtcox

mine didnt have any , thanks

      • jhoran

Go to Jenny's list and click on “printable” for the chef boyardee. It will take you to the website.  Enter 63829897 in the white box where it says enter 8-digit code…then click on “enter purchase code”. All the coupons will come up but you're only allowed to choose one, but you can print it twice using the refresh button on your computer. If you want to print a different one, just repeat the process using the same code

        • CatBlue

You can enter the code multiple times and print.

          • jhoran

Thanks. Found that out after reading through all the postings.

    • Salovescb

Lately, I've just been really disappointed with Kroger's ads. I've noticed Publix seems to actually have better deals all around. Also, Kroger's coupon policy just get too nit-pickey; it's almost too much to deal with. Love Publix, great coupon policy and they don't hassle you like Kroger does.

    • Rfarmer

I tried to click on the banquet coupon and couldn't access it. How do you get past the feeding America page to get to coupons?

      • Mlqshadow

        try code 63829897 or 29749454

        • Dtcox

thank you thank you it let me have 4

          • CatBlue

You can enter the code multiple times and print.

    • DGgirl09

Hubby will be happy to see the freezer stocked up on pizza rolls!

    • Tammy

hotpocket snackers are part of the deal here in Rome GA

    • Terry

Im very new to this, I went to Kroger today and had my list printed out from this page and there a few things that were not priced on this site acurately is that normal?  I the mega event oscar meyer hotdogs were 1.79 not 2 for 3… and there were like 3 others where I had the smae problem is prices different in other areas. I am from Northern Indiana.

      • prices listed are after savings so its like .30 off the price so that would be1.50 after the instant 3off 10 items

      • Bethany

You live in a different region, so your prices may differ.  I live in the Louisville region, so my prices and sales differ as well.

    • Kathy

can anyone explain about the recycle bank coupons?  I signed up, but it seems like you need points to “buy” their coupons?  I havent ever gotten a single coupon from them.
      thanks.

      • Lea

Thats exactly it. You participate in their activities and earn points which you are able to cash in for high value coups.

    • Tagtenn

Does anyone have purchase codes for the Banquet frozen entrees?

      • Megansoeder

Print all you can! I got 12 cans of chef Boyardee and 4 banquet t.v dinners for $6.10 taxs and all! I'm printing more and going back.. It's a deal you can't beat !

        • Debbie

How do you get past that first page for the chef boyardee?

      • Tkford900

        It's 63829897.

    • Crystal_gonzalez80

If “buy 4, get 1 free” cokes are in the mega deal, does that mean each of the 12 packs count, or does the whole group of 5 only count as one of the 10 items?

    • Kpdeavers

Coke 12 packs are just on sale- “buy 4 get one free”, but are not part of mega event items.

    • Sarahdworley

is anyone else having a hard time finding the green giant coupon on the green giant site?

      • I can't find the coupon on the web page!  I need help please!!!

    • newbie

Can you combine Savingstar e-coupon with MFR coupon on same item?

      • Michelle

Absolutely!  I just make sure that I don't scan my card until my coupons have all been scanned.  I have had not trouble with it!

        • Lisa

Michelle, so if I wait until the end of my transaction to use my Kroger card it will let me use both a paper coupon and an electronic coupon for the same item?

          • Mel

You cannot use a Kroger e-coupon and a paper coupon on the same item.  But SavingStar coupons are different.  They don't come off your total–they get put into an account, so for those, yes–you can use a SavingStar coupon and a paper coupon on the same item.  It doesn't matter when you scan your card–before or after–works the same.  Although I've heard people say that coupons won't double if you scan your card at the end.  Not sure if this is true or not.

      • Abpuckett

Not at my Kroger.  Even if I put my card in at the end (which I have to because I type in my number), the ecoupon will not come off with the mfr.  If the ecoupon has already come off, it will add the amount deducted back.

    • Miza7x1

So the deal is you buy 10 items right …and get the instant saving of $3 already applied but do they have to be different items or can you buy several of the same item until it equals ten? I'm new to kroger and don't really know how their deals work…thanks ?

      • Jenn

You can mix and match. For any 10 items on the list you will get $3 off.
If you scroll to the bottom of the home page and click on Jenny's introduction you can get to a  video called “Tips for shopping at Kroger.” You can also go straight to YouTube and search under Southernsavers for that video as well as many others Jenny has posted. HTH!

      • Tara_white1978

As long as it is ten items it can be the same item or you can mix and match!

    • kristen

has anyone noticed if the hormel compleats includes the kids? thanks

    • mama43

Oh my goodness!!! A friend of mine told me about this website.  Following your advice about CVS alone has already saved our family quite a bit of money in just a few weeks.  It is such a blessing to me to be able to look on here and find what I need to know! I can count on one hand how many coupons I used before, and now, I look forward to getting them!   Thank you so much!

    • Kat

Does anyone know how to access the Green Giant frozen corn coupon?  It's not anywhere on the page…thanks!

      • Sarahdworley

        same problem here :(

    • J Medley25

Hi I'm new to couponing and I was wondering where do u get the, get more from your pharmacy booklet? Do you get it at the Kroger pharmacy?

      • Efranks41

Yes, at the Kroger pharmacy or customer service, if they still have them.

    • Wondering

I have four of the “Save .50 off 3 Chef Boyardee” coupons. Can I use three of them in one transaction? For example, can I buy 9 cans and use three of my coupons? I thought you could, but I just noticed on the coupon it says limit one coupon per purchase. Plz help! Thanks!!

      • Bltuthill

I just got home from Kroger and used one .50 of 3 and one buy three get one free with no problem.

      • scotty'smom

        Yes, you can.

    • Abaileyjbailey

my kroger in middlesboro ky has speed stick on sale for .86 through tomorrow. use the .75 off one cpn

    • I so wish we lived near better Krogers. We have one sort of nice one near us, the other nearby is totally ghetto. Every time we have tried meat from either we get it home and it either smells awful or has bone bits in the meat (burger). The produce is just as bad, it's just a waste of money! They do unfortunately seem to run the cheapest sales so we still shop at both Kroger and Publix. Ugh!

    • Multiplekings

Hi!  I can't seem to figure out where you go to get the coupons for the Banquet dinners once you get on their website.

      • scotty'smom

I googled Banquet coupons and got the home page that gave me the 8 number code to put in on the other page. It let me print 2 times for Banquet Dinners and Chef Boyardee pasta.
        Good Luck,

    • mommyof1

i am having problems with the facebook birds eye voila meal coupon. I “won” a $2 off coupon but when I click on download coupon, nothing happens.. I read comments on their “wall”, it seems others are having this problem and the only response they get is “turn off your pop up blocker”.  Anyone actually able to print this coupon?

      • scotty'smom

        I got 2 coupons for $2 off.

    • Jenniferbauckman

For the “produce regions,” what would Colorado be under?

    • Jenniferbauckman

Also, I get confused because our shopping sales are Wed – Tues. The ones listed on here are always Sun – Sat.

      • Pamelaptsa

Hi there. I'm in Colorado as well. Have noticed that prices might be different here by a little on the sales, but the sales that start for Wed here are the same sales that start Sun for this region.

    • Dtcox

thank you jenny what a day got alot today at krogers 174.51 for 53.81 got megas and eggs and a big pork roast  bless you girl

    • Maggie

Ronzoni Garden Delight Pasta is on sale for $1 in the Northern Kentucky area.  With coupon from a past Sunday paper, it doubles to $1, making the pasta free.

    • cm

I'm new to this and I was wondering when it gives you coupons that your able to print under the sale item, why is it when you click on the e coupon or printable the product cannot be found?

      • Michelle

Sometimes the prints have already been exhausted.

    • Lisa

I asked this question to Michelle, but wanted to repost so it will be up at the top.  If I wait until the end of my grocery transaction to scan my Kroger card, both an electronic and paper coupon can be used for the same product?

      • Shelly

Hi…if you wait to scan your Kroger card after all your purchases, it won't double/triple your paper coupons.  So, you can't use the paper coupons and then scan your card for the ecoupons.  You have to scan your card first.  It's either one or the other, not both.

        • Lisa

Thanks Shelly.  I appreciate your help.

    • Rfarmer5125

I have a coupon buy 3 chef boyardee get 1 free, does that count as 3 or 4 items for mega event sale?

      • Dee

        four

      • Caw

        It counts as 4.

    • Val

Ecoupons and manufacturer coupons can not be combined. It's combining 2 manufacturer coupons on one item. Let's move on from “is there a way to get around this” and accept the Kroger policy as it is.

    • Heidi

There is a coupon for the Betty Crocker Brownie Mix for .75 cents off when you buy 2 from the Smart Source on 6/26. I didn't get it in the Macon Telegraph, but was able to snag it from the Atlanta Journal Constitution.

      • Abpuckett

Some of the packages have peelies for $1.00 of two as well.

    • Lisa

I wasn't trying to get around their policy, I was just trying to clarify an answer from a previous poster.  Considering I just found this website about a week ago, I find your reply rude.

    • Couponhunter95

Does anyone know if there is an offical policy on the number of like item coupons you can use at Kroger.
It seems everytime I go I am told something different, first week it was 3 this week is was 2

      • Abpuckett

I think it depends on the store.  Mine does not seem to limit the amount of like coupons, but they only allow 2 'internet like coupon'.

        • Mel

Same here, although tonight I used 6 “like internet” ones and the cashier took them no problem.  I don't understand why they put a limit.  If they scan, take them.  I have two computers and my parents sometimes send me coupons that they print, so I can get up to 6.  If they're legit, take them.  It's not like Kroger is losing money on them.

    • Abpuckett

My Kroger (GA) has the MM frozen lemonade on sale for $1.00.  If you use the MM coupon in Sunday's paper, it doubles to $1.00  so it was free! Also, there is an ecoupon for $1.00 off of Country Time Lemonade.  It is also on sale for around $1.00.

    • Mel

There were Mt. Olive pickle coupons in this past week's SS (I think) for $.50.  My Kroger had some of their pickles on sale for 3/$5, so $.67 after the coupon doubles.  I also combined a $1 Heinz vinegar coupon with a $1 SavingStar Heinz vinegar coupon to get a bottle of vinegar for $.29.

    • Mkerryann35

I don't know if anyone knows but Kroger has the Trop50 on sale for $2 for $4. So (1) is $2 and there is a $.50 coupon in Redplum 6/19. My Kroger matches so I only paid $1 for one. Nice……

    • Ddavis2680

I have been having trouble finding how to receive Krogers home mailers.  Can anyone tell me where to look.  Thanks.

      • Neacelisa

I keep trying to get this too, have emailed kroger months ago and still have not got it

      • Aimee

I called the 800# on my Kroger card to verify they had my address, but they didn't! Confirmed address, & about 8 weeks later I began getting mailings!

        • Ddavis2680

Thank you, I will give this a try.

    • Mel

My store also had Wisk BOGO (regular price $6.49).  I used two $2 Wisk coupons from this past weekend's paper and there's a SavingStar coupon good through today (6/30) for $1.  So $1.49 for two bottles.

    • Kdfowler84

My family and I are going on vacation the week after the 4th and I already know that there is a Kroger in the area that we are going to be. I do not live near a Kroger, so i was wondering if there are any coupons that you can pick up at the store?? Thanks!

      • Jenngriffin28

no they do not do store coupons. Kroger is a pain when it comes to coupons.

      • Prsol

No coupons at the store. The only coupons that you get from Kroger come in the mail, so I doubt you can have access to those if you don't even have a Kroger nearby.  They also have electronic coupons, which you can associate with their store card.

Also, keep in mind that you will need a store card (Kroger Plus Card) in order to have access to their discount deals. Membership is FREE and you may apply at their Costumer Service desk.

Then, if you have access to the internet, you may register your card for the eCoupons that I mentioned before.

        ENJOY YOUR VACATION!!!

    • tgreen

Kroger in middle TN has changed their coupon policy AGAIN! Along with not combining electronic coupons with paper coupons, you can now only use one MF coupon per item. [regardless if it is a different coupon], and you can only use three printed coupons [from your computer] per ONE transaction. Can someone please cancel that couponing show??

      • Tagtenn

I used 4 chef Boyardee and 5 banquet coupons at my kroger in Franklin tn without any problems.

      • Debbie

I know. I was reading an article online yesterday that was talking about how stores are starting to get stricter coupon policies. It's so not fair.

      • What do you mean by “one MF coupon per item”? I have never been able to use but one. Or do you mean if I buy 2 of something I can only use a coupon on one of them?

    • Blackshear, GA Mom

Freebies at Kroger today…Country Time Lemonade, 3 Musketeers, Ronzoni Pasta, Mahatma Rice, Nestle Quik…and lots more for less than 50 cents…hot sauce, mustard, Banquet Entrees. I'm not a professional couponer…but love saving money that my family can use for fun activities! :)

    • BethC

Has anyone gotten any of the hot pockets, and can you use the $1 hot pocket snackers coupons, or are the snackers the same price?

      • Mmm

Snackers are a completely differnt product – they are much more expensive

        • Shavon

I had a coupon print out that gave me a free pretzel style bread hot pocket and used it to count as one of 10. The snackers are not included in my store and were around $3.50 a bag.

    • Hasims

Dear Kroger:  The next time I get to the end of my checkout and find that you have, once again, changed your coupon policy on me with no notice, I am going to make you unbag every single item that I have a coupon for and un-ring it so that I can take my business elsewhere.  A limit of 3 printable coupons per transaction?  Ridiculous. Especially when I was only trying to use 6 and they were all different.

    • gina

The cashier who checked me out today made sure to inform me that another woman had come in the store yesterday with 40 fake internet Qs and made off with a lot of merchandise.  She scrutinized each and every one of my Qs and acted surprised that all of mine scanned correctly.  Ive never had an issue before today and Ive been shopping at my store for over 20 years.  I even worked there back in the day and everybody knows me.  Its sad that a few cheaters have to ruin it for everybody else.

      • Hasims

I can see them leaving it up to the cashier's discretion if they see someone getting ready to use 10 or so printables for the same item (although I can easily print 10 from our home computers–my 3 teenagers each have one and my husband and I have 3 between us) but when I had 6 different ones and that was all I was trying to use, it just infuriated me!  I would have put up more of a fuss if my really tired 2 year old hadn't been acting like a lunatic at the time.  LOL!!!

      • Angela

I am not understanding how they say they know that are fake… It is because they have the same bar code number?  I was looking at my coupons, and all off them have the same number even if they are clipped or printed… I don't mean every single one but every single one for the same item…I have been trying to figure it out.. now if it don't scan I can see it might be a problem… I dont copy coupons so no one get upset at me.. I was just trying to figure it all out..
        I hope I make sense..
        Angela

    • Abreku07

Where do you find the $.50 off 3 chef boyardee coupon?

    • Michelle

I'm not sure if it's expired or what – but the catalina for the oscar meyer lunchmeat did not print for me..

    • KW801

Kroger didn't double my .50 manufacturer coupon last night.  Was it because I didn't input my customer number until the end?

      • KW801

Called Kroger….they checked the coupons, and will credit me when I bring the receipt! :)

    • Angelpiekab

I can't find the Chef Boyardee or Green Giant coupons from the links provided… help! Wasn't there a discussion a while back where Jenny asked if we wanted links directly to coupons or just to the page? I don't have time for a scavenger hunt… sorry i am a little grumpy ugh!

    • Candyanea

My husband just returned home from our local Krogers where I had sent him to get some of the banquet dinners.  They provided him a copy of the “new” coupon policy where they will only accept THREE like coupons per order!!!!  Is this nation wide now?  I can scan it and send it to you if you need.   UGG so much for using 10 coupons on the mega event items :(
