So Jenny, of course you know we are all going to ask you – can we use these in addition to paper q’s like we have been able to do with the other loaded q’s?

Thank you so much for everything!

      • Jenny

You should. But I haven’t tried. There is no statement on their site against it either. :)

        • Courtney

i tried to do this last night and they wouldn’t let me. tried to use the healthy choice $5/5 ecoupon with the paper mfc. $5/5 healthy choice. the manager even came over and said no. i was very disappointed.

          • Andrea

That’s too bad. I used both the Healthy Choice E-coupon and the IP on mine and it worked just fine. I know others who have done it, too. Maybe the each store is making it’s own rules on this.

            • Courtney

that irritates me! i argued with the mgr but of course, it was useless. he said they were the exact same q, so therefore he couldn’t authorize the use of two. i said that the paper q’s and e-coupons are often the exact same q and there has never been a problem before! arg!

            • Nery

My paper $5/5 didn`t go thru so the cashier had to manualy enter the amount.Maybe I got lucky this time.

          • Tina

Where can I find the $5/5 Q? Thanks!

            • Tina

              Paper Q that is!

            • Courtney

it’s on the healthy choice website. bottom right hand corner.

          • Debra

            Hi, Courtney
I’m sorry to hear that you had trouble, which Kroger store do you shop at? I shop at the one on ST.Andrews Rd in Irmo, SC and I don’t usually have any trouble.

          • I went yesterday and purchased the healthy choice using both w/no problems.

    • Robin

Well I guess we’ll just have to test the system ;) Thank you!

    • Gayle

I received the following email from P&GeSaver on Dec 15:

“Beginning December 31, 2009, P&GeSAVER™ coupons can no longer be downloaded to your Kroger® Shopper’s Card.

Please redeem all P&GeSAVER coupons you now have on your Kroger* Shopper’s Card by December 31, 2009.

We value your loyalty to P&GeSAVER and are very sorry for any inconvenience this causes.

Don’t forget: You still can take advantage of valuable P&G samples and savings delivered right to your home through P&GbrandSAMPLER®.

      Thank you,

      The P&GeSAVER Team

      * Kroger includes the following banners: Baker’s, City Market®, Dillons®, Food4Less®, Fry’s®, Gerbes®, Hilander, Jay-C, King Soopers, Owen’s, Pay-less, QFC, Ralphs® and Smith’s®.”

Since you are still listing P&GeSaver coupons on your website as being loadable for Kroger, I’m wondering if this new policy is not in effect everywhere. Can you tell me?

      • Jenny

It affects everyone. Sorry I meant to take it out of this weeks Kroger ad.

    • Joanne Horan

I went today. It worked fine for me.

    • Joanne Horan

I was referring to the healthy choice.

    • Leisl

I was able to use the Healthy Choice ecoupon with the paper coupon and get the items for free, but it was included with my regular shopping order, so there was really nothing to question. The cashier did not look at my receipt to see if I received the ecoupon.

My question is…..I logged into Kroger’s site and it shows that I redeemed the coupon, but it is also still listed in my “active coupons” section. Can I use it again?

      Thanks,
      Leisl

    • Heather

Hi, I’m looking on the site for the Quilted Northern Coupon, but it’s not showing it anywhere? It’s not in my active coupons or redeemed coupons or expired coupons. In fact, on the main page where you can choose which coupons to add to your card, it’s showing only 7 coupons total that I can select. Why don’t I have as many coupon options as there was listed in the above post? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

      Thank you!
      Heather
