has anyone every tried the kroger diapers? any good?

        • Leigh Mart

Yes – I used to use them exclusively.  My boys are 6 and 8 now and I can’t remember the name on the box but back then they were in a burgundy/white box.  I never had any issues.

        • Bianca

I used them for my baby boy as an infant and when ever he had a liquid poop (which was daily), it would leak out the back. Now that he is a toddler and on solids, the diapers work just fine.

        • Christieanthum

I used the ones I think they were Cofort something in a green bag, they were good. I never had any problems with them. :o)

    • There is also a Mahatma Rice coupon for .50/1 in the 9/18 inserts – I think it was SS, but I’m not certain.

ETA: This is in the Nashville Tennessean that I found it.

my best friend’s mom makes $77 an hour on the computer. she has been out of job for 9 months but last month her check was $7487 just working on the computer for a few hours. read about it here and follow the steps , http://shr.tn/th5N

    • Anonymous

Is there a zip code for the rice?

      • Anonymous

There was a printable for the rice, maybe two weeks ago, but I don’t remember the zip code. Try searching in the coupon database. The same coupon was in the 9/11 insert of the AJC (Atlanta). HTH!

    • Laura

don’t forget to check out what’s left of summer clearance stuff: a lot is junk but at my store in Atlanta they had a few of those huge thermal bags marked down to $1 (regular $4). I wish I had bought more than one now that I think about it.

    • Ant0288

can anyone get the 2 dollar playtex coupon to work?

      • Mkcuz2000

I did it before and they email it to you which took about 2 days if I remember correctly!  I had given up and then I got an email, so you may just have to wait a while.

      • Saraho1090

I got the e-mail………….but it wont print.  And the coupon is only for $1.

    • Daisy6441

My Kroger had Johnson’s Head to Toe on clearance for 2.74 or 2.79 and had a $1 coupon attached to it!  Really needed it since my oldest decided to pour a half full bottle on the bathroom floor.

    • Anonymous

      Excellent..,

    • Rkhelwig

The Finish Gel dishwashing detergent was on sale at my Kroger for $2.99. If you go for this use the coupon we just got in the 9/17 insert. Also at my Dollar General Market they had the 12ct. finish tabs for $2.50-I used the $1 off coupon and combined it with the store coupon for $1 getting them for $0.50! btw I’m in east TN

    • Guest

My skinny cow singles were $1.30 for 2 and there was a 75cent off 2 peelie right next to them! awesome! only $0.15 each!!!!

      • RockyTop10SE

That would be 45 cents each.

      • RockyTop10SE

        Sorry, 1.30 – .75 = .55

        Divided by 2 = 27.5 cents each.

      • Amy L

Where did  you find the singles?  After the mega sale last week they had none anywhere that I could find of either singles or boxed!

    • Gmcouponer

Kroger in E. Tn have their bins out finally! We are just now getting to get the deals of marked downs on the Nyquil products. There is alot if  winter flu’s that go on here so that will come in handy. The boxes are marked 2.49 each and the coupons are for 3.00 off 2. that is 2 for 1.00 each I think. There is also a close out on the Barilla pasta. But only a few of them are on closeout. There where alot more closeout items. But I can’t remember them all. There was so much stuff in the bins it was over whelming to see it all. Vitamins, cold meds., razors, razor refills, freezer bags, it was just so much to take in. And of course I didn’t take my pen and paper to jot all this down to help everyone out. But if you go take your coupons, there was also hair products….

      • momto2

I am also in E. TN. Which Kroger do you shop at? Which newspaper do you find to have the best coupon selection?

        • Gmcouponer

I shop all my local stores like the Broadway store. I get all my coupons from the Knoxville news papers. If I need more than what I get in the paper. I order through a coupon clipping service. Now if you do a lot of donations like me. I always place an order with my store first. They are super at trying to get orders filled for you. I love my local stores. Everyone there are great to talk to and are such a great help. This way you are not clearing shelves and the customers that come behind you get a chance for the deals also.

    • RockyTop10SE

Where are you finding the 1lb bags of Mahatma rice? None af the Krogers around here have anything smaller than 2lb bags.

      • Pjkirby11

Mine has in it the Buford, Gainesville, and Flowery Branch stores, however they have been out for like 2 weeks

      • ran

My Kroger in Woodstock, GA has been wiped out of the 1lb bags for 2 wks now : (

      • Heather Stamper

what zip are you using for the rice coupon?

    • Fayewilkerson

I went to Kroger yesterday and at one location in Jackson, MS they are limiting like coupons to 8.  I only had three thing with ten.  But when I handed my coupons to cashier she started looking at them like she was disgusted and said to me WHAT A MESS.  Of course is was not a mess they were all stacked neatly together.  She just started counting all of them and still complaining, Never telling me WHY.  Finally after she scanned the coupons she handed me 5 back and I finally asked “You can only use 8 like coupons?”  I guess it is a new policy but they should POST it,  also it she had told me I could have easily removed the 2 from the 10.  I was planning two shopping trips but I just drove up the street it another Kroger.  There I gave the cashier my coupons in groups of 8.  He never counted of said anything.  I have to drive 65 miles to shop at Kroger and buy alot when I go.

      • Kelliewellie81

Was that one in Brandon? I had a similar experience with a cashier at the Brandon Kroger.

        • Fayewilkerson

No the one on Lakeland in the shopping center, not the old Brookshires.  I have checked out with this older lady before and she was very nice.  Tuesday wasn’t her day.  I didn’t know they had a limit of 8 like coupons, the location at the old Brookshire’s didn’t say anything about it when I checked out.  I usually go to both stores if I want several of the same items.

      • Efranks41

That cashier needs to be reported to management. Accepting coupons is part of Kroger’s policy and no one should be made to feel bad for using them. If she doesn’t like the job, she should go find another one!

      • Adri1275

Sorry you had such a hassle.  I’ve never heard about the 8 coupon policy.  I’m having problems also with the Krogers in Jonesboro, GA and Lovejoy, GA.  I checked with the corporate office online regarding their coupon policy and I was told that they will take 1 manufacture coupon and 1 store coupon for the same product.  Sometimes they accept them and sometimes they don’t.  Has anyone else had this problem?

    • Mindywgarner

My Kroger in Marietta GA is clearancing out their SUNSCREEN!!  We use it almost year round, and both Coppertone Babies and Coppertone Kids sprays were $3!!  Regularing almost $9!  They are in the clearance bins in the store  :)

    • Marcie

Leotard in Louisville also have Schick Quattro razors for men and women on sale for $5 – the starters, not disposables. If you were able to get the $5/1 coupons last week you could score free razors…that is if they ever restock around here! Does Kroger raincheck unadvertised deals?

      • Marcie

        Leotard? Stupid autocorrect! Kroger…sheesh!

    • Laura

A few unadvertised deals I saw:
Deli Cuts 12 oz sandwich meats 2.50
Pillsbury egg scrambles or Grands biscuit scrambles (freezer section) 2.00Pepperidge farm cookies 2.29Nivea Lip (kiss of…)  1.99
vitamins – Nature Made, Natures Bounty, Sundown or Kroger brand all bogoRoasted Red Peppers (jar, top shelf above pickles) .62
      Idahoan scalloped potatoes 1.00

    • Wendi S

I found green apple chapsticks, regular price 1.00 with .50/1 peelies on them! They doubled for free chapstick. I picked up 5 to put in the ziplock bags of hba we are making for the homeless. This was at the new truse krogers in memphis, where they also had a lot of flower bouquets marked down, and more baked goods marked down than I have ever seen. One of those carts thats taller than me, plus a buggy full!

    • Sarapsmith123

Is any one missing the Nivea coupons from the 7/31 RP insert?

    • gaby

why does it say the mahatma rice 9cents if reg price is 1.09 and the coupon is for 50cents off. shouldnt it be 59cents????

      • Efranks41

Some Kroger stores double coupons .50 or .60 and below…our local Kroger does. So, that would make it .09

        • gaby

oh ok. i see. so when the store doubles coupons. is there usually a tag saying it does? or does it just scan that way at the register?

          • Chkluvnlife

It scans that way at the register…If you call the Kroger before you go, that would probablly make things easier…that way you won’t have any surprises if they don’t.

      • Codyannreves

they double cupons you would get $1.00 off

      • Lilymom1113

At my store in Huntsville, Al the mahatma rice is $1.69 reg. price.  :(

      • Cathybodily

        it doubles to $1

    • Coupundeals2010

A few weeks back I sent an email to Kroger about receiving their store
coupons and this is the reply I received. Thanks Kroger for opening my
      eyes….

      Dear Ms. Harley:

Thank you for contacting Kroger regarding our periodic mailings and
coupons. We are thrilled that you are interested in receiving them.
These mailings are sent to our customers based on shopping habits. The
coupons are specific to your particular household’s shopping, so the
more you shop with us, the more likely you are to receive the mailings.
Based on the information I see in your accountit does not appear that
you are shopping with us regularly enough for us to collect shopping
trends for your household. Be sure that you are always giving your
Loyalty Card to the cashier each time you shop Kroger so that your
      purchases are being included.

I hope this information is helpful. Please let me know if I can be of any

      further assistance.

      Sincerely,

      Charity Rader

Just another reason I take my business to Publix. Kroger state you have to spend $200 per month and have multiple visits per week in order for you to receive their coupons. I save way more at Publix than I do at Kroger and there are no “coupon handcuffs” to keep you loyal. They are just happy to see you.
