I tried to download the reach toothbrush coupon and it says no special offers :(

    • Lori

Mine is for 2.00 off magnum Bars. I didn't get the free one. Oh well.

    • Pevadiva

The mom's best is a $1.49 at my Kroger (hartselle, al). Also, no the freschetta pizza got me $3.00 off a flower order not off my next visit. One good thing, though, my Kraft barbecue sauce had a peelie for $2.00 off country time when you bought 2 sauces. The country time was on sale for $2.00 so I got it free!

      • Christopher Kinard

We did the same here in Covington,GA. We are searching the net for a BBQ sauce coupon to clean up on this.

        Any luck?

      • Ellerbeewendi

YESSS!!!!! I was wondering if this deal was going to happen when I saw the peelies!!!!

    • cg

At my store there were a TON of items included in the mega event that were left out of the ad. I realized it right away and decided to scan the whole store for deals.

At my store since the Nivea mens body wash was part of the 10 item mega event, I got the extra 50 cents off each one, making my 3 body washes with $3/1 coupons a money maker of 50 cents each to apply to my other items!
I spent $36 and saved 60 dollars! Not bad for Kroger since I do most of my shopping and stocking up at Publix with their B1G1 and stacking. And that receipt includes a bottle of Tide and a Bounce dryer sheets, which are the only items I am very brand loyal to! I've also picked up several free Reach items, Safeguard soap and Ivory soap thanks to this blog.

Who cares if the old lady behind me complained about waiting because of my coupons! She got 1/4 the items I did for the same price! So there! :-)

    • Dtcox1

mind said 1.00 next flower order may be able to use on a tray of potted plants oh

    • Carrie

Philadelphia Cooking Creams are part of the Mega Event!! I have a Kroger right across the street from a Publix, so I've been collecting coupons from the coupon display at Publix for $1.50 off and then using them at Kroger. Awesome deal!!

      • Ellerbeewendi

        YES!!!!!!

    • Shannon

Kroger in north GA has tons of closeouts on Old Spice, Sure and Gillete deodorant. $1.37 for the kind my hubby prefers is fabulous!

      • Khjbcoupns

        where is north georgia

        • Amber

          It's above middle Georgia ;)

      • Debee2000

I saw some of this in the North Augusta, SC store today.

      • sharon60

        Which city? Thanks

    • Lynn

At my Kroger in LaVergne, TN. if you buy 3 Freschetta pizzas you get $5 kroger cash back at register for next visit. At Mega deal price that makes them $1.82 each with $1Q and even better with $2Q. And the Hefty storage containers are part of the mega even, too. They are $1.30 at mega event price with $1/2Q makes them $.80 each.

      Thanks for everything!

    • Thanks, Jenny!

    • Christine the new couponer

Nivea Men's Body Wash …. Due to Target & Wal-Mart being sold out of the item. I tried my luck at Kroger. I still had several of the $3 off coupon's and was able to use them. Nivea Body wash is $2.99 at Kroger this week during the mega event & is part of the buy 10 event. Body Wash was absolutely Free, plus I got an extra $5 off my purchase.

    • Gapfreak21

          • Melissa

            Try 90210…

            • Gapfreak21

              No luck there either. Thanks!

    • Katie

Does someone know if you can use 2 printable coupons for different Johnson and Johnson products?

      Ex. 2 for lotion
      2 for shampoo
      2 for soap

Or since they only allow 2 coupons for like products, will they only take 2 coupons for all of your J&J products? Has this worked for anyone? THanks!

      • gapixie

Is this because of the coupon that they will only allow two like coupons or is that for all printed coupons. Like the pasta???

        • Mmaxwell9

I was able to use two printed coupons (total) for the pasta because one was for the Healthy Harvest and the other was for the Smart Taste pasta.

    • Mnjsanders

CATALINA QUESTION? can I use the $2 off catalina coupon and 2 $1 manufacturer coupons to buy 2 GE reveal light bulbs as a second purchase? and as a third purchase?

    • momof2under2

      • sarahcas

        I'm wondering the same thing.

      • I'm pretty sure it starts 5/16 which will be the first day after this two week mega event ends :(

        • Wendy

I hope it really does start 5/16; here in the Delta region the last day of our sale should be 5/17… :)

        • leann

I got my reach catalina coupon on Saturday….$2 dollars off 2 reach toothbrushes!!!

    • Amelia Mallner

    • Cmorris77

Free Kroger Magnum Ice Cream coupon is gone. I saw it earlier, but it's not there now. :-(

1 bottle of coffee-mate (coupon for a free bottle was for being a Brew Crew member)

I'll be making another trip later this week for reach toothbrushes and nivea body wash

      • Kiersten

how did you get the coupons for the toothbrushes i clicked on the printable thing and it said the offer was no longer available did you print it in advance along with the nivea body wash?

    • Melinda

      I bought a Freschetta and I got a $1 off of a Mother's Day floral purchase…not quite as good as a regular $1 cat. :/

    • Katie L

Is anybody else having any problems with coupons at Kroger lately? My Kroger (in Augusta, GA) is not taking any coupons that make the item free or give it any overage. They are following the new 70% of the value rule…so anything more than that I can't do..like the chips and the Heinz Ketchup.. Boo:( I'm not understanding how they are doing that since it is tender like cash that they get reimbursed for, but they have it in the new policy?

      • Cody

I didn't have that problem at Douglasville,GA kroger

        • Katie L.

YAY – Douglasville is one of the places on our list for looking at houses..have to add that to the pro list :)

        • Ellerbeewendi

          The one on Hospital Drive?

      • gen

Mine(Atlanta, GA) does that for internet printout coupons.

      • gapixie

This is what their coupon policy says.

We will usually not accept coupons for more than about 75% of a product's value. For example, a $2 off coupon will be acceptable for a product that normally sells for $5 or more, but a $2 off printable coupon for a product that sells for $2.25 is unlikely to be legitimate. If there are exceptions, we are usually provided advance notice by the manufacturer.

That means if it is on sale and the coupon makes it free, than they should except it as long as it didn't exceed 75% of its value (meaning what it costs when its not on sale).

        Hope that helps.

        • Katie L.

The one in Augusta denied the $2.00 off Heinz coupon on the $1.97 Heinz last week as well as a few others that were more than the 75%. I put the stuff back and called corporate and they read that to me. Said that the stores were sent that policy and they should not take any coupon worth more than the value of the item…that's why I was questioning even the chip coupon. I know they are real, but the cashier talked to me like I was a thief. It was horrible. :( She actually argued with me about giving my coupons back – and the manager was no help either. (My husband finally got them)I understand being careful about fraud, but I am very careful about making sure sizes/brands match, etc – I don't try to use anything copied – I'm going to try another Kroger, but I have to admit after the way we were treated last time, I'm a little gunshy!

          • Leanne

Which Kroger did this happen to you? I've had problems at the one on Wrightsboro, but haven't tried any others yet.

          • Beth

My Kroger is acting ridiculous as well. The front end manager looks at couponers with her nose in the air like using coupons is a personal affront to her. She is like a hawk looking for the regular couponers and will pull a cashier aside to take over if she sees a regular. Then she stands there and reads- I mean the entire thing- each and every coupon before she even begins to scan anything. I always use coupons appropriately, but she has several times turned things down that were completely legitimate, and since she's the 'lead' there's no one else to turn to. She absolutely relishes her authority. I've left Kroger for Food Lion because of her. If I absolutely have to go to Kroger, I'll go to a different store. The thing is, Kroger is being reimbursed for every dime PLUS a handling fee. GRRRRR!

            • Kenzbug

Which Kroger do you go to? I was just posting how I was being treated at Kroger and how the cashier now reads word for word everything on a coupon before she will scan it. Not to mention they can be all smiles and giggles before I walk up, then the smile instantly drops and not one word is said to me. I cannot stand being disrespected only because I'm trying to save my family a couple of bucks during these tough economic times. I mean, I'm not a shelf clearer so I don't know what their problem is.

            • Melissa

I agree…I am in VA and the Kroger I normally visit has become totally unbearable to go into and try to use coupons. I left there today livid and refuse to step foot back in there. I went to Food Lion only because there were things I needed to get. My next shopping trip will be with Lowes Foods!!! BOYCOTT KROGER!!!

      • Despina0103

Which on are you going to. I go to the one on Hwy 1… I haven,t had that problem yet.

      • Kenzbug

I honestly believe Kroger is trying to run off the customers that use coupons. I don't know why they don't go ahead and make a final change to their policy that says “we DON'T accept coupons”!

        • Melissa

I agree…I had a TERRIBLE experience today in Kroger and do not plan on going back for any shopping trips!!!

    • Mds61980

Ok I am new to using coupons and I keep hearing all these different things about kroger and their new coupon policy. Could somebody please clarify the new policy for me before I make a trip there. I live just north of Atlanta, GA.

      • Guest

They're “NEW' new policy is for Houston only…not Atlanta. But the Atlanta area stores (some of them) use to let you stack an ecoupon with a paper one. So, lets say you were going to buy noodles that were on sale for $1, and you had a ecoupon and a paper coupon, both for $.50. Some stores would let you use both and get it free, but now none of them will. You have to be very careful with the Kroger ecoupons, sometimes it can cause a problem. Just a heads up and hope this helps!!!

    • I havent started at Kroger yet…Havent even got a card but it looks like i need to! Anyone know how the Kroger in Columbia, SC (on St Andrews) is? Good place to go or no?

      • Judy

It's a pretty good Kroger– this is the main one that I go to. It's definitely not as nice as other Krogers in the area, but if you've got all your deals and coupons in order, you shouldn't have a problem. I'll be there tomorrow morning to do my shopping.. hope you have a good trip!

      • kim

It's where I shop and I've always had good experiences. Today, however, I found out they no longer accept the paper coupon with the eCoupons on your Kroger card. The cashier gave back my paper coupons for the items that had eCoupons. FYI.

    • Michelle

Quick question Kroger doubles coupons up to .50 so if i have a $1/1 coupon for an item will they match it with .50or no ?

      • Guest

No. If you have a 0.50/q they'll double it to $1, but they don't give you anything at all for anything over $0.50, so your $1 q is worth $1, or a $0.55 q is worth just $0.55. HTH!!!

    • Seedawson

I am confused about the dates of these ads. Where I live (Houston area), new Kroger sales begin on Wednesdays. So does this Mega Event start this Wednesday for me, or did it begin last Wednesday?

      • angiej

this wed the ad starts on sun in the south

    • Sjhatcu

Question: If I am looking at the weekly ad for the Kroger in my zip code, and it doesn't mention the sponges or the toothbrushes in the mega event, does that mean they aren't participating at my store? Or are there things that are included in the mega event that aren't listed in the weekly ad? I'm new at this!

      • Patty

The toothbrushes are not part of the mega event. The printed ad doesn't include all the items in the mega event. There is usually a display in the store with a card that lists all the items. I carry this with me until the sale is over. These sales usually last 2 weeks.

        • busymom4

the toothbrushes that I got (reach and aquafresh) were included but not advertised Its in fine print where the price of the toothbrushes are

    • Kim

Please everyone, go easy on the stocks in the stores, we have very very little food that survived and EVERYONE in this area will need to stock back up, but right now, it's JUST get enough to get by please! The damage is so widespread in AL across so much of the state, that it would be wonderful if we could all take just what is needed, and focus on stocking up at a later time!!

    • Yari1123

Everything was gone at my local Kroger from the toothbrushes to the pocketpacks and the Nivea body washes(again) :(

      • Sara

Please post the store location and don't forget about rainchecks.

        • Yari1123

This is the Kroger in Duluth GA on Steve Reynolds. I hope they stock up before the sale is over if not its alot of rainchecks I will be getting lol.

    • racecitymj

Bin Ladan is DEAD!!!!! turn on the news!!

    • Lucy

I found a couple of other good deals tonight when I went for a midnight shopping trip without the baby…

Bordeauxs Butt Paste Products – $2.99 (-$1 mc) I really like the bordeauxs baby kisses chapstick and it's $2.39

Texas Pete Hot Sauce – $1.00 ($.40 mc)
      Mahatma Rice – $1.00 ($.50 mc)
      Mezatti Products – $1.99 ($.50 mc)

sorry, I don't know the inserts the coupons came from and I may have misspelled some of the names :)

    • Laura

      unadvertised sale items I saw

      Heinz 40 oz ketchup $1.99

$1.00 deodorant- Arm & Hammer or Arrid or Right Guard

Schick Quattro razors 50% off was $3.75

Half price clearance bin Old Spice & Gillette body washes, Gillette shave gels, Poise pads, Depends, Kroger versions of Poise & Depends, Mirra body wash or shampoo or conditioner or hairspray, hearing aid batteries, Duracell AA batteries, Loreal sublime bronze, Pentel highlighters and markers, fireplace starter sticks, jar candles

    • Carla

I found the Cherrybrook Kitchen peanut free, egg free, and gluten free brownie mix and chocolate icing for .99 – 1.49 in the clearance bin

    • guest

The kroger stores up where I live are set up for no profit. A manufaq coupon will not go passed the amt of the item nor will it double passed the items price. I'm jealous of those that get + profit

      • Ladylindy22

I thought a manuf coupon was of zero loss to the store….the manufacturer gave the store money of the coupon. ?….. If so, how can your Kroger get by without honoring a manufacturer coupon? I hope someone responds….

    • Hmcothren

      I am unsure how the mega event works? If I buy 10 BBQ for 4.90 and 10 capri for 14.90, will I pay 19.80 or will I pay 19.80 – 10.00 = 9.80?

Do you get 5 % off your total ob Tuesday?

      • Babybird125

you will pay 19.80 because… the price of each item is 99 cent BBQ and 1.99 capri sun… by giving you 5 dollars off x 2 they become 0.49 and 1.49 each=19.80

      • Nadkins

Also, you don't have to buy 10 of the same items. As long as you have 10 of the Mega Event items, you can mix it up.

    • free4me

Freschetta pizzas and California kitchen pizzas are 3.99 at Piggly Wiggly this week. Pair that with the $1 off coupon-and you will get them for 2.99 each.

      • Jamie

at kroger the Freshetta pizzas are 4.49 with $1.00 coupon and you get a $1.00 Catalina

        • Greg

i got 2 $1.00 catalinas, but not general. one was off palermo's pizza, and one was off mothers day flower purchase

    • Judy

I found Life Cereal on clearance this morning at my Kroger (St. Andrews Rd. in Columbia) for $1.79! With the Mega Event Savings, that makes it $1.29 each, and if you use the $2/3 coupon, it makes it $0.62/box!! That is unheard of for Life!!!

Also, I Power Bars are $0.99, so I used a printable B1G1 and a printable $1/2, which made them free.

I couldn't find the 6pk boxes of Clif Bars…only the 10 pk. Anyone know where to find them??

      • Benjamin

Nice find on the Life! I love that stuff!

But with the Power Bars, you shouldn't have used both of those coupons. The $1/2 coupon attaches to both boxes, so the B1G1 has nowhere to go!

        • Judy

Oops :( I thought that I was allowed to use both coupons since I bought 2 bars. I always try to be honest with my coupons and not pull any stunts– I hate when I see people doing that! Sorry friends!

          • Benjamin

It's fine. I, too, try to adhere to the rules, but we all inadvertently miss something every now and then. I used too many coupons at Rite Aid last week accidentally!

    • Brittany

I am new at this couponing and I have come to love it by the way!! But I am a little confused on the Mega deals that Krogers is having. Could someone explain this to me. The way I take it I can buy any ten items that in the mega event but do they have to be the same ten items or can you mix and match?

      Thanks a bunch!

      • Jen

yes – you can mix and match, but you have to buy in sets of 10 for the $5 to come off. If you miscount and only buy 9, the $5 will not come off.

One good way to do it is to put a reusable bag or basket in your cart and put the Mega Event items in there until you get up to 10, then transfer them out of the bag/basket into the other area of your cart. That way it is easier to keep your set count straight and you can easily tell if you need to buy a couple more to get to 10.

        • Khcrivello

However, if you miscount (like I did once), just grab your additional item(s) and take it to customer service. They'll give you the discount there. They have a scan code because this happens so often! :)

          • I had a similar problem to this you described, and I called my Kroger. They told me to come in with my receipt and that they would fix it.

      • Nancy

        Mix and match! :)

    • Jewelsings

With the mega event – I ALWAYS got the $5.00 off each 10 participating items at the end of my receipt – this time, I bought 20 participating items but there were no $5.00's off on my receipt. I questioned the cashier and he said they stopped doing that….he said they just give a discount on each item – but my understanding was with the mega event – you get the $5.00 off every 10….anyone else have this happen – I think he got it wrong…

      • Skdoss76

I've only shopped two other Mega Events, and yesterday made my third. However, as you stated, the “$5.00 off” doesn't show up at the end of the receipt; 50 cents is deducted from each of the participating items – which would add up to the $5 savings. Either way, you *do* get the savings, it is just calculated differently. I've noticed this at the other 2 Mega Events I've shopped at, and it doesn't bother me, as long as I know I got my discounted price!

        • ireneY

They may be deducting mega items differently so we won't get overages on the BOGO Qs.

      • guest

This is the first Mega Event where the discount is taken at each product (50 cents each). You get the full discount of $5 for ten items (or $10 for 20 items). However, if you use a coupon which is more than the item, then your coupon will not be accepted. Kroger told me that it helped cashiers figure out which items were the Mega items in case of a counting error.

        • Krogerguest

The manager at my store today made sure my Mega 10's came off the receipt correctly because she said it was easier to make the change before than after. However, I did buy 3 Men's Nivea Body washes that were on Sale for $2.49 and was able to use my 2/$3 coupons. However, my $3 E-coupon didn't come off and when I emailed customer service they said it won't come off unless the product is more than the e-coupon so be aware of this. I'll be taking back my one body wash since it didn't end up being free. I just wish Kroger's would make us aware of all of these changes so we don't find out after the fact or at the register.

      • Bradndez

With this new way of showing the discount I wonder if you have to buy 10 or if it'll just discount each item .50 regardless.

    • The Thompson's

Mahatma 1 lb bag rice is 10/10.00. (5/1 RP) -.50/1 (mc) makes them free.

      • Minpinfin

Theres another Q on this from a previous insert still valid. Dble score!!

    • Guest

Have a quick question….probably a dumb one but just want to be sure. Can I use more than one of the same coupon in the same order? For example, if I have (3) $1 off Boulder chips, and I buy 3 Boulder chips, can they be checked out all together?

      • Guest

        yes

      • itismedia

My stores have started a new stinking policy only allowing two like coupons period. I am starting to shop at Kroger less and less and Publix more and more!

        • Melissa

Same with mine…I had a whole buggy today with more than 2 items of many things and coupons to go with them. I left the buggy sitting and left and went somewhere else!

          • itismedia

It makes the MEGA events nearly impossible! I hope they realize their mistake soon and go back to the way it use to be. Where are you? I am in Savannah and just curious if it is a Savannah thing or more widespread.

            • Melissa

I am in Martinsville, VA…it is terrible and gets worse everytime I go back. I have decided to give Kroger a break and go elsewhere.

    • Sloanesmith

      I have 2 questions:

      1) If an item at Kroger is 10 for $10, do you have to buy 10 of that item to get the savings? Or, if I buy 1 or 2 of that item, will I still get the 10/10 price?

      2) Does Kroger double every coupon equal to or less than .50 cents without me asking them to at checkout? Is it an automatic process on their computer system?

Thanks! I am in awe of all you coupon pros!

      • Mote7299

        1) you dont have to buy all the 10/10 items!!! (at least not at mine)
        2) yes they will double every coupon automatically at the register, most of the time…example..today i bought the kraft bbq sauce, its on sale for $.49.. the coupon i have is for $.45…they used the $.45 and added $.04 to make $.49 instead of $.90…it still made the item free!! hope this helps!

      • Judy

        1. You will get the sale price no matter how many items you buy. Not all grocery stores are like this, but Kroger is!

        2. Kroger will double your coupons automatically… just keep an eye on the screen during check-out to make sure it happens every time!

      • hey Sloan!!!!! (This is Laurie from Facebook LOL) Always check your Kroger bill – I had to go to customer service twice in the past week for overcharges!

    • Mote7299

not sure if anyone else has noticed but the SS 5/1 has a $.45/1 Kraft Barbque sauce, they are on sale for $.49…also on the bbq bottle they have $2 off Koolaid ( 19oz tub) coupons when yu buy (2) Kraft bbq sauces…the Koolaid is on sale for $2!!! So, you get (2) Kraft bbq sauce free and a free 19oz koolaid tub!!!!!!

      • Ica84

The sauce that is on sale is for 18oz and the coupon is for the 28-40oz size. Can't use it

        • Cmbwest

i just used the coupon. i did not notice the size. the coupon did not beep. went through but did not double. it gave me the 45 cents off plus 4 cents. so i got it for free but no overage. first time that has happned.

        • The coupons on my bottles are for 18oz bottles… I used them and got my countrytime & Koolaid free

      • TJ

What does the cover of the Smart Source look like that has the Kraft Barbecue sauce in it?

        • Mote7299

it has the direct tv ad on the front!!

    • I went to Kroger today and while picking up the FREE Kraft BBQ sauce that is part of the Mega Event I noticed that one the Bottles were Peelie coupons that were Buy 2 Kraft BBQ get $2 Off CountryTime Lemonade or Koolaid. Middle TN has the 8qt Mixes on mark-down right now for $2 so this makes them FREE!

    • Britt

My Nivea $3 E-Coupon didn't come off my purchase today. Of course I didn't notice until I got home and was inspecting my receipt. Does anyone know if I can get this resolved in the store or do I need to go through Corporate? I wouldn't normally complain but it's $3 I paid for something that should've been free.

      • Mlepcio

When that has happened to me before (because they scanned my Food Lion card and not my Kroger card) I printed out a list of my ecoupons from the Kroger website. I then took the list and my receipt to customer service and they gave me the amount of the ecoupon back. The cashier was the one who told me to do this because he couldn't figure out why this had happened and I didn't realize the scanning mistake until I had left the store.

    • mwalt

Do you know where I can get the coupon for the Deer Park water?

    • Ardnasfu82

Heads up! Ivory 3 pack bar soap is $1.00, which makes it free after the $1.00 off coupon, (in 4/17 I think.)

Just went to kroger during lunch, got 10 reach floss, 10 ivory 3 pack bar soap, 10 nivea men's body wash, and 20 propel water bottles… All for free!!

      • mwalt

I would like to know where I can find the coupon for either the propel water bottles and/or the deer park water.

        • Ardnasfu82

They were in the newspaper inserts from 2/13. Hope this helps!

      • i keep reading ” for free” – but you guys aren't counting what you paid (either in a paper or ordering them) for the coupons. ;)

        • Ashley M.

Some of us don't buy papers. Like me, my family saves the inserts for me… plus I never order coupons.

    • Tkward02

Has anyone noticed Kroger really cracking down on coupon usage lately? I've run into problems the past couple of weeks. The cashiers are really “reading” every coupon and not allowing overage on any items where the coupon is a higher value than the product on sale. It seems to me that maybe the “extreme coupon” show is not so good for us couponers.

      • Kenzbug

I have noticed a grave difference on how I am treated at my Kroger. The cashiers can be so friendly and out going until I get to the register and they see my handful of coupons, the smile instantly drops and not one word is said to me. This has happened the last 2 times by different cashiers and the last cashier studied every coupon I had reading every word of it before she would scan it. She made me feel like a was trying to steal something from them. Even after I paid, there was no thank you, have a nice day, nothing. Since it's happened twice in a row by different cashiers I feel they are being told to be rude to couponers, like they are trying to run them off. It's probably not true, but that's how their behavior makes me feel.

      • Vicki

I had the same thought about the tv show. The stores probably sponsor it so they can make new rules. ha ha I saved $20 at Target yesterday, but still spent $100. I had my oldest kids trying to help me find items we could get for free. We got some Kashi cookies for free + $1 overage. I said, after tasting them, we got ripped off…they should have given us more than $1. Ha. ha. My 13 year old thought that was funny.

      • Britt

Kroger is REALLY starting to bug me!! I had a $3 Nivea coupon on my Plus Card and it didn't come off my purchase today. The body wash was on sale for $2.99 and I wrote customer service and they rudely responded with “Thank you for contacting the Kroger Digital Coupons Help Center.
The product must exceed the amount of the coupon in order for the coupon to
redeem.” I guess I must be living under a rock because I never knew this. So now I'm planning to return the body wash. Nothing ever seems to be easy for me.

    • Jinnbake

I would love to have coupons on the land o lakes butter but it says that I have already printed it. I know that I haven't! Why is this?

      • Ashleyjackson9781

        me too! ugh

      • guest

        same here : (

      • Ash

Whenever it reaches its print limit( company coupon limit) it will say that.

      • itismedia

They may be out. The manfacture allows so many over all prints and sometimes when the number has been reached instead of saying, “This offer is no longer available” or something along those lines it will just say you have already printed. Weird, I know! HTH

    • Rgnurse911

When it is a mega event do you have to buy 10 of the 10/$10 to get that price? I bought some spaghetti today and it took the money of some of them but not all of them. If it's not too much trouble please email me a reply so that I can see the answer. Email above. Thanks.

      • Rgnurse911

I go to Holly Springs/Canton GA. The cashier was extremely nice and was happy for me that I was able to save money. But I had 8 boxes of spaghetti that it didn't take the extra 50 cents off on but didn't realize that til later.

        rgnurse911@aol.com

        • Kim

To get the money off in the mega sale you have to buy in increments of 10. So you can buy 10 of the same item in the sale, or 10 different items in the sale. So you can get 10 pastas at the discounted price. But if you only get 8 you won't get the discounted price.

        • Bnhilary

I had that problem also, the customer service rep said to bring in my receipt and they “would make it right”. Very nice attitude.

      • Chris

10/10 will ring up as a dollar, you don't have to buy all 10. This is at kroger only…doesn't work like that at publix. Not sure about the other stores either. If its a mega sale item, you will have to buy 10 to get the 5 dollars off.

        • EB

But you don't have to buy 10 of one item, you can buy 10 different items as long are they are included in the mega sale.

    • Tkward02

I have left very frustrated the last several times I've shopped at Kroger. I have decided to pass up the good deals this week at Kroger and wait for the sale at Publix even though we are in need of a few things that are on sale this week. I don't like being made to feel like i'm cheating them or working the system when i'm using the coupons to their full potential in order to save my family money. I don't hoard and have huge stockpiles, I just try to keep my family fed from week to week.

      • Preshus Roze

Don't let them keep you from saving money and feeding your family! They must be “made of money” to not understand you wanting to provide for your family the most economically sound way for you & your family. Plus.. always remember: They don't have a job if people don't shop there.

      • I was starting to feel like that about Kroger also, but our Kroger recently got back it's original Manager. He has changed the whole atmosphere of that Kroger. It truly comes from the top down. If possible, try a different Kroger. Maybe you've just got a Kroger management team that doesn't jive with what their customers are about.

    • Jennifermatticola

I cannot find the chip coupon. :(

      • Tnjcent

        Try zip code 90210

    • Micki

The Nivea body wash is on the mega event for 2.49. Had 7 of the 3$ coupons from RP 4/17 made 3.50 for buying them :) NICE

    • guest

it appears to me that the 10 for 10 items count towards the mega deal. I went shopping earlier and got the reach toothbrush and floss advertised as 10 for 10. It messed up my count for the Mega Event and I didn't get as good of a deal on the mega event items. Does anyone know if all 10 for 10 items are part of the mega deal?

      • reta

there are 2, 10 for 10 deals going on. the tags that say w/kroger card are the ones that give you the 5 dollars off.

      • Kim

To my knowledge yes. If you see the yellow tag and it shows the 10 for 10 with two prices on it, shelf price and price with card, that is in the mega sale.

      • Lisa

No, the 10 for 10 is NOT included in the Mega event sale! Don't get confused by their tricky wording. Also, if it says 10 for 10 you don't have to buy 10!!! Only on the MEGA EVENT sale do you have to buy the number of items said..usually 10. You can tell the difference because Mega event tags say when you buy 10 you get an additional .49 or whatever off. Good luck!

        • Anonymous

The reach toothbrush is on the mega sale even though it says 10 for 10.

      • Mandie2262

The reach toothbrushes are actually a mega event sale . At least at my local Kroger here in Tennessee. They have a small 10/$10 tag and in small writing under the 10/$10 it says mega event item but it doesn’t look like the normal mega event tags. I asked customer service to make sure and was told they use the small tag because they don’t have a mega event signs that small.

    • Christrumbull828

i did amazing at kroger, got 48 boxes of pasta free…4 bags of boulder chips for free…4 boxes of moms best naturals for .24 cents a box

      • Couponmom12292006

I can not figure out how to do this. I thought you could only use one coupon per item.

        • itismedia

You can only use one coupon per item, but if you have multiple coupons you can get multiple items! Many of us buy more than one (or two or three) Sunday papers and/or order mutilple coupons or inserts offline, plus you can print coupons. HTH

      • Christrumbull828

also picked up 4 sunny D's for .34 cents each got the coupon before i went…8 propels, 4 captain crunches, and 2 bbq sauces…total was 17.81 retail was around 130.00 also went to rite aid and cashed in my butterfinger coupons 1.50/2 and 1.00/2 made a dollar and got 8 butterfingers

      • Sbigham3

Where are the Boulder chips? I couldn't find them in the regular chips section.

        • Frisbeebear

They were in the health food section.

    • TJ

I am so exicted tonight I went to Kroger total before coupons was $196.30, total after coupons was $45.82 a savings of $150.48….cha-ching

    • Fairyandgnome

I didnt do so bad myself there.. ?43 boxes of Ronzoni Pasta, 4 Boxes of stuffed pretzels, 5 Bags of organic potato chips, 2 boxes of organic cereal, 2 boxes of captain crunch, 4 packs of kraft singles, 1 fruit pie, 1 box of veet wax strips, 4 bottles of juice, 2 packs of deli meat, 4 packs of smoked sausage,2 jars of Almonds, 1 bottle of magnesium, 1-3 pk of Ivory soap, 2 bottles of BBQ sauce, 3 bags of rice

      Total Value: $186.86 ish
      Total Spent: $33.22

I was a bit upset once I realized I could have saved more if I had used my Juicy juice coupons at publix for twice as much just for the same price.. luckily I had not used all of my coupons and I did end up getting even more later.

      • I was pretty disappointed when I got home last night and saw the Sunny D coupons had posted. I guess I'll be making a 2nd trip to buy 10 more items, so I can use my 4 Sunny D coupons.

    • Couponsequaldough

I live in woodstock, ga and I just went to 2 different krogers in my area and could not find any reach toothbrushes. Not even any empty spots where the toothbrushes used to be. Employees at the kroger were of no help. Does anybody know if the kroger's in my area sell the reach toothbrushes? I found the reach floss without any problem. My kroger's had oral b and colgate. Btw, I don't shop at kroger much because publix is so great and the people at kroger do not go out of their way to help me like they do at publix. The people at publix have a better coupon attitude too. Thanx publix and thank you in advance to whoever has the answer to my question.

      • My kroger did have the Nivea men's body wash. They said it was because of the storms delaying truck deliveries. Does Kroger do rain checks? If they don't get any body washes in by Saturday, I'd like to get a rain check, so I can get the stuff for free with my $3 coupons.

        • Mandie2262

Kroger's does do rainchecks unless the ad specifically says they won't do it for that item.

      • zoegirl

I was at the Hwy 92 / Trickum rd store yesterday evening and they had a couple, literally, in stock. They were on the bottom row buried in between the other toothbrushes. They were on the same row as the floss, but opposite end and side if that makes any sense. They were pushed all the way to the back and there was only like one or two hooks for reach vs tons for oral b,etc. Of course they could have been out earlier in the day and re-stocked that afternoon, I was there around 5ish. I hardly ever shop at Kroger if I can help it. Its so much easier to go across the street to Publix and get better service.

    • Mary

Geez, when people buy 40+ boxes of pasta, how can there be any left for others that need to feed their families??? Ridiculous I say!!!

      • Kim

I am one of those who buy this many. But it is to feed my family as well along with feeding those who don't have the money to buy it themselfs.

        • Cortney

sometimes it is just hard to think that someone needs THAT many, but i have a hard time realizing it when see extreme couponers and they just stock up. When I am just buy for my husband and I and I only need 4 boxes top. But i am glad that you are feeding a family and others less fortunate. I am very thankful for people like you that arent just letting them sit on a shelf :)

          • Bee

Really, there is no need for that many. I still have plenty left over from the last mega event where they were .49 and I am feeding a family of five. Forty boxes would last us about 40 weeks. In that time frame, every store around here would have had a great sale on pasta six times over.

      • Amanda

I will be buying 25 boxes myself this week. But, This covers my family of 5, My Brother (who lost his job recently) and a donation to the storm victims. I will wait until the end of the week so others have their chance to get what they need because I know that there is always the option of rainchecks. Don't get discouraged or believe that everyone out there have huge stockpile rooms (BOO Extreme Couponers). Remember- You can always get rainchecks. ( and if you have a great store like mine, they may even let you use your less than a week out of date coupons.)

      • Dharvn

no need to fret, just ask customer service for a raincheck, they will order more items.

    • jennie y

if you have the kraft single 0.75 coupon, you only pay 0.24 for a pack of kraft singles. coupon was a print out from coupons.com last week

      • Carolyn

        Not there now…..:(

    • Kim

There is also a coupon out for the reach toothbrushes that is $2.50 off of 2. I paired two of the $2.50 coupons with two of the $1 coupons and got 6 brushes free plus $4 overage.

      • momof2under2

anyone know if you can use the $1 of reach by design coupons on these? thanks!

    • Tmb0214

Can someone explain, Im confused. I went yesterday and bought 10 boxes for pasta for .99 then minus the $5 for mega sale. Then I gave them 5 $1/2. I only paid .34 cents which was great not complaining but it says savings 100% how do they figure if I still paid .34cents. Just a heads up I printed the normal 2 but I always try again just in case and it let me print 10 from same computer in case anyone needs pasta may want to try. Thanks

      • Val

        Was it tax?

      • Yelik01

you still have to pay tax on the price before coupons

    • AubreyJene

For the Lightbulb Catalina deal: is it $2 off for every 2 you buy…or do they have to be in separate transactions??

      • Needs to be separate… I bought 4 last night and only got 3 off my next transaction

    • Mercurialc

      Hi All,
Just a quick note: At my Kroger, the Dole salad blends had a manager's special tag with an even lower price ($1.49). I took two to the customer service counter and asked if they were part of the mega event, even though they were also a manager's special. The customer service person decided yes and said if I didn't get my $5.00 back, to just see her. Sure enough, the register didn't recognize the manager's special prices as part of the mega event, so I went back to customer service and she gave me my $5.00. The people at my Kroger in Princeton, WV are so nice!

    • Trice

When you get those $6 off when you spend $60 dollars or $8 dollars off when you spend $80 is that before coupons? and other discounts like the Mega Event discount?

      • Dawn

It is the total before coupons. I just give them that coupon first and it works.

    • Anna

Ok I am new to this and have a question. The Ronzoni boxes of pasta are on sale for $0.49. I have a printed coupon for $1.00 of 2 boxes, which would make them both free. BUT Krogers coupon policy states “We will usually not accept coupons for more than about 75% of a product’s value. For example, a $2.00 off coupon will be acceptable for a product that normally sells for $5.00 or more. But a $2.00 off printable coupon for a product that sells for $2.25 is unlikely to be legitimate. If there are exceptions we are usually provide advance notice by the manufacturer.” So in my mind, I wouldn't be able to do that purchase??? Help please!!

      • Dawnc88

I think the 75% is off the original price. I used the Ronzoni coupons this weekend and it worked. I got 18 boxes for free.

      • EB

They are actually on sale for 99 cents each but then you get $5 off (or 50 cents off each) at the end if you buy 10 items. Thus, they ring up at 99 cents and the coupon is only for half the value of the actual item, even though you end up getting it free after the mega discount.

    • afwife

Those ronzoni coupons worked for me in VA! Got 10 boxes for free….don't delay, i bought the last penne box, and rotini box, and the rest were spaghetti, on Monday :( But came home with 6 bags of groceries for $5.16.

    • So kroger has once again changed the way they do things. On your register tape showing your transactions, you will no longer see a $5 off for every 10 items. You will now see 0.50 off for each item below the item purchased. I always knew I had reached my total number of items by counting how many $5 off showed up at the end of the receipt. Now I would actually need to count each individual 0.50 off to know if everything was taken off. That's impossible when you purchase 110 items on the mega sale. SO… Last night when I got home, I saw that 2 of my items did not get scanned, so I did not get my $5 off. Now i have to go pay for those items and ask for my $5 off.

      • Elizabeth

Same thing happened to me. I had to go back and buy another box of pasta. PLUS, since they hadn't scanned the pasta (even though they put it in my bag), I didn't get credit for the coupon I had. So I went back AGAIN and had them find my coupon in the register and run it for my extra dollar. I spent twenty minutes on this:( All in the name of savings, though:)

    • Elle

I just got back from my grocery trip and found a pretty good deal I didn't see listed…
Hefty Trash Bags (45 count, 13 gallon) $5.99 (wyb 10 part. items) and there was a $1 peelie.

    • Mandie2262

My total value today was $68.60…I paid $1.28. Got 18 pasta, 9 toothbrushes, 3 pks soap, a candle, 6 hershey bars, 2 Quakes.

    • Steppshawna

      Thank you for ONE list!!!!

    • Cherylw

I'm new here..can't find the Nivea ecoupon on Shortcuts?? Are those limited?

      • Carebearandrea

They were all gone pretty quick!

    • ThomasMomof4

I live in Houston, Tx and when I went to my Kroger, they didn't have the Rozonis on sale for a dollar. They were for 1.29 each. Is this right? Did I miss a sign?

      • ThomasMomof4

Sorry, I mean for 49 Cents.

        • Mayra

          ThomasMomof4:

I live in houston as well but remember that our sale cycle starts on Wednesday vs Jen's that have the sale starting on Sundays, so while this is a great way to give us an idea of what is going to be on sale the following week for us the prices aren't always the same, last time they got the ronzoni pasta at .49 we got it at .69 still it a great price, so what I do is check this ad on Sunday and prepare my coupons to shop on Wednesday, hope this helps!

          • Farrar719

It's .49 at my Kroger here in Spring, TX!

            • ThomasMomof4

              interesting….

          • ThomasMomof4

Thank you! I did not know that Kroger sales started on Wednesday. I’ll definitely be ready the next time.

      • Amber

I would just ask someone who works there if they are participating in the mega event.

      • Supersaver281

Houstons sales Run from Wednesday to Sunday. This post is apreview to our sale.

      • ozzishep

Our Kroger items that are on sale in Arkansas are different than what is posted on this website. There are some items that are the same but no Sunny D, Land O Lakes, Rozoni, etc….bummer!

    • Stacey

went to kroger tried to buy nivea??? would not work… has it worked for anyone else?

      • Jellibean939

My Kroger in Charlottesville, VA let me use the 3.00 off for nivea body wash. It was on mega ten for 2.49. I took off the 3.00 and I got .51 overage! I got 2, one mens and one womans!

      • Hasims

The problem I had with the Nivea is that the eCoupon available right now is $2 off lotion or gel. I grabbed the body wash expecting it to come off and it did not. I hadn't noticed it was for lotion or gel. When I checked out, somehow one of my right guard coupons and one of my pasta coupons didn't ring. Didn't notice it until I got home, so I called the store. They checked that register and found the extra coupons and are refunding my money, so when I go to get it I am returning the body wash.

    • Hasims

I got the Ronzoni Healthy Harvest today for free as well as the Boulder chips. Great deal! My kids and husband LOVE the Parmesean Garlic flavor. I also wanted to share that while I was there I noticed the Right Guard deodorant (only certain ones) on sale 10/$10 in a bin. There is a .50 coupon of their facebook page right now that will double and give you free deodorant!

      • Couponer

I don't see a .50 coupon on there FB page. Can you post a link?

        • Hasims

I will try to post one…I am not very good at that type of thing. It is under the “Love in the Shower” tab. You have to enter their contest first. Hope this helps…I will be back a bit later to attempt the link.

        • Fairyandgnome

Ok.. I went through all of that and still no coupon..

    • MC

Does Kroger allow you to give them a MQ along with a Store Q?

    • Melissa

It’s a great week for Kroger deals, but I am getting so frustrated because I have not been able to print coupons from coupons.com this week! I print from a Mac and every time it takes me to the “install coupon printer” page. I knew I had already installed, but I tried installing again to be sure, with no luck. I’ve tried from 2 different computers (both Macs – no PCs in my house) without any success. Any Mac users having this problem, and if so, any solutions?? Much appreciated because I want those free Boulder chips!!

      • Ellen

Im not a MAC user but I have been havin the same problem! I can't get the stupid things to print! Very frustrating!

      • Ejacksoncpn

I'm having the same problem trying to print from a Mac. Not sure what to do. Just spent 1/2 hour trying to get it to work. Hopeless!

    • KnoxCoups

The Kroger I shop at in Knoxville, TN is now enforcing only 2 printed coupons per like item and they were super rude about it! I.e., for the free pasta this week, it only would allow you 4 boxes of each ($1.00 off 2 boxes). I split my order into 2, which they were not pleased about either, but they did allow it. Hope this helps someone else!

      • Could you plz tell which Krogers? I live in Knoxville also.

        Thanks

      • Amandae9765

Hello, I am in Sevierville and they don't accept two coupons at all. However, if Knoxville does it may be worth the trip

      • Mslonas

Oh Lord, Im in Maryville, Im sure we'll be next! Next thing you know, it will double coupons that will be taken away!!!! GRRR

        • ac0823

Hi, I am in Maryville too.

    • EDNewCouponer

Went to the Grayson, GA Krogers on Highway 20 and they no longer accept ecoupons and regular coupons for the same items. Is this for all Krogers now?

      • Brj1892002

thats what the news reported a few weeks ago.

    • S.GCouponer

FYI!!!!! Kroger in Athens Ga is super mad about the Pasta coupons and are no longer accepting them and would not give me a reason why!!!! (I went once already and got 12 boxes for just the tax so I'm not complaining too bad) But just so you all know.

      • Farrar719

They can't just not accept them! They are manufacturers coupons! Ridiculous! Plus, they will get reimbursed for them, what do they care?!

      • Tnjcent

You need to CALL Kroger Customer service…both locally as well as Kroger Headquarters. We need to put an end to Kroger changing their rules whenever they want. I have e-mailed them about their coupon policy change to complain. I am about to CALL! We all do!

    • Angie C

Anyone have any luck finding the Nivea body wash in Acworth, GA? Checked Super Target and Kroger this morning and both are still out. Does Riteaid match competitor prices? They are across the street from Kroger and had the body wash on the shelves.

      • Tyedyemomma

Walmart? The price is always 3.00 there.

      • Rmorgan39

Rite Aid accepts all competitors coupons. my husband is a manager of Rite Aid. confirmed this with him

    • Maria

went to kroger, got 166 propell waters(special order), 3 sunny D's, 3 Nieva body wash, 4 Hasbro gummy bears, 21 pk Koolaid, 1 gal Vinegar, and 14 pk of 5 lb ground chuck, 10 3pk ivory soap. paid 64, and saved 355. The store got a double order of the Ground chuck in 5 lb sticks, so they sold them for 4.99

    • Did anyone hear that Kroger changed their coupon policy. The cashier told me that they could not take a paper coupon if you have an ecoupon. Has anyone experience this?

      • Kelly Valentine

It's happening at Kroger's all over. They no longer let you stack ecoupons and paper coupons. Been that way for about 3-4 weeks. You really have to watch your ecoupons and make sure you don't have paper ones that are better.

      • Ginger

I tried this and figured out, I hope it still works. You have to give them your paper coupons first then your kroger card. It worked on 2 different occasions.

        • KY shopper

Our Kroger in Kentucky now has signs that say “Kroger card must be scanned first.” They won't accept any paper coupons until they have scanned your Kroger card. This their way of getting around it. :(

    • Did anyone hear that Kroger changed their coupon policy. The cashier told me that they could not take a paper coupon if you have an ecoupon. Has anyone experience this?

    • Dbug

I'm new to this. My Kroger will not accept Kroger ecoupons and manufacter coupons. Does anyone else have this problem? Everything I read says they do accept ecoupons and others, but I've tried & asked twice.

      • EB

They have changed the corporate enforcement policy over the past few weeks and from the frequent mentions on these boards, it appears to be the case at almost every Kroger. Like many people, I no longer add ecoupons to my card unless I know I am about to use it and I do not have a paper coupon. Jenny wrote a blog posting about it. Click the “Kroger” link at the top and then go to the bottom of that page and choose “Next” and scroll down that page until you see the posting titled “eCoupon Acceptance & Doubling Policy Changes”.

    • Randa

Kroger in Richmond, TX would not accept a coupon that was over the price of the product… does anyone else have this issue?

      • Kelly Valentine

I live in Richmond too. Which deal were you trying? I talked to one of my favorite cashiers and told her that since the coupon policy changes I've noticed a change in attitude from some of the cashiers. She said they've been getting a lot of complaints and if I had a problem with one to talk to the manager. They're trying to get rid of the bad blood. Their coupon policies on what they will and will not take seem to change daily.

      • Mack

No. The kroger in Warner Robins, Ga. Accepted the ones I used. All 24 of them.

      • nlc

My Kroger changed their policy so they wouldn't accept a q that was 75% or more of the value of the item. Since that change, I haven't shopped there one time. They were getting a lot of coupon fraud at that store & the store manager was sick of it. Understandable, I guess. Just a little harsh for those who abide by the rules. I'm lucky enough to have 2 other Kroger stores within a few miles.

      • Kelly Valentine

Ok, went to the Kroger's in Richmond today and got 12 boxes of Ronzoni (free with the $1/2 coupons), 6 Propel waters (free with $1/1 and got the .50 overage), 2 Kim & Scott pretzels, 2 bags of Boulder chips, 2 3 packs of the Scotch Brite natural sponges, 1 Freschetta Naturally Inspired pizza, 1 Intl. coffee creamer, 1 Grey Poupon mustard on clearance, 2 24pk of sparkling water on clearance, 1 dozen eggs with the free Kroger coupon, and 1 box of Cheerios with the free Kroger coupon. So a total of $9.73 spent with a $64.05 savings. I used the coupons from the paper and printed from suggestions on this website. I also noticed after I got home, a .55 ecoupon came off for the Cheerios and she still took off the $2.73 free coupon. Good day at Krogers and no hassles.

    • michelle

(Our krogers had the american beauty pasta on sale not the ronzoni :(

    • Stn18808

So i haven't been using coupons all that long.. and with everyones help i've been getting better and learning more along the way. But tonight I was so happy with my Kroger purchase. I got $235.00 of grocery from Kroger for $17.30. Thanks everyone for all the help !!!

      • Mrs_blocker2006

        Please tell me how… specifically….

      • shops2much

sounds like you are a natural!

    • Morgan

All the pasta coupons say one per purchase. Did anybody use multiple of the same coupon in one transaction? or did you split up the pasta in to seperate transactions?

      • Kikercasey

I have always understood that to mean one per item purchased. If it says one per transaction then you can only use one.

      • Micki

I used 6 pasta coupons in one transaction with no problem. 3 Smart Taste and 3 Healthy Harvest.

      • Fairyandgnome

I bought 27 boxes in one transaction..

        • Dtcox1

i got 16 no problem but the barq sauce was free but no overg…. on ticket

    • Tracy

Just left Kroger with $65.00 in food I will actually use for $3.90. That is my record! I left Kroger dancing ! HaHa! Thanks for the help !!

    • Mommyof3

i'm new to couponing and am having trouble getting started. My family is on a very tight budget right now as i just had a baby and am no longer working. I seem to not be able to get organized and put a good shopping list together. Any suggesting?

      • Juliebgriffin

Go through the tutorials on this website (look for Martin the squirrel at the top of this page)

WHERE DO YOU GET THE MAN. COUPONS..NEW TO THIS! PLEASE HELP

      • Tutibugs2

If you are talking about Manufacturer’s coupons they come in the Sunday papers. There is a link on the main page of this site that will tell you which inserts to expect each week. You can also print Man. coupons from websites like coupons.com and several others. Jenny and her staff always list the link where you can go to print coupons for certain items on sale. HTH. :-)

Just wanted to let everyone know Kroger is sending in-store coupons to your home this week. 4 items are completely free – 2 Del Monte Canned Veggies, Tombstone Pizza, Lay's Pot Chips, and Wheat Thins. And there are 12 other dollars off coupons with it!

      • Bee

Are these the ones sent quarterly-all the same color and kind of plain? If so, they will not be the same for everyone. I just received my quarterly coupons and remember one of the free items being a box of Granola bars.

      • steph

My free coupons were for Lay's, Doritos, Butter (1 lb.), and baby carrots (1 lb.). There were some other really great coupons in there as well!

      • Jellibean939

Do the ecouons you add to your kroger card double if under .50?

        • devgwen

No, to the best of my knowledge NO ecoupons double at Kroger.

          • Couponmack

Ecoupons loaded to your Kplus card do not double

        • Buddyboots90

          No they don't…….

      • Couponmack

You coupons are based on your shopping habits, therefore your coupons may be different from others.

      • Kywog

We both have a free coupon for Lays Chips, I also got 1 Preggo Sauce, 1 7UP Liter and Tortilla Chips.

    • Angrich

How do you get on the Kroger home mailing list for coupons? I have looked on their website and don't see anything…. THANKS!!

      • Couponmack

YOu must have your Kroger PLus card registered, You can do this at any Customer service desk. The coupons are based on your shopping habits. The more you shop the more coupons you will receive.

      • Kywog

@Angrich-You do have to register you Kroger card then you get Best Customer coupons sent to you every quarter. You can also register your own Kroger card online at there website.

        • Angrich

          Thank you!

    • I just bought three freschetta frozen pizzas, and the catalina thingy at the register printed off a $5 off mom's day floral arrangement coupon!! I took it to Publix and got my friend a really nice bouquet for FREE for Mother's Day :) BONUS!!!!!

      • SciFiMom

You are lucky… .I tried that deal last night, and didn't get the catalina ;( Is there anything I we can do when we don't get a catalina? Anyone know? I'm guessing not. It stinks; I was looking forward to buying some Mother's Day flowers.

    • Teresa

Does anyone know where in the store I would find the
Boulder Canyon Potato Chips 5 oz? I have never seen them in our store in Cary, NC.

      • Hael80

        Check the organic section.

      • Couponmack

They are in the nutrition section.

    • Babymitch

I have a question, If I buy more than the 10 items that are on sale during the mega event will $0.50 cents be deducted from them too or just the 10?

      • Couponmack

It only takes the $5 off in lots of 10 items. you must have 10 of the mega items in order to receive the $5 off.

        • Babymitch

ok, so 10 items $5 off, 20 items $10 off? Is that right?

          • Prsol

            You got it! :-)

          • medic1992

            that would be correct!!

          • Soljazgirl1227

went into my kroger today, and they had a posting up, saying there was a limit now of 10 for the mega event.

      • Buddyboots90

At my Kroger, you have to buy the 10 to get the $.50 deducted!!

    • Medicgirl014

I am new to couponing. Went to Kroger tonight and register reciept before coupons was 58.45 after coupons $1.58 . Love this site and loving the feeling of saving money.

    • Teri4now

I just completed my first EVER shop buying only items I had coupons for (except for one roast that was on sale for about $15, still saved over $5 on it!) I certainly don't qualify for the tv show, but I think I did very well. My total would have been $215.84, but my out of pocket was only $74.70. I DID mess up on the multiples of 10, for some reason I didn't think the frozen pretzels were included, so I missed out on that. Also, the propel fitness water didn't ring up for $.49, it rang up for $.99, messing up my multiples of 10. I plan on going back to get my $5!! In looking at my receipt the cashier also typed in $2.49 instead of $3.49 for one of the Old Spice body washes, so there's another dollar. I figured out that I saved (including the $6 I plan on getting back) about 68%…not bad for a first timer!!!! I thought I was well prepared, but now I see it will take a bit more getting used to!

    • Lisabluedevil

I found the Nivea in my store today but the coupon did not come off. Customer Service said they couldn't do anything to help me so I just returned it. Anyone else have this problem?

    • After finding out yesterday that Kroger no longer allows stacking, I went back today with only a few items in mind that I had manufacturer coupons for. The Mahatma rice ended up being free (a little bit of a rush for a newbie like myself). I also got 10/$5 Yoplait yogurt which I eat everyday, with a .40/6 printed off coupon (doubled to .80) and also their 2/$4 Toaster Strudels I had 2 printed off $1off/2. I also happened to have a manufacturer ecoupon loaded onto my Kroger card which I had wished to delete off my card after yesterday, but upon reviewing my receipt today, I noticed that it was also deducted from my Toaster Strudels after they were scanned. At the end, she was also able to scan in (and the computer ACCEPTED) BOTH $1 off printed coupons. This would mean that 2 coupons were used for a single item. What's more, it seems to have been deducted twice (one for each 2for deal). This seems to be some type of loophole that I just wanted to share with everyone. P.S. don't ask me where I got the special ecoupon from b/c I can't seem to trace down what site I got it from.

      • cg

I discovered this at my Kroger on Saturday. I had been stacking the ecoupons and paper when it came to Tide and tampons since they cost so darn much, but then I stopped stacking when everyone reported that the computers were no longer allowing it. I happened to have a $1 Tide ecoupon from a online deal and decided to see if I could stack it / my paper coupon of 35 cents, thinking that at worst I'd sitll have my $1 off. It worked!

    • Marlene

My cashier ar Kroger wouldn't take a $1 coupon off the reach floss it was $0.95…She said the value couldn't exede the price….is that krogers policy?

    • Nonnie Mouse

A few of these coupons are coming up as PDFs. This means non-unique barcodes. Are these legit to use or faulty links? I don't want to actually perpetuate fraud… Anybody know if these are LEGAL (not just usable)?

    • Does anyone know if this is the last week of the Mega Event or will it go 1 more week?

    • Loraiscoupons

I am new at couponing and someone told me to have Kroger run my paper coupons first and then scan my Kroger card.  One of the clerks told me that it would not double my paper coupons if I did not scan my card first.  But after scanning my card it would not take some of my paper coupons.  Does anyone know for certain if their system does or does not double the coupons if you do not scan your Kroger card first?
