Kroger Weekly Ad 4/26-5/2

Not much thrilling at Kroger this week, 4/26-5/2. With the .88¢ sale these are good prices for the house brand items, but remember that some of these items you can get the name brand versions when on sale for FREE (like the mustard).

**From a few small spots in the add it appears that many of the 10 for $10 sale items might be continuing. So check last week’s list before heading out so you are ready if they are still on sale**

If you see anything I missed let me know and I’ll add it to the list.

To see coupons matches for cellfire e coupon go here.

Remember:

  1. Load your P&G, Shortcuts and Cellfire Coupons before going out. (E coupons information)
  2. You can use a paper coupon with all the above e coupons for FREE products or even better savings WHY
  3. You do not have to buy 2 of B1G1 items to get the sale price
  4. Most Kroger stores double coupons that are .50¢ or less

I bought 2 packs of comforts diapers and a pack of wipes and got $3 off…however, to use my 2 $3 coupons, the manager took off the $3!!!!! I was so mad…can they do that?

    • Not suppose to do that. I would have told him nevermind. The 3.00 q’s though will beep since they are limited to one per customer. Take your recipt to CS and tell them you did not get the ADVERTISED 3.00 off your diapers and they should give it to you.. Good Luck!

    • Christie

I believe there was a Joy of Cooking frozen entree coupon in this week’s newspaper insert. Also, there were some coupons for this item in Kroger store dispensers in the freezer section recently.

    • Angela

There’s blinkies of $2 off Contessa Green Cuisine in the freezer section of our Publix. I snagged a few simply because they were a high value, and we’ve had Contessa meals and they were good!

    • Melissa

My Kroger store manager is super nice, but curious.

He wants to know where the Kroger policy states you can triple stack coupons.

Can anyone guide me to this info?

      Thanks!

      • Jenny

        Melissa,
At Kroger you can only use one manufacturer coupon and one store coupon per item. Publix allows 3 coupons per item because they take competitors but Kroger doesn’t.

    • Becca

Hey there, The Coke deal here in Nashville is with “Cheez-its” not Kroger Chips….are there any coupons that you know of for Cheez-its?

      Thanks

    • Stacey

I live in Suwanee, GA and Kroger milk is advertised for $1.99 per gallon.

    • BG

      Becca,

Just saw your question and was on the Publix link and noticed this coupon for Cheez-its.

-$2/3 Cheez-its mail in rebate on Miller High Life boxes

Not sure of any other coupons for Cheez-its a this time, but you can go to http://www.couponmom.com and search under the grocery coupon database (see links on left side of page) to see if there is one out there.

      Hope this helps!
      BG

    • BG

      Becca,
So just realized you said you were from Nashville, so checked TN and did not see any coupons on the couponmom site for Cheez-its (that’s assuming I’m spelling it right). Sorry!
      BG

    • Julieann

Also, the Soft Soap is still on 10/$10 and there was a new coupon in 4/26 insert which would make it .30 after doubles!
Air Wick air freshener is also on 10/$10 and there are some b1g1 free coupons out there (not sure what insert).
Wacky mac ends up being .59 after sale and doubled .50 IP coupon.

    • Lori

      Jenny,
There is a slick color ad for Women’s Health at Kroger in the Sunday’s Paper as well that as several coupons! So look for it before throwing out the paper!

    • Honey

One of our Kroger stores in Knoxville, TN has the store brand bacon on sale for .88. This might be a deal available for other areas, too.

    • Tiffany

I just went to Kroger in Woodstock, GA, and they have the Angel Soft 4-roll bath tissue advertised for $1.28 with your Plus Card; however, when I got to the register, it rang up for $1.00 after the Kroger Plus Savings. I had Rain Checks from last week when it was 10/10, because they had run out of the bath tissue. I didn’t need to use my Rain Checks. If you still have any coupons that you haven’t used yet, or you come across more, you may still get them for FREE. I did!

    • Julie

Snagged the Healthy Choice, Charmin, and a couple other small things. The $1/2 Ortega was good b/c with the sale I got a Taco Kit plus some sauce for $1.30. I noticed there were quite a few items in the paper aisle and soap aisle marked “Closeout”, including those aromatherapy scented Dawn dish detergeants? I have some coupons for them but still marked at $3 they aren’t worth it yet.

    • Becky

Vive is on sale in my area (Middle Tennessee) BOGOF (4.11) When you use it with the dollar off coupon it makes it 1.11! Seems like a good price to me.
Also we had a Wednesday ad come in the mail with a 1.50 off Speed Stick for men. Our Kroger has b2g1f – use 3/1.50 coupons and it is .24 cents over. I was soooo excited!

      Becky

    • Shelly

Does anyone know if the McCormmick Grillmates are still 10 for $10? I’m in Atlanta area.

      Thanks.

      Shelly

    • Stephanie

My cellfire coupons didn’t work again! Does this happen a lot? Because out of the 3 times I have tried, twice it hasn’t worked. And sometimes one of the cellfire will come off and another one won’t. It’s kind of discouraging.

    • Andie

      Hello All,
I live in arizona, i was wondering if anyone knew where i can get a preview of our ad here. We dont have Kroger, we have Frys Food Market which is the same thing as kroger. Thanks

    • Laura

I gave up on cellfire a long time ago…not worth the effort when they don’t work most of the time-

    • I went to Kroger today to find other deals…you can check out my blog if you live in the Atlanta area!!! See you at the workshop in Marietta on Saturday!

    • Brenda

You can get $1 in overages on Pedigree Denta Stix. They are $3.99 but with the $2.50 coupon on Coupons.com used in combination with the $2.50 coupon on Shortcuts it gives you $1 in overages. Even if you don’t have a dog you can purchase and donate to your local shelter!

    • Peggy

The Suave deodorant is still 10/10 in Atlanta Metro stores and the coupon is still good-so still free!

    • Mary Ellen Anderson

Hi! Love your blog and wanted to tell you about a deal that is going on at my Kroger that may benefit others… I live in a suburb of Dallas, so this may be regional because of Cinco de Mayo coming up, but the Wholly Salsa is B1G1 right now. It is priced at $2.99. I had a B1G1 coupon for the salsa as well as another Buy one, get your favorite chips up to $3.00. Love it! So, for $2.99, I received 3 Wholly Salsas and a $3.00 bag of chips. If you’ve not tried Wholly Salsa, I recommend it highly–it is fresh salsa and tastes amazing!

    • Christy G

If you buy 2 of the Pedigree Dentastix then will you get $2.50 off twice from the Shortcuts or will they only give it to once and then you have to reload?

      • Jenny

        Christy,
You only get the e coupon applied once no matter how many you buy. You might be able to come home and load another but most of the time that is the only one you get.

    • Kim

I received three q’s yesterday in a Kroger mailer for Boost Kid Essentials. One was for $10, one for $5 and one for $2.

They are on sale in our store for 10.49! I bought two and used the 10 and 5. 5.98 for two packs!

    • Julie

I love your site!!! Went to Kroger today…Got McCormicks Grillmate Seasonings 10/$10 — bought 2 and used 2 50 cent off coupons so they were free after doubling. Also bought 2 packages of the Pedigree Dentastix — They were 3.99 and I had 2 each of $2.50 off from one of the Sunday papers, plus a $2.50 ecoupon off from Shortcuts — great deals today! FYI to anyone who shops at the Kroger at Ridge Rd in Douglasville, GA — Previously I have been able to use multiple internet printed coupons at this Kroger, but today the cashier told me their policy was that I could only use 2 printed coupons in a transaction. I only had 4 so it didn’t bother me too much, and he let me choose the ones I wanted to use. I’ll remember that next time I shop there.

    • Tanya

I got Pillsbury family size brownie mixes for $1 today! I bought 4 of them and plan to go back tomorrow to buy a few more. I think the Marie Callender’s $1.88 meals are a fantastic deal, so I loaded up on those too.

    • Alyssa

Barbara’s organic cereal is BOGO (4.49 reg, so 2.25 each). With the coupons mentioned on Jenny’s list, they end up at 1.25. Good price for organic cereal… Also, there were additional coupons for $1 off any Barbara’s cereal in the Go Organic brochure.

    • katie

If your store accepts expired coupons, there was a buy 1 steamfresh meals for two, get a free steamfresh rice or veggies. There’s also an expired $2 off steamfresh meals!!

    • Lisa

Hey Julie!!! I shop at that same store!!! The staff is generally very helpful. Last week I saved $86.00 in coupons and Kroger savings!! That was 1/2 off my bill!
My question/comment is this: I receive coupons from AJC free paper on Thursday in my driveway. It has Red Plum and SS in it. But the SS coupons do not always match up with the any of what these web sites say. For instance, Ortego was not in this flyer but was in the Sunday paper insert. Does anyone know where to find the list for the Thursday Coupons???

    • meg

I had a printed $2 off coupon for Post Trail Mix Crunch (postcereals.com/trailmixcrunch), used it today and got a register coupon for 75 cents off my next Kroger purchase.

    • Sylvie

      Lisa,

I’ve tried to figure out our Thursday paper coupons too!! (I’m in Roswell) and it’s a mystery to me. Sometimes we’re getting coupons that are in the FOLLOWING Sunday’s paper… sometimes I can’t match them up with what I’ve seen before OR see afterwards… they’re enigma coupons! :)

    • Angela

Just had a nice trip to Kroger –
Did the soda/chips deal, pork tenderloin and bacon BOGO, some Ortega, Mission tortillas for $1, Organic cereal, a few items not on sale, strawberries, and NutriGrain bars. They took the mfg coupons from the Publix flyer – they scanned just like the other coupons!
      Total spent $44
      saved $44.
Similar results at Bi-Lo earlier today, spent $30, saved $30. The Vitamin water is still on sale for $1 at Bi-Lo.

    • Lori

Several Kroger’s in Nashville, TN are tripling coupons until May 9th! I know the one off Hwy 70 is for sure, WOOHOO :-)

    • Cindy G.

Just was on the southern savers site. I live in Columbus, OH and was wondering if the Kroger ads work there as well. Also is there something like southern savers in my area. Thanks
