      FYI
I was just at Kroger and the store refused to take any printable coupons. Many of the printables I had came through a link from the Kroger website so I was upset. I know some coupons on the internet have been a problem, but these were available directly through Kroger. I left my entire order because I feel if a store website has links to those coupons the store should honor them.

    • Jenny

Jeannie – a store near me tried to do this recently. You need to call corporate and complain. The store will get in trouble for going against corporate coupon policies and they will change their tune quite quickly.

    • Jeannie

      Hey Jenny-
I will call Kroger, but i was so flustered with all I had to do today and after spending all the time to get the coupons– arggg–
but I will call Kroger and complain–
I really appreciate your site — it helps me find many coupons and your tips are really helpful. (I’m off to Foodlion to make up for my Kroger trouble). Have a great holiday and thanks for your help.

Don’t forget the Life Saver’s coupon! The bags are $1 each and the coupon from 10/19 was for $1 off!!

    • Jessica

      Jeannie,
I had the same thing happen to me with one cashier. I questioned her, told her I printed them from the kroger website, she wouldn’t budge, so I asked her to check with a manager. The manager said if they scan we take them. I complained through Kroger’s website and got a personal email response from my store manager that reiterated their coupon policy. I plan to take it with me when I shop there. I also plan to complain every time I have a problem. There is no reason that a cashier should not know their policy, it is their job.
